00:00:00.360 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:00:07.380 Welcome. You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:00:11.220 I've just returned from a week in Washington, D.C.
00:00:14.600 I've forgotten how cold it gets there, but I was there when after 43 days of a Democrat-caused government shutdown,
00:00:24.140 President Trump signed legislation on Wednesday night to reopen the government,
00:00:28.260 bringing an end to the partisan games that were being played by the Democrats to the detriment of the American people.
00:00:35.960 The continuing resolution, ultimately passed by the Senate and the House and signed into law by the President,
00:00:43.100 will only fund the government through the end of January and fully funds three of the 12 appropriations for fiscal year 2026,
00:00:51.300 those being agriculture, military, construction and veterans affairs and the legislative branch through the end of September.
00:01:01.440 So the Democrat extortion plot has officially come to an end because enough Democrat senators had the conscience
00:01:09.720 and were willing to buck their own party leader, New York Senator Chuck Schumer, the minority leader, to reopen our government.
00:01:17.580 Senator John Fetterman, who surprisingly has emerged as a voice of reason,
00:01:24.960 a true moderate centrist in the Democrat Party, spoke candidly about the calamity within his own party
00:01:32.080 throughout the government shutdown debacle, how Democrat leadership is asleep at the wheel
00:01:38.080 and how the Democrats' maniacal base is eating itself alive from within.
00:01:43.200 And Fetterman told Fox News that no one really knows in the Democrat Party who's in charge these days.
00:01:52.340 Quoting the senator from Pennsylvania exactly, he said,
00:01:56.200 my values are reflected in my vote and the things that I support here.
00:02:00.460 And if that might put me at odds with parts of my party, well, I'm OK with that.
00:02:04.240 I mean, we need to be a big tent party.
00:02:07.340 I mean, that's my principle, because it's wrong to shut our government down, said Fetterman.
00:02:12.720 And now we knew that if we would put at risk those 42 million Americans on SNAP or paying for our military
00:02:20.760 and near the Capitol Police, I mean, people have gone five weeks without being paid.
00:02:25.420 That's a violation of my core values.
00:02:28.940 And I think it's a violation of our party's values as well.
00:02:32.980 I was sad to hear that Fetterman was rushed to the hospital subsequently with some kind of either aneurysm or some other neurological problem.
00:02:46.100 I have been surprised but pleased at the way John Fetterman has emerged as a voice of reason,
00:02:53.760 kind of out of step with his entire party.
00:02:57.120 I would not be shocked if by the time he comes up for re-election, John Fetterman were to switch parties,
00:03:04.520 because I think with his current views, he'd be much more at home in the Republican Party.
00:03:11.760 Fetterman once again said the right would say really rough things and names,
00:03:15.380 but on the left, it's like they want me to die or they're cheering for your next stroke.
00:03:20.640 Even if they have a gif where they have a stroke in your head, that means a graphic.
00:03:28.780 The Democrats thought they had achieved a political masterstroke by holding our government hostage
00:03:33.320 and inducing a painful shutdown.
00:03:36.820 And while it may have slowed down President Trump's economic recovery in the short term,
00:03:41.580 it may have done more damage within the Democrat Party
00:03:44.320 and increased factors that could do serious long-term damage heading into next year's midterms.
00:03:52.600 While the economy is measurably better, while food prices are down,
00:03:57.820 while gas prices are down,
00:04:00.380 while President Trump delivered the greatest single tax cut in American history,
00:04:06.740 a tax cut that will be renewed come January,
00:04:10.160 it is also true, based on a lot of the polling that I'm studying,
00:04:13.600 the American people do not feel better.
00:04:17.400 And in fact, food prices today, grocery prices,
00:04:20.500 are not as low as they were the final year of Donald Trump's first term in the presidency.
00:04:27.520 I saw this phenomena before in 1996,
00:04:30.580 when both Bill Clinton and Ross Perot challenged sitting President George H.W. Bush,
00:04:37.300 who argued in vain that the economy was strong.
00:04:40.880 But until the American people feel it,
00:04:43.800 until the American people believe it,
00:04:45.580 it will not be a vote-affecting reality.
00:04:49.220 The president is in the instance of trying to turn around an ocean liner.
00:04:54.780 This will take some time.
00:04:56.820 But I have confidence that between his tariff policy,
00:04:59.720 his policies of cutting taxes and reducing regulation,
00:05:03.280 there's still a strong chance once we get a new Federal Reserve chair
00:05:08.900 and a new majority on the Federal Reserve
00:05:12.020 and a resultant deep cut in our tax rates,
00:05:17.060 pardon me, our interest rates,
00:05:18.500 that the economy could yet boom.
00:05:22.060 Speaking of that,
00:05:23.240 the Trump administration is considering portable mortgages.
00:05:27.620 Federal Housing Finance Agency Bill Pulte said
00:05:30.540 that his agency is considering issuing portable mortgages
00:05:33.940 in order to help homeowners.
00:05:36.360 Homeownership still remains out of reach for many, many Americans,
00:05:41.640 particularly younger Americans.
00:05:43.960 One of the obstacles, of course, are high interest rates,
00:05:47.780 also in availability of housing stock.
00:05:51.120 Portable mortgages would give homeowners the ability
00:05:53.920 to transfer an existing mortgage,
00:05:56.260 including their terms, rates, and amortization schedule,
00:05:59.700 to a new residential property.
00:06:01.540 Portable mortgages are currently not allowed in the United States,
00:06:04.440 but are currently available in Canada, the UK,
00:06:07.880 and parts of the European Union.
00:06:10.700 I believe that portable mortgages could help spur new ownership, too,
00:06:14.360 if it could just unlock the golden handcuffs
00:06:16.860 of preventing the supply of available homes from meeting demand.
00:06:20.760 Housing inventory is stuck at historically low rates
00:06:25.340 at about 1.55 million units,
00:06:28.800 down from 2.2 million units.
00:06:30.620 That has been the average from about 1982 to 2025.
00:06:35.320 This is because many Americans took advantage
00:06:38.940 of the 30-year mortgage rate
00:06:41.240 that was put into place in January of 2021,
00:06:44.740 when it reached an all-time low of 2.65%
00:06:48.640 during the COVID pandemic.
00:06:50.400 So they're stuck in their homes
00:06:52.020 because they do not want to lose this favorable mortgage rate
00:06:55.680 that they will likely never be able to obtain again.
00:06:58.960 It's common sense.
00:07:00.340 Portable mortgages would be able to solve this problem.
00:07:02.780 The FHFA, that's the Federal Housing Finance Administration,
00:07:06.580 in my opinion, should move forward with this reform
00:07:08.860 and other measures that help create the next generation of homeowners
00:07:12.580 as property ownership is a bedrock right,
00:07:15.500 and those who own properly are more likely,
00:07:18.020 I think, to vote Republican.
00:07:21.200 Meanwhile, my good friend, U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey,
00:07:25.120 Alina Haba, who formerly served as a White House counselor,
00:07:28.560 was accosted by a left-wing maniac in her office.
00:07:32.120 According to Attorney General Pam Bondi,
00:07:33.860 Bondi said,
00:07:34.460 Last night, an individual attempted to confront one of our U.S. attorneys,
00:07:39.260 adding that the deranged individual destroyed property in her office
00:07:42.900 and then fled the scene.
00:07:45.080 Thankfully, Alina Haba, who is a great lawyer and a great friend,
00:07:50.020 is perfectly fine following this encounter.
00:07:53.080 Bondi continued,
00:07:53.900 This is unfortunately becoming a trend
00:08:02.780 as radicals continue to attack law enforcement agents around the country.
00:08:08.500 As the Attorney General said,
00:08:10.200 our federal prosecutors, agents, and law enforcement partners
00:08:12.860 put their lives on the line every day to protect the American people,
00:08:17.240 and the department will use every legal tool available
00:08:20.340 to ensure their safety and hold violent offenders fully accountable.
00:08:26.380 This case shows, once again,
00:08:28.540 that those who work for the federal government
00:08:30.280 who are not deep state holdovers
00:08:31.840 are under an incredible amount of pressure.
00:08:34.980 There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions,
00:08:37.080 of left-wing maniacs
00:08:38.320 who've been gaslighted with propaganda from fake news media.
00:08:42.840 They've been primed deliberately to commit terrorist acts.
00:08:46.320 They are in echo chambers like Reddit and Blue Sky,
00:08:49.120 where bile and hatred is spread about American patriots continuously.
00:08:54.320 We may sometimes disagree with their decisions
00:08:56.380 or believe that they should be proceeding more quickly on important projects,
00:09:00.240 but those serving in major roles in the Trump administration
00:09:04.080 and the Department of Justice, including Alina Haba,
00:09:07.540 deserve our admiration and our respect
00:09:09.620 for the immense courage and sacrifice
00:09:11.460 it takes to fight every day for the American people.
00:09:15.960 These people have given up lucrative law practices
00:09:18.600 and a cushy lifestyle in service of their country,
00:09:22.080 and that should be recognized.
00:09:24.120 MAGA would have no choice of succeeding without them.
00:09:29.420 Meanwhile, as we reported to you two days ago,
00:09:32.680 California Congressman Eric Swalwell,
00:09:35.200 who has faced a barrage of controversy in recent years
00:09:38.340 from his alleged ties in an extramarital affair
00:09:42.600 with a communist Chinese spy, Fang Fang,
00:09:46.860 while he was a member of the House Intelligence Committee
00:09:49.380 and had full access to classified documents
00:09:52.420 to his infamous on-air mishap in 2019
00:09:56.700 when he, shall we say, broke wind on air.
00:09:59.920 But now, a new revelation raises even more serious questions
00:10:03.560 about Eric Swalwell's integrity and eligibility to serve in Congress.
00:10:08.880 You see, despite serving as a congressman from California's 15th District
00:10:13.660 and claiming that his hometown was the town of Livermore, California,
00:10:18.980 Swalwell, on a deed of trust filed in the District of Columbia,
00:10:24.380 has declared a Washington, D.C. property
00:10:27.360 as his, quote, principal legal residence, close quote.
00:10:32.120 The deed of trust on the D.C. property
00:10:34.520 confirms the property is designated as his principal residence
00:10:38.440 as a condition of his mortgage loan.
00:10:42.220 The deed also includes explicit language,
00:10:44.500 making the borrower liable for false or misleading statements
00:10:48.020 regarding occupancy.
00:10:50.520 The borrower shall be in default
00:10:53.020 if borrower gave materially false, misleading,
00:10:57.000 or inaccurate information or statements to the lender.
00:11:00.160 Material representations include the borrower's occupancy
00:11:03.420 of the primary or the borrower's principal residence.
00:11:06.620 By the way, these are publicly available documents
00:11:09.960 that anyone who has a laptop and half a brain can find.
00:11:15.040 So none of this is classified or any of it is proprietary.
00:11:20.060 It's all online.
00:11:21.720 Now, under Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution,
00:11:25.500 members of Congress must be, quote,
00:11:27.940 quote, inhabitants, close quote,
00:11:29.960 of the state they represented at their time of election.
00:11:33.240 So in California, maintaining this lack of inhabitants
00:11:36.900 means holding tangible, veritable ties to the state,
00:11:40.880 such as owning or renting a residence,
00:11:42.920 registering to vote, paying state income taxes,
00:11:45.340 or possessing a California driver's license.
00:11:49.080 California Elections Code 349 goes even further,
00:11:51.980 saying a domicile is defined as
00:11:54.380 the place in which his or her habitation is fixed,
00:11:58.440 a place where a person intends to return and remain.
00:12:01.560 So if Congressman Eric Swalwell's true domicile
00:12:05.820 is in Washington, D.C.,
00:12:07.780 the city where he himself has declared
00:12:10.100 his principal legal residency,
00:12:12.920 I would argue that he no longer meets
00:12:15.160 the basic requirement of being a California inhabitant.
00:12:18.620 Therefore, he is no longer legally qualified
00:12:21.080 to be a member of Congress.
00:12:23.420 Interestingly enough, I saw him on TV last night.
00:12:26.760 His defense is very similar to that of Adam Schiff,
00:12:29.560 a man who's also been caught,
00:12:31.480 although in his case,
00:12:32.720 he claimed principal legal residence
00:12:34.660 in two places at the same time,
00:12:36.760 one of them in Potomac, Maryland,
00:12:38.620 the other one in California,
00:12:40.420 all of this from publicly available documents.
00:12:43.580 Seems to me that on the left,
00:12:45.900 a simple explanation that it's not true,
00:12:48.260 I didn't do it,
00:12:49.020 Donald Trump hates me and I've been targeted.
00:12:51.580 Seems to be their entire legal defense.
00:12:55.640 And so far, many in the mainstream media
00:12:58.960 seem to be letting them get away with that.
00:13:01.560 That's why I urge anyone who's interested
00:13:03.560 to go online and look up these documents themselves.
00:13:06.460 And you will see that there obviously
00:13:09.000 is still a two-tiered justice system.
00:13:12.200 Now, according to today's news,
00:13:13.720 the Federal Housing and Finance Administration
00:13:15.820 has sent a criminal referral
00:13:18.000 to the Department of Justice
00:13:19.100 regarding Congressman Swalwell,
00:13:21.120 and it remains to be seen
00:13:22.260 what action the Department of Justice will take.
00:13:25.320 But if they see the same documents
00:13:27.100 that I saw online,
00:13:28.980 well, then Eric Swalwell will be charged,
00:13:32.140 first of all, with mortgage and bank fraud.
00:13:34.260 But then secondarily,
00:13:35.380 there should be some challenge
00:13:36.680 to his sitting in Congress
00:13:38.200 as a member from California.

00:14:14.200 Welcome back.
00:14:16.400 You are re-entering The Stone Zone.
00:14:18.560 I really appreciate those kind words
00:14:20.500 from Vice President J.D. Vance.
00:14:22.960 I had an opportunity to visit
00:14:24.180 with the Vice President
00:14:25.640 where I was in Washington, D.C.
00:14:28.200 earlier this week.
00:14:29.640 I must tell you,
00:14:30.300 I am increasingly impressed
00:14:32.140 with J.D. Vance.
00:14:33.760 I think he comes across in person
00:14:36.280 somewhat different
00:14:37.300 than he does on television,
00:14:38.480 but I am very deeply impressed
00:14:40.620 by his knowledge
00:14:41.720 and his commitment
00:14:42.860 to President Trump's agenda
00:14:44.820 and his incredible courage.
00:14:47.960 He is the frontrunner for president
00:14:49.860 in a party
00:14:50.580 where we don't dump
00:14:51.700 sitting vice presidents.
00:14:53.420 I think the president
00:14:54.100 has made a wise, wise, wise choice
00:14:56.240 in the selection of J.D. Vance.
00:14:58.460 I think of the choices available,
00:15:00.760 he was actually the best choice.
00:15:02.580 It is kind of funny
00:15:04.260 to see so many lemmings
00:15:06.220 screaming that we've lost
00:15:08.200 the 2026 off-year elections,
00:15:11.120 not recognizing that in politics,
00:15:14.000 a week is a lifetime.
00:15:16.700 And those who expect the president
00:15:18.720 to turn around the entire country,
00:15:20.460 including our economy,
00:15:22.000 within a year,
00:15:23.340 I think we're always being unrealistic.
00:15:25.320 This will take some time.
00:15:27.100 But give President Trump
00:15:28.460 and Vice President Vance some credit.
00:15:30.440 They have closed our southern border.
00:15:33.680 They have mounted
00:15:34.580 the single greatest deportation
00:15:37.720 of dangerous illegal immigrants
00:15:39.580 in U.S. history.
00:15:41.280 And finally,
00:15:42.520 we are making trade agreements
00:15:44.060 with our trading partners
00:15:45.240 that are mutually beneficial,
00:15:47.520 not one-sided.
00:15:49.580 This is a sea change
00:15:51.480 from previous years.
00:15:53.260 And it's interesting
00:15:54.360 that I think back to 1988.
00:15:56.380 That's the first year
00:15:57.820 that I urged Donald Trump,
00:16:00.120 the New York state
00:16:01.000 real estate developer,
00:16:02.160 to seriously consider
00:16:03.360 a campaign for president
00:16:05.260 of the United States.
00:16:07.180 He was skeptical at first,
00:16:08.660 but then he agreed
00:16:09.800 to do a speech
00:16:10.660 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire,
00:16:13.220 to kind of road test his ideas.
00:16:16.520 Those days,
00:16:17.520 he refused to use
00:16:18.360 a teleprompter.
00:16:19.240 In fact,
00:16:19.540 he refused to work
00:16:20.920 from handwritten notes.
00:16:22.800 He spoke off the cuff.
00:16:24.740 I went back
00:16:25.200 and I looked at it.
00:16:26.020 He spoke about the fact
00:16:27.140 that our trade deals
00:16:28.900 were inequitable,
00:16:30.380 that we send social workers
00:16:32.480 to negotiate
00:16:33.220 while other nations
00:16:34.760 sell, as he put it,
00:16:36.960 killers,
00:16:37.880 and that it was time
00:16:39.300 for our NATO allies
00:16:41.200 to pay their fair share
00:16:43.300 for their own defense.
00:16:45.600 It was really,
00:16:46.300 I think,
00:16:46.560 the first time
00:16:47.280 I ever heard him say
00:16:48.340 it was time
00:16:48.840 to put America first.
00:16:50.640 He also called
00:16:51.260 for rebuilding
00:16:52.340 our military strength
00:16:54.000 and to not stumbling
00:16:56.340 into endless foreign wars.
00:16:58.280 I point out
00:16:58.600 this was pre-NAFTA,
00:17:00.280 pre-GAT.
00:17:01.040 So he really was
00:17:02.280 a visionary
00:17:02.760 and a sage.
00:17:04.660 And frankly,
00:17:05.820 I wanted him to run
00:17:06.980 for president in 1988,
00:17:08.820 wanted him to run again
00:17:10.060 in 2000,
00:17:11.480 wanted him to run in 2012,
00:17:13.680 and I thank God almighty
00:17:15.120 that he ran in 2016.
00:17:17.380 I'm Roger Stone.
00:17:18.400 You're listening
00:17:18.780 to The Stone Zone
00:17:19.480 right here on the
00:17:20.120 Red Apple Audio Networks,
00:17:22.180 and we'll be right back.
00:17:23.840 So there's no reason
00:17:24.780 for you to touch
00:17:25.760 that dime.
00:17:29.960 The Stone Zone,
00:17:31.920 entertaining
00:17:32.480 and informative
00:17:33.700 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:17:37.520 I really appreciate
00:17:39.000 those kind words
00:17:40.440 of among our greatest presidents.
00:17:42.460 So it turns out
00:17:43.540 that former
00:17:44.220 special counsel
00:17:45.220 Jack Smith,
00:17:46.800 now under fire
00:17:47.860 for orchestrating
00:17:48.720 the invasive,
00:17:49.760 unconstitutional
00:17:50.700 Arctic Frost operation,
00:17:53.580 which spied on
00:17:54.800 sitting Republican senators
00:17:56.540 and members of Congress,
00:17:58.180 as well as
00:17:58.920 many of President Trump's
00:18:00.340 most high-profile
00:18:01.980 supporters and friends,
00:18:03.520 myself included,
00:18:05.160 had a secret meeting
00:18:06.540 with then-FBI
00:18:07.600 Director Christopher Wray
00:18:08.980 in May of 2023,
00:18:11.220 just a few months
00:18:12.100 before he began
00:18:13.020 investigating January 6th.
00:18:16.100 A significant case
00:18:17.880 notification document
00:18:19.220 was created
00:18:19.980 as a record
00:18:21.300 for the meeting
00:18:21.880 indicating its importance.
00:18:23.980 Senator Chuck Grassley
00:18:25.520 of Iowa
00:18:26.160 and Senator Ron Johnson
00:18:28.560 of Wisconsin
00:18:29.220 received the document
00:18:30.280 as part of their
00:18:31.040 ongoing investigation
00:18:32.560 into Operation
00:18:33.800 Arctic Frost,
00:18:35.220 which could be
00:18:35.860 the second biggest
00:18:37.740 dirty trick
00:18:38.580 and abuse of power
00:18:40.900 in American governmental
00:18:42.320 or political history.
00:18:44.780 Senator Grassley said,
00:18:46.140 Jack Smith claims
00:18:47.220 he wants to come
00:18:48.120 and tell his story
00:18:49.420 to Congress under oath,
00:18:50.700 but when I asked him
00:18:51.500 point-blank
00:18:52.080 if he ever met
00:18:53.420 with Attorney General Garland
00:18:55.060 or Deputy Attorney General
00:18:56.400 Lisa Monaco
00:18:57.200 or FBI Director Wray
00:18:59.120 as part of his investigation,
00:19:01.200 he refused to answer
00:19:02.100 the question.
00:19:03.460 Well, now it is known
00:19:04.520 that Smith did meet
00:19:05.580 with FBI Director Wray
00:19:07.420 shortly before he proceeded
00:19:08.600 with his prosecution
00:19:10.080 of President Donald Trump.
00:19:11.840 I don't think
00:19:12.820 they were talking
00:19:13.980 about the weather.
00:19:15.320 These men were engaged
00:19:16.560 in collusion
00:19:17.200 as part of the election
00:19:18.240 interference conspiracy
00:19:19.560 to remove President Donald Trump
00:19:21.560 from the picture
00:19:22.220 in 2024.
00:19:24.480 Their schemes
00:19:25.040 badly backfired,
00:19:26.980 as did the attempt
00:19:28.280 to kill the president,
00:19:29.940 first in Butler, Pennsylvania,
00:19:31.760 but then subsequently
00:19:33.940 in Donald Trump's
00:19:35.520 own golf course
00:19:37.140 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
00:19:39.680 Both of them,
00:19:40.420 I think,
00:19:40.760 backfiring badly.
00:19:42.600 Now, I think
00:19:43.360 they are completely
00:19:44.060 and totally exposed
00:19:45.100 and their institutional backing
00:19:47.220 they once had
00:19:48.100 is dissipating,
00:19:49.300 although many
00:19:50.000 in the fake news media
00:19:51.640 refuse to acknowledge
00:19:53.560 that their entire goal
00:19:55.320 was to impede
00:19:56.820 Donald Trump's return
00:19:58.380 to the White House.
00:19:59.680 This was the election interference.
00:20:01.760 Not the so-called
00:20:02.780 Russian collusion
00:20:03.680 that we now know
00:20:04.400 was a complete
00:20:05.420 and total hoax.
00:20:06.900 How do we know that?
00:20:07.940 Well, because
00:20:08.580 the Director of National Intelligence,
00:20:11.400 Tulsi Gabbard,
00:20:12.540 former Democrat
00:20:13.420 Congresswoman from Hawaii,
00:20:15.480 has courageously
00:20:16.680 declassified
00:20:17.780 all the documents
00:20:19.300 that prove
00:20:20.640 that there was
00:20:21.820 no Russian collusion,
00:20:23.120 there was no collaboration
00:20:24.640 between WikiLeaks
00:20:25.860 and the Trump campaign,
00:20:27.180 and people like
00:20:27.960 Donald Trump,
00:20:29.320 General Michael Flynn,
00:20:30.260 and myself
00:20:30.820 were sacrificial lambs.
00:20:32.980 We were
00:20:33.340 set up,
00:20:35.780 we were framed,
00:20:36.560 we were charged
00:20:37.400 in an effort
00:20:38.320 to hurt Donald Trump,
00:20:39.820 first to remove him
00:20:40.660 from the presidency,
00:20:41.780 then through
00:20:42.780 two phony impeachments,
00:20:45.280 then through
00:20:46.600 the January 6th
00:20:48.800 fiasco,
00:20:49.920 and then finally
00:20:50.940 in the fake
00:20:52.200 documents case.
00:20:54.360 That, of course,
00:20:55.320 means that the final step
00:20:56.940 of that seditious conspiracy
00:20:59.000 took place
00:21:00.520 in Palm Beach, Florida,
00:21:01.740 where Mar-Lago
00:21:02.640 was raided,
00:21:04.100 reminded me of the raid
00:21:05.080 on my own home,
00:21:06.340 6 o'clock in the morning.
00:21:08.340 That means
00:21:08.920 this seditious conspiracy
00:21:10.300 can be investigated
00:21:11.720 by a federal
00:21:12.780 grand jury,
00:21:14.100 not in Washington,
00:21:15.000 D.C.,
00:21:15.380 where you will never
00:21:16.080 get justice,
00:21:16.720 but in South Florida.
00:21:19.460 And therefore,
00:21:19.920 it was significant
00:21:20.460 last week
00:21:21.140 when Fox News reported
00:21:22.320 that former CIA
00:21:24.100 director
00:21:24.860 John Brennan,
00:21:26.240 who I believe
00:21:27.520 is the man
00:21:28.380 who orchestrated
00:21:29.380 the Russian collusion
00:21:32.000 hoax
00:21:32.380 more than any
00:21:33.080 other public official,
00:21:34.660 as well as
00:21:35.840 FBI officials
00:21:37.580 Peter Strzok
00:21:38.320 and Lisa Page,
00:21:39.720 along with
00:21:40.240 30 other individuals,
00:21:41.960 had received
00:21:42.900 subpoenas
00:21:43.580 to explain
00:21:44.500 their conduct
00:21:45.440 to the grand jury.
00:21:47.520 Looks to me
00:21:48.020 like justice is coming.
00:21:50.340 Well, now we learn
00:21:51.420 that Smith met
00:21:52.220 with Director Wray
00:21:53.020 shortly before
00:21:53.840 he proceeded
00:21:54.440 with his prosecution
00:21:55.160 of Trump.
00:21:56.840 Their schemes
00:21:57.640 are backfiring badly.
00:21:59.220 All that awaits
00:22:00.140 are indictments,
00:22:01.340 perp walks,
00:22:02.360 speedy trials,
00:22:03.400 and jail sentences
00:22:04.900 for this cabal
00:22:06.560 of criminals.
00:22:07.860 I've been working
00:22:08.920 on a piece
00:22:09.880 for my substack
00:22:11.220 because I figured out
00:22:12.220 that the U.S.
00:22:13.580 Mint currently
00:22:14.900 is spending
00:22:15.680 13 cents
00:22:16.940 in order to
00:22:18.140 mint a nickel coin,
00:22:20.940 which makes
00:22:21.380 no sense at all.
00:22:22.780 But now I realize
00:22:24.380 it's the end
00:22:25.420 of an era
00:22:26.340 and that the United States
00:22:27.520 is going to end
00:22:28.520 production
00:22:29.400 of the penny.
00:22:31.640 The U.S.
00:22:32.620 Mint announced
00:22:33.140 they'll no longer
00:22:33.880 be creating
00:22:34.440 any new pennies,
00:22:35.600 ending the run
00:22:36.340 of the penny
00:22:36.860 after 232 years
00:22:39.440 of production.
00:22:40.500 The final penny
00:22:41.580 was created
00:22:42.200 just yesterday
00:22:43.300 at the Philadelphia
00:22:44.060 Mint.
00:22:45.320 They're ceasing
00:22:46.080 production because
00:22:47.160 with reportedly
00:22:48.240 300 billion pennies
00:22:50.800 in circulation,
00:22:52.220 there are far more
00:22:53.080 than are needed
00:22:54.100 for day-to-day commerce.
00:22:55.620 Each penny
00:22:56.080 also costs
00:22:57.340 about $3.69
00:22:58.760 to make,
00:23:00.080 which makes them
00:23:00.920 economically non-viable.
00:23:02.620 In fact,
00:23:03.000 it seems idiotic
00:23:04.560 to keep producing them.
00:23:06.700 Whoever thought
00:23:07.580 that the penny
00:23:08.340 that's in that jar
00:23:10.380 by the wall
00:23:11.260 in your home
00:23:11.900 or perhaps
00:23:12.820 in your purse
00:23:13.820 or between the sofa
00:23:18.600 cushions
00:23:19.240 at your home
00:23:20.000 would someday
00:23:20.900 be a collector's item,
00:23:22.160 but I think
00:23:22.520 that will be the case.
00:23:24.280 The United States
00:23:24.920 is expected
00:23:25.400 to save
00:23:25.900 approximately $56 million
00:23:27.660 annually
00:23:28.480 by stopping
00:23:29.660 production
00:23:30.720 of the simple penny.
00:23:32.360 They will
00:23:32.940 occasionally strike
00:23:33.820 small numbers
00:23:34.620 of one-cent coins
00:23:35.700 for collectors
00:23:36.420 and pneumatic reasons,
00:23:39.240 but their mass production
00:23:40.240 is now officially over.
00:23:42.180 This follows
00:23:42.880 a directive
00:23:43.580 from President Trump
00:23:44.660 that was made
00:23:45.200 to the Treasury Department
00:23:46.200 way back in February.
00:23:48.180 So the inflated
00:23:48.980 cost of a penny
00:23:49.940 is a reminder
00:23:50.740 of the debasement
00:23:51.960 of our currency,
00:23:53.140 which has lost
00:23:54.040 over 95%
00:23:55.300 of its value
00:23:56.040 since the beginning
00:23:57.240 of the 20th century.
00:23:59.120 Let's hope
00:23:59.580 that this is not
00:24:00.300 the beginning
00:24:00.780 of phasing out
00:24:01.520 of all coins
00:24:02.300 and paper money
00:24:03.140 and heading
00:24:04.380 towards some
00:24:05.060 compulsory
00:24:05.860 digital currency.
00:24:07.760 I hate that idea
00:24:08.840 where every
00:24:09.960 American citizen
00:24:11.240 would be given
00:24:11.840 a plastic
00:24:12.780 credit card
00:24:14.300 of some type
00:24:15.380 to buy
00:24:16.340 groceries
00:24:17.200 or gasoline
00:24:18.180 or make any
00:24:18.860 other purchase
00:24:20.480 because that could
00:24:21.800 be centrally
00:24:22.580 controlled
00:24:23.280 and if the government
00:24:24.560 didn't like
00:24:25.400 the church
00:24:26.560 that you were
00:24:26.940 giving to
00:24:27.480 or the political
00:24:28.180 contributions
00:24:28.840 that you were
00:24:29.440 making
00:24:29.780 or how you
00:24:31.340 spend your money,
00:24:32.500 let's say,
00:24:32.900 on a six-pack
00:24:34.140 of beer
00:24:34.740 or a fine cigar,
00:24:36.700 well,
00:24:36.820 they could just
00:24:37.400 decide that you're
00:24:38.200 no longer able
00:24:39.060 to buy anything.
00:24:40.820 They call it
00:24:41.280 a social credit
00:24:42.060 score in China
00:24:43.180 and that's where
00:24:44.500 I think digital
00:24:45.400 currency is headed.
00:24:47.380 That's why I don't
00:24:48.400 like the real ID.
00:24:51.040 For those who
00:24:51.560 aren't aware,
00:24:52.420 but we have a
00:24:53.040 program in place
00:24:54.000 that actually
00:24:54.520 became law
00:24:55.400 after the attacks
00:24:57.100 on America
00:24:57.700 of 9-11
00:24:58.520 in which there
00:24:59.900 is now a
00:25:00.580 database
00:25:01.360 and that
00:25:02.820 a real ID
00:25:04.000 certification
00:25:04.800 which will be
00:25:06.000 affixed to
00:25:06.880 your driver's
00:25:07.480 license
00:25:07.860 will soon
00:25:08.920 be required
00:25:09.900 in order to
00:25:10.720 board an
00:25:11.300 airplane.
00:25:12.740 As I learned
00:25:13.800 recently,
00:25:14.440 a simple
00:25:14.900 driver's license
00:25:15.800 with your
00:25:16.460 photo,
00:25:17.220 which used
00:25:17.860 to be the
00:25:18.420 requirement,
00:25:19.040 is no longer
00:25:19.720 acceptable in the
00:25:20.500 short term.
00:25:21.460 The government
00:25:21.940 is accepting
00:25:22.700 a U.S.
00:25:23.480 passport or a
00:25:24.640 foreign country's
00:25:25.820 passport to
00:25:26.840 board an
00:25:27.440 airplane,
00:25:27.960 but soon
00:25:28.860 that too
00:25:29.420 will be
00:25:29.780 phased out
00:25:30.480 and those
00:25:31.560 who do not
00:25:32.060 have real ID
00:25:33.120 will not be
00:25:34.220 allowed to
00:25:34.900 fly.
00:25:35.940 I think this
00:25:36.460 is a terrible
00:25:37.300 idea.
00:25:38.520 There are
00:25:38.920 bigger plans
00:25:39.740 for a central
00:25:41.060 database of
00:25:42.240 American citizens.
00:25:43.700 As a
00:25:44.240 conservative,
00:25:45.000 as an
00:25:45.540 American,
00:25:46.000 I think this
00:25:46.440 is unduly
00:25:47.080 invasive and
00:25:48.480 in fact a
00:25:49.300 terrible,
00:25:50.060 terrible idea.
00:25:52.260 Meanwhile,
00:25:53.040 an organization
00:25:53.820 of Antifa-style
00:25:55.660 radical leftists
00:25:56.760 is calling
00:25:57.340 themselves the
00:25:58.080 Students
00:25:58.780 Organizing for
00:25:59.700 Liberation.
00:26:00.780 They have
00:26:01.340 taken credit
00:26:02.140 for the
00:26:02.700 incredible
00:26:03.120 violence that
00:26:04.040 occurred at
00:26:04.460 the University
00:26:04.900 of California's
00:26:06.300 Berkeley campus
00:26:07.100 early this
00:26:07.660 week in a
00:26:08.780 vain attempt
00:26:09.420 to obstruct
00:26:10.120 a Turning
00:26:10.680 Point USA
00:26:11.440 free speech
00:26:12.820 event.
00:26:13.820 In their
00:26:14.320 statement,
00:26:15.000 the Antifa
00:26:15.740 front said,
00:26:16.680 thank you for
00:26:17.220 standing with
00:26:17.860 people of
00:26:18.660 color,
00:26:19.140 immigrants,
00:26:20.220 LGBTQI,
00:26:22.440 the poor,
00:26:23.420 Muslim,
00:26:23.940 and all
00:26:24.400 oppressed
00:26:24.800 people in the
00:26:26.360 face of
00:26:26.800 fascism.
00:26:27.400 Today,
00:26:27.740 we successfully
00:26:28.420 delayed the
00:26:29.620 action by
00:26:30.220 nearly an
00:26:30.740 hour and a
00:26:31.220 half for
00:26:31.760 it in
00:26:32.200 TPUSA,
00:26:33.800 that's the
00:26:34.260 student
00:26:34.820 organization
00:26:35.420 founded by
00:26:36.240 my good
00:26:36.740 friend,
00:26:37.460 the late
00:26:37.840 Charlie Kirk,
00:26:38.880 God rest his
00:26:39.540 soul,
00:26:40.400 to rush through
00:26:41.000 their presentation.
00:26:42.040 Because of the
00:26:42.660 rush,
00:26:42.980 we learned that
00:26:43.740 UC Berkeley
00:26:44.800 Chancellor Richard
00:26:45.720 Lyons was in
00:26:46.480 attendance and
00:26:47.660 he was called
00:26:48.400 upon by failed
00:26:49.500 parent,
00:26:50.540 Rob Schneider.
00:26:51.360 Rob Schneider,
00:26:52.380 of course,
00:26:52.780 the comedian
00:26:53.860 and comedic
00:26:54.660 actor and
00:26:55.300 good friend
00:26:56.060 of mine who
00:26:56.620 has also
00:26:57.180 joined us
00:26:58.020 here in
00:26:58.640 the Stone
00:26:59.040 Zone.
00:26:59.840 Why do
00:27:00.360 these people
00:27:00.840 hate free
00:27:01.400 speech?
00:27:01.920 Why do
00:27:02.180 they hate
00:27:02.540 free expression?
00:27:03.920 Why do
00:27:04.300 they hate
00:27:04.600 the most
00:27:04.960 basic right
00:27:06.080 contained in
00:27:07.480 the First
00:27:07.820 Amendment of
00:27:08.540 the U.S.
00:27:09.220 Constitution?
00:27:10.540 Students
00:27:10.880 Organizing for
00:27:11.740 Liberation calls
00:27:12.560 themselves a
00:27:13.260 grassroots
00:27:14.200 Democrat
00:27:14.740 organization to
00:27:15.760 resist
00:27:16.240 imperialism,
00:27:17.600 Zionism,
00:27:19.060 and the
00:27:19.400 oppressive
00:27:19.840 projects of
00:27:20.840 UC Berkeley
00:27:22.000 and the
00:27:22.480 UC system.
00:27:24.480 This is the
00:27:24.920 sort of group
00:27:25.320 that claims it
00:27:26.000 is a free
00:27:26.600 speech or
00:27:27.100 social justice
00:27:27.840 group,
00:27:28.200 but then they
00:27:28.640 engage in
00:27:29.360 overtly violent
00:27:30.780 activity to
00:27:31.700 stop free
00:27:32.560 speech.
00:27:33.720 They cry out
00:27:34.500 like they're
00:27:34.900 victims when
00:27:35.560 in actuality
00:27:36.220 they're the
00:27:36.680 aggressors.
00:27:37.940 There are
00:27:38.340 thousands of
00:27:39.060 groups such
00:27:39.540 as these all
00:27:40.080 over the
00:27:40.400 country and
00:27:40.820 although they
00:27:41.320 may act
00:27:41.840 independent,
00:27:42.900 they all
00:27:43.260 come under
00:27:43.800 the Antifa
00:27:44.720 network.
00:27:46.060 They receive
00:27:46.640 funding from
00:27:47.380 a wealthy
00:27:48.200 donor system
00:27:49.040 that must
00:27:49.420 be put out
00:27:50.100 of commission
00:27:50.760 as long as
00:27:51.680 they are
00:27:51.900 advocating
00:27:52.440 violence,
00:27:53.500 mayhem,
00:27:54.040 and yes,
00:27:54.660 death.
00:27:55.680 President
00:27:56.040 Trump made
00:27:57.140 the announcement
00:27:58.020 that he was
00:27:58.960 designating
00:27:59.700 foreign Antifa
00:28:00.740 groups as
00:28:01.360 foreign terrorist
00:28:02.000 organizations.
00:28:02.840 They should
00:28:03.080 certainly be
00:28:03.560 extended to
00:28:04.700 their counterparts
00:28:05.380 in the U.S.
00:28:06.280 as they are
00:28:07.160 all clearly
00:28:08.200 part of the
00:28:09.480 same umbrella
00:28:10.340 network taking
00:28:11.340 the same
00:28:11.880 orders.
00:28:13.040 There is no
00:28:13.960 excuse for
00:28:14.820 violence nor is
00:28:15.760 there any
00:28:16.040 excuse for
00:28:16.580 limiting
00:28:16.880 the free
00:28:17.780 speech of
00:28:18.260 anyone as
00:28:18.880 long as
00:28:19.240 they are
00:28:19.460 not advocating
00:28:20.420 violence.
00:28:22.400 No, you
00:28:23.180 shouldn't
00:28:23.700 yell fire in
00:28:24.700 a crowded
00:28:25.060 movie theater,
00:28:25.860 but that's
00:28:26.500 not what we're
00:28:26.880 talking about
00:28:27.440 here.
00:28:27.940 We're talking
00:28:28.200 about people
00:28:28.640 who hate
00:28:29.120 free speech
00:28:29.700 and hate
00:28:30.500 free speech
00:28:31.080 and enact
00:28:31.700 violence in
00:28:33.000 the name
00:28:33.860 of that.
00:28:35.080 Meanwhile,
00:28:35.720 Gavin Newsom's
00:28:36.500 former chief
00:28:37.100 of staff,
00:28:37.700 Dana Williamson,
00:28:38.420 has been
00:28:38.660 charged with
00:28:39.200 crimes related
00:28:39.920 to campaign
00:28:41.040 fund misuse,
00:28:41.980 tax fraud,
00:28:42.960 and obstruction
00:28:43.820 of justice.
00:28:44.600 Williamson was
00:28:45.260 indicted on
00:28:46.520 23 counts
00:28:47.400 including conspiracy
00:28:48.460 to commit
00:28:48.980 fraud, bank
00:28:50.120 fraud, and wire
00:28:50.800 fraud, making
00:28:51.920 false statements,
00:28:52.820 obstruction of
00:28:53.440 justice, and
00:28:54.080 filing entirely
00:28:55.280 fake tax returns.
00:28:57.360 Williamson is
00:28:57.860 accused of
00:28:58.460 hatching a
00:28:59.000 conspiracy to
00:28:59.920 shift $225,000
00:29:01.680 in funds from
00:29:03.320 an inactive
00:29:04.000 political
00:29:04.420 campaign account
00:29:05.400 to her use
00:29:07.160 as a personal
00:29:07.940 finances.
00:29:09.200 It was
00:29:09.680 allegedly shifted
00:29:10.600 through different
00:29:11.340 business entities
00:29:12.180 and laundered
00:29:12.760 his payments
00:29:13.260 for a
00:29:13.600 consulting job
00:29:14.440 that never
00:29:15.360 actually existed.
00:29:17.640 Williamson also
00:29:18.440 allegedly claimed
00:29:19.320 a $1 million
00:29:20.060 in personal
00:29:21.080 expenses as
00:29:21.860 business deductions,
00:29:23.160 which evidently
00:29:23.960 included traveling
00:29:24.800 on private jets,
00:29:25.820 staying in
00:29:26.180 five-star hotels,
00:29:27.860 buying expensive
00:29:28.700 handbags,
00:29:29.520 and redecorating
00:29:31.080 her home.
00:29:32.300 Throughout the
00:29:32.800 investigation,
00:29:33.660 Williamson reportedly
00:29:34.440 lied to the FBI
00:29:35.600 in an attempt to
00:29:36.260 cover her own
00:29:36.880 tracks.
00:29:37.840 If she is
00:29:38.420 convicted, she
00:29:39.140 faces up to
00:29:39.800 20 years in
00:29:40.480 prison with
00:29:40.960 fines of
00:29:41.540 $250,000
00:29:43.180 each per
00:29:44.440 wire and
00:29:44.980 bank fraud
00:29:45.480 related charges.
00:29:46.920 Again,
00:29:47.600 Williamson served
00:29:48.500 as Gavin
00:29:49.460 Newsom's,
00:29:50.040 the would-be
00:29:50.440 president's
00:29:51.080 chief of
00:29:51.460 staff from
00:29:52.000 late 2022
00:29:53.300 until December
00:29:54.240 of 2024.
00:29:56.140 Should not be
00:29:56.780 a surprise to
00:29:57.780 anyone that a
00:29:58.820 major league
00:29:59.420 fraudster latched
00:30:00.400 on to Newsom,
00:30:01.840 who, to my
00:30:02.380 view, is one
00:30:03.120 of the
00:30:03.340 slipperiest and
00:30:04.080 most disingenuous
00:30:04.980 politicians
00:30:05.600 imaginable.
00:30:07.220 No doubt she
00:30:07.820 found herself
00:30:08.420 right at home
00:30:09.140 in his inner
00:30:09.960 circle.
00:30:10.440 There is no
00:30:11.960 doubt that he
00:30:12.560 is running for
00:30:13.200 president, but
00:30:13.860 I ask again on
00:30:14.840 what basis he
00:30:15.580 will run.
00:30:16.640 Will he, like
00:30:17.340 Mike Dukakis
00:30:18.640 decades ago,
00:30:20.260 say that he,
00:30:21.740 Gavin Newsom,
00:30:22.420 will do for
00:30:23.080 America what
00:30:23.740 he's done for
00:30:24.380 California?
00:30:25.800 California is a
00:30:26.920 flaming wreck.
00:30:28.200 They have the
00:30:28.640 highest taxes and
00:30:29.640 the highest crime
00:30:30.420 rates in the
00:30:30.900 country.
00:30:31.760 Here you have a
00:30:32.360 state that is
00:30:33.020 majestically
00:30:33.840 beautiful in
00:30:35.520 terms of its
00:30:36.220 natural environment,
00:30:37.240 but has been
00:30:38.020 run down by the
00:30:39.380 high-tax, soft
00:30:40.500 on-crime policies
00:30:41.580 of Gavin Newsom
00:30:43.040 and his
00:30:43.800 predecessors.
00:30:45.500 So if they
00:30:45.840 want to nominate
00:30:46.620 Gavin Newsom
00:30:47.420 because he has,
00:30:48.620 well, near-perfect
00:30:49.420 hair, that will
00:30:50.720 be fine.
00:30:51.940 I think he is
00:30:52.980 imminently
00:30:53.380 beatable, but he
00:30:54.260 himself has a
00:30:55.060 problem because
00:30:55.880 former Vice
00:30:56.740 President Kamala
00:30:57.520 Harris still aspires,
00:30:58.720 in my opinion,
00:30:59.640 to be president.
00:31:01.020 The old Democrat
00:31:01.720 party of Harry
00:31:02.540 Truman and John
00:31:03.320 F.
00:31:03.560 Kennedy, a party
00:31:04.260 that believed in
00:31:04.960 capitalism, free
00:31:06.300 enterprise, a strong
00:31:07.480 national defense, and
00:31:08.420 yes, God, literally
00:31:10.020 no longer exists, and
00:31:12.240 their choices seem
00:31:13.300 pretty thin.
00:31:14.380 I'm Roger Stone,
00:31:15.360 you're listening to
00:31:15.880 The Stone Zone, and
00:31:16.860 we'll be right back.
00:31:21.880 The Stone Zone,
00:31:23.800 entertaining and
00:31:25.080 informative.
00:31:25.960 On the Red Apple
00:31:26.740 Podcast Network.
00:31:28.900 I've often said here
00:31:30.120 that I don't get my
00:31:31.100 news from CNN for
00:31:32.620 the same reason I
00:31:33.460 don't drink out of
00:31:34.540 the toilet.
00:31:35.020 And now, a CNN
00:31:37.020 fake news hack is
00:31:38.660 running cover for
00:31:39.840 New York City's
00:31:41.220 far-left mayor-elect
00:31:42.740 Zoran Mamdami,
00:31:44.480 claiming
00:31:44.820 incredulously that
00:31:46.520 Mamdami is not a
00:31:47.500 regular socialist,
00:31:48.720 but a
00:31:49.080 democratic socialist.
00:31:51.460 CNN anchor
00:31:52.900 Abby Phillip, who
00:31:54.060 is not a journalist,
00:31:55.120 but a propagandist
00:31:56.340 and a distortionist,
00:31:57.700 appeared on the
00:31:58.500 Joy Reid show.
00:31:59.580 Now, Joy Reid, if her
00:32:00.600 IQ was one point
00:32:01.580 lower, you'd have to
00:32:02.880 water her like a
00:32:03.780 plant.
00:32:04.660 She accused me of
00:32:05.880 Russian collusion for
00:32:07.020 three years without a
00:32:08.340 shred of evidence of
00:32:09.680 saying, but she
00:32:11.340 spoke and
00:32:12.900 interviewed Abby
00:32:13.960 Phillips, who spoke
00:32:15.340 about the beliefs of
00:32:16.840 Mamdami and that
00:32:18.520 tired windbag,
00:32:20.080 Senator Bernie
00:32:21.020 Sanders, arguing that
00:32:22.180 they aren't really
00:32:22.740 socialists, even
00:32:24.220 though they
00:32:24.660 themselves can't go
00:32:25.620 10 seconds without
00:32:26.600 assuring you that
00:32:27.500 they are, in fact,
00:32:28.680 socialists.
00:32:29.760 So, a warning to
00:32:31.120 listeners, if you saw
00:32:32.100 this particular segment,
00:32:33.740 it could cause you
00:32:34.480 to lose IQ points.
00:32:36.240 Abby Phillips
00:32:36.780 specifically said,
00:32:37.460 I think this is a
00:32:38.140 constant battle that
00:32:39.180 is happening within
00:32:39.820 the Democrat Party.
00:32:41.360 They're afraid of the
00:32:42.180 left flank of their
00:32:42.880 own party.
00:32:43.540 Everyone's just afraid
00:32:44.260 of the S-word, but
00:32:45.580 hear me out on this.
00:32:46.900 Voters are not as
00:32:47.880 concerned about these
00:32:48.700 labels as I think
00:32:49.660 the politicians think
00:32:51.240 they are.
00:32:52.900 In reality, if you
00:32:54.260 study the polling,
00:32:55.300 Abby Phillips is not
00:32:56.200 completely wrong.
00:32:57.580 When you just read
00:32:59.400 people the label,
00:33:00.600 socialism doesn't
00:33:01.680 scare them as
00:33:02.500 they should.
00:33:03.540 But when you tell
00:33:04.960 people what those
00:33:05.840 policies entail,
00:33:07.820 whether it is high
00:33:09.220 taxes, whether it
00:33:10.660 is the state owning
00:33:12.160 the means of
00:33:13.060 production, whether
00:33:14.480 it is the soft on
00:33:15.680 crime policies, whether
00:33:17.940 it is the constant
00:33:19.080 promotion of DEI and
00:33:22.120 racial identity
00:33:22.900 politics, the American
00:33:24.540 people aren't buying
00:33:25.840 it.
00:33:26.100 Their ridiculous
00:33:27.400 framing is absurd.
00:33:28.980 It's just as absurd
00:33:29.700 as saying that Antifa
00:33:30.660 cannot really be bad
00:33:32.320 because they call
00:33:33.160 themselves anti-fascists
00:33:34.700 when they themselves
00:33:35.960 are the fascists.
00:33:37.260 They're the ones who
00:33:38.020 oppose free speech.
00:33:39.580 They're the ones who
00:33:40.800 oppose free expression
00:33:42.800 and freedom of thought.
00:33:44.540 Or like lauding the
00:33:46.540 Democratic Republic of
00:33:47.720 North Korea because
00:33:48.840 what the dictatorship has
00:33:51.120 labeled itself.
00:33:52.100 Does anybody think that
00:33:53.120 North Korea is in fact a
00:33:54.620 Democratic Republic?
00:33:56.100 Just because they say
00:33:56.980 they are?
00:33:58.300 The ideas of
00:33:59.140 Miam Dami aren't
00:34:00.040 abashedly far left and
00:34:01.440 anyone with a rudimentary
00:34:02.540 knowledge of economics or
00:34:03.840 just basic common sense can
00:34:05.560 understand what damage the
00:34:07.600 high tax, soft on crime
00:34:09.080 policies will do to the
00:34:10.980 people of New York City.
00:34:12.340 When Miam Dami fails,
00:34:14.060 morons like Phillips and
00:34:16.540 Reed will make excuses and
00:34:18.460 they'll try to find
00:34:19.280 scapegoats lacking the
00:34:20.800 cranial capacity and
00:34:22.480 intellectual honesty to
00:34:23.640 ever re-evaluate their
00:34:25.720 own views.
00:34:27.720 Meanwhile, a U.S.
00:34:28.900 District Judge, Jeffrey
00:34:30.180 Cummins, a Biden nominee,
00:34:32.000 of course, to the bench,
00:34:33.520 has ordered the release of
00:34:35.040 615 illegal aliens apprehended
00:34:37.900 by ICE in the state of
00:34:39.760 Illinois on the basis that
00:34:40.920 their constitutional rights
00:34:42.060 were violated.
00:34:43.500 Cummins ruled that the
00:34:44.480 detention of the illegals was
00:34:46.020 in violation of a 2022
00:34:47.780 settlement agreement,
00:34:48.960 preventing warrantless
00:34:50.540 arrests in the Chicago
00:34:51.640 area.
00:34:52.900 Now, the reason this is
00:34:53.900 particularly absurd, of
00:34:54.960 course, is that someone who
00:34:56.120 is not a U.S.
00:34:57.600 citizen cannot have
00:34:58.720 constitutional rights under
00:34:59.960 the Constitution.
00:35:01.280 This absurd settlement is
00:35:02.580 one of the reasons why
00:35:03.420 crime and depravity is
00:35:04.940 spiraling out of control in
00:35:06.920 Chicago, by the way.
00:35:08.580 The lawsuit was filed by the
00:35:10.060 National Immigrant Justice
00:35:11.340 Center and the ACLU in
00:35:13.560 an attempt to block
00:35:14.720 immigration law enforcement.
00:35:17.100 At least temporarily, they
00:35:18.380 found some success in doing
00:35:20.000 so with this ridiculous
00:35:21.760 ruling.
00:35:22.980 So when you hear liberals
00:35:24.000 whine about the
00:35:24.940 disintegration of democracy
00:35:26.380 and their lack of faith in
00:35:27.700 our nation's institutions,
00:35:29.360 the reason that the case is
00:35:31.380 because of rulings like
00:35:32.540 this.
00:35:33.580 This system has been gamed by
00:35:35.180 the Democrats and liberals
00:35:36.460 who have strategically put
00:35:37.700 liberal activists into
00:35:39.220 positions on the bench.
00:35:41.220 They have created a
00:35:42.760 critocracy or rule by
00:35:44.620 unaccountable judicial fiat,
00:35:46.760 which makes restoring America
00:35:48.800 to normalcy very difficult.
00:35:51.100 That's why President Trump
00:35:52.240 would be wise to take a page
00:35:53.800 out of the books of great
00:35:55.180 presidents such as Abraham
00:35:56.320 Lincoln and Andrew Jackson.
00:35:58.500 And yes, I think he has a
00:36:00.000 right in an emergency
00:36:01.020 situation to ignore certain
00:36:03.280 federal rulings.
00:36:04.320 Now, I'm not a lawyer, but
00:36:05.820 history shows that past
00:36:07.540 presidents have done this and
00:36:09.140 have done so to the
00:36:10.420 betterment of the country.
00:36:12.240 The president should consult
00:36:13.460 his lawyers, but we cannot
00:36:15.200 have a situation in which
00:36:16.360 unelected federal judges
00:36:18.160 give these national rulings
00:36:21.020 despite the fact that they're
00:36:22.480 district court judges.
00:36:24.300 We have a serious problem
00:36:25.760 with federal judicial
00:36:27.400 tyranny in this country.
00:36:29.080 And until a judge such as
00:36:31.300 Judge Boasberg in D.C.
00:36:33.120 is actually impeached
00:36:34.800 because of their willful
00:36:36.160 violation of the Constitution
00:36:37.460 and the law, well, those in
00:36:39.900 the judicial branch will feel
00:36:41.320 empowered to do whatever
00:36:43.040 they want.
