The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - Roger Stone Interviews the Man Falsely Accused of Planning to Assassinate Trump

00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone, with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit Roger Stone.

00:00:07.100 Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.

00:00:10.680 He is a New York Times bestselling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.

00:00:16.840 As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues,

00:00:22.380 and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.

00:00:27.160 Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.

00:00:33.120 And now, here's your host, Roger Stone.

00:00:40.920 Welcome, I'm Roger Stone, and yes, you are back in the Stone Zone.

00:00:45.960 Yesterday, when I was returning from Jupiter, Florida,

00:00:49.740 site of the biggest, most successful Trump boat parade in American history,

00:00:57.580 put together by my good friend Carlos Gavidia,

00:01:01.160 I heard the shocking news that there had been yet another assassination attempt on President Donald Trump.

00:01:08.220 Now, after I began to dig into it on the law, online,

00:01:12.760 I learned that the man who allegedly was responsible for this threat against the president was a man named Vem Miller.

00:01:21.300 Now, I knew Vem Miller only because I had appeared on his America's Happening website,

00:01:30.320 or I should say news outlet, to do a piece on my book on the Kennedy assassination.

00:01:35.340 And I knew that Vem was partners with my old friend, Mindy Robinson,

00:01:41.040 documentary filmmaker, activist, patriot, and all around great American.

00:01:46.940 So I reached out to Mindy immediately to find out the story.

00:01:51.060 Vem Miller is going to join us himself here on the Stone Zone,

00:01:54.320 but first, Mindy Robinson joins us for a few minutes to tell us about the Vem Miller she knows

00:02:00.820 and what's really going on here.

00:02:02.920 Mindy, welcome.

00:02:03.520 Thank you for having me, Roger.

00:02:06.320 It's always good to see you.

00:02:07.460 Yes, I was surprised as anybody.

00:02:09.220 I landed off an airplane yesterday to news that my business partner, my friend,

00:02:14.660 had attempted to kill Trump.

00:02:16.320 And I was like, no.

00:02:18.020 My first thought was, you know, we do a lot of anti-government documentaries on our America Happens network.

00:02:23.960 We had just done one on the Bundy Ranch scandal, which is very damning to the feds.

00:02:29.040 We're working on a sequel to my Las Vegas shooting documentary.

00:02:31.740 So my first thought was, oh, my God, you know, this is them, this is the feds going after them and rolling them up and trying to shut them up.

00:02:38.460 And apparently I gave the feds way too much credit on that. 0.94

00:02:41.500 It really boiled down to, like, some really crap cop work, quite honestly.

00:02:47.080 The sheriff's story really doesn't add up. 0.96

00:02:49.620 Trump was complaining that the cop was making fun of him for being a Trump supporter, you know, the whole time he's going through his car.

00:02:55.300 He had passes to be there.

00:02:57.000 He was supposed to be there.

00:02:58.100 Normally we would go to these events together and work as media.

00:03:00.940 So that was a lie.

00:03:03.280 No one can claim where this threat was that he supposedly said.

00:03:06.120 Who said it?

00:03:06.720 Where it is?

00:03:07.080 What's the proof?

00:03:07.800 What body cam footage is it on?

00:03:09.080 It doesn't exist.

00:03:10.600 And they're going to have a big problem when, you know, obviously he has a case against me.

00:03:14.540 Like, OK, what's this threat I said?

00:03:16.160 Why would he ever make a threat against Trump after years of trying to help the guy, you know, get elected and getting the truth out there against the unit party in the deep state?

00:03:23.720 You know, it makes no sense.

00:03:25.180 And then for the cops to straight out lie about it.

00:03:27.420 You know, it seems like the sheriff, I don't know if he's looking for clout.

00:03:30.480 I heard he wants to run for governor of California.

00:03:32.900 And this is going to make him like a hero, like he actually did something.

00:03:36.280 But all this stuff, I mean, he had guns in the car that were legal where we live in Vegas, but not so much in California.

00:03:43.480 And I hope he at least uses this as a soapbox to expose how unconstitutional and ridiculous California gun laws are.

00:03:50.740 He's like, I didn't know you had to travel with a magazine separate from the gun and two separate parts of the car.

00:03:55.380 He's like, how do you protect yourself?

00:03:56.300 I'm like, yeah, you don't.

00:03:57.420 And that's sort of the point of ridiculous California gun laws.

00:04:01.000 So, you know, this is going to highlight that issue.

00:04:02.560 It's going to highlight the sheriff that lied and why they're lying.

00:04:05.940 Why would they lie about that?

00:04:06.840 That's an awful thing to lie about.

00:04:09.120 Yeah, it's the amount of disinformation, the more I dig into this, that I keep reading in so-called legitimate news outlets.

00:04:16.720 Ben Miller himself is going to be on the show today.

00:04:19.640 And he's going to have an opportunity to address each one of these claims against him.

00:04:24.680 It's a shocking story.

00:04:27.560 I wonder if the media has jumped on this because they want to normalize the idea of people trying to assassinate President Trump.

00:04:36.640 Meanwhile, we have two previous genuine assassination attempts.

00:04:42.660 Jack Posobiec, the senior editor at Human Events, is going to join us with some breaking news regarding the first attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, that he has uncovered.

00:04:54.220 And then Ben Miller himself is going to join us.

00:04:56.680 And I'm going to give him a chance to address every one of these false charges against him.

00:05:01.940 Tell us about your, I think it's a three-part series, on the misconduct of the federal government at the Bundy Ranch.

00:05:11.140 Yes.

00:05:11.740 Well, it is interesting to see all the same players as usual, the Harry Reid, the Lombardo, everyone that's always corrupt always seems to show up, you know, in these scandals.

00:05:19.980 And a lot of people have heard of it, but they're not familiar with what it actually entails.

00:05:23.540 But long story short, the federal government had been pushing American cattle ranchers just off their property, off their land, by claiming to own land that it looks like they don't, that they have absolutely no right to.

00:05:35.560 And they were killing cattle.

00:05:37.140 They were like, you know, the babies are dying without their mom.

00:05:39.760 And then, of course, you know, it's a very messed up story.

00:05:44.140 And Vem really dug into it and to see it come together.

00:05:48.220 And unfortunately, our main whistleblower suspiciously died while we were making this documentary.

00:05:54.560 I believe Vem thinks he was poisoned.

00:05:56.500 This is the serious nature of the work that we do, which is why my first thought when I saw this was, oh, God, you know, they set him up.

00:06:04.040 And they still may crucify Vem yet over this, but hopefully not. 0.86

00:06:08.180 Hopefully this actually speaks volumes to how corrupt our government is, and we really need to do something about it other than complain.

00:06:15.480 Yeah, no, we're going to have an opportunity to speak with him directly about what charges are pending against him.

00:06:21.880 Are any charges pending against him?

00:06:24.160 I mean, first of all, he's free.

00:06:26.320 It's been reported that he was bonded out for $5,000.

00:06:30.200 I don't believe that's actually true.

00:06:33.440 Again, there's no threat here, as I understand it, to kill the president.

00:06:37.960 Ben Miller's been with the president at Trump events on at least 20 occasions.

00:06:44.160 He's a strong, strong supporter of President Donald Trump.

00:06:47.940 He served as a Trump caucus captain in your recent delegate selection caucuses in Nevada.

00:06:55.120 He's met individual members of the Trump family.

00:06:59.140 He's a Trump loyalist.

00:07:00.780 So the idea that he would have motive to try to kill the president is absurd.

00:07:05.640 I think, as I understand it, there are no federal charges pending against him.

00:07:11.060 We're going to let him speak for himself later.

00:07:13.720 But look, I want to thank you for getting onto your X account immediately and telling people the truth.

00:07:20.220 In the meantime, anybody who's ever had their picture taken with Ben Miller, that would include Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Vivek Ramaswamy, Steve Bannon, myself, Newt Gingrich.

00:07:36.780 I mean, many other conservative activists, luminaries.

00:07:42.000 This guy doesn't fit the profile of someone who would wish any harm to Donald Trump.

00:07:48.460 The way he was treated on site is shocking.

00:07:52.860 But, yeah, I think this is an overreaction by the Riverside County sheriff.

00:08:00.660 Maybe he has political aspirations.

00:08:02.700 I don't know.

00:08:03.260 Or maybe this was a low-level deputy who had some animus towards Trump supporters.

00:08:10.480 But, again, we're going to let Ben Miller speak to this himself.

00:08:15.160 Well, Mindy, if people want to watch your documentary on the Bundys, which I think is historic, I know this case well.

00:08:24.420 I traveled to Nevada.

00:08:26.220 I lobbied President Trump for a pardon for the Bundys. 1.00

00:08:31.740 They made their land payments to the county, to the state of Nevada, who they argued actually owned the land.

00:08:40.200 Yet they were charged with not making payments to the federal government.

00:08:43.340 This is one of the greatest hoaxes of all time and one of the greatest overreaches by the government.

00:08:51.200 I mean, an armed attack on people who posed a threat to no one.

00:08:56.240 And, as I recall, with the sheriff at the time assuring them they were safe, when, in fact, they weren't.

00:09:02.700 It's a stunning story.

00:09:04.700 Where can people go again to see it?

00:09:07.280 Well, the America Happens Network, we created that network so we could post their videos.

00:09:12.540 I can't even get a video uploaded to YouTube anymore.

00:09:15.060 It gets immediately taken down.

00:09:16.520 So you can find all our documentaries, all our links there, all our podcasts are in one spot, just so that it doesn't get censored.

00:09:25.040 So AmericaHappens.com.

00:09:27.600 How do you feel about the upcoming election in Nevada?

00:09:31.120 I mean, once corruption has concreted itself in this badly and this obvious, you don't vote your way out of it.

00:09:40.260 And I'm looking forward to the shenanigans that we had last time.

00:09:44.220 I mean, I'm a libertarian.

00:09:45.940 My primary vote didn't matter.

00:09:47.880 My other half is a Republican.

00:09:49.420 He did not vote in the primary, but they have him down as voting.

00:09:52.400 And it's still sitting on our counter.

00:09:54.420 Kind of a problem.

00:09:55.320 And I don't expect, you know, that they're not going to steal and cheat Nevada like they do last time.

00:10:01.220 They got away with it.

00:10:02.100 So why stop?

00:10:03.800 It's pretty dim over here, quite honestly.

00:10:05.860 Yeah, I know the last time I was in Nevada, I've told this story before, after I spoke, a man came up to me.

00:10:12.260 He had five ballots.

00:10:13.780 And they were all addressed to the same address, but in five different names.

00:10:17.500 And I said, what is this?

00:10:18.820 He said, well, this one is addressed to me.

00:10:20.400 These other four, he says, are people who lived in my apartment before I did, but none of them within five years.

00:10:28.300 And one of them as long ago as 15 years ago.

00:10:31.020 Yet they're all on the voter list.

00:10:33.340 They're still all on the voter file.

00:10:35.440 Now, he said, look, if I was dishonest, I could cast every one of these votes.

00:10:40.400 It would be illegal.

00:10:41.500 I'm not going to do it.

00:10:42.900 In fact, I'm not even going to send my own mail, and I'm going to go to the polling place on Election Day.

00:10:46.860 But it does give you some demonstration of how corrupted the system in Nevada is.

00:10:52.860 I do think that President Trump's position that there should be no tax on tips is particularly brilliant in Nevada, where the culinary union, which in Atlantic City they call the hotel and restaurant workers union, it's the same union, is heavily reliant.

00:11:12.340 Their employees, their union members, heavily reliant on tips as part of their compensation.

00:11:18.320 This was always one of the major pieces of Harry Reid's machine.

00:11:23.620 Now, my sister's a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas. 1.00

00:11:26.700 She's a member of the union.

00:11:28.300 And she tells me that the shop stewards are telling her, her supervisors, that she must vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.

00:11:37.760 She also tells me not a single one of the women who work with her intend to do so, that they're all voting for Donald Trump.

00:11:45.080 So perhaps, just perhaps, there is hope for the silver state.

00:11:51.120 Mindy, I want to thank you for jumping in here.

00:11:53.000 I also want to thank you for taking my call yesterday afternoon when I was in absolute shock when I heard the fake news media version of what transpired here.

00:12:06.400 Many thanks.

00:12:07.580 Folks, please, I urge you to follow Mindy. 0.91

00:12:11.200 You can find her on social media, where no doubt she's shadow banned, but she still posts great stuff.

00:12:17.620 One other thing, if you have not seen Mindy's documentary on the Las Vegas shooter, I think it is the single best work on that entire scandal.

00:12:30.060 She's got it pinned at the top of her profile on X. 0.72

00:12:35.040 She's at I Heart Mindy, meaning I love Mindy.

00:12:38.100 You can see it right there on the screen.

00:12:39.800 I, the word heart Mindy.

00:12:41.960 Go sign up to follow her now if you don't already.

00:12:45.140 She's a great American patriot.

00:12:47.020 She's been a loyal friend of mine for many years now.

00:12:51.920 Thank you.

00:12:53.620 Thank you.

00:12:56.080 All right, folks.

00:12:57.420 Thanks for joining us today on The Stone Zone.

00:13:00.760 As I said, we have a lot to look forward.

00:13:03.220 Jack Posobiec is going to join us momentarily.

00:13:07.420 Jack has just been in Butler, Pennsylvania with the president

00:13:10.600 and is going to break down some new news regarding the Butler, Pennsylvania assault on the president.

00:13:20.140 Still more questions there than answers.

00:13:24.980 Every week we seem to learn something new.

00:13:28.080 So, guys, let me know when we have Jack and we will go right to him.

00:13:32.240 In the meantime, if you aren't doing it already, please go to the App Store and follow us at rumble.com slash Roger Stone.

00:13:44.040 That's rumble.com slash Roger Stone.

00:13:47.860 And when you do, be sure to set the follow button so that you can set up for a notification.

00:13:55.400 All right.

00:13:55.600 We're going to go right to him now.

00:13:57.180 My good friend, Jack Posobiec, senior editor at Human Events, a great American patriot, a veteran of naval intelligence, a man who knows his way around.

00:14:08.920 Jack, welcome to the Stone Zone.

00:14:11.180 Oh, Roger, thank you so much for having me on today.

00:14:13.520 And it's important to be on here as we heard this news about a potential third assassination attempt over the weekend.

00:14:21.440 Although I think that more information came out within moments throwing cold water on that.

00:14:28.400 But at the same time, it really shows you the environment that Donald Trump and J.D. Vance are now operating in,

00:14:35.320 in an environment where he's faced at least two credible assassination attempts that we know of.

00:14:40.920 And we're told, and not my resources tell me that there are more that have yet to be reported to the public.

00:14:47.340 Yeah, I've also heard the exact same thing.

00:14:51.140 You've written a book about this, and I've been promoting the book because it's important people know the facts.

00:14:58.100 Tell us quickly about that.

00:15:00.400 Roger, thank you so much.

00:15:01.500 The book is Bulletproof, The Truth About the Assassination Attempts on Donald Trump.

00:15:07.080 We've got breaking news that's coming out of this right here.

00:15:10.200 Eric Olshan, the U.S. Attorney for Western Pennsylvania, we're told that he is not conducting a deep dive into this shooter whatsoever.

00:15:19.780 He has not cracked open the files on his phone, his tablet.

00:15:25.280 What he is doing instead, though, is looking at the father, trying to go after him to pin this on him and potentially get up a big high-profile win.

00:15:35.840 Yet we still don't know about the encrypted apps that were being used by the shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks on July 13th at the Butler Rally.

00:15:44.460 And furthermore, information on Ryan Wesley Routh is still few and far between them trying to push that court date.

00:15:52.680 Because, again, Ryan Wesley Routh, this Ukrainian foreign fighter who was directly tied to the Azov Battalion.

00:15:59.280 By the way, we put together that information using an AI image searching function that we have access to.

00:16:05.780 We were able to find Ryan Wesley Routh, the second attempted Trump shooter, down there at West Palm Beach, who also was able to penetrate the Secret Service, penetrate this cordon and bubble that President Trump had supposedly erected after July 13th.

00:16:22.380 He is directly tied to this Azov Battalion.

00:16:24.960 Again, Roger, this is why President Trump is now requesting military support, military airplanes, military vehicles, and even using decoys to try to travel around.

00:16:36.860 So this book, Bulletproof, represents our first iteration in the preliminary investigation that we've been doing by hiring our own private investigators.

00:16:45.220 Because, quite frankly, I do not trust the federal government, and I don't think that anyone does when it comes to this question any forward.

00:16:52.400 Bulletproof is the first independent review, an independent investigation that has come out, and it will be coming out here now on October 22nd, available for pre-order.

00:17:02.960 Look, Roger, President Trump looks like he has the momentum, but he and J.D. Vance also face serious threats.

00:17:10.820 Yesterday, Jack, you make very effective use of your X profile.

00:17:15.160 I saw where you took an image of your ballot, not the actual ballot, an image of your ballot, and you demonstrated with a check how you voted for Donald Trump to urge others to do so.

00:17:27.500 You didn't put that on your actual ballot because you know it would spoil the ballot.

00:17:32.920 This was an attempt to urge people to vote for Trump.

00:17:35.680 So many of my friends went, why would Jack spoil his ballot?

00:17:39.000 Jack did not spoil his ballot, folks.

00:17:41.100 Of course not, Roger, and the ballot is perfectly fine.

00:17:45.780 It's one of those, you know, like drawing an arrow to it or something like that.

00:17:49.720 Yeah, it was, I thought it was actually good because it reminds people that every single vote here will count.

00:17:57.220 You've just been in Pennsylvania.

00:17:59.380 Pennsylvania is ground zero of this election.

00:18:01.580 We must carry Pennsylvania.

00:18:03.440 I had Cliff Maloney on the show last week.

00:18:06.080 Cliff's out there grinding every day, along with Scott Pressler, along with great people at Turning Point.

00:18:13.100 We have a ground army that they don't have.

00:18:16.140 We have enthusiasm and spirit and grit that they don't have.

00:18:20.500 How are you feeling about the Keystone State right now?

00:18:23.840 Well, Roger, it's very interesting.

00:18:25.000 And as you mentioned, I spent the last 10 hours on the road driving all over eastern Pennsylvania, all the way up to Greeley, PA, in the northeast, which is Pike County, as well as down to Bucks County, Doylestown, Newtown, and to my own home county of Montgomery, right outside of Philadelphia.

00:18:42.680 And I've been going to Catholic churches.

00:18:45.180 I've been going to speak to gun groups.

00:18:47.280 I'm particularly focused on the Latin masses.

00:18:49.380 I even went to the Polish language mass held there at Our Lady of Czestochowa, the Polish national shrine in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

00:18:57.760 Roger, there's a lot of people who are on fire for Trump.

00:19:00.600 But I will tell you, I have never seen an election in the state of Pennsylvania that's been hotly as contested as this.

00:19:06.200 There were billboards all the way up and down the northeast extension of the Pennsylvania turpike, probably every five miles or so, all the way up into this.

00:19:15.920 And this is northeast PA.

00:19:17.060 This is towards Scranton.

00:19:18.200 This is coal country.

00:19:19.560 We're talking every five miles, a billboard for Kamala Harris.

00:19:23.100 So she's got a lot of paid support.

00:19:25.240 We're now talking about $500 million, I heard, just in this last statistic, will be spent only on the state of Pennsylvania.

00:19:34.260 Roger, it does look as though President Trump has the momentum.

00:19:37.920 But I want people to be very clear about this, that she is spending a ton of money in those wards and in those areas fighting for every single vote she can get. 0.97

00:19:47.900 They're trying to increase their turnout.

00:19:50.020 And increasingly, Donald Trump's forces with Task Force 47, as well as the P.A. Chase, you mentioned Cliff Maloney, my brother's helping there, and Scott Pressler as well, who I've been working with, and even Tim Poole, who came out yesterday.

00:20:02.360 They are encountering Kamala Harris' supporters and her ground teams there on the ground in the very same neighborhood going after these low-propensity jump ball voters.

00:20:13.680 It's really going to be a very tight election in P.A.

00:20:16.660 Yeah, it's very, very interesting.

00:20:18.720 I was looking at some of the comparisons in media spending today.

00:20:22.180 People should understand Donald Trump is being vastly, vastly outspent.

00:20:26.360 When you combine even all of the independent groups who are supporting Trump with his official campaign, the Democrats, being incumbents, having unfettered access, not only to a torrent of fraudulent money laundering contributions through ActBlue, but also millions of dollars of special interest incumbent money, they are outspending us dramatically.

00:20:54.200 What they don't have is a candidate who can put a sentence together.

00:20:58.960 What they don't have is a plan for America's future.

00:21:03.020 All right, we've got two minutes.

00:21:04.860 Jack, tell folks one more time where they can go get this great book.

00:21:08.940 Roger, thanks again so much.

00:21:10.760 We're up on Amazon Bulletproof.

00:21:13.420 This is the first and only book that's written all about the Trump assassination attempt.

00:21:18.900 This one, you'd need to come out and I'm very honored that the forward was written by Donald Trump Jr.

00:21:24.880 So you can get Donald Trump Jr.'s thoughts on this attempt, not just on a political figure, not just on a transformative figure, but on his own father.

00:21:32.660 And of course, we're very honored that you, Roger, were able to give us a blurb saying that this is the first book on the most consequential day in American political life since the days of JFK and Lyndon B. Johnson.

00:21:43.680 It is. I'm really looking forward to this, folks.

00:21:47.060 Get your order in now, because I suspect it's going to have to go to a second printing almost immediately.

00:21:53.140 It's going to sell out quick in the first printing.

00:21:55.140 You want to get your hands on this.

00:21:57.600 Jack, are you going to update it as we go along?

00:22:00.940 We will, Roger.

00:22:01.840 And in fact, we probably have enough information to update it almost immediately.

00:22:05.680 So as the iterations from our private investigators come out and that's when you buy the book, the proceeds will actually go to fund our private investigation, the shoe leather that's on the ground in Bethel Park and in Butler, Pennsylvania.

00:22:19.060 But we've already been talking to firms to see if we can expand it down to Florida.

00:22:23.580 And who knows?

00:22:24.520 Perhaps I'll even have to send people all the way out to Ukraine to find where this foreign fighter, Ryan Wesley Routh, was up to and what he was who he was taking these orders and taking commands from.

00:22:36.120 All right.

00:22:36.860 I want to thank our good friend, Jack Posobiec, senior editor at Human Events, for joining us with a quick update.

00:22:43.220 And folks, get your copy of the book today.

00:22:45.580 Jack, God bless you and stay strong.

00:22:48.040 Keep fighting.

00:22:48.940 It's only about, what, three more weeks.

00:22:51.760 That's right.

00:22:52.420 And in Pennsylvania, you can vote right now.

00:22:55.520 All right.

00:22:56.260 If you're a keystone or get in there and vote.

00:22:58.380 Many thanks.

00:23:00.120 God bless, Roger.

00:23:01.320 All right, folks, if you're watching the polls, if you're a Trump supporter, if you see that the momentum is with the president, well, it is.

00:23:11.240 But you should take nothing for granted.

00:23:13.340 I told you I went to the greatest Trump boat parade in American history.

00:23:20.020 By greatest, I mean the biggest, the most colorful.

00:23:24.020 It was a great, great experience put together by my good friend, Carlos Gavidia, a selfless patriot who worked very hard to do this.

00:23:33.440 There was an American music concert the day before.

00:23:36.940 My good friend, General Flynn, spoke there, as did I.

00:23:40.640 And the next day, it was an extraordinary, extraordinary experience.

00:23:45.280 The only thing I've ever done to compare it was the one that Carlos put on in 2020.

00:23:50.340 But a lot of the folks I talked to were speaking with a level of confidence.

00:23:57.520 I would say I would have to call it overconfidence.

00:24:00.940 We have this one.

00:24:01.960 It's going to be a landslide.

00:24:03.600 It's in the bag.

00:24:05.260 I saw Dick Morris, who's no slouch in politics, the other day on Newsmax, predicting a Reagan-like landslide.

00:24:14.460 I don't think we can rest.

00:24:17.200 I think our greatest enemy right now could be overconfidence.

00:24:21.460 You heard the president say it in his rallies in California, also on his way to California.

00:24:27.820 In Nevada, we need to at least try to make it too big to rig.

00:24:32.460 Every single vote will count.

00:24:36.100 Nothing can be taken for granted.

00:24:37.720 So what I urge people to do, it's worked for me, is to go through your contact list on your phone, and I guarantee you, you will find people that you don't know whether they are registered.

00:24:50.680 You don't know if they're intending to vote.

00:24:53.420 And therefore, every single person who supports Donald Trump should commit to finding five others that they weren't certain were going to vote to get them out to vote.

00:25:05.000 It's going to be that close.

00:25:07.740 We should take nothing for granted, in my opinion.

00:25:12.420 We're waiting for Vem Miller, the man who has been accused in the media of threatening to assassinate the president.

00:25:22.380 We don't believe that most of what has been reported in the media is accurate, but we're going to let Mr. Miller speak for himself.

00:25:33.140 He joins us momentarily.

00:25:36.400 In the meantime, in this recent hurricane, I begin thinking once again about how vulnerable the power grid is, how vulnerable the cell phone systems are, the cell tower systems.

00:25:55.960 I want to tell you about my solution.

00:25:59.480 It's called Iridium 9555.

00:26:02.420 It's the Iridium 9555 phone.

00:26:07.100 It's a satellite phone that runs on a proprietary satellite network.

00:26:12.920 Now, this doesn't depend on any way on the electrical grid.

00:26:18.140 It does not rely on any way on the cellular system, whether you're on AT&T or Verizon or T-Mobile.

00:26:28.540 It's a proprietary system off of a satellite owned by the folks at Iridium.

00:26:34.880 The phone works any place that you can see the sun.

00:26:40.280 Also, you may ask, well, how would you recharge this phone once if there is no electricity and once the phone grinds down?

00:26:51.380 Well, there is a solar-powered recharger for this phone, and you can therefore charge it off of the sun.

00:27:03.820 You can actually use this phone, which will both make phone messages and send encrypted text messages any place you can see the sun.

00:27:15.700 So, to get yours, as you can see on the screen, go to sat123.com slash roger.

00:27:23.860 That's sat123.com slash roger to get yours today.

00:27:30.880 It is absolutely necessary, as we just sat and hunkered down for the hurricane, which fortunately did not hit South Florida, that you get yours today.

00:27:44.980 I cannot recommend this highly enough.

00:27:48.880 Our producers will let us know when Ben Miller is with us.

00:27:52.200 But in the meantime, I am shocked by this story, because I think we're getting a dose of fake news media.

00:28:03.560 All of these reports, I think I'm going to let Mr. Miller speak for himself, but I think these reports are inaccurate.

00:28:12.980 In the meantime, I do want to say that I think we have a realignment going on in the country today.

00:28:21.620 That is extraordinarily incredible.

00:28:25.640 You have Dick Cheney, what's left of the McCain family, Adam Kinzinger, now all endorsing the candidate of war, Kamala Harris.

00:28:37.520 Yet you have died-in-the-wool Democrats like Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, Rod Blagojevich, supporting President Donald Trump.

00:28:48.140 That's because this is a new Republican Party.

00:28:52.640 This is the party of common sense.

00:28:55.920 This is the party of working-class Americans.

00:29:01.160 So we're going to see, I think, an extraordinary realignment.

00:29:07.520 The latest polls are encouraging.

00:29:09.540 Fabrizio McLaughlin out with a poll.

00:29:12.560 Tony Fabrizio, in my opinion, the single best pollster in the country, reporting that Donald Trump now leading in every swing state, leading, admittedly, marginally, but leading nonetheless.

00:29:28.840 Yet almost every one of these leads are within the margin of error.

00:29:34.420 Now, polling, you have to remember, is static.

00:29:39.000 It means it is a snapshot in time.

00:29:41.700 It is only good for that episecond in which it has been taken.

00:29:47.820 And therefore, it is very quickly outdated.

00:29:51.860 But what you're looking for is direction.

00:29:55.040 What you're looking for is the direction of the polling and the direction of this race, clearly moving towards Donald Trump.

00:30:05.220 That is why they have rolled out Kamala Harris for a series of interviews.

00:30:11.680 Remember, after she was first designated in an entirely non-democratic process, process in which there was no democracy involved, they were not allowing her to do a press conference.

00:30:29.860 She was doing no one-on-one interviews.

00:30:33.260 So now they have shifted their strategy, and they have her doing interviews, but most of those interviews are turning out to be a disaster.

00:30:44.680 You have a situation in which Trump's rallies are getting larger and larger.

00:30:51.820 There is a growing confidence among her supporters, and putting her out to speak, well, may turn out to be a greater problem than a benefit.

00:31:04.080 There is hysteria within the Democratic Party.

00:31:07.820 They are apoplectic at the direction of this election.

00:31:12.140 But three weeks in American politics is a lifetime, is an absolute lifetime, and nothing, again, should be taken for granted.

00:31:24.860 In the meantime, I do, since Jack spoke about his book on assassination, if this is a topic that interests you, if you are interested in history, in politics, well, then I have to take the opportunity to recommend my own book, The Man Who Killed Kennedy, The Case Against LBJ.

00:31:48.320 This is a New York Times bestseller, in which I make the case that Lyndon Baines Johnson was the head of a cabal that included the CIA, organized crime, big Texas oil, the Secret Service, who I document in the book, laid down on John F. Kennedy,

00:32:13.140 the way they laid down on President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, in my opinion.

00:32:23.620 But this is, I think, a New York Times bestseller for a good reason.

00:32:29.640 You can get your copy by going to TheManWhoKilledKennedy.com, TheManWhoKilledKennedy.com.

00:32:39.060 We are still waiting for Ben Miller to join the show.

00:32:43.340 He's not, we have not found him yet, but he's supposed to join us momentarily.

00:32:49.620 In the meantime, let me reiterate that you can follow us here every day at Rumble.

00:32:58.440 So let me urge you now to go to the App Store, download the Rumble app, and go to, there it is, go to Rumble.com slash Roger Stone, Rumble.com slash Roger Stone.

00:33:16.160 And, let's see, we are, we are, we are going to reach our guest.

00:33:24.640 If you go there and you follow us, then set a notification that will allow you to be, to get a daily notification every day that we are, that we are showing at 8 o'clock Eastern.

00:33:45.560 It's amazing to me the way Kamala Harris seeks to reinvent herself now in the final three weeks of the election.

00:33:56.040 So in these recent interviews, she never mentions her, for example, her support for ending cash bail for violent criminals.

00:34:06.400 She never mentions her fundraising for the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which was used to bail out Antifa and BLM activists, criminals, who had been arrested and languished in jail.

00:34:25.220 She also cast the tie-breaking vote for the American Rescue Plan, which economists agree fueled inflation.

00:34:34.080 She, obviously, quite famously supported defunding the police.

00:34:39.600 Her comments comparing policing to slavery don't seem to come up in the news.

00:34:45.640 Her repeated praise of Bidenomics, which she told us had been wildly successful.

00:34:52.620 Her support for American taxpayers paying for the health care of every American.

00:35:01.240 We are, we are amazed, I am amazed, that she continues to hide her very real record.

00:35:12.200 Let's, while we're waiting for them, why don't we pull up, if we could, the three-minute documentary,

00:35:19.060 which is now has over 5 million views regarding Kamala Harris's abuse of a woman named Shari Peoples.

00:35:30.660 That is now, I think, hit over 5 million views on the internet.

00:35:37.140 She talks about her prosecution of gangs, of the drug cartels, about drug criminals.

00:35:46.420 But in truth, as a prosecutor, we know that a drug dealer had to have three arrests before she would prosecute them for drug distribution.

00:35:58.760 Not very hard lines.

00:36:00.140 Do we have the Shari Peoples video?

00:36:02.520 All right, we'll have it up for you in one moment.

00:36:09.780 Folks, I also will take a minute.

00:36:11.960 You see it right there on the screen.

00:36:13.400 You can go to StoneZone.com, StoneZone.com, and you will find everything Roger Stone.

00:36:23.000 You will find not only this show and the links to it, but you will have all my 77 WABC radio shows.

00:36:32.860 Last Sunday, which was yesterday, I interviewed the Sopranos actress Dre DiMatteo, who was a Kennedy supporter, an RFK supporter, now supporting Donald Trump.

00:36:47.320 We had also Gordon Chang, an expert on Chinese-American affairs.

00:36:56.260 We talked about the very real possibility that Tim Walsh is, in fact, a CCP asset.

00:37:03.980 We had also with us Rich Little, the impressionist who does an incredible impression of President Richard Nixon.

00:37:14.080 So you can find that.

00:37:16.100 All right, we're now going to go to the man of the hour, Vem Miller, the man who has been falsely accused in the mainstream media of trying to threaten or assassinate the president.

00:37:30.100 A man who you might imagine is under extraordinary stress today, but has been good enough to join us here in the Stone Zone.

00:37:37.100 Vem, welcome to the Stone Zone.

00:37:39.580 How are you doing, Roger?

00:37:40.780 Pleasure to be on your show.

00:37:41.760 I hope you're feeling better today, my brother.

00:37:44.880 Yeah, it's surprising.

00:37:47.080 You know, the support from a lot of the folks that are passionately in love with freedom has been pretty incredible.

00:37:54.980 Most of the people I know have actually been texting me saying or calling me saying that there's no way that I would have even thought about doing this.

00:38:02.520 So, you know, frankly, I'm feeling a lot of love right now.

00:38:06.500 I'm not feeling very stressed at all.

00:38:08.840 I feel like this is all, you know, there's a bigger purpose for all of this.

00:38:13.960 And so I feel blessed, to be honest with you.

00:38:17.160 Well, let's clear up a lot of things that have been printed in the mainstream media that I don't believe are true.

00:38:23.220 First of all, you are a Trump supporter.

00:38:25.280 You are a Trump caucus captain getting out the vote for him in Nevada.

00:38:30.140 You've been at Trump campaign events on 20 occasions.

00:38:35.020 You've met the president.

00:38:36.380 You've met members of his family.

00:38:38.800 You've been for him from the very beginning.

00:38:42.020 You're a conservative-oriented investigative journalist.

00:38:48.340 You and I did a great show together on the Kennedy assassination.

00:38:51.900 It says, according to U.S. Today, that you were booked into jail and released on a $5,000 bond.

00:38:59.300 Is that true?

00:39:00.540 Yeah, no, that's not true.

00:39:01.700 And by the way, just to show the viewers here, I got the ticket that they gave me because that's what they gave me.

00:39:06.740 I'm just going to cover up my driver's license number in case there's, you know, anybody crazy trying to get my address out there.

00:39:11.800 But this is the ticket that they gave me.

00:39:14.340 It's a ticket.

00:39:14.900 So there was no $5,000 bond.

00:39:17.300 In the citations area, they have two things that they cited me for.

00:39:22.160 Frankly, both that I believe are unconstitutional.

00:39:24.620 But, like, let's just talk about what those two citations are.

00:39:27.240 One is for having a loaded mag and a gun, right?

00:39:31.000 So in California, apparently, you've got to have the mag and the gun separated, which I have major issues with because criminals that are trying to kill you or harm you are not going to have the mag separated.

00:39:40.680 So in loading up a gun and then having to cock it back to actually fire, that's a lot of time, and somebody could lose their life in that time.

00:39:47.920 So I actually think this sort of thing presents danger to we, the people, so I don't like it.

00:39:52.980 But it's also something that we don't have in Nevada.

00:39:55.140 In Nevada, you could actually have your loaded gun, and they don't say anything.

00:39:59.260 But in California, they've added that extra, what I call a statutory law, what's called a statutory law, which is interesting because a lot of times statutory laws conflict with our constitutional rights and negate our constitutional rights, and they should not exist, frankly, in my opinion.

00:40:14.060 But the second thing is that, so when I bought a gun, I'm a gun novice.

00:40:17.960 I only bought a gun because due to the work that we do at the America Happens Network in exposing corruption and creating documentaries and podcasts and that sort of thing, I started getting death threats in 2022, both emailed to me and also mailed to my home, including scrabble pieces that spell the word dead.

00:40:34.240 And once this started happening to me, you know, I hang out, as you know, with Mindy Robinson and other individuals that are also exposing things.

00:40:41.800 And the opinions I got from these individuals was that, you know, you should buy a gun, you should buy some firearms to make sure that you are protected in case something happens.

00:40:49.720 So, you know, I purchased firearms for that reason, although I have to be very clear that, you know, I don't know much about guns.

00:40:57.420 And apparently the gun that I bought had two lines of bullets, two double chamber, I think they call it.

00:41:02.700 So you have double the amount of bullets in a single chamber would.

00:41:06.240 And apparently that's also, according to statutory law, illegal in California.

00:41:11.540 But it's a misdemeanor, right?

00:41:13.040 It's a ticket.

00:41:13.760 So that's why what I ended up with at the end of the day after all this nonsense was a ticket, right?

00:41:19.060 And but what you don't find within this ticket is, you know, fake passports.

00:41:23.140 Fake passports is a felony, right?

00:41:25.320 Government documents forged is a felony.

00:41:27.940 You spend time in prison for that.

00:41:29.880 But, you know, funny enough, that's not on there, you know?

00:41:32.700 What's also not on there is they said I had a fake license plate.

00:41:35.920 That's not on there.

00:41:36.840 So their story, you know, once you actually look at the evidence, kind of doesn't make sense because, you know, either they're completely incompetent.

00:41:44.380 And I committed a bunch of felonies, like having forged documents, fake passports, fake license plates, you know, and they let me go, which would indicate they're incompetent.

00:41:54.900 Or there was no truth to it at all.

00:41:58.000 Sounds like the latter.

00:41:59.600 So just to be absolutely clear, you obviously never made any threat whatsoever against the president.

00:42:06.940 No, no.

00:42:07.580 And in fact, I was just on another show.

00:42:11.260 And, you know, there's not many people I would jump in front of a bullet for.

00:42:15.500 There really isn't because I see what I do as being, you know, valuable, you know, in terms of exposing, revealing what is happening.

00:42:25.020 So I might not jump in.

00:42:27.700 I don't want to sound any form cruel or being elitist.

00:42:31.440 If I feel like, you know what, I got to be around longer than that person, then I wouldn't jump in front of that bullet.

00:42:38.360 But if Donald Trump was getting shot at, that's a man that I would jump in front of and I would save that man's life and literally let them take my own.

00:42:46.500 Because, you know, I think with what's happening in this world, he's been one of the few that have been courageous enough to stand up against his tyranny.

00:42:54.540 To call out the fake news, by the way, that I've been part of, Roger, for, you know, when I say fake news, I'm talking about the media.

00:43:00.480 I'm talking about the way the media works in Hollywood.

00:43:02.520 And I've been in that world since the early 90s.

00:43:05.080 I've seen it.

00:43:06.020 That's why when you start saying things like fake news, I'm like, dude, like, that's what I've been thinking, which, by the way, when I came up with this America Happens Network in the early 2000s, based upon the cancel culture era of George W. Bush and a lot of the stuff that happened with the Patriot Act over there, that's really the birth of America Happens, right?

00:43:22.240 So when Donald Trump got out there and he started saying fake news, that really, I mean, that hit my heart because I was like, you know, I've been knowing this is fake news.

00:43:30.800 And I've actually was moonlighting while making music videos and making TV shows as somebody that was covering things like the Iraq war protests, the nonsense that was happening with that war, Occupy Wall Street, the cronyism of the Bush administration.

00:43:46.140 And so, you know, Donald Trump comes along and he is basically telling Jeb Bush, you know, how corrupt him and his family are, talking about fake news.

00:43:54.160 And that definitely resonated with me based upon the evolution and experiences I had had until that point.

00:44:01.600 So I want to knock these down one by one.

00:44:04.620 So you did not have a fake license plate.

00:44:08.440 No, no.

00:44:09.200 That's what I'm trying to say.

00:44:10.240 If there was anything unlawful about my license plate, they would have cited me, you know, and that's not on the citation.

00:44:16.600 Now, there's also an allegation in several media outlets that your pass for the event was a forgery.

00:44:24.160 But what you told me earlier today is you were given the pass by the reporting county chairman in Clark County, Jesse, who's a friend of mine also.

00:44:35.760 You had been a precinct captain, essentially a caucus captain for him.

00:44:39.720 So your path to the event was completely legitimate, correct?

00:44:44.140 Yes.

00:44:44.400 The reason why I was looking down is because I'm just going to actually just show it to you guys here.

00:44:47.860 This is my email account.

00:44:49.060 You could see it's like I'm hoping you could see all that.

00:44:51.300 It's like directed to me.

00:44:52.400 This is the Trump Vance thing.

00:44:54.720 There's a lot of directions that they give you where to show up, where to park, all that kind of stuff.

00:44:59.280 And as you scroll down, eventually you're going to come to the special parking pass, which lets you into the region where you park your car.

00:45:06.380 And then you up there we go.

00:45:07.560 That's a special parking pass right there.

00:45:09.100 So that was directed right to me, sent to me.

00:45:12.340 And I was a legitimate special invitee.

00:45:15.840 And pretty much that's all there is to that, you know.

00:45:18.560 And if you actually look, backtrack on my emails, you will see that there's four different emails, October 11th and October 12th.

00:45:25.720 I got multiple versions of this.

00:45:27.920 I think they thought there was more people coming with me.

00:45:30.880 So, yeah, you know, I was spent directly special passes.

00:45:33.900 Now, during this experience, were you ever questioned by the Secret Service or the FBI?

00:45:41.780 No, no, no.

00:45:43.120 I, in fact, offered on multiple occasions.

00:45:45.120 Because what happened was I got stuck with this arresting detective or arresting police officer that clearly was anti-MAGA.

00:45:53.720 And he has said things that indicated he was anti-MAGA, anti, you know, the Trump movement.

00:46:00.320 So I started thinking, you know, he keeps saying that, like, these Secret Service and FBI want to interrogate you.

00:46:06.880 And I thought, you know, that's a great opportunity to get to a higher class of intelligent individual that will clearly see this is all nonsense.

00:46:16.640 And I kept saying, I really want to talk to those guys, I really want to talk to those guys, because I figured once those guys heard me talk, saw the evidence, saw the facts, then they could have hopefully advised this individual.

00:46:28.460 So my car wouldn't have been taken, all my equipment wouldn't have been taken.

00:46:30.880 I mean, I have, like, $250,000 worth of equipment and intellectual property that is still sitting in an impound that I can't even get to until tomorrow.

00:46:37.800 And they're even making that difficult.

00:46:39.340 So I'm not even sure I'm going to get my car back.

00:46:41.620 And this might turn into a legal nightmare of just trying to get my car and equipment back, right?

00:46:45.700 So I was trying to prevent that from happening.

00:46:48.040 So I thought to myself, if I could talk to some of these, you know, Secret Service and federal agents, then they would realize that this is all nonsense.

00:46:55.760 They might advise this individual that, look, man, you know, leave this guy alone, right?

00:47:00.100 But what happened instead is when I offered, so I told the federal agents and the Secret Service, I said that, you know, I want to call my lawyer.

00:47:07.980 And this, by the way, this arresting officer never allowed me to have my phone call.

00:47:12.120 And I'm talking about over the course of 12, 13 hours, I know, sorry, 10 hours, I never got my phone call, right?

00:47:20.440 So I figured when I, when they, when finally I met the Secret Service and federal agents, I figured this was a great opportunity to essentially, you know, get my phone call.

00:47:30.340 And so what I told them is like, guys, I would love to talk with you, right?

00:47:34.000 I would love to talk with you, but let's do it this way.

00:47:35.880 Let me make my phone call.

00:47:36.860 You could overhear my conversation with my lawyer as I lay the facts down.

00:47:40.100 It's a very traumatic experience trying to explain the story and recite all the craziness that happened that day.

00:47:45.800 And you could listen to it, take all your notes, whatever.

00:47:48.680 And when I'm done with the call, you could ask me any question you want whatsoever.

00:47:51.500 And the next thing they did is they left the location, didn't ask me a single question, and basically that was the end of that.

00:47:59.600 To just be very clear, folks, Van Miller faces no federal charges whatsoever in connection with an effort to assassinate Donald Trump.

00:48:07.640 It's not what USA Today says.

00:48:09.300 That's not what a slew of other newspaper headlines said late yesterday.

00:48:14.820 The worst part of this, as I watched the video you put up, is they put you in the backseat of a police car in the blazing sun in California for four hours with no air conditioning.

00:48:30.340 This was like a steam bath.

00:48:33.060 You were dehydrated.

00:48:34.680 They wouldn't give you your water.

00:48:38.340 That's cruel and inhuman punishment.

00:48:41.240 I mean, it's almost beyond belief.

00:48:44.820 And, of course, if you had passed out or if they had to take you to the hospital, they would have been able to continue to recycle this entire false narrative.

00:48:55.800 So, folks, no, he wasn't bonded out for $5,000 after threatening to kill the president.

00:49:01.620 That's a lie.

00:49:02.540 You've heard him say it here today.

00:49:04.560 He did not have fake license plates.

00:49:08.040 They seem to be interested in the fact that you consider yourself a sovereign citizen.

00:49:13.280 Explain the sovereign citizen movement just quickly to our followers, because, no, it's not some radical domestic terrorist group.

00:49:23.500 Go ahead.

00:49:24.020 You know, I think classification in words is very important here.

00:49:27.540 You know, as you know, Roger, from your amazing book about the JFK assassination, you know, they create words to essentially make certain people look bad, like conspiracy theories, right?

00:49:38.580 Which, from what I understand, was created and used specifically to cover up things like the JFK assassination.

00:49:43.960 So we've got to be very careful of their words.

00:49:45.980 And part of those words is this idea of sovereign citizen that actually makes no sense when you understand the root meaning of those words.

00:49:53.580 They contradict each other, right?

00:49:55.560 They don't make sense.

00:49:56.760 And that's why I'm very hesitant to use the word sovereign citizen together, because, no, I'm not part of that kind of movement.

00:50:05.440 That's a nonsensical movement that is a non-existent movement.

00:50:09.860 It's a misnomer, right?

00:50:11.700 What there is out there is laws that really have been concealed from us, because our legal industry is run by the bar, which is an unlawful monopoly.

00:50:21.700 There's no competing bar, and as you can see how that's manifested itself, is in massive corruption in our judicial ranks, like using the courts for political witch hunts, like using the courts, like the family courts, to separate families for financial gain.

00:50:37.100 Financial gain that was put in there by, you know, by Hillary Clinton, by the way, where people are incentivized to destroy families, lawyers, judges, all that stuff, to basically make a whole bunch of money, right?

00:50:47.740 So, there's that law.

00:50:50.320 There's the law of the bar.

00:50:51.440 There's the law of what we call attorneys, and then there's the real law.

00:50:55.240 There's common law.

00:50:56.460 There's common law.

00:50:57.760 You have the biblical law.

00:51:00.360 Then the lineage was Magna Carta.

00:51:02.460 Then the lineage was Constitution.

00:51:04.100 That is the pure form of law, right?

00:51:06.260 Which, by the way, they don't want you to know, because that involves the people having power, and the people not being cattle, whatever their terminology is, a.k.a. slaves, right?

00:51:16.600 So, my interest of study has been in that form of law, because that form of law, once you really understand, it really supersedes any of the statutory law, maritime law, whatever nonsense they've created, where, you know, law that exists three miles out in the ocean that they use upon us.

00:51:34.060 With law which exists that says that, you know, when we put your name in uppercase and make you a corporate entity, you're a dead entity, so you're basically this ward that we could do whatever we want with.

00:51:43.860 I mean, this is real things that they put in place to keep us in a state of slavery, to keep us away from the original biblical law, common law, Magna Carta law, which is the law of we, the people.

00:51:56.580 And that is the area of interest I'm very fascinated with.

00:52:00.720 That is an area of interest that I constantly study.

00:52:04.040 It involves trust law as well.

00:52:05.960 It involves knowing your rights.

00:52:07.320 It involves you knowing how to get out of your trust-ward relationship, because the United States is a trust, and there's wards.

00:52:15.940 And when you're dealing with a trust-ward relationship, ward basically means you're too incompetent to deal with your own affairs, affairs, legal and otherwise, right?

00:52:25.260 So if you could get beyond that, if you could get above the statutory law and get to a point where now you're dealing with common law, trust law, you are in a much higher position.

00:52:36.120 And that is, you know, there's remnants of what they refer to as sovereign citizen in there.

00:52:42.040 But once you take out that title sovereign citizen and you go to the true lineage of these laws and you learn about these laws, it's far superior and powerful.

00:52:50.400 And by the way, there's a reason why they want to call you named so you are dissuaded from understanding this law.

00:52:56.380 Because once you understand this form of law, then you could truly attain another level of freedom.

00:53:02.300 All this stuff, you know, like what happened, you know, in terms of even getting, you know, this ticket over here, it's a victimless crime, right?

00:53:09.180 Why are people being punished for victimless crimes, really?

00:53:11.980 And, you know, as you've gone through the system and gone through the torturous process of being in jail and being next to a schizophrenic psychopath and a guy that stabbed somebody and being, you know, why did I just get arrested?

00:53:23.140 And you realize it's because, you know, you had a mag in a gun, which is totally fine in most states, but in California, it's not.

00:53:29.860 And you realize it's because you had a few more bullets than they want you to have in their gun. 0.94

00:53:34.500 And now you're sitting next to a crazy person that might kill you.

00:53:37.860 You know, obviously this influences people and, you know, you see things like, you know, January 6th, for example, where people that are pissed off that have been subjugated to this kind of oppression, this kind of warred trust relationship where they feel like they're treated like invalids and things like this, what happened to me happened.

00:53:53.940 You know, of course, people are going to be like, feel like the system's not protecting them.

00:53:57.060 They're going to feel like they need to find a better option.

00:53:59.540 Some of these people go into what is called sovereign citizen.

00:54:01.900 I highly recommend you go, you don't go down that route, whoever's watching this out there, because there is far superior law that makes logical sense, as opposed to something like sovereign citizen.

00:54:10.760 Like I said, it's a, it contradicts itself.

00:54:13.760 It's a misnomer.

00:54:14.560 And once you are studied in this higher form of law, it does empower you to, to frankly, live a better life, live a better life and not be bullied by these authoritarian bullies, like these sheriffs that think they could go around accusing me that I'm an assassin, getting on television.

00:54:30.700 And, you know, by the way, this morning, I heard that he was very upset at the press for even questioning him.

00:54:35.080 Well, you know, that's like the dictator's behavior.

00:54:38.120 What a, what a real investigator does is says, okay, here's the evidence.

00:54:41.480 I, you know, this guy did the, and here's the video.

00:54:43.340 And, but he didn't have that.

00:54:44.880 So what does he do?

00:54:45.560 He acts like a tyrant dictator.

00:54:47.560 And that is really the distinguishing characteristics of why people study the kind of law that I am fascinated with, which, you know, parts of that is sovereign citizen, they say.

00:54:56.720 But that's not really what it is.

00:54:58.420 It's really about a higher form of law, trust law.

00:55:02.140 We come to what I think is the most important question here, Ben, because I've read all this stuff.

00:55:07.840 It's a tissue of lies.

00:55:09.060 You've knocked them down here one by one.

00:55:11.700 Are you going to bring a lawsuit against the Riverside County Sheriff's Office?

00:55:17.220 Oh, yeah, yeah.

00:55:18.000 Almost, it has, it's a necessity right now.

00:55:20.360 And, you know, I'm being told that this is going to cost ungodly amounts of money for them.

00:55:27.680 You know, there's a Kyle Rittenhouse case, which is a good example of somebody's life and reputation being destroyed.

00:55:34.220 You know, I'll give you an example, Roger.

00:55:35.460 Today I'm walking, you know, I went to get some clothes because all my clothes are impounded.

00:55:39.920 And, you know, there's a guy on his cell phone.

00:55:41.840 He kind of looks down.

00:55:42.740 He looks up and his eyes kind of pop open.

00:55:44.900 He looks down.

00:55:45.660 He looks up and I'm realizing, you know, this is my Dr. Richard Kimball moment from The Fugitive, where this guy obviously saw a picture.

00:55:52.620 I mean, he's like, whoa, that's an assassin walking around trying to buy some underwear.

00:55:55.900 You know what I mean?

00:55:56.640 So now I'm like, okay, am I going to spend the rest of my life?

00:56:00.280 You know, and as you know, we have crazy people on both sides of the aisle. 0.74

00:56:03.540 Is there somebody out there that's going to want to cause me harm thinking that I tried to assassinate somebody like Donald Trump?

00:56:10.000 And he thinks he's actually doing a good thing because he's been watching the mainstream media.

00:56:13.340 So you understand, like, the danger, the implications this has had.

00:56:16.740 This story went global. 0.98

00:56:18.300 So it's absolutely necessary that I sue the crap out of these people and not just sue them. 0.98

00:56:23.880 The suit is like, you know, part of it where, you know, the money will be good. 0.98

00:56:27.340 And there is some restitution that's certainly necessary for really the crimes that they committed against me.

00:56:33.320 But then, you know, the more important issue is that department needs to clean up.

00:56:38.160 That department needs to go through such a public example of what happens to people that operate under the color of law, people that abuse their power to commit crimes.

00:56:50.100 That has to be brought to attention.

00:56:52.400 These people that, you know, the sheriffs, the deputy sheriff that blatantly broke the law and violated my rights need to be held accountable.

00:57:01.020 Because as we've seen in our history, when tyrants and bad guys aren't held accountable, what happens?

00:57:07.020 They think that they could do the same thing over and over again.

00:57:09.280 We saw, you know, look, the George, you know, people are sometimes right and left Republican, Democrat.

00:57:14.760 It's like, I try to be more about the person.

00:57:17.940 I definitely think that what George W. Bush did to this country was not good.

00:57:21.380 Sorry, I got to interrupt you because we got a hard out here.

00:57:24.560 Sorry, sorry, sorry.

00:57:25.780 It's been invaluable because you've had an opportunity to knock down every one of these false claims against you.

00:57:32.700 Wish you luck with your lawsuit.

00:57:34.620 If you set up a give, send, go, we will certainly spread it right here on the Stone Zone.

00:57:39.040 I want to thank Ben Miller for joining us today.

00:57:41.340 And I'm glad we had this opportunity for you to correct the record.

00:57:46.560 Vem, thanks for joining us.

00:57:47.780 I'm Roger Stone.

00:57:48.600 Until tomorrow, God bless you and Godspeed.

00:57:52.340 A man who's gone through hell, but he's kept going and he's smart and he's strong and people love him.

00:58:01.260 Not everybody, but people love him and respect him.

00:58:03.700 Roger Stone.

00:58:04.760 Where's Roger Stone?

00:58:05.860 Thank you.

00:58:16.700 And I hope so.

00:58:18.740 Thank you.
