00:01:23.260 Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez to President Donald Trump, making the case that
00:01:31.060 he had been the target of a fraudulent and deeply flawed federal prosecution designed to
00:01:39.360 remove him from office.
00:01:41.720 Does this sound familiar?
00:01:43.080 That caused me to read the entire transcript of his trial, in which the former president
00:01:49.780 of Honduras, a pro-U.S., pro-Trump, anti-drug trafficking leader in Central America, was framed
00:02:00.240 by the Justice Department of Joe Biden in order to get him out of the way.
00:02:05.620 I read the entire trial transcript.
00:02:07.880 I found two very curious things.
00:02:09.520 There was no physical evidence against Hernandez.
00:02:13.000 He was basically convicted on the basis of testimony from two convicted drug traffickers, both of
00:02:23.340 whom had been prosecuted by his administration in Honduras, and both of whom got a get-out-of-jail-free
00:02:31.220 card from the Biden Justice Department.
00:02:34.480 And while I'm at it, let me mention that I received zero in compensation regarding my efforts
00:02:41.580 on his behalf.
00:02:42.880 Frankly, having been in this particular meat grinder myself, and having seen how my trial
00:02:50.420 in Washington, D.C. was entirely rigged, I had enormous empathy for Juan Orlando Hernandez.
00:02:58.500 That's why I had his wife and his daughters on my show this past weekend, right here on
00:03:05.920 the Red Apple Audio Networks.
00:03:08.600 During the trial, a federal law enforcement agent claimed that drug trafficking increased
00:03:12.800 during Hernandez's time in office, when in fact it had decreased.
00:03:17.400 Drug trafficking decreased because of Hernandez's stepped-up efforts to fight drug trafficking.
00:03:23.200 Then, the Manhattan judge overseeing the case rejected his motion for a retrial.
00:03:29.660 After Hernandez's lawyers argued, the trial was tainted by false testimony from a law enforcement
00:03:35.360 agent who said cocaine trafficking went up in Honduras when it actually went down.
00:03:41.280 These are just a couple examples of the incredible corruption of this trial.
00:03:45.140 Yet, today, USA Today, the New York Times, the Washington Post, Reuters, CNN, of course, I don't get
00:03:54.840 my news from CNN for the same reason I don't drink out of the toilet.
00:03:59.460 They're all claiming that there's some inconsistency that Donald Trump is fighting the narco traffickers
00:04:07.220 in Venezuela while he's pardoning a narco trafficker in Honduras.
00:04:13.600 The point is that Juan Orlando Hernandez is an innocent man who was framed by the same people
00:04:21.400 who tried to frame Donald Trump and who did successfully frame yours truly.
00:04:27.780 Even though the special counsel Robert Mueller's final report, which the Department of Justice
00:04:34.280 hid from my lawyers for years when it was ultimately unveiled based on the orders of a federal judge,

00:04:47.820 WikiLeaks collaboration, or any other crime on my part.
00:04:51.860 This information, of course, was withheld from my defense attorneys at trial.
00:04:56.380 So, pardon me if I don't think that not every conviction in the Southern District of New York,
00:05:04.320 or in Washington, D.C., for that matter, is accurate, true, or is came about on the basis
00:05:11.380 of actual facts and evidence.
00:05:15.260 In fact, I'd say just the opposite.
00:05:17.340 When you have a left-wing activist judge, essentially a Democrat activist in black robes,
00:05:24.600 the Constitution, the law, the evidence, the rules, the precedents, none of these things actually matter.
00:05:33.360 Meanwhile, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik from upstate New York is accusing the House Republican leadership
00:05:39.400 and Democrats of blocking her efforts to force transparency regarding extremely abusive deep state behavior
00:05:47.520 against President Trump and his top allies.
00:05:50.840 In a pair of fiery statements released on X, the upstate Congresswoman said that Republicans control Congress
00:05:57.800 in the White House, yet refused to support her proposal, which insists on transparency.
00:06:02.400 You see, Stefanik's legislation would require congressional disclosure
00:06:07.700 when one of these sprawling counter-espionage investigations are opened,
00:06:13.600 an accountability measure that she says is vital to prevent the future political abuses
00:06:19.000 of the intelligence community or the Department of Justice.
00:06:23.200 Stefanik tied her push to the origins of the Trump-Russian collusion investigation,
00:06:29.280 citing a 2017 hearing in which she questioned former FBI Director James Comey
00:06:35.980 about the launch of Crossfire Hurricane.
00:06:39.880 She noted that Comey admitted proper notification procedures to the Congress were not followed,
00:06:46.100 calling the episode a criminal act that can never happen again.
00:06:50.880 Stefanik also noted that with more recent abuses, such as the Arctic Frost wiretapping scandal,
00:06:57.240 that's the scandal in which it was learned that Special Counsel Jack Smith
00:07:01.680 was actively spying on Republican members of the Senate, Republican members of the House,
00:07:08.540 and key supporters of President Donald Trump, such as yours truly,
00:07:13.420 as well as New York's former mayor, Rudy Giuliani.
00:07:17.700 She also noted that the leaking of conversations involving Steve Whitcoff,
00:07:23.680 who is the president's special envoy who's working overtime to try to end the war between Russia
00:07:30.380 and Ukraine.
00:07:32.360 Stefanik says that her language has passed the House Intelligence Committee
00:07:36.260 in multiple Congresses, only to stall at this critical juncture.
00:07:42.240 Congresswoman Stefanik attended a closed briefing which confirmed her claims,
00:07:46.240 and then she called out Speaker Mike Johnson for siding with Jamie Raskin and Dan Goldman,
00:07:52.620 as well as Eric Swalwell, to stop this simple provision.
00:07:57.140 Stefanik warned that she'll vote against defense and intelligence bills
00:08:00.920 until her language is restored to carrying them dead on arrival without it.
00:08:06.620 Stefanik's outspoken defense of transparency
00:08:09.120 and her willingness to call out spineless Republican leaders
00:08:12.920 show why I believe she's actually the right choice to be New York's upcoming governor.
00:08:18.100 I agree that we need to pressure Speaker Johnson and, frankly, all Republicans
00:08:22.500 to support these basic reforms, which are the bare minimum that's necessary
00:08:27.340 to ensure that nothing like the Russian collusion hoax ever happens again.

00:08:36.800 then there will be nothing stopping any future conspiracies from being hatched

00:08:49.920 in a growing investigation involving Senator Mark Kelly

00:09:04.080 not to follow, quote, illegal or unconstitutional orders

00:09:13.240 The Department of War press secretary, Kingsley Wilson, said,
00:09:16.780 all options are on the table at this moment
00:09:18.860 and we look forward to getting the Secretary of the Navy's review.
00:09:22.620 And the Secretary of War has been very clear in his statements as well
00:09:26.440 that he takes this entire matter extremely seriously
00:09:29.140 and that these actions are unacceptable.
00:09:32.200 People were shocked last week when I revealed that Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona
00:09:38.620 hid his interest in a communist Chinese-controlled company
00:09:43.760 which made surveillance balloons.
00:09:47.180 That's right, the same kind of spy balloon
00:09:49.120 that President Joe Biden let float all the way across the country
00:09:52.920 before finally having it shot down over the ocean.
00:09:56.420 Long after, of course, it had taken video of various defense installations
00:10:01.980 in the United States and sent that information by computer
00:10:05.240 back to communist China.
00:10:07.880 Asked about whether a court-martial of Kelly was possible,
00:10:11.260 the Department of War press secretary, Kingsley Wilson,
00:10:14.340 told Jack Prasovic, my good friend,
00:10:16.920 that the department is taking the matter extremely seriously.
00:10:20.580 This controversy centers on Kelly's status
00:10:23.260 as a retired naval officer drawing a pension,
00:10:26.700 which could place him under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
00:10:30.920 Wilson said the Department of War had referred the allegations
00:10:34.080 to the Secretary of Navy, John Phelan,
00:10:37.180 who has been tasked by the Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth,
00:10:40.420 to conduct a thorough review and report back by December 10th.
00:10:44.920 The department has not indicated what disciplinary outcomes,
00:10:48.280 if any, might follow,
00:10:49.700 but they should have and make an example of Kelly, in my opinion,
00:10:53.680 because his insubordination and subversion of the commander-in-chief
00:10:57.080 are just not acceptable.
00:10:59.600 Meanwhile, a new report by NPR, that's National Public Radio,
00:11:03.880 paid for by you and I with our tax dollars,
00:11:06.800 claims that the Afghani who was charged in last week's shooting
00:11:11.740 of two National Guardsmen in Washington, D.C.,
00:11:14.920 including, as it turns out, the vicious murder of one,
00:11:18.020 Guardswoman Sarah Beckstrom,
00:11:20.180 showed that he had no personal crisis,
00:11:24.300 and that he was a radical Islamist.
00:11:27.720 As I pointed out yesterday in the Stone Zone,
00:11:30.740 I found it very, very curious that Ramunala Lakawal,
00:11:35.580 who was accused of murdering Guardswoman Beckstrom,
00:11:39.500 who died on Thanksgiving Day and critically wounded a second Guardsman,
00:11:44.220 Andrew Wolfe, who's still hospitalized and receiving treatment,
00:11:48.180 actually entered this country in 2001.
00:11:52.480 Now, by law, he should only have been able to apply for legal asylum for one year,
00:12:01.280 but he didn't apply, nor did he get asylum in the United States until 2024.
00:12:06.780 That's three years after the legal deadline.
00:12:11.440 How could that be possible?
00:12:12.700 Well, here's the answer, unfortunately.
00:12:15.540 Unfortunately, this misguided individual, this murderer,
00:12:19.240 was working for our CIA.
00:12:22.260 According to the NPR report,
00:12:24.160 people who worked closely with him before the attack
00:12:26.180 described an emotional collapse in the months leading up to a shooting.
00:12:30.280 A settlement volunteer who had assisted his family told NPR,
00:12:33.980 they saw no signs of radicalization.
00:12:37.400 The case is complicated by the man's past.
00:12:40.560 As I say, before seeking asylum,
00:12:42.740 he reportedly served in the elite CIA-backed and trained Afghani unit,
00:12:48.120 zero unit, fighting the Taliban.
00:12:51.220 So it comes as no surprise that the effete leftists of NPR
00:12:55.640 would create propaganda meant to take the onus off of radical Islam,
00:13:00.280 as they don't want people to understand what is happening in this country
00:13:04.500 or the danger that radical Islam poses to all Americans.
00:13:09.880 Meanwhile, the Pentagon is pushing back sharply this week
00:13:13.100 against reports from the Washington Post, among others,
00:13:16.280 which claimed that Secretary of War Pete Hegseth ordered that
00:13:19.260 everybody on a suspected narcotics boat
00:13:21.880 be killed during a September strike in the Caribbean.
00:13:25.920 Pentagon Press Secretary Kingsley Wilson denounced that Washington Post story,
00:13:29.560 said it misrepresented the facts,
00:13:32.520 and that it fueled public confusion about the operation.
00:13:37.060 Suddenly, the left is saying that Hegseth's orders,
00:13:40.900 if indeed were issued by him, violate a war crime.
00:13:45.240 Really?
00:13:46.080 What about the tens of thousands of people killed by illegal drone strikes
00:13:51.140 ordered by President Barack Obama?
00:13:54.080 Were those war crimes?
