The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - The Stone Zone ｜ 10-22-25

00:00:00.420 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:07.500 You are now entering the Stone Zone.

00:00:11.240 Right here in the Stone Zone, we talk news, politics, history, style, sometimes food,

00:00:18.640 five days a week, and we're delighted to have you join us.

00:00:22.500 Today seems to be a day we're getting closer to accountability and justice.

00:00:29.580 It's amazing to see outlets like the New York Times, Associated Press, the Washington Post,

00:00:35.960 and others say that Donald Trump is weaponizing the criminal justice system to go after his political enemies,

00:00:45.640 and he's trying to curtail free speech.

00:00:50.240 Do these people think that we have amnesia?

00:00:52.780 Because that is a perfect, almost exact description of exactly what the Democrats have done for the last 12 years.

00:01:02.000 I say 12 years because it happened, actually it would be 16, because it happened under Barack Obama's eight years.

00:01:09.300 It was at the end of the Obama administration that the Russian collusion hoax was born in an Oval Office meeting with Barack Obama in the chair,

00:01:22.440 and they decided to try to discredit Donald Trump's shocking re-election, or election, I should say, in 2016.

00:01:31.440 And now, disgraced CIA Director John Brennan, who really was the ringleader of the entire Russian collusion hoax,

00:01:40.580 the principal perp, has been criminally referred to the Department of Justice

00:01:46.340 by the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan.

00:01:50.400 Chairman Jim Jordan, a congressman from Ohio, wrote a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi

00:01:55.700 making the case for John Brennan's criminal actions.

00:02:00.180 Now, I have to remind you, John Brennan, the former CIA director, is an admitted communist.

00:02:06.360 He actually admitted that while on a government-conducted polygraph exam,

00:02:11.640 said that he was both a member of the party and supported the Communist Party candidate for president in two elections.

00:02:19.000 Something he has in common, by the way, with former FBI director James Comey,

00:02:24.020 who was also admitted that he was, in his earlier days, a communist.

00:02:29.460 You might ask yourself, how is someone committed to the communist ideology,

00:02:34.920 actually members and supporters of the U.S. Communist Party,

00:02:39.060 how did they get to be CIA director and FBI director?

00:02:44.120 We could do a whole show on that.

00:02:46.520 But Jim Jordan, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee,

00:02:51.980 wrote to the Attorney General saying,

00:02:54.900 we write to refer significant evidence that former director of the Central Intelligence Agency,

00:03:00.720 John Brennan, knowingly made false statements during his transcribed interview

00:03:05.360 before the committee on the judiciary on May 11, 2023.

00:03:10.080 While testifying, Brennan made various, numerous, willfully and intentionally false statements

00:03:17.460 of material fact contradicted by the record established by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence

00:03:24.900 and the Central Intelligence Agencies.

00:03:28.060 Making false statements before Congress is a crime

00:03:30.880 that undermines the integrity of the committee's constitutional duty to conduct oversight.

00:03:36.980 Now, some may say, well, wait a minute, Roger Stone is saying this?

00:03:40.480 Isn't he the one who was charged with lying to Congress?

00:03:43.500 Let me take a minute, if I may.

00:03:45.740 In order to violate the False Statements Act,

00:03:48.580 your statement has to be not only knowingly false,

00:03:52.340 but it must be material.

00:03:54.280 That means you have to be covering up some underlying crime.

00:03:58.200 You have to have a motive for your lie.

00:04:03.220 No misstatement I made to the House Intelligence Committee under oath,

00:04:07.620 but voluntarily, I went voluntarily, wasn't even subpoenaed,

00:04:11.400 hid any underlying crime.

00:04:13.120 As Robert Mueller admitted in his long-hidden, long-redacted final report,

00:04:19.760 on page 178, he cites the fact that he could find no evidence of Russian collusion,

00:04:27.160 WikiLeaks collaboration, or for that matter, any other crime on my part.

00:04:32.280 That's why they cooked up this process crime of lying under oath to Congress

00:04:40.320 in order to pressure me.

00:04:42.900 What they really wanted was for me to testify falsely against President Donald Trump.

00:04:48.800 In other words, after spending $30 million and having unlimited access to manpower,

00:04:55.800 unlimited funding, and unlimited legal authority,

00:05:00.260 they could find no evidence of Russian collusion.

00:05:04.140 They put America through hell for two and a half years

00:05:08.140 with this nonsensical, politically motivated, seditious conspiracy

00:05:13.340 that John Brennan himself was the progenitor of.

00:05:18.180 CIA Director John Ratcliffe released a report only weeks ago that proved

00:05:23.980 that John Brennan, the CIA director, had actually taken the Steele dossier.

00:05:31.660 That's the report that was commissioned and paid for by Hillary Clinton. 0.99

00:05:36.380 It has now been established that it was entirely fabricated that claimed

00:05:41.760 that Donald Trump had cavorted with Russian prostitutes while visiting Moscow

00:05:48.440 as a private businessman, the allegation being that this would somehow be used 0.62

00:05:54.360 to blackmail him by the Russians.

00:05:56.440 The problem was none of it was true.

00:06:00.980 And the media, of course, went whole hog for the Russian collusion hoax.

00:06:07.760 It was a fraud from the very beginning.

00:06:12.260 Fake intelligence reports recently came out, in fact,

00:06:15.580 blaming the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard,

00:06:18.840 claiming that she had somehow sabotaged the case against John Brennan,

00:06:23.020 who should be prosecuted for his role in the Russian collusion hoax,

00:06:26.840 because she removed the national security clearances for several,

00:06:32.100 actually 37, deep state hacks.

00:06:34.860 These were national security bureaucrats who were part of the deep state,

00:06:39.220 none of whom supported President Trump or his agenda,

00:06:43.440 all of whom gave lip service to the Russian collusion hoax.

00:06:48.240 All of the declassified documents released by the Director of National Intelligence,

00:06:55.760 Tulsi Gabbard, the former congresswoman from Hawaii,

00:06:59.240 proved definitively that there was a seditious conspiracy

00:07:06.920 with Barack Obama himself at the helm.

00:07:11.400 In other words, Brennan gave Obama the so-called Steele dossier,

00:07:17.420 this fabricated report, but Obama was expecting it.

00:07:21.920 They used that as the rationale for the application to the FISA courts

00:07:29.860 to get a warrant to spy on Donald Trump and his campaign.

00:07:33.660 They also used it as the predicate to launch the Mueller witch hunt,

00:07:39.040 which yours truly became a target of.

00:07:42.720 There's no reason why a former employee of the national security apparatus,

00:07:49.000 who no longer has their security clearance,

00:07:51.820 cannot be subpoenaed to testify in a trial of John Brennan

00:07:57.040 if they have material knowledge of misdeeds on Brennan's part.

00:08:02.440 Brennan's kind of an interesting character.

00:08:04.460 Not only is he an admitted communist,

00:08:08.080 but he also got caught spying on a U.S. Senate committee

00:08:12.300 that was investigating his illegal use of torture as the CIA director.

00:08:19.260 He also, interestingly enough, when he was in Riyadh as the CIA station chief,

00:08:25.460 was responsible for signing four of the visas for the men

00:08:32.220 who were told attacked America on 9-11.

00:08:36.560 That's right.

00:08:37.100 He signed the visa for four of the hijackers. 0.93

00:08:40.760 This, of course, is the same John Brennan

00:08:44.620 that reportedly converted to radical Islam

00:08:50.140 when he was the station chief in Riyadh.

00:08:54.720 You really have to ask yourself how someone with these credentials

00:08:58.040 becomes the head of the Central Intelligence Agency.

00:09:01.600 All of the documents released by Tulsi Gabbard and Declassified

00:09:06.260 show that Brennan was instrumental in the Russiagate conspiracy.

00:09:09.880 He knowingly laundered this bogus intelligence

00:09:13.660 to paint President Donald Trump as a Russian agent

00:09:17.300 and to undermine his presidency

00:09:19.540 and attempt what can only be called a coup d'etat.

00:09:24.640 Quite frankly, any charge short of treason,

00:09:28.000 as far as I'm concerned, is unacceptable.

00:09:30.720 Brennan's crimes put those of Benedict Arnold to shame

00:09:33.980 because at least at one point in time,

00:09:36.340 Benedict Arnold was an accomplished military official. 0.71

00:09:38.880 Brennan, on the other hand, has been a weak-minded, 0.98

00:09:42.800 a very, very arrogant traitor from the very beginning. 0.96

00:09:50.040 I really hope and pray that justice will be done. 0.92

00:09:54.560 Statue of limitations, to me,

00:09:57.480 on the 51 intelligence officers of whom John Brennan was one,

00:10:02.840 I believe it expired this past Monday.

00:10:06.680 Meaning, unless you could prove that was a conspiracy,

00:10:11.200 prosecutors in Donald Trump's Justice Department

00:10:13.500 may have already missed the opportunity

00:10:16.000 to charge the 51 current and former intelligence officers

00:10:22.260 who claimed falsely that Hunter Biden's laptop wasn't genuine.

00:10:27.280 It was all created as Russian disinformation.

00:10:32.400 It's interesting because polling showed that 27% of those

00:10:37.180 who voted for Joe Biden in the 2020 election

00:10:40.700 now say that if they had known that Hunter Biden's laptop material

00:10:46.840 as published by the New York Post and by Breitbart News was real,

00:10:51.720 it would have changed their vote.

00:10:55.140 And perhaps, perhaps it means that Joe Biden would have been defeated.

00:10:59.300 On the other hand, I am not one who believes that Joe Biden got 81 million votes,

00:11:05.340 nor am I one who believes that Joe Biden ran 20% better

00:11:10.220 on average in African-American precincts in American cities

00:11:14.500 than Barack Obama, who, whether you like him or not,

00:11:18.480 is a historical figure in that community.

00:11:22.580 So it is with heavy prayer that I hope that this entire cabal,

00:11:28.620 whether it is John Brennan or the incredibly arrogant James Comey

00:11:33.380 or Susan Rice, the National Security Advisor,

00:11:37.900 or General James Clapper, you remember him,

00:11:41.060 he's the guy who claimed under oath to Congress

00:11:46.020 that there was no metadata collection program against Americans

00:11:52.420 until Eric Snowden proved that that was a lie.

00:11:59.320 Where is Clapper now?

00:12:01.560 Well, he's at Vermont College teaching a course in ethics.

00:12:06.320 You can't make this stuff up.

00:12:08.400 It really remains to be seen whether Attorney General Pam Bondi

00:12:14.320 and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche will move aggressively

00:12:19.620 now that Tulsi Gabbard has given them all of the evidence that they require

00:12:24.560 to bring criminal indictments against the entire Obama cabal.

00:12:30.720 Again, because I believe this conspiracy started in 2017

00:12:35.060 in an Oval Office meeting continues through the early stages

00:12:40.540 of the Russian collusion hoax,

00:12:42.980 is used as the false predicate for the launching of the Mueller investigation,

00:12:48.160 as well as two phony impeachments,

00:12:51.280 continues into the 2020 election,

00:12:54.820 where I think there's huge anomalies and discrepancies

00:12:58.120 and serious questions about the validity and integrity of that election,

00:13:03.040 on into the tsunami of lawfare against Donald Trump in New York specifically,

00:13:09.940 but also in Nevada, in Arizona, and in Georgia,

00:13:13.580 all the way to the stunning raid at Mar-a-Lago,

00:13:18.260 the FBI raiding the home of a former president

00:13:22.380 to try to get back classified documents that, by law,

00:13:26.680 he was perfectly entitled to hold on to.

00:13:29.980 Why did they want to do that?

00:13:31.520 Because those documents proved...

00:13:33.500 This shrimp and coconut sauce is divine.

00:13:36.280 What's your secret?

00:13:37.240 Goya coconut milk.

00:13:38.400 How does it taste so good?

00:13:39.760 It's all in that real coconut flavor

00:13:41.580 and that rich, creamy texture.

00:13:43.860 What about thickeners and added sugars?

00:13:46.080 None.

00:13:46.660 Just smooth, coconutty goodness.

00:13:49.140 What can I make with it?

00:13:50.200 From curries to sweet treats like coconut flan,

00:13:53.220 the possibilities are endless.

00:13:55.660 Goya coconut milk.

00:13:56.840 Take your cooking to the next level.

00:13:58.480 No question about it.

00:13:59.560 Find it in the Goya section of your local grocery store.

00:14:01.920 If it's Goya, it has to be good.

00:14:04.780 The Stone Zone.

00:14:06.260 Entertaining and informative.

00:14:08.400 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:14:12.060 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.

00:14:14.920 I very deeply appreciate those kind comments

00:14:18.520 by Vice President J.D. Vance.

00:14:21.740 You know, it's an illustration of what's happening in America

00:14:24.240 due to the shift in demographics

00:14:26.040 that a new poll shows that 62% of foreign-born New York City voters

00:14:31.440 will actually be supporting Islamic radical socialist Zoran Mamdami

00:14:37.120 to be their next mayor.

00:14:38.640 In fact, the fact that Mamdami rather comfortably defeated 0.99

00:14:43.620 former Governor Andrew Cuomo in the Democrat primary

00:14:47.780 is a further illustration of the manifestation of these demographic changes.

00:14:55.480 This harkens back to the phase demographics are destiny. 0.99

00:15:00.120 Democrats understand that.

00:15:01.700 They do not want illegal immigrants to come over based on humanitarian grounds.

00:15:05.980 They understand that the illegals will eventually become their voting base.

00:15:10.440 America is a country with European roots

00:15:13.020 with the idea of liberty being developed as a tradition in Britain

00:15:16.040 which was then expanded here by our founding fathers.

00:15:19.640 Other countries don't understand or care about our novel traditions.

00:15:24.200 They will bring the politics of the third world with them when they come here. 1.00

00:15:28.040 And I believe the election of Mamdami 1.00

00:15:30.160 will be a grim reminder of this sobering reality.

00:15:34.140 This is why we need President Trump to do the mass deportations

00:15:38.720 of dangerous illegals from the country.

00:15:41.560 600,000 illegals are set to be deported over the next year by the Trump administration.

00:15:47.000 That figure must realistically be doubled or tripled in a year or so

00:15:51.260 to stop the planned destruction of America by the Democrats.

00:15:56.120 What they really want to do is to change the makeup of the voting base in this country

00:16:01.460 to lock them into a permanent majority.

00:16:05.620 Had Hillary Clinton won in 2016, this would already be done. 1.00

00:16:10.180 It is only through an act of God that that brash, outspoken businessman from New York City,

00:16:16.840 an improbable president of the United States, won that election,

00:16:21.540 had a miraculous first term, which began to turn this country around,

00:16:25.860 I believe was cheated out of re-election, but now staged the greatest single comeback

00:16:31.260 in American political history, where he is moving with lightning speed

00:16:35.480 to change the direction of this country to bring us unprecedented prosperity

00:16:40.820 and security, as well as peace.

00:16:45.500 We live in historic times, but Donald Trump is already,

00:16:49.900 if he had not even made his second comeback,

00:16:52.280 would have already gone down in history as one of our greatest presidents.

00:16:55.560 Now, I believe this past week, the Richard M. Nixon Presidential Foundation

00:17:01.280 gave him their Architect of Peace Award.

00:17:05.240 There is no greater title to be bestowed by history than that of Peacemaker.

00:17:11.500 That describes a Donald Trump I know.

00:17:13.840 Coming up right here in the Stone Zone, Sam Antar with White Collar Fraud joins us 0.80

00:17:58.600 The Stone Zone.

00:18:00.680 Entertaining and informative.

00:18:02.840 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:18:07.260 Welcome back.

00:18:09.000 You are re-entering the Stone Zone.

00:18:12.240 Well, indicted New York Attorney General Letitia James,

00:18:16.820 who stands indicted for mortgage fraud and bank fraud,

00:18:22.040 both charges that she has prosecuted New Yorkers under,

00:18:26.520 is now launching a portal to dox federal immigration officers using your tax dollars.

00:18:33.560 Attorney General Letitia James announced that she was launching this portal

00:18:38.260 to collect photos and videos of ICE activity in New York.

00:18:43.420 New York Attorney General Letitia James is encouraging New Yorkers

00:18:46.600 to submit videos and other documentation of federal immigration enforcement actions

00:18:52.860 in New York following yesterday's Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid

00:18:59.580 on Canal Street in New York City.

00:19:01.660 Let me explain the problems with Letitia James' statement.

00:19:29.940 Notice she says, every New Yorker has the right to live without fear or intimidation.

00:19:36.180 ICE officers are not trying to deport New Yorkers.

00:19:40.040 They're trying to deport illegal immigrants on a priority basis,

00:19:45.060 those who have criminal records and who pose a danger to the average New Yorker.

00:19:53.020 Attorney General James is, in essence, asking New Yorkers to share photos or videos

00:19:57.940 of federal government officers doing their duty.

00:20:03.300 I'm not a lawyer, but I can tell you now that J.B. Pritzker, the corpulent governor of Illinois,

00:20:11.780 and Brandon Johnson, the nearly brain-dead mayor of Chicago,

00:20:17.160 are both in legal jeopardy because they have ordered Chicago police officers

00:20:23.440 not to assist when ICE agents who are fulfilling their federal duties

00:20:30.060 are arresting illegals in the city of Chicago.

00:20:34.920 They can both be held legally liable to any injury or death of an ICE agent.

00:20:42.840 I kind of wonder whether Letitia James is headed down the same road. 0.99

00:20:47.460 I've never, in the 50 years I've been in American politics, seen a greater hypocrite.

00:20:53.280 Joining me now to talk about Letitia James is the man who actually was among the first 0.91

00:21:01.280 in the country to discover her 43-year crime spree of serial mortgage fraud.

00:21:09.940 Mortgage fraud that she would try to convince you as no big deal,

00:21:13.600 or maybe she didn't even really commit, Sam Antar, who's kind of an interesting cat himself.

00:21:19.900 He's got a very interesting career trajectory.

00:21:22.580 He was once one of the perpetrators of the largest financial crimes in American business history.

00:21:30.400 He was the chief financial officer of Crazy Eddie.

00:21:34.040 Remember Crazy Eddie, the major consumer electronics chain in the northeastern United States back in the 80s?

00:21:39.840 Sam Antar was charged as one of the, in one of the decade's greatest security fraud schemes,

00:21:47.740 went to trial, paid his debts to society, came out, rehabilitated,

00:21:53.840 and since that time he has dedicated himself and his incredible expertise in both forensic accounting

00:22:00.840 and business to find financial fraud and help combat white-collar crime.

00:22:08.440 His website, whitecollarfraud.com, is a must-read if you want to see all of the documented proof

00:22:16.980 that no one is above the law, including New York Attorney General Letitia James.

00:22:23.580 Sam Antar, welcome to the Stone Zone. 0.66

00:22:25.840 Thank you.

00:22:27.460 Well, you know, she has a portal for ICE. 1.00

00:22:30.180 I was going to start a portal for a mortgage fraud, but it already exists in the county clerk's office,

00:22:35.880 on the HACRIS New York City database, and in New York State campaign finance filings.

00:22:41.920 So, you know, her fraud is there.

00:22:44.880 It's plain.

00:22:45.900 Her signatures are on it.

00:22:47.360 You have 12 mortgages over a period of 43 years.

00:22:51.000 Actually, it's 13 mortgages over a period of 43 years.

00:22:54.500 It's not a coincidence.

00:22:56.640 It's not a clerical error.

00:22:58.620 Everybody is hearing from the mainstream media,

00:23:03.300 oh, it's just one property, and she made a mistake filling out the form.

00:23:07.960 On that one property, she filled out four false forms.

00:23:12.060 That's the Peroni Avenue property in Virginia.

00:23:15.640 She said one thing to the insurance company.

00:23:18.760 She said another thing to New York State.

00:23:20.960 She said another thing to the bank, and she said another thing to the IRS. 1.00

00:23:25.860 Each one of those four documents conflicts with the other three, but it's a clerical error.

00:23:31.880 But the reason why the press doesn't mention it is because it doesn't go with the narrative.

00:23:36.300 You know, she has the press on her side, but, you know, something, the press isn't going to be on the jury pool.

00:23:43.620 Yeah, it's a thing that impresses me about Sam Antar's investigative reporting is he doesn't just make allegations.

00:23:50.320 He posts the actual publicly available documents on his website so you can see for yourself that when she signed the power of attorney to obtain the mortgage on this Virginia property,

00:24:05.800 she undoubtedly said that it would be owner-occupied.

00:24:10.340 This was not a clerical error.

00:24:11.980 This, by the way, wasn't a fill-in-the-form form or fill-in-a-blank form.

00:24:17.720 This wasn't a check-the-box.

00:24:20.220 This was a specifically drafted document which she misled the lenders in order to secure a better mortgage rate,

00:24:29.160 a better insurance rate on this Virginia property by misrepresenting that she herself would live there.

00:24:36.260 And, of course, if she did live there, she'd be constitutionally ineligible to be New York attorney general.

00:24:43.500 But, Sam, I'm not sure how you could possibly be right because the New York Times, the once-vaunted New York Times,

00:24:51.480 and Lawfare, which is a website owned by Dan Abrams where lying is the standard of the day,

00:24:58.200 this is one of those distortionist sites that the people that told us the Russian collusion hoax was real,

00:25:04.960 don't pay attention to Hunter Biden's laptop, that's all Russian disinformation.

00:25:11.140 These are the same people who lied about those things.

00:25:15.680 Now they're trying to cover for Letitia James.

00:25:18.700 Anna Bauer, a reporter there, Harvard, our educated Cambridge Law, Redstone fellow, and Lawfare senior editor.

00:25:29.280 They just ignore facts when they don't fit their narrative, don't they, Sam?

00:25:34.480 That is correct.

00:25:35.900 You know, back in the day, after Crazy Eddie's, around 2005 to 2010,

00:25:41.800 I was very active in uncovering financial crimes by public companies.

00:25:45.740 And I knew two reporters at the New York Times that I loved and respected,

00:25:50.680 Floyd Norris and Gretchen Morgensen.

00:25:53.540 They would question me before I would give them anything.

00:25:56.660 In other words, they would cross-examine me, not because they didn't trust me,

00:26:03.140 but they wanted to make sure I got it right before they published.

00:26:06.160 Today's New York Times is nowhere near that.

00:26:08.660 It's just a propaganda outfit.

00:26:10.560 These people, they don't look, they deliberately don't look, or they just distort the narrative.

00:26:16.100 All they do is act as PR pieces for very, very far-left politicians.

00:26:22.040 And you know something?

00:26:23.020 They're acting as a mouthpiece for Mondani, too.

00:26:27.200 And if Mondani gets elected, they are going to get the mayor they deserve.

00:26:30.620 Yeah, Sam Antar at White Collar Fraud has done some of the seminal and most important reporting

00:26:36.880 that demonstrates that, well, Zoran Mamdami's campaign is not some grassroots uprising of average citizens,

00:26:44.220 but in fact has been funded by an interconnected, interlocking group of non-profits,

00:26:51.060 not-for-profits, NGOs, political action committees, and political parties,

00:26:55.200 in direct violation of the law.

00:26:59.040 You wouldn't believe that if you listen to Mamdami's campaign rhetoric,

00:27:03.420 but I don't want to get distracted from the question of Letitia James.

00:27:08.680 Letitia James was indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia 1.00

00:27:13.540 because that's where the property in Norfolk, Virginia, that she lied to obtain a mortgage, exists.

00:27:21.380 This is one of the more liberal jurisdictions in the country.

00:27:24.600 It's the same jurisdiction which former FBI Director James Comey stands indicted.

00:27:31.100 But the president, when he found out that the chief prosecutor there, the U.S. Attorney Eric Siebert,

00:27:38.280 concealed the fact that he had a material conflict in the Comey case.

00:27:44.620 Siebert, who was quietly preparing a 51-page memo arguing as to why James Comey should be held to a different standard

00:27:51.960 than anyone else and should not be charged with lying to Congress regarding material matters pertaining to

00:27:59.880 the attempted smear of President Donald Trump regarding Russian collusion.

00:28:05.140 But Eric Siebert, the U.S. Attorney, never disclosed the fact that his father-in-law,

00:28:13.060 that is his wife's father, is the godfather and the lawyer for James Comey,

00:28:19.020 but he's also the godfather to Comey's children, a material conflict of interest,

00:28:24.100 because that prosecutor, Eric Siebert, should have passed on this case, should have recused himself, but didn't.

00:28:34.600 The president then appointed, as is his legal right, an interim U.S. attorney named Lindsay Halligan.

00:28:43.240 Now, Lindsay Halligan is a very attractive attorney. 1.00

00:28:47.660 I hate the way the media keeps mocking her as an insurance lawyer when, in fact,

00:28:53.820 she was a partner in a major law firm heading their civil litigation division

00:28:59.040 and has extensive experience, therefore, with juries.

00:29:03.660 But because she's a conservative, and frankly, because she's extremely attractive, 0.92

00:29:09.640 the media sneers at her because she has no prosecutorial experience. 0.96

00:29:15.040 But, Sam, I guess I would ask you this question.

00:29:18.340 If the charges against Letitia James are legitimate,

00:29:22.040 why did a jury of her peers, a grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia, vote to indict her?

00:29:29.780 If Lindsay Halligan's incompetent, which is what they would try to tell us, 0.93

00:29:34.920 I think that's false, and the facts are not there, why did a grand jury indict her?

00:29:40.060 There are two facts, okay?

00:29:41.780 First of all, I've been writing about it in my blog, all right?

00:29:45.400 Joe Gilbert has been writing about it, too.

00:29:48.180 All of my information, I can't speak for Gilbert, all of my information was sent to the DOJ, okay?

00:29:53.980 The information on my blog and other information that I wanted to keep away from the public,

00:30:00.340 not because I had something to hide, but because it would be more helpful to the investigators if they didn't have it, okay?

00:30:07.760 That information was given to the DOJ.

00:30:10.740 Now, Siebert's problem with the conflict of interest is interesting, but the bigger problem was that Siebert obstructed justice.

00:30:18.400 He had a case, but he claimed he didn't have a case.

00:30:22.180 And that is the worst part of it.

00:30:23.980 When you have a prosecutor that's not willing to go after somebody that broke the law.

00:30:29.260 Now, you talk about the grand jury.

00:30:30.960 It's very simple.

00:30:32.600 Either she signed a name to false documents or she didn't.

00:30:38.380 She did.

00:30:40.100 They showed four false documents.

00:30:42.460 This is something I don't know specifically about what went on in the grand jury, but I can tell from the indictment.

00:30:48.240 There were four different documents relating to one property so far in Peroni Avenue in Virginia,

00:30:56.740 where she signed four different attestations that conflict with the other three.

00:31:03.400 It's a simple case.

00:31:05.280 Mortgage fraud.

00:31:06.360 Okay?

00:31:06.680 It's not an accident.

00:31:07.880 It's not a one-off.

00:31:09.080 And when you add to that other things like mortgage fraud in Brooklyn, mortgage fraud going back 42 years,

00:31:16.440 mortgage fraud on another property, that's where it's at.

00:31:21.520 Yeah, I saw that Nellie Miranda did her own forensic analysis of all the documents

00:31:29.640 and did a complete takedown of this whole clerical error fairytale,

00:31:35.760 the one that conveniently skips paragraph 9 of the indictment where James' insurance misrepresentations are in plain sight.

00:31:44.200 I also know, just from following white-collar fraud for a long time, that these kinds of crimes,

00:31:51.660 in this case mortgage fraud and bank fraud, usually have downstream from them additional crimes such as tax fraud and insurance fraud.

00:32:01.300 And frankly, I fully expect that there will be superseding indictments against Letitia James.

00:32:07.760 I know that she is wearing this like a badge of honor.

00:32:11.280 It may even induce her to challenge the current governor of New York, who's epically unpopular, in the Democrat primary.

00:32:21.860 And right now, among radical left-wing Democrats, Letitia James is probably extraordinarily popular.

00:32:27.800 She might even be able to beat the sitting governor.

00:32:31.720 We shall see.

00:32:33.380 You're listening to The Stone Zone here on the Red Apple Audio Networks.

00:32:37.280 I'm talking to Sam Antar, criminal fraud investigator par excellence, and we'll be right back.

00:32:47.280 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative.

00:32:50.740 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:32:54.440 And we're back in The Stone Zone.

00:32:57.580 We're joined by Sam Antar, the editor and publisher of whitecollarfraud.com.

00:33:04.280 It was on his initial findings that the Federal Housing and Finance Administration examined the all publicly available documents to determine that Letitia James had actually engaged in a 43-year crime spray of serial mortgage fraud.

00:33:23.560 In fact, I think, Sam, it's fair to say there's been some element of fraud in every single mortgage that Letitia James has ever received.

00:33:33.040 Is that accurate?

00:33:33.900 That is correct.

00:33:34.780 13 mortgages, 13 frauds.

00:33:38.280 Six New York state ethics filings, at least five frauds.

00:33:43.540 Yeah, it's really quite exceptional.

00:33:45.880 Of course, in court, you know, the pattern, even though she's not charged in her initial mortgage, where she claimed that her father was her husband in order to use his balance sheet to qualify for the mortgage.

00:34:00.300 On the mortgage application, she claimed it was her husband, but on the deed, she accurately recorded that it was her father.

00:34:07.360 That's a fraud.

00:34:09.000 Then, of course, she made risk representations to get a HAMP loan on an investment property that by law was required to be four units and under.

00:34:18.680 Hers, she says in the application, was four units.

00:34:21.780 But you went there physically with Joel Gilbert of the writing for the Gateway Pundit.

00:34:27.120 You saw that it was five.

00:34:28.820 She isn't charged in either one of those.

00:34:31.640 But that pattern will be telling in court.

00:34:35.100 That pattern of fraud can still be used in the courtroom.

00:34:39.040 I'll talk very quickly about this woman, Nellie Miranda.

00:34:42.860 Very, very impressive.

00:34:44.060 I was unaware of her.

00:34:45.640 She's on YouTube.

00:34:46.620 You can see her at Nellie Miranda TV.

00:34:49.760 Nellie is N-E-L-L-I-E Miranda TV.

00:34:54.420 A very impressive African-American investigative journalist, citizen journalist.

00:35:01.140 Seems to me like she did what the New York Times and Lawfare.com refused to do. 0.97

00:35:06.800 She read the actual indictments.

00:35:09.860 Tell us about this, Sam.

00:35:11.700 Well, she read the actual indictments.

00:35:13.380 She came to the same conclusions that you and I did independently.

00:35:17.500 In other words, nobody fed or anything.

00:35:19.680 And more than that, it was interesting that Lindsay Halligan was being demeaned.

00:35:29.240 Oh, she's just an insurance lawyer, right?

00:35:32.240 But guess what?

00:35:33.280 The insurance lawyer caught the insurance fraud, which the Harvard-educated lawyer and the other one that's not a Harvard-educated lawyer,

00:35:42.700 at Lawfare, they didn't have anything to say about the insurance fraud.

00:35:47.060 Or the New York Times didn't have anything to say about the insurance fraud.

00:35:51.300 You know, it's kind of like the whole narrative is to destroy this case.

00:35:59.320 Hold on.

00:36:00.320 I'm in Manhattan.

00:36:01.180 Anyway, the other thing that bothers me is this specific threat of violence that came from Leticia James.

00:36:10.100 She said, and I quote,

00:36:11.460 I will not bow, I will not break, and I will not bend, and I will not capitulate.

00:36:17.520 I will not give in.

00:36:19.040 I will not give up.

00:36:20.320 You come from me.

00:36:22.180 You've got to come through all of us.

00:36:24.160 And she raises a fist.

00:36:26.840 So here's the thing.

00:36:28.680 You mean you've got to come through all of us?

00:36:30.540 Is that a threat to potential witnesses?

00:36:33.340 Is that a threat to whistleblowers like me?

00:36:36.360 Listen, I'm not afraid of a threat because it already came through all of them.

00:36:40.660 But the point being is that this is not the behavior of an ethical state attorney general.

00:36:49.800 You know, this is not the issue.

00:36:51.160 She's not running a mob. 1.00

00:36:52.260 She's not running Trent de Agua.

00:36:54.100 She's not running a criminal gang. 0.99

00:36:56.280 What do you mean you've got to get through all of us?

00:36:57.740 Well, maybe, in fact, she is.

00:37:01.160 My sources, and I have several of them,

00:37:03.020 tell me that she's actually been threatening both whistleblowers and witnesses in this case.

00:37:08.560 Folks won't remember this,

00:37:09.640 but Paul Manafort was incarcerated for 12 months before he was convicted of any crime

00:37:14.600 because they caught him talking, talking to one of the witnesses in his case.

00:37:20.380 And, of course, when I was charged,

00:37:22.140 the judge specifically prohibited me from arguing that my prosecution was selective

00:37:28.860 or that I was being prosecuted for political reasons, for political motives.

00:37:35.300 I wonder if the federal judge in the Letitia James case,

00:37:39.740 or the James Comey case, same judge, I believe, is going to rule the same way.

00:37:45.400 Unfortunately, we're out of time.

00:37:46.500 I want to thank our guest, Sam Antar.

00:37:48.300 I urge you to go to his website, whitecollarfraud.com.

00:37:52.060 See for yourself why Letitia James is one of the biggest criminals in the country 1.00

00:37:56.560 and why she's in serious legal trouble. 1.00

00:37:59.320 I'm Roger Stone.
