00:00:14.480 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative.

00:00:18.520 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:22.320 And you're diving into the Stone Zone.

00:00:25.040 Well, I have to admit it, my name is in the Epstein files released by the Department of Justice.

00:00:31.860 Very specifically, in an email exchange between Steve Bannon and convicted sex predator Jeffrey Epstein,

00:00:43.320 Epstein complains about an interview that I did in which I exposed his deep connections to Bill and Hillary Clinton,

00:00:51.480 including the fact that Epstein had, after his Florida sex conviction,

00:00:57.280 provided the seed capital for both the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative.

00:01:04.180 And he complains about it to Bannon.

00:01:07.400 Bannon's response is, well, he says stuff like that all the time.

00:01:12.480 Bannon asks Epstein where he saw this, and Epstein answers Infowars with Alex Jones.

00:01:22.280 You know, for some years now, I have been trying to give the warning about Steve Bannon's insisting,

00:01:30.940 based on my own personal experience, that he wasn't the MAGA Trump cheerleader that he pretends to be in his podcast.

00:01:39.600 Steve Bannon joined the 2016 Trump campaign after essentially a cabal of the CIA, the Democrats, and the media

00:01:52.140 drove the far more competent Paul Manafort out of the campaign.

00:01:58.060 Bannon joined the campaign as a condition of an enormous cash infusion from the Mercer family,

00:02:06.640 Robert and Rebecca Mercer, conservative mega-donors on Long Island.

00:02:12.480 So Steve, despite his lack of any real elective political experience, got in the door.

00:02:20.680 And I knew his days were numbered when I saw him on the cover of Time magazine,

00:02:26.800 and the headline was Trump's Brain, because knowing Donald Trump for 50 years,

00:02:32.500 I know that he's his own man, that he isn't coached, that he isn't scripted, that he isn't controlled, 1.00

00:02:39.940 and that Bannon thought he could control him is idiotic. 0.98

00:02:45.600 Within that time, Bannon tangled ferociously with Jared Kushner and presidential daughter Ivanka Trump, 0.99

00:02:57.120 Ivanka Trump, and you don't have to be a genius in politics to know that blood is thicker than water 1.00

00:03:05.740 and that fight with family you will always lose.

00:03:09.020 Perhaps he's particularly sore about the fact that I wrote a piece for the Daily Caller

00:03:14.260 about why I thought he outlived his usefulness to the president and should resign,

00:03:19.420 and the next day he was fired.

00:03:24.020 But now we know far more than we knew previously.

00:03:28.780 These Epstein revelations show that, contrary to Steve's public claim

00:03:35.240 that his only involvement was making a documentary out of some 15 hours of film

00:03:43.680 that has been shot, only two of which have actually been released,

00:03:49.900 the emails show something far worse.

00:03:52.720 First of all, there's a constant denigration and attacks on Trump.

00:03:57.660 At one point, Bannon even says it would be a mistake if Trump were to believe that he,

00:04:04.780 rather than Bannon, was the centerpiece of this movement,

00:04:08.500 which shows a very overblown view of his own importance.

00:04:14.380 Once he became the Trump campaign manager and Manafort left,

00:04:19.360 I tried to maintain a friendly and helpful relationship to him

00:04:23.400 in view of the fact that I wanted the president to win.

00:04:28.300 And as I say, he went to the grand jury, much to my surprise,

00:04:34.160 after we both testified for the House Intelligence Committee,

00:04:37.240 and he was asked about WikiLeaks, he gave a completely contrary answer.

00:04:41.580 So since that time, I've been trying to warn that he's a snake.

00:04:44.500 Now, with these recordings, it is really substantially worse than I had thought.

00:04:55.040 Very clearly, he is coaching Epstein on his post-Florida sex conviction rehabilitation.

00:05:04.940 He's telling Epstein, you can't look so creepy.

00:05:11.000 He instructs Epstein to say, if he's asked that the girls he's with look underage,

00:05:17.740 to insist, even though this is untrue, that they were of age. 1.00

00:05:22.460 He constantly calls Trump stupid on a couple of occasions. 0.99

00:05:26.960 I mean, this is really nefarious stuff. 0.99

00:05:29.600 I'm convinced, of course, that the existing hours of videotape, documentary tape,

00:05:36.800 is in fact not makeable into a documentary at all.

00:05:41.500 I think those are practice sessions.

00:05:43.800 Based on the emails, it appears to me that Epstein had a 60-minute interview schedule

00:05:50.860 that was canceled right after he was surprisingly arrested.

00:05:56.380 In fact, these emails revealed that Steve Bannon was supposed to go to the island

00:06:04.220 to do another film practice session with Epstein two days after he was arrested,

00:06:12.700 and that had to be canceled.

00:06:15.460 Kind of interesting, the difference in which Epstein was arrested the way I was.

00:06:18.980 Twenty-nine heavily armed FBI agents stormed my home at six o'clock in the morning

00:06:24.980 and brought a battering ram up to the front door, surrounded my home with shooters.

00:06:33.580 Two amphibious units arrived on the canal in my backyard.

00:06:38.360 I lived on the water there in Fort Lauderdale.

00:06:40.520 They came in 17 armored vehicles.

00:06:44.420 There were two helicopters over a foot.

00:06:48.280 They roped off the entire block and had the backup of the local police.

00:06:53.900 Epstein stepped off a plane in Teterboro.

00:06:57.220 An FBI agent walked up to him and said,

00:06:59.060 Mr. Epstein, he said, yes, I have a warrant for your arrest.

00:07:02.940 I'm going to handcuff you, but not behind your back.

00:07:05.880 And then we'll throw a coat over the handcuffs

00:07:08.100 so we can walk through the private airport without your being identified.

00:07:12.820 Now, why do I see a shocking difference in those two things?

00:07:18.580 I'm still continuing to be troubled, as I continue to say,

00:07:22.360 with the idea that Epstein may not have killed himself.

00:07:26.780 There are obviously all of these images that have popped up from Israel

00:07:30.960 that are alleged to be Epstein with the beard.

00:07:33.680 The problem is that in the age of AI, you have no idea if any of these things are real.

00:07:38.100 We do know, however, that despite the continued claim of the Justice Department,

00:07:45.660 and more specifically Bill Barr,

00:07:49.080 that they insist that this was a suicide.

00:07:55.460 So they expect us to believe that the two people

00:07:58.020 who were watching Jeffrey Epstein in the Metropolitan Facility,

00:08:03.100 which is one of the most notorious facilities anywhere in the country

00:08:07.500 in terms of it being a hard time,

00:08:10.740 that they both happened to fall asleep at the same time,

00:08:14.960 that the cameras happened to not be working.

00:08:19.660 And then, of course, the Epstein family hired Michael Badden,

00:08:24.740 a very respected, long-time New York City medical examiner,

00:08:29.300 a man who literally has done the autopsy in thousands of hanging cases,

00:08:34.180 and his statement claims that the bones broken in Epstein's neck

00:08:39.520 are inconsistent with his being hanged.

00:08:45.860 I'll tell you what the left doesn't want to tell you

00:08:49.100 was uncovered in this tranche of documents.

00:08:51.700 It's further proof that it was Donald Trump

00:08:54.760 who tipped off the Palm Beach police

00:08:57.580 as to the nefarious activities of Jeffrey Epstein.

00:09:01.220 This is completely consistent to what I wrote in my 2015 book,

00:09:06.580 The Clinton's War on Women,

00:09:08.860 the longest chapter in that book about Epstein.

00:09:12.800 After receiving a tip,

00:09:15.160 Michael Ryder, the chief of police,

00:09:17.620 opened a six-month undercover investigation

00:09:20.100 in which he identified 33 instances of child sex trafficking

00:09:25.480 and, I'm told, at least 22 instances of statutory rape,

00:09:33.380 turned them over to the state's attorney,

00:09:36.160 and then was shocked to find that the state's attorney,

00:09:39.300 after Epstein hired Alan Dershowitz and Roy Black

00:09:44.880 and several other big-name attorneys

00:09:49.100 and got that reduced to one count of solicitation.

00:09:55.700 And later, after Ryder objected to the state's attorney

00:09:59.820 in the county,

00:10:01.940 got increased to solicitation of a minor.

00:10:05.600 A somewhat more serious charge,

00:10:07.180 but Epstein got a slap on the wrist.

00:10:10.400 Michael Ryder, the same one Donald Trump tipped off

00:10:12.920 from the beginning, then went to the U.S. attorney

00:10:15.620 for Southern Florida and said,

00:10:17.540 something smells here.

00:10:18.440 Either the prosecutor has been bought off

00:10:20.860 or he's been intimidated.

00:10:22.760 But Alexander Acosta, later the Secretary of Labor,

00:10:26.800 investigated all of this

00:10:28.400 and decided to go along with the state's

00:10:31.820 slap on the wrist for the very dangerous Epstein

00:10:34.780 and to seal the case

00:10:36.740 so that none of us Americans would know.

00:10:39.340 It's only because of a long and heroic fight

00:10:42.820 in court by the Palm Beach Post

00:10:44.840 do we know the rest of this story.

00:10:48.220 Epstein was living like a king to begin with.

00:10:50.160 He was the only sex offender in the history of Florida,

00:10:52.400 not to serve his time in the state penitentiary,

00:10:54.780 but rather in the brand new air-conditioned wing

00:10:57.640 of the Palm Beach County Jail,

00:10:59.260 where his gourmet meals were brought in

00:11:02.000 and where he was only required to be in jail

00:11:05.300 from 10 o'clock at night

00:11:08.460 till 6 o'clock in the morning

00:11:10.240 after such time he was free to go.

00:11:14.640 The Democrats wanted to talk about Epstein,

00:11:17.220 but so far all they can produce is nonsense.

00:11:21.460 Once again, in this latest production of documents,

00:11:24.880 they give us the transcript

00:11:26.460 of a alleged 13-year-old girl

00:11:28.820 who insists that she was raped by Donald Trump and others,

00:11:31.880 but she can't tell us who she is.

00:11:34.220 She can't tell us where she is.

00:11:35.580 She won't tell us her name,

00:11:37.540 and the information is fully investigated

00:11:41.120 and no evidence of it can be found.

00:11:44.680 But the media, of course, runs with that.

00:11:47.500 It's what they call the wrap-up smear.

00:11:51.020 You see it going on with Tulsi Gabbard right now.

00:11:53.680 They create a controversy over nothing.

00:11:57.000 Two people in the deep state

00:11:59.140 claim that they hear a conversation.

00:12:01.560 They go to a third party,

00:12:04.100 someone who's in a position to report it,

00:12:06.580 and they tell him.

00:12:07.800 He then becomes a, quote-unquote,

00:12:09.640 whistleblower,

00:12:10.760 carrying an entirely fabricated message,

00:12:13.620 and he files a complaint

00:12:15.020 with the inspector general.

00:12:16.700 That complaint is quickly classified.

00:12:21.520 It's so secret, folks,

00:12:22.680 we can't know what's in it

00:12:23.840 to make it even more mysterious.

00:12:26.240 And the story, of course,

00:12:27.240 is Tulsi Gabbard under investigation.

00:12:29.460 What you don't learn is

00:12:31.440 the investigation was thoroughly looked into

00:12:34.020 and no charges were brought.

00:12:36.800 Two foreigners, not even U.S. citizens, 0.97

00:12:39.760 were overheard talking about

00:12:41.260 a member of the Trump family,

00:12:44.000 all of which was reported by Tulsi Gabbard.

00:12:47.560 It's the same thing that they tried

00:12:48.840 in the Ukraine impeachment trial.

00:12:51.660 It's the same tired playbook.

00:12:53.940 It's the same fake news,

00:12:55.980 fake created controversy.

00:12:58.360 Talked to the president the other day.

00:12:59.580 He thinks Tulsi is doing a great job.

00:13:01.700 And it's not incidental

00:13:02.820 that these attacks on her come

00:13:04.900 at the very time

00:13:06.180 that she's looking at the question

00:13:07.780 of the validity of the 2020 election,

00:13:10.840 the security of the electronic voting machines,

00:13:13.520 and what really happened

00:13:15.460 in terms of mail-in ballots

00:13:17.340 in the various states in 2020.

00:13:20.580 This is, I think, vitally important now

00:13:23.520 to clear the air on.

00:13:24.960 The media did a great job

00:13:26.080 of censoring and canceling

00:13:27.860 anyone who asked reasonable questions.

00:13:29.980 But now it's time

00:13:30.700 for those reasonable questions

00:13:32.000 to be answered.

00:13:33.500 Remains to be seen.

00:13:34.780 What can be proven,

00:13:35.700 particularly when it comes

00:13:36.460 to the electronic voting machines?

00:13:38.400 What can be proven?

00:13:39.420 Not conjecture, not theory,

00:13:41.160 not conspiracy theory,

00:13:42.980 but the truth.

00:13:44.460 I'm Roger Stone.

00:13:45.280 You're listening to Stone Zone.

00:13:46.480 And we'll be right back.

00:13:49.380 The Stone Zone.

00:13:51.320 Entertaining and informative.

00:13:53.480 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:13:58.320 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.

00:14:00.980 Kind of more bad news

00:14:02.300 for Steve Bannon.

00:14:04.360 See, after Bannon left Trump

00:14:06.460 and after he began his relationship

00:14:08.340 with Epstein,

00:14:08.960 which is blown out so spectacularly

00:14:11.740 in his face,

00:14:13.060 he began to take funding

00:14:14.960 from a Chinese national

00:14:16.700 who goes by the name of Miles Guo.

00:14:20.060 Miles Guo testified

00:14:22.940 after he was prosecuted

00:14:25.500 and took the fifth 55 times

00:14:28.920 when asked if his funds

00:14:31.140 were CCP funds.

00:14:34.260 Indeed, he remains incarcerated.

00:14:37.320 a charge I believe

00:14:39.080 he was paying Bannon

00:14:40.900 to prevent happening.

00:14:43.100 And of course,

00:14:43.600 now he wants a pardon,

00:14:44.880 which I think is highly illegal.

00:14:47.340 There's also substantial evidence

00:14:49.040 of a money trail

00:14:50.240 from China

00:14:51.420 to a Canadian bank,

00:14:53.780 the Ontario Bank of,

00:14:56.940 Ontario National Bank,

00:14:59.140 to a bank account

00:15:00.260 in the United States

00:15:01.140 controlled by Bannon.

00:15:04.020 Now, the real controller

00:15:05.660 of that funds,

00:15:06.600 the man Bannon

00:15:07.180 dealt with directly

00:15:08.360 is not Guo,

00:15:09.740 but the far more important

00:15:11.160 Chinese figure,

00:15:12.440 Xi.

00:15:13.000 Xi is a member

00:15:14.060 of the Communist Party

00:15:15.380 Central Committee.

00:15:17.660 Bannon,

00:15:18.180 phone records

00:15:19.000 from the litigation

00:15:19.960 show him

00:15:21.280 in constant contact

00:15:22.980 with his

00:15:23.940 Communist Chinese 0.67

00:15:25.860 money

00:15:26.560 handler.

00:15:28.920 So I think things

00:15:29.860 are about to get worse

00:15:31.000 for him.

00:15:31.820 People also seem

00:15:34.220 to forget

00:15:34.760 that Steve Bannon

00:15:35.760 pled guilty

00:15:36.660 to felony fraud

00:15:38.080 for scheming

00:15:39.760 to defraud donors

00:15:40.980 out of $15 million

00:15:43.140 in the so-called

00:15:44.780 We Build the Wall

00:15:46.060 campaign.

00:15:47.080 And what's amazing

00:15:47.760 about that is

00:15:48.600 that while President Trump

00:15:50.940 pardoned Bannon

00:15:52.000 of the federal charges,

00:15:53.780 his two co-conspirators

00:15:54.960 went to jail

00:15:55.580 for long periods

00:15:56.520 of time.

00:15:57.400 Then New York State

00:15:58.580 re-indicted

00:15:59.660 Bannon

00:16:00.720 on those charges,

00:16:01.780 which is proper

00:16:02.880 because the double jeopardy

00:16:04.680 doesn't apply

00:16:05.500 since he never went

00:16:06.560 to trial

00:16:07.020 on the first charge.

00:16:08.680 And to the surprise

00:16:09.920 of everyone,

00:16:11.140 Bannon

00:16:11.400 pled guilty

00:16:12.920 to embezzling

00:16:14.360 $15 million

00:16:15.240 and a New York

00:16:17.140 Democrat judge

00:16:18.440 who had been

00:16:19.040 in the Trump cases

00:16:19.980 sentenced

00:16:21.660 Steve Bannon

00:16:22.600 to no jail time.

00:16:24.420 I just find

00:16:25.640 that extraordinarily

00:16:26.740 interesting.

00:16:28.160 I think it raises

00:16:28.780 more questions

00:16:29.640 about Steve Bannon's

00:16:31.060 leadership in this movement.

00:16:32.280 But then he's already

00:16:33.360 announced that he's

00:16:34.580 running for president

00:16:35.500 in 2028.

00:16:37.200 Somehow,

00:16:37.800 I think J.D. Vance,

00:16:39.360 wherever he is

00:16:40.060 right now,

00:16:41.080 is not sweating.

00:16:43.240 This guy

00:16:43.660 has an extraordinary

00:16:45.340 amount of baggage

00:16:46.660 and more of it

00:16:47.680 rolls out every day.

00:16:48.640 After he can't do,

00:16:49.400 I was discussing

00:16:50.760 all this,

00:16:51.260 but until the great

00:16:52.160 Elon Musk,

00:16:53.520 the greatest single

00:16:54.580 proponent of free speech

00:16:55.780 and the First Amendment,

00:16:57.400 other than the

00:16:57.860 founding fathers himself,

00:16:59.120 reposted what I had

00:17:00.700 reported,

00:17:01.580 it hasn't taken off.

00:17:02.580 But now,

00:17:03.380 this character is getting

00:17:04.600 the public scrutiny

00:17:05.500 he very richly deserves.

00:17:08.340 You're tuned in

00:17:09.540 to the Stone Zone

00:17:10.300 where you can get

00:17:10.980 a front row seat

00:17:12.360 on what's going on

00:17:13.560 in American politics.

00:17:14.900 Whenever you do,

00:17:15.400 don't touch that dial.

00:17:16.800 We'll be right back

00:17:17.780 When we come back,

00:17:19.520 we're going to talk

00:17:19.940 something about

00:17:20.460 the fake news.

00:17:21.700 You've heard of that,

00:17:22.280 the fake news.

00:17:23.220 We'll be right back.

00:17:26.520 The Stone Zone,

00:17:28.400 entertaining and informative

00:17:30.200 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:17:34.600 And we're back

00:17:35.780 in the Stone Zone.

00:17:37.140 Even more shocking news

00:17:39.240 about the war room's

00:17:41.140 Steve Bannon.

00:17:42.160 According to the

00:17:43.060 AUK Daily Mail,

00:17:45.380 Bannon's third wife,

00:17:46.820 a woman named

00:17:47.420 Declan Clohesi,

00:17:49.200 reported that Bannon

00:17:50.080 left one of their

00:17:51.000 rental homes in a shambles.

00:17:52.640 According to the Post,

00:17:54.460 she claimed that

00:17:56.020 Bannon's ex-wife

00:17:57.060 had been recently

00:17:58.500 institutionalized.

00:17:59.880 Neighbors remember

00:18:00.640 the time when

00:18:02.980 the Bannons lived 0.99

00:18:04.200 at the home,

00:18:05.340 reporting loud music

00:18:06.360 and often speeding

00:18:07.380 vehicles in the residence.

00:18:09.400 A Bannon registered

00:18:10.120 vote at this address

00:18:11.240 in Florida.

00:18:12.960 He would go on

00:18:13.720 to leave the home

00:18:14.340 in a total wreck.

00:18:15.200 Sources told

00:18:16.020 the UK Daily Mail

00:18:18.080 that padlocks 0.94

00:18:18.760 had been placed

00:18:19.260 on some interior doors

00:18:20.980 while other doors

00:18:21.720 had been removed.

00:18:23.060 But here's the shocking part.

00:18:24.400 A hot tub

00:18:24.960 had been destroyed

00:18:25.860 with damage

00:18:26.880 to the hot tub

00:18:27.900 being estimated

00:18:28.600 at more than

00:18:29.160 $14,000

00:18:30.460 according to landlords

00:18:31.760 who kept

00:18:32.980 the entirety

00:18:33.780 of the

00:18:34.980 security deposit.

00:18:38.140 The bathtub

00:18:38.800 was completely

00:18:40.200 and totally

00:18:40.960 covered

00:18:41.440 with acid.

00:18:43.260 Now,

00:18:43.660 I've also

00:18:44.400 uncovered

00:18:46.000 a source

00:18:46.560 who has

00:18:46.940 the actual

00:18:47.640 receipts

00:18:49.280 for the purchase

00:18:50.100 of that access.

00:18:51.820 First,

00:18:52.220 I thought,

00:18:52.560 oh my God,

00:18:53.780 is Steve Bannon

00:18:55.020 dissolving

00:18:55.820 his political enemies

00:18:56.900 in the hot tub?

00:18:58.040 I thought that was

00:18:58.700 a pretty morbid thought.

00:19:00.740 But chemists

00:19:01.580 tell me

00:19:02.400 that this chemical,

00:19:03.820 this particular acid

00:19:04.740 is actively used

00:19:05.980 for the creation

00:19:07.300 of crystal meth.

00:19:08.760 I'm not saying

00:19:09.280 that he did that.

00:19:09.980 I'm saying

00:19:10.880 what the chemist

00:19:12.400 told me.

00:19:13.600 But normally

00:19:14.340 this would be

00:19:15.100 dismissed as

00:19:16.060 just being 0.99

00:19:17.540 the disgusting 1.00

00:19:18.460 slob he is. 1.00

00:19:19.760 I don't understand 0.70

00:19:20.580 how he thinks

00:19:21.080 he's going to

00:19:21.720 run for president

00:19:23.200 when he refuses

00:19:24.760 to take a bath.

00:19:26.440 Therefore,

00:19:26.940 it's a little surprising

00:19:27.900 that the Department

00:19:29.460 of Justice,

00:19:30.260 particularly in view

00:19:30.940 of all of his

00:19:31.540 denigration of Trump

00:19:32.680 in the emails, 1.00

00:19:33.800 he calls Trump stupid, 1.00

00:19:35.340 he tells Michael Wolf 1.00

00:19:36.880 that Trump

00:19:37.920 is not a billionaire,

00:19:39.140 that Trump is,

00:19:41.080 the Trump organization 0.99

00:19:41.980 is a criminal enterprise. 0.76

00:19:43.500 He says that

00:19:44.460 that Don Trump Jr.

00:19:46.640 is going to go to jail

00:19:47.600 because he's a Russian asset.

00:19:50.060 That Steve Bannon,

00:19:51.120 the one who

00:19:51.600 continually berates

00:19:53.060 Trump in his emails

00:19:54.600 with Epstein.

00:19:56.100 But the Department

00:19:56.880 of Justice

00:19:57.480 is acting on

00:19:58.800 a certification,

00:19:59.760 a certification petition

00:20:02.120 they have pending.

00:20:02.800 The Supreme Court

00:20:03.480 asked the Department

00:20:05.180 of Justice

00:20:06.060 to respond.

00:20:06.860 You see,

00:20:07.280 on the 2nd of 9th,

00:20:08.920 John Sauer,

00:20:09.840 who is Bannon's lawyer,

00:20:11.460 filed a response

00:20:12.220 to Aston Court

00:20:12.900 to grant cert

00:20:13.720 and remand the case.

00:20:15.780 This was the case

00:20:16.420 against Bannon

00:20:17.060 for his failure

00:20:18.740 to testify

00:20:19.480 and answer his subpoena.

00:20:21.840 They asked

00:20:22.460 that the conviction

00:20:24.260 be thrown out

00:20:25.240 under Rule 48A

00:20:27.140 of the Federal Rules

00:20:28.480 of Criminal Procedure.

00:20:30.180 Really,

00:20:30.780 I think that's

00:20:31.300 the wrong authority.

00:20:32.100 I think the correct authority

00:20:33.260 is 28 U.S.

00:20:35.760 2106,

00:20:37.040 not Rule 48A.

00:20:38.760 It probably should have

00:20:39.700 included a representation

00:20:40.620 that the prosecution

00:20:42.140 is contrary

00:20:42.840 to the government's

00:20:43.700 interests and policies.

00:20:45.520 Prosecutor Janine Pirro

00:20:46.880 filed a motion

00:20:47.940 to the district court

00:20:48.660 to dismiss the appeal,

00:20:50.640 which the district judge

00:20:51.540 doesn't have the authority

00:20:52.580 to do

00:20:53.200 with a 2106

00:20:55.320 remand

00:20:55.780 from the Supreme Court.

00:20:56.760 So the Justice Department

00:20:59.840 essentially seems

00:21:00.820 to be seeking

00:21:01.840 to unwind

00:21:03.020 Steve Bannon's indictment

00:21:04.920 for his refusal

00:21:06.660 to testify

00:21:07.800 to the January 6th committee

00:21:09.700 based on some

00:21:10.800 technical defect

00:21:12.340 in the subpoena.

00:21:13.840 But if that is the case,

00:21:16.340 then when will

00:21:18.320 Peter Navarro

00:21:19.360 get justice?

00:21:20.780 Peter Navarro

00:21:21.520 charged with

00:21:22.400 the exact same crime.

00:21:25.040 I think both of them

00:21:26.080 were getting very bad

00:21:26.860 advice from

00:21:27.640 their lawyer.

00:21:29.280 I was subpoenaed

00:21:30.460 to the January 6th committee

00:21:31.460 as was

00:21:32.100 my friend General Flynn

00:21:33.660 and I simply asserted

00:21:35.420 my Fifth Amendment right

00:21:36.480 not to answer

00:21:37.040 politically loaded questions.

00:21:38.900 I'd already had

00:21:39.460 an extensive experience

00:21:40.620 with Eric Swalwell

00:21:41.600 and his sidekick,

00:21:43.840 I should say Adam Schiff

00:21:44.860 and his sidekick,

00:21:46.140 Adam Schiff

00:21:46.940 and their ability

00:21:47.500 to twist

00:21:48.560 and leak

00:21:49.200 your words

00:21:50.160 into some kind

00:21:51.640 of crime

00:21:52.060 where no crime

00:21:53.660 exists.

00:21:54.360 So I asserted

00:21:56.060 my Fifth Amendment rights.

00:21:57.140 I showed up

00:21:58.280 to assert them

00:21:59.580 in person

00:22:00.140 and made sure

00:22:01.160 I got some

00:22:01.720 camera FaceTime

00:22:03.020 out of it.

00:22:04.740 And why Bannon

00:22:05.540 did not do that,

00:22:06.840 but as I say,

00:22:07.820 this action by

00:22:08.560 the Department of Justice,

00:22:09.520 not even clear

00:22:10.140 by the way

00:22:10.540 that the court

00:22:12.320 will grant it,

00:22:13.600 doesn't undo

00:22:14.500 his conviction

00:22:15.360 in New York

00:22:16.800 as an admitted thief 0.53

00:22:18.360 and doesn't undo

00:22:19.920 any of these

00:22:21.080 shocking Epstein

00:22:23.500 allegations.

00:22:24.620 Epstein actually

00:22:25.240 gave him

00:22:25.820 a very expensive

00:22:27.460 Hermes

00:22:28.420 Apple watch.

00:22:30.680 This was,

00:22:31.460 there is one

00:22:32.240 particularly revolting

00:22:33.360 exchange

00:22:33.920 where Epstein

00:22:35.000 offers Bannon

00:22:36.440 the use of

00:22:37.100 his Palm Beach

00:22:37.720 mansion

00:22:38.140 or his

00:22:39.680 island,

00:22:41.280 his private

00:22:41.760 island,

00:22:42.360 and Bannon

00:22:44.100 responds by saying,

00:22:45.220 thank you,

00:22:46.020 brother.

00:22:47.080 Who calls

00:22:47.560 a convicted

00:22:48.100 sex trafficker

00:22:49.740 brother?

00:22:51.120 It's really

00:22:52.140 pretty

00:22:52.860 nauseating.

00:22:54.780 Meanwhile,

00:22:55.920 Ilhan Omar,

00:22:57.480 who I really think

00:22:58.440 should be deported,

00:23:00.260 the Minnesota

00:23:00.700 Congress

00:23:01.160 is facing

00:23:01.720 a lot of backlash

00:23:02.520 after posting

00:23:03.400 a message

00:23:04.000 on social media

00:23:05.220 that suggests

00:23:06.360 that President Trump 1.00

00:23:07.220 is a pedophile 1.00

00:23:08.720 worthy of a 1.00

00:23:10.040 Somali-like 1.00

00:23:11.080 execution.

00:23:11.740 There is,

00:23:12.340 of course,

00:23:12.680 no evidence

00:23:13.360 to that effect.

00:23:14.820 Sharing a clip

00:23:15.460 of President

00:23:15.900 Donald Trump

00:23:16.400 discussing

00:23:16.920 fraud investigations

00:23:18.260 in Minnesota,

00:23:19.840 Congresswoman Omar 1.00

00:23:20.720 wrote that

00:23:21.320 at least in

00:23:21.820 Somalia,

00:23:22.740 they execute 0.99

00:23:23.500 pedophiles, 0.99

00:23:24.300 not elect them,

00:23:25.780 which very clearly

00:23:26.700 is an implicit,

00:23:28.260 violent threat

00:23:29.020 towards the

00:23:30.040 president.

00:23:31.120 There's been

00:23:31.800 great public

00:23:32.460 outrage about this,

00:23:33.560 but it goes back

00:23:34.280 to a more basic

00:23:35.020 question.

00:23:35.980 One,

00:23:36.600 how did

00:23:37.140 Congresswoman

00:23:38.040 Ilhan Omar

00:23:38.920 get her 0.89

00:23:39.520 incredible wealth?

00:23:40.760 At the time

00:23:42.780 she was elected

00:23:43.260 to Congress,

00:23:44.220 she literally

00:23:44.780 was worth

00:23:45.240 $450.

00:23:46.740 That's what she

00:23:47.160 had in the bank,

00:23:48.620 and today

00:23:49.220 there are estimates

00:23:50.380 that her

00:23:50.880 personal fortune

00:23:51.940 is more than

00:23:53.060 $12 million,

00:23:54.020 probably closer

00:23:54.880 to $18.

00:23:55.420 she is the

00:23:56.640 centerpiece of

00:23:57.460 the Somali

00:23:58.660 scam being run

00:24:00.500 on NGOs,

00:24:02.020 utilizing large

00:24:03.500 federal grants

00:24:04.300 and funding

00:24:05.140 under various

00:24:05.860 programs,

00:24:06.680 but providing

00:24:07.660 no real

00:24:08.640 services.

00:24:10.600 But more

00:24:11.720 precisely is the

00:24:12.720 central question

00:24:13.480 of how she

00:24:15.460 entered the

00:24:16.340 country.

00:24:17.140 This needs to be

00:24:18.140 fully investigated,

00:24:19.200 and if it is

00:24:19.840 accurate,

00:24:20.600 as has been

00:24:22.320 reported,

00:24:23.040 that she

00:24:24.240 married her

00:24:25.020 own brother

00:24:25.760 as an

00:24:28.060 illegal method

00:24:28.840 to enter

00:24:29.660 the country,

00:24:30.480 then she

00:24:31.040 should be

00:24:31.560 denaturalized

00:24:32.760 and she

00:24:33.760 should be

00:24:34.360 deported.

00:24:35.940 This seems

00:24:36.700 to be pretty

00:24:37.140 simple.

00:24:37.740 Now,

00:24:38.380 the problem

00:24:38.980 is,

00:24:40.120 as I'm

00:24:40.620 learning the

00:24:41.000 hard way,

00:24:41.620 is all of

00:24:42.280 this AI

00:24:42.760 is great,

00:24:44.120 and I use

00:24:44.960 several

00:24:45.380 different

00:24:45.680 of them.

00:24:46.260 I use

00:24:46.880 Grok,

00:24:47.820 and I use

00:24:49.160 ChatGPT.

00:24:50.280 the problem

00:24:50.720 is that I

00:24:51.840 often ask

00:24:52.660 them questions

00:24:53.220 that I know

00:24:53.780 the correct

00:24:54.340 answer to,

00:24:55.560 and what I

00:24:56.160 get back

00:24:56.840 is the

00:24:57.220 conventional

00:24:57.780 narrative

00:24:58.540 missing all

00:24:59.480 of the

00:24:59.940 fatal flaws

00:25:01.320 in it.

00:25:02.280 For example,

00:25:03.080 Grok still 1.00

00:25:03.600 thinks Lee

00:25:04.120 Harvey Oswald

00:25:04.980 killed John

00:25:06.380 F.

00:25:06.640 Kennedy,

00:25:06.960 which is

00:25:07.820 absurd.

00:25:08.540 There's so

00:25:09.400 much evidence

00:25:11.720 today to

00:25:13.560 the contrary.

00:25:15.340 So you

00:25:16.040 can't look

00:25:16.860 up these

00:25:17.760 questions on

00:25:18.760 Grok if you 1.00

00:25:19.400 ask did

00:25:21.000 Elad Omar

00:25:21.820 marry her

00:25:23.760 own brother.

00:25:25.000 I think

00:25:25.560 you'll get

00:25:25.880 a dodge

00:25:26.520 of an

00:25:26.900 answer,

00:25:27.280 but I'd

00:25:27.600 like to

00:25:27.780 get to

00:25:28.000 the answer

00:25:28.440 on that

00:25:28.740 question.

00:25:29.140 I think

00:25:29.320 it is

00:25:29.660 an important

00:25:30.620 one.

00:25:31.940 The Trump

00:25:32.940 administration

00:25:33.600 posted very

00:25:34.660 good job

00:25:35.220 reports in

00:25:35.820 2026,

00:25:37.040 delivering a

00:25:37.600 surprisingly

00:25:38.060 strong number

00:25:38.780 for the

00:25:39.040 American

00:25:39.300 economy,

00:25:40.120 and part

00:25:41.820 of the

00:25:42.060 plan to

00:25:42.400 make

00:25:42.580 America

00:25:43.080 great again.

00:25:43.860 According

00:25:44.100 to the

00:25:44.740 Bureau of

00:25:45.440 Labor

00:25:45.660 Standards,

00:25:46.340 the United

00:25:46.600 States added

00:25:47.340 130,000

00:25:48.920 jobs in

00:25:49.540 January,

00:25:50.240 which nearly

00:25:51.000 doubled the

00:25:51.760 expectations,

00:25:52.660 which were

00:25:52.860 around 70,000.

00:25:54.440 So when

00:25:54.700 people ask

00:25:55.200 me how is

00:25:55.860 Trump going

00:25:56.440 to win the

00:25:56.860 2026 elections

00:25:58.020 for the

00:25:58.300 Republicans,

00:25:59.060 this is the

00:25:59.900 answer,

00:26:00.780 because as

00:26:01.940 the late

00:26:02.540 Al Jolson

00:26:03.200 would say,

00:26:04.180 you ain't

00:26:04.860 seen nothing

00:26:05.980 yet.

00:26:06.940 Reagan

00:26:07.160 actually used

00:26:07.780 that line

00:26:08.300 attributing it

00:26:08.880 to Jolson

00:26:09.400 on the

00:26:10.340 84 campaign

00:26:11.520 trail.

00:26:12.540 Marks the

00:26:12.960 strongest

00:26:13.340 January,

00:26:14.240 beginning in

00:26:14.920 years,

00:26:15.880 and outpaces

00:26:16.440 last year's

00:26:17.280 first month

00:26:18.000 game.

00:26:18.460 At the same

00:26:18.760 time,

00:26:19.560 the unemployment

00:26:19.980 rate ticked

00:26:20.760 down from

00:26:21.280 4.4 to

00:26:22.100 4.3,

00:26:23.300 signaling

00:26:23.620 continued

00:26:24.260 stability in

00:26:25.300 the labor

00:26:25.660 market.

00:26:26.740 President

00:26:27.020 Trump quickly

00:26:27.680 celebrated the

00:26:28.440 news,

00:26:28.800 called it

00:26:29.140 great job

00:26:29.760 numbers,

00:26:30.560 far greater

00:26:31.180 than expected.

00:26:32.020 Trump

00:26:32.220 understands

00:26:32.760 it's all

00:26:33.160 in the

00:26:33.400 headlines,

00:26:34.340 and declaring

00:26:35.000 once again

00:26:35.640 that America's 0.73

00:26:36.320 golden age

00:26:37.160 is underway.

00:26:38.900 January's

00:26:39.360 numbers offer

00:26:40.040 reassurance as

00:26:40.960 the economy is

00:26:41.820 regaining momentum,

00:26:43.300 with much of the

00:26:44.020 growth coming from

00:26:44.760 health care,

00:26:45.840 social assistance,

00:26:46.700 and construction,

00:26:47.980 with construction

00:26:48.740 gains being

00:26:50.220 particularly strong.

00:26:52.120 Again, I think

00:26:53.260 all of this is

00:26:53.960 the ideal

00:26:54.820 backdrop for the

00:26:56.100 2026 elections.

00:26:58.140 Those

00:26:58.440 panicans who

00:26:59.140 were already

00:26:59.500 thrown in the

00:27:00.200 towel don't 1.00

00:27:00.800 understand.

00:27:02.100 The American

00:27:02.600 voters vote

00:27:03.340 more than

00:27:03.780 anything else

00:27:04.400 on domestic

00:27:05.780 economic issues.

00:27:07.220 It's the 1.00

00:27:07.460 economy stupid, 1.00

00:27:08.520 as my 1.00

00:27:09.840 competitor,

00:27:10.660 James Carville,

00:27:11.500 would famously

00:27:12.200 say.

00:27:12.740 One of the

00:27:13.040 few things he

00:27:13.620 says that I

00:27:14.480 agreed with.

00:27:15.000 But food

00:27:16.180 prices are

00:27:16.800 down,

00:27:17.620 not down as

00:27:18.220 long as

00:27:18.500 they're going

00:27:18.780 to go.

00:27:19.560 Gas prices

00:27:20.180 are down

00:27:20.720 sharply.

00:27:23.440 Housing market

00:27:24.520 prices are

00:27:25.280 down,

00:27:26.100 well below

00:27:26.680 average.

00:27:27.220 Somebody

00:27:27.440 today reported

00:27:28.300 they got a

00:27:28.860 mortgage at

00:27:29.800 5%.

00:27:30.920 I think this

00:27:31.720 is because

00:27:32.120 of the

00:27:32.320 great job

00:27:32.860 being done

00:27:33.320 by the

00:27:34.360 director of

00:27:35.160 the Federal

00:27:35.540 Housing and

00:27:36.180 Finance Agency,

00:27:37.140 Bill Pulte,

00:27:38.020 as well as

00:27:38.620 Secretary Scott

00:27:39.560 Besson.

00:27:39.980 The president

00:27:40.360 has a great,

00:27:41.840 great economic

00:27:42.600 team.

00:27:43.160 But the

00:27:43.760 big,

00:27:44.020 beautiful

00:27:44.300 bill brought

00:27:45.740 us the

00:27:46.060 biggest tax

00:27:46.780 cut in

00:27:47.220 history.

00:27:48.140 But the

00:27:48.380 full impact

00:27:49.100 of those

00:27:49.380 tax cuts

00:27:49.940 is not

00:27:50.460 yet to

00:27:50.900 be fully

00:27:51.520 felt,

00:27:52.620 although it's

00:27:53.380 certainly

00:27:53.700 stimulating the

00:27:54.440 economy as

00:27:55.040 desired.

00:27:56.260 It also

00:27:56.980 gave us,

00:27:57.680 of course,

00:27:57.980 the end

00:27:58.420 of the

00:27:58.700 tax on

00:27:59.440 tips.

00:28:00.460 And now

00:28:01.260 88% of

00:28:02.580 those receiving

00:28:04.060 Social Security

00:28:04.880 benefits will

00:28:05.500 pay no

00:28:06.340 taxes.

00:28:07.720 The

00:28:07.960 president's

00:28:08.460 tariff

00:28:08.780 program has

00:28:09.400 brought billions

00:28:10.180 of dollars,

00:28:11.000 literally hundreds

00:28:11.700 of billions

00:28:12.300 of dollars,

00:28:12.840 of new

00:28:13.580 revenues into

00:28:14.460 the United

00:28:14.940 States.

00:28:16.120 The Supreme

00:28:17.060 Court is

00:28:17.760 actually

00:28:18.440 questioning

00:28:19.380 whether the

00:28:20.220 president of

00:28:20.600 the United

00:28:20.760 States has

00:28:21.380 the authority

00:28:22.020 to make

00:28:22.840 tariff deals

00:28:23.560 with other

00:28:24.040 countries.

00:28:24.940 What planet

00:28:25.480 do we live

00:28:26.060 in?

00:28:26.420 I mean,

00:28:26.720 that's an

00:28:27.340 alternative

00:28:27.700 universe.

00:28:28.440 That is yet

00:28:29.380 another example

00:28:30.280 of judicial

00:28:32.040 tyranny.

00:28:33.320 You see,

00:28:33.600 when I went

00:28:34.280 to elementary

00:28:36.300 school,

00:28:37.340 actually,

00:28:37.940 Lewisboro

00:28:38.480 School in

00:28:40.360 South Salem,

00:28:41.640 New York,

00:28:42.860 I was

00:28:43.580 taught that

00:28:44.420 we had

00:28:44.680 three branches

00:28:45.220 of government,

00:28:46.060 the executive

00:28:47.260 branch,

00:28:47.800 that's the

00:28:48.140 president and

00:28:48.640 all the

00:28:48.860 departments,

00:28:49.480 the legislative

00:28:50.440 branch,

00:28:51.060 the Congress,

00:28:52.680 the House,

00:28:53.120 and the Senate,

00:28:54.080 and the judicial

00:28:54.980 branch.

00:28:55.460 But above all,

00:28:56.240 I was taught

00:28:56.740 that the

00:28:57.200 judicial branch

00:28:58.220 was completely

00:28:59.540 fair, that

00:29:00.240 American justice

00:29:01.080 was based on

00:29:01.900 fairness, that

00:29:02.640 everyone was

00:29:03.580 entitled to a

00:29:04.420 defense,

00:29:05.380 you had to be

00:29:06.140 proven guilty,

00:29:07.260 or you had

00:29:09.060 to be proven

00:29:09.520 guilty, there

00:29:10.060 was no

00:29:10.560 presumption,

00:29:11.580 you had to

00:29:12.040 prove your

00:29:12.860 innocence.

00:29:14.460 And I think

00:29:15.120 there may have

00:29:15.760 been a day

00:29:16.220 when the system

00:29:16.880 really worked

00:29:17.480 that way,

00:29:17.940 but now it

00:29:18.980 is completely

00:29:19.700 and totally

00:29:20.480 politicized,

00:29:21.300 so it matters

00:29:21.880 whether a

00:29:22.380 prosecutor is a

00:29:23.360 Democrat,

00:29:24.240 it matters if a

00:29:25.280 prosecutor has

00:29:26.020 had a partisan

00:29:27.080 background,

00:29:28.760 it matters

00:29:29.960 at the middle

00:29:32.660 and lower

00:29:33.620 levels of the

00:29:34.580 administration.

00:29:35.140 One of the

00:29:36.280 great unfairnesses

00:29:37.240 here is President

00:29:37.840 Trump is not

00:29:38.460 being allowed

00:29:38.960 to name his

00:29:39.860 U.S.

00:29:40.300 attorneys because

00:29:41.380 the two

00:29:41.720 Democrat senators,

00:29:42.860 for example,

00:29:43.400 the two in

00:29:43.800 New York,

00:29:44.500 refused to

00:29:45.080 give a so-called

00:29:45.920 blue slip or

00:29:46.880 what is really

00:29:47.700 a Senate

00:29:48.100 tradition,

00:29:49.420 it's their

00:29:49.700 acquiescence for

00:29:50.800 confirmation by

00:29:52.380 the Senate.

00:29:53.420 Now,

00:29:54.240 Republicans gave

00:29:55.220 Joe Biden,

00:29:55.940 I think,

00:29:56.340 every single

00:29:57.160 one of the

00:29:57.760 U.S.

00:29:58.100 attorneys that

00:29:58.660 he wanted,

00:29:59.400 including states

00:30:00.080 with two

00:30:00.400 Republican senators,

00:30:01.780 but the

00:30:02.260 Democrats have

00:30:03.000 a radical

00:30:04.300 plan,

00:30:04.740 to deny

00:30:05.600 President Trump

00:30:06.420 any appointment

00:30:07.380 to the

00:30:08.720 prosecutor's

00:30:09.400 office,

00:30:09.800 the federal

00:30:10.100 prosecutor's

00:30:10.600 office,

00:30:10.780 in any

00:30:11.400 jurisdiction in

00:30:12.900 America.

00:30:13.420 We saw them

00:30:13.820 do it in

00:30:14.200 New Jersey,

00:30:14.840 we saw them

00:30:15.480 do it in

00:30:16.080 Virginia,

00:30:17.080 we've seen

00:30:17.860 them do it

00:30:18.460 elsewhere.

00:30:19.780 Judges move

00:30:20.580 quickly to

00:30:21.180 fill that

00:30:21.940 void,

00:30:22.780 and the

00:30:23.480 president doesn't

00:30:24.280 control his

00:30:25.360 own Justice

00:30:25.940 Department at

00:30:27.220 a certain

00:30:27.780 level.

00:30:28.680 I'm sure

00:30:28.940 everybody saw

00:30:29.620 yesterday,

00:30:30.220 no big

00:30:30.580 surprise,

00:30:31.400 the D.C.

00:30:32.640 courts refused,

00:30:34.100 to charge

00:30:35.520 Senators

00:30:36.380 Mark Kelly

00:30:37.680 and Slott

00:30:38.680 in proving

00:30:39.260 beyond a

00:30:39.800 shadow of a

00:30:40.540 doubt that

00:30:41.620 no conservative,

00:30:42.620 no Republican,

00:30:43.340 no free

00:30:43.740 thinker,

00:30:44.520 no Trump

00:30:44.900 supporter could

00:30:45.940 ever get a

00:30:46.880 fair trial from

00:30:48.060 a jury in

00:30:50.140 D.C.

00:30:50.640 and no

00:30:51.320 Democrat with

00:30:52.920 overwhelming

00:30:53.600 evidence of a

00:30:54.640 serious crime

00:30:55.760 will ever be

00:30:56.580 indicted by a

00:30:58.080 D.C.

00:30:58.780 grand jury.

00:30:59.740 The D.C.

00:31:01.160 courts should

00:31:02.240 be closed.

00:31:03.240 D.C.

00:31:03.540 is not a

00:31:04.000 state.

00:31:05.300 The infractions

00:31:06.740 there can be

00:31:07.240 tried in

00:31:07.740 Virginia or

00:31:09.160 Maryland,

00:31:09.620 which by the

00:31:09.920 way are both

00:31:10.540 those jurisdictions

00:31:11.320 almost as

00:31:13.160 liberal.

00:31:14.200 I'm Roger Stone

00:31:15.060 listening to the

00:31:16.020 Stone Zone.

00:31:16.940 We're talking

00:31:17.700 about lawfare,

00:31:18.800 the kind they

00:31:19.300 waged Donald

00:31:20.400 Trump and

00:31:21.040 General Flynn

00:31:22.320 and of course

00:31:22.740 Rudy Giuliani

00:31:23.560 and myself.

00:31:24.380 We're all

00:31:25.260 still here and

00:31:26.280 still fighting

00:31:26.980 the good fight.

00:31:28.120 We'll be right

00:31:28.740 back in the

00:31:29.240 Stone Zone to

00:31:29.820 talk more on

00:31:30.740 the other

00:31:31.000 side.

00:31:35.560 The Stone

00:31:36.600 Zone.

00:31:37.500 Entertaining and

00:31:38.740 informative on

00:31:39.720 the Red Apple

00:31:40.420 Podcast Network.

00:31:43.560 And we're back

00:31:44.820 in the Stone

00:31:45.720 Zone.

00:31:46.120 Unfortunately,

00:31:46.600 even I have to

00:31:47.560 cope with fake

00:31:49.020 news.

00:31:50.260 There's an

00:31:50.720 operation called

00:31:51.580 the Broward

00:31:52.660 Bulldog written

00:31:54.500 by an investigative

00:31:55.380 reporter by the

00:31:56.960 name of Dan

00:31:57.700 Christensen.

00:31:58.500 Now,

00:31:59.160 Christensen's

00:31:59.760 actually done

00:32:00.260 some pretty

00:32:00.800 good investigative

00:32:01.780 work on the

00:32:02.880 Broward County

00:32:04.280 sheriff who is

00:32:06.420 a very nefarious

00:32:07.700 past.

00:32:08.320 But when it

00:32:08.580 comes to Roger

00:32:09.320 Stone, he never

00:32:10.500 lets facts get in

00:32:11.820 the way.

00:32:12.260 He has a new

00:32:12.660 story out that

00:32:13.400 says that I

00:32:14.900 was fired as

00:32:17.120 the principal

00:32:18.300 pardon lobbyist

00:32:20.160 for Roger

00:32:22.060 Vare, who is

00:32:23.580 sometimes known

00:32:24.360 as Bitcoin

00:32:25.380 Jesus.

00:32:26.320 Roger Vare is

00:32:27.040 one of the

00:32:27.500 pioneers of

00:32:28.980 cryptocurrency

00:32:29.760 and Bitcoin.

00:32:34.500 And he

00:32:35.160 points out

00:32:35.780 that I

00:32:38.480 publicly reported

00:32:39.360 as required by

00:32:40.180 law that

00:32:41.380 Vare had

00:32:42.440 paid me a

00:32:43.540 fee.

00:32:44.120 There's a number

00:32:44.520 of problems with

00:32:45.140 this report.

00:32:45.840 First of all,

00:32:46.640 Roger Vare never

00:32:48.080 sought a

00:32:49.080 pardon.

00:32:50.200 Elon Musk

00:32:51.160 had talked

00:32:52.500 about a

00:32:52.940 pardon for me.

00:32:53.500 He's specifically

00:32:54.320 charged when he

00:32:56.140 decided to

00:32:56.920 renounce his

00:32:57.520 U.S.

00:32:58.200 citizenship.

00:32:59.240 You're required

00:32:59.700 to pay an

00:33:00.400 expatriation tax

00:33:01.820 based on a

00:33:02.640 formula.

00:33:03.920 So he had his

00:33:04.620 accountants, since

00:33:05.620 all of his

00:33:06.040 holdings were

00:33:06.540 crypto, come up

00:33:07.680 with that number

00:33:08.260 based on the

00:33:08.940 formula, give it

00:33:09.980 to him in a

00:33:10.500 formal opinion.

00:33:11.200 That's what he

00:33:11.600 paid the U.S.

00:33:12.280 government.

00:33:13.020 They came back

00:33:13.600 and charged him

00:33:14.240 with tax evasion.

00:33:16.280 That case, he

00:33:17.960 never went to

00:33:18.780 trial.

00:33:19.440 He never saw

00:33:20.300 a pardon.

00:33:20.860 I was hired

00:33:22.480 by him for

00:33:23.300 general strategic

00:33:24.960 advice.

00:33:26.600 I never had

00:33:26.980 any contact

00:33:27.720 whatsoever with

00:33:28.760 anyone in the

00:33:29.440 executive office

00:33:30.320 or branch of

00:33:31.740 government, including

00:33:32.240 the president

00:33:32.820 himself.

00:33:34.080 Under my

00:33:35.180 filing, I was

00:33:36.440 permitted to

00:33:37.080 speak to

00:33:37.660 members of

00:33:38.980 Congress about

00:33:39.920 the underlying

00:33:41.160 expatriation

00:33:43.360 tax law, which

00:33:44.880 is exceedingly

00:33:46.020 flawed.

00:33:46.680 But I did

00:33:48.080 recommend two

00:33:48.760 very able

00:33:49.520 lawyers for

00:33:51.080 Roger Vare.

00:33:51.840 One is Chris

00:33:52.740 Kyes, who was

00:33:53.540 the Florida

00:33:54.180 State Solicitor

00:33:55.260 General under

00:33:56.560 a previous

00:33:56.980 governor, a

00:33:57.500 very able

00:33:58.020 lawyer, and

00:33:59.240 a tax attorney

00:34:00.260 named Jeff

00:34:01.100 Neiman, who

00:34:01.920 had previously

00:34:02.480 worked in the

00:34:03.520 Justice Department

00:34:04.120 Tax Division.

00:34:05.400 They successfully

00:34:06.760 negotiated a

00:34:07.720 settlement to

00:34:08.820 this case, which

00:34:10.240 is why the

00:34:11.100 contract I

00:34:11.860 filed is

00:34:13.360 correctly reported

00:34:14.720 as having been

00:34:15.900 terminated.

00:34:16.680 So I wasn't

00:34:18.500 fired.

00:34:19.580 This is the

00:34:20.560 exact same

00:34:21.680 Dan Christensen

00:34:23.640 who falsely

00:34:24.500 reported that

00:34:26.240 I had taken

00:34:27.460 proceeds from

00:34:28.420 an organization

00:34:29.060 called Stop

00:34:29.880 the Steal, which

00:34:31.000 was actually set

00:34:31.740 up in 2016

00:34:32.600 originally to do

00:34:33.940 exit polling

00:34:34.700 because I didn't

00:34:35.480 trust the

00:34:36.100 machines, and

00:34:37.340 somehow used

00:34:38.000 them to pay

00:34:38.580 a $2 million

00:34:39.960 2006 tax

00:34:42.420 debt, three

00:34:44.640 quarters of

00:34:45.340 which is

00:34:45.760 interest,

00:34:46.380 interest, and

00:34:46.820 penalties.

00:34:47.880 He somehow

00:34:48.680 claims that I

00:34:50.000 skipped out on

00:34:50.800 that.

00:34:51.460 Unlike Hunter

00:34:52.100 Biden, who

00:34:52.700 failed to

00:34:53.760 report $15

00:34:54.640 million in

00:34:55.120 income, my

00:34:55.940 wife and I

00:34:56.460 reported every

00:34:57.900 penny, as

00:34:58.940 well as

00:34:59.240 accurately

00:34:59.800 reporting our

00:35:00.940 assets.

00:35:01.540 We simply

00:35:02.080 were broken

00:35:03.000 by the Mueller

00:35:03.660 investigation.

00:35:05.120 They'll give me

00:35:05.780 no break on

00:35:06.420 interest or

00:35:07.540 penalties, and I

00:35:08.820 will have to

00:35:09.280 pay every last

00:35:10.540 penny of that to

00:35:11.880 the IRS.

00:35:12.280 I got no

00:35:13.280 break whatsoever.

00:35:14.900 But he

00:35:15.420 smeared me

00:35:16.160 there again.

00:35:17.160 So, I

00:35:17.980 don't know,

00:35:18.440 maybe a

00:35:19.000 different name,

00:35:19.660 the Broward

00:35:20.420 Bulldog, maybe

00:35:21.700 the Broward

00:35:22.880 Bull, well, you 0.83

00:35:24.400 get the idea.

00:35:25.660 Anyway, thanks

00:35:26.380 for joining us

00:35:27.300 today in the

00:35:28.080 Stone Zone,

00:35:29.200 where every day,

00:35:30.520 five days a week,

00:35:31.660 we tell you the

00:35:32.740 inside skinny on

00:35:34.000 American politics

00:35:34.940 and how it's all

00:35:36.380 about to go down

00:35:37.600 or how it all

00:35:38.780 fits together.

00:35:40.560 I have 50

00:35:41.680 years experience

00:35:42.480 in the corroded

00:35:43.480 rectum of the 0.90

00:35:44.280 two-party system.

00:35:45.740 I've worked in

00:35:46.540 13 presidential

00:35:47.760 campaigns.

00:35:49.300 I lean right,

00:35:51.240 but I criticize

00:35:52.080 Republicans and

00:35:53.540 Democrats.

00:35:54.860 I kind of just

00:35:55.880 tell you the

00:35:56.560 stone-cold truth.

00:35:58.540 Thanks for joining

00:35:59.160 us today.
