00:00:00.480 Did you know that St. Luke's University Health Network, based in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania,

00:00:05.680 has been recognized by the U.S. government as the highest performing health system in the United

00:00:10.720 States for quality? You heard right. St. Luke's number one recognition affirms our status as the

00:00:16.400 top leader among the most respected healthcare providers in the nation, including Houston

00:00:21.200 Methodist and the Mayo Clinic. To state it simply, if you want to receive the best care when you go

00:00:26.480 Go to a hospital? Come to St. Luke's.

00:00:30.660 The Stone Zone.

00:00:32.600 Entertaining and informative.

00:00:34.740 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:38.920 You are now entering the Stone Zone.

00:00:42.460 Well, ever since Vice President D. Vance, speaking at the Nixon Presidential Library,

00:00:48.940 said correctly that President Richard Nixon was taken down by the same insidious deep state forces

00:00:56.480 to take Donald Trump down. We've had a renewed interest in the presidency and the events

00:01:02.600 surrounding Richard Nixon's takedown, but also his accomplishments as presidents. They

00:01:08.000 call it Nixon maxing. And it is really the brainchild of two brilliant young guys, James

00:01:14.840 Byron, who was the chief executive officer of the Nixon Foundation and the young marketing

00:01:21.040 director there. They're using memes on Instagram, X, YouTube, and so on to launch this completely

00:01:29.840 new interest in our 37th president. If I have anything to say about it, I guess it would

00:01:35.740 be, well, I told you so. It is amazing to watch. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump gave

00:01:43.660 a national address to the nation last Thursday, although if you were watching network television,

00:01:49.980 and you wouldn't have known it because CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, and the rest of the lame stream media

00:01:57.320 refused to carry the president's remarks. I find that really odd in view of the fact that they

00:02:02.880 carried Joe Biden's national address in which he basically said that anyone who disagreed with him

00:02:10.280 politically was a dangerous extremist. That speech they carried. You may remember that speech. It was

00:02:16.240 a very, very dark speech. Later on in the show, Chris Jersky joins us. Chris Jersky is an election

00:02:23.840 integrity expert. He is the head of an organization called the People's Audit that is set up to help

00:02:31.180 have honest, fair, free elections. We're going to talk about his analysis of the president's remarks.

00:02:37.800 I, of course, expected that when the president of the United States announced that 200 million

00:02:44.260 voter records from the United States had been purloined 0.99

00:02:48.620 by the Communist Chinese, and more importantly, 0.65

00:02:51.980 our intelligence services, the FBI, the CIA, and so on,

00:02:56.760 had kept that information from him, I of course expected that, well,

00:03:00.820 somebody would be arrested the next day. Of course, that

00:03:04.320 didn't happen. We're going to talk about that later with Chris Jersky, but right now

00:03:08.760 federal authorities are investigating what the FBI

00:03:12.760 describes as an anti-government attack outside of 26 Federal Plaza in lower Manhattan. I know

00:03:19.240 that building well. That's where former President Richard Nixon had his office in his post-presidential

00:03:24.820 years. He spent many hours in that building. According to the FBI, a suspect allegedly deployed

00:03:30.660 an incendiary device outside the federal building, which houses offices for the Immigration and

00:03:36.900 Customs Enforcement Department, better known as ICE, the Department of Homeland Security,

00:03:42.340 the FBI, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, as well as the Social Security

00:03:48.440 Administration. Federal agents reportedly rushed from the building with weapons drawn

00:03:53.080 before the Federal Protective Service officers took a suspect into custody. Authorities identified

00:03:58.800 the suspect as one Andrew Arabaca. Investigators also said he carried a sign reading ICE off

00:04:06.780 our streets. It's not wintertime. In fact, it's so hot, you could fry an egg on the sidewalk.

00:04:12.740 The FBI's New York Joint Terrorism Task Force is now leading the investigation into this attack.

00:04:19.440 Police reportedly recovered a firearm connected to the incident, although officials have not

00:04:23.660 confirmed whether it was found on the suspect. You know, the political messaging surrounding

00:04:28.780 this attack cannot be ignored. For years now, violence associated with far-left causes

00:04:34.420 has often been minimized as isolated unrest,

00:04:38.400 even when federal law enforcement officers were increasingly vilified by radical leftists and politicians.

00:04:45.200 Groups like the ADL and the Southern Poverty Law Center told the feds to look the other way

00:04:51.220 and focus on President Trump and his supporters and other so-called white supremacists.

00:04:57.200 Well, that's not me.

00:04:58.640 As a result, the radical leftist threat has only misastasized.

00:05:01.860 New York City Mayor Zoran Mamdami called the incident deeply disturbing, but his movement has played a significant role, in my view, in dividing this country and radicalizing these disturbed liberals.

00:05:15.380 The anti-ICE organizations that were part of the coalition to elect Mamdami have created a dangerously hostile climate towards the men and women enforcing federal law, people who are just doing their jobs. 0.64

00:05:26.980 The Trump administration has warned that far-left political violence must be treated as domestic terrorism, and I agree.

00:05:34.200 I would argue this is probably the most pressing threat to the future of our nation,

00:05:38.580 other than the question that we don't seem to be able to have a free, fair, and honest election.

00:05:43.780 But Antifa must be considered somewhat like ISIS.

00:05:47.420 They're enemy combatants, and I believe they must be treated as such.

00:05:51.700 Meanwhile, it was great to see President Donald Trump take center stage at Sunday's FIFA World Cup final at the Met Stadium right there in New Jersey,

00:06:01.420 joining Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney as the leaders of the tournament's three host nations watch Spain face Argentina.

00:06:12.480 President Trump was seating along First Lady Melania Trump, who has always looked great,

00:06:17.900 and near FIFA President Gianna Infantino.

00:06:21.560 Before kickoff, the president was shown the World Cup trophy and was expected to join Infantino

00:06:26.380 in presenting it to the winning team after the match.

00:06:30.040 Speaking with Fox Sports before the game, President Trump raised the tournament as beautiful

00:06:36.200 and said that international visitors have been given a chance to see what a great country America is.

00:06:41.640 The appearance capped another moment for a president who has made a point of showing up for the biggest events in sports.

00:06:48.280 Trump also attended the Super Bowl, the NBA Finals, and, of course, the UFC events connecting with fans beyond Washington's political class.

00:06:58.280 White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt called the visit a fitting conclusion to a tournament that demonstrated America's ability to host the world on the grandest stage.

00:07:08.780 Now, many Europeans and foreigners who've come here have been astounded about how beautiful a hospital a country of the United States is,

00:07:15.440 despite the false and biased media coverage indicating the contrary that you see abroad.

00:07:20.740 They're surprised when they get here.

00:07:22.720 President Trump also signaled that he'd like to see the United States hold a future World Cup of its own.

00:07:28.040 Left-wing activists attempted to inject politics into the finals by distributing red cards and urging fans to protest Donald Trump.

00:07:35.740 and President Infantino during the trophy presentation,

00:07:39.980 but those futile efforts seem to mostly fizzle out.

00:07:44.000 The image here was unmistakable.

00:07:46.420 America hosting the world and the quintessential American president

00:07:50.100 proudly displaying our nation on the global stage.

00:07:54.240 Meanwhile, if you've had trouble breathing, you're not alone.

00:07:57.700 We've all been choking with smoke from the Canadian fires.

00:08:01.060 President Trump is demanding accountability from Canada

00:08:05.260 as wildfire once again pours across the border

00:08:08.180 and threatens the health of millions of Americans.

00:08:11.880 In what I would have to call a blistering true social post,

00:08:15.820 President Trump said the economic damage caused by Canada's failure to manage its forests

00:08:20.240 should be added to existing tariffs on Canadian goods.

00:08:24.340 The president accused the Canadian officials of neglecting basic forest management,

00:08:29.600 including brush clearing and debris removal,

00:08:32.020 allowing dangerous smoke to become a costly annual crisis now for the United States.

00:08:38.460 Trump called the polluted air dangerous and totally unacceptable,

00:08:42.380 arguing that American families, businesses, and taxpayers

00:08:45.480 should not be forced to absorb billions of dollars in damage

00:08:49.120 caused by another country's negligence.

00:08:51.460 More than 100 million people reportedly under air quality alerts last week

00:08:56.100 with smoke affecting major cities including Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit,

00:09:00.620 and, yes, Washington, D.C.

00:09:03.420 Concerns were also raised about conditions surrounding last night's World Cup final in New Jersey.

00:09:08.800 Thankfully, those concerns did not come to fruition, and the game could be played without interruption.

00:09:14.440 The Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney, responded by emphasizing clean energy policy

00:09:19.580 and criticizing America's energy production as if this is our fault.

00:09:24.620 This is a typical response from a bureaucrat who wants to shirk responsibilities.

00:09:28.940 However, Canada has neglected its responsibility to properly maintain its forests, and its national government has failed to prevent predictable disasters from repeatedly harming their neighbors.

00:09:41.400 This is bureaucratic incompetence and malevolence at work, and it needs to be punished through tariffs.

00:09:47.920 President Trump said he's planning to speak directly to Carney about Canada's response, but Prime Minister Carney is no doubt dreading that call.

00:09:55.640 The bottom line is that America should not pay the price for foreign mismanagement.

00:10:01.500 Whether the damage comes from unfair trade, illegal immigration, or polluted air crossing the border,

00:10:07.560 the United States has every right to defend its citizens and to demand compensation.

00:10:13.120 Canada will have to suffer the economic consequences if it doesn't get its wildfire situation under control.

00:10:20.600 Meanwhile, the Trump administration is putting states on notice they must secure their elections, clean up their voter rolls, or their federal grant money will be going bye-bye.

00:10:30.600 Homeland Security Secretary Markway Mullen said participation in the Save Election Integrity Program will become a condition for states seeking DHS funding connected to federal elections.

00:10:43.940 Finally, some actual consequences.

00:10:46.080 The program allows states to work with federal officials to identify potentially ineligible voters and to strengthen voting system security.

00:10:55.280 President Donald Trump announced Thursday that the Department of Homeland Security had been ordered to alert states about suspected non-citizens on their voter rolls and demand the immediate removal of anyone legally ineligible to vote.

00:11:09.840 Secretary Mullen said that states seeking federal reimbursement must secure their voting machines and regularly scrub their voter registration lists.

00:11:18.120 The standard, he argued, is that only legally eligible American citizens should be choosing American leaders.

00:11:25.820 Seems like common sense to me.

00:11:27.280 The Department of Homeland Security has identified more than 250,000 potential non-citizen registrants in California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Nevada alone. 0.50

00:11:40.280 I mean, the sheer number of these illegals who potentially could vote in elections underscores why accurate voter rolls matter. 0.77

00:11:47.720 When there's bad data in the system, they can enable widespread fraud. 0.95

00:11:51.660 Of course, the Democrats, they know this.

00:11:53.580 That's why it's down to a science during the fraudulent presidential election of 2020.

00:11:59.420 Regardless of the obfuscations of the Democrats, protecting election integrity is not voter suppression.

00:12:05.440 It's actually the foundation of public trust.

00:12:08.500 Every illegal ballot risks canceling the vote of a lawful voter,

00:12:12.660 and states accepting federal election money should be expected to meet basic security requirements without exception.

00:12:20.240 Secretary Mullen also criticized major television networks, as I did earlier,

00:12:24.920 for declining to carry President Trump's historic election security address just last week,

00:12:30.440 accusing the media of ignoring legitimate national security concerns.

00:12:34.760 The administration has not wavered in its stance that citizenship must mean something,

00:12:39.260 that voting laws must be enforced,

00:12:41.940 and that federal taxpayers should never subsidize states that refuse to protect the ballot.

00:12:47.840 It's time to cut off the states that run elections like a third-word biblical.

00:12:53.580 Meanwhile, comedian Shane Gillis has delivered a knockout blow to cancel culture on Friday night.

00:12:59.740 The Pennsylvania native sold 77,047 tickets to a solo performance at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia,

00:13:08.780 setting a new Guinness World Record for comedy ticket sales.

00:13:12.640 Nearly 74,000 people packed the home of the Eagles, surpassing the previous attendance record set in Berlin that was back in 2008.

00:13:20.480 The achievement is particularly satisfying because Gillis was once treated as radioactive by the entertainment establishment.

00:13:28.040 In 2019, Saturday Night Live hired him, then they fired him before he ever appeared after old podcast jokes were dragged into the outrage machine and declared politically incorrect.

00:13:39.220 But you see, the public here had other ideas.

00:13:41.260 Instead of disappearing, Gillis built his audience directly through YouTube, podcasts, touring, and Netflix specials, his 2021 special, Live in Austin, and his 2023 Beautiful Dogs helped turn him into one of the biggest and hottest comedians in America.

00:13:57.220 Over the past two years, he has sold more than one million tickets and broken attendance records at arenas across the country.

00:14:05.040 The record-setting Hometown Triumph for Gillis featured many celebrities across the spectrum, including Dave Chappelle, Meek Mill, Jason Kelsey, Cooper Dijon, and Jordan Maitalana, but Gillis also shattered Kevin Hart's previous stadium record in Philadelphia.

00:14:23.100 So the message could not be clearer. Cancel culture is losing its iron grip on society.

00:14:28.840 Americans are tired of humor being policed by corporate gatekeepers and professional scolds.

00:14:34.620 These creeps almost destroyed comedy completely in the 2010s and has never been based on market demand.

00:14:40.840 It was censorship based on rigid ideological bounds.

00:14:44.480 Your comedy had to be politically correct.

00:14:46.740 Of course, you could always get an audience if you would just attack President Donald Trump.

00:14:50.480 The people clearly want comedians who are fearless, honest, and politically incorrect.

00:14:55.400 Shane Gillis was supposed to be canceled.

00:14:57.300 Instead, he came back bigger, louder, and more successful than ever.

00:15:01.340 I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone.

00:15:03.260 Don't go away because we'll be right back.

00:15:07.480 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:15:14.480 Rogerson was persecuted.

00:15:15.720 People forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst.

00:15:18.820 Now, get in the zone.

00:15:20.600 It's the Stone Zone.

00:15:22.600 Here's Roger Stone.

00:15:25.680 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.

00:15:28.220 Coming up next, Chris Jersky, who is the head of the People's Audit, joins us to talk about whether America can have a fair, free, honest election in 2026.

00:15:40.300 You're going to want to stick around for that.

00:15:42.220 The Republican National Committee is taking six states to court over election laws that allow people who have never lived in those states to cast absentee ballots. 0.75

00:15:51.140 Republican National Chairman Joe Gruters, a longtime friend of mine, says if you have never lived in a state, you should not be deciding its elections, a notion that to me seems like common sense.

00:16:03.620 The legal challenge follows a Republican victory in North Carolina, where a judge struck down a law allowing citizens born overseas who had never lived in the state to vote using their parents' former address.

00:16:15.360 Now, the Republican National Committee has noted that the lawsuits do not target military personnel, diplomats or other Americans protected under federal overseas voting laws.

00:16:26.400 Instead, they focus on civilians with no service record, no genuine residency connection beyond a relative's old mailing address.

00:16:34.280 Nevada could be the biggest test. Nevada is a state that mails an absentee ballot, a mail-in ballot, to everyone on the voter rolls, whether they request one or not.

00:16:44.080 Last time I was actually in Nevada, a guy showed me five separate ballots, all of them mailed to him at the same address.

00:16:50.860 I said, what is this?

00:16:52.100 He said, well, one of them is me.

00:16:53.700 I said, well, who are the other four?

00:16:54.940 He said, those are people who rented my apartment prior to my living there.

00:16:59.320 I said, and they're still actively on the voting list.

00:17:01.420 He said, well, if I was dishonest, I could have cast all four of these votes, which, of course, would have been a federal crime.

00:17:07.820 I said, well, who are the other people?

00:17:10.060 He said, well, two of them are dead.

00:17:11.800 One of them still lives in Nevada, but they are registered at another address.

00:17:15.980 And the other one has moved out of state.

00:17:18.140 Ah, now you see the problem.

00:17:20.220 I'm Roger Stone.

00:17:21.100 You listen to The Stone Zone.

00:17:22.280 Don't go away because we'll be right back.

00:17:26.160 The Stone Zone.

00:17:27.780 Entertaining and informative.

00:17:29.800 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:17:33.760 Welcome back into The Stone Zone.

00:17:36.600 Last Thursday night, I was in Washington, D.C.

00:17:39.420 for the president's address to the nation.

00:17:42.760 It's a good thing I was there because if I wanted to see it on the national news networks, I wouldn't have been able to find it.

00:17:48.120 For some strange reason, an address of this importance was not covered by ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and the rest. 0.72

00:17:58.660 But the president essentially said that he was declassifying documents that proved that the communist Chinese had accessed over 220 million voter records of American voters.

00:18:10.420 Of course, I expected there to be arrests of somebody the next morning because this information was kept from the president by those in our intelligence services, the FBI, the CIA, and so on.

00:18:23.880 Of course, that hasn't happened.

00:18:25.140 But I did know immediately who I wanted to have as a guest for today's show, and that is Chris Jersky.

00:18:31.320 Now, Chris Jersky is an entrepreneur who helps scale organizations.

00:18:35.220 He troubleshoots security, financial, and operational issues, then he builds systems to fix them.

00:18:41.460 While looking at the 2020 election, one of the most starting discoveries was that people who sold their homes and moved out of the state were actually still voting from their Florida residences.

00:18:51.780 So Chris Jerzak created the People's Audit to help Florida citizens check who's voting from their homes.

00:18:58.280 But since 2024, he's joined forces with Eagle AI, a firm to build a new system called ELLY, E-L-L-Y, that currently monitors 46 states and D.C.

00:19:10.680 Chris Jersky, welcome into the Stone Zone.

00:19:14.060 Thanks for having me back.

00:19:17.280 So, Chris, how do you feel about the president's address the other night and what are the implications?

00:19:22.840 well much like you and some of the other people that fought all the way through 2020 and especially

00:19:29.740 some of the people that went up to washington for january 6th to feel vindicated um to at least be

00:19:35.480 that it's been addressed but just like you said earlier we're still waiting hopeful and waiting

00:19:41.280 for the arrest because there is no real solutions until people go to jail and are punished for what

00:19:47.640 they did here and the other thing is the systems themselves the systems are all still in place

00:19:52.220 So exactly what we had in 2020 is still all that entire regime is still in place.

00:19:58.140 That is precisely my concern.

00:20:00.820 I mean, first of all, I am astounded by the mainstream media and their Democratic handmaidens ability to continue to say with a straight face that there's no evidence whatsoever of election irregularities, no evidence of voter fraud, no evidence of ballot fraud,

00:20:19.840 no evidence of problems with paper ballots, mail-in ballots, no problems with the machine,

00:20:25.460 and that if you say otherwise, you're some kind of a dangerous nut,

00:20:30.080 even though, of course, you have a First Amendment right to say exactly that.

00:20:34.140 What I've seen, I think you would agree with this, is overwhelming evidence of irregularities.

00:20:40.080 And let's try to take this apart.

00:20:42.780 Where is the greatest danger here?

00:20:44.680 Is it in the voter lists?

00:20:45.980 Is it in the manipulability and instability and insecurity of the machines or is it in the mail-in ballots?

00:20:55.320 I mean, or is it all three?

00:20:57.720 It's all of the above.

00:20:59.540 And also I would add to that is the political machinery that sets themselves up.

00:21:03.980 You probably know about a lot of the grassroots being squeezed out of the local politics in Florida.

00:21:09.560 That's one of the oldest ways of basically pushing and manipulating politics.

00:21:13.900 But I think the biggest part of the fuel that goes into the steel starts with the voter rolls, and it ends up with mail-in ballots mostly.

00:21:22.600 They can generate as many voters as they need, and then with mail-in ballots, send those votes in.

00:21:29.720 So how do we fix our voter list? So let's start there.

00:21:33.460 The biggest thing is that there's laws already on the books.

00:21:36.540 NIVRA, which stands for the National Voter Registration Act that was created in 1993.

00:21:40.860 This was long before the machines came along.

00:21:43.900 uh, was clear in black and white that the citizens, the voter rolls belong to the citizens

00:21:50.040 and that the locals have a duty to make sure that the voter rolls are cleaned of what's very

00:21:56.160 important ineligible voters. Um, a lot of the problems we have now with most of these states,

00:22:02.200 cause I monitor changes month to month is they're not removing anybody. Um, most of the time they

00:22:07.620 basically just go ahead and mark people as inactive and then they keep them on the voter

00:22:11.140 roles. And it's kind of like fuel that whenever they need to have an extra vote, they have this

00:22:15.860 pool of people that they can pull from, either be it real or people that have moved out of state or

00:22:21.320 died. The reality is, is that there's just a number of ways that they could reach in and grab

00:22:26.280 these voters and then basically set them as a mail-in ballot. And it's happened over and over

00:22:30.920 again. People show up at the polls and they're being told at the polls that they've already voted

00:22:35.960 when they had no idea what they're talking about.

00:22:38.980 So essentially mail-in ballots are coming in for these people

00:22:42.380 when they're not paying attention and voting on their behalf.

00:22:48.260 So how do we fix this?

00:22:51.080 One of the things we did was we built a system called ELI 0.59

00:22:54.020 that is going through and following NIVRA, that law to a T,

00:22:58.280 essentially using the tools that they outlined in 1994

00:23:01.420 of how to clean the voter rolls.

00:23:03.180 But it goes far beyond that.

00:23:04.520 Really, it's basically citizen involvement. We've seen the biggest tides turn when citizens in the grassroots get involved, and our system is designed to have volunteers come in and basically give them the opportunity to look over their local voter rolls and find issues and bring those to their local officials.

00:23:22.440 And I think that's really what was the model in Florida. We removed like two million voters out of the voter rolls between 2024 and 2025, and a grand majority of those just happened to be Democrat. It wasn't like we were looking for them.

00:23:36.980 But the biggest problems we had in Florida were like apartment complexes and things like that, where people moved out and basically were already living in another state, just they were never removed from the voter rolls.

00:23:47.880 But it goes more than that.

00:23:49.180 I mean, ultimately, we have to get back to a paper ballot and basically a hand-counted

00:23:55.000 paper ballot at the local station.

00:23:56.980 That, I think, is going to be the ultimate solution.

00:23:59.400 The voter rolls are just the first start of it.

00:24:01.500 And the voter rolls are ongoing throughout the entire year, whereas our elections just

00:24:05.620 happen on that, hopefully, one day instead of, like, in California for an entire month.

00:24:11.160 Yeah, I want to ask who you thought of that Los Angeles election, because it seems to

00:24:14.920 Look, I'm not a mathematician, but it seemed to me that these late arriving ballots defied mathematical probability when they went 80 percent for the candidate who was on election night was running third and a poor third.

00:24:29.300 She even conceded, and then suddenly there's, in the days afterwards, there's a spurt of thousands of new ballots, and there's two Democrats in the race. Remember, they have this jungle primary system in which any candidate of any party runs in one election, so you have multiple Democrats.

00:24:48.420 In this case, I think you had also had multiple Republicans, but one principal Republican.

00:24:54.640 Then you see this influx of ballots that defy mathematical probability.

00:25:00.920 But we both know nothing will be done about that, will it?

00:25:05.020 Well, I mean, the people keep on waking up and seeing it.

00:25:08.000 I think that where we started in 2020, especially in Florida, when we said that the voter or the elections were rigged here, they kind of laughed it off.

00:25:17.500 But after Cary Lake and the Los Angeles election you're talking about, more and more people are realizing that the game is fixed.

00:25:26.940 And especially with these late count votes, that's the most obvious where they just count until they get the right count.

00:25:32.420 And then the election's called. But that's the whole thing.

00:25:35.760 Like we call it that F curve that is famous for the 2020 election that Biden had 80 million votes come out of just nowhere at the last minute.

00:25:44.420 And as you said, the grand majority of the last remaining votes were all for Biden.

00:25:49.320 If you do anything in math or statistics, they usually can – that's how they do typical polling is they can figure out like where the election is going by basically doing sample sizes.

00:26:00.540 And those samples stay pretty close to one another.

00:26:03.320 It's very strange and absolutely suspicious when you see a large number of votes towards one candidate come all in at the last minute.

00:26:10.800 It doesn't make any logical sense.

00:26:13.020 If you really want to see a Democrat or a liberal go out of their mind, suggest to them that the computerized voting machines are less than perfect, that they're insecure, that they can be hacked, that the numbers can be manipulated.

00:26:31.400 I've seen online, as you have, and sometimes in person, overwhelming evidence of it.

00:26:37.620 But once again, if you have the audacity to say that in public, you'll find yourself very quickly canceled.

00:26:46.020 You'll find yourself, like me, no longer allowed to be on Facebook, no longer allowed to be on Instagram, no longer allowed to be on YouTube.

00:26:55.100 They take your voice if you merely ask questions.

00:26:59.260 But address for us, if you will, your view of these electronic voting machines and the level of security.

00:27:06.100 The biggest thing is, is anything that's digital can be fabricated.

00:27:10.360 It's essentially like why you go buy a house.

00:27:13.600 You have to show up and actually sign your documents in person with a notary.

00:27:19.460 You can imagine that as soon as you walked out of that building, if it was a digitized contract, they could change anything they want, including the interest rate or whatever.

00:27:26.280 That's why we as a normal civil society have been using paper documentation with signatures and witnesses for centuries as the actual physical presence of you basically being there and voting.

00:27:41.640 Anything can be happening with these voter machines.

00:27:44.000 They can change who's voting.

00:27:45.940 They can change as many people as they want.

00:27:48.000 They can change the results at the last minute.

00:27:49.740 they can actually make it as much as an audit proof deal as possible, because when you're

00:27:54.640 looking through the digital records, it will appear that those ballots are there.

00:27:59.440 We've even had situations in Georgia where they went through and they found duplicated

00:28:04.340 images and fabricated images where the ovals were filled in and pressed in for different

00:28:11.420 candidates.

00:28:12.600 And unless you're looking at a piece of paper, when you're physically holding a piece of

00:28:16.600 paper, you could probably get the sense that something's wrong, especially if you see like

00:28:20.040 a flat oval. It looks more like something printed at. But whenever a human touches a piece of paper,

00:28:25.880 there's usually an imprint when they're physically filling in an oval. So it's just much like your

00:28:31.040 fingerprint. That's why it's very hard to cheat at scale if they tried to basically have a hand

00:28:37.680 counted paper ballot. That would put that all to rest because at the local level, you might hear

00:28:43.200 every small small races where they still do that and just like they did back in new york

00:28:48.260 uh tammany hall is much famous for that but it would go a long way to stopping people stealing

00:28:54.480 a governor's race a senator's race a presidency things like that you can you can cheat at scale

00:29:00.200 now when it's all digital uh you're exactly right i remember a couple years ago when i went to vote

00:29:07.140 So the person in line in front of me, let's call him John Smith, presented a photo ID, a driver's license, and stated his address.

00:29:18.440 And the clerk behind the desk, who's, you know, a day worker, said, oh, I'm sorry, Mr. Smith, you voted this morning.

00:29:25.140 He said, no, I haven't.

00:29:26.840 He said, yes, you definitely voted this morning.

00:29:29.220 And he says, let me ask you a question.

00:29:31.080 Is there also an Alma Smith at the same, registered at the same dress as I am?

00:29:36.580 She looked at the voter rolls and she said, yes, she voted also.

00:29:41.300 He said, well, that's my mother.

00:29:42.500 She's been dead for 15 years, so she could not possibly vote.

00:29:45.900 In the end, they let him cast a provisional ballot.

00:29:49.460 Who knows whatever happened to it?

00:29:51.000 I doubt it was counted.

00:29:52.960 I got a text from a woman after yesterday's show who sent me a video of she and others presenting 43,000 affidavits from people in Arizona.

00:30:05.860 all of whom had gone to vote, all of whom had shown up at a polling place,

00:30:09.780 all of whom had been told they had already voted.

00:30:13.900 In this case, the governor, Kemp, rather than accept this,

00:30:17.900 slipped out the back door of the building.

00:30:19.420 So this is an enormous ongoing problem.

00:30:23.820 And I'm not optimistic about 2026.

00:30:27.300 I wish I was, but as you correctly point out,

00:30:30.820 although I think we've identified the problems,

00:30:33.100 the problems don't seem to have been fixed.

00:30:35.860 federalizing our elections is not the answer.

00:30:38.740 It's interesting, that's what the Democrats wanted to do,

00:30:41.020 and House Bill 1, Senate Bill 1,

00:30:43.520 they wanted to federalize the elections.

00:30:45.320 I still think it's best that states regulate their own elections,

00:30:50.200 but the idea that Florida is the gold standard of elections,

00:30:55.480 as the governor told us,

00:30:57.040 if you live in Broward County,

00:30:59.060 that's a pretty laughable statement.

00:31:01.280 Yeah.

00:31:02.420 Yes, it is.

00:31:03.680 Yeah, I mean, that's probably the biggest thing,

00:31:05.280 is especially when it's digital you can imagine like as we watch anything from stock trading or

00:31:10.580 anything else that information is instantly available anywhere in the world so they could

00:31:15.600 steal anything from a sheriff's race all the way up to the presidency and they don't even need to

00:31:20.320 be in the country because they could be watching it from a dashboard thousands of miles away and

00:31:25.860 manipulating our final results and that's what's so infuriating about all of it because essentially

00:31:31.980 you would think that our local officials and especially our parties would want to to support

00:31:39.020 our local people but it seems like the internationalists the globalists have basically

00:31:43.240 just bought them out because it they don't have any we've been pushed back ever since the very

00:31:48.400 beginning trying to fix up stuff in florida as well as other states um to get any meaningful

00:31:54.020 change we've had a couple small things cleaning things up here and there but again that the

00:31:58.960 The biggest thing I see is the fraud that's with the mail-in ballots and the machines.

00:32:03.640 I've taken the view that they use the machines to determine the results.

00:32:10.100 Then they determine, based on that, how many votes they need.

00:32:13.180 Then they just create those ballots based on names on the voter rolls of people who either never really existed, no longer exist, or have moved out of state or passed away.

00:32:26.280 I think that's exactly the game that's being played.

00:32:28.660 So you can't point to any one piece of this.

00:32:31.760 It's not just the voter rolls.

00:32:33.300 It's not just the mail-in ballots.

00:32:35.020 It's not just the absentees.

00:32:36.740 It's not just the machines.

00:32:38.480 It's all of those things.

00:32:40.180 It seems to me that they all need to be fixed.

00:32:43.040 Folks, if you're just tuning in, we're talking to Chris Jersky with the People's Audit.

00:32:47.780 And we're talking about whether the 2026 elections can be free, fair, and honest.

00:32:53.660 We'll talk about it some more when we come back.

00:32:55.480 So don't go away.

00:32:56.320 the stone zone entertaining and informative on the red apple podcast network it's the stone zone

00:33:18.340 Here's Roger Stone.

00:33:23.360 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.

00:33:26.400 It's really hard for me to believe that almost six years after the 2020 election that we're still talking about the need for election integrity reforms.

00:33:35.420 If you're just tuning in, we're finishing our interview with Chris Derski with the People's Audit.

00:33:40.560 Chris has done amazing work here in the sunshine state of Florida to try to work for clean, fair, honest elections.

00:33:47.780 Now he's working with Eagle AI, a firm and building a system called ELI that currently monitors the elections in 46 states and the District of Columbia.

00:33:58.740 Chris, tell us about ELI and what you're doing there.

00:34:02.820 Yeah, I'm really excited about ELI because ELI is probably the first of its kind that will follow NIVRA, which is the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, to the T.

00:34:15.320 It's really the only federally backed compliance tool that we have to watch the voter rolls.

00:34:20.360 And the main reason for that is because we're checking to see if people have moved, if they've died, or if they've registered in another state.

00:34:28.440 And we also give that information to the both local county officials as well as the citizens for free.

00:34:35.060 We do ask for donations to help us out with voter rolls.

00:34:37.860 Voter rolls are quite expensive in some states, like in the case of Alabama, with $40,000 just to ask for one instance of a voter roll.

00:34:44.860 But that system is basically probably just a complete game changer where you can click on a voter and you can immediately see now where they've moved to.

00:34:55.580 We even have property data to see if they've now deeded a house in that new state.

00:35:02.160 So you have proof beyond a shadow of a doubt that this person has been moved and needs to be removed from the voter rolls.

00:35:07.920 It's really it's quite simple, but it's really quite brilliant.

00:35:10.660 And all you're doing here is taking the list of known individuals who have moved, registered in another state and so on, and comparing it to the voter rolls.

00:35:18.420 Of course, they make it as expensive as possible.

00:35:21.300 Chris, if people want to find you and support your work, where can they go?

00:35:25.860 The easiest thing to do is come to our website at the peoplesaudit.org.

00:35:29.040 That's going to be the-peoples-audit.org.

00:35:33.480 And there they'll find links to my Substack, my Telegram, and X, as well as we'll put some links out there to start inviting people to LE.

00:35:41.620 LE right now is invitation only, but we're basically up to about 500 members from various states.

00:35:48.700 It's just a lot of training to go into that system right away.

00:35:51.680 So we want to make sure people get their hands held and know what to do when they're into that data because it could be overwhelming.

00:35:57.060 All right. So here's the man with the plan, Chris Chersky, who's joined us. And I think we did a pretty good job here today outlining the need for reform. It's still hard for me to believe that six years after the fact, six years after what I think was quite obviously the discrepancies, the anomalies, the outright fraud in the 2020 election, we're still arguing about this.

00:36:26.160 But as you correctly point out, both parties seem to be in on it, at least in some states, and there's nobody else raising these questions. That's why it's up to citizens like Chris Jersky and the People's Audit to raise these questions and keep fighting for honest elections.

00:36:42.960 Chris, I want to thank you for joining us today in the Stone Zone and also thank our audience. Folks, thanks for joining us today. Until tomorrow, God bless you and Godspeed.

00:36:56.160 We'll be right back.
