00:00:31.860 Very specifically, in an email exchange between Steve Bannon and convicted sex predator Jeffrey Epstein,
00:00:43.320 Epstein complains about an interview that I did in which I exposed his deep connections to Bill and Hillary Clinton,
00:00:51.480 including the fact that Epstein had, after his Florida sex conviction,
00:00:57.280 provided the seed capital for both the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative.
00:01:04.180 And he complains about it to Bannon.
00:01:07.400 Bannon's response is, well, he says stuff like that all the time.
00:01:12.480 Bannon asks Epstein where he saw this, and Epstein answers Infowars with Alex Jones.
00:01:22.280 You know, for some years now, I have been trying to give the warning about Steve Bannon's insisting,
00:01:30.940 based on my own personal experience, that he wasn't the MAGA Trump cheerleader that he pretends to be in his podcast.
00:01:39.600 Steve Bannon joined the 2016 Trump campaign after essentially a cabal of the CIA, the Democrats, and the media
00:01:52.140 drove the far more competent Paul Manafort out of the campaign.
00:01:58.060 Bannon joined the campaign as a condition of an enormous cash infusion from the Mercer family,
00:02:06.640 Robert and Rebecca Mercer, conservative mega-donors on Long Island.
00:02:12.480 So Steve, despite his lack of any real elective political experience, got in the door.
00:02:20.680 And I knew his days were numbered when I saw him on the cover of Time magazine,
00:02:26.800 and the headline was Trump's Brain, because knowing Donald Trump for 50 years,
00:02:32.500 I know that he's his own man, that he isn't coached, that he isn't scripted, that he isn't controlled,
00:02:39.940 and that Bannon thought he could control him is idiotic.
00:02:45.600 Within that time, Bannon tangled ferociously with Jared Kushner and presidential daughter Ivanka Trump,
00:02:57.120 Ivanka Trump, and you don't have to be a genius in politics to know that blood is thicker than water
00:03:05.740 and that fight with family you will always lose.
00:03:09.020 Perhaps he's particularly sore about the fact that I wrote a piece for the Daily Caller
00:03:14.260 about why I thought he outlived his usefulness to the president and should resign,
00:03:19.420 and the next day he was fired.
00:03:24.020 But now we know far more than we knew previously.
00:03:28.780 These Epstein revelations show that, contrary to Steve's public claim
00:03:35.240 that his only involvement was making a documentary out of some 15 hours of film
00:03:43.680 that has been shot, only two of which have actually been released,
00:03:49.900 the emails show something far worse.
00:03:52.720 First of all, there's a constant denigration and attacks on Trump.
00:03:57.660 At one point, Bannon even says it would be a mistake if Trump were to believe that he,
00:04:04.780 rather than Bannon, was the centerpiece of this movement,
00:04:08.500 which shows a very overblown view of his own importance.
00:04:14.380 Once he became the Trump campaign manager and Manafort left,
00:04:19.360 I tried to maintain a friendly and helpful relationship to him
00:04:23.400 in view of the fact that I wanted the president to win.
00:04:28.300 And as I say, he went to the grand jury, much to my surprise,
00:04:34.160 after we both testified for the House Intelligence Committee,
00:04:37.240 and he was asked about WikiLeaks, he gave a completely contrary answer.
00:04:41.580 So since that time, I've been trying to warn that he's a snake.
00:04:44.500 Now, with these recordings, it is really substantially worse than I had thought.
00:04:55.040 Very clearly, he is coaching Epstein on his post-Florida sex conviction rehabilitation.

00:05:11.000 He instructs Epstein to say, if he's asked that the girls he's with look underage,

00:05:43.800 Based on the emails, it appears to me that Epstein had a 60-minute interview schedule
00:05:50.860 that was canceled right after he was surprisingly arrested.

00:06:04.220 to do another film practice session with Epstein two days after he was arrested,
00:06:12.700 and that had to be canceled.

00:06:24.980 and brought a battering ram up to the front door, surrounded my home with shooters.

00:06:57.220 An FBI agent walked up to him and said,

00:07:05.880 And then we'll throw a coat over the handcuffs
00:07:08.100 so we can walk through the private airport without your being identified.
00:07:12.820 Now, why do I see a shocking difference in those two things?
00:07:18.580 I'm still continuing to be troubled, as I continue to say,
00:07:22.360 with the idea that Epstein may not have killed himself.
00:07:26.780 There are obviously all of these images that have popped up from Israel
00:07:30.960 that are alleged to be Epstein with the beard.
00:07:33.680 The problem is that in the age of AI, you have no idea if any of these things are real.
00:07:38.100 We do know, however, that despite the continued claim of the Justice Department,
00:07:45.660 and more specifically Bill Barr,
00:07:49.080 that they insist that this was a suicide.
00:07:55.460 So they expect us to believe that the two people
00:07:58.020 who were watching Jeffrey Epstein in the Metropolitan Facility,
00:08:03.100 which is one of the most notorious facilities anywhere in the country
00:08:07.500 in terms of it being a hard time,
00:08:10.740 that they both happened to fall asleep at the same time,
00:08:14.960 that the cameras happened to not be working.
00:08:19.660 And then, of course, the Epstein family hired Michael Badden,
00:08:24.740 a very respected, long-time New York City medical examiner,
00:08:29.300 a man who literally has done the autopsy in thousands of hanging cases,
00:08:34.180 and his statement claims that the bones broken in Epstein's neck
00:08:39.520 are inconsistent with his being hanged.
00:08:45.860 I'll tell you what the left doesn't want to tell you
00:08:49.100 was uncovered in this tranche of documents.
00:08:51.700 It's further proof that it was Donald Trump
00:08:54.760 who tipped off the Palm Beach police
00:08:57.580 as to the nefarious activities of Jeffrey Epstein.
00:09:01.220 This is completely consistent to what I wrote in my 2015 book,

00:09:08.860 the longest chapter in that book about Epstein.
00:09:12.800 After receiving a tip,
00:09:15.160 Michael Ryder, the chief of police,
00:09:17.620 opened a six-month undercover investigation
00:09:20.100 in which he identified 33 instances of child sex trafficking
00:09:25.480 and, I'm told, at least 22 instances of statutory rape,
00:09:33.380 turned them over to the state's attorney,
00:09:36.160 and then was shocked to find that the state's attorney,
00:09:39.300 after Epstein hired Alan Dershowitz and Roy Black
00:09:44.880 and several other big-name attorneys
00:09:49.100 and got that reduced to one count of solicitation.
00:09:55.700 And later, after Ryder objected to the state's attorney
00:09:59.820 in the county,
00:10:01.940 got increased to solicitation of a minor.
00:10:05.600 A somewhat more serious charge,
00:10:07.180 but Epstein got a slap on the wrist.
00:10:10.400 Michael Ryder, the same one Donald Trump tipped off
00:10:12.920 from the beginning, then went to the U.S. attorney
00:10:15.620 for Southern Florida and said,
00:10:17.540 something smells here.
00:10:18.440 Either the prosecutor has been bought off
00:10:20.860 or he's been intimidated.
00:10:22.760 But Alexander Acosta, later the Secretary of Labor,
00:10:26.800 investigated all of this
00:10:28.400 and decided to go along with the state's
00:10:31.820 slap on the wrist for the very dangerous Epstein
00:10:34.780 and to seal the case
00:10:36.740 so that none of us Americans would know.
00:10:39.340 It's only because of a long and heroic fight
00:10:42.820 in court by the Palm Beach Post
00:10:44.840 do we know the rest of this story.
00:10:48.220 Epstein was living like a king to begin with.
00:10:50.160 He was the only sex offender in the history of Florida,
00:10:52.400 not to serve his time in the state penitentiary,
00:10:54.780 but rather in the brand new air-conditioned wing
00:10:57.640 of the Palm Beach County Jail,
00:10:59.260 where his gourmet meals were brought in
00:11:02.000 and where he was only required to be in jail
00:11:05.300 from 10 o'clock at night
00:11:08.460 till 6 o'clock in the morning
00:11:10.240 after such time he was free to go.
00:11:14.640 The Democrats wanted to talk about Epstein,
00:11:17.220 but so far all they can produce is nonsense.
00:11:21.460 Once again, in this latest production of documents,
00:11:24.880 they give us the transcript
00:11:26.460 of a alleged 13-year-old girl
00:11:28.820 who insists that she was raped by Donald Trump and others,
00:11:31.880 but she can't tell us who she is.
00:11:34.220 She can't tell us where she is.
00:11:35.580 She won't tell us her name,
00:11:37.540 and the information is fully investigated
00:11:41.120 and no evidence of it can be found.
00:11:44.680 But the media, of course, runs with that.
00:11:47.500 It's what they call the wrap-up smear.
00:11:51.020 You see it going on with Tulsi Gabbard right now.
00:11:53.680 They create a controversy over nothing.
