00:02:53.440and it involves those who have been injured by these so-called vaccines,
00:02:58.020even as the government continues to talk about them being a miracle of science.
00:03:03.320Mark Holland, Canada's Minister of Health, said that today in a press conference.
00:03:09.180And we'll play that for you a little bit later on.

00:06:18.780all right i'm going to read from eva's press release just a couple of paragraphs this came out
00:06:25.760late last week class action lawsuit filed against the federal and provincial government of alberta
00:06:34.220So federal government and provincial government of Alberta for misinformation and negligence about risk and dangers of COVID-19 vaccines.
00:06:42.880A class action lawsuit has been filed by Rath and Company on behalf of Albertans harmed by the COVID-19 vaccines, the COVID vaccines.
00:06:52.200This legal action is centered around allegations of unlawful, negligent, inadequate, improper, unfair and deceptive practices by the defendants in relation to the warning,
00:07:01.160marketing promotion and distribution of covid vaccines and there is all kinds all kinds of
00:07:09.460proof out there to uh to win this case i would say eva chipiak is the co uh litigator council
00:07:20.460sure let's go with co-counsel in the case and carrie sakamono i guess carrie you are the lead
00:07:26.720or sorry the uh the face of this case if you want to call it that i i don't know exactly what what
00:07:33.060is the term eva representative plaintiff okay so there's right now it's proposed representative
00:07:39.740plaintiff because it hasn't been certified just yet are we expecting that anytime soon or do we
00:07:44.900have to wait weeks and weeks for that or months even let's go with months sorry all right okay
00:07:51.420so carrie it's been a while since you've been on the show welcome back by the way and eva one more
00:07:55.820time for you you get a free set of steak knives uh so that'll be good carrie how are you doing
00:08:04.080has there been any change in your condition at all these past few months um no there's been no
00:08:10.560change in my condition um i would say actually you know in saying that i guess there has been
00:08:17.240to change, big change, and that's with my memory. I've been experiencing brain fog and then
00:08:27.220memory issues, which we're testing as my doctors were concerned as memory loss, possible dementia.
00:08:37.620So we did a bunch of testing and a bunch of, did a CAT scan and an MRI, and they've concluded it's
00:08:46.560my medication. It is a side effect. So I have another side effect and it's memory loss right
00:08:56.300now. So my cognitive functions are not great. So the last time you were on the show, you
00:09:05.860kind of ran down every condition that has been caused by these formulas. But for those
00:09:13.360who are new to the show for those who don't know your story uh that didn't see that episode could
00:09:18.060you please give us uh just the synopsis of what has happened to you uh since these vaccines
00:09:24.480uh sure um i had um astrazeneca and then in um april of 21 and then in june of 21 i had pfizer
00:09:38.680and I had reaction right away so it was that night I got sick and proceeded to be sick with
00:09:49.440flu symptoms throughout the week. I was in bed my husband had the same thing so I didn't think
00:09:57.800too much of it I thought we were going through the same thing it would be okay. By day eight
00:10:04.600my husband was back on his feet and continuing on and I got worse. And so over the next few days,
00:10:14.960I kind of went back and forth into emergency. It felt like my brain was on fire is the way that I
00:10:24.820can explain it. It was a lot of pain and my body's reaction was to start vomiting and it just wouldn't
00:10:32.900stop. When I went into hospital, the first time they thought migraine, so they treated me for
00:10:41.020migraines. And my symptoms kind of subsided. And so I would go home. And then when the medications
00:10:48.100would wear off, I'd be right back where I was. So that happened a couple times. And then on one of
00:10:56.520my trips back to the hospital, the paralyzation of my face happened. It fell. I thought I was
00:11:05.200having a stroke because I am in my 40s. So that was my concern right away because I watched it
00:11:13.380happen in the mirror of my car. When I got to the hospital, of course, then they did all the tests
00:11:21.760and they concluded that it was Bell's palsy.
00:11:28.320At that time, they said, we have some steroids for you to take.
00:11:35.060And they said, you know, gave me some instructions
00:11:37.540what to do over the next course of the next few days
00:15:50.520I'm going to, this is going to be something I can recover from.
00:15:53.900But the harsh reality is that this is a serious and permanent injury.
00:16:01.040How has this taken a toll on you, Carrie, and on your family?
00:16:09.060It's changed every aspect of our lives from having to sell our farm and move to town.
00:16:17.000um my husband changed careers during COVID so that's been a struggle um my children suffered
00:16:27.440because I was torn away from them and they weren't able to see me um my son has a little bit of um
00:16:35.640separation anxiety now um I see a psychologist um when I can afford to um and um
00:16:46.980she helps me because um i voluntarily went and had my vaccine you would say i wasn't forced
00:16:57.800with a job um i went because they were saying on the news and the radio and everywhere you looked
00:17:08.280that this was um the way to get back to normal if everybody went and got this then um everybody
00:17:16.780the world can go back to the way it was and you don't want to kill your grandma and you're going
00:17:22.300to kill your kids that are immune compromised and I mean those there was a lot of fear put into
00:17:33.560me I guess so I went and I got it I thought I'm going to do this I'm going to save grandma0.95
00:17:40.820my senior mother was living with me at the time and so um I thought that this is what I was going
00:17:49.700to do to protect everybody that's what I was told that that that's what it was for and so um I went
00:17:56.160and did it and um that's not how it worked out for me and uh now I um the people that were supposed
00:18:08.520to support me have turned their backs on me um they don't want to talk about it nobody wants
00:18:14.920to talk about it they label it misinformation um i'm anti-vax even though i went and got it
00:18:21.540um they're calling you a liar uh i haven't by the public i mean people are harsh i i've been told
00:18:31.000that maids available for people with vaccine injuries severe is mine so that i'm not a tax
00:18:36.800burden. I've had a lot of really awful things been told to me. And these are people that I thought
00:18:44.880supported me. These are people that are for the vaccine. They're saying this is safe and effective.
00:18:50.580This is safe and effective. And I'm trying, I'm screaming from the top of my lungs. It's not for
00:18:54.800everybody. It's just not. That's the reality of it. And so in my head, now I have all these
00:19:01.120conflicts going on um it's really hard to reconcile it's been really difficult but
00:19:07.540i think i've found a community and um they've helped a lot is is this still going on this kind
00:19:16.820of abuse yes this new community that you found is it other people who have been injured by this
00:19:27.500thing i don't i don't want to call it vaccine because it's not um yes there's a community there
00:19:34.900um in the injured and people who know somebody who've been injured um they are speaking they're
00:19:43.220getting louder um and there is also i have found a community in the i don't even know what kind
00:19:50.900community you call them um freedom fighters um i don't even know there's so many different labels
00:19:59.060um yeah i found a community that is supporting me i found a community that is kind i found a
00:20:07.400community that wants to listen um to everything i have to say and feel that it's important
00:20:14.820you know eva when we were chatting a couple of weeks ago on another matter i was asking you hey
00:20:24.320how's carrie doing and you said oh good and you were very got some big news coming up some very
00:20:31.120big news i said well what is it well i can't tell you that yet and so you dropped it last week
00:20:36.340how long have you been working to put this together this class action uh it's been a few
00:20:43.580months for sure um as you know when we were on your show and thanks for having us again we
00:20:49.500announced carrie's case and then now i have the opportunity to work with jeff rath who you met
00:20:56.500the last time and with jeff's office we were able to put it together into a class action because i
00:21:03.700was on my own before and it's um it's quite an endeavor to take on a class action but there
00:21:08.280as Carrie's saying, and I think every day, you know, it's a bit more obvious that there were
00:21:14.700a lot of issues here. And as a result, there's a lot of harms. So, you know, if we have the
00:21:22.160opportunity at the time to change it into a class action, and that's what we've done
00:21:27.040so that we can represent more people. So this has only been public for a few days now.
00:21:33.160have you been in touch with all kinds of people since then have people been reaching out
00:21:39.100if you mean mainstream media they've been silent as they've always been so far um you know the
00:21:48.080communities that carrie's mentioned already they've been quite supportive again um well mainly
00:21:54.780but i you know i i've talked to carrie about this before because i've seen some of the messages that
00:22:01.160she's gotten and it's just disgusting like it's i don't know how you even put those words out of
00:22:08.940your mouth or onto your phone or anything like that but um it's just been uh i i there you go
00:22:17.560i just lost my thought completely but uh i got distracted by all the the naysayers and the
00:22:23.840mean people stealing our energy and our we we were discussing the uh the people that have been
00:22:30.460coming forward possibly to join the class action but are you doing that yet or are you waiting for
00:22:35.400certification first well so what happens in alberta is that um we basically now that it's
00:22:42.120been announced represent everyone in alberta that has a vaccine injury um that's just how it is and
00:22:49.440then so we're soliciting through the website the wrath and company website names and information
00:22:56.320because it's our duty to keep people informed about the lawsuit.
00:23:01.980But there's no obligation to give us their information now,
00:23:07.060but we're going to need it at some point throughout this process.
00:23:10.860So yes, people are certainly reaching out in that respect.
00:23:14.200Is the government not immune from this kind of litigation?
00:23:18.780I remember before the vaccine even got released,
00:23:23.280about two or three months before the vaccine got released,
00:23:26.080Trudeau was already talking about a vaccine injury fund that they had 60 or 70 million dollars in.
00:23:32.320And I thought, what? You're putting together a vaccine injury fund before the vaccine even gets released?
00:23:38.200That means, you know, there's probably going to be something wrong with it.
00:23:42.160I've asked that question over and over again.
00:23:45.720Right. You know, and all of the things that have happened in the past couple of years, even with with other court cases.
00:23:53.180I think there was one case with, what's the guy, Sean Ricard, and the travel mandate case, was it last fall or maybe the fall before, where they actually got the government or certain bureaucrats to admit that the vaccine wouldn't cover transmission, and that's already admitted in court.
00:24:13.680I'm sure you can use that. We have the idiot Anthony Housefather, Liberal MP for one of the0.82
00:24:19.120writings in Montreal, who was talking about the testing being rushed in the House of Commons.0.99
00:24:24.800He was actually talking about the vaccine testing being rushed so that we could get it out to as
00:24:29.700many people as possible. And so they took certain shortcuts. He actually said these words in the
00:24:35.000House of Commons. And I certainly hope that you have plans to use these words against these clowns.0.99
00:24:42.920And that's where I think that's where my train of thought was going is so much more information has been coming out as well about even Health Canada had information that there was contamination in some of these vaccines.
00:36:06.080Do they have to have documents of some kind or a doctor's note that says their injury has been caused by the vaccine?
00:36:11.620Or can they just come to you guys and say, hey, look, Matt, I think I've been hurt by this thing?
00:36:15.180Very good question. And these are things that we're going to have to figure out with time. You know, I think with the time, that's one thing we'll probably have more answers the longer that goes. That's the one benefit in a case like this, that the law doesn't go quickly.
00:36:32.980So by the time it gets to that kind of place that we really need to know whether or how much evidence we need for people's injuries, I suspect people will be able to get a little bit more information from the medical doctors.
00:36:46.800but these are one thing that happens in a class action case is basically everything has to be
00:36:54.020approved by the court so even you know how we determine whether or not a person is vaccine
00:36:59.780injured will be kind of given the rubber stamp by the court so is that a battle that you have
00:37:07.420to go through with the government as well like an argument or is that just something you sit in
00:37:11.760front of the judge and he decides or she decides well it'll probably be some back and forth just
00:37:17.140to make sure we have the right class so that's why you have a class action is that there's a
00:37:21.340class of people that are and i don't know we have you know we're so early in this class action but
00:37:27.000there's i suspect will be a number of different class members some that are permanently disabled
00:37:32.760some that are were temporarily injured you know i don't know if we'll be representing those that
00:37:40.520have passed on. But those are the kind of questions and the discussion. So we'll have
00:37:45.180preliminary discussions and that always happens with the other side. And then the court comes
00:37:49.220in, the judge comes in and says, okay, this is how it's going to go moving forward.
00:37:53.560Carrie, let me ask you, you mentioned earlier that you've made some acquaintances, other people
00:38:00.080who have been vaccine injured. I haven't heard of vaccine deaths yet. And I think the reason for
00:38:06.020that is maybe because the family members are afraid to speak up about it. Have you spoken
00:38:10.020into some family members who suspect that their family member may have died from this?
00:38:17.040Yes, a man named Dan Hartman, his son Sean, so justice for Sean. His son was 17 and he died
00:38:26.160after taking the vaccine. Have they absolutely concluded that was the case or is it still?
00:38:34.980So he's having a really hard time because, again, they want you to prove it through the vaccine injury support program.
00:38:42.500He was denied the first time and he is in the appeal process.
00:38:48.840But we're finding with this program that they seems to have tactics like case managers are fired or you're passed on to one.
00:38:59.220People are having two, three, four, five.
00:52:19.460But you were aware that she asked, Mr. Chair.
00:52:22.060I was talking to the analyst at the time, Mr. Housefather,
00:52:25.940and I can assure you that this meeting has been convened
00:52:28.840in accordance with the standing orders
00:52:31.140and the rules of the House of Commons.
00:52:32.820so i am going to start with mr chong i'm going to keep the list and miss khalid you will go
00:52:39.560when you're recognized on the floor mr chong you have the floor go ahead in light of the february
00:52:44.96028th 2024 okay we don't need to see all of this guys we're going to go to the end watch what
00:52:51.020happens at the end here when the liberals decide to call a vote just to end it we got to end this
00:52:58.520right now i'm going to ask the clerk it is non-debatable mr chong has asked for recorded
00:53:03.060division um and i'm going to ask the sorry chair it sounds like you're debating a little bit there
00:53:08.800i'm explaining i'm explaining miss khalid thank you okay by the way the uh committee chair here
00:53:14.880he is a conservative that's why there's such combativeness here i'm explaining exactly what
00:53:21.000what's going on here and that there's no further debate that you've asked that this meeting be
00:53:25.480adjourned without a decision of the committee being made i'm explaining because this is not
00:53:30.680the mandate of the committee chair that's your opinion go ahead uh madam clerk the vote is on
00:53:38.760the motion to adjourn the meeting mr baines yes miss damoff yes mr sorbar yes please re-liberos
00:53:53.800Mr. Housewater, yes. Four Liberals. Ms. Khalid, yes. Five Liberals. Mr. Cooper, no. Mr. Chong, no. Mr. Ellis, no. Mr. Wilbur, je suis contre.
00:54:47.320It's the Committee on Chinese Interference.
00:54:50.900And they think that we should be taking this matter up with that particular committee.
00:54:55.860I say this matter should be taken up by any committee.0.94
00:55:00.020Because that's how badly China has infiltrated our country.
00:55:05.060Any committee could be applicable to Chinese interference, for goodness sakes.
00:55:09.180Oh, here's more from our friend Sheila Gunn-Reed at Rebel News.
00:55:14.320One of the Chinese spies fired at the Winnipeg high security biolab was advising someone on how to commit immigration fraud and the spy was using her Public Health Agency of Canada email address to do it.
00:55:25.660And then the fired spy, Dr. Zhang Kuo-Kui, lied about it, even with email evidence of the fraud presented to her.
00:55:34.720We've just received these documents that Trudeau has been covering up for years, documents related to a massive security breach at the Trudeau government's most sensitive laboratory, where the most dangerous viruses and pathogens are studied and handled.0.51
00:55:58.120We have learned that the Trudeau government's head of pathogens was collaborating with members of Beijing's People's Liberation Army who are responsible for bioweapons and bioterrorism.
00:56:14.040the information of the immigration fraud advice is on pages 100 and 101 of the cesis report into
00:56:25.300the espionage at the highest level of security biolab in the country in winnipeg manitoba
00:56:30.640wherein two chinese nationals working for the lab were smuggling deadly pathogens and other
00:56:35.340information by the way you see that suit that suit that this person's wearing here in the video0.74
00:56:42.260that suit that's the only way to protect yourself from an airborne virus
00:56:49.960not with a little paper mask or cloth mask not with gloves this hazmat suit right here
00:56:58.240that's the only way to do it is military operatives now the spying duo was frog marched
00:57:04.740out of the building in 2019 and subsequently fired in 2021. But he wasn't the only liar in
00:57:12.660the spy affair. The federal government engaged in a systematic cover-up to avoid the scandal
00:57:17.760coming to light before the 2021 election. In 2021, the president of the Public Health Agency
00:57:23.040of Canada, Ian Stewart, was censured on the floor of the House of Commons after defying four
00:57:27.360separate orders to turn over documents detailing the security breaches at the lab. Stewart was the
00:57:32.960first federal manager summoned for censure since 1891, and Stewart recently retired to a bit of a
