00:22:02.160who converted to radical Islam when he was the station chief in Riyadh. This is the same John
00:22:10.140Brennan who put in place a system that approved the visas for four of the Saudis who attacked
00:22:16.960America on 9-11. The former director's lawyer has now confirmed in a court filing in a separate case
00:22:25.240that Brennan is bringing a lawsuit against the federal government to preserve records related
00:22:30.400to investigations of him claiming that he is the target of a selective prosecution and I can tell
00:22:39.440you how well that works out. I filed such a lawsuit it was immediately dismissed and so should
00:22:45.240Brennan's. Brennan was subpoenaed by a federal grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida, where prosecutors
00:22:50.500evidently are trying to build a grand seditious conspiracy case, arguing that President Donald
00:22:56.160Trump and his allies, that would include me, were deprived of their civil rights in a decades-long
00:23:01.180saga of weaponized intelligence and law enforcement. According to a filing, government prosecutor
00:23:08.340Kurt Olson, good friend of mine, good ma'am, told Brennan's counsel the probe is far-reaching and
00:23:14.400includes issues at Mar-a-Lago and beyond. You see, that's the whole point. The seditious conspiracy
00:23:20.720that began in July of 2016 in Washington, D.C., takes you through the special counsel charade by
00:23:28.620Robert Mueller, who, frankly, we now know, based on his congressional testimony, was non-composmentous
00:23:35.100in an illicit and illegal investigation run by former U.S. attorney and former FBI counsel,
00:23:42.160General Counsel Andrew Weissman, the same man who ordered the Mueller investigators to destroy the memory on their cell phones
00:23:51.020when those cell phones were being sought by Special Counsel John Durham, investigating the origins of the Russian collusion hoax.
00:24:00.420And it appears that this investigation in Florida is aimed at assessing whether the president's civil rights were violated.
00:24:07.440The prosecutor reportedly told Brennan's lawyer that he was also the subject of a separate investigation for alleged false statements to Congress.
00:24:17.060I'm familiar with that. In order to be charged with making a false statement to Congress, the statement you make has to be willful, but it also has to be material, meaning you have to be lying to cover up some greater crime.
00:24:31.600I was charged with violating the False Statements Act, but no statement I made, no misstatement I made, hid any underlying illegal act because we now know, thanks to Tulsi Gabbard and the declassification of documents, that there was no Russian collusion to lie about.
00:24:49.620We also know the judge in my case, Amy Berman Jackson, hid exculpatory evidence from my defense attorneys, and if you will go to the finally unredacted final report, Special Counsel Robert Mueller, which the government resisted, but which a federal judge finally ordered, they found no evidence of Russian collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration, or any other crime on my part.

00:26:23.060Anyway, to go back to John Brennan, he is clearly the target of both the narrow investigation and the investigation for which he's now been subpoenaed, the more right-ranging one, as to which they have said he is a subject.

00:26:40.820The government doesn't tell you exactly what they're doing when they're running a grand jury investigation, but these revelations about the direction of the grand conspiracy probe provide the most detailed look yet of how prosecutors at least appear to be following an outline that the FBI began assembling after Kash Patel quietly launched an investigation into the decade of Democrat and deep state antics ranging from the phony allegations of Russian collusion,

00:27:22.660Conspiracy allows prosecutors to tie alleged crimes events currently covered by statute of limitations to older events,

00:27:33.460Many of the crimes in which Brennan and Comey and Susan Rice and Andrew McCabe, the deputy FBI director and others engaged in, have a statute of limitations limit on them.

00:27:52.000However, the crime of seditious conspiracy is not time-barred, as lawyers say.
00:27:58.280In other words, there is no limit for the time period in which you can be investigated for this treasonous act.
00:28:04.640I would argue, and I think prosecutors are about to argue, that John Brennan's actions at the beginning, middle, and end of the Russian collusion investigation,
00:28:12.500and everything that took place afterwards, the two phony impeachments, the 2020 election, which was questionable,

00:28:23.680the claims that Donald Trump was responsible

00:29:01.100But I say Brennan's fingerprints are on the beginning of the entire federal probe that became Crossfire Hurricane.
00:29:08.580Brennan previously testified to Congress in 2017 that the U.S. intelligence community had gathered evidence of contacts between the Trump campaign and the Russian government by 2016 to initiate an investigation.
00:29:23.500It was at that point that he told lawmakers that the CIA set up a special group within both the FBI and the national security apparatus to probe alleged Russian collusion in the 2016 elections.
00:29:35.660I encountered him aware of information and intelligence that revealed contacts and interactions between Russian officials and U.S. persons involved in the Trump campaign that I was concerned about because of known Russian efforts to suburb such individuals, Brennan said.
00:29:50.520Folks, that's a lie. Robert Mueller never produced any such information.
00:29:57.040Brennan also claimed that he had proof that the Russian intelligence had conducted a hack of the Democrat National Committee's computer service,
00:30:09.160when in fact there is no proof of that.
00:30:12.160When my lawyers at trial, because one of the underpinning issues of my case, demanded that the government produce evidence of that,
00:30:19.060they claimed that they could not do so because it was classified. That really means is they don't
00:30:24.800have any. In fact, the FBI never inspected the computer terminals at the Democrat National
00:30:32.480Committee, relying on a company called CrowdStrike, a private company, to make the claim that they had
00:30:39.760a report that proved that the Russians had hacked the DNC. The judge denied my defense attorney's
00:30:46.400access to that report. Now we know why. The head of CrowdStrike Command, Sean Henry, who just
00:30:52.780happened to be Robert Mueller's deputy at the FBI years before, testified under oath to the House
00:30:58.100Intelligence Committee in which he admitted that his report had no proof whatsoever that the
00:31:03.680Democrat National Committee had been the target of a online hack by Russian intelligence or anyone
00:31:10.620else. There have been other investigations into the Russian collusion hoax. There was one by
00:31:17.360special counsel John Durham. But did you know that John Durham was never granted subpoena power
00:31:23.040by Attorney General Bill Barr so that any of the perps in this cabal could simply refuse to be
00:31:30.700questioned by him and refuse to hand over any documents? That's precisely what happened. And
00:31:35.960then there was a separate investigation by the inspector general of the Justice Department under
00:31:41.320Joe Biden. He seems to have missed quite a bit of it as well. So hopefully we're moving towards
00:31:48.380accountability and justice. But we know that Brennan briefed President Barack Obama and
00:31:53.680senior administration officials on the so-called Clinton plan. Not only did Obama's team fail to
00:31:59.940stop it, it directed the FBI to push the investigation into the same allegations
00:32:05.160raised by Clinton's campaign. John Durham at least concluded that. Durham ultimately concluded in his
00:32:12.420final report that the FBI had no verified intelligence or evidence when it opened the
00:32:17.640crossfire hurricane probe of President Donald Trump's campaign in the summer of 2016. In other
00:32:23.260words, they opened an investigation with no probable cause. Durham also found that the FBI
00:32:29.420and the Justice Department failed to follow their own standards and allowed to probe to perish
00:32:35.000with questionable basis under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Neither U.S.
00:32:41.600law enforcement nor the intelligence community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of
00:32:46.540collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the crossfire investigation. Special Counsel
00:32:52.020John Durham wrote. The House Judiciary Committee later formally referred Brennan for prosecution,
00:32:59.900alleging he gave false testimony in 2023 about his role in trying to bring the discredited
00:33:05.060Steele dossier, which I spoke about earlier, into the assessment. The current director of
00:33:10.420Central Intelligence, John Brennan, also sent a criminal referral on Brennan to the FBI earlier
00:33:15.420this year following his CIA's Lessons Learned review in early January. John Brennan is the

00:35:21.020of defaming Passantino. In 2023, Trump White House lawyer Stephan Passantino, a good man,
00:35:26.800sued crooked prosecutor Weissman for defamation over a tweet claiming that Passantino had coached
00:35:33.120his January 6th witness client Cassidy Hutchison to lie under oath. Now it's interesting because
00:35:39.640Cassidy Hutchison didn't lie under oath. She specifically told the January 6th committee0.61
00:35:45.020under oath that Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff, told her that the president
00:35:53.580had instructed him to call Roger Stone and General Michael Flynn on January 5th to find
00:35:58.780out what was going to happen on January 6th. There's only one minor problem. There was never
00:36:03.280any such phone call. There's no phone record to support it. General Flynn vehemently denies it.

00:36:16.340the green room at Fox years before Trump was president when he was in the House. I'm not
00:36:21.320even sure about that. The lawsuit that was filed in this particularly federal case, Pasadena saw
00:36:26.340damages in excess of $75,000. It wasn't about the money, it was about the principle. Weissman
