The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - DONALD TRUMP DID NOTHING WRONG! Roger Stone & Alex Jones Respond To Verdict - The StoneZONE

00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone, with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit, Roger Stone.

00:00:08.740 Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.

00:00:13.060 He is a New York Times bestselling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.

00:00:18.660 As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues,

00:00:24.300 and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.

00:00:29.060 Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.

00:00:35.040 And now, here's your host, Roger Stone.

00:00:44.020 All right, my former co-host, able to join me live.

00:00:49.420 Roger, I don't have anything special to pitch to you, just what's your response?

00:00:53.420 I just got Roger on. This is an amazing moment.

00:00:56.300 This is a historical moment of incredible tyranny, showing the deep state is absolutely going for broke.

00:01:01.660 Roger Stone, Trump, all 34 counts in the most kangaroo court ever,

00:01:05.860 with the judge literally telling them to illegally disregard everything, just find him guilty.

00:01:10.920 Roger Stone.

00:01:13.140 Alex, sadly, I'm not shocked, nor am I surprised.

00:01:17.580 I've already seen this movie.

00:01:19.300 This is like when Kennedy was shot.

00:01:22.560 This is a moment that every American is going to remember.

00:01:26.500 Sadly, I'm not shocked.

00:01:28.760 I've seen this movie before, with the gagging of Donald Trump, just as I was gagged,

00:01:34.340 by the judge refusing to recuse himself, despite the fact that he was a Biden donor,

00:01:39.980 and that his daughter was making a fortune off of this trial, just as the judge, in my case,

00:01:50.180 made prejudicial statements regarding May refused to recuse herself, a refusal of a change of venue

00:01:57.260 to a location where you might get a more balanced jury.

00:02:01.040 The limitation of witnesses saying that Donald Trump could not bring the former head of the Federal Election Commission

00:02:07.640 in as an expert witness to say that these transactions had not violated federal election law,

00:02:14.620 just as I was not allowed to bring Bill Binney, the head, the former high-level counterintelligence IT expert from the CIA in,

00:02:24.560 to prove that no one ever hacked the Democratic National Committee.

00:02:28.240 So I see the same tyranny in this trial that I saw in my own trial.

00:02:35.120 I guess, in retrospect, I was the template for this.

00:02:39.200 I was the test run.

00:02:41.080 It didn't get much coverage because I'm not a former president,

00:02:44.020 but the president has been subjected to the exact same.

00:02:47.800 And, Roger, I want you to roll through that and have the floor here because this is viral.

00:02:51.660 Viewers are watching.

00:02:52.680 We're going to take this interview in a few minutes and post it to X as well.

00:02:55.220 But what is the aftermath going to be if all of these show trials have backfired on the deep state?

00:03:02.060 Now what is this obvious show trial conviction with the judge saying convict him no matter what to the jury?

00:03:07.440 What is that going to do?

00:03:09.140 Well, Alex, first of all, one cannot poll within the eye of the storm.

00:03:13.380 I see online people already have insta-polls out.

00:03:16.640 Those appear to prove that the president has sustained no damage that the American people have seen through this.

00:03:24.280 But it's going to be a day or two.

00:03:26.480 We also don't know whether, given the irregularities, there is some possibility of Trump appealing directly to the U.S. Supreme Court on due process issues.

00:03:37.200 That's very rarely accepted, but very rarely have we had a president of the United States in this circumstance.

00:03:45.240 Yeah, this is a constitutional crisis.

00:03:48.340 There's no question about it.

00:03:49.860 And, look, it's hard to digest.

00:03:52.160 This all just happened.

00:03:54.140 Like you, I haven't had a chance to read all of it.

00:03:57.100 But I must say I'm not even motley shocked.

00:04:00.080 This baby was rigged.

00:04:02.180 Trump could have had clearance.

00:04:02.640 Yeah, we talked a few days ago, and you said he's going to be convicted.

00:04:05.500 It's New York.

00:04:06.440 What the hell's wrong with these people?

00:04:09.280 Well, look, Trump could have had clearance, Darrow, and Abraham Lincoln as his lawyers, and he still would have been convicted.

00:04:16.380 This was a rigged deal from day one.

00:04:21.640 Some people had false optimism that there were people on this jury who would look at the actual legal questions.

00:04:29.380 But the trial structure was so rigged, Trump was so limited in what he could say, it was true that Michael Cohen was proven to be a liar on the stand.

00:04:40.240 It was true that no evidence actually tying Trump himself to these bookkeeping transactions.

00:04:47.520 I still don't think the government proved an underlying crime.

00:04:51.460 No, no, you're right, Roger.

00:04:52.760 I mean, even liberal mainline analysts say it was a show trial.

00:04:55.800 It was a fraud.

00:04:56.740 The judge's instructions are unprecedented criminal activity.

00:04:59.800 Violent the law on its face.

00:05:00.620 I'm asking you to go out on a limb.

00:05:02.560 I don't think it's a limb.

00:05:04.100 You and I predicted years ago all these fake show trials would backfire.

00:05:08.080 I predict this will make him go up five more points.

00:05:12.020 He's already 20 points ahead nationally, 13 in battleground states.

00:05:15.400 I predict a 25-point lead now.

00:05:17.380 Well, from your mouth to God's ear, that has certainly been the trend here.

00:05:23.740 On the other hand, the left has what they want. 0.70

00:05:26.120 They wanted to be able to say Donald Trump is a convicted felon.

00:05:29.580 That's for purposes of this upcoming CNN debate.

00:05:35.000 They don't care that this will be—

00:05:36.800 They just want Biden to be—oh, by the way, that's the other big one.

00:05:39.460 Biden is set tonight to do a victory lap.

00:05:41.600 Roger, can you respond?

00:05:43.820 Yeah, unbelievable.

00:05:44.660 First of all, he should be keeping his distance from this, but the reason he's not is because

00:05:48.620 he can't help himself.

00:05:50.340 These are—was orchestrated by people in his Justice Department and in his White House.

00:05:55.780 You have, I hate to say it, but a racketeering conspiracy involving the state and federal

00:06:00.880 prosecutors.

00:06:01.640 The whole thing is driven by Biden.

00:06:03.700 Trump is right when he says that. 0.65

00:06:05.700 Crazy that this woman on Fox tried to claim otherwise.

00:06:09.280 This is a—this was a political takedown.

00:06:12.840 Alex, how many times have we played the bite on your show of them asking Biden how he feels

00:06:18.120 about a rematch with Trump?

00:06:19.380 And he says, I'm not worried about it.

00:06:20.920 We're going to use the Constitution so he can't run.

00:06:23.660 There it is, right there.

00:06:24.660 Absolutely.

00:06:25.260 And by the way, I've got a statement from the Biden-Harris-Obama third administration

00:06:30.260 here.

00:06:31.100 I'm going to read this on him.

00:06:32.900 Biden-Harris campaign statement on today's verdict.

00:06:35.260 Below is a statement from Biden-Harris 2024 Communications Director Michael Taylor on

00:06:40.480 today's verdict.

00:06:41.580 In New York today, we saw no one is above the law.

00:06:44.480 My God, that's rich.

00:06:46.080 Donald Trump has always mistakenly believed he would never face consequences for breaking

00:06:50.200 the law for his own personal gain, but today's verdict does not change the fact that the

00:06:54.820 American people face a simple reality.

00:06:57.180 There is still only one way to keep Donald Trump out of the Oval Office at the ballot

00:07:01.200 box, convicted felon or not.

00:07:03.500 Trump will be the Republican nominee for president, so they're capitulating to that.

00:07:07.600 The threat Trump poses to our democracy has never been greater.

00:07:10.500 That's why they want him off the ballot.

00:07:12.000 He is running an incredibly unhinged campaign of revenge and retribution.

00:07:16.980 That's what they're doing, pledging to be a dictator one day.

00:07:20.900 That's all out of context and calling for the Constitution to be terminated.

00:07:24.920 That's not even true.

00:07:25.660 So he can reign and keep power.

00:07:28.320 A second Trump turn means chaos, ripped America freedoms and fomenting political violence,

00:07:34.580 which they're going to stage riots when he's president-elect and the American people

00:07:37.680 will reject it in November.

00:07:40.400 Wow.

00:07:41.580 Let me get Roger Stone's take of the no-introyers. 1.00

00:07:44.820 First of all, an admission here that Donald Trump is still formidable.

00:07:49.100 So they're basically saying, even despite this, you know, we're going to have to stop

00:07:53.180 him from becoming president.

00:07:54.560 So they already recognize the backfire here.

00:07:58.300 And then just a constant recitation of their phony talking points.

00:08:02.700 They are the ones who are a threat to democracy.

00:08:05.040 They're the ones trying to lock up their leading political opponent.

00:08:07.640 They are the ones spying on 178,000 Americans without search warrants.

00:08:13.100 They're the ones seeking to censure free speech, censor free speech on the Internet and in all

00:08:21.460 modes of communication.

00:08:23.260 They are the authoritarians.

00:08:25.260 They are the threat to democracy.

00:08:27.660 Today's conviction just proves that.

00:08:30.220 Roger, we're looking it up now, but I saw it two days ago.

00:08:33.720 Biden said he will do an Oval Office address, normally reserved for war, tonight.

00:08:40.020 So, guys, check it.

00:08:41.220 They may change it if he's, you know, too dumped up.

00:08:43.920 But what do you expect Roger Stone to hear out of the puppet Biden?

00:08:49.260 Look, I think he's going to do what he always does.

00:08:51.240 He's going to launch an attack on Donald Trump and the voters who support him.

00:08:56.300 The attack on his supporters is almost as vile as the attack on him.

00:09:01.020 Referring to Trump supporters as deplorable, as Hillary Clinton did, is a perfect example.

00:09:07.020 This vilification of MAGA Republicans, vilifying people whose sin seems to be that they want

00:09:12.940 to put their own country first.

00:09:15.400 It is dangerous.

00:09:17.320 It is divisive.

00:09:18.380 This is the politics of fear.

00:09:22.080 This is the politics of violence.

00:09:27.260 They're the ones actually advocating violence, all the while they claim that we are doing it.

00:09:32.720 Well, that's right.

00:09:33.240 And, Roger, let me add that next big point.

00:09:34.760 I want you to continue on here.

00:09:35.740 We're going to take this live feed and put it out on my X account in, like, five minutes.

00:09:39.340 I want you to continue on.

00:09:41.000 You're gracious to be with her.

00:09:41.960 There's this huge news break.

00:09:43.000 Obviously, you'll talk to Trump tonight.

00:09:44.280 You'll be able to come back home with us tomorrow on my show and Owen's show, the other shows

00:09:47.100 here at Infowars while we're still here.

00:09:49.280 Very dark days.

00:09:50.200 But I want to have a cautionary alert here.

00:09:53.020 I am viscerally angry.

00:09:55.820 I am physically angry over this because my rights are being robbed to vote for who I want.

00:10:01.520 This is a tyranny. 0.98

00:10:02.560 It's like having your house robbed, but far worse, or your children raped. 0.96

00:10:06.100 We have to be very careful.

00:10:07.440 If I was the deep state, they will stage some false flags, provocateur, something like the failed

00:10:11.660 Whitmer kidnapping that came out in court was staged and made up by the FBI.

00:10:14.940 Or on January 6th.

00:10:16.160 I'm very concerned about them provocateuring something.

00:10:18.760 We should get ahead of this and say, no violence.

00:10:21.060 This is going to backfire.

00:10:22.280 We do not support any violence.

00:10:23.780 Roger Stone.

00:10:25.300 You're absolutely right, Alex, that much of this is meant to provoke people.

00:10:30.280 People cannot be provoked.

00:10:33.840 Again, we still don't know all of the ramifications.

00:10:37.800 We don't know, for example, whether when sentencing will be.

00:10:42.260 We don't know whether Trump is theoretically going to be confined to home confinement, which

00:10:49.240 would certainly cramp his campaign style, which is really their goal, or whether he'll even

00:10:54.880 be allowed to remain at liberty pending appeal.

00:10:58.360 That is not automatic, not with this wildly partisan judge.

00:11:03.640 So I think we have to let this play out over the next couple days.

00:11:08.240 I suspect you're going to have a surge of millions of dollars into Trump's campaign

00:11:13.240 coffers, which is important because Biden has been out-raising him, although last month

00:11:17.580 Trump did out-raise Biden.

00:11:19.820 But overall, when you include the party committees, they've out-raised us.

00:11:24.140 So that's important.

00:11:24.580 Let's be clear.

00:11:24.940 They've got billionaires.

00:11:25.920 We've got small people.

00:11:26.760 More to be for Trump.

00:11:27.800 By the way, the numbers are in.

00:11:28.740 It's now a July 11th sentencing date.

00:11:32.440 Roger Stone.

00:11:32.980 Again, a lot will be determined between then and now.

00:11:40.600 What do they do with the Secret Service in the event that they elect to send him to Rikers

00:11:44.640 Island?

00:11:45.080 Does he get two agents to go there with him?

00:11:47.520 And this makes very little sense.

00:11:50.000 They know this will be overturned.

00:11:51.820 They don't care.

00:11:52.680 The point was to get the headlines, to get the moniker, so they can now gloat about it.

00:11:59.500 And the fact that they were only in for 11 hours on a 34-count indictment, experienced

00:12:06.320 criminal defense lawyers tell me if there was serious consideration, they'd have been

00:12:10.540 in there for a week.

00:12:12.240 So let's stop there.

00:12:13.120 Let me ask you this.

00:12:15.700 You know the big guy, the real big guy, not Joe Biden, the 10 percent of the big guy.

00:12:20.600 How is Trump going to respond to this?

00:12:24.380 Look, I'm sure that he is disappointed, but he also thinks he's a realist.

00:12:28.380 He said every day in the hallway for the last week, this is rigged, folks.

00:12:33.900 This is rigged.

00:12:34.820 I'm not being allowed to put on a defense.

00:12:36.780 The whole thing is rigged. 0.99

00:12:38.020 The judge is corrupt. 0.64

00:12:39.640 I mean, he's saying some of these things, I think, in violation of the gag order, paying 0.52

00:12:44.620 the fines because they've sought to silence his voice.

00:12:50.520 But look, you know what he's like.

00:12:52.920 He's a brawler.

00:12:54.260 He's going to be resilient.

00:12:55.560 He's going to be angry, but he's going to be more committed than ever.

00:13:01.220 He's already said in many interviews he was ready for this.

00:13:04.740 Remember, he said, if I have to go to jail for the Constitution, I'm ready to do that.

00:13:09.940 He's already said it.

00:13:11.020 So we know how he feels.

00:13:13.020 Well, we can imagine what the debate's going to be like.

00:13:15.720 And Biden's announcement tonight, which he said he'd make.

00:13:18.900 We're checking to see if he's still going to do it.

00:13:20.180 I mean, this is going to be, I predict now, in fact, it's not a prediction.

00:13:23.500 I know this is going to backfire because America is awake and they see what's going on.

00:13:29.040 And even my own persecution, it's nothing compared to Trump or Rogers that was horrible,

00:13:36.060 but still not as bad as Trump's.

00:13:37.940 The people have rallied to us seeing through this.

00:13:40.240 I predict this is their Waterloo. 0.66

00:13:43.180 I predict that they've really, really screwed the pooch here, Roger. 1.00

00:13:49.200 I think they have overreached.

00:13:51.100 Everybody, including those on the left, knew this was their weakest case.

00:13:56.040 I think they failed to prove their case.

00:13:58.660 Based on what I've read, there are rare instances where there's a due process violation.

00:14:03.480 If, in fact, you had different people for different charges, that remains to be seen.

00:14:11.820 They said, again, that he was convicted on all 34 charges.

00:14:15.760 That would mean the jury had to be anonymous.

00:14:17.900 That tells you something right there in 11 hours, 11 hours.

00:14:23.000 And this is the first president in history indicted like this,

00:14:27.560 and the Democrats admit to take him out of the game.

00:14:30.320 Absolutely insane.

00:14:31.260 Roger, keep going for a few minutes.

00:14:33.840 I want Owen to pop in.

00:14:34.940 I'm going to go make sure this gets cut out right now and put up on real Alex Jones on X.

00:14:39.120 We might do an X simulcast right now.

00:14:41.520 We're already video simulcasting, maybe at X spaces, because this is huge.

00:14:45.200 People need to respond.

00:14:46.380 This is historical.

00:14:49.220 I'm always happy to be on with the great Owen Schroyer.

00:14:55.020 Owen, what's your take on this?

00:14:57.740 Well, I wonder what they're going to do,

00:14:59.900 because they obviously don't want Trump campaigning.

00:15:02.160 They saw that massive rally he had in the Bronx.

00:15:04.760 They don't want the optics of that ever again.

00:15:06.560 And then Biden goes to Philadelphia, literally can't fill a high school.

00:15:09.120 So they have big enough balls to put an ankle bracelet on him? 0.67

00:15:11.140 They probably do it. 0.90

00:15:12.320 I mean, sentencing being July 11th,

00:15:14.940 there's probably some agreements between what he can and can't do now and then to remain out of prison.

00:15:20.560 It's normally how it goes.

00:15:21.660 So I don't know what those agreements are.

00:15:23.160 Roger, do you care to speculate?

00:15:24.200 Yeah, no, you raise an excellent point.

00:15:27.160 There are conditions of probation, and they can be as strict as the judge wants them to be.

00:15:34.260 But this is naked election meddling.

00:15:36.660 He needs to challenge it.

00:15:37.720 I think he will.

00:15:38.220 Well, there is a way to do that based on everything I have read.

00:15:44.840 Very rare that the U.S. Supreme Court will hear it,

00:15:47.600 but they do have authority to reach down to any court, state or federal,

00:15:51.640 when there's a violation of due process, which I think has been the case here.

00:15:56.460 Well, and I guess, considering the debates are coming up as well, that – okay, sorry.

00:16:06.880 So, yeah, I'm guessing here that one of the motives is to keep Trump off the campaign trail.

00:16:12.820 I mean, there's no doubt about that.

00:16:14.440 This is all being run from the White House, at least to a certain extent,

00:16:17.700 with the judge's daughter getting hundreds of millions of dollars from the Democrats. 0.95

00:16:22.160 I mean, I'm sure that that's not a coincidence that that's what's going on here.

00:16:26.460 But do you think that they just cancel a debate?

00:16:32.120 I mean, what do they do next?

00:16:34.500 Because there's so many different things on the table right now.

00:16:37.840 No, they don't – they're not going to want to cancel – they're not going to want to cancel a debate.

00:16:41.680 This is the centerpiece of their defense strategy – pardon me, of their debate strategy.

00:16:47.680 This is all about Joe Biden being able to say to Donald Trump, you're a convicted felon.

00:16:53.420 The correct response would be, of course, and, Joe, you should be and you will be soon enough,

00:16:58.400 because the House Republicans, just this past week, more evidence of Joe Biden meeting with the Chinese,

00:17:05.800 ironically, at a Sandy Hook memorial event, cutting a $10 million-a-year deal for the Biden crime family.

00:17:15.520 So, there's plenty there.

00:17:18.660 Trump's best tactic is to turn this around on him.

00:17:23.540 He can negate this trial by denouncing it as rigged, but then he can spin immediately on to the vulnerabilities of Hunter and Joe and Jim Biden,

00:17:34.260 which are actually genuine, egregious financial and tax crimes.

00:17:40.520 I'm Roger Stone, and, yes, you are in the Stone Zone, the place for politics.

00:17:53.540 Is America undergoing a political realignment?

00:17:58.060 Will an unjust result from a jury in New York City only accelerate that realignment?

00:18:05.680 There's more than anecdotal evidence that African-American voters, Hispanic voters, and even younger voters are moving into the Trump column.

00:18:16.240 Joining me today to discuss this and other political matters, of course, my co-host, Troy Smith, the editor-in-chief of Slingshot.News.

00:18:27.340 Roger, it's a huge day. Happy to be here, as always.

00:18:29.740 It is an interesting question. Most people don't realize this, but in 1932, more African-Americans voted for Herbert Hoover than Franklin Roosevelt.

00:18:43.760 In 1960, despite Nixon's mishandling of the arrest of Dr. Martin Luther King, still almost a third of African-Americans voted Republican.

00:18:55.980 That's, of course, because of the role of the Republican Party in the Civil War.

00:19:01.740 It was the party of emancipation.

00:19:04.460 But because of the New Deal and Lyndon Johnson's great society, African-Americans realigned with the Democratic Party beginning in the 1950s,

00:19:17.120 culminating with African-Americans being an almost monolithic Democratic vote in this country in more recent elections.

00:19:25.360 It was actually Donald Trump's ability to make incremental gains in that community that allowed him to win the presidency in 2016.

00:19:36.180 If you will examine the vote in places like Detroit and Milwaukee and Miami, Fort Lauderdale and other major Philadelphia, certainly,

00:19:50.840 you will see a small, incremental, but still significant increase between those votes received by Mitt Romney and those votes received by Donald Trump.

00:20:02.040 Now, however, I think there's even greater opportunity in that community.

00:20:07.960 And to discuss that and other matters, my good friend, Bishop Leon Benjamin, joins us now.

00:20:17.380 Hello. Hello, Roger. God bless you.

00:20:20.100 And Troy, good to be with you guys today in the Stone Zone. I love it.

00:20:24.200 I must say, Leon, that beard makes you look very distinguished, very distinguished indeed.

00:20:32.960 Well, look, it's all what's happening right now.

00:20:36.920 The black community, point blank, has made up their minds. 0.97

00:20:42.040 There's no turning back. 0.51

00:20:43.260 There is a complete, what I call a complete exodus off of the Democratic plantation, a total and complete exodus.

00:20:54.520 And we have to be able to understand that all the atrocities that's been going on over the last 50 plus years in the African-American community,

00:21:08.740 in the minority community, has not gotten any better, especially in these rundown Democratic cities run by Democratic mayors 0.85

00:21:17.440 and Democratic state houses and Democratic governors.

00:21:22.540 I mean, it just goes on.

00:21:24.040 And now a breath of fresh air through none other than the brash New Yorker.

00:21:32.300 A breath of fresh air.

00:21:34.020 To come up for that air is not enough.

00:21:37.000 We have to come completely out of the mud, out of the muck and the mowry clay, 0.79

00:21:42.720 and stand now completely on solid policies called America first.

00:21:48.180 And that's what's happening, Roger.

00:21:50.040 Yeah, it was very interesting to me that President Joe Biden had a speech at the NAACP,

00:21:57.320 which was basically completely negative.

00:22:00.680 It was, you're victims, you're going to be victims, America is unfair to you, you're hated.

00:22:08.120 Whereas Donald Trump's message in the South Bronx was completely uplifting.

00:22:13.760 It is a message of economic empowerment.

00:22:16.940 It is a message of black capitalism. 0.94

00:22:19.940 It is a message of self-responsibility.

00:22:23.840 I think that his platinum plan, for example,

00:22:27.740 which was modeled after a plan put forward by President Richard Nixon in 1968 called black capitalism

00:22:34.520 to inject capital into these urban areas to make low-cost loans available to minority business owners

00:22:46.080 to expand their businesses, and, of course, enterprise zones, opportunity zones,

00:22:51.820 where taxes could be pushed off for those seeking to start new businesses in urban areas

00:22:58.500 and hire a certain number of employees.

00:23:00.680 This seems to me to be a more resilient message for that community.

00:23:08.140 It looks to me, basing on the polling, that black voters are looking for the same thing that all voters are,

00:23:15.280 safe neighborhoods, good schools, economic opportunity being at the top of that list.

00:23:22.860 Tell us a little bit, Leon, about your MAGA Black project, which I find fascinating.

00:23:29.580 Well, look, MAGA Black, black, brown, and white unite.

00:23:34.820 We are not apologizing for wanting to have a good life in the black community,

00:23:42.220 and that means we need everybody to come together, whether it be black, Hispanics, Latinos,

00:23:47.400 whether it be whites, it doesn't matter.

00:23:49.460 But the policies that we're pushing right now through MAGA Black are what Kennedy did back in the day,

00:23:56.460 saying that a rising tide raises all ships.

00:23:59.660 So we're going back to dealing with infrastructure, dealing with community, education, school choice, school reform.

00:24:06.820 We're dealing with also economic reform, where we're creating jobs,

00:24:11.000 just like what happened in the first administration of Trump through the Opportunity Zones

00:24:15.440 and the Tax Reform Act, the Jobs Act, where we were creating jobs hand over fist.

00:24:22.380 I mean, we employed more African-Americans during the first Trump administration than any other administration in history.

00:24:29.840 More African-Americans, more Asian, I mean, even women, more women were being put back in the workforce. 0.53

00:24:36.980 And so we're going again and facing, look, good conversations in the barbershops.

00:24:43.540 We're going to the hood, Roger.

00:24:45.880 We're going where sometimes Republicans say, I don't know if I want to go there.

00:24:50.600 Well, we got to go there in 2024.

00:24:53.500 We got to go into these places, into the barbershops, into the churches, black churches,

00:24:58.640 and challenge, challenge the people again to say, look, have you been any better off, come on, since 2020?

00:25:08.860 Has anything changed now from 2020 to 2024?

00:25:12.200 And we already know it's a rhetorical question.

00:25:15.800 We don't really want to answer it because we already know the answer.

00:25:18.860 The answer is no.

00:25:20.840 Things have gotten worse.

00:25:21.980 High gas prices, high food prices.

00:25:25.320 Come on.

00:25:25.720 I mean, high mortgage rates, rents, people can't even own a home.

00:25:30.180 Fentanyl has, you know, crossed in through the borders because of China and gone into our deepest inner city black communities where people are dying every day.

00:25:42.840 I mean, this is all what MAGA Black now has, look, with the help of many patriots, thank God for our supporters and those that are supporting us.

00:25:51.720 They can go to our website at magablack.org and join into the fight.

00:25:56.180 But we are in major battleground states.

00:25:59.440 We're in Pennsylvania.

00:26:00.720 You mentioned Philly.

00:26:01.620 We're in Philly.

00:26:02.520 We're in Georgia, Atlanta.

00:26:04.540 We're in Detroit, in Michigan, and in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

00:26:09.080 And we're about to open up probably a couple of other states because people are hungry for change in the black community.

00:26:17.300 And no more denying, it's been an exodus for a while, Roger.

00:26:21.660 Like you mentioned, Rami, from that time going forward, there's been a total determination that something needs to change.

00:26:33.420 And especially between black males between ages 18 and 34, they are making the change.

00:26:39.280 They are leaving the Democrat plantation, and they're making up in their minds that, hey, if they can go after Trump, put him in jail, throw the key away, what's going to happen to us?

00:26:52.800 So there is total, 100% identity, come on, being able to identify with someone like Donald Trump.

00:27:03.120 That's what's happening, Roger.

00:27:04.600 And it's happening on a large scale.

00:27:06.480 The polls don't even tell half the story.

00:27:10.220 Troy Smith, the editor of Slingshot.News and my co-host here.

00:27:16.100 Do you have a question for Bishop Leon Benjamin?

00:27:18.800 Absolutely.

00:27:20.680 Mr. Benjamin, I wanted to ask you about what's going on in the cities as it pertains to illegal immigration because we see rising problems in New York and other cities where city resources are being given to non-citizens.

00:27:32.460 Can you speak to this and the effect it's having on the black community nationwide?

00:27:36.940 Absolutely.

00:27:37.820 It's really hitting it where it really hurts.

00:27:42.020 Children are already failing in schools.

00:27:44.740 Since COVID, I mean, the reading rate has gone down.

00:27:50.640 Graduation rate has gone down.

00:27:52.900 Now you're bringing illegals into the very schools that we're supposed to be teaching our kids. 1.00

00:27:59.860 It has been atrocious.

00:28:01.480 Could you imagine telling your children you can't go to school this year anymore because we're bringing illegals and turning your school into housing? 1.00

00:28:11.480 This is ridiculous. 0.95

00:28:12.880 So it's really impacting. 0.91

00:28:14.040 I've been getting calls, even if it's in Chicago.

00:28:17.260 It's been crazy in Chicago what's been going on with illegal immigration.

00:28:21.640 So it migrated some kind of way from the southern border all the way up to the northern borders.

00:28:27.720 So there is no more closed borders.

00:28:31.120 What this Biden administration has done, the fiasco at the borders, it is a bloodbath.

00:28:38.920 It really is because we're letting criminals in.

00:28:41.020 The crime has increased in the inner cities.

00:28:44.740 We still got MS-13 gangs and people who come out of hospital asylums that have been let loose into our country.

00:28:52.620 The worst of the worst have been coming across the borders.

00:28:55.500 And on top of that, we've gotten people that we can't even identify that have come in.

00:29:01.660 So we're talking about 10 million up to 17 million who have crossed since this administration has started.

00:29:08.640 It's getting ridiculous.

00:29:10.120 And it has impacted where the welfare system is now being strangled. 0.92

00:29:16.180 So what should be going to the black community when we talk about the EBT system, the EBT cards, the paying for child care, all those things are now being strangled because of illegal immigration.

00:29:31.440 We've got a short video here that produced by the MAGA Black Project.

00:29:37.900 Let's run it.

00:29:38.440 For decades, the Marxist left has propagandized African-Americans in an effort to make them dependent on government and ensure their own power.

00:29:48.740 In doing so, they have destroyed individuals, families and entire communities.

00:29:54.220 The Democrat Party has been the primary vehicle in means of the devastating destruction and the subjugation of black and other minority communities. 1.00

00:30:04.860 Since Lyndon Johnson's cynical perversion of the Civil Rights Act, black and brown Americans have had to endure pain, hopelessness and empty promises from politicians and organizations in and out of government to use them and abuse them for power and political gain. 1.00

00:30:22.360 Then ignore them until the next election.

00:30:27.320 In 2016, the election of Donald J. Trump brought the much-needed change.

00:30:33.300 The America First policies of his administration brought real prosperity, dignity and restored hope to communities damaged and victimized by so many years of liberal policies and lies.

00:30:46.640 President Trump's Make America Great Again movement gave rise to the greatest economy this republic has ever experienced.

00:30:54.760 It provided those living in victimized and subjugated communities real opportunity to take full advantage of the American dream for the very first time.

00:31:05.520 These policies were breaking the chains of dependence on government, giving birth to real hope and opportunity.

00:31:12.440 The Biden regime's Build Back Better debacle has erased historic gains of Trump's America First MAGA agenda.

00:31:20.900 Increasing levels of crime, unemployment, rising prices, moral decay and the overreaching efforts to remove our individual God-given rights has devastated once hopeful individuals, families and whole communities.

00:31:36.900 For generations, Democrats have followed the Marxist playbook by driving wedges of division and hatred among Americans of all stripes. 0.93

00:31:46.980 What the Marxists in Washington and those around the country fail to understand is that those living in minority communities are not stupid. 0.97

00:31:56.700 They don't want to see themselves as victims or wars of the Marxist master state or to be controlled by lying politicians, race hustlers and all powerful bureaucrats. 0.98

00:32:10.400 The white liberal differs from the white conservative only in one way. 0.99

00:32:15.080 The liberal is more deceitful, more hypocritical through tricks or tokenism. 0.98

00:32:20.240 Look how much African-American communities have suffered under democratic control. 0.97

00:32:28.900 America must reject the bigotry of Hillary Clinton, who sees communities of color only as votes, not as human beings worthy of a better future.

00:32:41.240 Trump's MAGA policies provided a taste of true independence, dignity, hope, prosperity and freedom to those who had only dreamed of these things.

00:32:53.060 For the first time, Americans who had all their lives felt trapped in a cycle of poverty, persecution and exclusion were able to taste the sweetness of America's promise.

00:33:06.060 Now, years after President Donald Trump's removal from the White House and the enactment of the present regime's policies, the whole nation is suffering, especially black and brown communities.

00:33:18.940 Many in these communities are waking up to the reality of the situation our nation is facing.

00:33:24.920 They are witnessing the absolute persecution of Donald Trump, the one man who kept his word to work on their behalf.

00:33:32.720 They recognize the unfair hate-filled treatment he is receiving, and they recognize it for what it is.

00:33:41.080 They find themselves in solidarity.

00:33:44.080 They understand this man who worked so hard to provide them a shot at the dream and vision by Martin Luther King Jr.

00:33:51.600 is being victimized himself, as were others who shared that dream.

00:33:55.720 The goal of MAGA Black is to unite those seeking to fulfill Dr. King's dreams and truly make America great again.

00:34:06.800 The past is in the past, and it must not be repeated.

00:34:10.720 The future is before us, and we must unite to make the dream a reality.

00:34:15.860 Join us.

00:34:25.720 A very powerful video by my friend Leon Benjamin that I think laid it out very nicely.

00:34:33.800 In addition to the economic empowerment issues, I think the criminal justice reform record of Donald Trump is something that was not utilized as extensively as it should have been in the 2020 campaign and really does need to be utilized in this campaign.

00:34:51.340 It is Joe Biden, who, as chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, is the author of the 1994 crime bill.

00:35:00.500 This shifted the focus of the war on drugs away from drug kingpins and drug traffickers and drug cartels and drug dealers to the end user.

00:35:13.000 In other words, it was Biden, in a law signed by Bill Clinton, that for the first time mandated the harsh mandatory penalties for the first time nonviolent crime of possession of small amounts of drugs.

00:35:31.160 Now, people with this problem belong in drug treatment programs.

00:35:35.220 They don't belong in incarceration.

00:35:37.860 I'm talking about people with no previous criminal record, people who are not violent, people who are only hurting themselves.

00:35:47.300 But in order to win reelection, Joe Biden and Bill Clinton put together this bill in order to look tough on crime.

00:35:57.000 It's ironic that Hunter Biden is now seeking to walk on the crimes that his father mandated harsh penalties for.

00:36:08.740 Really quite extraordinary.

00:36:10.780 Leon, do you think that that issue, criminal justice reform, should be an important element of Donald Trump's appeal in the black community?

00:36:19.500 Oh, absolutely.

00:36:22.340 I mean, after all of this lawfare, we really got to gut the whole judicial, the whole legal system.

00:36:32.000 And so what the First Step Act did was cause the community to align themselves again with the prisons, with the BOP, the Bureau of Prisons and all of the other jails and so forth,

00:36:45.440 where now we can work from the inside out, and that's what has to happen.

00:36:49.900 So it's not just drain the swamp, it's drain the legal system, too.

00:36:54.760 And President Donald Trump will be the right person to go in and reinitiate again the First Step Act,

00:37:01.240 which was very, very, very beneficial to the black community.

00:37:06.580 And everybody else, there were people, as you know, Roger Stone, were getting let out that they thought they'd never see the light of day.

00:37:14.220 And so we are back in that position again.

00:37:18.700 And I think right now that should be at one of the things at the top of the ticket when it comes to criminal justice reform.

00:37:25.780 So you are right spot on in saying that.

00:37:28.120 It has always been ironic to me that in the case of both the First Step Act and the Second Chance Act,

00:37:36.320 the only two major pieces of criminal justice reform in decades,

00:37:41.780 that so many members of the House Black Caucus, who have been calling for these exact reforms for years,

00:37:49.120 voted against it simply because it was put forward and pushed by President Donald Trump.

00:37:54.500 So they did this to the detriment of the people that they allegedly represent.

00:38:00.480 Troy, do you have a final question for our guest, Leon Benjamin?

00:38:05.540 Absolutely.

00:38:06.460 Sir, if we don't right the wrongs here and we see Joe Biden elected,

00:38:10.980 what would you expect to see for the black community in the next four years?

00:38:14.780 I mean, it seems to me that things are already getting extremely bad,

00:38:18.300 and four more years of Joe Biden might just push it over the top.

00:38:21.460 I think we will not even, as you so eloquently said, Troy,

00:38:27.020 we won't even recognize our nation anymore.

00:38:29.780 If Biden wins and gets in, we won't have a nation.

00:38:34.100 We won't have any opportunities, especially in the minority community. 1.00

00:38:40.340 Everything would just escalate even more.

00:38:43.240 Crime will escalate.

00:38:44.880 Poor education will escalate.

00:38:46.780 Poor economy.

00:38:48.080 High gas prices.

00:38:49.300 They're trying to bring this EV thing in, electric vehicles.

00:38:52.600 Who in the black community?

00:38:54.160 I mean, some can.

00:38:55.180 So I'm not trying to say everybody's broke.

00:38:57.340 But the majority of the people in the minority community are not going to be trying to buy an electric vehicle. 0.96

00:39:03.740 So all these things, if he gets in office, you might as well just kiss the black community bye-bye

00:39:11.240 and allow the fall in detriment of the whole entire society.

00:39:15.860 Because there was a wise man that said, if you put your foot on one man, come on.

00:39:21.100 If you keep one man down, you're keeping everybody else down.

00:39:25.060 And that's exactly what the Democrat Party has been doing for years.

00:39:28.820 And their plight against the black community now, I believe, is backfiring. 0.67

00:39:33.880 So we're about to see a tremendous upset here in 2024 because the black community are finally awakening to the plots, plans, tricks, and wows of the Democrat Party. 1.00

00:39:49.660 It is past time, due time, and it is our time.

00:39:54.600 It's all of our times.

00:39:55.900 All Americans.

00:39:56.780 We all bleed the same blood.

00:39:57.980 But as one pastor said, we all bleed red, white, and blue.

00:40:01.900 We bleed the same blood.

00:40:03.420 We as Americans, we need to stand together.

00:40:06.740 And that's what MAGA Black is all about. 0.62

00:40:08.500 So I appreciate what you guys are doing.

00:40:11.260 Thanks.

00:40:11.580 Thank you so much for that question.

00:40:14.180 All right.

00:40:14.740 Pastor Leon Benjamin, our guest today, I want to thank you for joining us on the Stone Zone.

00:40:20.640 You see the website right there where you can reach him, the magablack.org.

00:40:26.900 Please reach out to Pastor Benjamin and support his important work.

00:40:33.580 This has been a great interview, and I appreciate your joining us on the Stone Zone.

00:40:38.780 Appreciate you too, Roger.

00:40:40.120 You know you're my brother from another mother, man.

00:40:42.640 And so I just love you and just thank you for all the work you're doing.

00:40:46.280 You are pivotal in this season.

00:40:48.040 So stay strong, brother.

00:40:49.740 God bless you.

00:40:51.340 God bless.

00:40:52.100 Folks, do you recall when AT&T cellular coverage went down several weeks ago, leaving millions

00:41:00.760 of people unable to communicate with loved ones, business associates, or even for emergency

00:41:06.540 services?

00:41:07.880 You see, cell phone networks are extraordinarily vulnerable.

00:41:11.980 They're vulnerable to hackers and terrorists.

00:41:14.780 They're also vulnerable to hurricanes and other natural disasters.

00:41:18.840 So if your cell phone goes out, what would you do?

00:41:23.500 How would you communicate?

00:41:26.460 Fortunately, there is an answer.

00:41:29.440 Because of the fragility of the cell phone systems, which we experienced only recently, I

00:41:37.200 have signed up for the Iridium 955 satellite phone.

00:41:42.920 Now, this phone works off of a proprietary satellite network.

00:41:48.780 So if the electrical grid goes down entirely, you would have absolute cell phone coverage

00:41:55.980 any place on the planet.

00:41:58.900 In fact, cell phones only cover about 7% of the Earth's surface, where the Iridium system

00:42:06.340 covers 100%.

00:42:08.360 Actually, you can call or text from any place where you can see the sky.

00:42:14.160 These phones are used by the U.S. military and government officials everywhere because

00:42:19.180 they're safe and secure.

00:42:21.240 No eavesdropping, no hacking.

00:42:23.180 It's the reason the U.S. military uses Iridium phones, as well as the U.S. Senate using them

00:42:29.040 for their secure communications.

00:42:31.840 There's no tracking.

00:42:33.280 No one can listen to your calls.

00:42:34.820 No one can read your texts, but the person you're sending them to.

00:42:39.120 And the best part is, big tech cannot steal or sell your data.

00:42:44.280 Now, you can get the Iridium 955 phone at no cost whatsoever if you sign up for a plan

00:42:52.680 with a 24-month agreement to provide satellite cellular service.

00:42:59.160 You can go to sat123.com, and the monthly cost of your cellular service is a mere $95.95.

00:43:11.540 That's incredible.

00:43:13.360 And you get the phone for free.

00:43:16.060 That's right.

00:43:16.860 You get the Iridium 955 phone for free.

00:43:20.720 This is an important plan for a terrorist or other attack on the country.

00:43:29.760 You can also get a lower-cost plan at $85.95.

00:43:35.560 There's also family plans, so you can get multiple free phones for the members of your family.

00:43:41.680 I really urge you to check it out by going to sat123.com slash roger.

00:43:50.220 That's sat123.com slash roger.

00:43:55.360 And sign up for your satellite cell phone service today.

00:44:01.220 All right.

00:44:02.220 We're back in the Stone Zone.

00:44:03.940 I'm here with my sidekick, Troy Smythe, the editor-in-chief of Slingshot.news.

00:44:12.800 And joining us now is a true America First candidate for the U.S. Congress.

00:44:21.080 We call him the chairman.

00:44:23.040 Joe Belknome is seeking the Republican nomination for Congress in the 11th District of New Jersey.

00:44:31.600 And, well, I love this part.

00:44:34.160 He's the frontrunner.

00:44:35.940 Jersey Joe joins us now.

00:44:38.960 Roger.

00:44:40.020 Good to see you.

00:44:41.480 Thank you so much for joining us.

00:44:45.300 You know, it's always great when you see the America First candidate as the frontrunner in any congressional race.

00:44:52.940 But through dint of hard work and a lot of prayer, you look to me like you're headed to Congress.

00:45:01.600 Just a question.

00:45:03.760 How many Trump rallies have you attended in your lifetime?

00:45:09.780 Well, I lost count, really, because it was around, I would say, around 30.

00:45:16.480 Let's go there.

00:45:17.160 But then there's been many other events where Trump was the keynote speaker as well, like CPAC and Turning Point, those types of things.

00:45:26.680 That kind of demonstrates an incredible sense of loyalty.

00:45:32.600 30 different Trump rallies all over the country.

00:45:36.780 There is no more America First candidate than Joe Belknome.

00:45:44.680 Joe, tell our listeners and our viewers, describe the geography of your district,

00:45:51.080 because I want to make sure that people who can vote for you know how to vote for you.

00:45:57.160 So I'm in the 11th Congressional District of New Jersey.

00:46:00.460 That encompasses Morris, Passaic, and Essex County.

00:46:04.500 The majority of that would be Morris County.

00:46:06.440 And I would say the crutch of the district is my county, where I live, in Essex County.

00:46:13.540 But what's great is I ran for State Senate last year, and I made a really big point of getting out and meeting as many people as I can.

00:46:22.180 I'm in supermarkets, knocking doors, going in enemy territory, making sure people know who Jersey Joe is.

00:46:29.460 So the crutch of the district becomes a powerful part of the district now for me.

00:46:34.980 So now it's about getting out the vote, I think, in a year where President Trump is on the ballot,

00:46:41.960 and he's saying that New Jersey's in play.

00:46:44.500 So he's already done a rally here that was over 100,000 people in a blue state, which is amazing.

00:46:52.340 You know, even if he didn't win New Jersey, just him paying attention to New Jersey, it's going to help everyone on the down ballot.

00:47:00.360 You know, New Jersey, as you know, is a state where I have extensive experience.

00:47:04.900 I ran two presidential campaigns for Ronald Reagan in the state.

00:47:08.620 I ran two campaigns for Governor Tom Kane in the state.

00:47:13.280 It is a state that I have great affection for, been to all 21 counties.

00:47:19.800 One time when I actually had money, I owned a beach house in Margate, New Jersey, long gone.

00:47:26.420 But if you don't really understand how great the Jersey Shore is, well, you don't understand New Jersey.

00:47:32.340 If you have a mental picture of New Jersey as the New Jersey Turnpike at 95,

00:47:39.500 then you really don't understand how diverse and beautiful New Jersey really is.

00:47:44.580 Plus, let's face it, it has the best Italian food on the face of the planet.

00:47:50.660 Joe, I need to point out that your race for the state Senate was conducted on a write-in basis

00:47:58.260 because the local party leaders basically elected to give Democrats a free ride, and you didn't want to do that.

00:48:06.420 So on your own dime and through your own shoe leather, you mounted an extraordinarily valiant campaign for the state Senate,

00:48:14.200 and you racked up a surprising number of votes under those circumstances.

00:48:18.780 So it's only natural now that you extend this to a bid for Congress.

00:48:25.140 Troy, do you have a question for Jersey Joe Belknome?

00:48:29.760 Absolutely.

00:48:30.560 It's an honor, sir.

00:48:31.460 And I wanted to ask you, you know, what do you say?

00:48:33.120 Because we saw through the mainstream media, through the late-night talk show hosts, you know,

00:48:37.000 they were kind of ragging on Trump's New Jersey rally, saying that there weren't 100,000 people there,

00:48:41.720 kind of making fun of the audience.

00:48:43.440 What do you say as somebody who's from New Jersey and kind of experienced it yourself?

00:48:47.020 Well, you know, it's funny because even my opponent was doing the same thing.

00:48:51.980 She was going around the rest of the state outside of the district saying, you know, Trump's not welcomed here.

00:48:57.180 And, you know, they were trying to say people were coming from out of state.

00:49:00.640 I know something about people coming from out of state at Trump rallies because I'm one of them, you know, like I'm the norm.

00:49:07.540 And that's also, I'm a front row Joe as well.

00:49:09.780 I'm with that group of people.

00:49:11.220 That's how I got the moniker Jersey Joe because I was Joe from Jersey at the Trump rallies.

00:49:17.020 But, yeah, that's absurd.

00:49:19.280 You're not going to get 100,000 people.

00:49:20.980 And same thing with the Bronx rally.

00:49:22.300 Those people from the Bronx, the people at the Wildwood rally, those people from Wildwood.

00:49:26.960 I was at the only other previous Wildwood rally as well.

00:49:30.000 And, yeah, so I guess my answer is that's absurd.

00:49:32.940 Yeah, there's a lot of more than anecdotal evidence that would indicate that New Jersey really is in play.

00:49:41.200 Even if President Trump decides to compete there, it, of course, would force the Democrats to shift resources to a state that heretofore they thought was safely in the bank.

00:49:53.980 I think they're wrong.

00:49:55.020 I think the stage could be set for an upset in the Garden State.

00:50:01.900 All of the polling that I've seen indicates this.

00:50:05.120 Also, the corruption of Senator Menendez has not helped the image of New Jersey Democrats.

00:50:13.400 He is one of theirs, despite their best efforts to distance themselves from him today.

00:50:19.340 I think it is important for people to note that running for Congress is an extraordinarily expensive endeavor.

00:50:29.120 Even if you run a low-tech campaign, just the cost of postage to reach all the voters in your district is prohibitive.

00:50:37.900 Obviously, we have new technologies.

00:50:41.200 We have the Internet.

00:50:42.720 So you can do blast emails.

00:50:44.940 You can do blast text messages.

00:50:47.400 Although those are regulated.

00:50:48.720 They have to be done a certain way to be done legally.

00:50:52.380 The cost of network television is prohibitive.

00:50:56.900 But on the other hand, network television is not reaching as many people as it used to.

00:51:02.140 The cost of cable television, equally expensive.

00:51:07.440 Yes, most Republican primary voters are still watching Fox.

00:51:11.300 There has been a great rise in alternative media, basically CTV and OTT.

00:51:19.300 It's becoming an increasingly important tool in terms of reaching Republican primary voters.

00:51:26.840 Joe Belenorme needs to raise money.

00:51:29.720 Campaigns run on money.

00:51:32.240 Money is the mother's milk of American politics.

00:51:34.940 Right there on the screen, you can see it.

00:51:37.440 It says VoteJerseyJoe.com.

00:51:41.060 VoteJerseyJoe.com.

00:51:42.700 Please go to Joe's website and make a generous contribution to his campaign.

00:51:48.740 Here's the one thing I know about Joe Belenorme.

00:51:52.100 If he is elected to Congress, he will stand in the House with members like Anna Polina Luna and Matt Gaetz and Paul Gosar and Elise Stefanik and others as staunch supporters of President Donald Trump.

00:52:12.380 So if you are looking to send a rhino to Congress, if you're looking to send someone who will vote more with the Democrats than the Republicans, don't vote for Jersey Joe.

00:52:23.560 He's not your guy.

00:52:24.760 But if you're looking for a patriot and a guy who really understands America first, who's been in this movement from the very beginning, well, Joe Belenorme is your guy.

00:52:37.460 Troy, you have another question for the next congressman from the 11th District.

00:52:42.920 Absolutely.

00:52:43.880 I wanted to ask you specifically because of New Jersey.

00:52:46.940 You know, we had Senator Bob Menendez, who's wrapped up in a tremendous controversy, including bribery.

00:52:52.560 And he seems to be, you know, it's like the Democrats are protecting him in Congress.

00:52:56.280 I'd like for you to speak to that because I think there's a good chance you could be representing New Jersey come 2024.

00:53:01.340 And this is a big topic.

00:53:03.360 Well, so for corruption like Bob Menendez is accused of, you know, this is not even the first time.

00:53:11.000 And the details of his case spell out like a movie, you know, like gold bars and, you know, cash and envelopes and researching how much gold bars cost on the internet.

00:53:23.040 I bring a message of restore integrity because that's something our government is seriously lacking.

00:53:31.480 So we need to restore our integrity in our justice system.

00:53:35.780 What we witnessed happened to Roger Stone, what we witnessed happening to Donald Trump right now.

00:53:40.640 And right-leaning conservative groups are being targeted.

00:53:45.500 So that's something we need major reforms in our justice system and FBI.

00:53:49.940 We need to restore integrity in, I know you brought up Menendez, but the theme plays out through every facet of our government.

00:53:58.340 We need to restore integrity in our border.

00:54:00.640 You know, we need to restore integrity with spending in our country.

00:54:05.540 We need to rein in spending.

00:54:06.740 I mean, I will say this, though.

00:54:09.240 The border is the biggest issue.

00:54:11.020 I don't want to ramble on if you have another question.

00:54:14.420 Actually, Joe, that was my next question, which is when you're out talking to voters, and I know you're working very hard.

00:54:21.120 You're doing the shoe leather part of a campaign that is so very important.

00:54:25.720 What do voters talk to you about?

00:54:27.780 What's the top of their mind?

00:54:31.320 Spending is big, I mean, in the border.

00:54:33.880 Those are the two major things.

00:54:35.100 And then you have some local issues, you know, with crime.

00:54:38.800 You know what?

00:54:39.680 The border, if you secure the border, like Donald Trump had done and would have completed if they didn't, you know, other things happen, it's helped so many other problems.

00:54:53.800 It's going to stop drugs flowing in.

00:54:55.960 It's going to stop crime in this country.

00:54:58.040 It's going to make you have a country again, because without a border, you don't have a country.

00:55:01.420 It's going to stop cities are inundated with illegal aliens. 0.70

00:55:08.480 They can't afford it.

00:55:09.720 It creates a burden.

00:55:12.960 And what about in the housing?

00:55:15.120 They're giving illegal aliens money. 0.79

00:55:17.680 They're kicking veterans out of housing to put illegal aliens in there. 0.99

00:55:21.260 I mean, I forgot what your question even was.

00:55:24.380 You know, I get really passionate about this stuff.

00:55:27.780 You know, it's like, why am I, you know, why am I running?

00:55:30.260 I'm just like anyone else.

00:55:31.320 I'm not a polished politician.

00:55:32.780 You know, I was a bricklayer.

00:55:33.860 Now I'm an inspector in the building department.

00:55:36.900 I'm not what you would think.

00:55:38.680 I don't have the best maybe resume for a politician.

00:55:41.040 But that's not what I look for in a politician.

00:55:42.900 I look at how they vote and, you know, are they going to back our president and policies that are better for America?

00:55:49.200 And if you forget it, you don't even know who my opponent is.

00:55:53.440 She's a Democrat.

00:55:54.600 And what we've learned is when Democrats are in power, the country goes to hell.

00:55:59.380 The whole world does.

00:56:00.740 Every promise that Trump has made became true to fruition.

00:56:05.720 And everything he warned us about, if Joe Biden had won or if Democrats have taken control, is true.

00:56:12.680 It happened.

00:56:13.600 You know, the inflation is out of control.

00:56:15.820 You have new conflicts all over the world.

00:56:17.980 Our border is, you know, totally wide open.

00:56:22.240 And now talk about restore integrity.

00:56:25.820 How about our elections?

00:56:27.340 So it looks like the play is to allow illegal aliens to vote in our next election. 0.51

00:56:32.600 And Joe Biden is just figuring out ways to buy votes.

00:56:35.360 He's giving out all kinds of money.

00:56:36.980 He's trying to get rid of these loans, student loans.

00:56:41.140 You know, something I didn't even know.

00:56:42.560 I just heard this today.

00:56:43.580 When you're a struggling American and you have you have to file, you know, bankruptcy, they didn't allow that for student loans.

00:56:51.720 The reason that they didn't allow that, Joe Biden was the author of the bill to stop them from doing that.

00:56:58.360 So now it's like he's trying to pay.

00:56:59.780 He's trying to forgive the loans that it's his fault that they even are not not able to file bankruptcy for.

00:57:07.020 So that's the that's the theme with Joe Biden or Democrats.

00:57:10.460 They cause a problem like inflation or the parts of gas or whatever it is.

00:57:14.560 Then they lower it a little bit or repair it a little bit or do something to relieve it.

00:57:18.480 And then they want to take a victory lap when they're the ones that cause the problem.

00:57:21.280 All right.

00:57:24.220 I'm afraid we're running out of time.

00:57:26.020 I want to ask folks again, please go to votejerseyjoe.com, votejerseyjoe.com and send a generous contribution for this America First Warrior.

00:57:39.380 Joe, thank you so much for joining us today in the Stone Zone.

00:57:43.860 God bless you and Godspeed.

00:57:45.260 We're going to be keeping tabs on your campaign and we hope to have you back before the Republican primary, which comes up shortly.

00:57:55.160 God bless you and Godspeed.

00:57:57.660 Thank you.

00:57:58.240 God bless you, Roger.

00:57:59.100 June 4th.

00:57:59.680 Make sure you come out and vote.

00:58:00.700 Thank you.

00:58:02.120 We are days away, folks.

00:58:04.380 If you live in New Jersey, if you happen to live in the 11th District, Joe Belknome is your man.

00:58:10.320 Folks, if you're interested in history and you've always really wondered who actually killed President John F. Kennedy, let me recommend to you my New York Times bestselling book, The Man Who Killed Kennedy, The Case Against LBJ.

00:58:27.080 This book is a New York Times bestseller in which I put forward the thesis that there was indeed a conspiracy, I hate that word, between Lyndon Baines Johnson, the Central Intelligence Agency, organized crime, Big Texas Oil, the banking interests, the Secret Service, and many others.

00:58:53.580 I lay out the motive, means, and opportunity for Lyndon Johnson to kill his predecessor on the streets of Dallas.

00:59:05.280 I use eyewitness evidence, fingerprint evidence, and deep Texas politics to make my case.

00:59:13.400 It reads like a murder mystery.

00:59:15.460 You can get your copy of The Man Who Killed Kennedy by going to themanwhokilledkennedy.com.

00:59:23.440 That's themanwhokilledkennedy.com.

00:59:26.920 This is the paperback version, which you want because it has three additional chapters that I wrote after the hardcover was first published.

00:59:36.980 It is a spellbinder in which I think I pull it all together.

00:59:41.600 So those who say the CIA killed JFK, they're not wrong.

00:59:46.200 Those who say it was the mob, they're not wrong either.

00:59:49.900 Those who say it was others in the government, they're involved too.

00:59:56.220 But I lay it all out here in extensive detail.

00:59:59.640 I'm very proud of this book.

01:00:01.260 Again, get your signed copy today by going to themanwhokilledkennedy.com.

01:00:09.560 themanwhokilledkennedy.com.

01:00:10.600 I can personalize this for you.

01:00:13.280 Happy to sign it.

01:00:14.680 Please order your copy today.

01:00:17.700 All right, Troy, we've got a little under 15 minutes left to go.

01:00:23.160 Let's talk some politics.

01:00:24.540 What's on your mind?

01:00:26.340 Well, Roger, there was a video yesterday.

01:00:28.100 You know, we're seeing this Trump trial, this hush money trial come to a close.

01:00:31.700 And one of the architects of your persecution is Andrew Weissman.

01:00:36.520 And Weissman was on TV yesterday saying the quiet part out loud.

01:00:41.740 Now, I'm not sure how to really preface this.

01:00:43.640 We're just going to roll the clip.

01:00:45.060 But here is Andrew Weissman saying that he has a man crush on Juan Merchan because he's

01:00:51.660 persecuting Donald Trump.

01:00:53.040 When I roll this, get your comments on it on the other side.

01:00:55.240 With, as you've noted, with respect to Judge Merchan, I mean, I am, I am like now, you

01:01:00.700 know, I have like a man crush on him.

01:01:02.860 He is such a great judge that it's hard to see that the jurors wouldn't have the same

01:01:08.400 impression.

01:01:09.160 I mean, he's just, you just keep on thinking, if you looked at a dictionary for like judicial

01:01:13.480 temperament, that's what you get.

01:01:16.700 Andrew Weissman, who was the de facto head of the Mueller investigation, a man who started

01:01:23.100 his career in Brooklyn covering up mob murders, lying about who was and was not an FBI informant,

01:01:30.380 went on to destroy Enron, a case in which he was unanimously overturned by the U.S. Supreme

01:01:38.780 Court and where he was admonished for prosecutorial misconduct.

01:01:43.860 This is, of course, the same Andrew Weissman who erased the cell phone memories of the Mueller

01:01:50.660 prosecutors once the John Durham investigation was announced.

01:01:56.180 The more he talks about the rule of law, the more I have to laugh.

01:02:00.740 He doesn't believe in the rule of law.

01:02:02.300 He believes in the weaponization of our criminal justice system.

01:02:06.820 It was Andrew Weissman, who is the author of my very convoluted but very clever indictment.

01:02:14.120 How do I know that?

01:02:15.220 Well, unfortunately, the copy of my indictment sent to my lawyers by CNN had in the metadata

01:02:22.320 tags the initials of the man who wrote it.

01:02:25.380 Therefore, the man who leaked it prior to it being unsealed on the morning of January

01:02:31.860 25th, 2019, that would be Andrew Weissman.

01:02:36.800 This judge, by no one's standards, is a great judge.

01:02:41.360 He has two glaring conflicts of interest.

01:02:44.880 First and foremost, he gave a campaign contribution to Joe Biden's presidential campaign.

01:02:50.920 I wonder if Andrew Weissman thinks that's OK.

01:02:53.020 It's a violation of the New York state judicial canon of ethics.

01:02:58.780 And then, of course, there is the conflict involving his daughter, who is a Democrat fundraising

01:03:05.340 consultant and whose clients include the Biden-Harris campaign.

01:03:10.740 She's actually using the trial that her father is presiding over as the focal point for her

01:03:17.640 fundraising solicitations, a clear violation of the conflicts of interest rules.

01:03:25.340 Yet the judge refuses to recuse himself.

01:03:30.620 The judge's contact has not been stellar.

01:03:33.540 It has been anything but stellar.

01:03:35.700 It's interesting that legal analysts like Jonathan Turley and Alan Dershowitz, neither of whom

01:03:43.400 is a Republican or a conservative or a Trump supporter, have been devastating in their critique

01:03:50.500 of Judge Murchian.

01:03:52.740 The entire country waits with bated breath to hear the results from the New York jury.

01:03:59.840 Personally, I think there are only two real possibilities.

01:04:04.580 One is, of course, conviction in a jury that is overwhelmingly, if not monolithically, Democrats.

01:04:13.000 That's a real possibility.

01:04:14.780 On the other hand, there's every possibility that there's at least one or maybe two jurors

01:04:21.000 who are sane, who recognize that even according to the analysts on CNN, the district attorney,

01:04:30.360 Mr. Bragg, has not proven his case.

01:04:32.700 It is somewhat complicated because for the financial transactions of the Trump organization pertaining

01:04:41.020 to a non-disclosure with Stormy Daniels to be a crime, the government has to prove some

01:04:47.860 underlying crime.

01:04:48.960 That in itself is not criminal.

01:04:51.640 It could be a civil offense.

01:04:54.660 And that's only if Donald Trump is guilty of doing what he's accused of, which he vehemently

01:05:00.820 denies.

01:05:02.340 They have to prove that this was done to either facilitate or to cover up some underlying crime.

01:05:10.100 Well, there is no federal election crime.

01:05:12.960 We know that because there was a Federal Election Commission investigation.

01:05:17.420 But Judge Merchant would not allow the former chairman, vice chairman, and general counsel

01:05:24.460 of the Federal Election Commission to testify to that extent.

01:05:30.100 I wonder if Andrew Weissman thinks that's fair.

01:05:33.260 So the jury could be left with the impression that Trump is guilty of some campaign finance

01:05:41.080 related crime when that is most definitely not the case.

01:05:45.940 Also, as you know, Troy, the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York examined

01:05:53.180 all of these issues.

01:05:55.300 Robert Costello, former federal prosecutor, was Michael Cohen's attorney at that time.

01:06:02.900 They also declined to bring any prosecution for these matters.

01:06:08.300 But unfortunately, Judge Merchant has blocked Donald Trump's defense from introducing evidence,

01:06:16.420 or I should say introducing witnesses who can testify as to those two investigations.

01:06:22.620 I'm sorry if this feels a lot like my own trial.

01:06:26.800 But from the gag order to the refusal of the judge to recuse themselves after making numerous

01:06:35.220 prejudicial comments, the refusal of the judge to move the venue outside of Manhattan, where

01:06:43.340 Trump might get a fairer process, and the prevention of key witnesses.

01:06:49.000 In my case, I wanted to call Bill Binney, one of the most respected cybersecurity experts at

01:06:55.800 the CIA, who would have testified and presented forensic evidence that proves that there never

01:07:01.860 was any Russian hack, online hack, of the DNC.

01:07:07.280 In fact, there was never any online hack at all.

01:07:10.780 But the judge prevented us from presenting that information because it would have undermined

01:07:17.500 their entire phony indictment.

01:07:20.120 And these trials continue to shock me to the extent that my trial seems to have been the

01:07:28.560 template, the prototype, the dry run for what's being done to our president today.

01:07:35.860 Well, and Roger, on top of that, the architect of the guy who wrote your indictment is on TV

01:07:41.060 as one of MSNBC's lead legal analysts.

01:07:44.380 And he's he's I'm sorry, but he's pushing propaganda on behalf of the Democratic Party,

01:07:50.280 just like Jen Psaki and others on MSNBC. 1.00

01:07:53.200 And for you, somebody who's been through this, you've been put through the ringer over something

01:07:57.540 over accusations of something that you had nothing to do with.

01:08:01.400 It's just absurd.

01:08:02.640 I can't believe we're living in a country.

01:08:04.560 And I think so many Americans are disgusted that we're living in a country where this political

01:08:08.380 persecution has become such a hot topic and such a open, you know, thing.

01:08:14.680 And I think with your case, we kind of got to see, as you said, the the the template for

01:08:20.020 what's going on right now.

01:08:21.160 And I wanted to point out, Roger, we have another clip that I want to play that I think

01:08:24.740 I want to get your reaction on here, because it's just I as I as I said, I think it's probably

01:08:30.000 one of the most blatant examples of Alinskyism, of of accusing the other side of exactly what

01:08:36.900 you are doing that I've seen in a while.

01:08:39.260 Jill Biden, who is a consistent member of your worst dressed list every single year. 1.00

01:08:46.820 Jill Biden appeared on The View yesterday, and she actually said the words actually came

01:08:51.220 out of her mouth, Roger, that Trump can't string a sentence together.

01:08:56.440 That's Jill Biden actually said this on The View.

01:08:58.960 Meanwhile, her husband can't walk, can't talk, can't deliver a speech, is demanding that

01:09:05.400 President Joe Biden or that President, former President Trump and him sit for the debate

01:09:10.040 because he can't stand for for 90 minutes straight.

01:09:12.880 Let's roll the clip of Jill Biden playing Alinskyism on The View yesterday.

01:09:17.020 Get Roger's thoughts.

01:09:18.580 Well, Dr. Biden, the first presidential debate is less than a month away, and we've debated at

01:09:24.880 this table.

01:09:25.460 There have been people that have thought President Biden shouldn't even debate President Trump

01:09:29.800 just due to the fact that he, Donald Trump will gaslight, he overtalks.

01:09:34.640 There are no guardrails.

01:09:36.240 He stalks.

01:09:37.280 Yeah.

01:09:37.600 Well, I happen to believe it's really important, more than ever, to have a debate with guardrails.

01:09:42.840 What is the strategy that the president has going into this?

01:09:46.840 Any tips you'd have for a debate that we could pull off where we could actually hear our candidates?

01:09:51.680 You know, they've built that in where they're going to turn off those mics so that somebody

01:09:55.360 can't ramble or scream at somebody.

01:09:58.880 You know, not that my husband would be the one doing that.

01:10:01.760 And so that's already been negotiated.

01:10:05.460 And, you know, I think, but I think the American people deserve a debate because you need to see

01:10:10.600 your choices.

01:10:11.360 You need to see Trump and you need to see the president.

01:10:15.720 And you need to see the differences.

01:10:18.300 And my husband's and you're going to see how smart he is and the experience he has.

01:10:22.800 And then you'll see somebody who, like you're saying, I'm going to use Joy's words, can't

01:10:27.780 put a sentence together.

01:10:29.120 Right.

01:10:29.500 And everything is beautiful and it's wonderful.

01:10:32.100 Tremendous.

01:10:32.420 Bigly.

01:10:33.040 Yeah.

01:10:33.680 Tremendous.

01:10:34.600 So I think you deserve the American people deserve to see the two men who are running for

01:10:41.340 this office because your choice is going to be clear.

01:10:44.940 Yeah.

01:10:48.860 Well, you got to wonder whether she's delusional or what.

01:10:52.440 I mean, first of all, if there's anyone who can't string a sentence together, well, that

01:10:57.020 would be Joe Biden.

01:10:58.580 She also said he won't be yelling.

01:11:00.500 Really?

01:11:00.880 Maybe she missed his State of the Union address or his or his famous denunciation of MAGA

01:11:07.940 Republicans, which he intends to try to criminalize anybody who happens to disagree with him and

01:11:14.800 wish to vote for Donald Trump.

01:11:17.080 You're right.

01:11:17.800 It is Alinskyism writ large.

01:11:20.920 Trump is a threat to democracy, say the people who are trying to keep Trump off the ballot

01:11:25.940 in all 50 states.

01:11:27.820 Trump is a threat to democracy, say the people who are trying to lock up the leading candidate

01:11:33.820 of the opposition party.

01:11:35.640 Trump is a threat to democracy, says the people who are trying to censor free speech on the

01:11:42.380 Internet.

01:11:43.420 Trump is a threat to democracy, say the people who spied on 178,000 Americans without a warrant

01:11:52.080 from a judge just last year.

01:11:54.040 I think it's very clear who is the real threat to democracy, and Jill Biden cannot be confident

01:12:02.220 about this debate.

01:12:04.060 President Trump has rejected the suggestion that both candidates should be sitting down.

01:12:10.720 This, to me, is a clear indicator that Biden's handlers don't think he can stand up for 90

01:12:17.980 minutes.

01:12:18.520 I think that's what that's about.

01:12:20.520 As for control of the microphone, yes, President Trump has accepted debate terms that are disadvantageous

01:12:30.300 to him.

01:12:31.000 The American people want to see a real debate.

01:12:33.880 They don't want to see a canned statement by Joe Biden than a canned statement by Donald

01:12:40.260 Trump.

01:12:40.800 That's not a debate.

01:12:42.180 Those are, you know, those are completely fabricated.

01:12:46.900 People want to see, in the great American tradition, they want to see these candidates mix it up the

01:12:55.000 way that Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton mixed it up, the way that Ronald Reagan and Jimmy

01:13:00.180 Carter mixed it up, the way Ronald Reagan and Walter Mondale mixed it up.

01:13:06.840 Look, politics is, to a great extent, theater.

01:13:09.820 People do want to be entertained, and the president, as you know, President Trump, has called on Joe

01:13:18.000 Biden to take a drug test before the CNN debate, indicating that he, Trump, is more than willing to take

01:13:25.060 one himself.

01:13:26.900 I have Congressman Ronnie Jackson, who was in the White House medical unit for 14 years after having a

01:13:36.240 distinguished career in the U.S. Navy and working with the U.S. Marine Corps, he rose to the top of that

01:13:44.340 office, and therefore he was the personal physician for three presidents, George W. Bush, President Barack

01:13:51.760 Obama, and President Donald Trump.

01:13:54.380 He joins me, by the way, this weekend on 77 WABC Radio, Sunday afternoon from 4 to 6 for the Roger

01:14:04.340 Stone show, but I asked him directly whether I thought, whether he thought that Joe Biden should,

01:14:11.760 A, take a cognitive test and release it to the public, something President Trump has challenged

01:14:18.520 him to do and agreed to do himself.

01:14:22.220 Congressman said yes, he was strongly in favor.

01:14:28.500 And then I asked him specifically about the drug test.

01:14:31.920 Now, Ronnie Jackson cannot say that he's examined Joe Biden, and therefore he's not offering an

01:14:40.680 actual diagnosis, but at the same time, he says the patterns that he sees would indicate a steep

01:14:48.420 mental decline.

01:14:50.380 But don't take it from Congressman Ronnie Jackson or from Roger Stone or from Troy Smith, the special

01:14:57.580 counsel who investigated Joe Biden's illegal and willful retention of classified and top-secret

01:15:05.280 documents when he was vice president and a U.S. senator, said it himself in his final report,

01:15:11.840 that he is an elderly man and he's in decline.

01:15:15.760 There you have it, Biden's own Justice Department saying it.

01:15:20.160 Troy, we are out of time, so I'm going to wrap it up here.
