00:01:29.140 Let me explain the problems with Letitia James' statement. Notice she says, every New Yorker has the

00:01:35.180 right to live without fear or intimidation. ICE officers are not trying to deport New Yorkers. They're trying

00:01:42.300 to deport illegal immigrants on a priority basis, those who have criminal records and who pose a danger

00:01:52.240 to the average New Yorker. Attorney General James is, in essence, asking New Yorkers to share photos or

00:01:59.140 videos of federal government officers doing their duty. I'm not a lawyer, but I can tell you now that

00:02:08.580 J.B. Pritzker, the corpulent governor of Illinois, and Brandon Johnson, the nearly brain-dead mayor of Chicago,

00:02:18.860 are both in legal jeopardy because they have ordered Chicago police officers not to assist

00:02:27.040 when ICE agents who are fulfilling their federal duties are arresting illegals in the city of Chicago.

00:02:36.760 They can both be held legally liable to any injury or death of an ICE agent. I kind of wonder whether

00:02:45.940 Letitia James is headed down the same road. I've never, in the 50 years I've been in American

00:02:52.400 politics, seen a greater hypocrite. Joining me now to talk about Letitia James is the man who actually

00:03:00.680 was among the first in the country to discover her 43-year crime spree of serial mortgage fraud.

00:03:11.100 Mortgage fraud that she would try to convince you is no big deal, or maybe she didn't even really

00:03:17.300 commit. Sam Antar, who's kind of an interesting cat himself, he's got a very interesting career

00:03:23.140 trajectory. He was once one of the perpetrators of the largest financial crimes in American business

00:03:31.260 history. He was the chief financial officer of Crazy Eddie. Remember Crazy Eddie, the major consumer

00:03:37.720 electronics chain in the northeastern United States back in the 80s. Sam Antar was charged as one of the,

00:03:45.340 in one of the decade's greatest security fraud schemes, went to trial, paid his debts as a society,

00:03:53.500 came out, rehabilitated, and since that time he has dedicated himself and his incredible expertise

00:04:00.700 in both forensic accounting and business to find financial fraud and to help combat white-collar

00:04:18.660 that no one is above the law, including New York Attorney General Letitia James. Sam Antar,

00:04:26.000 welcome to the Stone Zone. Thank you. Well, you know, she has a portal for ICE. I was going to

00:04:32.500 start a portal for a mortgage fraud, but it already exists in the county clerk's office,

00:04:37.580 on the HACRIS New York City database, and in New York State campaign finance filings. So, you know,

00:04:45.120 her fraud is there. It's plain. Her signatures are on it. You have 12 mortgages over a period of 43 years.

00:04:52.660 Actually, it's 13 mortgages over a period of 43 years. It's not a coincidence. It's not a clerical error.

00:05:00.320 Everybody is hearing from the mainstream media, oh, it's just one property, and she made a mistake

00:05:08.240 filling out the form. On that one property, she filled out four false forms. That's the Peroni Avenue

00:05:15.240 property in Virginia. She said one thing to the insurance company. She said another thing to New

00:05:21.960 York State. She said another thing to the bank, and she said another thing to the IRS. Each one of

00:05:28.520 those four documents conflicts with the other three, but it's a clerical error. But the reason why the

00:05:34.460 press doesn't mention it is because it doesn't go with the narrative. You know, she has the press on

00:05:40.720 her side, but, you know, something the press isn't going to be on the jury pool. Yeah, it's a thing

00:05:46.600 that impresses me about Sam Antar's investigative reporting is he doesn't just make allegations. He

00:05:52.400 posts the actual publicly available documents on his website so you can see for yourself that when she

00:06:00.340 signed the power of attorney to obtain the mortgage on this Virginia property, she undoubtedly said that it

00:06:10.300 would be owner-occupied. This was not a clerical error. This, by the way, wasn't a fill-in-the-form

00:06:16.520 form or fill-in-a-blank form. This wasn't a check-the-box. This was a specifically drafted

00:06:23.440 document which she misled the lenders in order to secure a better mortgage rate, a better insurance

00:06:31.820 rate on this Virginia property by misrepresenting that she herself would live there. And of course,

00:06:38.300 if she did live there, she'd be constitutionally ineligible to be New York attorney general. But

00:06:45.480 Sam, I'm not sure how you could possibly be right because the New York Times, the once-vaunted New

00:06:51.920 York Times and Lawfare, which is a website owned by Dan Abrams where lying is the standard of the day,

00:06:59.980 this is one of those distortionist sites that the other people had told us the Russian collusion

00:07:05.020 hoax was real. Don't pay attention to Hunter Biden's laptop. That's all Russian disinformation.

00:07:13.020 These are the same people who lied about those things. Now they're trying to cover for Letitia

00:07:19.740 James. Anna Bauer, a reporter there, Harvard, our educated Cambridge Law, Redstone fellow and Lawfare

00:07:36.160 That is correct. You know, back in the day, after Crazy Eddies, around 2005 to 2010,

00:07:42.940 I was very active in uncovering financial crimes by public companies. And I knew two reporters at the

00:07:50.120 New York Times that I loved and respected, Floyd Norris and Gretchen Morgensen. They would question

00:07:56.720 me before I would give them anything. In other words, they would cross-examine me, not because

00:08:01.140 they didn't trust me, but they wanted to make sure I got it right before they published.

00:08:07.420 Today's New York Times is nowhere near that. It's just a propaganda outfit. These people,

00:08:13.480 they don't look, they deliberately don't look, or they just distort the narrative. All they do is

00:08:18.480 act as PR pieces for very, very far-left politicians. And you know something? They're acting as a

00:08:26.760 mouthpiece for Mondani, too. And if Mondani gets elected, they are going to get the mayor they deserve.

00:08:32.300 Yeah. Sam Antar at White Collar Fraud has done some of the seminal and most important

00:08:37.860 reporting that demonstrates that, well, Zoran Mamdami's campaign is not some grassroots uprising

00:08:44.500 of average citizens, but in fact has been funded by an interconnected, interlocking group of

00:08:51.320 nonprofits, not-for-profits, NGOs, political action committees, and political parties in direct

00:08:57.940 violation of the law. You wouldn't believe that if you listen to Mamdami's campaign rhetoric. But I

00:09:05.440 don't want to get distracted from the question of Letitia James. Letitia James was indicted in the

00:09:12.920 Eastern District of Virginia because that's where the property in Norfolk, Virginia that she lied to

00:09:20.720 obtain a mortgage exists. This is one of the more liberal jurisdictions in the country. It's the same

00:09:26.800 jurisdiction which former FBI Director James Comey stands indicted. But the president, when he found

00:09:35.180 out that the chief prosecutor there, the U.S. Attorney Eric Siebert, concealed the fact that he had a

00:09:43.080 material conflict in the Comey case. Siebert, who was quietly preparing a 51-page memo arguing as to

00:09:51.100 why James Comey should be held to a different standard than anyone else and should not be charged

00:09:56.980 with lying to Congress regarding material matters pertaining to the attempted smear of President

00:10:04.380 Donald Trump regarding Russian collusion. But Eric Siebert, the U.S. Attorney, never disclosed the fact

00:10:12.660 that his father-in-law, that is his wife's father, is the godfather and the lawyer for James Comey,

00:10:20.660 but he's also the godfather to Comey's children, a material conflict of interest because that

00:10:27.140 prosecutor, Eric Siebert, should have passed on this case, should have recused himself, but didn't.

00:10:36.640 The president then appointed, as is his legal right, an interim U.S. attorney named Lindsay Halligan.

00:10:44.800 Now, Lindsay Halligan is a very attractive attorney. I hate the way the media keeps mocking her as an

00:10:53.540 insurance lawyer when, in fact, she was a partner in a major law firm heading their civil litigation

00:10:59.980 division and has extensive experience, therefore, with juries. But because she's a conservative,

00:11:07.360 and frankly, because she's extremely attractive, they, the media sneers at her because she has no

00:11:15.000 prosecutorial experience. But Sam, I guess I would ask you this question. If the charges against

00:11:21.320 Leticia James are legitimate, why did a jury of her peers, a grand jury in the Eastern District of

00:11:28.380 Virginia, vote to indict her? If Lindsay Halligan's incompetent, which is what they would try to tell

00:11:36.220 us, I think that's false, and the facts are not there, why did a grand jury indict her?

00:11:41.760 There are two facts, okay? First of all, I've been writing about it in my blog, all right?

00:11:47.080 Joe Gilbert has been writing about it, too. All of my information, I can't speak for Gilbert,

00:11:52.200 but all of my information was sent to the DOJ, okay? The information on my blog and other information

00:11:58.040 that I wanted to keep away from the public, not because I had something to hide, but because

00:12:04.600 it would not, it would be, it would be more helpful to the investigators if they didn't have it, okay?

00:12:09.680 That information was given to the DOJ. Now, Siebert's problem with the conflict of interest

00:12:14.800 is interesting, but the bigger problem was that Siebert obstructed justice. He had a case,

00:12:21.160 but he claimed he didn't have a case, and that is the worst part of it. When you have a prosecutor

00:12:27.020 that's not willing to take, to go after somebody that broke the door, now you talk about the grand

00:12:32.060 jury, it's very simple. Either she signed a name to false documents, or she didn't. She did.

00:12:41.800 They showed four false documents. This is what I'm implying, because I don't know specifically about

00:12:46.640 what went on in the grand jury, but I can tell from the indictment, there were four different

00:12:51.080 documents relating to one property so far in Peroni Avenue in Virginia, where she signed four

00:13:00.900 different attestations that conflict with the other three. It's a simple case. Mortgage fraud,

00:13:08.060 okay? It's not an accident. It's not a one-off, and when you add to that other things like mortgage

00:13:13.860 fraud in Brooklyn, mortgage fraud going back 42 years, mortgage fraud on another property,

00:13:20.160 that's where that, so that's where it's at. Yeah, I saw that Nellie Miranda did her own forensic

00:13:29.140 analysis of all the documents and did a complete takedown of this whole clerical error fairytale,

00:13:36.700 the one that conveniently skips paragraph nine of the indictment where James' insurance misrepresentations

00:13:43.340 are in plain sight. I also know, just from following white-collar fraud for a long time,

00:13:50.920 that these kinds of crimes, in this case mortgage fraud and bank fraud, usually have downstream from

00:13:57.980 them additional crimes such as tax fraud and insurance fraud. And frankly, I fully expect that

00:14:04.940 there will be superseding indictments against Letitia James. I know that she is wearing this

00:14:11.740 like a badge of honor. It may even induce her to challenge the current governor of New York,

00:14:19.480 who's epically unpopular, in the Democrat primary. And right now, among radical left-wing Democrats,

00:14:26.400 Letitia James is probably extraordinarily popular. She might even be able to beat the sitting governor.

00:16:26.680 it's fair to say there's been some element of fraud in every single mortgage that Letitia James

00:16:33.460 has ever received. Is that accurate? That is correct. 13 mortgages, 13 frauds. Six New York

00:16:41.440 state ethics filings, at least five frauds. Yeah, it's really quite exceptional. Of course,

00:16:48.100 in court, you know, the pattern, even though she's not charged in her initial mortgage where she claimed

00:16:55.180 that her father was her husband in order to use his balance sheet to qualify for the mortgage,

00:17:02.200 on the mortgage application. She claimed it was her husband, but on the deed, she accurately

00:17:06.960 recorded that it was her father. That's a fraud. Then, of course, she made risk representations to

00:17:13.840 get a HAMP loan on an investment property that by law was required to be four units and under.

00:17:20.720 Hers, she says in the application, was four units. But you went there physically with Joel

00:17:26.180 Gilbert of the writing for the Gateway Pundit. You saw that it was five. She isn't charged in either

00:17:32.600 one of those, but that pattern will be telling in court. That pattern of fraud can still be used in

00:17:40.100 the courtroom. I'll talk very quickly about this woman, Nellie Miranda. Very, very impressive. I was

00:18:23.080 it was interesting that that she would that Lindsay Halligan was being demeaned. Oh, she's just an

00:18:32.320 insurance lawyer. Right. But guess what? The insurance lawyer caught the insurance fraud,

00:18:38.440 which the Harvard educated lawyer and the other one that's not a Harvard that is at law fair,

00:18:45.400 they didn't have anything to say about the insurance fraud. Or the New York Times didn't

00:18:50.540 have anything to say about the insurance fraud. You know, it's kind of like the whole narrative

00:18:58.760 is to destroy this case. Hold on. I'm in Manhattan. Anyway, the other thing that bothers me is this

00:19:07.500 specific threat of violence that came from Leticia James. She said, and I quote, I will not bow,

00:19:15.040 I will not break, and I will not bend, and I will not capitulate. I will not give in. I will not give

00:19:21.660 up. You come for me. You got to come through all of us. And she raises a fist. So here's the thing.

00:19:30.600 You mean you got to come through all of us? Is that a threat to potential witnesses? Is that a threat

00:19:36.280 to whistleblowers like me? Listen, I'm not afraid of a threat because I already came through all of

00:19:42.040 them. But the point being is that this is not the behavior of an ethical state attorney general.

00:19:51.700 You know, this is not, she's not running a mob. She's not running Trent de Agua. She's not running

00:19:57.160 a criminal gang. What do you mean you got to get through all of us? Well, maybe, maybe,

00:20:00.820 maybe, in fact, she is. My sources, and I have several of them, tell me that she's actually been

00:20:06.200 threatening both whistleblowers and witnesses in this case. Folks won't remember this, but Paul
