00:01:43.560 Well, in the wake of a CIA-released report last week that fingered former CIA director John Brennan as the main perp in the orchestration of the phony Russian collusion hoax,
00:02:01.180 the FBI has now opened a formal investigation into Brennan, as well as to Kray's former FBI director James Comey.

00:02:14.900 Now, it is my view, expressed yesterday, that based on my own sources, the CIA's report was kind of a shallow dive into the intelligence agency's misconduct
00:02:29.820 in the launching of what was a completely politicized and politically motivated operation known as Crossfire Hurricane.
00:02:40.000 The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Rick Crawford, has gone public to say that the CIA's report is woefully inadequate,
00:02:52.060 that actually continues some of the same cover-up of these extraordinarily important issues.
00:02:59.660 His committee has been working on a more comprehensive report for eight months.
00:03:04.540 And I think it is Chairman Crawford's view that the CIA review was put out quickly to try to preempt the House Committee report.
00:03:15.880 The House Committee report, however, contains a great deal of classified information,
00:03:22.360 and therefore it will require declassification by the President of the United States before it can be released.
00:03:29.940 I'm highly confident that the President will make those documents public.
00:03:35.420 But the FBI director certainly had more than enough probable cause, based on the CIA report put out by CIA Director Ratcliffe,
00:03:46.960 to open the investigation into both Brennan and Comey.
00:03:51.400 Both Brennan and Comey have a serious problem in that they made false statements to Congress
00:03:57.200 and therefore could face perjury charges.
00:04:01.060 They have been widely accused, perhaps no more loudly by anyone other than me,
00:04:05.920 of abusing their power to perpetrate the conspiracy to undermine President Trump.
00:04:11.300 They believe they were above the law, they acted recklessly,
00:04:15.600 and now the chickens may well be coming home to roost.
00:04:19.160 Now, I was charged with lying to Congress, specifically lying about the Russian collusion hoax.
00:04:24.940 But then that's not possible because there was no Russian collusion.
00:04:29.940 In fact, Hakeem Jeffries posted on Twitter that I made a deal with President Donald Trump
00:04:36.660 to lie to cover up his misdeeds in return for a pardon.
00:04:41.440 If Hakeem Jeffries was not a member of Congress, I could sue him for that falsehood,
00:04:47.400 but he hides behind his status as a member under the debate clause.
00:04:54.100 Congressman, if you're listening, if you want to waive your congressional immunity,
00:04:58.380 I'd be happy to see you in court.
00:05:01.680 News of the impending charges come after the CIA review,
00:05:05.580 which outlined that John Brennan essentially pushed for the so-called Steele dossier
00:05:14.100 to be included in President Barack Obama's intelligence community assessment.
00:05:21.660 At the time, Brennan knew that the Steele dossier was a fabrication.
00:05:28.100 He knew that it had been paid for by Hillary Clinton's campaign.
00:05:32.500 He knew that it had been compiled by a former British intelligence agent
00:05:38.380 for a company called GPS Fusion.
00:05:42.680 And they used the Steele report despite veteran intelligence officers
00:05:48.680 warning repeatedly that it was a fugazi,
00:05:52.020 and then lying about what they did after the conspiracy blew up in their faces.
00:05:57.740 Brennan actually testified before Congress in May of 2017,
00:06:02.500 where he stated that the Steele dossier was not in any way
00:06:06.600 the basis for the intelligence community's assessment
00:06:09.540 that Russiagate was built off of.
00:06:13.040 That is a material misstatement, and therefore a chargeable crime.
00:06:18.660 Brennan stated years later before Congress
00:06:21.120 that the CIA was very much opposed to having any reference
00:06:24.600 or inclusion of the Steele dossier in the intelligence community assessment.
00:06:29.960 That, of course, may be true to an extent,
00:06:33.460 but unfortunately it was the CIA director himself, John Brennan,
00:06:37.920 who enthusiastically pushed in favor of including the fake Steele dossier
00:06:43.460 in the ICA report that was given to Barack Obama.
00:06:49.020 Now, if you don't know John Brennan, he has quite a background.
00:06:52.360 He admitted on a lie detector test to being a member of the Communist Party
00:06:58.040 and to supporting the Communist Party candidate for president three times.
00:07:03.340 He was also the CIA station chief in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia,
00:07:09.000 where he personally approved the visas for four of the men
00:07:14.380 who were involved in the 9-11 attack on America,
00:07:19.640 the so-called hijackers.
00:07:21.400 Brennan also got caught red-handed spying on a Senate committee
00:07:27.820 that was investigating CIA director John Brennan's illegal use of torture.
00:07:36.760 We also have a report from former CIA and, pardon me,
00:07:41.980 former FBI counterintelligence officer John Guandolo,
00:07:46.880 who insists that in an elaborate ceremony in Riyadh that Brennan converted to Islam.
00:07:55.920 In fact, he converted to Wahhabism, which is the most virulent and radical form of Islam.
00:08:04.780 Then, of course, there is NSA director James Clapper.
00:08:08.560 You remember him.
00:08:09.260 He's the guy who said under oath that the intelligence agencies were not collecting data on any American citizen
00:08:18.520 and that there was no metadata collection program in place.
00:08:25.220 Of course, all of that was disproved by Edward Snowden
00:08:30.540 when he released documents proving that Clapper was lying.
00:08:35.960 As it comes to the Russian collusion case,
00:08:39.800 former NSA director Clapper stated falsely before Congress
00:08:43.880 that the team that put together the intelligence community assessment
00:08:47.520 was not to draw on it as a source for the intelligence community assessment,
00:08:51.960 so you won't find a footnote using the dossier as a source.
00:08:56.100 In other words, he too lied about the use of the Steele dossier.
00:09:01.500 Because these deep state hacks put the Steele dossier in the appendix of their ICA,
00:09:08.320 their intelligence community assessment,
00:09:10.700 they thought they could slyly claim it was not used to devise the Russiagate scam.
00:09:16.980 But now that they have been caught,
00:09:19.680 and this is the thread that when pulled by the Trump administration
00:09:24.100 can bring down the entire deep state enterprise,
00:09:27.840 it's time for the Trump administration to become ambitious
00:09:30.460 in going after the interests of those who likely truly committed treason
00:09:35.500 to sabotage Trump's first term.
00:09:39.380 It's time for a messy public example to be made of
00:09:42.480 John Brennan, James Comey, James Clapper,
00:09:46.580 former deputy director Andrew McCabe,
00:09:49.280 and particularly assistant attorney general,
00:09:53.020 in this case acting attorney general, Rod Rosenstein.
00:09:57.060 Rosenstein actually testified before Congress
00:09:59.480 that he never approved the investigation into Roger Stone.
00:10:03.040 Yet we have the document that he signed on October 17th of 2018
00:10:09.660 when he did exactly that.
00:10:12.260 Once again, a material statement,
00:10:15.000 a violation of the False Statements Act.
00:10:17.540 In order to violate the False Statements Act,
00:10:20.000 your false statement must first of all be willful,
00:10:22.820 but secondarily it must be material,

00:11:09.960 I said that in my sworn testimony.

00:11:14.240 I have a text message from Credico,
00:11:16.960 which has been authenticated,
00:11:18.580 which the judge would not allow my lawyers
00:11:20.880 to enter into evidence in my defense.
00:11:24.240 This is what you call a Soviet-style show trial.

00:11:30.860 to hold these government officials accountable.

00:11:55.260 to the infamous Wuhan Research Lab
00:11:57.980 over the course of a decades-long span.

00:12:03.160 no formal agreement with the lab
00:12:04.720 with little or no oversight
00:12:06.740 over the dangerous operation.
00:12:09.620 USAID money resulted in 11,000 viral samples
00:12:14.500 being exported from the Wuhan province of China
00:12:18.700 over to Wuhan
00:12:20.000 through a $210 million public health grant
00:12:24.960 called PREDICT.
00:12:26.980 One of the viruses that was part of the USAID transfer
00:12:30.400 is closely tied to the infamous COVID-19 virus.
00:12:37.020 In response to this news,
00:12:38.840 a senior state department told the Daily Caller
00:12:41.780 investigations involving USAID's
00:12:44.860 former front of Global Health Awards
00:12:47.160 remains active and ongoing.
00:12:50.000 The American people can rest assured
00:12:51.860 knowing that under the Trump administration,
00:12:54.200 we will not be funding those programs again.
00:12:58.220 But we know that Dr. Anthony Fauci,
00:13:01.620 under questioning from Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky,
00:13:05.180 specifically denied funding the gain of function
00:13:10.360 of the COVID-19 vaccination in the Wuhan lab,
00:13:16.600 and that too was a lie.
00:13:18.940 Now, Fauci has a preemptive pardon from Joe Biden,
00:13:25.200 but it was signed by an auto pen.
00:13:27.200 And the way to test that preemptive pardon
00:13:29.440 is to charge Dr. Fauci.
00:13:32.860 He will argue in his legal defense
00:13:34.940 that he can't be prosecuted
00:13:36.540 because he's been pardoned,
00:13:38.540 and therefore the legality of the auto pen pardon

00:16:00.620 any sovereign nation may make a nomination.

00:16:06.240 the Indian tribe from Louisiana

00:16:10.160 So they have nominated President Trump.
00:16:13.340 Trump has also been nominated for the Peace Prize
