00:03:21.500well read. And most interesting to me, she was extremely well liked in both law enforcement
00:03:28.440and the intelligence communities, where she had excellent contacts, introduced me to a number of
00:03:35.100people who were beneficial to helping formulate our programming here in the Stone Zone. The one
00:03:42.300thing I do want to address that is extraordinarily important in light of a story that just dropped
00:03:48.260minutes ago on the UK Daily Mail. We do not know the cause of death. The police have not
00:03:56.260released a police report, nor have they released the conclusions of their investigation.
00:04:05.780I am hearing from some sources in law enforcement that they are moving towards a conclusion
00:04:11.860that Alison Guerrero took her own life.

00:05:24.620To the great credit of Kash Patel, he's removed a lot, but not all of those bad actors. There's
00:05:33.000still many deep in the bowels of the intelligence community. And Alison Guerrero was a thorn in
00:05:39.780their side. She was a truth teller. She was a whistleblower. She was a tremendous person.
00:05:47.160And well, frankly, I will miss her enormously. In the meantime, federal investigators have now
00:05:52.720intervened into the growing controversy inside New York Attorney General Letitia James' office.
00:05:59.920Assistant Attorney General Daniel Wiesenfeld of the New York Attorney General's office met for
00:06:05.320several hours Tuesday with FBI and Justice Department lawyers after alleging that his
00:06:12.080superiors pushed him to, quote, find and pursue crimes involving President Donald Trump and
00:06:18.700Trump-linked entities without any previous probable cause or critical basis. Wiesenfeld
00:06:26.240made that accusation in an email sent to roughly 2,000 colleagues before, poof, it disappeared
00:06:33.860from office servers only minutes later. Wiesenfeld specifically named Investigative
00:06:40.640Protection Bureau Chief Shamismo Mazwaswi, I think I said that right, and cited targets including
00:06:48.600President Trump and his website True Social. James' office, of course, rejects the allegations
00:06:55.400calling the dispute a personnel matter and says it does not investigate people because of their
00:07:01.360political beliefs, which is absurd because we have numerous videos of Letitia James saying in
00:07:07.440campaign speeches while running for attorney general that if she was elected, she would,
00:07:12.160quote, get, close quote, Donald Trump. The deputy, pardon me, assistant attorney general
00:07:19.920Wiesenfeld in the New York attorney general's office is now on paid administrative leave as
00:07:25.560result of this controversy. Letitia James understandably wants to downplay the entire
00:07:31.800matter, but when federal criminal and civil investigators spend hours interviewing an
00:07:36.880insider, it's clear there's far more here to the matter than routine office gossip. Just to remind
00:07:43.320you of the background, Letitia James was charged in the Eastern District of Virginia with common
00:07:49.680mortgage fraud, a documents case, a case in which her guilt is absolutely proved by public documents
00:07:57.440that anyone who has a laptop can access. The head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency,
00:08:05.300Bill Pote, referred, after reviewing those public documents, referred Letitia James to the Justice
00:08:12.420Department for prosecution. That prosecution fell within the Eastern District of Virginia because the0.96
00:08:19.120most recent case of mortgage fraud, had to do with a home in the state of Virginia, where very
00:08:26.340clearly Letitia James lied on another number of forms. Now, for those who say, oh, this is
00:08:33.000retaliation, this is revenge, let me just say that Attorney General Letitia James actually
00:08:38.280prosecuted people within New York State for the very same crime that she was being prosecuted for1.00
00:08:45.180in Virginia. That case was disposed of not because it went to trial or not because she was found
00:08:51.240innocent. It was disposed of on a technicality because three federal judges violated the law,
00:08:57.220the Constitution, and the canon of ethics to claim that the prosecutor in that case,
00:09:02.660Lindsey Halligan, a former lawyer for Donald Trump, had been improperly appointed. They also
00:09:08.920dismissed the case against former FBI Director James Comey for lying to Congress about whether
00:09:16.360he had ever shared classified information with a third party and directed them to leak it. In this
00:09:23.820case, there was documentation that he had given them to a legal colleague named Daniel Richman
00:09:30.460and had instructed Richman to leak the information to the New York Times. An open and shut case based
00:09:37.520on the paper documentation, but once again, that case was also dismissed on a technicality
00:09:44.820based on the false premise that Lindsey Halligan, the appointed acting U.S. attorney for the Eastern
00:09:52.560District of Virginia, had been improperly appointed, which, as I say, is on appeal because it's
00:09:59.400incorrect. Now, the larger issue here in New York is prostitutorial powerhouse abuse by low IQ
00:10:06.160few thugs like Letitia James with an ax to grind against the president. James, of course, built a1.00
00:10:12.360national profile through years of legal combat with President Trump, including, of course, her
00:10:17.360civil fraud case against him, a case that was reversed by the upper courts. President Trump
00:10:23.700now is, I have to believe, is smiling somewhere. Wiesenfeld is now alleging that political
00:10:30.840targets were selected first and then potential crimes sought afterward. As Joseph Stalin said,

00:10:44.200this would be done on the campaign trail. She said it over and over again in her speeches.
00:10:49.060Now the other shoe is about to drop. As investigators corroborate Wiesenfeld's account,
00:10:54.840James and her office would be implicated in the inversion of law enforcement. Prosecutors are
00:11:00.960supposed to follow evidence towards suspects, not start with enemies and work backwards towards
00:11:06.040fabricating some charges. James's actions have not only injured President Trump, but the rule of law

00:35:48.920In Massachusetts, 80-year-old Senator Ed Markey defeated Representative Seth Moulton,
00:35:55.840who made age, generational change, and a more central posture central to his challenge.
00:36:01.780Markey did the opposite. He moved radically left, and he embraced the socialists.
00:36:06.640He leaned into issues that animate the far-left socialist base, for example, defended transgender participation in sports, taxpayer financing of transgender surgeries.
00:36:18.080He attacked ICE, embraced economic progressivism, and questioned whether Moulton, who was a liberal Democrat, was sufficiently committed to the Marxist priorities.
00:36:28.900Far left streamer Hassan Piker, that guy's a piece of work, who infamously once said that America deserved what happened to us on 9-11, applauded the results as evidence that Democratic voters cared more about embracing far left policy than they did about age.

We've seen similar situations in Colorado and, of course, in Michigan, where El-Sayed took the nomination over a nominal establishment liberal Democrat.0.69

00:38:05.140But the torch ultimately stayed right where it was in the hands of 80-year-old Ed Markey.

00:38:55.080wealthy, the party of the ruling elite, into being the party of working class voters and middle class
00:39:02.420families. Now you see the Democrat Socialists of America transforming the once great Democrat party
00:39:10.040into the party of Marxism. That's where we are today. Now, this is crucial for the general
00:39:17.620election strategy. What Republicans must do is to convince people that socialism is not just a tag,
00:39:23.700it's not just a title, it's not just an accusation. People need to understand in very stark terms
00:39:30.700what the impact of these socialist policies are. High crime rates, high taxes, less personal
00:39:38.160freedom, empty grocery store shelves and very dangerous neighborhoods. This is the stark choice
00:39:47.080that faces us. This is the choice between freedom and socialism. This is the fight in which the
00:39:52.920Republicans have enormous financial advantage to get their message out as a Trump supporter,
