00:01:10.300 And we're back in the Stone Zone.
00:01:12.760 Joining me shortly, Sam Antar, the fraud investigator par excellence.
00:01:17.700 He's the guy who detected and reported a 22-year of serial mortgage fraud by New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:01:27.980 Those charges have been referred to the Justice Department for prosecution.
00:01:32.160 He's gotten to the bottom of Zoran Mamdami's grassroots campaign.
00:01:38.120 Folks, it's just like when Kamala Harris was told that she was surging in contributions and votes.
00:01:44.660 It was a PSYOP, and this is a PSYOP, too.
00:01:48.740 We'll be with Sam here shortly.
00:01:50.580 In the meantime, the Big Beautiful Bill passed the U.S. Senate by a narrow 51-50 margin,
00:01:57.080 with Vice President J.D. Vance ultimately casting the tie-breaking vote.
00:02:01.240 Since its passage in the House, there's been much discussion about its contents,
00:02:05.280 with certain provisions being altered and removed.
00:02:08.320 We spoke about this yesterday.
00:02:10.500 One major victory for the American people in the grassroots against Big Brother
00:02:15.900 is the removal of the Big Beautiful Bill's controversial AI provisions.
00:02:23.080 That's artificial intelligence.
00:02:24.520 The original version of the bill contained language that essentially issued a 10-year ban
00:02:30.260 on any state government from enacting any regulation of the developments or use of artificial intelligence.
00:02:36.880 that was not first approved by the federal government.
00:02:42.080 This 10-year ban on AI regulations was seemingly slipped into the Big Beautiful Bill
00:02:46.400 without many people realizing it.
00:02:48.500 It was Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, a good friend of mine,
00:02:52.000 who sounded the alarm because saying she voted in favor of the first version of the bill
00:02:56.580 without realizing this provision was in the legislation.
00:03:00.340 As someone who has regularly been targeted by artificial intelligence,
00:03:05.700 There are dozens of videos online of me allegedly saying things that I never actually said.
00:03:13.180 It is seamless and therefore dangerous.
00:03:16.200 This is a giant victory for the people.
00:03:19.820 Senator Marsha Blackburn gave an impassioned speech on the Senate floor
00:03:23.280 arguing for her amendment to strip AI provisions from the Big Beautiful Bill.
00:03:27.680 In her speech, she lit in to her colleagues for doing so little to protect the American public
00:03:33.500 from the excesses of artificial intelligence while the states get into the action to help the vulnerable.
00:03:40.380 Blackburn actually said,
00:03:41.720 The body has proven they cannot legislate on emerging technology.
00:03:45.340 It's frustrating.
00:03:46.560 We have not passed online privacy.
00:03:48.680 We have not passed the No Fakes Act.
00:03:51.520 There are all of these pieces of legislation dealing with AI that have not been passed or even considered.
00:03:56.700 But you know who passed it?
00:03:57.800 It's been done in our states.
00:03:59.540 The states are the ones protecting our children, for example, in virtual space.
00:04:05.420 Anyway, you're in the Stone Zone.
00:04:07.180 I'm Roger Stone.
00:04:08.400 And when we return, Sam Antar.
00:04:11.000 Sam's an interesting guy.
00:04:12.360 He was a certified public accountant.
00:04:15.520 He also was a perp in one of the decade's largest security fraud schemes
00:04:21.320 for which he was justly convicted and sent to prison.
00:04:25.460 When he got out, however, he redirected his expertise towards forensic accounting,
00:04:30.660 leveraging his firsthand knowledge of fiscal and financial fraud to help combat white-collar crime.
00:04:36.560 He's the one who caught Letitia James in her 22-year crime spree when it comes to mortgage fraud.
00:04:44.140 And he has some shocking information regarding the astroturf nature of Democrat nominee Zoran Mamdami's miraculously win last week.
00:04:56.340 We'll be right back.
00:04:58.960 The Stone Zone.
00:05:00.260 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:05:02.420 The Stone Zone.
00:05:07.100 Entertaining and informative.
00:05:09.200 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:05:12.780 Welcome back.
00:05:14.080 We're in the Stone Zone.
00:05:15.580 And joining me now is Sam Antar.
00:05:18.540 Sam Antar is a forensic genius.
00:05:21.880 He is a former certified public accountant who, as I said earlier, had his brush with the law
00:05:28.620 and made an incredible comeback, helping government agencies, law enforcement organizations,
00:05:34.980 law firms, and accounting firms, independent investment research firms, hedge funds,
00:05:40.000 and other public companies investigate white-collar fraud and crime.
00:05:45.440 Sam Antar should not be confused with Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs, one of my favorite rock groups.
00:05:50.780 Sam is the editor and publisher of whitecollarfraud.com.
00:05:56.760 It was Sam Antar who first uncovered the 22-year crime spree by New York Attorney General Letitia James,
00:06:05.320 who was quite definitely engaged in serial mortgage fraud.
00:06:10.560 Those claims got referred to the U.S. Justice Department for prosecution.
00:06:14.300 That was the handiwork of one Sam Antar.
00:06:18.960 The man is brilliant.
00:06:20.420 And he has recently investigated the incredible rise of Zoran Mandami.
00:06:27.680 Now, Mandami's built his entire political brand on being, quote-unquote, people-powered
00:06:32.640 and claims the whole thing is grassroots-fueled.
00:06:36.660 Pardon me, but I've seen this movie before in the Kamala Harris campaign.
00:06:41.260 That's when they juiced her poll numbers by using an inflated number of Democrats in the poll samples,
00:06:48.640 and they used Act Blue to launder millions of dollars' worth of small and medium-sized contributions
00:06:55.840 into her campaign to try to create the impression that there was a surge in public support for her.
00:07:02.620 Now Sam Antar has taken his skills to examine the Mandami campaign.
00:07:08.260 Sam, tell us what you found.
00:07:09.520 Okay, there are various parts of the campaign.
00:07:12.740 The first part is he raised $1.7 million, supposedly organically.
00:07:20.880 That's people that saw him on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, went to his website,
00:07:27.360 filled out a form, and the money was accounted for.
00:07:32.340 That's what supposedly was happening.
00:07:35.140 But the reality is, of that $1.7 million that he raised, entirely, all of it, every single penny of it was raised from bundlers.
00:07:47.700 People, professionals that bundle money for candidates, and then they turn it over to the candidates.
00:07:54.260 So this was not a grassroots campaign.
00:07:57.080 There was a 27,641-row spreadsheet that I went through.
00:08:03.860 I ran it through AI, three AIs, okay?
00:08:07.140 Every single contribution was handled through bundlers.
00:08:12.660 In other words, despite having over 4.5 million social media followers spread across many platforms,
00:08:19.080 nobody went to his campaign site, pressed the button, and organically donated money from him.
00:08:27.540 It all came from bundlers.
00:08:30.220 And that $1.7 million enabled him to get $7 million in matching funds.
00:08:36.580 So now we're at $8.7 million.
00:08:38.860 On top of that, two far-left super PACs spent $1.9 million promoting him and opposing Cuomo.
00:08:48.720 So actually, the money that he got from super PACs was higher than the money that he got from the bundlers.
00:08:55.160 This is not a grassroots campaign.
00:08:57.740 This is like, if I may describe it, this is like a high-rated television show that has commercials,
00:09:03.240 but nobody buys their products because all of that social media infrastructure,
00:09:11.400 all the media slobbering over him, right?
00:09:14.200 Nobody goes to his website, pushes a button, and donates money to the website.
00:09:19.760 It was all done by bundlers.
00:09:22.740 This guy is a lab rat, okay?
00:09:24.840 He was genetically engineered for media.
00:09:27.840 He's a fraud, he's a fake, and he's a failure.
00:09:31.060 It's not a grassroots campaign, period, end of story.
00:09:35.440 Sam, I'm a little confused.
00:09:37.060 I saw him say that he was running against dark money, that he was opposing the special interests and the super PACs.
00:09:45.060 You're telling me that with millions of views on social media, Instagram, Facebook, across the board,
00:09:53.760 X, I presume, not a single person clicked on the donate button and sent him $25, not a single person.
00:10:01.880 Or $5, or $2, or $8.
00:10:03.920 It's all on the public record.
00:10:05.580 All I did was I went to the New York City Campaign Finance Board website.
00:10:10.340 I downloaded the website of all of his contributors, 27,000 whatever rows.
00:10:17.500 You can imagine trying to go through it with your eyes.
00:10:20.660 You start seeing triple.
00:10:22.320 Anyways, I downloaded the whole thing, went through it.
00:10:26.260 Out of the 27,641, 77 lines were not attributed to bundlers.
00:10:35.760 Those 77 lines had a net zero, because there was refunds, etc., had net zero coming from ordinary folk.
00:10:45.980 This guy's platform is really quite extraordinary.
00:10:50.160 He's declared that billionaires should not be allowed to exist.
00:10:54.460 He's proposed substantial new taxes, including a 2% levy on millionaires.
00:10:59.500 He's actually gone so far as to say that the wealthy and white people are not paying enough in taxes.
00:11:06.720 That is both racist and unconstitutional.
00:11:10.080 His supporters keep saying, no, that's not what he meant.
00:11:12.380 No, he said it.
00:11:13.600 It's exactly what he meant.
00:11:15.740 He keeps talking about seizing the means of production.
00:11:20.080 That is a Marxist sentiment without any ambiguity.
00:11:24.940 He's talking about city-run grocery stores.
00:11:27.620 He's advocating for opening municipal grocery stores in each borough that presumably would compete with private grocers,
00:11:34.580 although private grocers like John Katsimatidis right here on this station have said that they will either sell or close down their grocery stores under these circumstances.
00:11:46.740 He wants to freeze rents.
00:11:48.620 That would be freezing rents on one million stabilized apartments.
00:11:54.380 He also wants, which of course would make it inefficient, impossible for landlords to either maintain their properties or to build new properties.
00:12:06.400 He wants a $30 minimum wage as part of his xeronomics agenda, which would send the New York City housing market into chaos.
00:12:16.200 He wants free buses and universal child care.
00:12:20.160 He supports permanently providing free bus service and universal child care, but that's to be funded entirely by the redistribution of wealth that he talks about.
00:12:32.420 Most dangerously, he wants to defund the police.
00:12:36.120 He would abolish cash bail entirely, and he would stop prison expansion.
00:12:41.600 He also talks about violence as some kind of abstract construct, implying that he would actually open Rikers Island and let everybody out.
00:12:53.720 He wants to implement taxes, like I say, to punish white people.
00:12:59.120 And in his words, shift the tax burden from overtaxed homeowners in the outer boroughs to more expensive homes in richer and whiter neighborhoods.
00:13:10.020 His words, not mine.
00:13:11.620 As a co-founder of the Badoin Students for Justice in Palestine and a longtime supporter of the anti-Semitic BDS movement, Mabdami has called Israel an apartheid state, has referred to its action in Gaza as genocide.
00:13:27.360 And he supports the phrase, globalize the intifada.
00:13:32.680 He actually says that he would arrest the Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu if he visited New York City, as he is expected to do for an upcoming UN gathering.
00:13:44.760 He also targeted nonprofit reform.
00:13:48.700 He backs legislation empowering the state to penalize or dissolve any New York City nonprofit that supports Israel.
00:13:55.840 On top of that, he has child welfare reforms, limiting drug tests and reporting.
00:14:01.860 He co-sponsored proposals making it harder to test newborns or pregnant women for drugs.
00:14:06.620 Andrew reports suspected child abuse because of his twisted social justice philosophies.
00:14:13.900 If this guy isn't a communist, well, then he's cheating the party out of his dues.
00:14:18.900 What do you say, Sam?
00:14:21.500 Well, first of all, I say he's an anarchist first.
00:14:25.840 He's more, he's a fascist, not just a communist.
00:14:29.900 Communism is only a way for people to retain power.
00:14:33.480 Does he believe in all of his BS?
00:14:35.200 I don't know.
00:14:36.160 But all I can tell you is he's dangerous for America.
00:14:39.340 He's dangerous for New York City.
00:14:41.400 And he's dangerous for the Jewish population in this country.
00:14:45.640 He has no business.
00:14:46.820 You know what the problem is?
00:14:49.080 The Democrats platformed him and gave him implied credibility by allowing him into the party, even though he's a member of the Working Families Party.
00:14:58.420 So what's happened now over the years is that the Democratic Party, my party, I'm a Democrat, okay?
00:15:04.500 My party has now been infiltrated by these whack jobs, these far-left whack jobs, okay?
00:15:11.600 They had no business being in the party in the first place.
00:15:14.420 They've hijacked the Democratic Party.
00:15:16.540 And I blame the leadership.
00:15:17.840 I blame the Charles Schumers of the world, the Hakeem Jeffriesers.
00:15:21.540 I blame them all.
00:15:23.520 I think you're absolutely right.
00:15:25.180 People don't realize this, but Bernie Sanders, the socialist, was not a Democrat until the year that he decided to challenge Hillary Clinton.
00:15:34.080 He and his wife skimmed millions of dollars from his two presidential campaigns in, quote-unquote, media placement fees,
00:15:42.580 which is not illegal but never disclosed to his donors, certainly sounds like free enterprise and capitalism to me.
00:15:50.760 Comrade Bernie got quite rich doing it.
00:15:53.460 He became a millionaire.
00:15:55.140 Maybe that's why he now only criticizes billionaires.
00:15:58.200 He rarely criticizes billionaires and millionaires.
00:16:01.580 And he's still out there pushing the same old socialist baloney.
00:16:05.640 He attacked the Republican Party last week saying, we were a cult.
00:16:08.720 Dude, they cheated you twice out of the Democrat Party nomination, and instead of bolting, you endorsed Hillary Clinton and then Joe Biden, and you signed up with the war machine.
00:16:20.220 So don't lecture us about our party, my party.
00:16:24.740 This guy is a blowhard, but he's very happy with the rise of Mamdami and, of course, the poll position of AOC.
00:16:34.280 There is no such thing as a moderate Democrat.
00:16:37.120 They look at Chuck Schumer, of whom I'm not particularly a fan, and they think he's a dangerous right-winger compared to them, when he, in fact, he's just a corporate Democrat.
00:16:47.520 It is shocking that the party of Harry Truman, who essentially is the president who founded Israel, supported the founding of Israel, will not stand up against anti-Semitism.
00:17:00.420 Zemim Dami will not denounce the squad, that little coterie of virulent anti-Semite, anti-Israel, pro-Hamas, pro-Hezbollah Democrats in the House, of which AOC is a prominent member.
00:17:17.160 However, I think that the term moderate Democrat is an oxymoron at this point.
00:17:24.900 They don't seem to exist.
00:17:27.300 Meanwhile, as I said earlier, President Donald Trump's on an incredible role in terms of fulfilling his agenda.
00:17:35.740 Anyway, folks, you're in the Stone Zone.
00:17:38.080 And we're here with Sam Antar.
00:17:40.340 When we come back, I want to ask Sam about some of his really groundbreaking reporting regarding New York Attorney General Letitia James, who says that no one is above the law except perhaps her.
00:17:55.860 Sam Antar is the man who uncovered 22 years, I believe it is, of serial mortgage fraud, actually transgressions for which other people have actually gone to prison.
00:18:09.780 And those charges have made their way to the Department of Justice when the head of the Federal Housing and Finance Administration reviewed them and sent them over to Attorney General Pam Bondi for prosecution.
00:18:24.700 There are some who argue that even though she lied numerous times on sworn statements, that there is no crime.
00:18:33.360 We're going to give Sam Antar a chance to refute that when we come back in the Stone Zone.
00:18:38.220 In the meantime, please go over to Sam's website, whitecollarfraud.com, for some of the best investigative journalism out there today.
00:18:48.700 You're in the Stone Zone.
00:18:50.020 I'm here with Sam, not Sam the Sham, but Sam Antar, and we'll be right back.
00:18:56.380 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:19:02.060 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:19:08.880 And we're back in the Stone Zone.
00:19:11.560 We're with criminal fraud investigator Sam Antar.
00:19:14.660 Sam has analyzed the campaign fundraising of Zoran Mandami's campaign.
00:19:21.700 He calls it the Mandami deception because of the $1.7 million that he raised that was then matched by New York taxpayers to give him a war chest of $7 million plus.
00:19:34.520 Not a single dollar of that, according to Sam Antar, came from any small donor who utilized the donate button on the campaign website.
00:19:44.980 In fact, most of that money came from wealthy bundlers.
00:19:50.200 Sam, you had another statistic here.
00:19:53.860 Yes.
00:19:54.800 100% of the money that he raised was not organically.
00:19:58.920 It was raised through bundles.
00:20:00.340 But here's where it gets interesting.
00:20:02.260 94% of it came from a single bundler.
00:20:05.920 And that bundler raised 1.6, approximately, of the $1.7 million.
00:20:11.020 Now, when you go through the campaign disclosures of all candidates, this one bundler raised 10 times more money than bundler number two on the list for other candidates.
00:20:24.520 In other words, second place was about $150,000 or $60,000.
00:20:28.000 This guy was at $1.6 million.
00:20:32.420 So you have a very centralized campaign.
00:20:35.560 You don't have a grassroots where people are going and saying, wow, he's a great candidate, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:20:40.520 And they're donating to him directly.
00:20:43.620 All of the money has been through bundlers.
00:20:47.600 Specifically, 94% of it has been through one single bundler.
00:20:53.460 Now, other campaigns use bundlers, yes.
00:20:57.260 But not to the extent that if you see 30%, 20%, 5%, 2%, we get that.
00:21:03.460 But this is 100% to bundlers, 94% one individual.
00:21:08.320 So, basically, this guy, of course, has tried to position himself in a populist as a guy challenging a corrupted system.
00:21:17.180 And in many ways, strangely enough, until you get into the specifics of his agenda, it sounds like Donald Trump.
00:21:22.800 He's an outsider challenging a corrupted, crony-ridden system.
00:21:26.980 It turns out that most of his campaign money actually came from New York taxpayers, who had to subsidize his campaign through the campaign matching system.
00:21:37.840 And, frankly, I still believe that there is no way Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa will withdraw his candidacy and endorse another candidate.
00:21:46.980 I think he's in it to win it.
00:21:49.160 Eric Adams seems every bit as determined to run as an independent.
00:21:54.240 It's unclear whether former Governor Andrew Cuomo, who still maintains a hold on a substantial block of voters, will stay in the race as an independent, although he did qualify to run as an independent.
00:22:08.300 And, therefore, there's a reasonable probability that if the, let's call it the pool of sane voters, non-communist, non-socialist voters, is split between three candidates of different ideologies, that this fraud could actually become mayor.
00:22:29.620 It's a chilling prospect, but I think it is a very real and genuine possibility.
00:22:34.540 I want to go back to Attorney General Letitia James.
00:22:37.780 She has emerged as Mamdami's number one cheerleader.
00:22:42.120 But, Sam, you undercovered a 20-plus year serial mortgage fraud.
00:22:50.860 And her response has been that although she wasn't truthful on sworn documents, that there's no crime here.
00:23:00.300 You have a minute and 30 seconds to explain why that's wrong.
00:23:03.380 That's absolutely wrong.
00:23:05.700 First of all, if you make a false statement on the mortgage, even if the bank doesn't rely upon it, even if the bank doesn't suffer damages, it's a federal crime under, I think it's statute 1014, 1041, whatever the hell it is.
00:23:23.340 It doesn't matter.
00:23:24.380 She committed a federal crime.
00:23:26.440 Now, she bought the property in Brooklyn in 2001, and immediately, instead of listing it five families or more, because it was a five-family unit house, okay, she listed one unit, two unit, three units.
00:23:41.300 That saved a lot of money on the mortgages that saved a lot of money on the mortgages and also meant less down payments than normal people would have had.
00:23:49.700 Because five or more tenants is considered a commercial building.
00:23:55.520 And this is based upon the C of O, which is a publicly filed document, and it says five units.
00:24:03.940 She says it's four.
00:24:05.280 It's kind of like, okay, I'll buy an entire apartment building and take it from – you can't just do that, okay?
00:24:10.480 You have to change the C of O.
00:24:12.460 That's the governing document.
00:24:14.320 That is the law of the land in New York City.
00:24:16.860 She also has properties in Virginia, kind of like the same MO, false filings on mortgages, false declarations on mortgages, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
00:24:27.420 She's a serial fraudster.
00:24:29.080 There's not a one-off where a person checked the wrong box or anything like that.
00:24:32.980 No.
00:24:33.460 This is a pattern of behavior.
00:24:37.460 Every single mortgage.
00:24:39.460 All right.
00:24:40.120 I'm afraid we have to leave it there.
