00:01:12.140 What the heck is going on here?

00:01:14.040 Welcome.

00:01:15.160 You are entering The Stone Zone.

00:01:17.540 Yesterday, we interviewed Sam Antar, the criminal fraud investigator,

00:01:22.820 who first uncovered the pattern of mortgage fraud pertaining to New York Attorney General Letitia James.

00:01:32.100 And then late yesterday, President Donald Trump himself jumped into the fray.

00:01:37.060 Let's listen to the president. 0.99

00:01:38.360 I can say unrelated to that, she's a horrible, horrible human being. 1.00

00:01:44.660 And I think she's a total crook. 1.00

00:01:46.000 There's no question about it. 0.99

00:01:47.040 But that's just my opinion.

00:01:48.200 Pam's going to have to do what she wants. 1.00

00:01:49.600 She's a very bad person.

00:01:51.200 She's a very, very bad person who campaigned solely on, 0.99

00:01:55.600 I'm going to get Donald Trump over and over again. 1.00

00:01:58.480 She's a sick person. 1.00

00:01:59.700 But that has nothing to do with what Pam does. 1.00

00:02:03.200 Pam is going to do what's right. 0.97

00:02:04.940 She always does.

00:02:05.960 To put that in context, essentially, the head of the Federal Home Finance Administration,

00:02:15.700 after reviewing the many mortgages and financial disclosures of New York Attorney General Letitia James,

00:02:22.580 made a criminal referral to Trump Attorney General Pam Bondi.

00:02:29.160 What Pam Bondi does with that remains to be seen. 0.99

00:02:31.780 But the president weighed in on the scandal during an Oval Office appearance only minutes after the Attorney General told reporters that she would not discuss anything pending or not within her office

00:02:43.160 when she was asked about the April 14th referral against Attorney General James from the head of the Federal Home Finance Agency, Bill Pulte.

00:02:52.940 The president made his comments, as you saw, jumping into the fray.

00:02:59.320 Now, a spokesperson for Attorney General James, who was denied all wrongdoing, said the Attorney General will not respond to personal attacks.

00:03:08.640 The criminal referral against James cites multiple instances in which James falsified bank documents and property records

00:03:16.520 to acquire government-backed assistance and loans and more favorable loan terms.

00:03:22.960 These include falsifying resident status for a Norfolk, Virginia-based home in order to secure a lower mortgage rate

00:03:31.640 and misrepresenting property descriptions to meet stringent requirements for government-backed loans and government assistance.

00:03:38.280 The president says she's a very bad person.

00:03:42.540 I would remind you that it was Attorney General James who said no person is above the law,

00:03:47.960 and she specifically charged Trump with inflating the value of his assets in order to secure commercial loans.

00:03:57.400 It appears, based on the documentation provided by Antar, that James has done the exact same thing,

00:04:05.920 receiving mortgages far in excess of the appraised value of her properties, among other infractions.

00:04:14.340 Meanwhile, taxpayers could actually be on the hook for the legal bills that the New York Attorney General racks up

00:04:21.220 during this Justice Department probe into her alleged fraudulent real estate dealings. 0.98

00:04:26.160 According to the New York Post, the New York operations budget bill has been amended to include specific language

00:04:34.180 that would allow certain state officials to tap into a $10 million fund to cover any reasonable attorney's fees

00:04:41.820 and expenses incurred as part of a Trump administration-led probe tied to their state-based employment.

00:04:50.060 This seems unreasonable to me.

00:04:52.000 She's being sued over actions she took as an individual rather than in her role as Attorney General. 0.65

00:05:00.720 And you could substitute the words federal government probe rather than Trump administration-led probe.

00:05:07.660 Sources have confirmed that the money is earmarked for use for Attorney General James' legal defense.

00:05:14.080 James, who once again famously declared that no one is above the law when she was wrongfully prosecuting former President Trump,

00:05:21.400 is now trying to grab the public piggy bank to defend her personal crimes. 1.00

00:05:26.340 This bill would cover those who obtained representations by private counsel in response to requests,

00:05:33.120 summons, commands, subpoenas, warrants, investigative interview, or document requests, audit,

00:05:39.080 or legally compulsive processes initiated after January 1st, 2025, by the United States government,

00:05:47.520 in which the employee was or is involved as a result of the employee's New York State employment or duties.

00:05:55.460 New York Republican State Party Chairman Ed Cox called out the move to slip a legal bailout for James,

00:06:03.220 calling it an outrageous abuse of power and a slap in the face to every New York taxpayer.

00:06:10.120 This is what corruption looks like in plain sight.

00:06:13.180 Political insiders rigging the system to protect their own while hardworking families get shortchanged.

00:06:20.380 That's what Chairman Cox said.

00:06:22.160 Tish James used her office to wage a partisan lawfare against her political opponents, 1.00

00:06:27.160 and now New Yorkers are being asked to foot the bill for the consequences.

00:06:31.480 In the meantime, a story broke at the Art Voice, an upstate newspaper,

00:06:37.320 by investigative journalist Frank Parlato reporting on a 2022 lawsuit,

00:06:45.980 which a woman, Sophia Quintanara, 33, claimed that she was sexually harassed by James' chief of staff,

00:06:57.820 a man named Ibrahim Khan.

00:07:00.160 Only months ago, the claims against James in that case were dismissed.

00:07:07.240 But speaking to Quintanara's lawyer, he assured us that that would be appealed.

00:07:13.120 More on that story will be coming up here in the Stone Zone.

00:07:17.780 Meanwhile, in the story that the entire country is watching,

00:07:21.940 Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the FBI is diligently going through all of the Epstein files.

00:07:28.700 This answers a question that has occurred to me for some time.

00:07:32.120 When the FBI raided Jeffrey Epstein's palatial Manhattan home,

00:07:38.780 his exclusive island in the Virgin Islands,

00:07:42.660 his ranch in New Mexico, and his apartment in Paris,

00:07:46.620 they confiscated DVDs and hard drives from his safes

00:07:51.860 that presumably include video of Epstein's clients and his victims.

00:08:01.260 Listen to Attorney General Pam Bondi announcing yesterday what she is doing.

00:08:07.100 James Palmer said yesterday that all the Epstein files are missing.

00:08:10.720 They still haven't heard from you.

00:08:12.800 No, no, the FBI, yeah, the FBI, they're reviewing,

00:08:16.660 there are tens of thousands of videos of Epstein with children or child porn.

00:08:24.780 And there are hundreds of victims.

00:08:27.660 And no one victim will ever get released.

00:08:30.820 It's just the volume, and that's what they're going through right now.

00:08:33.560 The FBI is diligently going through that.

00:08:36.400 I haven't seen that statement, but I'll call him later and find out.

00:08:39.420 So I was perhaps the second author in the country to document the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein

00:08:48.000 in my 2015 book, The Clintons, War on Women. 1.00

00:08:52.580 I know many have been frustrated by the lack of disclosure by the current Justice Department,

00:08:59.600 but I think it is clear from those comments that Pam Bondi has every intention

00:09:04.360 of exposing as much as the material as possible.

00:09:08.620 Now, these videos, one must presume, are both graphic and in some cases perhaps even pornographic.

00:09:15.140 And I think everyone agrees the victims, of course, need to be protected.

00:09:21.720 In the meantime, Virginia Jaffray, who was one of the Epstein victims who did not reach a settlement

00:09:30.780 with Epstein while he was still alive.

00:09:32.620 This would have been after the period in which Epstein was charged with a sex crime in Florida

00:09:37.340 and the time that he was charged federally in New York, was reported only weeks ago to have committed suicide.

00:09:48.320 I interviewed Virginia Jaffray.

00:09:51.400 I have 12 hours of audio tape.

00:09:54.240 I interviewed her for my book, The Clintons, War on Women. 0.94

00:09:57.600 I also read every word of her sworn testimony.

00:10:03.060 I, for one, do not believe she committed suicide.

00:10:05.940 And I would note that she was mysteriously hit by a bus only weeks before it was claimed that she took her own life.

00:10:12.860 And she actually released a statement saying that she was not suicidal.

00:10:17.480 And if she was reported as a suicide, that people should doubt that.

00:10:23.240 Epstein is, of course, the disgraced pedophile financier who died in a New York prison in 2019

00:10:28.880 as he awaited trial for sex trafficking charges.

00:10:33.080 His connections span politics and major industries.

00:10:36.440 And men like Bill Clinton and Bill Gates have already been disclosed as having taken his plane,

00:10:41.000 known as the Lolita Express, to his private island.

00:10:44.700 The investigative journalist, Nick Bryant, was really the first journalist in the country to break this story.

00:10:52.520 It's interesting that when Bryant wrote his reports on Epstein, including Epstein's Little Black Book

00:10:58.620 and the FAA manifest of Epstein's plane, as a freelance journalist,

00:11:04.980 literally no mainstream journalism outlet would publish his stories.

00:11:10.600 Ultimately, it was Gawker that broke these stories.

00:11:14.700 I have all that material in my book, but with attribution to Bryant.

00:11:19.960 But the full extent of Epstein's client list is still not known,

00:11:23.900 including whether he had any further accomplices other than his jailed associate,

00:11:28.640 Ghislaine Maxwell.

00:11:30.120 And Attorney General Bondi has pledged full transparency of the Epstein files.

00:11:36.560 According to Alex Jones, one of the major stories journalist James O'Keefe is about to break concerns Bondi's handling of the Epstein files.

00:11:46.480 This story has been teased by both Jones and O'Keefe online.

00:11:51.520 One of the two big stories he's breaking is about someone in the Trump administration covering up for Epstein, said Jones.

00:11:58.600 And then he put out a video yesterday showing a video of Pam Bondi.

00:12:03.180 I, for one, doubt that.

00:12:05.380 I told the crew over the weekend that it's Pam Bondi.

00:12:08.720 I don't agree with that based on Bondi's statement today.

00:12:12.980 Pam Bondi, the Attorney General and FBI Director Cash Patel, also announced today the rescue of 115 children from the hands of child sex predators.

00:12:22.580 Again, let's listen to Pam Bondi. 1.00

00:12:24.500 Today, we are proud to announce the results of the FBI's Operation Restore Justice Initiative.

00:12:32.520 This historic, unprecedented nationwide operation led to the arrest of 205 child sex predators.

00:12:42.680 Unbelievable.

00:12:44.140 In just five days.

00:12:46.080 This was an incredible operation done in conjunction with the FBI and our prosecutors.

00:12:54.160 Children and their families now have a chance to heal.

00:12:58.500 These are online predators.

00:13:01.280 Think about this.

00:13:03.440 115 victims, victims, children.

00:13:08.240 In five days, we were able to help.

00:13:11.500 So, I know Alex Jones.

00:13:14.640 I also know James O'Keefe.

00:13:16.940 And I know they don't speak lightly.

00:13:18.860 But today's statement by Pam Bondi seems to cut against those claims.

00:13:24.560 I guess we just have to wait and see what O'Keefe, formerly with Project Veritas, releases.

00:13:30.640 But it has certainly gotten an enormous amount of hype.

00:13:34.400 Meanwhile, on the international front, a senior Hamas official has said that the armed terrorist group is not interested in further talks regarding a Gaza ceasefire or a hostage-release deal while Israel continues what he calls its starvation war.

00:13:53.520 Israel has cut off all humanitarian aid from entering Gaza nine weeks ago and later resumed its military offensive, saying it was putting pressure on Hamas to release hostages.

00:14:05.920 But Bassam Naim of Hamas said there was, quote, no point in any negotiations as long as the blockade remained in place.

00:14:14.720 His comments came after Israel's security cabinet approved an expanded offensive, which could see the forced displacement of Gaza's 2.1 million people and an occupation of all the Palestinian territory indefinitely.

00:14:30.660 If you're just tuning in, you're listening in to The Stone Zone.

00:14:33.700 We're going to be talking about the international scene.

00:14:36.120 So, whatever you do, please don't touch that dial.

00:16:21.580 What the heck is going on here?

00:16:23.400 Welcome back into The Stone Zone.

00:16:25.620 If you were tuned in yesterday, you know that we predicted that North Carolina's Republican Senator Tom Tillis would ultimately come down opposing the appointment of the acting U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, Ed Martin.

00:16:41.060 And, indeed, we were right about that.

00:16:44.300 Tillis specifically objects to Martin's dismissal of a number of the January 6th cases and personnel changes he made in the D.C. Department.

00:16:55.420 But it's a little further than that.

00:16:58.220 Sources told The Stone Zone that Tillis actually has told third parties that Ashley Babbitt, the unarmed Air Force veteran who was shot and killed without warning, unarmed and menacing no one, actually deserved it.

00:17:16.240 Tillis is making himself a target for political retribution within the Republican Party, and diverse voices in MAGA world are calling for a 2026 challenge to Tillis.

00:17:31.040 Martin is assured, if he is not confirmed to be the U.S. attorney for D.C., to be appointed to yet another position within the Trump Justice Department.

00:17:43.560 Interestingly enough, Tillis said he was not opposed to Martin.

00:17:47.820 He was just opposed to Martin being the U.S. attorney for D.C. because of his position regarding January 6th.

00:17:56.500 The problem here, of course, is that if this vacancy continues beyond the 20th of the month, then left-wing Democrat Judge Jeb Boesberg gets to name the prosecutor.

00:18:09.500 This, of course, would be a nightmare.

00:18:11.480 Boesberg is the judge who has exceeded his constitutional authority by ruling that Donald Trump does not have, through his administration, the authority to deport illegals and gang members who are in the country and pose a danger.

00:18:30.060 Many, many, many allies of the president have urged the president to suspend habeas corpus, that portion of the Constitution that was suspended by Franklin Roosevelt, suspended by Abraham Lincoln, suspended by Ulysses S. Grant in time of national emergency.

00:18:48.100 Argument, of course, is that we are in a national emergency.

00:18:52.220 20 million illegals let into the country, including a disproportionate number of military-age men, an enormous amount of weaponry, and, of course, the violent gangbangers and gang members. 0.55

00:19:06.760 Well, to me, that would constitute a national emergency.

00:19:10.920 You can imagine the left will go insane, but as long as federal judges exceed their authority and try to thwart the will of the American people in the last election,

00:19:22.120 I think the president has a constitutional duty to protect the safety of the American people.

00:19:28.760 When we return, we'll be joined by Colonel John Mills.

00:19:33.380 He is a national security professional with service in the Cold War, the Peace Dividend, the War on Terror, the War in Chaos.

00:19:40.920 He's the former director of cybersecurity, policy, strategy, and international affairs for the U.S. Department of Defense.

00:19:49.100 He's now a senior fellow at the Center for Security Policy.

00:19:53.080 So please don't touch that dial.

00:19:55.020 You're in the Stone Zone, where we tell you the stone-cold truth, and we let the chips fall where they may.

00:20:01.640 We'll be right back.

00:20:45.660 What the heck is going on here?

00:20:47.460 Welcome back.

00:20:48.760 We're back in the Stone Zone, and now I'm joined by one of my favorite guests, Colonel John Mills.

00:20:54.640 Colonel Mills is a national security professional with service in five eras in American history, the Cold War, the Peace Dividend, the War on Terror, and the World in Chaos, and now, of course, the Great Power Showdown.

00:21:08.520 And he has been active in the fight to save our republic.

00:21:12.740 He's a former director of cybersecurity, policy, strategy, and international affairs at the Department of Defense.

00:21:20.200 And today, Colonel Mills is a senior fellow at the Center for Security Policy, and he writes a lively page on Substack.

00:21:29.340 Colonel Mills, welcome back into The Stone Zone.

00:21:32.140 No, thank you, Roger.

00:21:34.700 Always an honor to be on the show.

00:21:36.840 Thank you so much.

00:21:38.520 So, here is some breaking news I want to get your reaction to.

00:21:42.100 Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna has announced that she is introducing the American Privacy Restoration Act to fully repeal the Patriot Act

00:21:52.380 and strip rogue intelligence officers of their extraordinary mass surveillance powers.

00:21:58.840 Since the passage of the USA Patriot Act in the aftermath of 9-11, she says,

00:22:05.900 the intelligence agency officials have used their mass surveillance tools to settle personal scores,

00:22:12.780 interfere in elections, and spy on untold numbers of innocent Americans.

00:22:18.380 Colonel Mills, what is your reaction to this news?

00:22:21.060 Well, we've gone through this so many times about mass surveillance, and, oh, my gosh, I think it's the Section 702,

00:22:34.120 which was introduced in 2008.

00:22:38.340 I worked on that original package.

00:22:40.100 At the time, it seemed to make sense.

00:22:42.880 It seemed logical.

00:22:44.240 It was targeting foreign terrorists, and then guess what?

00:22:48.500 It was used against us.

00:22:50.460 It was used against you, Roger.

00:22:52.100 It was used against me.

00:22:53.240 It was used against many people.

00:22:55.500 The unmasking episode, Susan Rice, who unmasked people. 1.00

00:23:00.580 The fraud of Russiagate, essentially, had mass surveillance elements to it.

00:23:08.020 So, this is what they do every time it comes up for renewal.

00:23:13.080 People say, ah, we don't want it.

00:23:15.280 We don't want it.

00:23:16.000 And then, you know, essentially, the intelligence agencies, essentially, the big three, depending on certain things,

00:23:23.060 it would be NSA, the FBI, NCIJTF, and DHS.

00:23:27.300 They come together, and they give a dog-and-pony show to Congress, and they reveal the magic of what can be had.

00:23:35.620 And the collection capabilities have just grown exponentially.

00:23:39.500 I'm no longer behind the curtain, don't know what their current status is,

00:23:42.980 but I can assure you the capabilities from when we started in 2007 grew exponentially.

00:23:50.780 And it's intoxicating.

00:23:53.640 When the members of Congress get these briefs, most of them are almost drunk with what they receive,

00:24:01.660 and they go, oh, boy, we've got to have – not only do I like it, I want more of it.

00:24:06.840 And this is the problem.

00:24:09.320 So, it has to be tailored.

00:24:12.300 It has to be tailored to each situation.

00:24:15.660 We need to find a warrant for each event.

00:24:17.500 And they say, oh, things happen too fast.

00:24:19.360 We can't do this.

00:24:20.220 We need broad surveillance.

00:24:22.120 And, again, they give these briefings that blow the socks off of these members of Congress,

00:24:28.620 and they cave and fold and say, oh, yeah, this is – oh, yeah.

00:24:32.260 It's intoxicating when they are exposed to the powers of what can be done.

00:24:37.160 But all magic comes with a price, and just because we can do it doesn't mean we should.

00:24:42.700 Yeah, look, I admit that I was not always a supporter of Congresswoman Ann and of Polina Luna.

00:24:48.100 In fact, I was a critic, but I'm also a big enough man to admit that I was entirely wrong.

00:24:53.880 She has turned out to be a MAGA firebrand. 0.92

00:24:56.500 I think she's done an excellent job at trying to figure out what the government is holding back regarding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert Kennedy, and Dr. Martin Luther King.

00:25:09.740 We talked extensively on this show about the fact that the disclosures from the National Archives have been limited to the JFK assassination records collection,

00:25:23.440 but that there's substantial information, for example, still at the Department of State, the Department of Defense, the IRS, the Army Intelligence, and other places.

00:25:34.620 Again, she today is right on the money.

00:25:38.880 The Patriot Act has been abused.

00:25:40.840 It's not incidental that Judge Jeb Bosberg, the same judge who said Donald Trump does not have the constitutional authority to deport violent illegals who are in this country,

00:25:55.900 is the same judge who oversaw the FISA court's warrants that were used to spy on Donald Trump's presidential campaign.

00:26:04.820 How incredibly coincidental.

00:26:07.860 So, I think this is a necessary move.

00:26:12.220 I know there are neocons in the Republican Party who will not be comfortable with this.

00:26:18.840 Yesterday, I saw Congressman Stubb from Florida also commenting on the fact that nobody from our intelligence agencies,

00:26:28.520 not the Secret Service, not the FBI, has briefed him and other members of the House Intelligence Committee

00:26:35.080 regarding what they know about the two assassination attempts on President Donald Trump,

00:26:41.400 where, to my mind, we still have far more questions than we have answers.

00:26:48.120 We can go through the questions, but they're mind-boggling.

00:26:51.880 How is it that the state police, the local police, Homeland Security, and the Secret Service are aware that there's a man with a gun

00:27:05.220 who's been seen with a rangefinder within the sealed perimeter of Trump's event for 92 minutes,

00:27:12.200 but nobody informs President Trump's direct security detail, and therefore he was not evacuated, as would have been the protocol?

00:27:22.640 How is it that the state, local, and federal authorities are on three separate radio frequencies and cannot speak to each other?

00:27:33.940 Why would they immediately hose down the roof where the man they claimed was the shooter shot from,

00:27:44.040 destroying any DNA evidence?

00:27:47.760 This list goes on and on.

00:27:49.540 What is your take on this, Colonel Mills?

00:27:52.640 Well, going back to, you know, in Butler, you know, Pennsylvania,

00:27:59.240 President Trump was willfully getting economy minus level of protection.

00:28:05.920 There's different tiers of support.

00:28:07.980 They clearly were intentionally going on the cheat to give him maximum exposure.

00:28:13.100 People forget.

00:28:13.800 We still have not totally, to the best of my knowledge,

00:28:16.880 captured all these Iranian assassins that are inside the country. 1.00

00:28:20.480 And the Biden team was intentionally giving economy minus protection in the tiers of protection to President Trump.

00:28:27.020 It was shameful, and we need accountability for this.

00:28:30.620 But that's what was going on.

00:28:32.480 And remember, it was Dr. Jill, who just, for whatever reason, had to go to Pittsburgh that day, which drew even more resources away.

00:28:41.740 So definitely, we were not getting, President Trump was not getting the best attention.

00:28:46.840 This was intentional.

00:28:48.200 They couldn't have cared less if he'd been shot.

00:28:50.360 So we need accountability on everything that was going on.

00:28:54.540 And it's just the cooperation.

00:28:56.400 We don't have all these findings, these mysterious backgrounds.

00:29:01.080 I mean, we're finding out the FBI cover-up.

00:29:06.760 Oh, my gosh.

00:29:07.300 What was the cover-up just exposed on?

00:29:10.000 But it's willful on what is going on here with the FBI and their dismissive, dismissals of motives that are very important.

00:29:23.200 I find the attempted assassination in West Palm Beach even more troubling, hard for me to believe that the suspect, Ryan Routh, who they tell us is indigent, they tell us he's behind in his rent payments, behind in his alimony, lives in Hawaii.

00:29:48.180 How does he afford to fly to the United States?

00:29:51.480 How does he afford to fly to all these European capitals?

00:29:56.200 How does he afford to fly to Ukraine, where we've seen video footage of him?

00:30:02.480 How does he obtain a gun when he's in Florida?

00:30:05.820 How does he hide for some 18 hours outside Trump's West Palm Beach golf club undetected?

00:30:14.000 It just seems highly unlikely that the intelligence agencies have no knowledge of Mr. Routh and his background.

00:30:26.340 Yeah, absolutely.

00:30:27.920 I mean, these are important details.

00:30:32.200 They say no political motive.

00:30:33.980 Are you kidding me?

00:30:35.080 You know, they just and back to the butler shooting, same thing.

00:30:39.800 They don't they just this superficial level of introspection and investigation into these matters.

00:30:48.380 Yeah, right.

00:30:49.700 Ruth in Palm Beach.

00:30:52.000 I mean, come on.

00:30:53.380 That guy was on the golf course.

00:30:55.780 I mean, it wasn't until the last moment he was noticed.

00:30:59.020 How did this happen?

00:31:00.820 This is this was intentional setups to they were trying to get President Trump out of the race one way or another.

00:31:09.800 So this is just unacceptable.

00:31:11.560 But this is this is the absolute politicalization weaponization of these of these agencies.

00:31:18.360 And we've just, you know, from all of these personalities through the years back to Russiagate.

00:31:26.400 You know, we just had extremely toxic personalities that were involved with this. 0.92

00:31:34.080 And this allows these sick people to penetrate.

00:31:37.040 But again, with Ruth and West and Palm Beach, I mean, come on, look at this guy's travel history and his background for Ryan here.

00:31:45.580 I mean, it's just unbelievable.

00:31:47.160 It seems to me that the the intelligence agencies and law enforcement tell us that they cannot get into the encrypted information in the cell phone of Thomas Matthew Crooks.

00:32:00.480 That's the man that they say shot at President Trump and killed Corey Comparatori, the brave firefighter who died shielding his wife and daughter that day.

00:32:13.080 It really aggravates me to see people on social media claim that nobody was shot that day, that the whole thing was a psyop. 0.97

00:32:21.640 It particularly aggravates me when people said that I somehow arranged it, which shows that they're truly mentally ill.

00:32:28.320 But it's interesting that Apple has refused to turn over the contents of Crooks phone, saying it would be a violation of his privacy.

00:32:37.340 Yet Apple was more than happy to turn over the contents of my phone to Robert Mueller and his thugs without even getting a subpoena.

00:32:46.420 Talk about the so-called double standard.

00:32:51.080 And then, as I said earlier, hosing down the roof of the building that Crooks allegedly shot from before testing for DNA reminds me when they hosed out the back of the limousine in which John F. Kennedy was shot within an hour of that murder.

00:33:10.820 I mean, the fact that this is a cover-up is, I think, extraordinarily easy to see.

00:33:19.820 What I wonder is whether President Trump himself or his FBI director have demanded answers from the Secret Service because the public story really defies credibility.

00:33:32.820 That Crooks acted alone seems unlikely to me.

00:33:35.660 We've seen video footage of him and still photos of him talking on the telephone.

00:33:41.480 Who is he talking to?

00:33:42.980 Obviously, somebody.

00:33:45.360 We also know that just average citizens see him on the roof with a gun.

00:33:52.040 They're shouting about it.

00:33:53.800 Yet those in law enforcement take no action.

00:33:56.800 And then it's pretty clear that the government's counter sharpshooter has Crooks or whoever was shooting from the roof in their sights.

00:34:07.360 But instead of shooting and killing him, which is what the protocol would require in the case of a of a presidential candidate who's a protectee of the Secret Service,

00:34:17.380 they wait until he gets off eight shots before he's killed.

00:34:21.820 I find that deeply troubling.

00:34:24.100 Yeah, absolutely.

00:34:26.620 It was the San Bernardino shooting from years ago where Apple, the public story is Apple would not help.

00:34:34.420 I tend to believe I have a different view of it.

00:34:37.640 But there's also now there is a lawsuit from the San Bernardino case where the FBI was able to get support to unlock the phone of the San Bernardino shooter from years ago.

00:34:51.880 OK, this was like 2016.

00:34:55.440 There was an Australian firm named Asimus that it looks like the FBI contacted to unlock the phone.

00:35:02.840 Again, I still think Apple may have unlocked the phone themselves and that they wanted to play dumb and pretend they didn't do it.

00:35:12.740 But but come on, look, this is we unlocked the San Bernardino shooter.

00:35:16.780 Why have we not done the same routine to unlock Crooks phone in Butler, Pennsylvania?

00:35:23.420 I mean, this is just we got a long list of gigs we got to go through at all these three letter agencies. 0.88

00:35:31.880 But I mean, this should be at the top of the stack to figure out, you know, who, who, you know, but what was going on in Butler?

00:35:39.340 What was going on the Mar-a-Lago golf course?

00:35:42.880 What was going on here and who knew what and when did they know it?

00:35:46.520 All right. If you're just tuning in, folks, you're listening to The Stone Zone.

00:35:50.480 We're talking to Colonel John Mills and Colonel Mills has written extensively about the power struggle going on inside Communist China.

00:35:58.820 When we come back, I'm going to ask him about that power struggle and what it means for the United States.

00:36:04.320 So whatever you do, please don't touch that dial.

00:36:06.800 We'll be right back in The Stone Zone after these messages.

00:36:52.220 What the heck is going on here?

00:36:54.140 And we're back in The Stone Zone.

00:36:55.980 We're talking to Colonel John Mills.

00:36:58.380 He has a lively set of postings on Substack.

00:37:02.300 He's there as Colonel Rett, meaning retired.

00:37:05.300 Colonel Rett John Mills, urge you to check it out.

00:37:09.280 It's where I go for geopolitical and foreign policy as well as national security information.

00:37:15.400 Colonel Mills, welcome back into The Stone Zone.

00:37:18.060 What's going on in China today?

00:37:20.020 What is this power struggle that you have written about?

00:37:22.120 Oh, horrendous power struggle going on inside of China.

00:37:27.840 And this is the tariffs have punched the communist Chinese in the face. 0.77

00:37:33.500 Now, fake news would have it.

00:37:36.540 Oh, boy, it's so horrible in America because of this.

00:37:40.620 These tariffs.

00:37:42.000 Look, yeah.

00:37:43.200 I mean, yes, maybe we're not getting inexpensive slave labor product from China.

00:37:48.320 Most Americans can put up with that and see the villainy of what's going on from China. 0.99

00:37:54.340 But China needs us far more than we need them.

00:37:58.900 And the tariffs have brought factories to an absolute standstill.

00:38:06.000 There's just a bazillion containers that have been left behind on the docks that didn't meet the April 9th cutoff.

00:38:15.000 Sailings have been canceled.

00:38:16.980 Mass layoff, unrest in the streets, and Xi is replacing his generals and admirals.

00:38:25.840 I can't even keep it.

00:38:26.860 It's faster than the Israelis knock out the IRGC commanders. 0.78

00:38:31.080 I can't even keep track.

00:38:32.960 And he is so massive, massive unrest inside of China.

00:38:37.960 We have the cards when it comes to tariffs with China.

00:38:42.940 And that is an absolute punch to the face.

00:38:48.820 And that's because President Trump is a businessman and he has great people working for him, Scott Besant and others,

00:38:57.680 that know the power of our tariffs on shaping the behavior of communist China.

00:39:04.120 Pete Hegseth, in the meantime, has been talking about reorganizing our Defense Department.

00:39:09.680 Let's listen to Pete Hegseth.

00:39:10.740 No more pronouns, no more climate change obsession, no more emergency vaccine mandates, no more dudes in dresses. 0.73

00:39:23.460 We're done with that.

00:39:24.700 Colonel Mills, we've got about a little more than a minute.

00:39:33.420 Your assessment of the Secretary of Defense.

00:39:36.920 Oh, this is, Secretary Hegseth is doing an absolutely fantastic job and all his staff.

00:39:42.140 This is, look, this is real.

00:39:45.280 The absolute destructive, corrosive, cancerous nature of DEI and CRT cannot be understated in its horrible effect in reducing combat effectiveness of the Department of Defense.

00:40:04.340 We are under Biden.

00:40:05.660 We spent more than ever before and the military shrank and was less ready than ever.

00:40:10.420 But we spent more than ever.

00:40:12.180 But the military was less ready than ever.

00:40:14.560 This is absolutely crazy.

00:40:16.480 A former friend of mine, a general, was just shooting his mouth off on LinkedIn today.

00:40:23.300 And it shows the heinous nature of so many of these generals and admirals that they think nothing about what the Biden team was up to.

00:40:35.400 And they applaud DEI and CRT.

00:40:38.140 But how dare Donald J. Trump and MAGA transform the military back into its constitutional parameters?

00:40:48.060 I mean, this is, we got a lot to do, but we're absolutely on the right path with Hegseth.

00:40:54.120 And we got to just jump on the gas pedal.

00:40:56.260 All right, we have to leave it there.

00:40:57.940 I want to thank our guest, Colonel John Mills.

00:41:00.140 Also, thank our many listeners out there in the Stone Zone.

00:41:04.340 Thank you for joining us.

00:41:05.820 And until tomorrow, God bless you and Godspeed.
