00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:05.840 Welcome. You are entering the Stone Zone.

00:00:09.260 We've got one big, beautiful show for you today.

00:00:12.600 Well, the audio recording of Joe Biden's interview with Special Counsel Robert Herr,

00:00:21.380 who was investigating Biden for his retention of classified documents

00:00:27.120 that he was never entitled to hold on to, either as a U.S. senator or as vice president.

00:00:34.040 Only a president is allowed to hold on to classified documents,

00:00:39.820 to retain them under the Presidential Documents Act, has now finally been released.

00:00:46.220 Back during the election, you may recall, they released a transcript of that interview,

00:00:53.080 but they refused to release the actual audio.

00:00:56.580 Richard Nixon tried that in Watergate when it was learned that he had taped his conversations in the White House.

00:01:03.420 He released a full transcript, but the media, the courts, the Congress insisted that they have the actual audio tapes.

00:01:15.300 The courts ultimately ruled that Nixon must release them.

00:01:19.000 Release them. He did.

00:01:20.580 And it cost him his presidency.

00:01:23.020 Unfortunately, the media, the Democrats, the Congress didn't demand that Joe Biden release the actual audio tapes of his interview.

00:01:34.180 Perhaps if they had, he might have dropped out of the race for president earlier.

00:01:39.680 The audios, recorded in October 2023, show Biden struggling to make sense, struggling to answer simple questions about the date of Trump's election,

00:01:52.460 the date of his own son's death.

00:01:56.300 His handlers insisted that it was her who heartlessly raised the questions of Beau Biden's passing,

00:02:04.400 when we now know it was Biden himself who raised those questions.

00:02:09.280 The real disgrace here is the fact that being in American politics for 50 years and having a lot of friends in both parties,

00:02:19.620 although that may be hard to believe, everyone knew, every major Democrat I knew,

00:02:25.880 every major reporter I knew, every one of them knew that Joe Biden was slipping mentally.

00:02:33.060 He was slipping mentally during the 2020 election.

00:02:38.020 He was not already there.

00:02:40.180 By the end of his run, he was literally a vegetable.

00:02:45.420 I think he was a rutabaga, actually. 0.99

00:02:47.420 But let's listen to these Democrats covering for Joe Biden.

00:02:51.080 Does the president have the stamina, physically and mentally, do you think, to continue on even after 2024?

00:02:58.360 Don, you're asking me this question.

00:03:00.420 Oh, my gosh.

00:03:01.280 He's the president of the United States.

00:03:03.220 You know, he, I can't even keep up with him.

00:03:05.980 The most difficult part about a meeting with President Biden is preparing for it,

00:03:11.920 because he is sharp, intensely probing and detail-oriented and focused.

00:03:18.440 I can testify, because I've been working very closely with this president for the past two years.

00:03:22.460 I've been knowing him for 30 years.

00:03:23.960 And I'm telling you, this guy's tough.

00:03:25.840 He's smart.

00:03:26.740 He's on his game.

00:03:27.640 Joe Biden has vision.

00:03:29.060 He has knowledge.

00:03:30.400 He has a strategic thinker.

00:03:33.140 The president is focused.

00:03:35.440 He's detail-oriented.

00:03:36.980 He's always thinking about the big picture.

00:03:39.340 He's engaging.

00:03:40.360 He is capable.

00:03:41.600 He has an incredible record as president.

00:03:43.940 And I'm often with him on foreign trips.

00:03:47.300 He's at the top of his game.

00:03:49.560 So he has a vision.

00:03:50.560 He has knowledge.

00:03:51.700 He has judgment.

00:03:53.200 He has a strategic thinking.

00:03:55.160 I, you know, met with the president, I don't know, five or six weeks ago, and he seemed fine to me.

00:03:59.860 I have complete confidence in the president.

00:04:02.100 I have watched him expertly guide meetings of staff and cabinet members.

00:04:08.380 I could not have more confidence in the president.

00:04:11.460 I would just tell you that I meet frequently with the president.

00:04:15.340 And every single time I meet with him, he is just fine.

00:04:20.380 But he is, again, knowledgeable, wise.

00:04:24.900 Incredibly sharp, incredibly probing, incredible command of the details.

00:04:30.240 He is sharp.

00:04:31.620 He is on top of things.

00:04:32.920 There is nothing to these challenges, these suggestions that somehow he's not sharp and he's not capable.

00:04:39.320 We see Joe Biden up close.

00:04:41.200 We know how attuned he is to the issue.

00:04:44.340 And you're going to see how smart he is and the experience he has.

00:04:47.860 I say his age is an asset.

00:04:50.720 He's wise.

00:04:51.780 Yes, he's wise.

00:04:53.120 He has wisdom.

00:04:54.000 He has experience.

00:04:54.920 And his experience because of his age and his wisdom has been invaluable to this country.

00:05:01.880 A lot of countries, people who've been in office a longer period of time, are praised for their wisdom.

00:05:07.460 I have seen a lot of 72-year-olds not as capable as this 80-year-old.

00:05:14.440 It is hard for us to keep up with this president.

00:05:17.580 His mental acuity is great.

00:05:19.520 It's fine.

00:05:20.660 It's as good as it's been over the years I've been.

00:05:22.860 He's fine.

00:05:23.600 All this right-wing propaganda that his mental acuity has declined is wrong.

00:05:27.760 And this kind of sense that he's not ready for this job is just a bucket of BS.

00:05:31.460 It's so deep, your boots will get stuck in it.

00:05:38.120 There you have it.

00:05:39.300 Lie after lie after lie after lie.

00:05:42.200 They ask us to believe what they say.

00:05:44.800 Rather, we saw with our own lines.

00:05:46.600 The fact that he would sometimes read the stage directions from his teleprompter.

00:05:51.340 That he was constantly falling down.

00:05:54.080 That he didn't know which way to exit the stage.

00:05:58.300 That he could very, very rarely finish a thought, never mind a sentence.

00:06:03.000 Which a number of neurologists told me was a classic sign of the onset of senile dementia.

00:06:10.540 I said so at the time.

00:06:12.860 It is highly questionable now as to who was it who signed all of these pardons.

00:06:19.980 Last December, the Democrats forged Joe Biden's signature, commuting over 1,500 sentences for convicts, including a number of convicted murderers.

00:06:32.940 It was the single largest day act of commutations and pardons in American history.

00:06:38.720 I was pardoned by President Donald Trump because I was subjected to a Soviet style witch hunt in which the judge withheld exculpatory evidence from my defense attorneys.

00:06:51.960 In which the jury forewoman lied during jury selection and during the trial, claiming she never heard of me, didn't know who I was, knew nothing about the case in which she had been selected as a juror.

00:07:05.060 Only to learn that for the 19 months prior to my trial, she had been attacking me and President Trump by name on her Twitter and her Facebook pages.

00:07:15.040 But had those on a private setting so they could not be seen during the time that each prospective juror was was determined in terms of their fitness to serve.

00:07:28.940 So the auto pen now is emerging as a major issue.

00:07:33.840 The pardons Joe Biden signed for his cronies, for example, Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, Liz Cheney and others, not to mention Dr. Fauci, those are likely signed by auto pen.

00:07:54.800 But the ones that are more disturbing to me are those for the hardened criminals that he signed.

00:08:02.620 These make no sense at all.

00:08:04.880 So, for example, Terrence Richardson and Verone, Claiborne, they were convicted of the murder of a Sussex County, New Jersey police officer.

00:08:13.200 They never expressed any remorse.

00:08:15.780 Both pardoned.

00:08:17.180 Adrian Peeler was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder and drug charges relating to the killing of Karen Clark and her eight-year-old son, Leroy B.J. Brown.

00:08:27.740 Pardoned.

00:08:28.220 Leonard Peltier was convicted of murdering two FBI agents.

00:08:34.160 Pardoned.

00:08:35.180 Brandon Council was convicted of murdering two women, Katie Skeen and Donna Major.

00:08:41.940 Pardoned.

00:08:42.760 David Barron convicted of murder in a drug-related conspiracy case.

00:08:47.980 Pardoned.

00:08:48.900 Charles Jones convicted of murder during an armed robbery.

00:08:53.580 Pardoned.

00:08:54.080 William Conahan convicted of racketeering tied to a cash-for-kids scheme, sending juveniles to a four-private jail for kickbacks, with some cases involving violent offenses.

00:09:08.480 Pardoned.

00:09:09.080 Leron Graham was convicted of leading a drug conspiracy involving fentanyl, cocaine, and heroin, with prior guilty pleas to charges of coercering young women into sex work through violent means, including brutally beating victims on a near-daily basis.

00:09:26.940 Pardoned.

00:09:28.020 James Edward Jones convicted of murder in a drug-related conspiracy case involving a shooting during a turf dispute.

00:09:37.900 Pardoned.

00:09:38.540 James Barber convicted of murder in 2001 for the killing of Dorothy Epps in Alabama during an armed robbery.

00:09:47.760 Pardoned.

00:09:49.200 Kenneth Williams convicted of murder for a hire, killing Cecil Boren during an escape from an Arkansas prison where he was serving a life sentence for a prior murder.

00:10:00.960 Pardoned.

00:10:01.920 Robin Peoples convicted of drug trafficking and firearms possession, with charges tied to a violent drug conspiracy involving at least one murder.

00:10:12.740 Pardoned.

00:10:13.280 Ronald Reed convicted of murder for the killing of a police officer in Minnesota, once again, pardoned.

00:10:23.840 So, who was wielding the auto pen?

00:10:28.500 We'll be right back, and we'll be talking more about PenGate, as I call it.

00:10:33.700 You're listening to The Stone Zone.

00:11:18.860 The Stone Zone.

00:11:20.960 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:11:23.440 We were talking before the break about Joe Biden's pardons, at least those signed with an auto pen.

00:11:32.620 This list continues.

00:11:36.000 James Edward Jones, convicted of murder for a drug-related conspiracy case involved during a shooting during a turf dispute.

00:11:43.180 James Barber, convicted of murder in 2001 for killing a woman during a robbery in Alabama.

00:11:49.060 Kenneth Williams, convicted of murder for killing Cecil Boren during a prison escape.

00:11:55.460 Ronald Reed, convicted of murder for the killing of a police officer in Minnesota during a bank robbery.

00:12:01.520 William Egbert, convicted of murder for killing a rival drug dealer in a turf dispute in Ohio.

00:12:08.860 This list goes on and on, but what is, I think, significant about them is that none of these people expressed remorse.

00:12:17.700 There does not also seem to be any record of them having appealed for a pardon, petitioned for a pardon.

00:12:26.680 Back in March, the Oversight Project gathered every document they could find with Biden's auto pen signature,

00:12:32.600 discovered every one of his pardons used the exact same auto pen signature, except for the announcement that he was dropping out of the election

00:12:40.900 and the actual signature on Hunter Biden's pardon.

00:12:46.240 President Trump has said that Biden's auto pen pardons are both null and void,

00:12:50.140 and he said so very strongly in a statement on social.

00:12:56.320 Whoever had control of this auto pen has created the biggest scandal.

00:13:01.820 Neera Tandrin and Steve Nelson appear to be the two Biden aides reportedly who had the authority to unilaterally determine

00:13:09.820 what documents would be robosigned.

00:13:13.400 Special prosecutor may have to be assigned to look into this comprehensive scandal.

00:13:19.360 Meanwhile, Secretary Pete Hegseth has ordered the Pentagon to launch a comprehensive review

00:13:24.600 into the catastrophic 2021 Afghanistan withdrawal.

00:13:28.680 Secretary of Defense has instructed the Pentagon to open this review.

00:13:33.140 President Joe Biden, you will remember, removed troops from Afghanistan in 2021,

00:13:37.240 following up on an existing plan from the first Trump administration in 2020

00:13:41.680 with Taliban leaders to end the war in that region.

00:13:45.920 Unlike the Trump plan, however, Biden did not use the comprehensive drone technology that we had.

00:13:54.600 That would have pinned the Taliban down, allowing them to take control literally of billions of dollars worth of sophisticated military equipment.

00:14:05.620 Could have destroyed that equipment as another option, but President Biden did not do so.

00:14:12.260 Up until auto pen gate, this could be the greatest single scandal in U.S. history.

00:14:19.840 Democrat Eric Swalwell, you remember him.

00:14:22.980 He was the one who was penetrating a Chinese communist spy who was penetrating his office.

00:14:29.540 He was a member of the House Intelligence Committee.

00:14:32.960 Even after his dalliance with a red Chinese spy became public, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi

00:14:39.400 allowed him to continue to have access to classified documents.

00:14:43.840 He said yesterday that the charge indictment of McIver had crossed a line and he issued a warning saying that members would continue to show up at these ICE facilities.

00:14:58.780 Now, Democrats' argument that they have oversight authority, it's not clear that that's true,

00:15:04.340 that their oversight authority has to be connoted by the Oversight Committee.

00:15:09.180 But put that legal argument aside, no member of Congress has the right to physically assault any law enforcement officer.

00:15:18.860 McIver, of course, claims the charges are purely political.

00:15:22.220 In other words, I guess she says it's OK for her to physically assault a law enforcement officer.

00:15:28.840 Tom Homan, I saw him on Fox last night.

00:15:31.480 He won't stand for it.

00:15:32.800 Anyone who attacks a law enforcement official or an ICE official is going to find themselves prosecuted.

00:15:40.480 We're going to be following this story very closely.

00:15:44.020 The Supreme Court has now allowed the Trump administration, by a vote of 8 to 1,

00:15:48.440 to end the temporary protective status for 300,000 migrants who came to the United States from Cuba,

00:15:54.420 Haiti, Nicaragua, or Venezuela.

00:15:57.720 So the court's efforts to negate the results of the last election appear to be at an end,

00:16:06.740 and the deportion of dangers and violent illegals can continue.

00:16:11.960 Coming up in the Stone Zone, we're going to talk to Sam Antar. 0.97

00:16:15.560 Sam Antar is the fraud investigator who uncovered the daisy chain of mortgage fraud

00:16:24.660 by Attorney General Letitia James, who has now been referred to the U.S. Justice Department for prosecution.

00:16:33.660 My sources tell me that this is the least of Letitia James' problems, 1.00

00:16:37.740 that the U.S. Justice Department is now investigating the fact that she was aware of the fact that

00:16:42.780 Standard Charter Bank in New York was violating Iran's sanctions to the tune of millions of dollars,

00:16:49.540 but she looked at it the other way and did nothing.

00:16:53.140 You can look for that news to break here shortly.

00:16:56.080 Also, there is an additional claim now of a woman who has come forward claiming that Attorney General

00:17:03.240 Letitia James covered up sexual harassment of this woman by her chief of staff, as well as sexual assault. 0.97

00:17:10.540 The woman in question has now passed two polygraph tests.

00:17:14.380 I believe you'll be hearing more about this in the days ahead as well.

00:17:19.340 So Letitia James is about to learn, as she put it so eloquently, no person is above the law.

00:17:26.060 And that includes Letitia James.

00:17:28.860 Again, when we come back, Sam Antar with whitecollarfraud.com is going to lay out the case

00:17:38.540 against Letitia James regarding mortgage fraud and some of his newest revelations.

00:17:44.640 Whatever you do, don't touch that dial because we'll be right back in the Stone Zone in just a few minutes.

00:17:49.600 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:18:00.060 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:18:04.760 And we're back in the Stone Zone.

00:18:08.460 Joining us now is Sam Antar.

00:18:10.740 Sam Antar is a fraud investigator.

00:18:14.500 He is the editor and publisher of whitecollarfraud.com.

00:18:19.220 His career has had an interesting trajectory.

00:18:21.820 He himself was once convicted in one of the largest security frauds in American history,

00:18:27.160 paid his debts to society, and after getting out of prison,

00:18:31.660 has dedicated his life to helping law firms, governments, and others ferret out corruption

00:18:37.800 in both public and private entities.

00:18:40.800 He's one of the sharpest investigators and analysts I have ever met.

00:18:44.520 You should check out his website, whitecollarfraud.com.

00:18:49.040 It was Sam Antar and another documentary filmmaker and investigative journalist,

00:18:54.340 Joel Gilbert, who undercovered an indisputable series of acts of mortgage fraud

00:19:02.760 by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

00:19:07.200 Letitia says it's all politics.

00:19:09.180 There's nothing here to say.

00:19:10.320 Let's listen to Letitia James. 1.00

00:19:12.000 I went to Howard University.

00:19:15.320 That overturned legal segregation in this country.

00:19:18.420 I've been taught in those classrooms where Thurgood Marshall once taught.

00:19:22.800 I'm not afraid of no president.

00:19:25.260 Donald Trump, we're ready for you.

00:19:26.880 We're coming for you.

00:19:29.500 That sounds to me like a woman who's in full panic. 0.98

00:19:32.720 Listen to her here.

00:19:34.600 It's that stone of hope that gives me a fire in my belly each and every morning.

00:19:39.540 It's that stone of hope that allows me to wake up and to stand to Donald Trump

00:19:43.340 and to say, Donald Trump, I'm not afraid of you.

00:19:45.240 I smell panic is what I smell because she's guilty and she knows she's guilty.

00:19:51.320 The documents prove he's guilty.

00:19:53.480 These are not allegations.

00:19:55.160 These are not claims.

00:19:56.400 These are not assertions.

00:19:57.940 This is whole solid documentation.

00:20:01.480 These are sworn documents.

00:20:04.580 Sam, if I did what you have proven she did, well, they'd be charging me.

00:20:10.220 So, Sam, tell us about this pattern of fraud that you have detected.

00:20:16.080 Okay.

00:20:17.100 What happens is she was buying a property in Norfolk, West Virginia, with her niece.

00:20:25.600 And the property was purchased as joint tenancy with rights of survivorship.

00:20:31.220 When she originally was purchasing the property, she claims, well, she shows an email whereby she did not want the property to be her primary residence.

00:20:45.500 That was on August 2nd or 3rd, 2023.

00:20:51.040 But 14 days later, she signs a power of attorney saying that she intends to occupy the premises with her niece as their primary residence.

00:21:05.080 And that document was witnessed by two key people in her office.

00:21:10.780 One who happens to be the deputy attorney general of New York.

00:21:15.220 The mortgage eventually closes based upon the power of attorney that she's going to occupy the property, but she never occupies the property. 0.61

00:21:25.560 The other item is, is that this was done a few weeks before the Trump trial, where she's basically, where she's suing Donald Trump for mortgage fraud.

00:21:35.460 So, when she signs that power of attorney, she claims it was a mistake.

00:21:40.420 So, she never intended to occupy Virginia.

00:21:42.800 She claims, okay, if that's the case then, okay, why wasn't the loan corrected?

00:21:49.260 Why wasn't the rate reset higher?

00:21:52.140 Why wasn't anything fixed?

00:21:54.920 Because she had the benefits of a loan that was underwritten based upon the fact that she was going to occupy the property with her niece. 1.00

00:22:06.860 And she didn't.

00:22:08.380 So, she's not a mistake.

00:22:10.340 So, just to clarify this, by claiming that the property would be owner-occupied by she and her niece, not both, not either, but both, she got a lower mortgage rate.

00:22:21.000 Is that correct?

00:22:22.240 That is correct.

00:22:23.440 Also, probably lower insurance.

00:22:25.980 But that's another thing.

00:22:27.580 So, she's saying it's a mistake.

00:22:29.480 If it's a mistake, then, why wasn't it corrected?

00:22:33.120 Why was the mortgage underwritten based upon her sworn statement, which was a sworn power of attorney, where she said that she was going to occupy the property?

00:22:45.020 All right.

00:22:45.780 That is her main problem.

00:22:48.040 Well, as you have pointed out, if she made the Virginia property her principal residence, which she signed under oath of power of attorney saying she would do, she would be legally ineligible to be the attorney general of New York.

00:23:05.360 And I checked the law immediately upon her declaring residency in another state, the seat would be vacated. 0.99

00:23:13.000 And then, of course, if she signed a document saying she would move and she didn't, well, then she is guilty of mortgage fraud.

00:23:20.700 Continue.

00:23:21.040 Continue.

00:23:22.240 Okay.

00:23:22.540 Now, her lawyer, after the Justice Department referral, in other words, the FHSA, the Federal Housing Finance Administration, referred this case to the Justice Department.

00:23:36.300 Her lawyer wrote a letter of response saying that there was another document that was filed after the power of attorney that was on August 17th.

00:23:48.700 So you have an email that says that she's not going to occupy it.

00:23:52.480 I'm sorry.

00:23:53.020 She has an email saying she's not going to occupy it on August 2nd, August 3rd.

00:23:57.600 She has, on August 17th, the power of attorney that contradicts the email.

00:24:01.980 And then he has this third document that he refers to that also says that she's not going to occupy the property after she said she was going to occupy the property.

00:24:11.760 However, when he did the letter to the DOJ, that third document, which was subsequent to the power of attorney, he points to the email that was dated before the power of attorney.

00:24:26.600 In other words, the claim that there was another subsequent document, that document never existed.

00:24:33.760 In fact, she doesn't even refer to it when she did that hour breakfast yesterday in her speech.

00:24:39.420 In other words, that excuse now disappears. 0.94

00:24:42.180 So Lowell's timeline is completely garbage. 0.78

00:24:46.680 It is completely discredited, so to speak. 0.57

00:24:51.040 But in any case, even if she signed the third document subsequent to the power of attorney that contradicts the power of attorney,

00:24:57.500 it wouldn't matter because the mortgage is underwritten based on the power of attorney.

00:25:02.480 It is interesting to me that she claimed to have this document, which no one has ever seen.

00:25:08.740 And the New York Times just wrote it as a fact, even though I doubt they've ever seen it because, well, it doesn't exist.

00:25:14.960 Now, there's another issue, although I should point out the FBI Director Cash Patel has now confirmed his agents are actively investigating this mortgage fraud case

00:25:23.940 and reporting directly to him and to Deputy Director Dan Bongino.

00:25:27.700 There's also a credible report that a federal grand jury has been convened in Virginia to examine Letitia James' actions in this particular matter.

00:25:39.980 Now, there's a different issue.

00:25:42.260 That is her qualification earlier for a so-called HAMP loan, which is a loan of which you get a mortgage for an investment property.

00:25:51.800 But as I understand it, it's an investment property that has to be four units and under rental properties, which she claimed.

00:26:01.060 But didn't you and documentary filmmaker, investigative reporter Joel Gilbert visit that property so you could examine with your own eyes whether it was four units or five?

00:26:13.540 We visited the property, Joel, first of all, let me just say this.

00:26:19.080 Joel was the one that uncovered the HAMP fraud.

00:26:22.340 We visited the property.

00:26:25.440 And we saw that there was five doorbells, one for each apartment.

00:26:30.120 Also, when I got the Con Ed records, there was one electric meter for each of the five apartments plus a common area.

00:26:39.780 And, of course, the certificate of occupancy, which is the ruling document, says it's five units.

00:26:45.720 Now, right after that, right after that, somebody has filed a complaint with the Department of Building saying that the building is not in conformance with the certificate of occupancy.

00:26:59.420 In other words, there's four units that she claims instead of five units that the certificate of occupancy says.

00:27:05.820 Well, the building's department went there and inspected it and said there's five units.

00:27:10.280 Everything is fine.

00:27:11.520 In other words, they don't know that she's misrepresenting it as four units.

00:27:15.480 So she's fried on that one, Tom.

00:27:17.500 Once again, she's able to qualify for this mortgage rate based on a false statement. 0.98

00:27:24.400 If you're just tuning in, we're talking to Sam Antar.

00:27:27.140 You can check out his reporting at whitecollarfraud.com.

00:27:31.160 This is a perfect example of no person being above the law.

00:27:35.880 That includes New York Attorney General Tish James.

00:27:38.860 When we come back, we're going to talk about the fact that Tish and the New York Democrats think that you, the taxpayer, should pick up the tab for her legal defense,

00:27:46.880 even though these actions have nothing to do with her official duties.

00:27:50.500 We'll be right back with Sam Antar right here in the Stone Zone. 0.90

00:27:53.620 So whatever you do, don't go away.

00:27:55.340 We'll be right back in the Zone.

00:27:56.840 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:28:01.160 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:28:13.020 And we're back in the Stone Zone.

00:28:15.660 Talk about the law of unintended consequences.

00:28:18.380 When the New York State Legislature amended a state law to extend the statute of limitations so a woman named E. Jean Carroll could accuse President Donald Trump of a sexual assault,

00:28:34.080 little did they know that there would be subsequent sexual harassment and assault cases filed against Mayor Eric Adams, Governor Andrew Cuomo, and Senator Kevin Parker.

00:28:45.320 Parker now says the law, which he co-sponsored, the amendment, is unconstitutional.

00:28:51.040 How about that?

00:28:52.640 Letitia James is trying to use this crucible to raise money. 1.00

00:28:59.580 She has a new fundraising appeal out.

00:29:02.760 She's going to need the money for her legal defense because it appears that New York State Republicans have blocked legislation in which Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York Democrats wanted the New York taxpayers to pay for Letitia James' legal defense, 0.99

00:29:19.320 even though these actions, as outlined by Sam Antar here today in the Stone Zone, have nothing to do with her official duties.

00:29:29.460 It has to do with her own personal conduct and a, I would say at this point, a 22-year span of 10 different mortgage applications,

00:29:45.280 every single one of which has some material problem.

00:29:50.160 And then, Sam, there's the question of her public filings.

00:29:54.380 As an elected official, she has required public filings about her own finances,

00:30:01.540 but sometimes she shows rent from these properties on her disclosures.

00:30:07.740 Other years, that disappears.

00:30:09.460 Then it reappears a year later.

00:30:12.440 Her filings appear to me to be a mess, no?

00:30:15.680 Yes, that is correct.

00:30:16.940 Take, for instance, every year she has to file an ethics form with the New York State Board of Elections. 1.00

00:30:26.300 And that form has a financial statement that's attached to it.

00:30:31.720 How many assets she has, how many liabilities she has, certain things she doesn't have to disclose,

00:30:36.500 but let's talk about what she has to disclose.

00:30:39.260 Okay.

00:30:39.940 She has two properties in Virginia.

00:30:42.640 One is the one that she intended to make a primary residence that she didn't. 0.89

00:30:48.140 That's the subject of a major fraud investigation by the DOJ.

00:30:53.160 That property is nowhere to be found on our financial statements, and it's supposed to be there.

00:30:58.880 The mortgage is nowhere to be found on our financial statements, and it's supposed to be there, too.

00:31:03.540 There's another Virginia property where the property is listed on our financial statements,

00:31:09.740 but the mortgage that she took out when she bought the property is not listed on our financial statements,

00:31:16.260 but there are two mortgages that are not in the property records that are listed on our financial statements.

00:31:24.920 So, in that property, she lists two mortgages that don't appear in the property records,

00:31:30.320 and one mortgage that does appear in the property records is not on the financial disclosure.

00:31:36.540 And then you have the Brooklyn property also that she has,

00:31:40.080 where there's one property that she lists on our financial disclosures.

00:31:43.900 It's nowhere to be found on any property databases.

00:31:49.280 She, of course, claims that this is all about retaliation.

00:31:52.680 It's all about revenge.

00:31:53.680 In all honesty, there's a great editorial in the New York Post as to what the delay is

00:31:59.300 in Trump's appeal of the unprecedented prosecution of Donald Trump by Letitia James.

00:32:08.660 Remember, she claimed that he inflated the value of his assets in order to get commercial real estate development loans,

00:32:18.980 all of which were paid back on time and in full.

00:32:22.360 In fact, those making the loans made $40 million in interest.

00:32:26.140 Every one of them said that they would be willing to do business with them again.

00:32:30.760 They, of course, were not permitted to testify at that rigged trial.

00:32:35.060 I don't know a single lawyer who doesn't believe that that, I think it is a $580 million, I think, judgment can be reversed.

00:32:46.880 So, yes, there is lawfare.

00:32:49.480 There is a politically motivated prosecution.

00:32:51.840 But it isn't by Donald Trump.

00:32:54.800 It is by Letitia James.

00:32:57.460 I think that decision gets reversed.

00:33:00.660 I think it gets reversed soon, although I'm beginning to wonder what's taking so long.

00:33:06.280 Also, one has to give credit to Bill Pulte, who is the chairman of the Federal Home Finance Agency.

00:33:13.460 His investigators went out to confirm everything that Joel Gilbert has publicly reported.

00:33:22.380 And by the way, if you go to whitecollarfraud.com, you can see that he links to all of the actual documents.

00:33:28.900 So, you have to take his word for it.

00:33:30.860 You can see it right there in black and white.

00:33:34.240 But upon finishing the investigation by FHFA, he sent a letter to the Department of Justice recommending criminal charges.

00:33:48.020 And we now know that there is both an FBI investigation and a Virginia-based grand jury has been impaneled.

00:33:57.840 Also, as I said earlier in the show, sources tell me that there is now a federal investigation into whether Letitia James,

00:34:08.500 as well as the Biden Justice Department, looked the other way at a New York financial institution that was violating Iranian sanctions.

00:34:21.280 We're not talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars here.

00:34:24.240 We're talking about tens of millions of dollars.

00:34:27.720 I expect that story to break any day now.

00:34:32.060 Once again, she's going to claim this is retaliation or this is revenge. 1.00

00:34:37.160 No, this is a rebalancing of the scales of justice so that we have one justice system, not two, and that all public officials are treated equally.

00:34:49.200 In the end, Letitia James, she can go with the fiery rhetoric. 1.00

00:34:54.880 I'm not afraid of no Donald Trump, no President Donald Trump. 0.98

00:34:59.240 This woman is university educated, talking like a ghetto rat. 1.00

00:35:05.860 This is, I guess, part of the idiom. 0.98

00:35:08.220 It's not going to work.

00:35:09.620 This is not a political prosecution.

00:35:12.060 Again, you can go to the documents at whitecollarfraud.com and see that everything Sam Antar has discussed with us today is accurate.

00:35:25.260 A final point here.

00:35:26.860 We only have about two minutes.

00:35:29.440 Joe, you also, pardon me, Sam, you also found that there was a lot of missing documentation regarding her state expense account,

00:35:38.160 that she had used a charter service to fly on the taxpayer's dime, but there was no documentation about whether those flights were to go to political events.

00:35:51.180 Tell us about that.

00:35:51.860 Six flights, $41,000, three to four of which we can identify that took place during political events.

00:36:01.660 I sent out a FOIA, FOIA request, Freedom of Information Law request, to both the New York State Attorney General's office and the New York State Comptroller's office.

00:36:16.540 Now, the Comptroller's office gets back to me.

00:36:19.460 There's no documents.

00:36:20.760 I appeal.

00:36:21.840 They say there's no documents.

00:36:23.300 All they give me is a spreadsheet.

00:36:25.180 I say, where's the contracts that are listed on the spreadsheet?

00:36:28.400 Where are the contracts?

00:36:30.200 There's no contracts.

00:36:31.160 In other words, zero, zero, zero.

00:36:34.180 Her office now needs an extra two months to accumulate the documents if they have the documents. 1.00

00:36:40.960 Now, how can the Comptroller of the State of New York not have any documents?

00:36:46.340 Flight manifests, you know, trip documents, nothing.

00:36:52.040 Zero documents pertaining to these trips.

00:36:55.680 It just, mind boggles me to think that they don't have the documents.

00:37:00.460 Now, what's going to happen is all these flights, they have to, the charter carrier has to keep records, and the feds are going to get it from the charter carrier when they continue their investigation.

00:37:13.840 So, this thing is going to get much more water.

00:37:16.820 It's going to not just involve mortgage fraud.

00:37:19.600 It's going to involve mail fraud with financial filings with New York State.

00:37:23.680 It's going to also involve possible campaign funds, government theft, funds that she took from the government to pay for campaign funds. 0.92

00:37:34.740 It's also, I've heard, I've seen some articles about the sex abuse scandals that she covered up in her office.

00:37:41.780 But, this lady is in for a long, long run in prison. 1.00

00:37:47.120 Well, remember, no person is above the law.

00:37:49.540 All right, I'm going to thank our guest, Sam Antar.
