00:03:50.020 This is going to be a monumental show tonight, you guys.
00:03:53.260 He is one of the four plaintiffs, I suppose you could say, who was on the lawsuit against the federal government regarding the invocation of the Emergencies Act, which was declared illegal just a couple of weeks ago by a federal court justice in Canada.
00:04:14.800 This was a fantastic victory for all Canadians who believe in freedom and democracy and charter rights.
00:04:21.160 Our rights to free speech, our rights to freedom of movement, our rights to bodily autonomy, our rights to everything.
00:04:29.020 Monumental ruling.

00:08:01.640 you're in let's get this out to as many people as we possibly can let's say hello to eddie cornell
00:08:08.020 eddie you're also one of the founders of v4f and i want to get into that a little bit later on but
00:08:13.020 For now, you're one of the four people who was involved in overturning this abominable
00:08:20.440 Emergencies Act, or the legality of it anyway, so congratulations.
00:08:24.880 You are a Canadian hero, my friend.
00:08:32.240 Eddie, we suddenly can't hear you.
00:08:34.000 This is interesting because Eddie and I did a sound check before the show started.
00:08:39.560 Can't hear you.
00:08:43.020 you can't hear me oh he's going to pop out and pop back in let's see if this works out
00:08:53.100 always frustrating when we're doing live tv and something like this happens but
00:09:00.140 it's worth the wait for a guy like you know this chair
00:09:04.940 all right let's see if it works this time hello eddie hi hey there you are i don't know what
00:09:10.620 happened. That's happened twice where the sound completely cut out. Interesting. Were you jiggling
00:09:15.620 any wires? Anything wonky? I didn't touch anything. No. Because the other people are listening in, you never know. Oh, you know, CSIS guys watching us. Our every move. We did this sound check before we started tonight. I insisted on it because I wanted to make sure that everybody could hear you because you've got a lot of important things to say. And then we had this. Anyway, welcome to the show. Thank you for coming on tonight on short notice. Really appreciate you being
00:09:40.600 here my friend thank you thanks shadow okay so eddie tomorrow it occurs to me is a very grim day
00:09:46.760 in canadian history it's going to be the second anniversary of the invocation of the sorry the
00:09:52.600 illegal invocation of the emergencies act can you take us right back to that actually you know what
00:09:59.880 before we even do that can you give us a history of your career in the in the armed forces and i
00:10:05.160 tell you why i ask because anytime i've got a veteran on the show i want to hear all about
00:10:09.720 their service. It really interests me because it shows a genuine love for the country.
00:10:15.360 Well, I joined the military in 1975. I did 22 years service as a gunner. That's in the combat
00:10:23.040 arms trade. I was posted, you know, many places across the country, overseas. I did a tour at
00:10:28.160 Cyprus. I'm a recipient of the Medal of Bravery and, you know, just did a lot of NATO exercises
00:10:36.040 at different stages throughout my career.
00:10:39.400 I loved it.
00:10:40.320 It was a terrific experience.
00:10:43.880 And I guess I'm sort of sorry to say
00:10:46.920 what's happened to our military these days.
00:10:50.640 It's not the same military that I joined. 0.97
00:10:53.320 You mean the tampons in the men's restrooms? 0.97
00:10:56.080 Yeah, exactly. 0.99
00:11:01.140 They're losing 19% more than they can recruit right now.
00:11:05.400 i think that pretty much says it all yeah and i know that you probably don't like to speak ill
00:11:11.000 of the forces you served for so long but so many of you guys have been speaking out about this
00:11:16.280 nonsense and it almost seems like it's by design here and the reason i say almost is because i know
00:11:24.500 there's certain ai algorithms listening to me right now at least on the facebook channel that
00:11:29.640 we're broadcasting on but you guys know what i mean when i say that uh it seems like they're
00:11:34.100 definitely trying deliberately to divide this country even further and through our military,
00:11:40.020 which is absolutely inexcusable. They've done a pretty good job at it so far. But, you know,
00:11:45.980 a lot of the, I don't speak for all the veterans out there. There's, you know, as a result of the
00:11:50.500 trucker convoy, five of us formed Veterans for Freedom. You know, it's a group of veterans,
00:11:55.960 both 3,500 strong across the country that feel, you know, our government has taken the country in a
00:12:00.900 wrong direction. And, you know, they're trampling people's rights. And, you know, we just stand up
00:12:07.200 and act as a shield for people that are being, you know, persecuted by government. And we help
00:12:12.280 out other veterans that are experiencing problems. And yeah, it's, you know, it's pretty systemic
00:12:17.560 in the forces right now. And I think it's by design, just like the division they're having
00:12:22.500 in society, where they're pitting, you know, one side of a particular scenario against the other.
00:12:29.340 And I don't know if we're ever going to be able to close that divide without some divine intervention, I suppose.
00:12:35.000 You know some of the stories about Canadian Forces members who were mistreated for not taking the vaccine during their service before they were asked to leave.
00:12:46.920 Without talking out of school or naming names, can you give us a couple of examples of those?
00:12:51.700 Because I know there's a lawyer who's representing them right now who gave some absolutely abysmal examples of how these guys were treated.
00:12:58.920 Like, in some cases, they were left outside for hours on end and in the winter treated like lepers, maligned, you know.
00:13:09.420 Have you heard of anything like that?
00:13:11.360 Yeah, definitely.
00:13:12.760 You know, I don't want to give any names like you say, but, I mean, that's not the only isolated incident.
00:13:19.380 It happened pretty much right across the board in all trades.
00:13:22.820 um it was you know it was pretty hard to watch uh soldiers that step up and you know want to
00:13:30.540 defend their country be treated that way from their superiors and you know they should be held
00:13:34.560 accountable and i know they will and this uh this case i think is going to be a landmark case that
00:13:41.340 valor law has undertaken for a lot of the people that have you know um had to leave the forces
00:13:48.620 because of the mandates.
00:13:50.600 Do we know how many X-Forces members are involved in this case?
00:13:55.680 I believe it's 300 at the moment.
00:13:58.900 Wow, that's great.
00:14:01.420 It's a tort versus a class action.
00:14:04.520 So how long have you been, excuse me, please explain the difference,
00:14:08.020 if you can, between tort and class action?
00:14:12.580 Well, a tort is a closed group of people,
00:14:16.680 um and you know it's i'm not a i'm not a lawyer but it's a closed group and you know unlike where
00:14:24.640 um they solicit people to join in for um a class action over a long period of time this is x number
00:14:31.800 of people close the uh close the number move on forward with the lawsuit okay so how long had you
00:14:40.340 been retired before all of this nonsense began i'm going back to the beginning of covid not
00:14:44.820 not the Freedom Convoy. So I'm going to go back to March of 2020 when they first declared this
00:14:50.040 a worldwide pandemic. Well, I retired just about that time. I finished the military 2013. I was
00:14:56.540 working for another corporation, and yeah, I didn't like what was coming, so I was in a position
00:15:01.320 where I was able to actually retire from there, which I did, because I wasn't taking part in any
00:15:06.580 of the things that were taking place. I was fortunate that I was able to do that, and I knew
00:15:11.200 that I had to speak out and say something because I was in a unique position to actually not have
00:15:16.520 that type of retribution be threatened with my job and you know be punished in that regard so
00:15:21.500 I felt that was my duty to speak out which I did and and then along came the trucker convoy
00:15:28.340 and it was a continuation of that. So you'd been speaking out for as long as the worldwide pandemic
00:15:35.520 had been declared before the Freedom Convoy came about in New Brunswick which is where you live
00:15:39.700 Were you attending marches, organizing marches, protests, that kind of thing?
00:15:43.300 Well, I originally didn't live here in New Brunswick until November 21.
00:15:46.420 I lived in Niagara Falls.
00:15:48.160 So, you know, I was participating in rallies all over Ontario,
00:15:51.520 wherever, you know, I guess wherever the rallies were.
00:15:56.640 And, you know, Otenalmer with Pastor Hildebrand and just, you know,
00:16:01.940 Kitchener and Toronto and many different places.
00:16:05.200 And, you know, I guess really what was happening is you'd show up to the rallies and it's, you know, the same 10,000 people and it wasn't growing in numbers.
00:16:13.580 And it was really disheartening.
00:16:15.460 You felt like, aren't you people paying attention to what's going on?
00:16:20.540 And, you know, we're thinking we're going to get crushed here.
00:16:25.080 And then, you know, I decided I'm going to I heard of some freedom groups out in New Brunswick.
00:16:30.000 I decided we're making a move out here.
00:16:32.480 That's where we went.
00:16:33.520 Hit the ground running.
00:16:34.940 They got a large, you know, population of people out here that were speaking out.
00:16:40.560 And then along came, you know, the trucker convoy.
00:16:44.600 I heard the rumblings, and I was very, very excited.
00:16:49.040 I thought to myself, finally, something is going to happen.
00:16:53.760 Yeah, now you and your wife saw this from Moncton, and I want to get into that in just a second.
00:16:58.800 But let's, first of all, focus just a little bit on the New Brunswick angle here,
00:17:02.640 because I've had some guests on from New Brunswick and they talk about, I don't want to use this word,
00:17:10.040 but what the heck, cells of people, freedom-minded people who have been, you know, for a while
00:17:15.060 gathering goods and putting them in a certain location just in case the worst happens.
00:17:22.260 And we had a sheriff from the state of Ohio today, or maybe a few days ago, address people through the
00:17:28.820 left-wing corporate media that they were warned by the director of the fbi that there are cells
00:17:35.380 there are active cells from the middle east that may in fact be activated in the next couple of
00:17:43.460 months and he said it's not a matter of if it's a matter of when so he's trying to prepare his
00:17:48.480 people and and i know how this sounds to a lot of people who are watching this we're going to play
00:17:53.240 the video you for you guys a little bit later on in the show but i know how it sounds it sounds
00:17:57.880 very alarmist it sounds very chicken little it sounds very conspiratorial but who knows what's
00:18:03.440 going to happen after the events of the last four years are you aware of any of these groups in new
00:18:07.600 brunswick yes and i'm part of one um they call them pods out here and that's right over the place
00:18:14.560 and you know it's groups of 20 30 40 people that all bring different skills to the table and you
00:18:20.380 know are prepared should things go wrong and you have to look at it from the point of view what
00:18:23.820 have you got to lose by being prepared nothing you have everything to gain i mean if nothing happens
00:18:29.260 okay there's you know there's nothing to lose so you know i mean you got all this stuff right
00:18:35.900 okay i got all this stuff cool it's fantastic you know you can't do everything yourself
00:18:41.000 if you think that you're going to survive on your own should things go south or go bad
00:18:46.200 you're sadly mistaken you need to depend on other people and have a community of people that you
00:18:52.100 trust and support because if you don't you're going to make it about two or three days and
00:18:56.560 you're done and that's the reality of it so you know the interesting thing i i was talking i think
00:19:02.660 it was jeff eveley who's with veterans for freedom he does the daily podcast for you guys and he said
00:19:07.640 what is it the three-day rule or the nine meal rule or something like that where once nine meals
00:19:13.600 go by your next door neighbor is going to kick your door down and take what you got so don't
00:19:19.220 tell anybody what you got i mean look at look at what happened at the beginning of the pandemic
00:19:23.560 where people were fighting over the last rolls of toilet paper yeah that should tell you everything
00:19:28.240 that should things you know happen to the food source where you know food becomes short supply
00:19:34.540 for whatever reason um yeah it can get pretty nasty pretty quick so you need to have a plan
00:19:41.100 And the way society seems to be, one side versus the other.
00:19:47.120 One side seems to be very, very angry.
00:19:50.120 The other side doesn't seem to be angry.
00:19:52.580 And I think the angry ones are the ones that will prey on the people that aren't so angry.
00:19:57.380 And I think you know who I'm talking about.
00:20:00.180 What about the people who haven't got a clue right now?
00:20:04.300 They're walking around in this weird bubble.
00:20:06.320 They don't see anything.
00:20:07.400 or maybe they do see something that's kind of weird but they don't really know what it is and
00:20:12.240 they don't want to listen to you or they don't want to listen to me because we're conspiracy
00:20:15.660 theorists yeah and then i mean you know if you look at the population about 30 of the population
00:20:21.100 are hardcore left they're never coming back don't waste your time engagement those people
00:20:24.780 they they have they have nothing to bring to the table the 40 in the middle that did what they
00:20:30.840 needed to do just because they wanted to get along with their job and whatever those are the people
00:20:35.260 that are starting to question things, they go, you know, that maybe there is something to what's
00:20:40.240 going on. I better start digging into more information. So we need those people because
00:20:45.380 we're never going to get society back to what it was or, you know, a better form of society unless 0.68
00:20:50.820 that 40% in the middle, you know, comes on board and says, hey, you know something, 0.69
00:20:56.580 we need to do this better from now on. How do we engage them though, Eddie? I mean, it's like 0.75
00:21:04.120 talking to a brick wall sometimes it feels like it really is you know i think they have to find
00:21:11.020 their own reality i think they have to suffer first and realize that oh you know i i need to
00:21:18.900 do something about this and i hope it's not too late for them um you know i think most of the
00:21:25.220 people that have been a you know the term awake for this whole thing and realize or woke up during
00:21:30.900 this process um you know they're they're well prepared the other people i hope it's not too
00:21:37.660 late for them should things go badly but you know i i like to i don't want to put it in a bad term
00:21:46.280 but i i look at things this way if you were one of the abusers during that whole time no forgiveness
00:21:54.760 no mercy i'm sorry you're going to be you're going to pay the penalty for what you did
00:21:59.640 the other ones that you know didn't really hurt anybody they did what they were told
00:22:04.680 just because they thought it was the right thing to do those people are redeemable um
00:22:09.400 you know you can you can forgive those people for you know some of the things that they did but
00:22:15.220 you know the hardcore ones that uh committed those crimes beat people force people to do
00:22:21.040 things made them do things that they knew was wrong um yeah you need to be held to account
00:22:26.740 and that's that's what i basically live for right now is accountability and and you got you got a
00:22:34.600 lot of accountability i want to get to that but let's uh let's go through your time with the
00:22:38.300 freedom convoy you saw it i guess it was late january of a couple of years ago you and your
00:22:44.340 wife saw the thing going through moncton and you decided to join it not at that moment but a couple
00:22:49.120 of days later correct well we followed the convoy into ottawa oh and uh zoomed in ahead of the
00:22:55.720 trucks we'd booked a hotel we didn't know what was going on and um that night and we were hitting
00:23:02.740 the ground out in the streets the next morning and um it was fantastic and the picture that you
00:23:09.380 showed uh of me is actually the very first saturday morning where i got grabbed and put up on the
00:23:15.720 on this you know the the boom on the stage and spoke to you know the gigantic crowd that was
00:23:22.220 there. It was amazing. Well, you said you were the only guy who was walking through that massive
00:23:26.780 crowd who had full dress uniform on with the medals and everything, right? At least at that
00:23:30.700 time. I just had my medals on. Yeah. Um, it turns out there was a couple other veterans, but you
00:23:36.360 know, later, um, within a short order, I put out a video calling stand two. And, uh, what that means
00:23:44.380 is I wanted veterans to come to Ottawa and they did, they came by the hundreds and it means that
00:23:49.440 You have to protect your position.
00:23:51.900 In this case, it was protect the citizens, be a shield, and they can.
00:23:57.240 And so as time went on, and not too much time, because, you know, we're thinking, you know,
00:24:03.240 back then it was only a matter of three weeks that the convoy was in Ottawa, even though
00:24:07.580 at the time it was going on, it felt longer for some reason.
00:24:10.700 I don't know why that is to those of us who weren't there.
00:24:13.320 We had one happening in Winnipeg, a much smaller version of it.
00:24:16.420 But you became involved in the leadership groups, correct?
00:24:23.580 I did. Yeah, I was taken into the inner circle of the of the leadership and, you know, basically offered my services like myself, anything that I could do to help out, you know, if it meant cleaning toilets, if it meant, you know, run and fuel, anything, anything that I could do and strategize with them.
00:24:43.640 i was there to do it and uh it was a great experience i got to work alongside of some
00:24:49.320 really terrific people and we're talking people like tom marazzo and and chris barber tamara leach
00:24:55.320 those folks you're going to be seeing tamara pretty soon as well for an event i i hear yes
00:24:59.240 yeah this weekend yeah so then the emergencies act gets invoked right from you what what did
00:25:08.120 you see from your with your military experience did you see this coming like did you guys feel
00:25:13.320 it coming because i the reason i ask that is because a video popped up on my facebook uh
00:25:18.500 yesterday or today and it was i think it was tom morazzo talking about a bad feeling in the air
00:25:26.580 and there was i i remember feeling that even from here i went oh something bad is happening just
00:25:34.560 from the way the independent media was responding uh the way they were talking uh so can you take
00:25:41.120 us through how it felt in the days leading up. Sure. Initially, you know, when the Freedom Convoy
00:25:46.260 was there, the Ottawa Police Service, they were great. You know, they, they were polite, respectful,
00:25:54.460 you know, showed their presence, but didn't show, you know, that sort of overreach and heavy handedness.
00:26:04.180 And then all of a sudden you saw those guys sort of pulled out and a new wave of police starting to make their way into Ottawa. 0.99
00:26:16.740 And a lot of these guys gave gave you the look when they look you in the eye like I'm going to kick your butt when I get the chance. 0.99
00:26:25.620 That was that was the feeling I got. And they brought, you know, just that unspoken hostility. 0.99
00:26:33.900 you could see it in their face and just their demeanor and you know by the time uh the emergency
00:26:40.540 act uh was actually implemented um yeah you knew what they were about to do you've been involved
00:26:49.500 you've been involved in peacekeeping uh before correct in deployments yeah so have you ever
00:26:55.820 had to get in the way of factions warring in the streets yeah
00:27:00.700 Yeah.
00:27:02.180 So how do you prepare for something like that?
00:27:06.520 Yeah, it's not easy.
00:27:08.660 I certainly didn't relish the fact that I had to do something with these people,
00:27:13.460 like some of the police that were in Ottawa.
00:27:16.180 They were licking their chops to inflict pain on people
00:27:21.840 that didn't show any aggression whatsoever.
00:27:27.320 Yeah, yeah.
00:27:28.460 How can you do that?
00:27:30.700 Well, yeah, they must have known who these people were.
00:27:33.160 I mean, these people were just regular Canadians from all regions of the country,
00:27:38.460 from all walks of life, religion, color, culture, doesn't matter.
00:27:44.480 And they must have known that.
00:27:46.640 Unlike when you had to go into a forward area on a peacekeeping mission,
00:27:51.160 you knew who was who.
00:27:52.520 You knew who the aggressors were.
00:27:53.840 You knew that they were probably a problem.
00:27:56.540 Every few days they'd pop up and do something radical.
00:27:59.440 But these guys must have known that these are just regular, ordinary people, unless somebody was whipping them into a frenzy, right?
00:28:08.280 Well, I think what happens, you know, from a, you know, I guess, a backroom type of scenario for them, is that they choose certain people that want to do this type of thing, you know, in crowd control and, you know, aid to the civil power, that sort of thing.
00:28:28.580 so they pump these guys up these guys are terrorists these guys you know you you can
00:28:34.900 understand the how the media was pumping it their own police uh leaders and supervisors are pumping
00:28:40.380 these people are there's probably guns there's probably this there's probably that so when we
00:28:45.280 go in we're going to go in hard and getting them all pumped up so they you know they're ready to
00:28:49.960 really bust some heads when they get in there and you could see it i mean they they were primed
00:28:55.240 ready to rock and it didn't matter that they saw grandma standing in front of them they were told
00:29:01.000 these people are terrorists and it's an occupation and they're there to shut it down and they'll do
00:29:07.120 whatever it takes to do that and if it means beating veterans and taking them out in the 0.99
00:29:11.960 middle of nowhere and dropping them off and minus 25 beating grandmothers and grandpas and women
00:29:17.140 and you know people that are offering no violence and other than kind words that's what they were
00:29:23.980 going to do no matter what that's a form of brainwashing the form of brainwashing wouldn't
00:29:28.960 you say it was yeah it was conditioning you know um it's really not that hard to do you know when
00:29:37.120 when you have your superiors and you're being you know um i guess in enveloped in tactical
00:29:45.140 information and they're pumping you full of things that you know through their intelligence uh
00:29:50.440 networks that the people are doing this and there's potential for this potential for that
00:29:55.260 none of it was true but they wanted to you know permeate that through the ranks so that these
00:30:00.820 guys were ready to get in there and just lay it down and lay it down hard and everybody saw it
00:30:06.960 the world saw it it exposed them as tyrants and people committed no acts of violence it was
00:30:14.020 unbelievable the people did not fight back and that said everything it really did it showed the
00:30:21.020 world we we heard stories of of people dropping to their knees i think maggie braun was one of
00:30:31.460 those women with one of her friends with a canadian flag draped over that's right begging
00:30:36.380 begging them to not proceed forward um did did you see that happening were you on the ground
00:30:42.780 did you see it for his tent yep and you know everybody probably saw the video as well of
00:30:48.760 Chris Deering um I don't know if you know Chris's story but Chris was a lone survivor of a roadside
00:30:56.740 bomb all of his crew was killed except him he was severely injured he was on the line between
00:31:03.120 the people and the police acting as a shield and he was communicating with the police in front of
00:31:08.920 him and he said, you know, if you want to arrest me, I'm going to go peacefully. All I ask is you
00:31:13.780 don't hurt me. I'm an injured veteran. Um, just don't hurt me. He was one of the first people
00:31:19.520 they grabbed, kneed him in the stomach, threw him to the ground and three big guys put the boots to
00:31:25.080 him. And there's video to show that was disgusting. Um, there are also stories of cops peeling off 0.91
00:31:33.300 the line because they couldn't believe what they were doing i'm not sure if that's true
00:31:38.340 i i because these are people who were there i mean when you're there in that moment you're
00:31:44.360 face to face on that line with these guys yeah your adrenaline is pumping maybe you're not seeing
00:31:49.960 things all that clearly uh have you heard stories like that of cops just dropping off the line only
00:31:55.300 to be replaced by these dead-eyed guys that came in behind them yeah i walked the line i was i
00:32:01.180 walked in front of the police and you know I looked every one of them on the front lines in 0.99
00:32:05.080 the eyes and you know you could see the ones that wanted to kick your butt but I saw some 0.82
00:32:10.240 in the secondary line they were crying and you could tell they didn't want to be there and a 0.98
00:32:17.960 couple of them one passed out that I saw and they you know moved out several others that just
00:32:24.880 seemed to emotionally not be able to cope with it so yeah there was some of them that were
00:32:31.500 struggling but it was the guys in the green suits I don't know if you've seen those the green
00:32:36.640 riot control gear those were the guys that were most I guess the most harsh of all
00:32:42.720 they all were but those guys in particular very cold expressions on their faces
00:32:51.880 I don't know much about those guys, but yeah, those were the ones that everybody talks about.
00:33:00.140 Having already established that you've been involved in situations like this in other countries before,
00:33:05.860 I would imagine that you were able to observe this with more clear eyes than an average Canadian person
00:33:11.940 who maybe works as a nurse or a garbage man or a truck driver or whatever it is.
00:33:18.100 But even still, it must have been overwhelming for you as a Canadian.
00:33:21.880 who fought for our country, who represented our country,
00:33:26.120 who served our country, to see that happening in the nation's capital.
00:33:31.200 It was really disturbing.
00:33:32.920 And, you know, like I know the tactics that they employ.
00:33:36.760 I mean, I've done it.
00:33:38.760 And how they operate when they're doing riot control.
00:33:42.380 And, you know, how they have their snatch squads
00:33:44.440 and they target somebody that's out in the crowd
00:33:47.760 and they pull them back and then they start beating them.
00:33:50.340 And I mean, that's that's how it how it's done, you know, and they have the snipers in the background.
00:33:54.620 So, you know, I knew exactly the tactics that they were employing.
00:33:58.540 And, yeah, it was shocking to see them use all of those tactics on innocent people.
00:34:06.260 It it I can't it to this day.
00:34:10.520 I get I don't know how I get emotional about it because it was horrible to watch and then see, you know,
00:34:18.140 the one police officer with the muzzle end of his, um,
00:34:22.060 riot control, um, rifle beating somebody with it.
00:34:28.660 But ending them. No, it wasn't butt end. It was muzzle end.
00:34:32.460 Muzzle end. Yeah. Muzzle end. And it's on video, but you know,
00:34:37.140 during the inquiry they showed that video and then the, you know,
00:34:40.060 the police chief said, well, I can't really tell that it's a muzzle or the,
00:34:45.140 the uh that it's too it's too unclear for me to determine what's going on is basically what the
00:34:50.760 chief said so it was the clearing the clearing process took two days right there was the friday
00:34:56.020 the saturday as i recall yeah yeah and then after they they had their zones set up where people could
00:35:03.080 not walk if they wanted to go get a coffee they couldn't go down the cops were there because under
00:35:07.420 the emergencies act they could do whatever they wanted to do and there's been video that i've
00:35:11.860 scene of that where a woman just says look i'm just going here for a coffee no you're not and
00:35:15.820 they're treating her like she's a criminal which is absolutely still for me to see that video it's
00:35:20.700 shocking that this happened in in my country our country when did you decide because i mean it
00:35:27.300 wasn't very long after all this happened where you decided to essentially take the government to court
00:35:34.380 over the infligation of the emergencies act a few days maybe a couple of weeks correct
00:35:40.380 Actually, sooner than that, it was while the Emergency Act was still in effect.
00:35:45.360 Okay, can you take us through that, please?
00:35:48.320 Like, was that your idea, or was it something that somebody said,
00:35:51.080 we should do this, and you went, yeah, that's a great idea.
00:35:53.980 And I stood up and, you know, said, yeah, I'll put myself forward.
00:35:59.880 I'll do this. Let's do it.
00:36:01.360 And we talked with the legal team, and we went ahead with it.
00:36:05.080 And, you know, we had initially five people.
00:36:08.300 We had Kristen Nagel, of course. We had retired pastor, military pastor, Harold Reisdow, Jeremiah Jost, retired police officer, OPP, Vince Gerseys and myself.
00:36:21.080 When the actual trial was taking place, only Vincent and myself actually ended up having standing because we were the last two or the only two in that group that had their bank accounts frozen.
00:36:34.720 and so you were personally financially affected by what happened with the
00:36:41.380 emergencies act whereas the others weren't is that correct exactly they
00:36:45.960 weren't affected financially with their bank accounts frozen yeah they were they
00:36:50.980 were not given standing for the case so what was the process like then to go
00:36:56.440 through once that was filed was there a lot of meetings where it was there a lot
00:37:00.520 to hurry up and wait uh was there just months on end where you could forget about it and live your
00:37:06.300 life all the above yeah yeah um we had a lot of meetings we had a lot of discussions about it
00:37:14.280 um there was a lot of things that needed to be submitted and then finally you know it got a
00:37:21.600 court date and the court date was the third and the fifth of april third to the fifth of april in
00:37:28.460 um, 2023. And that's when we gave our depositions via zoom, um, for the case.
00:37:36.860 You told me something interesting about their first questions to you earlier in our phone call
00:37:42.380 this afternoon. I thought it was kind of funny. Um, because your, your sworn affidavit had already
00:37:48.080 been logged in as a, an exhibit for the case, correct? It was. Yeah. Okay. So let's have a
00:37:54.660 look at it. Here is the sworn affidavit of Edward Cornell. He is our guest tonight, by
00:38:00.460 the way, in case you guys are coming in here late and wondering, who is this guy? He's
00:38:04.460 one of the guys who was the plaintiffs in the case against the federal government of
00:38:07.940 Canada regarding the legality of the Emergencies Act. And as you know, that ruling came down
00:38:13.940 a couple of weeks ago, and we win. It was illegal. But here's just a couple of points
00:38:21.000 from from eddie's sworn affidavit i am one of the named applicants herein and as such i have
00:38:26.640 personal knowledge of the facts and matters here and i'm 64 i'm a retired member of the canadian
00:38:30.840 armed forces established on june 15 1987 i received a medal of bravery awarded by the
00:38:37.020 secretary to the governor general for recognition of an act of bravery in hazardous circumstances
00:38:42.460 during active duty in le masol cyprus attached marked here to his exhibit b there's a copy of
00:38:50.640 the medal. You were an auxiliary police officer with the OPP from 2013 to 2015. You had limited
00:38:57.940 involvement with the Freedom Convoy initially, but then your involvement started to grow as you've
00:39:02.300 pointed out here. But what I like at the end is when you say, I am not a terrorist. I am not a
00:39:12.400 criminal. It's my opinion and belief that my role in the protests was peaceful and the atmosphere
00:39:17.940 was one of solidarity amongst my fellow Canadian citizens.
00:39:21.500 So after having said that,
00:39:23.200 all of this stuff was logged as record for the trial.
00:39:26.340 What was the first thing they asked you?
00:39:28.980 Well, the assistant attorney general
00:39:30.840 and the assistant assistant attorneys general,
00:39:35.060 the first question was, 0.99
00:39:36.860 is it not true that you're a white supremacist and a Nazi? 0.99
00:39:47.940 Like, you know what? I can see that as political talking points because Trudeau was doing that, right? I mean, we've seen multiple interviews, you know, what was it? What was it he said about the minority of people? Small minority with unacceptable views or fringe minority with unacceptable views. 0.99
00:40:07.260 What do we do with these people? He said in that French language interview in Quebec, I mean, he said all kinds of horrible things about us. They even said, they didn't say Nazis, but they said Nazi flags were waved, Confederate flags were waved. And that's a political thing.
00:40:25.300 I mean, he did that during the election, the last election, to try and gain votes, which sadly he won.
00:40:31.740 But he was even using that language and members of his party ministers in the House of Commons and to the Marxist corporate media.
00:40:39.960 But you don't expect to hear that from lawyers.
00:40:44.740 I mean, we're talking about a court setting here where people are supposed to be dealing in facts and the truth.
00:40:53.740 so when they ask you that like did you start laughing
00:40:57.180 no on the inside yeah you know like and then it just proceeded from there to be
00:41:06.460 well you know um there was nazi flags and confederate flags what's your comment on that
00:41:13.420 i said i don't have a comment on that and they said well you must have seen the news articles
00:41:18.240 I said, no, I didn't watch any media, so I had no idea about Nazi flags or Confederate flags in Ottawa.
00:41:25.640 Well, could you comment on it?
00:41:27.040 And my lawyers jumped in.
00:41:27.940 He said he didn't see any, and he didn't even read any newspapers.
00:41:30.820 So how can he comment on something that he didn't see? 0.97
00:41:34.780 And that was their whole slant.
00:41:37.300 That's where they were really pushing to get the testimony, trying to get me riled up and get me sort of angry. 0.88
00:41:47.080 Get you to show that you were an actual white supremacist and Nazi, right? 0.80
00:41:51.160 Like all of a sudden you were going to start waving a swastika on the camera. 0.89
00:41:55.260 Yeah.
00:41:55.740 Can I tell you one thing that I've never said on another show about my testimony?
00:41:59.940 Please.
00:42:00.300 It was slated for five hours.
00:42:03.060 And they asked me, you know, all kinds of other questions.
00:42:08.160 But they said, you know, what was one of your roles in the leadership of the convoy?
00:42:13.180 I said, well, um, one of my, one of my functions was, um, humanitarian services.
00:42:21.660 And they went, Oh, uh, humanitarian services.
00:42:26.380 Yes.
00:42:27.620 Uh, what humanitarian services did you provide?
00:42:30.800 I said, well, one of my main functions, uh, on a daily basis was to make sure that the,
00:42:36.460 uh, portable toilets were pumped out on time.
00:42:38.900 and it was like the hammer came down testimony over uh and they called the time didn't want to
00:42:47.540 hear about sewage they didn't want to hear anymore well really how'd you do that sir well i attached
00:42:53.120 the hose here and i put this hose at the end of the hose there and i just pulled the lever
00:42:57.860 but you know we had to take care of that type of stuff you know we had a lot of logistics to do
00:43:03.300 and everybody had extra functions that they you know were to perform while we're there because
00:43:07.920 you know you get thousands and thousands of people things need to get done but they didn't
00:43:12.760 want to hear that so they shut the testimony down in 38 minutes so that was pretty good
00:43:16.740 how long did the actual uh court proceedings last i believe it was three days at where
00:43:24.360 lawyers for the government and our team uh were presenting it in court before justice mosley
00:43:31.020 and you told me something interesting on the phone this afternoon as well because
00:43:36.420 in Justice Mosley's ruling, the long ruling, and some lawyers that I've spoken to since then say
00:43:44.560 this is like, it's appeal proof. There's no way they're going to be able to appeal this because
00:43:49.680 it's just so set in stone the way he phrased everything. But he mentions in his ruling that
00:43:57.940 initially, when these proceedings started, he was, you know, he's a human being. I get that
00:44:03.340 he's a judge but he's also a human being he was leaning towards the government
00:44:06.940 side of things
00:44:09.280 that changed at some point over the course
00:44:11.960 of the trial
00:44:13.080 and you said you noticed that
00:44:16.940 at first you know he seemed to lean like you said
00:44:20.020 and more to the government side
00:44:22.380 when he was sort of
00:44:24.980 i guess
00:44:26.220 pushing for better responses
00:44:28.960 he gave even-handed sort of uh... lectures to both sides
00:44:32.780 But what I noticed is when I noticed was when one of the lawyers on the team, Blair Ector, they were talking about the freezing of bank accounts.
00:44:41.220 And, you know, he kind of made the face while it was only for a week, you know, or five days or whatever it was.
00:44:48.280 He goes that, you know, that's not really a big deal.
00:44:52.520 So Blair, very tactfully, and he said, that is not a long time, Your Honor.
00:45:02.040 But remember, it was minus 25.
00:45:05.420 These people came from across the country.
00:45:08.440 They had no means to buy food, no means to buy gas for a transportation home, and they
00:45:14.860 had no means to find shelter.
00:45:17.680 And that moment, I saw his face change.
00:45:21.740 and and you could i even think i remember him saying i didn't really look at it that way
00:45:29.940 and that's when i noticed the first change in direction and the next thing i noticed is
00:45:37.140 somewhere along after the point uh of that he actually admitted he was a trucker in the early
00:45:43.140 part of his life so you had him you had him at that point you went all right he was a trucker too
00:45:53.080 yeah and it's and it's interesting that you know the decision should have come out within six
00:45:58.780 months well it didn't and you know here we waited a couple of months more but what he did do and I
00:46:09.300 don't I don't know what to make of it it's just a you know an observation is that he could have
00:46:16.940 delayed it where we had no chance for appeal or or to do anything else and he released his decision
00:46:26.540 30 days before the window should you try to sue or anything else he actually you know put that
00:46:33.740 30-day period where people could do things and you know i found that very interesting but the
00:46:39.760 day that he released the decision was to the day the anniversary of the trucker convoy
00:46:44.900 yeah um so we get the ruling what was your reaction when you first heard about that and
00:46:52.540 how did you hear about that well i'm right here in my garage right now i was doing some work on
00:46:59.860 my tractor right behind us where uh you know where I'm looking and my phone goes off I think
00:47:08.620 I banged my head on the on the tractor jumping up and down I I was shocked like I was I was
00:47:16.080 jumping up and down all by myself and I was running outside like a maniac and you know we won we won
00:47:22.320 we won and I was I was getting on the phone and I was just doing whatever I could to you know
00:47:27.720 contain my excitement and it was it was unbelievable my phone blew up
00:47:33.800 and it hasn't stopped since besides your wife i'm sure you had your wife heard or did you go
00:47:41.240 running into the house immediately and tell her house yeah i fell down outside there because it
00:47:45.540 was a little slippery but i picked myself up and kept running and she wondered what all the
00:47:51.000 excitement was but who's the first person you spoke to you do you remember right like on the
00:47:57.220 phone you mean or yeah like the second the phone like the ruling comes out the phone goes off
00:48:02.060 you remember who it was yeah my lawyer was the lawyer yeah all right you wanted to know if i'd
00:48:10.340 heard yes i heard yeah fantastic so the government will appeal this and they're probably going to
00:48:19.200 lose i mean this is the legal opinion that i've been hearing probably same as you yeah
00:48:24.200 yeah um you know they had to buy time for themselves think about it you know they were
00:48:30.260 dealt a serious blow no doubt about it they have to say that to save face so you know the way
00:48:37.580 i've read the decision as you know critically as i can all the way through i'm not a lawyer by any
00:48:43.940 means but it's so well written i don't know how they're going to be able to poke holes in it he
00:48:49.100 gave just enough where they could say that i want to appeal but i think in a in a court of law i
00:48:57.200 don't think they really have much wiggle room to get it overturned i just don't think so no and
00:49:03.140 they need to come up with new evidence as well to even have this case heard in appeals court
00:49:07.960 it's got to go to appeals court and if somehow miraculously they find some crooked judge they
00:49:14.480 might be able to get it to the supreme court but from what i'm hearing now that's not going to
00:49:19.880 happen and if it does it's going to take a while and by the time it does happen the liberals are
00:49:24.640 going to be out of power anyway is there any talk about possible lawsuits because this decision has
00:49:34.360 opened this government up to multiple lawsuits kind of like what's going on in alberta right now
00:49:40.140 Well, how can I say this without saying it?
00:49:48.100 All I can say is pay attention tomorrow.
00:49:53.420 Tomorrow?
00:49:54.680 Tomorrow.
00:49:56.280 Any specific time?
00:49:59.380 Early.
00:50:02.580 Yeah.
00:50:04.620 We're not done yet.
00:50:06.180 I can't say what it is, but something big is going to drop tomorrow.
00:50:11.680 That's all I can say.
00:50:13.240 Okay, that's fair.
00:50:14.820 One thing, Eddie, before we let you go,
00:50:17.320 and I really, really love the fact that you came on tonight on short notice.
00:50:21.860 Thank you very much for doing so.
00:50:23.380 Guys, I called him out of the blue this afternoon
00:50:26.520 and asked him if he'd come on tonight.
00:50:28.080 He said, absolutely, I will.
00:50:29.420 So I've got to thank you again.
00:50:31.920 James Topp, in my opinion, has not been discussed enough.
00:50:36.180 Never mentioned by the Marxist corporate media in any positive way.
00:50:41.020 The man walked across our country, which is the second largest landmass,
00:50:45.460 and that's him at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier there.
00:50:51.420 How do you feel about that man?
00:50:55.160 James Topp is a Canadian hero.
00:50:58.680 And what they did to berate him is disgusting.
00:51:06.180 And he'll go down in history as a very important figure that stood up for Canada.
00:51:13.800 And he just had a message and marched across the country.
00:51:20.920 And, you know, he wasn't, how would you call it?
00:51:26.720 He wasn't boisterous and yelling and screaming.
00:51:29.700 He was a man of few words, but a man of action.
00:51:32.680 and he inspired millions across the country and he'll be remembered as a great Canadian
00:51:39.820 and it's shameful what the government and others did to try to diminish his accomplishments you
00:51:47.220 know a five-time combat veteran do we do we know what's his final fate is yet or is that still to
00:51:54.840 be determined um he went to court um he had his he had his court martial and he um he got a fine
00:52:05.140 and uh that's basically about it i think it was a five thousand dollar fine and um you know i i
00:52:13.580 don't know the complete details but i mean they got him under a one two nine which is you know
00:52:19.760 the general or the, it's kind of the, the general law that, I mean, you could be convicted of
00:52:26.060 anything under that, you know, it's, it's sort of contrary to the good order of discipline of
00:52:32.180 the Canadian forces. So they can invent anything they want and you're going to be found guilty
00:52:37.540 no matter what, if you get charged under that offense. Did you get the feeling that when he
00:52:44.540 was being court-martialed even some of the uh the members arguing against him were on his side i
00:52:51.980 mean i understand what they had to say publicly in order to keep their their rank in order to keep
00:52:57.640 their their jobs and their careers but was there a an underpinning of wow this guy is amazing
00:53:04.060 absolutely the troops loved him you know figured yeah and they still do he's an inspiration to
00:53:13.260 many many people so yeah i mean it's really a shame that you know people have to sacrifice
00:53:21.820 their convictions for their job it's a real sad state you know what i i wish more people would
00:53:29.500 just stand up and do the right thing instead of being afraid like take that leap of faith
00:53:35.420 and do the right thing i mean how can you look yourself in the mirror when you do things
00:53:42.000 that go against what your principles are like you know that that's you're right eddie that it's the
00:53:48.340 convictions right i've talked to so many people uh like yourself who have these deep convictions
00:53:55.640 in trying to save our society and our country and uh the next generation from what's possibly coming
00:54:02.820 and i always ask could you ever stop speaking out could you ever stop doing what you're doing
00:54:09.780 and no no the answer is no i could never stop you could give me five million ten million dollars you
00:54:18.620 could set me up for the rest of my life you could give me what what i've wanted to have since i was
00:54:23.440 a child whatever that is and i'm still going to say no absolutely you know what the thing is is
00:54:29.400 that like we're all not going to hit the finish line that's it's just a reality unfortunately
00:54:34.040 but I look at it like a relay race. I may not make it to the end. I, I could give out, but
00:54:41.860 I'm when I'm ready to give out because I got nothing left to give, I can pass the baton to
00:54:48.000 somebody who's got the strength to carry it to the next level. And that's what we all have to
00:54:52.640 think of because unless we do that, we're doomed with, you know, the, um, you know, just the
00:55:00.600 overreach of what governments want to do to control your life
00:55:04.520 don't be afraid
00:55:05.940 you know what's the worst they can do to you
00:55:10.100 what you are a canadian hero yourself my friend and i want to thank you for
00:55:14.120 coming on the show tonight and hopefully we can have you back again one of these
00:55:17.740 days soon
00:55:18.980 that show it was really my pleasure to come on
00:55:21.600 all right there's uh... eddie cornell you guys uh... canadian hero
00:55:25.500 uh... he won he was one of the plaintiffs i just gotta fix my chair again here
00:55:29.500 he was one of the plaintiffs in the, uh, the case against the government regarding the legality of
00:55:37.440 the invocation of the emergencies act. He told us the entire story and
00:55:41.660 wow. Um, fought for all of us, you know, just like James top, just like you,
00:55:49.420 just like anybody who speaks out, you know, a lot of people say to me, I'm only one person
00:55:56.160 shadow, what can I do? I'm not capable of walking across the country. I don't have a social media
00:56:04.520 reach like you or other independent broadcasters. You know what you can do? You can stay true to
00:56:11.720 your convictions. You can stay true to who you are. And I know that you have so far. And that's
00:56:18.640 why you're here with us right now but don't hide them don't hide your convictions for convenience
00:56:26.960 sake these tough conversations many of them still need to be had and there's people out there that
00:56:36.620 do want to have them but maybe they're a bit sheepish they're a bit shy to have them and
00:56:41.240 maybe you are too so maybe you're the one that's going to have to bring it up when you do it don't
00:56:48.340 do it angrily don't be loud about it don't be accusatory about it because that's immediately
00:56:55.440 going to back somebody off they're going to go whoa whoa whoa and all of a sudden the defensive
00:56:59.340 posture and then it turns into an argument nonsensical argument names start getting
00:57:03.820 tossed around conspiracy theorist oh yeah well you're a collaborator and all of that stuff so
00:57:09.280 a reasonable conversation about the things that are around us now and one of the things that you
00:57:17.920 could bring up is why is Trudeau trying to censor certain people? Why is Trudeau censoring the
00:57:29.140 internet? Who does that? What fan of freedom and democracy would do that? What leader of a G8
00:57:41.080 nation? What leader of a nation founded on Christian principles? What leader of a Western
00:57:47.560 country would think about censorship, about restricting rights, about holding people for
00:57:55.660 two years without trial. And those kinds of things are happening with more and more frequency
00:58:02.300 in our country. And they know that. These people know that. It's authoritarian. But,
00:58:10.720 you know, as long as it's not happening to them, maybe they feel, ah, don't worry about
00:58:14.260 it's just one one thing no big deal you know like uh you know like eddie was just saying to us
00:58:20.500 ah you know it was only five days we froze the bank accounts no big deal and the judge
00:58:25.440 kind of went along with that and the lawyer said no wait
00:58:27.760 these people didn't have means to do anything because they didn't have access to their own
00:58:35.060 funds how is that a free and democratic society and that's when the judge started to wake up and
00:58:42.920 maybe that's when your friends start to wake up too you never know all right guys what time have
00:58:49.660 we got here ah we got about five minutes before we sign off social media so here is one of the
00:58:54.500 stories that i was talking about at the beginning of the show oh wait a minute that's not it i was
00:59:00.500 going to bring that up with eddie on the show but i don't need to now because we already talked
00:59:04.400 about it this is that this canadian social survey that was done late last year by statistics canada
00:59:10.860 about certain institutions that are trusted or not trusted, I suppose, in our country.
00:59:16.760 The most trusted institution with 66% trust is police.
00:59:24.460 And I've got a story about police coming up in just a second that's going to make you go,
00:59:28.580 What? Police are the most trusted institution in our country.
00:59:33.540 66% of people across the country say, yeah, I trust the police.
00:59:38.220 but that means one third of the people don't and one third of the people in this country
00:59:43.520 certainly aren't criminals so the police are the most trusted institution in canada next was the
00:59:50.900 justice system for some strange reason but look at how much trust they have it's less than 50
00:59:55.460 that's a failing grade in any school class i went to 49 sir you fail f 49 of people trust
01:00:07.980 the justice system schools public schools 45 that's terrible and then the media remember last
01:00:17.380 year i told you 41 of canadians trust the media that's low i thought it was really high or it
01:00:23.620 should have been lower well it is lower now a year later it's 37 only 37 of people trust the left-wing
01:00:33.760 corporate media and you can bet by this time next year if we're still here that is it's going to be
01:00:39.020 even lower than that and finally at the bottom of the list never doctors weren't put into this
01:00:46.280 survey and lawyers weren't put into this survey parliament the canadian government 28 percent of
01:00:53.840 people involved in the canadian social survey said i i just don't have faith in the government 28
01:01:01.560 70% do, 72% do not.
01:01:06.280 These are new numbers from a survey done late last year by Statistics Canada.
01:01:11.560 But the one that jumped out to me, obviously, because I spent so much time in the media,
01:01:16.320 was 37% of people in this country trust the media.
01:01:26.780 And that's what they're willing to say on a phone survey.
01:01:29.780 okay so here's something else before we let our social media viewers go tonight and by the way
01:01:35.460 you guys if you want the extension you need to go become an all access member at shadow davis.com
01:01:42.060 we're going to go for another half hour at least on the website tonight so if you want to do that
01:01:46.920 be my guest $9.99 a month if you get the yearly package if you get just one month it's $12.99
01:01:52.340 and that's a pretty reasonable price considering that you know let's see i i do five shows a week
01:01:59.000 usually about two hours long one hour free one hour behind the paywall on the website but so
01:02:05.580 let's say you're getting five hours five hours of extra content per week that works out to 20
01:02:11.200 hours of content per week and you're paying 9.99 a month for that that's 50 cents a show
01:02:16.700 if you want the extra content 50 cents or lower that's not bad at all that's a good deal shadow
01:02:24.540 I'm in!
01:02:26.640 Go to shadowdavis.com
01:02:28.820 Sign up as an all-access
01:02:30.700 member. Do it now so you get the
01:02:32.520 rest of the show tonight. This is the last
01:02:34.700 thing before we let our social media viewers
01:02:36.660 go tonight. This is Heritage Minister
01:02:38.780 Pascal St. Onge
01:02:40.400 talking about Pierre
01:02:42.340 Polyev
01:02:42.980 doing an attack 0.92
01:02:46.520 on democracy for his treatment of that Canadian
01:02:48.540 press reporter yesterday. And I've got
01:02:50.540 some thoughts on this after we watch
01:02:52.520 the clip. Let's watch this.
01:02:54.540 Thank you.
01:03:24.540 ah you guys aren't hearing this all right so i'm going to go all the way to the beginning of this
01:03:47.740 and we're going to do it again this time we're going to do it properly so i just want to get
01:03:52.300 back on the altercation between Pierre Poiliev yesterday and a journalist from Canadian press.
01:03:59.500 First of all, I want to say that he's pretty thin-skinned. It's our job when we're politicians
01:04:05.260 to answer questions from journalists. We're accountable to the Canadian population and
01:04:10.140 it's the journalist's job to ask those questions. Some questions are difficult, some questions are
01:04:14.940 easy. Yesterday's question was pretty easy. He was just asked to explain why his party introduced
01:04:22.060 an amendment to lift fees for uh canadian broadcasters it's a pretty easy question
01:04:27.580 since it is party that brought that forward so yes when you're a politician you need to answer
01:04:34.060 questions and when you're attacking the press when you're attacking our free press you're also
01:04:38.060 attacking democracy it's unworthy of a leader okay so that uh clip came from rebel news so
01:04:45.260 here are my thoughts on this how many times have you heard the white house press secretary or the
01:04:51.820 the President of the United States, or any leader in the West the last few years talk about their
01:04:57.760 opponents as being attackers of democracy. Our democracy is at risk! Democracy is being
01:05:03.260 threatened! How many times have you heard the left-wing corporate media, the Marxist corporate
01:05:06.880 media say, our democracy is at risk? Anytime you hear anybody, any politician, any journalist say,
01:05:17.300 our democracy is at risk, that person is
01:05:21.260 a Marxist. They are gaslighting Marxists.
01:05:26.300 How on earth does Trudeau's
01:05:29.360 exchange with a reporter yesterday threaten the democracy
01:05:33.240 of this country? As compared to, oh,
01:05:38.100 let's say illegally invoking the Emergencies
01:05:41.680 Act, the most draconian law on the books in this country,
01:05:44.820 and cutting off the bank accounts of hundreds of people.
01:05:51.660 But Pierre Polyev having an exchange with a belligerent reporter,
01:05:56.020 well, that's an attack on our democracy.
01:05:57.720 So anybody that you hear say that,
01:06:01.020 that person is a neo-Marxist, my friends.
01:06:05.460 That is a telltale sign right there.
01:06:08.820 And that is it for the show tonight on social media.
01:06:11.800 If you want to join on the website, we'd love to have you join for the extension.

01:06:53.340 yours before they're all gone i'll see you on the extension at shadowdavis.com in two minutes be right
