00:20:36.540 But the reality is, add that $1.7 million that he raised, entirely, all of it, every single penny of it,

00:20:46.680 was raised from bundlers.

00:20:49.080 People, professionals that bundle money for candidates, and then they turn it over to the candidates.

00:20:55.660 So this was not a grassroots campaign.

00:20:58.480 There was a 27,641-row spreadsheet that I went through.

00:21:05.260 I ran it through AI, three AIs, okay?

00:21:08.560 Every single contribution was handled through bundlers.

00:21:14.060 In other words, despite having over 4.5 million social media followers spread across many platforms,

00:21:20.480 nobody went to his campaign site, pressed the button, and organically donated money from him.

00:32:16.060 Sam has analyzed the campaign fundraising of Zoran Mondami's campaign.

00:32:23.080 He calls it the Mondami deception because of the $1.7 million that he raised,

00:32:28.980 that was then matched by New York taxpayers to give him a war chest of $7 million plus.

00:32:35.920 Not a single dollar of that, according to Sam Antar, came from any small donor who utilized the donate button on the campaign website.

00:32:46.340 In fact, most of that money came from wealthy bundlers.

00:32:51.600 Sam, you had another statistic here.

00:32:55.260 Yes.

00:32:56.140 100% of the money that he raised was not organically.

00:33:00.320 It was raised through bundles.

00:33:01.800 But here's where it gets interesting.

00:33:03.000 94% of it came from a single bundler.

00:33:07.340 And that bundler raised $1.6 approximately of the $1.7 million.

00:33:12.440 Now, when you go through the campaign disclosures of all candidates,

00:33:17.160 this one bundler raised 10 times more money than bundler number two on the list for other candidates.

00:33:25.920 In other words, second place was about $150,000 or $60,000.

00:33:29.400 This guy was at $1.6 million.

00:33:33.840 So you have a very centralized campaign.

00:33:36.960 You don't have a grassroots where people are going and saying,

00:33:40.040 wow, he's a great candidate, blah, blah, blah, blah.

00:33:41.920 And they're donating to him directly.

00:33:44.960 All of the money has been through bundlers.

00:33:48.960 Specifically, 94% of it has been through one single bundler.

00:33:54.400 Now, other campaigns use bundlers, yes.

00:33:58.660 But not to the extent that if you see 30%, 20%, 5%, 2%, we get that.

00:34:04.820 But this is 100% to bundlers, 94% one individual.

00:34:09.720 So basically, this guy, of course, has tried to position himself in a populist as a guy challenging a corrupted system.

00:34:18.580 And in many ways, strangely enough, until you get into the specifics of his agenda, it sounds like Donald Trump.

00:34:24.200 He's an outsider challenging a corrupted, crony-ridden system.

00:34:28.380 It turns out that most of his campaign money actually came from New York taxpayers who had to subsidize his campaign through the campaign matching system.

00:34:39.260 And frankly, I still believe that there is no way Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa will withdraw his candidacy and endorse another candidate.

00:34:48.400 I think he's in it to win it.

00:34:50.860 Eric Adams seems every bit as determined to run as an independent.

00:34:55.640 It's unclear whether former Governor Andrew Cuomo, who still maintains a hold on a substantial block of voters, will stay in the race as an independent, although he did qualify to run as an independent.

00:35:09.700 And therefore, there's a reasonable probability that if the, let's call it the pool of sane voters, non-communist, non-socialist voters, is split between three candidates of different ideologies, that this fraud could actually become mayor.

00:35:31.020 It's a chilling prospect, but I think it is a very real and genuine possibility.

00:35:35.960 I want to go back to Attorney General Letitia James.

00:35:39.180 She has emerged as Mamdami's number one cheerleader.

00:35:43.500 But Sam, you undercovered a 20-plus year serial mortgage fraud.

00:35:52.260 And her response has been that although she wasn't truthful on sworn documents, that there's no crime here.

00:36:01.700 You have a minute and 30 seconds to explain why that's wrong.

00:36:04.780 That's absolutely wrong.

00:36:07.120 First of all, if you make a false statement on the mortgage, even if the bank doesn't rely upon it, even if the bank doesn't suffer damages, it's a federal crime under, I think it's statute 1014, 1041, whatever the hell it is.

00:36:24.740 It doesn't matter.

00:36:25.780 She committed a federal crime.

00:36:27.840 Now, she bought the property in Brooklyn in 2001, and immediately, instead of listing it five families or more, because it was a five-family unit house, okay, she listed one unit, two unit, three units.

00:36:42.700 That saved a lot of money on the mortgages that saved a lot of money on the mortgages and also meant less down payments than normal people would have had.

00:36:51.080 Because five or more tenants is considered a commercial building.

00:36:56.920 And this is based upon the CFO, which is a publicly filed document, and it says five units.

00:37:05.340 She says it's four.

00:37:06.660 It's kind of like, okay, I'll buy an entire apartment building and take it from – you can't just do that, okay?

00:37:11.720 You have to change the CFO.

00:37:13.860 That's the governing document.

00:37:15.720 That is the law of the land in New York City.

00:37:18.360 She also has properties in Virginia, kind of like the same MO.

00:37:23.240 False filings on mortgages, false declarations on mortgages, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
