00:00:00.000 this is the stone zone with roger stone people love him and respect him roger stone
00:00:16.720 now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone
00:00:22.760 You are now diving headlong into the deep end of the Stone Zone.
00:00:30.400 You know, today at lunchtime I was hungry,
00:00:32.600 so I asked one of the young people who worked for me to go out and grab me a meatball grinder.
00:00:38.540 He looked at me very strangely. He had no idea what I was talking about.
00:00:41.860 Now, I recognize in some parts of the country they call it a sub.
00:00:46.080 Some places they call it a hero. Other places they call it a hoagie.
00:00:49.600 But if you're from Connecticut, like I am, you are fully familiar with either a meatball or a sausage grinder.
00:00:59.340 As the story goes, the name grinder actually originated with dock workers in New London, Connecticut.
00:01:05.360 Around 1913, an Italian immigrant named Benedetto Capaldi started selling these overstuffed sandwiches filled with meatballs or sausage on a lightly toasted roll that was so chewy they practically demanded real jaw effort, giving birth to the nickname Grindr.
00:01:26.580 Over the 1920s, the word had spread from Connecticut ports to Rhode Island shipyards to Massachusetts neighborhoods and factories distinguishing these hot sandwiches could be meatball, could be sausage, could be sausage and pepper, a little onion in there.
00:01:42.320 It is still my all-time favorite. This hearty sandwich quickly became a Northeastern favorite, establishing the sauce-drenched meatball or sausage grinder as the undisputed gold standard of sandwiches.
00:01:57.600 So now you know the story of the meatball grinder. By the way, lunch was terrific.
00:02:03.400 The Republicans had a very tough set of special elections in Florida.
00:02:09.280 It's a warning sign, I think, for Republicans.
00:02:11.360 Democrats flipped a reliably red Florida House seat that just happens to include President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago mansion,
00:02:22.360 exposing growing frustration among some conservative voters, not with Trump, but with the Republican Party, as they see as failing to deliver.
00:02:32.540 In this case, Democrat Emily Gregory narrowly defeated Trump-endorsed Republican candidate John Maples by just over two points in House District 87.
00:02:44.420 This is a stunning 11-point swing from 2024.
00:02:50.560 That's when President Trump carried this district by 11 points.
00:02:54.560 Democrats also pulled off an upset in a Tampa-area state Senate seat, despite being heavily outspent.
00:03:03.680 These losses, I fear, point to a deeper problem heading into the midterms.
00:03:08.620 Republican leadership is failing to act with urgency, despite holding strong majorities in Florida,
00:03:15.640 where Republicans now outnumber Democrats in terms of registration by 1.3 million voters.
00:03:23.120 That is quite a shift. Florida used to be considered a purple state. Now it is a solidly red state. That's largely because of Republican inroads among Hispanic voters, not just Cuban Americans or Venezuela Americans, but actually among all Hispanic voters, including Puerto Rican Americans.
00:03:44.620 That, I think, explains the shift in what were heretofore deep blue counties like Miami-Dade.
00:03:54.860 Both Governor Ron DeSantis and President Donald Trump carried Miami-Dade in their last two elections.
00:04:03.000 Despite these majorities, I think Republican lawmakers have dragged their feet on advancing key elements of the president's agenda,
00:04:11.900 including, of course, the Save America Act.
00:04:16.040 I've written and spoken about this extensively.
00:04:18.480 It's really very simple.
00:04:20.200 There are 50 votes in the U.S. Senate today for a simple law
00:04:24.720 that requires that one be a U.S. citizen in order to vote in a federal election
00:04:31.420 and that one have a photo ID.
00:04:35.600 Who could be against that, right?
00:04:37.040 I mean, who would be in favor of people who are not American citizens voting in an American election?
00:04:43.320 But Republican leaders have made every possible excuse in dragging their feet, not approving these common sense election integrity measures.
00:04:52.360 And frankly, I think the voters are angry about it.
00:04:56.040 There is a dichotomy between Republican voters and Trump voters.
00:05:00.220 Donald Trump demonstrated in 2016, even in losing in 2020, or at least allegedly losing.
00:05:07.040 And once again, in 2024, that he is far more popular than the Republican brand.
00:05:13.140 The difference between, say, Donald Trump and Mitt Romney or John McCain has been the president's ability to attract independent and some Democrat votes that won him states like Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and others, which eluded the two previous Republican nominees.
00:05:34.320 What's happening here, I think, is that grassroots voters are increasingly frustrated
00:05:38.600 by what they see as weak establishment-style politics,
00:05:43.820 campaigning on Trump's popularity and then failing to use their power to upheld the America First agenda.
00:05:52.220 Even in victory, Republicans underperformed.
00:05:54.640 A separate Republican win in another House seat in Florida came by a much narrower margin than expected,
00:06:02.100 showing how declining enthusiasm has become the norm.
00:06:07.180 The only way to turn this around is for Republicans to double down on the America First agenda
00:06:12.520 and do everything they possibly can in the next several months to deliver on that agenda.
00:06:17.580 It's not enough just to pay lip service to the president.
00:06:20.860 Republicans must be willing to use their power to enact that agenda,
00:06:24.120 even if it means offending the special interests.
00:06:26.920 If Republicans don't show some courage soon, well, it could yet be a rough November.
00:06:32.100 On the other hand, those who have thrown in the towel on the 2026 elections don't understand the volatility of the American electorate and where we are today.
00:06:42.600 As we saw after the horrific events in Butler, Pennsylvania, the American electorate is extremely volatile and things can change very quickly.
00:06:52.460 Republicans will go into this election, by the way, with an enormous financial advantage.
00:06:58.000 Between the president's political action committees and the Republican congressional, senatorial, and national committees,
00:07:05.960 we have a massive financial advantage over the Democrats.
00:07:11.300 And the reason that's important is because, you see, they have ABC, NBC, and CBS, CNN and MSNBC.
00:07:19.260 If you counted them as in-kind corporate contributions, which is exactly what they are, because those are not journalistic outlets, folks, those are mouthpieces for the Democrat Party, well, then you might have an even fight.
00:07:33.820 So Republicans need this financial advantage to go into the 2026 elections and have any prospect of success.
00:07:44.960 Meanwhile, the White House is forcefully rejecting media reports claiming that Iran prefers Vice President J.D. Vance to lead nuclear negotiations, calling those stories false and part of a foreign propaganda game.
00:07:59.360 Sources from CNN, among others, cited anonymous regional sources alleging that Tehran sees Vance as a more favorable negotiator due to his alleged, but not confirmed, opposition to the war.
00:08:16.300 I don't know of any place that the vice president has publicly or privately disagreed with the president.
00:08:22.700 Now, conversations between the president and the vice president should and will remain confidential.
00:08:28.760 So we don't know what Vance's private views are because in his job as vice president, he does not publicly express them.
00:08:37.260 But he's made abundantly clear that he remains in full support of the war effort and he's in lockstep with the rest of the administration.
00:08:46.580 A senior White House official said this narrative is utterly false,
00:08:50.140 warning that it appears to be a coordinated attempt by some foreign actors to sow division and weaken U.S. leverage.
00:08:58.760 The reports notably relied once again on unnamed sources.
00:09:03.120 You see, when the New York Times or the Washington Post or the Wall Street Journal cites an unnamed source, let me give you a hint.
00:09:09.780 That means nobody ever actually said what they're claiming because these so-called journalists aren't journalists at all.
00:09:15.920 They're propagandists holding up a left-wing point of view.
00:09:20.680 The reports notably once again relied on these unnamed sources without confirming that they were even Iranian officials.
00:09:27.600 Once again, it raises serious questions about their credibility.
00:09:30.400 But if you followed the storyline, the president announced that we were in negotiations with Iranians.
00:09:37.700 The stock market reacted favorably.
00:09:39.860 Even the oil markets reacted favorably.
00:09:42.960 Then Iran announced that there were no negotiations going on.
00:09:47.440 The mainstream media rushed to bolster the Iranian claim, ignoring our own president.
00:09:53.560 Then it turns out that they ultimately confirm that there are back-channel negotiations going on
00:09:59.680 with people at the highest levels of the Iranian government.
00:10:03.420 So it proves once again that Donald Trump is the master of the deal, the art of the deal, if you will.
00:10:09.180 And he made it clear that negotiations are a team effort which involves multiple senior figures,
00:10:14.600 which includes Jared Kushner and envoy Steve Whitcoff.
00:10:19.900 Conservative voices are also pushing back.
00:10:21.920 Commentators argue the story bears the hallmarks of foreign disinformation, aimed at exploiting perceived divisions within the administration.
00:10:32.120 Administration won't be falling for it. Iran has been deeply weakened.
00:10:36.860 Administration will not be confused into taking their foot off the throats of the regime.
00:10:41.840 Iran will never have a nuclear bomb and the world will be safer as a result of the president's decision to take action.
00:10:49.200 Now, he was elected as a non-interventionist.
00:10:52.460 I don't think the president loves war, but we don't have access to the intelligence that he has.
00:10:59.200 And therefore, I believe Donald Trump, I believe he's made a decision that is in the best interests of the country.
00:11:05.240 Now, it's not endless foreign war like brought to us by the Bushes and Dick Cheney.
00:11:10.360 No boots on the ground, not tens if not 20, 30,000 or more U.S. casualties, not billions of dollars in very rich defense contracts for Halliburton and General Dynamics and the rest of the defense contractors.
00:11:28.800 But more specifically, the limited, projected, lethal use of American force on a limited basis where it works.
00:11:39.280 We saw it the first time in Iran. I think we destroyed about 75 percent of their nuclear capability. 0.95
00:11:45.980 We saw it again in Venezuela. We're seeing it right now again in Iran.
00:11:53.680 The Democrats, I think, are hoping for a long, drawn-out war.
00:11:57.220 I think they're in for a surprise.
00:11:59.500 Donald Trump is the master of the negotiations, and I know for a fact, because I saw him last weekend,
00:12:05.900 he prefers peace over war.
00:12:07.660 He prefers a negotiated settlement.
00:12:10.220 I think folks may be surprised.
00:12:12.120 I think we're closer to peace than people know.
00:12:15.120 When we come back, we're going to talk about how Jack Smith, the special counsel,
00:12:20.840 actually subpoenaed the phone records belonging to the current FBI director, Cash Patel.
00:12:27.380 According to records made public by the Senate Judiciary Committee of Republicans,
00:12:31.360 Smith sought years of data from Verizon covering Patel's calls, text,
00:12:37.300 and even his financial details from late 2020 to 2023.
00:12:42.060 What could possibly have been the probable cause for Jack Smith to investigate the man
00:12:48.840 who is our current FBI director?
00:12:51.740 Could it be that he was an outspoken supporter of the president at the time
00:12:54.840 who vocally opposed the deep state and spoke truth about the election fraud,
00:13:00.420 calling the move dangerous and deeply alarming?
00:13:03.760 When we come back, we're going to break that all down
00:13:06.100 because it turns out that the Biden administration
00:13:08.740 wasn't just spying on our current FBI director.
00:13:12.660 They were also spying on the current White House chief of staff, Susie Wiles.
00:13:17.840 So, in other words, they illegally and unconstitutionally spied on Donald Trump in 2016 and 2024.
00:13:25.960 More when we come back in The Stone Zone.
00:13:28.300 We'll be right back.
00:13:29.100 This is The Stone Zone with Roger Stone.
00:13:32.520 And he's a great, great person, Roger Stone.
00:13:36.440 The Stone Zone.
00:13:47.840 this is the stone zone now get him his own it's the stone zone a man who's gone through hell 0.52
00:14:03.960 but he's kept going and he's smart and he's strong and people love him not everybody but
00:14:10.300 people love him and respect him roger stone where's roger stone here's roger stone
00:14:15.880 You know, I saw the president this weekend.
00:14:20.640 I noticed this morning that he put our photo together up on social media.
00:14:25.020 Greatest president in my lifetime and a man of incredible energy.
00:14:29.880 It's outrageous when I saw J.B. Pritzker, a guy who's so fat he can't get out of his own way,
00:14:35.860 actually said that the president is suffering from dementia.
00:14:40.060 Really.
00:14:40.960 President Trump not only published all of his medical records,
00:14:44.080 But he also published a cognitive test, which he's not required in any way to do, to show that he had a perfect score.
00:14:51.600 So it's ironic when I see these Democrats, as well as those in the media, who never questioned the fact that Joe Biden was a diaper-wearing vegetable who was heavily sedated through much of his presidency, questioning whether our president is in vibrant health.
00:15:08.940 Watch him play golf sometime and tell me he's not in great physical shape.
00:15:12.700 I knew both of the president's parents, and they both lived and were vital and were actually active into their 90s.
00:15:21.580 The president comes from very tough Scotch-Irish stock, and the fact that those who never questioned the health of Joe Biden, both physical and mental, now casting aspersions on the president's health, it is truly, truly outrageous.
00:15:40.420 Once again, we find that those who spied on Donald Trump's 2016 campaign were spying on the president once again.
00:15:50.640 I said recently that the Russian collusion hoax was the greatest single dirty trick in American political history,
00:15:57.740 the greatest single abuse of power because they used the full authority of the U.S. government to spy on a presidential campaign.
00:16:05.660 But now I have to correct myself.
00:16:07.240 I think Arctic Frost, the extra constitutional efforts of special counsel Jack Smith, actually tops the Russian collusion hoax.
00:16:18.880 And now we learn that Jack Smith actually concealed the fact that he surveilled a telephone conversation between the White House chief of staff, Susie Wiles, by the way, the first woman chief of staff in American history, and her attorney.
00:16:37.240 The subpoenas that revealed this were part of Arctic Frost, the sweeping investigation in 2022 that targeted more than a dozen Republican lawmakers and associates connected to President Donald Trump's reelection efforts, including yours truly.
00:16:53.920 So the question is, since this probe actually includes the seizure of a telephone used by President Trump himself, when will these conspirators be brought to justice?
00:17:07.240 Ultimately, this particular case, as cited today, was dropped after Trump's 2024 election victory.
00:17:13.720 It became clear that these kind of invasive fishing expeditions were no longer going to receive support within the executive branch.
00:17:21.940 But Republican lawmakers today were correctly calling Arctic Frost a modern-day water game.
00:17:27.880 I say it's time for prosecutions against Jack Smith and John Brennan, the CIA director, James Comey, the FBI director, Susan Rice, the national security advisor, Hillary Clinton herself, her campaign manager, John Podesta.
00:17:46.100 I saw Jake Sullivan the other day attacking the president on Iran.
00:17:50.940 Jake Sullivan was up to his keister in the Russian collusion hoax.
00:17:55.200 Why has he not been indicted and brought to trial?
00:17:59.040 Yes, until he is, we have a two-tier justice system in America, and that's just not acceptable.
00:18:05.800 Thanks for joining us today on The Stone Zone.
00:18:08.020 We'll be back in just a few seconds with a lot more of hot politics right here in The Stone Zone. 1.00
00:18:16.100 this is the stone zone now get in the zone it's the stone zone a man who's gone through hell
00:18:32.820 but he's kept going and he's smart and he's strong and people love him not everybody but

00:18:44.740 Welcome back to The Stone Zone.
00:18:49.840 A tragic killing in Chicago is reigniting debate over sanctuary city policies and the cost to American communities.
00:18:59.320 Authorities tell us that 25-year-old Venezuelan national Jose Medina Medina, an illegal immigrant,
00:19:06.660 was charged with the murder of an 18-year-old Loyola University student named Sheridan Gorman,
00:19:12.320 who was shot during a late-night walk with friends near her campus.
00:19:16.940 Investigators say the attack appeared random,
00:19:20.620 with Medina Medina allegedly opening fire as the group tried to flee.
00:19:26.140 Gorman, a freshman just beginning her college journey, was killed instantly,
00:19:31.600 leaving her family and community understandably devastated.
00:19:35.920 The case is drawing national attention not just for its brutality,
00:19:39.520 but for the clear policy failures that led to this senseless murder.
00:19:43.740 You see, federal officials confirmed that Medina Medina entered the U.S. illegally in 2023
00:19:49.940 and then was later released into the country.
00:19:53.020 He had a prior arrest in Chicago, but he was never turned over to immigration authorities,
00:19:57.980 consistent with the city's longstanding sanctuary policies under Mayor Brandon Johnson,
00:20:04.560 whose approval rating and his IQ are about the same, 6%.
00:20:09.780 This is also the policy of J.B. Pritzker, the man who would be president.
00:20:15.920 The tragedy shows yet again what happens when liberal localities refuse to enforce immigration law.
00:20:22.300 Insincent people here are being killed. 1.00
00:20:24.600 Tragedies will continue to happen.
00:20:26.920 It's occurred again and again.
00:20:28.400 President Donald Trump has pointed to the case as evidence of why every jurisdiction must work with his administration and ICE to get illegals out of the country.
00:20:39.220 Still, local leaders are defending existing policies, even as Gorman's family expresses deep frustration with a system that failed to protect their daughter.
00:20:49.320 We must continue pushing for mass deportations as no illegal immigrant lawbreaker can be entrusted to abide by the law after they broke the law to come into the country to begin with. 1.00
00:21:00.460 It's just common sense.
00:21:03.360 I am, by all admission, a total and complete political junkie, i.e., sleep and breathe politics.
00:21:10.140 And I'm watching that Texas U.S. Senate race very, very closely.
00:21:14.320 A new poll suggests that Texas Republicans are coalescing around Attorney General Ken Paxson
00:21:20.880 as he takes a clear and commanding lead over Senator John Cornyn running into the GOP Senate runoff.
00:21:28.920 I saw Ken Paxson on Friday night at Mar-a-Lago and exchanged greetings with him.
00:21:36.340 He reminded me that he visited me in Fort Lauderdale.
00:21:39.220 Well, one Sunday night I cooked dinner for our families and treated him to some of my famous Sunday gravy, which he remembered fondly.
00:21:50.320 He told him we'd have dinner again when he wins this runoff.
00:21:53.920 According to a new Qantas Insights poll, the Texas Attorney General, Paxson, long-time and solid supporter of the president, leads the incumbent John Cornyn 48.8 to 41.3, with fewer than 10% undecided.
00:22:11.280 Now, in the first round, there was a third candidate, Congressman Wesley Hunt, who I very much like, a solid conservative, but he was eliminated in the primary.
00:22:23.560 Nobody got 50 percent, so we go to a runoff.
00:22:26.880 What appears to be happening now is the supporters of Congressman Hunt are breaking heavily towards Ken Paxton, signaling consolidation among grassroots voters looking for a stronger conservative voice.
00:22:42.500 The poll paints a picture of a highly engaged electorate also.
00:22:46.620 Interesting to me that more than 88% say they are certain to vote, with 79% saying their choice is locked in and they will not change their mind.
00:22:56.500 Paxson's supporters in the poll appear more committed,
00:22:59.720 reinforcing its advantage as early voting approaches.
00:23:03.920 Meanwhile, Cornyn continues to face criticism over his record in Washington,
00:23:09.200 including support for multiple judicial nominees under Joe Biden.
00:23:13.940 Votes did not require tiebreakers from Vice President Kamala Harris.
00:23:18.820 Those decisions had lasting consequences on key policy battles
00:23:23.400 as Corden-backed liberal judges abused their authority
00:23:27.180 to continue to block crucial Trump administration policy initiatives.
00:23:31.800 Other polling, including data from Impact Research,
00:23:36.120 shows Paxson with an even wider lead.
00:23:39.440 The runoff is set for May 26,
00:23:41.720 and looking like one of the most infamous rhinos in the U.S. Senate
00:23:45.680 will be replaced with a genuine America First fighter on that date.
00:23:51.100 I promise you, we will bring Senator-elect Ken Paxson into the stone zone when that happens.
00:24:00.380 Keep an eye on that race.
00:24:02.800 Meanwhile, a jury has delivered a major verdict against big tech,
00:24:08.000 finding that the Meta company failed to adequately protect children from online predators
00:24:14.260 and misled users about the safety of its platforms.
00:24:17.940 The social media giant now faces a $375 million civil penalty.
00:24:25.760 That case, brought by New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torres,
00:24:30.940 exposes troubling allegations that Facebook and Instagram
00:24:35.060 allowed underage users to bypass safeguards
00:24:39.120 while failing to enforce their own policies.
00:24:43.160 Prosecutors argued that the Meta Company's algorithms
00:24:46.200 made it easier for predators to target minorities, minors, pardon me, as Mark Zuckerberg's tech
00:24:53.160 entity prioritized user growth and engagement over basic safety. Over six weeks of testimony,
00:25:01.480 jurors heard from former and current meta-executives, educators, and online safety experts. I followed
00:25:08.460 this trial very carefully. The evidence painted a picture of a company aware of risks, but unwilling
00:25:15.760 to take any meaningful action against them. In one particularly alarming example, a state-led
00:25:21.160 sting operation created test accounts posing as minors, which were quickly flooded with explicit
00:25:28.280 contact and contacted by suspected child sex predators, leading immediately to multiple
00:25:35.840 arrests. State attorney Linda Singer told jurors these failures were no accident,
00:25:42.740 but the result of corporate decisions that put profits ahead of our children's well-being.
00:25:49.060 Well, the jury agreed with them.
00:25:51.400 Meta says it will appeal the ruling, continues to deny any culpability,
00:25:55.900 but they're just denying the truth.
00:25:57.440 The company claims it employs tens of thousands of workers focused on safety
00:26:04.060 and has invested heavily in automated tools to detect harmful activity.
00:26:09.120 But as we saw in the lead up to the 2020 presidential election, these workers really care more about censoring those they disagree with than protecting children.
00:26:20.820 You see it with Elon Musk buying Twitter, converting it to X, and then publicly exposing all the records that prove beyond a shadow of doubt that American intelligence community officials worked hand in glove with Twitter executives to censor, cancel, silence those they disagreed with,
00:26:46.480 whether it was about the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccination
00:26:51.200 or whether it was about the honesty, integrity of the 2020 election
00:26:55.700 or whether it was just support for President Donald Trump.
00:27:00.520 Now, because X, which was formerly known as Twitter,
00:27:04.260 which is, by the way, a great platform, not perfect in any way,
00:27:07.180 but far, far better than it was under his previous leadership,
00:27:12.760 Many on the right believe that the entire issue of Internet censorship and cancellation is over.
00:27:23.060 Nothing could be further from the truth.
00:27:25.480 Had Dr. Robert Epstein, a PhD from Harvard, a trained clinical psychologist and expert in this area, has built a model that demonstrates, for example,
00:27:39.120 that Google is manipulating their content to the left as never before.
00:27:46.000 In fact, based on his computer model,
00:27:48.960 there's a 276% increase in liberal content coming through Google.
00:27:56.140 Let me give you an example.
00:27:57.400 So if you use the Google search engine to search online on any topic,
00:28:04.420 Google creates a profile of you.
00:28:07.580 they text your information against the voter file.
00:28:11.500 If they find out that you lean to the left
00:28:13.820 based on the things that you've chosen in a Google search,
00:28:18.020 but you're not registered to vote,
00:28:20.480 you will be besieged with emails urging you to register to vote
00:28:24.700 or telling you how to register to vote or where to register to vote.
00:28:28.360 If, on the other hand, your Google searches
00:28:31.620 indicate that you lean to the right
00:28:34.180 in matching up your data with the voter lists in the state in which you live,
00:28:40.500 you will receive no notification from Gmail urging you to register to vote.
00:28:47.640 That's just one example of how they manipulate the flow of information.
00:28:52.520 And they're at it again.
00:28:55.220 They'll be doing it in time for the 2026 elections.
00:29:00.080 I'm a great believer in free speech.
00:29:02.220 I'm a great believer in the intelligence of the American voters, but at the same time, to try to pretend that Internet censorship no longer is with us, well, that is just not true.
00:29:16.200 Meanwhile, a new investigation raises serious concerns about foreign influence operations targeting the United States through far-left activist networks, media platforms, and taxpayer-funded nonprofits.
00:29:29.460 This issue came into focus this week as code pink activist Olivia DiNucci appeared in Cuba aboard a missile dubbed the Grandma 2.0, openly celebrating the communist regime and echoing anti-American talking points.
00:29:48.920 The event was amplified by outlets tied to a global network reportedly funded by tech billionaire Neville Roy Singham.
00:29:58.460 According to Fox News Digital Investigations,
00:30:02.320 Singham has built a sprawling international web of roughly 2,000 organizations,
00:30:08.260 including at least 200 directly involved in shaping political messaging.
00:30:13.200 Many of these groups operate in the United States as non-profits,
00:30:16.920 and many of them are benefiting from tax-exempt status
00:30:20.300 while promoting narratives aligned with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:30:25.680 Financial records show hundreds of millions of dollars
00:30:28.660 flowing through this network over several years.
00:30:32.460 In one case, U.S.-based non-profits reportedly spent more than $9 million
00:30:37.780 sent to a Shanghai media firm that produces pro-Chinese communist content.
00:30:45.100 Lawmakers are now calling for investigation into whether these organizations are abusing the tax code and undermining American interests.
00:30:53.780 This is not random activism, but a coordinated strategy rooted in global communist agenda, using media, protests, and cultural institutions to try to shape public opinion and weaken American national unity from within.
00:31:11.800 Now, President Trump has deemed Antifa to be a terrorist organization.
00:31:16.260 That must not just be groups that call themselves Antifa.
00:31:19.320 It must encompass any organization that operates like Antifa and pushes the Antifa line.
00:31:26.420 It's time for leftist organizations like this to be shut down and have their tax status pulled.
00:31:31.600 and their organizers and funders, starting with this shady character, Neville Roy Singham,
00:31:37.460 must be prosecuted under the full extent of the law.
00:31:41.840 Meanwhile, New York City Mayor Mamdami, the far-left Islamist mayor of New York City,
00:31:47.000 is facing sharp criticism after unveiling a taxpayer-funded mayor's office of mass engagement,
00:31:53.740 a program expected to cost nearly $2 million in salaries,
00:31:57.500 Despite the fact that the city faces a looming $5 billion budget shortfall, according to reports, the new office will hire at least 14 staffers, many earning six-figure salaries, to organize volunteer networks and push advocacy campaigns aligned with Mamdami's socialist political agenda.
00:32:19.000 You heard it here first in the Stone Zone. This is what the people have chosen. I believe that they will regret it. Don't go away because we'll be right back with more hot politics on the other side.
00:32:32.000 This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone.

00:32:49.000 this is the stone zone now get him his own it's the stone zone a man who's gone through hell 0.52
00:33:10.020 but he's kept going and he's smart and he's strong and people love him not everybody but
00:33:16.380 People love him and respect him.
00:33:17.860 Roger Stone.
00:33:18.900 Where's Roger Stone?
00:33:20.160 Here's Roger Stone.
00:33:23.780 Well, the U.S. Supreme Court appears poised to side with the Trump administration
00:33:29.240 on whether asylum seekers can be turned away at the southern border before entering the country.
00:33:35.880 During oral arguments before the Supreme Court,
00:33:38.420 a majority of the justices signal support for the view that migrants must actually cross into the United States,
00:33:45.120 not simply just arrive at the border to claim asylum protections under federal law.
00:33:51.460 Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett suggested the legal phrase arrives in
00:33:59.720 implies full entry, not just showing up at the port of entry.
00:34:04.620 If the court rules that way, it could revive a Trump-era policy from the first term,
00:34:09.760 allowing border officials to deny entry to asylum seekers before they set foot in U.S. soil,
00:34:17.100 a move that is critical to restoring order at the border. Biden administration previously scrapped
00:34:23.440 that policy, assuring a surge of illegal crossings and a backlog of immigration cases
00:34:29.220 stretching years into the future. Experts that I respect tell me that as many as 38 million people
00:34:37.480 may have entered the United States illegally during the Biden years.
00:34:42.820 That doesn't take into consideration the weaponry or the drugs that they brought with them.
00:34:49.000 Millions of migrants were released in the country while awaiting hearings,
00:34:52.840 often with no clear legal resolution in sight, just how the Biden regime and the Democrats wanted it.
00:34:59.580 Justice Brett Kavanaugh also questioned the distinction between being at the border versus being inside it
00:35:07.360 calling the debate very artificial.
00:35:10.540 The court's liberal wing, of course, raised concerns about limiting asylum seekers,
00:35:15.580 arguing that the United States has an obligation to hear claims from those seeking refuge.
00:35:21.520 Still, existing asylum law requires migrants to seek protection in the first safe country they enter,
00:35:28.520 something critics say has been widely ignored.
00:35:31.520 And the refugee system has been perverted by proponents of mass migration,
00:35:36.640 who organized truckloads of caravans from third-world countries
00:35:40.640 and set up illegals with lawyers who have them file bogus asylum claims
00:35:45.420 before they are lost in the ether and end up floating around America.
00:35:50.160 Those days, I think, are coming to an end,
00:35:52.580 as the Supreme Court is expected to give the Trump administration
00:35:55.180 its second powerful win this week.
00:35:57.980 Earlier this week, the Supreme Court seemed to signal that
00:36:01.320 that mail-in ballots that arrive after Election Day will not be counted.
00:36:07.720 They call it Election Day for a reason.
00:36:10.860 Same reason why they call it Christmas Day or Thanksgiving Day or Memorial Day or Veterans Day.
00:36:17.440 I think it was Clarence Thomas who made that argument.
00:36:20.800 If the court indeed comes down on that side of the mail-in ballot issue,
00:36:26.240 will be a powerful boost to Republicans in the midterm election.
00:36:32.140 Meanwhile, this story is a head-scratcher.
00:36:34.720 Questions are being raised after a series of troubling incidents involving American scientists and researchers,
00:36:41.060 with some lawmakers warning the pattern deserves closer scrutiny.
00:36:44.540 Retired Air Force Major General William Neal McCasland disappeared into New Mexico in February,
00:36:51.940 prompting concern due to his background in advanced military research.
00:36:57.720 Congressman Tim Burchett, a good friend of mine, says McCaslin's case may not be isolated.
00:37:03.720 Burchett told reporters there have been several similar disappearances nationwide,
00:37:09.080 particularly among individuals tied to our intelligence agencies and particularly sensitive fields.
00:37:15.080 He urged Americans to pay attention, warning against blind trust in government institutions
00:37:20.740 when it comes to highly classified research.
00:37:23.400 Now, while General McCaslin's family says no foul play is currently suspected,
00:37:30.220 investigative journalist Ross Cothart has publicly questioned
00:37:34.320 whether some may have targeted the retired general,
00:37:37.780 citing his knowledge of advanced military technologies.
00:37:41.900 Other cases add to the concern.
00:37:44.240 Scientist Monica Reza vanished during a hike in California in 2025.
00:37:49.120 No sign of her.
00:37:49.860 Around the same time, prominent researchers like MIT physicist Nunzo Luriero and astrophysicist Carl Gilmer were killed in separate but unexplained violent incidents.
00:38:03.440 Authorities say there's no confirmed connection between these events, and in some cases, no foul play is suspected.
00:38:10.240 But let me remind you, these are the same exact people who tell us that Lee Harvey Oswald killed President John F. Kennedy.
00:38:17.100 Three shots, all from Behacked, acted completely alone.
00:38:21.040 That's not true either.
00:38:22.700 Thanks for tuning in today on The Stone Zone,
