00:00:30.000 this is the stone zone with roger stone people love him and respect him roger stone

00:00:46.800 now get him his own it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:00:52.880 breaking news and i'm jake novak in for roger stone tonight and i'm going to lead off the

00:01:00.740 news tonight with some breaking news this program president trump now just posting in the last oh

00:01:06.660 90 minutes or so that he's going to sign an executive order to instruct mark wayne mullen

00:01:12.640 the new department of homeland security secretary to pay those tsa agents who have gone weeks without

00:01:18.580 getting paid so many of them calling out six so many of them just outright quitting 400 of them

00:01:23.780 according to the latest reports get them paid and divert do an end run around this partial

00:01:30.920 government shutdown that the democrats continue to vote for they created and continue to vote for

00:01:35.700 yes you can bet someone will challenge this in the courts and say the president doesn't have

00:01:40.600 the authority to do it but if you were listening to the cats and cosby program on many of these

00:01:45.280 stations a couple of hours ago. You heard Alan Dershowitz say the president absolutely has the

00:01:49.960 legal authority to do that. I think what will really make this whole thing, what will hinge

00:01:54.960 this decision will really hinge on the emergency situation. Declaring an emergency that we can have

00:02:00.740 so many of our major airports shutting down or not able to function, and that would really

00:02:07.360 classify as the kind of emergency that a president can use to go around Congress and fund the TSA.

00:02:14.820 This would be a big deal, and it would also, of course, force Democrat groups. 0.96

00:02:19.140 They'll probably do it through some kind of shell group or a third party, but they'll try to challenge this in court and try to keep the airports at this terrible situation.

00:02:29.440 Now, again, it's not every airport every day.

00:02:31.860 This has been something that's been a rolling situation.

00:02:34.860 Yesterday it was bad at Houston.

00:02:36.480 Today it was better.

00:02:37.980 It depends on the day and who's calling out where, but it is too many airports, too many long lines.

00:02:43.140 the ICE agents there have done good work. They've made it more safe. You know, when you have large

00:02:48.840 crowds in small areas, it's never safe. So they made it more safe, but in some places they haven't

00:02:54.220 been able to get the lines moving as quickly because there have been so many TSA agents to

00:02:57.760 replace. So this is what the president has announced just this evening. Also breaking news around the

00:03:04.800 same time a little earlier, President Trump telling Iran that it has another 10 days now

00:03:10.040 until April 6th, starting today, before the United States will hit its power grid if it

00:03:15.860 doesn't stop attacking shipping in the Strait of Hormuz, and on and on down that line.

00:03:20.880 That is a similar threat that, you know, Iran was originally on the clock as of Sunday evening,

00:03:25.560 and that passed with President Trump giving them more time, giving them more time again,

00:03:32.160 probably to get some more talks going, trying to get that straight open.

00:03:35.840 So those two pieces of breaking news for you, just as we begin the Stone Zone here again.

00:03:39.360 I am Jake Novak again for Roger Stone. Great honor to be here with you. A little bit later, at the beginning of the next hour, I'm going to tell you about a shocking poll, shocking poll, the next half hour I should say, shocking polls on both coasts that should have the Democrats a little bit worried.

00:03:56.420 I know that the overall midterm polls haven't been that great for Republicans, but you know, you got to dig in a little bit deeper here. And there's a shocking poll out of New York, and I think a shocking poll out of California. So those are the things I want you to wait for in the next half hour.

00:04:11.020 Now, we are in an America right now where I could talk about every one of the next stories I'm going to talk about, but they all have one common thread before I just list them off.

00:04:23.280 We are living in an America now where we are really dealing with alternative reality concepts for a lot of Americans right now.

00:04:31.660 And that's always the case to some degree. Of course, in any society, the rich see life different than the poor. The educated see life different from the uneducated. Healthy people see things differently than unhealthy people, young, old. There's always alternative realities in any given society.

00:04:49.540 But what we're seeing here in America right now is a growing number of Americans who are living in a complete deception, a complete illusion of what reality is.

00:05:02.080 Partisanship and hatred, they often go together, let's face it.

00:05:06.260 Hatred is a huge motivator in elections and in politics.

00:05:09.560 Anyone who tells you different is lying.

00:05:12.880 But partisanship and hatred can lead to some real delusional outlooks on life.

00:05:19.180 And I want to list a few of those delusional outlooks right now that are starting to get really pervasive.

00:05:26.620 And you're probably seeing it in your circle of friends and relatives just like I am.

00:05:33.520 I have a couple of people in my wider circle of friends and acquaintances who literally believe the United States is losing this war to Iran right now. 1.00

00:05:43.580 Now, you can say that you wanted regime change in three, four weeks and you haven't gotten it and you're upset about it.

00:05:49.180 You can say that we haven't seen a complete uprising in the streets of Iran yet.

00:05:54.420 You can say all those things and say you're disappointed about that.

00:05:56.860 You wanted it to be lightning quick.

00:05:58.220 I get it.

00:05:58.680 I get it.

00:05:59.720 But in no reality, in no reality whatsoever is the United States losing this war.

00:06:06.640 Now, it's terrible that we've had some deaths.

00:06:09.620 But we're talking about fewer than 20 deaths, I believe, right now as we go up against not

00:06:13.640 only a nation of 90 million people, but a nation that has spent the last 47 years focusing

00:06:19.100 on killing people, on its military, not so much on its homeland defense, I should say

00:06:24.420 that, but on its ability to kill people that they believe are their enemies, which is just 0.98

00:06:28.880 about everybody else.

00:06:30.380 Not just Americans, not just Israelis, not just Jews, not just Christians, just about

00:06:34.640 everybody else. 0.96

00:06:35.760 They're shooting at everybody.

00:06:36.820 And they've been training for that, both culturally and practically, for almost 50 years.

00:06:46.020 And we're bombing and shelling and doing other types of things to Iran hour after hour, day after day, and we've had very, very few casualties and deaths.

00:06:58.900 One is too much.

00:07:00.580 One is too many, and I get that.

00:07:02.060 But the idea that we're losing this war, and that people can actually say that, and they say it publicly, is an absolute delusion. That's not an exaggeration. It's a complete delusion, and there are millions of Americans who believe this.

00:07:16.560 And yeah, it's because of the mainstream media feeding them all kinds of negative news all the time, but it's also their own delusions.

00:07:21.960 delusion number two hearing this from a very highly educated person in my wider family circle

00:07:29.940 that trump is the reason why we have long lines at the airports

00:07:33.520 there's not one objective fact that supports that statement the democrats voted for this

00:07:40.800 partial shutdown targeted the dhs and the tsa specifically and on numerous occasions have

00:07:46.260 continued to vote not to fund it how any rational thinking human being can think that president

00:07:53.300 trump is responsible for this is there is no there is no explanation for that that is a complete

00:07:59.020 delusion the argument is well he is the president and the republicans have control of the house and

00:08:05.540 the senate so anything bad that happens must be their fault that's that was the argument i heard 0.94

00:08:09.680 It's ludicrous. Without a filibuster 60 or more Senate vote in a group in the Senate, a minority party can gum up the works all the time. It's shut down to something they can always threaten.

00:08:24.520 no objective facts in in that statement either here's delusion number three ice agents are

00:08:33.500 making things worse and more dangerous at the airports absolutely no truth to that whatsoever

00:08:39.880 there have been no incidents although i did see a deranged person on one of the lines who probably

00:08:45.220 was not even a ticketed passenger who just went nuts and started yelling at ice agents but there

00:08:49.420 was no violence we've had several days of ice agents at these major airports and no they're

00:08:54.720 not able to speed up the lines everywhere they are in some places not in others but there's been

00:08:59.660 no violence and in fact at the end of this program at the end of this hour i'm going to tell you about

00:09:03.460 an amazing positive thing and there's been a lot of amazing positive things but this was the big

00:09:07.440 one an amazing positive thing the ice officers have done at an airport here in new york what

00:09:14.320 kind of delusion is that they've made it unsafe they've made it safer and again every objective

00:09:21.520 fact says so delusion number four and this is a long-running delusion this isn't anything new

00:09:27.760 but now people in the democratic party politicians are actually saying this out loud

00:09:33.380 the mayor of chicago illinois one of our largest and most important cities in america

00:09:38.440 saying out loud just this week

00:09:42.020 that putting people in jail is racist.

00:09:47.520 Really?

00:09:50.140 Because there are so many people in jail

00:09:52.040 who are a minority

00:09:53.020 and they outpace the percentage of the minority

00:09:55.320 in the free population?

00:09:57.480 Again, an incredible delusion.

00:10:00.220 It's actually the least racist thing you can do.

00:10:02.260 Let me ask you a question, America,

00:10:03.580 and I'll ask this question all the time.

00:10:05.880 these minority black and latino and other people who are not white

00:10:11.360 criminals who have been convicted who commit crimes who do you think that

00:10:15.960 they're targeting you think they're targeting the white people on park avenue

00:10:18.720 the rich people on rodeo drive 0.97

00:10:21.180 black people are 12 times more likely to be the victims of crime

00:10:29.040 period it's racist to put the people who are targeting minorities in jail it's the other 0.94

00:10:37.760 way around another delusion and the final delusion that we're hearing in america over and over again

00:10:44.900 is that illegal aliens are our top priority that's how you're going to judge our society 0.99

00:10:51.460 by how we treat illegal aliens regardless of their criminal background regardless of their

00:10:55.460 effect on the citizens of this country the legal citizens and you had chris murphy who said this a

00:11:01.320 while ago but his soundbite got resurfaced this week senator from connecticut saying that illegal

00:11:06.140 aliens are our top priority these are the delusions in america and i'm going to play some

00:11:11.560 of the sound to back up some of those delusions when we come back from our break that these are

00:11:17.020 the delusions that are plaguing america right now these are all absolute falses this is all

00:11:21.600 on the same level as saying 2 plus 2 equals 5.

00:11:26.620 There shouldn't be these kinds of splits

00:11:28.900 in American society right now.

00:11:31.140 We can have splits over a lot of different issues.

00:11:33.900 We can discuss what kind of power we want to use.

00:11:37.920 Do we want to go nuclear?

00:11:38.900 Do we want to try to get natural gas?

00:11:40.540 I mean, there are plenty of debates to have

00:11:42.320 where we have no shortage of debates

00:11:44.500 of rational ideas in this country.

00:11:48.120 But we're really seeing full-on delusions right now.

00:11:50.600 And I'm not a psychiatrist, so I think I've got some answers as to why we're seeing these delusions get such a foothold.

00:11:58.680 But before we get to the cause, we need to make sure we understand, we diagnose the problem, which is delusions in America.

00:12:06.500 Delusions on major important issues are spreading.

00:12:09.740 It's getting really sick.

00:12:12.500 And I would tell every single one of the people who believe in any or all five of the delusions I just listed to go see a psychiatrist or psychologist.

00:12:19.740 but I have to tell you something. Almost every psychiatrist and psychologist I know

00:12:23.020 is also suffering from one or more of those delusions.

00:12:27.820 That group in our society especially is afflicted by this, so I don't know what to tell you.

00:12:33.360 I don't know what the absolute remedy for this is. I've got some ideas, but I'm not sure of those,

00:12:39.280 but I am sure that we're seeing delusions in America. All right, it's not all bad news,

00:12:43.140 though, folks. On the Stone Zone, I'm going to tell you about a big win in the world of sports

00:12:48.420 and for women and i'm also going to talk about another aspect of for of women's life in america

00:12:54.380 right now it's the divide between women and men which is growing wider and i think i know why

00:12:59.640 we'll be right back on the stone zone this is the stone zone with roger stone he likes politics and

00:13:06.580 he's a professional at the highest level roger stone who is roger

00:14:08.960 this is the stone zone with roger stone roger stone who's a very very one of the smartest

00:14:21.660 political minds roger stone was persecuted people forget he's actually a brilliant brilliant

00:14:26.440 political analyst now get him his own it's the stone zone here's roger stone and i'm jake novek

00:14:34.660 Again, filling in for Roger Stone.

00:14:36.280 Thank you so much for joining us.

00:14:39.660 Really, really sad and shocking story out of Spain that had a very sad resolution today just a few hours ago.

00:14:47.360 I'm going to tell you about that about 50 minutes after the hour.

00:14:50.820 I promise you I've got some good news to talk about in this program, but I have to get back to that serious delusion issue that we have here in America.

00:14:58.160 And, you know, when you have a society that has so many people who are deluded, as we're seeing right now here in the United States, it opens the door for major hatred and major, major destructive groups in society.

00:15:10.020 And I want you to listen to one of them that was outside of government offices in Philadelphia yesterday.

00:15:17.240 Listen to what this group had to say.

00:15:18.900 This is cut one.

00:15:19.520 Until we have done everything in our power to bring the United States to its knees, let

00:15:25.960 us not lose sight of the enemy.

00:15:29.600 For every U.S. military base that crumbles, and for every U.S. soldier who returns home

00:15:35.060 in the casket, we cheer!

00:15:41.340 Hamas, Hezbollah, Osirullah, all of the resistance forces we celebrate, these popular voices on

00:15:47.920 the ground spend every waking moment in direct confrontation with scientism and they rely on a

00:15:53.280 strong iranian state to maintain their fighting capacity do you hate america yeah um this is what

00:16:03.780 a delusionary to society a society with so many people under delusions allows to fester in this

00:16:11.060 country this is a group of people in philadelphia cheering the idea of dead soldiers they might not

00:16:17.580 They must not be cheering very much because, thank God, we haven't had too many dead American soldiers so far during this massive war against a massive military regime.

00:16:28.160 But this only exists in a society that's broken mentally with so many people who don't really know what's going on, can't tell right from wrong, can't tell truth from fiction.

00:16:37.860 And I want to make it clear, I'm not saying everything is great about it. There's never everything great about any war. Not everything is perfect.

00:16:45.860 and on and on down the line but but to believe that we're losing the war

00:16:51.160 to allow people to cheer for dead soldiers because you don't like the war

00:16:55.540 that you don't really understand the details of

00:16:58.300 now a lot of people listening tonight know the name of this person know who this person is someone

00:17:05.140 named Tokyo Rose there's actually more than one but there was one woman in particular a Japanese

00:17:09.340 woman who grew up mostly in the United States before World War II went back to Japan 0.99

00:17:14.960 before the war started had a very clear american accent and she was used for propaganda they put

00:17:21.940 her on pirate radio she was mostly only heard by u.s naval sailors wasn't really heard on any

00:17:27.420 homeland uh because it was just the radio signals weren't that strong and she sounds a lot like she

00:17:34.260 sounded a lot like some of these mainstream media outlets right now talking about how

00:17:37.840 america was losing the war uh your girlfriend has gone and is cheating on you with someone who

00:17:43.800 didn't go to the draft, didn't have to get drafted, all that kind of stuff.

00:17:48.700 But Tokyo Rose, first of all, she was only really one person.

00:17:52.200 There were a couple who did the job, but only one at a time.

00:17:55.720 And there's pretty strong evidence, even though she was convicted,

00:18:00.680 there's pretty strong evidence that she was compelled to do what she did

00:18:03.380 by the Japanese imperial government.

00:18:04.900 Not saying she completely wasn't guilty, but she was at least partially forced to do that.

00:18:10.160 What we have in America today is not only millions of Tokyo Roses, influencers, mainstream media pundits who don't know anything, but we also have them combining with today's modern-day Jane Fonda's, for those of you who know that story.

00:18:27.660 Jane Fonda, the famous actress, who went over to Hanoi, went over to Vietnam at the height of the Vietnam War, put on a North Vietnamese army uniform, straddled anti-aircraft guns that had killed American pilots just days before, and talked about how America was wrong, the United States was wrong in this war, and just embraced the North Vietnamese. 0.88

00:18:50.140 we have a combination of that now in this country

00:18:53.480 Tokyo Roses and Jane Fonda's

00:18:56.240 and it's leading to a lot of delusions

00:18:58.620 we gotta stop that

00:19:00.400 alright when we come back on the Stone Zone

00:19:02.080 I'll have some good news for you I promise

00:20:18.900 A man who's gone through hell, but he's kept going, and he's smart, and he's strong, and people love him.

00:20:25.820 Not everybody, but people love him and respect him.

00:20:28.340 roger stone where's roger stone here's roger stone breaking news and i'm jake novek in for

00:20:36.880 roger stone just want to make sure you're updated on the breaking news this evening president trump

00:20:41.860 and truth social post saying he's going to sign an order an executive order one would assume to

00:20:47.120 get the tsa funded to make an end run around the democrats shutdown of the dhs and that of course

00:20:53.700 would get a lot of these tsa agents back to work many of them are calling out six some of them

00:20:57.880 might even rejoin the TSA, those who quit. So that's your big story. Also, President Trump,

00:21:03.280 in the last couple of hours, telling Iran it has another 10 days now until April 6th

00:21:08.780 to give in on the Strait of Hormuz, stop attacking and threatening shipping there,

00:21:12.740 or the United States will hit its power grid. This is the second time he's postponed that

00:21:17.100 deadline. Obviously, some progress being made in negotiations, or perhaps he's just trying to

00:21:22.340 give the United States more time to knock out their capabilities in the first place. So those

00:21:26.000 are the two breaking stories right now a little bit later at the end of this hour i want to talk

00:21:30.980 about a situation you've heard on the news about all these cases these social media companies

00:21:36.180 google with youtube and meta platforms with facebook and instagram and even snapchat getting

00:21:42.540 sued or getting investigated for misleading children targeting children i got news for you

00:21:48.060 it's not just as children another major major group here in america especially that's been

00:21:52.520 targeted successfully by social media and has hurt our society, plain and simple.

00:21:56.900 Now, I'm talking all this hour here on The Stone Zone, and I'm Jake Novak filling in

00:22:01.160 for Roger Stone tonight.

00:22:02.560 I've been talking all this hour about the delusions in America.

00:22:05.920 And one of the people who may be one of the most deluded, or at least he's promoting one

00:22:10.160 of the biggest delusions, is the district attorney for the city of Philadelphia, Larry

00:22:14.440 Krasner, someone who has been one of the most outrageous people in this country in public

00:22:20.520 office for a few years now.

00:22:21.860 And yes, he was one of those George Soros funded D.A. candidates. And boy, what a red flag that flew up for me about a decade ago when we learned that George Soros was making major donations to local D.A. elections.

00:22:34.620 No one, no major donor has ever done that before, ever. And you knew that that wasn't going to be a good situation.

00:22:40.460 And Larry Krasner, probably the worst of them all. And here's what he has to say about what he's going to do to ICE agents.

00:22:46.860 Listen to all the delusions he's promoting here. Listen to this.

00:22:49.280 This is how it works. You commit crimes within the jurisdiction that is the city and county of Philadelphia. I prosecute you. That is how it works. No, I don't take a phone call from the president saying, let him go. No, the president cannot pardon you. I'll say it again. The president cannot pardon you. And yes, I will put you in handcuffs and I will put you in a courtroom. And if necessary, I will put you in a jail cell.

00:23:17.660 what's he talking about what what crimes are ice agents committing they're going after illegal

00:23:24.660 immigrants documented undocumented undocumented undocumented undocumented people objectively

00:23:32.200 legal immigrants who should not be in this country also objectively absolutely isis supported 0.95

00:23:39.280 80 percent in every poll of americans want every illegal immigrant out of this country yeah there

00:23:46.340 were some polls after all that chaos in minnesota where people said well i think ice might be going

00:23:51.480 a little too far but even in those polls the overwhelming majority of people said they still

00:23:55.360 supported the deportation of illegal immigrants but he's pushing this delusion that what ice is

00:24:00.780 doing is illegal and the higher courts continue to uphold the fact that they are illegal and this

00:24:08.500 is what he's pushing this is an evil person now he either believes this himself or he's pushing

00:24:14.560 this delusion on people he is putting federal agents in harm's way this is also remember he

00:24:21.020 was the one who called them nazis and gestapo like this is outrageous but again unless you

00:24:28.420 have a delusioned society a highly high percentage of society that's delusionary that's delusionary

00:24:33.760 about the facts in this country somebody like that couldn't get away with it but that's exactly

00:24:38.060 what's happening that's exactly what's happening there's another delusioned person in america right

00:24:45.420 now and his name is jimmy kimmel and jimmy kimmel said this the other night and it's really really

00:24:52.080 telling about a lot of things not just his partisanship not just his snarkiness not just

00:24:58.040 his inability to really make you laugh but also his delusions listen to this don't worry trump's

00:25:03.760 got a whole new generation of thinkers lined up, including his newly confirmed Secretary

00:25:08.960 of Homeland Security, Mark Wayne, Chuck Mike, Bruce Dave Mullen, maybe Mullen's better.

00:25:16.120 He is the now former senator of Oklahoma.

00:25:18.920 Before he was elected to the Senate, Mark Wayne Mullen was a low-level MMA fighter and

00:25:24.740 a plumber.

00:25:25.620 That's right.

00:25:26.180 We have a plumber protecting us from terrorism now.

00:25:30.500 It worked for Super Mario.

00:25:31.940 Why not, Mark Wayne?

00:25:33.760 Yeah, Mark Wayne Mullen, first of all, we need plumbers in America.

00:25:42.300 All joking aside, it's a great profession, especially now.

00:25:46.480 But what's wrong with that?

00:25:49.260 The guy built a business.

00:25:50.500 I'm going to give you some more information about Mark Wayne Mullen.

00:25:53.180 He was 20 years old when his dad got sick,

00:25:57.420 and he dropped out of college to run the family business, which include plumbing.

00:26:00.420 at the time it had six people working for it in a hvac and plumbing company now it has 150 plus 0.95

00:26:08.840 employees that's the kind of person you want in government jimmy kimmel is also an ignoramus

00:26:15.040 who do you think built with this country as the founding fathers they were merchants

00:26:20.320 they were small business owners take a look at the signers of the declaration of independence

00:26:26.600 but the question is here how delusional do you have to be to think that

00:26:31.960 any large percentage of americans will find that funny

00:26:34.840 who are the writers on that program delusions also require people living in a bubble not seeing

00:26:42.660 reality not living in a real world i happen to know these shows have big staffs of writers

00:26:48.280 more than 10 of them and not one of those writers said you know jimmy you may not want to do that

00:26:53.320 joke plumbing is hard work building a small business is a great test for someone who might

00:26:58.060 want to lead a country or at least be one of the representatives in our government and maybe don't

00:27:03.360 do that who's the executive producer of that show there's no one to tell jimmy you don't don't do

00:27:09.060 that joke nobody because they're all delusionary they all think yeah this is funny we'll make fun

00:27:15.100 of someone who works with his hands someone who built something up from nothing as opposed to

00:27:19.480 going to college and getting a BA in Bavarian history. That's really what's worth it.

00:27:25.280 Just incredible. Just incredible. I'm going to give you some realities here that people should

00:27:30.020 look at before you talk about red pilling, blue pilling. There's also the black pillers who are 1.00

00:27:35.100 ready to call it quits on everything in America right now, supposedly Trump supporters, supposedly 0.80

00:27:39.920 patriots. Let me try to avoid you, stop you from taking the black pill right now. Huge poll out of 0.96

00:27:46.540 New York showing that Kathy Hochul, the incumbent governor, only leads Republican Bruce Blakeman

00:27:52.360 by 52 to 43 percent. We've got about seven months and changed for the election. That's a very small

00:27:59.140 amount of votes that Bruce Blakeman, who is still a virtual unknown in most of the state, to make up.

00:28:04.480 That is not 43 percent for Bruce Blakeman. That's 43 percent saying, I really don't care what the

00:28:10.640 party is of whoever is running against Kathy Hochul. I'm going to vote for him or her.

00:28:13.740 So all Bruce Blakeman needs to do is make himself a little bit more known and a little bit more palatable to parts of the state, and he's going to win this thing.

00:28:25.280 And the second poll result you really need to hear is this jungle primary poll out of California.

00:28:32.180 Now remember, the Democrats in California, in their infinite wisdom, got rid of partisan primaries in California.

00:28:39.840 Now it's just a free-for-all primary, and the top two finishers in the primary, which is coming up on June 2nd in California, they will run off against each other in November in the general election, and if it's two Democrats who come out ahead in the primary, then it'll be two Democrats, and if it's two Republicans, it'll be two Republicans.

00:28:56.140 If it's an elephant and giraffe, whatever, that's the way it works.

00:29:00.300 And right now, two Republicans are leading in the polls.

00:29:04.360 Now, what the Democrats are trying to do is to get a bunch of the Democrats who are running for governor to drop out.

00:29:09.580 So far, that hasn't happened.

00:29:11.460 It's already been two weeks now that the Democrats have been rounding up a lot of money to try to convince the 10 Democrats who are running for governor to get a couple of them to drop out so that the other Democrats, at least one of them, can win this primary.

00:29:24.180 So far, not working.

00:29:25.060 By the way, does this sound familiar for those of you listening in New York?

00:29:27.660 All these people, those three candidates who diluted each other in the New York mayor's race?

00:29:32.880 Yeah, it should sound familiar.

00:29:35.320 So that's encouraging, though, that this is going to hurt them.

00:29:39.360 And again, the poll, the latest poll that came out on Tuesday showing two Republicans leading was a Democrat-funded poll.

00:29:45.700 This is a Democrat poll.

00:29:46.880 So, you know, you call it an internal poll if you want to, whatever.

00:29:49.160 but right now it's got Steve Hilton and Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco at one and two

00:29:56.820 and Congressman Eric Swalwell who's the leading Democrat he's a good four points behind Bianco

00:30:02.760 they've got to get some of these Democrats to drop out even if they do it doesn't necessarily

00:30:06.680 mean it's going to work out for them but that's important speaking of governors you know I just

00:30:12.060 played the Larry Krasner soundbite for you this incredible soundbite where he says he's going to

00:30:16.260 arrest them i mean this is this is confederacy level stuff this is secession from the government

00:30:22.200 not respecting the federal law and the supremacy clause kind of stuff but you know who could fix

00:30:27.600 this even before an election governor josh shapiro of pennsylvania he hasn't he has the right to

00:30:32.980 remove district attorneys from counties they're county officials officially he won't do it and

00:30:39.100 josh shapiro his entire profile that they're trying to push on voters particularly older more

00:30:45.520 traditional democrat party voters and jewish voters they're trying to push this he's a moderate

00:30:50.140 not only is he not going to remove larry krasner i got news for you he's not going to even say

00:30:54.260 anything about him not publicly this is where we are right now folks it's it's really it's really

00:31:02.160 quite quite quite disturbing to say the least this is where we are in america governors not taking

00:31:09.180 their rightful and legal jobs, their responsibilities to protect their states from

00:31:15.080 rogue politicians under them. We have that opportunity here in New York State as well.

00:31:21.800 Kathy Hochul can absolutely rein in Zoran Mamdani. She could absolutely rein in Alvin Bragg,

00:31:27.500 the DA of Manhattan County, New York County. She won't do it because increasingly what we've seen

00:31:33.780 in America is a Democratic Party that is absolutely being run like the Supreme Soviet. 0.73

00:31:39.180 When I was growing up in America in the 70s and 80s, you had a lot of Democrats and Republicans who bucked their national party all the time.

00:31:47.620 All the time.

00:31:49.600 Ed Koch did it in New York City.

00:31:51.180 Mario Cuomo did it somewhat frequently in New York State.

00:31:55.880 They can't do it now.

00:31:56.940 They seem to be unable to do so.

00:31:58.820 And even John Fetterman, who speaks out against his party a lot, at the end of the day, he has voted precious few times against his party.

00:32:05.380 Very rarely.

00:32:06.160 He did it last week when he voted Mark Wayne Mullen out of committee.

00:32:09.180 so it's not a complete all talk no walk from john fetterman i'll give him credit for that

00:32:14.160 but for the most part at the end of the day he doesn't vote with the republicans in any way

00:32:20.060 whatsoever even though he has a big outspoken streak of speaking out against his party and i

00:32:24.620 love what he says when he does so good stuff but he doesn't vote enough to prove it unfortunately

00:32:30.440 did it once did it a couple times so i give him credit for that but that's what we have here

00:32:34.200 in this country right now tough situation now i talked to you uh earlier this half hour

00:32:41.600 about all those cases maybe even looking at them in the news the last couple days

00:32:45.900 where facebook uh the facebook parent meta platform is also owns instagram and whatsapp

00:32:51.540 and google uh because of its youtube social media platform which is it's also a video platform but

00:32:57.840 it can be used to social media and now europe the european union is investigating snapchat by the

00:33:03.000 way, all for the same thing, not protecting children from predators, not protecting undue

00:33:09.340 influence on children, et cetera, et cetera. Okay, fine, I get it. You think it's just the children?

00:33:15.780 You think that as an adult, you're immune from these kinds of things going on on social media?

00:33:22.280 There is one statistic that has been really, really bothering me for the last couple of

00:33:26.800 months, ever since I first saw it. I saw that almost every poll shows that in the last 30 years,

00:33:33.000 and most of the polls were even more specific.

00:33:35.740 They were more like the last 20 years.

00:33:38.280 American men, voting age males in America

00:33:40.700 who have been voting ever since 25 years ago and on.

00:33:44.600 So you're talking about people who are at least 43 years old,

00:33:47.520 probably in their 50s and older.

00:33:50.040 Their voting habits and, more importantly,

00:33:52.680 their belief on certain issues,

00:33:54.140 everything from the death penalty to illegal immigration

00:33:56.580 to taxes, et cetera, et cetera, hasn't changed.

00:33:59.780 there's been less than a one percent change in voting males in america on these major issues

00:34:05.880 and the way they vote no change whatsoever men are for better for worse stuck in where they

00:34:11.040 were 25 years ago women drastically changed to the left 15 20 30 point changes in the way women 1.00

00:34:20.420 have been voting and thinking about major cultural issues and i'm sorry it's not a mystery why

00:34:26.560 the answer is social media and it's and i'm not saying that women are more susceptible 1.00

00:34:31.380 to social media than men are it's just that women are engaging in news and cultural issues more than

00:34:38.760 they ever had before because of social media think about the shows like the today show

00:34:43.700 and the way that that news is different from the nightly news or at least was in the years ago

00:34:48.440 and i know a lot of couples that are very very close whether they're married or they're just

00:34:53.980 dating or whatever but one thing i don't know of any couple doing is scrolling through social

00:34:57.900 media together nobody does that as a group exercise and this to me is the biggest explanation

00:35:03.400 for why women have gone so far to the left in their voting habits men were getting all kinds 0.97

00:35:11.600 of stimuli all over the place they're paying attention to sports they're doing other things

00:35:15.740 it's got nothing to do with better brains or weaker brains or anything else like that or more

00:35:20.060 responsibility or less it's got nothing to do with any of those cultural things if you think

00:35:23.540 I'm trying to make a feminist or an anti-feminist comment, you're wrong. This is just about a new 1.00

00:35:28.080 market that was created. Women looking at major news issues and cultural issues in a different way 0.93

00:35:33.480 than they ever had before and in a larger frequency. And it's pushed them to the left,

00:35:39.260 and it's caused some serious, serious divisions in this country. When we come back here on The

00:35:44.660 Stone Zone, I'm going to have a story that would absolutely shock the world at any time in our

00:35:49.640 history but especially if you were talking about the years of world war ii you're going to be

00:35:53.780 shocked by this story when we come back this is the stone zone with roger stone and he's a great

00:36:00.200 great person roger stone the stone zone

00:36:19.640 this is the stone zone with roger stone roger stone who's a very very one of the smartest

00:36:30.540 political minds roger stone was persecuted people forget he's actually a brilliant brilliant

00:36:35.320 political analyst now get him his own it's the stone zone here's roger stone i'm jake novak

00:36:43.120 filling in for roger stone as we round out this program i promised you some good news let me give

00:36:47.240 it to you fast and furious first the international olympic committee deciding today not to allow men

00:36:53.740 to participate in women's sports in the olympics they're going to do a gene test to make sure that 1.00

00:36:58.460 doesn't happen this of course is basic common sense it's basic decency took too long for this

00:37:04.460 to happen you may recall the 2024 summer games a couple of years ago a biological man won the

00:37:10.920 women's boxing gold medal almost killed some of the people he fought against that probably i think

00:37:16.840 was really the last straw here and good for the IOC for doing that. It's a big win for Donald

00:37:21.760 Trump and for the United States because the Olympics are going to be here in Los Angeles

00:37:25.420 in 2028. It's great to have that cloud lifted over the Olympics. So that's one good news story.

00:37:32.720 Another good news story. I think it's actually the best of all the good news stories, but I

00:37:36.300 don't consider this a surprise in any way whatsoever. Just an amazing incident at JFK

00:37:41.820 airport today a one-year-old toddler baby definitely having some kind of choking incident

00:37:48.720 went limp in the security line and the ICE agents who were positioned along that line immediately

00:37:53.960 saw it when the father called for help was able they were able to administer the Heimlich maneuver

00:37:58.600 to the child and that child is fine don't know if that would have been the result I really don't if

00:38:04.600 ICE agents hadn't been at the airport that's not something TSA agents are likely to go ahead and do

00:38:08.360 I'm not saying that I wouldn't want to try, but that's a great, great story today.

00:38:12.560 Now, the story that just blows my mind, anyone who knows anything about history or culture has to be absolutely blown away by this.

00:38:21.680 This is an incredible story.

00:38:23.140 Just listen to this and pretend you're in 1943 just for a second.

00:38:26.000 Israel is in advanced negotiations right now with Volkswagen in Germany to convert a large Volkswagen car plant in Germany into a factory for manufacturing components for the Iron Dome air defense system.

00:38:44.020 And those components will be used by Iron Dome batteries here in the United States, in Israel and Germany.

00:38:50.620 Germany now relies on Israel for vital aspects of its own defense and Israel is providing it 0.83

00:38:59.860 let me say that again Germany now relies on Israel for vital aspects of its defense 0.64

00:39:08.460 and Israel's happy to provide it for them on their own soil on German soil at a Volkswagen

00:39:15.340 you know who founded Volkswagen the official Volkswagen you don't like Elon Musk founding

00:39:20.580 Tesla. How about Adolf Hitler? Just incredible. What an incredible story. Talk about a turnaround. 0.81

00:39:26.840 Talk about the world upside down, but in a good way. By the way, this news comes on the same day

00:39:31.720 that we learned that foreign investment in the Israeli stock market, the number of foreign-owned

00:39:36.380 trades on the Israeli stock market before the Iran war, 35 percent of daily trading. You know

00:39:41.860 what it is now? 41 percent. This whole illusion, talk about delusions, we've come full circle in

00:39:48.700 this program i started with a list of the five big delusions here in america right now but there's

00:39:52.780 delusions everywhere and one of the delusions is that israel is somehow marginalized somehow on an

00:39:59.700 island of its own and yes in academic worlds and in the addled brain of tucker carlson that's true

00:40:05.740 but in the real world where money tells you what people really think because they put their money

00:40:12.000 where their mouth is or their hearts you know happen to be israel's not isolated it's less

00:40:17.900 and less isolated every time.

00:40:19.460 They make the technology.

00:40:21.060 It makes the resources that people need.

00:40:23.940 And they know in their hearts

00:40:25.060 that it's not a genocidal country.

00:40:27.040 Simple as that.

00:40:28.320 I'm Jake Novak.
