00:02:23.960 We had just done one on the Bundy Ranch scandal, which is very damning to the feds.

00:02:31.740 So my first thought was, oh, my God, you know, this is them, this is the feds going after them and rolling them up and trying to shut them up.

00:02:38.460 And apparently I gave the feds way too much credit on that.

00:02:41.500 It really boiled down to, like, some really crap cop work, quite honestly.

00:02:47.080 The sheriff's story really doesn't add up.

00:02:49.620 Trump was complaining that the cop was making fun of him for being a Trump supporter, you know, the whole time he's going through his car.

00:03:36.280 But all this stuff, I mean, he had guns in the car that were legal where we live in Vegas, but not so much in California.

00:03:43.480 And I hope he at least uses this as a soapbox to expose how unconstitutional and ridiculous California gun laws are.

00:03:50.740 He's like, I didn't know you had to travel with a magazine separate from the gun and two separate parts of the car.

00:05:11.740 Well, it is interesting to see all the same players as usual, the Harry Reid, the Lombardo, everyone that's always corrupt always seems to show up, you know, in these scandals.

00:05:19.980 And a lot of people have heard of it, but they're not familiar with what it actually entails.

00:05:23.540 But long story short, the federal government had been pushing American cattle ranchers just off their property, off their land, by claiming to own land that it looks like they don't, that they have absolutely no right to.

00:05:37.140 They were like, you know, the babies are dying without their mom.

00:05:39.760 And then, of course, you know, it's a very messed up story.

00:05:44.140 And Vem really dug into it and to see it come together.

00:05:48.220 And unfortunately, our main whistleblower suspiciously died while we were making this documentary.

00:05:54.560 I believe Vem thinks he was poisoned.

00:05:56.500 This is the serious nature of the work that we do, which is why my first thought when I saw this was, oh, God, you know, they set him up.

00:06:04.040 And they still may crucify Vem yet over this, but hopefully not.

00:06:08.180 Hopefully this actually speaks volumes to how corrupt our government is, and we really need to do something about it other than complain.

00:08:26.220 I lobbied President Trump for a pardon for the Bundys.

00:08:31.740 They made their land payments to the county, to the state of Nevada, who they argued actually owned the land.

00:08:40.200 Yet they were charged with not making payments to the federal government.

00:08:43.340 This is one of the greatest hoaxes of all time and one of the greatest overreaches by the government.

00:08:51.200 I mean, an armed attack on people who posed a threat to no one.

00:08:56.240 And, as I recall, with the sheriff at the time assuring them they were safe, when, in fact, they weren't.

00:10:13.780 And they were all addressed to the same address, but in five different names.

00:10:18.820 He said, well, this one is addressed to me.

00:10:20.400 These other four, he says, are people who lived in my apartment before I did, but none of them within five years.

00:10:28.300 And one of them as long ago as 15 years ago.

00:10:31.020 Yet they're all on the voter list.

00:10:33.340 They're still all on the voter file.

00:10:35.440 Now, he said, look, if I was dishonest, I could cast every one of these votes.

00:10:40.400 It would be illegal.

00:10:41.500 I'm not going to do it.

00:10:42.900 In fact, I'm not even going to send my own mail, and I'm going to go to the polling place on Election Day.

00:10:46.860 But it does give you some demonstration of how corrupted the system in Nevada is.

00:10:52.860 I do think that President Trump's position that there should be no tax on tips is particularly brilliant in Nevada, where the culinary union, which in Atlantic City they call the hotel and restaurant workers union, it's the same union, is heavily reliant.

00:11:12.340 Their employees, their union members, heavily reliant on tips as part of their compensation.

00:11:18.320 This was always one of the major pieces of Harry Reid's machine.

00:11:23.620 Now, my sister's a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas.

00:11:28.300 And she tells me that the shop stewards are telling her, her supervisors, that she must vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.

00:11:37.760 She also tells me not a single one of the women who work with her intend to do so, that they're all voting for Donald Trump.

00:11:45.080 So perhaps, just perhaps, there is hope for the silver state.

00:20:02.360 They are encountering Kamala Harris' supporters and her ground teams there on the ground in the very same neighborhood going after these low-propensity jump ball voters.

00:38:51.900 It says, according to U.S. Today, that you were booked into jail and released on a $5,000 bond.

00:39:01.700 And by the way, just to show the viewers here, I got the ticket that they gave me because that's what they gave me.

00:39:06.740 I'm just going to cover up my driver's license number in case there's, you know, anybody crazy trying to get my address out there.

00:39:17.300 In the citations area, they have two things that they cited me for.

00:39:31.000 So in California, apparently, you've got to have the mag and the gun separated, which I have major issues with because criminals that are trying to kill you or harm you are not going to have the mag separated.

00:39:40.680 So in loading up a gun and then having to cock it back to actually fire, that's a lot of time, and somebody could lose their life in that time.

00:39:47.920 So I actually think this sort of thing presents danger to we, the people, so I don't like it.

00:39:52.980 But it's also something that we don't have in Nevada.

00:39:55.140 In Nevada, you could actually have your loaded gun, and they don't say anything.

00:39:59.260 But in California, they've added that extra, what I call a statutory law, what's called a statutory law, which is interesting because a lot of times statutory laws conflict with our constitutional rights and negate our constitutional rights, and they should not exist, frankly, in my opinion.

00:40:14.060 But the second thing is that, so when I bought a gun, I'm a gun novice.

00:40:17.960 I only bought a gun because due to the work that we do at the America Happens Network in exposing corruption and creating documentaries and podcasts and that sort of thing, I started getting death threats in 2022, both emailed to me and also mailed to my home, including scrabble pieces that spell the word dead.

00:40:34.240 And once this started happening to me, you know, I hang out, as you know, with Mindy Robinson and other individuals that are also exposing things.

00:40:41.800 And the opinions I got from these individuals was that, you know, you should buy a gun, you should buy some firearms to make sure that you are protected in case something happens.

00:40:49.720 So, you know, I purchased firearms for that reason, although I have to be very clear that, you know, I don't know much about guns.

00:40:57.420 And apparently the gun that I bought had two lines of bullets, two double chamber, I think they call it.

00:41:02.700 So you have double the amount of bullets in a single chamber would.

00:41:06.240 And apparently that's also, according to statutory law, illegal in California.

00:41:13.760 So that's why what I ended up with at the end of the day after all this nonsense was a ticket, right?

00:41:19.060 And but what you don't find within this ticket is, you know, fake passports.

00:41:29.880 But, you know, funny enough, that's not on there, you know?

00:41:36.840 So their story, you know, once you actually look at the evidence, kind of doesn't make sense because, you know, either they're completely incompetent.

00:41:44.380 And I committed a bunch of felonies, like having forged documents, fake passports, fake license plates, you know, and they let me go, which would indicate they're incompetent.

00:41:59.600 So just to be absolutely clear, you obviously never made any threat whatsoever against the president.

00:42:46.500 Because, you know, I think with what's happening in this world, he's been one of the few that have been courageous enough to stand up against his tyranny.

00:42:54.540 To call out the fake news, by the way, that I've been part of, Roger, for, you know, when I say fake news, I'm talking about the media.

00:43:30.800 And I've actually was moonlighting while making music videos and making TV shows as somebody that was covering things like the Iraq war protests, the nonsense that was happening with that war, Occupy Wall Street, the cronyism of the Bush administration.

00:43:46.140 And so, you know, Donald Trump comes along and he is basically telling Jeb Bush, you know, how corrupt him and his family are, talking about fake news.

00:43:54.160 And that definitely resonated with me based upon the evolution and experiences I had had until that point.

00:46:00.320 So I started thinking, you know, he keeps saying that, like, these Secret Service and FBI want to interrogate you.

00:46:06.880 And I thought, you know, that's a great opportunity to get to a higher class of intelligent individual that will clearly see this is all nonsense.

00:46:16.640 And I kept saying, I really want to talk to those guys, I really want to talk to those guys, because I figured once those guys heard me talk, saw the evidence, saw the facts, then they could have hopefully advised this individual.

00:46:28.460 So my car wouldn't have been taken, all my equipment wouldn't have been taken.

00:46:30.880 I mean, I have, like, $250,000 worth of equipment and intellectual property that is still sitting in an impound that I can't even get to until tomorrow.

00:47:00.100 But what happened instead is when I offered, so I told the federal agents and the Secret Service, I said that, you know, I want to call my lawyer.

00:47:07.980 And this, by the way, this arresting officer never allowed me to have my phone call.

00:47:12.120 And I'm talking about over the course of 12, 13 hours, I know, sorry, 10 hours, I never got my phone call, right?

00:47:20.440 So I figured when I, when they, when finally I met the Secret Service and federal agents, I figured this was a great opportunity to essentially, you know, get my phone call.

00:47:30.340 And so what I told them is like, guys, I would love to talk with you, right?

00:47:36.860 You could overhear my conversation with my lawyer as I lay the facts down.

00:47:51.500 And the next thing they did is they left the location, didn't ask me a single question, and basically that was the end of that.

00:47:59.600 To just be very clear, folks, Van Miller faces no federal charges whatsoever in connection with an effort to assassinate Donald Trump.

00:48:14.820 The worst part of this, as I watched the video you put up, is they put you in the backseat of a police car in the blazing sun in California for four hours with no air conditioning.

00:52:42.040 But once you take out that title sovereign citizen and you go to the true lineage of these laws and you learn about these laws, it's far superior and powerful.

00:53:11.980 And, you know, as you've gone through the system and gone through the torturous process of being in jail and being next to a schizophrenic psychopath and a guy that stabbed somebody and being, you know, why did I just get arrested?

00:53:23.140 And you realize it's because, you know, you had a mag in a gun, which is totally fine in most states, but in California, it's not.

00:54:01.900 I highly recommend you go, you don't go down that route, whoever's watching this out there, because there is far superior law that makes logical sense, as opposed to something like sovereign citizen.

00:54:14.560 And once you are studied in this higher form of law, it does empower you to, to frankly, live a better life, live a better life and not be bullied by these authoritarian bullies, like these sheriffs that think they could go around accusing me that I'm an assassin, getting on television.
