00:01:01.000 The Stone Zone.
00:01:02.520 Entertaining and informative.
00:01:04.660 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:01:07.620 You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:01:10.740 First of all, I want to start by thanking the literally thousands of people who sent their best wishes for the 33-year anniversary of my marriage.
00:01:24.240 To Nidia Betran de Espinosa Stone, a fiery Cuban-American who has been my life's partner, who stood with me through both thick and thin,
00:01:37.420 who encouraged me when I was discouraged, particularly during the witch hunt that was waged against me,
00:01:45.400 in which I was pressured, unbelievably, to offer false testimony against President Donald Trump.
00:01:51.640 And when I refused to do so, I was framed with process crimes, while the judge withheld from me, my wife, and my defense attorney's exculpatory evidence
00:02:02.980 that proved that I was not involved in Russian collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration, or any other crime for that matter.
00:02:10.180 That's what Robert Mueller conceded in his final report, long redacted and hidden from me and my lawyers,
00:02:16.700 but ultimately released based on the orders of a federal judge.
00:02:20.960 Through all of that, my wife was my rock.
00:02:23.660 She is an extraordinarily strong and kind woman, and I want to thank many who sent their best wishes.
00:02:33.940 We both very much appreciate it.
00:02:35.860 I should say that she has survived aggressive stage for cancer, specifically non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
00:02:45.740 She underwent a combination of traditional treatments and also a number of alternative treatments.
00:02:52.240 She did ultimately lose all of her beautiful hair due to a short course of chemotherapy.
00:03:00.500 Then she decided chemotherapy was not for her.
00:03:03.840 But she faced that with bravery and faith, and she is now four years cancer-free.
00:03:11.440 Thank you, Jesus.
00:03:13.700 Meanwhile, of course, Honduran politics continue to dominate the news.
00:03:19.980 Obviously, with President Donald Trump ratcheting down the pressure on Venezuela's narco-Marxist dictator,
00:03:31.800 Nicolas Maduro, at the same time, he issued a full and complete presidential pardon to former
00:03:39.280 Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez, who was convicted in the United States of drug trafficking.
00:03:45.700 Some critics, many leftists and Democrats, are saying this is hypocritical.
00:03:52.120 No, I say it's not, and here's why.
00:03:54.480 If anyone will examine the case against Juan Orlando Hernandez that was waged immediately after his presidency,
00:04:03.880 you will see that he was framed using the exact same kind of tactics that were used against President Trump in New York and by Jack Smith.
00:04:13.120 I mean, examine this case, and you will see that Juan Orlando Hernandez, who signed the extradition treaty with the United States when Trump was president,
00:04:25.120 and who cracked down on the narco-traffickers, was convicted essentially solely on the testimony of three convicted drug traffickers,
00:04:34.200 all of whom had long prison sentences, all of whom had been prosecuted by under the administration of Juan Hernandez in return for get-out-of-jail-free cards.
00:04:47.760 So this was a politically motivated prosecution designed to clear the way for what the Biden administration preferred,
00:04:57.940 a more, shall we say, progressive regime.
00:05:00.720 And it put in place the government of Xiomara Castro, who is aligned with Venezuela and Cuba as not only in terms of narco-trafficking,
00:05:15.880 but also oppressing the people of Honduras.
00:05:19.460 So, yes, after studying this case extensively, I did pass a compelling letter from the former President of Honduras to President Trump,
00:05:29.040 who made the ultimate decision.
00:05:30.940 For this act of justice, I was paid absolutely zero.
00:05:35.540 Even though Adam Schiff now wants to investigate me, there's nothing to investigate.
00:05:39.920 I have a constitutional right to make my own decisions.
00:05:42.480 I was paid nothing for this.
00:05:44.080 But I did so because it is right and just.
00:05:48.440 It did have an immediate impact on the elections in Honduras, which were two Sundays ago,
00:05:55.700 but which we still do not have a final result.
00:05:59.240 I find that extraordinary.
00:06:01.120 It appears that Nasseri Tito Asfura, the candidate formerly endorsed by Donald Trump,
00:06:09.800 leads with 1,407,841 votes at the end of the last count.
00:06:16.380 That's 39.43 percent.
00:06:18.840 Salvador Nasralla, who's quite loud, was second, but he had 1,355,826 votes for 37.97 percent of the vote.
00:06:30.080 But the most interesting thing here is that the candidate of Libra, the candidate of the narco-Marxist,
00:06:39.320 Rixi Moncada, really got trounced at 18.79 percent.
00:06:44.980 Now, for some reason, the CNA, the Central Counting Authority in Honduras,
00:06:52.440 seems to be dragging out this count, and that is always suspicious.
00:06:56.580 Frankly, I believe that Nasralla, who's the former vice president under Xiomar Castro,
00:07:03.380 but then decided to break off and run for president himself,
00:07:06.420 I have thought from the beginning, based on his record and some interactions in his past
00:07:11.840 with the narco-traffickers, that he was put in the race as what we in New York would call a ringer,
00:07:19.780 someone who would siphon votes from Tito Asfura.
00:07:23.620 I've said this in a number of commentaries.
00:07:27.980 I'm constantly being attacked on the basis of interference.
00:07:31.860 Why are you interfering in this election?
00:07:33.240 Well, it's my hemisphere.
00:07:34.580 That's why.
00:07:35.400 And I don't want communism in Venezuela, nor do I want it in Honduras,
00:07:40.420 nor do I want it in Cuba, where my wife's people come from.
00:07:43.940 And this needs to be watched very carefully.
00:07:48.460 Needless to say, Libra, the pro-Marxist left-wing party,
00:07:53.860 has called for the election to be voided, and they want a new election, but that's how they lost.
00:08:00.300 Nasralla keeps insisting he won, but there's no count that shows that he has won.
00:08:04.540 At this point, the candidate endorsed by President Trump appears to be well poised to take office.
00:08:11.240 This is a good thing.
00:08:13.620 We need an administration in Honduras that will work closely with the United States
00:08:17.640 to stop the flow of deadly drugs into the United States.
00:08:23.580 Meanwhile, the governor of Minnesota, Tim Walsh, is offended, very offended,
00:08:29.920 because Donald Trump called him a retard.
00:08:33.080 What's the definition of a retard?
00:08:34.580 That's somebody who lost $1 billion of taxpayers' money in a Somali fraud,
00:08:41.500 and that's precisely what we are finding out.
00:08:44.260 Minnesota Governor Tim Walsh is facing renewed fire as the Feeding Our Futures fraud case,
00:08:50.580 as it's known.
00:08:51.980 That's what federal prosecutors called it.
00:08:54.500 They also say it's the single largest COVID relief scam in the U.S. history,
00:09:01.020 roaring back into the spotlight in 2025 with fresh indictments,
00:09:06.480 decades-long prison sentences, and an explosive, now 2021, audio
00:09:11.420 of Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison promising to look into complaints
00:09:16.660 from fraud-leaked individuals in exchange for political support.
00:09:20.940 And his campaign letter took $10,000 from the people perpetrating the scam.
00:09:27.080 What began as a $250 million child nutrition scam has now been revealed as the flagship piece
00:09:34.840 of billion-dollar-plus fraud across Minnesota's pandemic social programs,
00:09:40.720 but it involves more than 78 defendants, almost all of whom are from the state's Somali community,
00:09:46.120 who used fake invoices for non-existent meals to fund luxury cars, real estate, overseas transfers.
00:09:54.280 And here is the most troubling part.
00:09:56.600 Much of this money, U.S. taxpayer money, $250 million-plus,
00:10:02.620 went to the terrorist Al-Shabaab organization back in Somalia.
00:10:08.160 Yes, you heard me right.
00:10:10.000 Walsh's name first emerged in the national spotlight, I guess it was late 22,
00:10:14.740 during the George Floyd riots,
00:10:16.220 when his delayed National Guard deployment actually allowed three days of arson and looting,
00:10:24.500 killing two people, causing over $500 million in damage,
00:10:28.280 and destroying several, over 1,500 buildings,
00:10:33.620 predominantly minority-owned businesses, interestingly,
00:10:36.720 along Lake Street in Minnesota.
00:10:39.120 Who can forget Tim Walsh's wife saying that she opened the door so she could smell Minnesota burning
00:10:46.700 and it was comforting to her?
00:10:48.900 These are hardcore leftists.
00:10:51.240 Why they never looked more closely at Tim Walsh
00:10:55.040 when he was selected as the vice presidential nominee for Kamala Harris is a bit of a mystery.
00:11:00.660 We do know that the frontrunner for that was Pennsylvania Governor Ron Shapiro.
00:11:05.360 Shapiro was way out front until Barack Obama himself interceded with Kamala Harris,
00:11:13.440 based on my sources,
00:11:14.520 and told her that Josh Shapiro would cost Kamala the Muslim vote in both Michigan and Minnesota,
00:11:24.180 which is a very, very substantial part of the Democrat base.
00:11:29.620 So the rush was on to find a running mate with Shapiro because of his Jewish heritage eliminated,
00:11:39.120 and they ended up with Tim Walsh.
00:11:41.200 I understand that they offered it first to the governors of Tennessee and, pardon me,
00:11:45.320 the governor of North Carolina, but he was not going there.
00:11:50.040 In the meantime, I think this scandal really should be the end of Tim Walsh.
00:11:57.640 The Feeding Our Future scandal is the only tip of the iceberg.
00:12:00.560 State and federal probes now estimate over $1 billion in total fraud across Minnesota's entire pandemic child nutrition programs.
00:12:09.940 This amount represents fraud in Medicaid, autism services, and housing programs combined.
00:12:16.100 All this happened with the full knowledge of Tim Walsh, who did nothing whatsoever.
00:12:21.400 Critics point to a pattern of misrepresentation by Walsh himself,
00:12:25.680 who from falsely presenting himself as a retired command sergeant major,
00:12:30.860 so he lied about his rank in the military,
00:12:33.260 something J.D. Vance was nice enough not to bring up in the debates.
00:12:37.480 He also lied about being a basketball coach.
00:12:40.400 He lied about being in Hong Kong during the Tiananmen Square fiasco.
00:12:47.540 He misstated his children's conception via IVF rather than IUI.
00:12:53.500 He touts budget surpluses that were largely one-time federal bailouts.
00:12:58.000 I mean, this guy is a real piece of work, and he has the nerve, the way he jumps around,
00:13:03.360 he has the nerve to say that Donald Trump and J.D. Vance are weird?
00:13:08.700 Please give me a break.
00:13:10.160 And then you have Keith Ellison, Minnesota's first Muslim attorney general.
00:13:13.880 He was elected amid broad and widespread claims of sexual harassment and abuse,
00:13:23.300 but he was elected anyway in overwhelmingly blue Minnesota.
00:13:26.460 That was November 2018, after 12 years as a U.S. congressman.
00:13:31.340 He is the state's top law enforcement official,
00:13:34.840 oversees civil rights enforcement, consumer protection, and legal representation in the state.
00:13:39.860 Therefore, one has to wonder, how much did he know, and when did he know it,
00:13:46.860 about this billion-dollar theft of the taxpayers' money?
00:13:52.860 One thing you can bet, Tim Walsh will not be running for president.
00:13:56.640 Of that, you can be sure.
00:13:58.100 But he is typical of the new Democratic Party, the old Democratic Party of John Kennedy and Harry Truman.
00:14:04.640 That party no longer exists.
00:14:07.860 And in its place, we have the party of AOC and Bernie Sanders and Jasmine Crockett and Ilhan Omar.
00:14:20.680 That is the new Democrat Party.
00:14:23.620 And sadly, the Democrat Party of the future.
00:14:26.440 That's why Republicans keep saying to me, oh, we're going to lose the 2026 elections.
00:14:30.860 We're going to lose the White House in 2028.
00:14:32.880 In politics, a week is a lifetime.
00:14:35.920 I'm Roger Stone, listening to The Stone Zone, and we'll be right back.
00:14:39.180 Listen to The Pain Points of Wealth on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:15:09.180 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative.
00:15:13.480 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:15:15.520 Welcome back in The Stone Zone.
00:15:18.700 You know, I admit that I was never much of a sports guy.
00:15:21.940 I don't follow football, baseball, basketball.
00:15:24.600 The only sport I ever really liked was boxing.
00:15:28.040 And when Donald Trump married Marla Maples in a lavish wedding in the Plaza Hotel in New York, which Trump then owned,
00:15:36.180 my wife and I were honored guests, and they had assigned seating.
00:15:41.480 So you can imagine my joy when I learned that my wife and I would be seated with my favorite boxer of all time,
00:15:49.080 Smokin' Joe Frazier, who was, by the way, after I spoke to him, a pretty conservative guy and a great, great boxer.
00:15:58.480 He and his wife were very kind, and he's always been my favorite in college, of course.
00:16:02.900 So when he fought Ali, it was very easy to get a bet down on Smokin' Joe because Ali, who had avoided service in the Vietnam War,
00:16:11.740 accused by some of being a draft dodger, was the favorite.
00:16:17.420 This past, I guess last night, I went to the Bear Knuckles boxing competition in Hollywood, Florida.
00:16:25.440 It was really extraordinary.
00:16:26.600 I've been to the UFC with Donald Trump.
00:16:29.320 I thought it was extraordinarily brutal.
00:16:31.960 I had to look away many times.
00:16:34.080 This is Bear Knuckle boxing, which is absolutely was sold out, 7,000 people.
00:16:38.380 This is the next big thing, they tell me.
00:16:42.080 So I follow boxing.
00:16:43.740 I follow UFC.
00:16:45.560 I think Dana White is an entrepreneurial genius, and it may soon be coming to the White House.
00:16:52.160 President Trump has said that there will be UFC events at the White House in 2026 as part of America's 250th anniversary celebration.
00:17:02.120 He announced that with UFC CEO Dana White and says that White is constructing a special arena that will seat roughly 6,000 fans on the historic White House grounds.
00:17:12.640 This is going to be very, very interesting to watch.
00:17:16.600 I certainly want to be invited to that, but beyond that, I want to see who is going to compete.
00:17:24.300 You have to be very careful while watching bare knuckle boxing.
00:17:27.160 You didn't get any blood splashed on you if you were sitting ringside.
00:17:31.820 I'm Roger Stone.
00:17:32.720 You're listening to Stone Zone.
00:17:34.240 Glad to have you listening.
00:17:35.740 We'll be right back.
00:17:36.740 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:17:50.120 Well, it is the season, and you're not going to want to miss this.
00:17:53.700 Coming December 20th, it's home for the holidays with Mr. Christmas himself, Vinny Vardugno.
00:18:00.760 Get ready to slay your night away with live performances, ugly Christmas sweaters, and jolly friends.
00:18:09.220 Vinny Vardugno sings all your Hollywood favorites live in concert December 20th.
00:18:15.900 For more information and tickets, go to theholidays2025.com.
00:18:21.160 That's theholidays2025.com.
00:18:24.680 My good friend Vinny is an incredible entertainer, particularly at Christmas.
00:18:30.320 You're not going to want to miss this.
00:18:33.460 So it is interesting to me that the Biden administration reversed a number of key decisions made in Donald Trump's first term
00:18:45.620 that ended the medical establishment within government from doing what I can think were horrendous, vicious experiments on animals,
00:19:01.360 on defenseless animals, experiments that I can't see having any scientific or medical merit.
00:19:09.660 It just seemed to me to be cruelty.
00:19:11.800 I volunteered to support White Coat Labs and their project to end federal testing on dogs, cats, primates, monkeys.
00:19:23.320 And President Trump ended these experiments at the Transportation Department, at the Defense Department.
00:19:30.740 Unfortunately, under Dr. Fauci's suggestion, Joe Biden restored much of that.
00:19:38.280 But the Trump administration has now been systematically going back and ending the abuse of defenseless animals.
00:19:47.380 My wife and I have had nine Yorkshire Terriers.
00:19:50.620 We once had a Wheaton Terrier named Oscar that my wife picked up on the side of the road where he'd been hit by a car.
00:19:57.400 His left leg very badly mangled.
00:20:00.660 We tried to save it, but it only had to be amputated.
00:20:03.880 Oscar got along amazingly well on three legs and he lived with us to a ripe old age.
00:20:12.060 So we're animal lovers.
00:20:14.100 I was glad to see that a truly ruthless faction inside the horse show world think that Biden's mistakes at USDA have left the gate open and they're ready to bolt through it.
00:20:28.720 What they believe is confusion in Washington and misinterpretations of recent rulings means they can slip back into the shadows and continue to to conduct incredibly cruel practices against horses that they practiced for half a century.
00:20:43.900 For more than 50 years, some in the horse racing industry have predicted this one brutal formula.
00:20:52.080 Chemical burns, chains, pressure shoes, stacks, weights, agony engineered to force the grotesque high step high stepping big lick movement that wins ribbons, prestige and big money, but which tortures poor animals, particularly specifically horses.
00:21:09.340 A torture kit masquerading as a tradition, if you ask me.
00:21:12.580 Now, Congress outlawed all of this barbarism way back on December 9th, 1970, when President Donald Trump signed the Horse Protection Act into law.
00:21:22.440 That was exactly 55 years ago.
00:21:25.840 Only six years later, President General Ford moved to strengthen it, calling the practices we're talking about here inhumane and heinous.
00:21:35.000 Then warned that the industry, the industry that refused to police itself, Washington would.
00:21:40.040 These were Republican presidents standing tall for animal rights.
00:21:46.440 The industry, of course, ignored them.
00:21:48.040 Washington let this issue drift, followed by decades of industry-controlled inspectors who looked the other way,
00:21:54.440 while show horses at racehorses were subjected to chemical burns, festered under layers of saran wrap and showering polish,
00:22:05.400 showing extraordinary pain where dogs flail their equipment, draped legs in the air as if walking on hot coals.
00:22:13.660 This is a horrific thing to see.
00:22:15.800 If you're a horse fan, you know what I'm talking about.
00:22:18.800 Half a century has now passed, and this cruelty continues.
00:22:23.540 The only thing that's changed is the sophistication of the cover-up of it and the aggressiveness of the political machining protecting it.
00:22:30.880 Darker, slicker, more deeply embedded in influence and insider games,
00:22:35.180 those in the show horse and racehorse industry continue these cruel practices.
00:22:41.240 And now the same faction is attempting to twist the present moment into a false narrative that they're finally free to do all these things again.
00:22:50.480 But the truth of it, any veterinarian who has seen a horse's raw, blistered pasterns knows.
00:22:56.600 Every former trainer who escaped the racket knows it.
00:22:59.260 Even members of Congress who pretend to otherwise know it.
00:23:01.840 The USDA tried to break this cycle in 2024 when it issued a long overdue update to the House Protection Act regulation.
00:23:10.980 Predictably, Biden's team botched that rollout.
00:23:14.400 But the core reform was a serious, the first serious update, actually, in decades.
00:23:19.720 It ended industry self-policing and created a federally overseen cadre of independent inspectors.
00:23:25.660 That rule also included bans on stacked shoes and leg chains long tied to sores for the horses, oozing sores.
00:23:35.140 The industry responded with more lawsuits in Texas.
00:23:38.180 Texas, a federal judge, struck down the device bans on procedural grounds,
00:23:43.080 but not because USDA lacked the authority and not because it is illegal,
00:23:48.480 but because the wrong administrative process was used.
00:23:51.180 Outrageous.
00:23:51.840 So they never addressed the actual question.
00:23:54.200 To me, it is an absolute outrage that this kind of animal abuse continues to exist.
00:24:04.280 And I'm very hopeful that the Trump administration will do something about it.
00:24:09.720 Otherwise, it's the swamp in its purest form, the barnyard swamp in this case.
00:24:15.200 Donald Trump has a strong history, however, of protecting animals, as I said, in his first term.
00:24:21.720 And I think that he will do so.
00:24:24.880 Meanwhile, guys who are always attacking me on social media, the Vindman brothers, you may remember them.
00:24:31.320 They were front and center in the Russian, pardon me, the Ukrainian collusion hoax,
00:24:35.620 when one of them reported an overheard phone conversation that would have been classified as the basis for an effort to impeach Donald Trump.
00:24:46.160 In fact, what we now know, based on declassified CIA documents, is that that impeachment was actually offensive and defensive.
00:24:54.580 What they really wanted to hide was the fact that Joe Biden had tried to hold up the Ukrainians for a billion dollars in aid,
00:25:04.100 getting them to fire the prosecutor who's investigating his son, Hunter Biden, in the Burisma scandal.
00:25:14.560 But these two identical brothers, one of them is now in the Congress.
00:25:20.620 They, I think, are guilty of seditious conspiracy at a minimum.
00:25:28.200 Alexander Vindman and you have Getty Vindman, identical twins born in the Soviet Ukraine in 1975,
00:25:34.340 arrived in this country as toddlers and grew in two of the most self-impressed bureaucrats to ever contaminate the White House National Security Council.
00:25:42.260 They were not titans of strategy.
00:25:44.140 They were not visionaries.
00:25:45.120 They were glorified staffers with inflated egos, and they lied to create a national emergency.
00:25:54.340 The Ukraine hoax refers to belief now widely held that the first impeachment, President Trump in 2019, was not a pursuit of justice,
00:26:01.700 but, as I say, a political intervention crafted by bureaucratic malcontents.
00:26:06.440 Adam Schiff lied repeatedly about whether the so-called whistleblower who had approached him had been coached to come forward or whether he had met with them.
00:26:16.800 We now know, in retrospect, that he did.
00:26:19.840 We also know, based on a report by the Inspector General of the Department of Justice,
00:26:27.200 that Senator Adam Schiff and his sidekick, Eric Swalwell, who's just been busted for mortgage fraud, at least publicly,
00:26:37.720 repeatedly leaked classified documents in order to frame Donald Trump to put him in a negative light.
00:26:45.580 That is, of course, against the law, but neither one of them has been prosecuted.
00:26:51.440 The Vindman brothers are no different.
00:26:54.280 I think that they essentially fabricated their claims.
00:26:59.300 The Senate ultimately acquitted the president because the allegations by these twin brothers were essentially incoherent.
00:27:08.760 But they now are part and parcel of the new seditious six operation in which former CIA operatives or those tied to them
00:27:22.360 have stepped forward to urge our men and women in uniform, those in our armed services,
00:27:29.220 to ignore orders by the command in chief if such orders are illegal or unconstitutional.
00:27:35.180 Yet they have been unable to identify any such orders.
00:27:39.980 This is led by Senator Slotkin of Michigan.
00:27:42.780 Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona has the support of the Vindman brother who's in the Congress.
00:27:48.400 I find it troubling that Slotkin is a former CIA operative who worked for John Brennan.
00:27:55.540 And then only two weeks before a National Guardsman was shot and killed in Washington, D.C.,
00:28:01.060 she predicted this would happen.
00:28:02.780 So I think these people are creating the backdrop for some kind of false flag operation,
00:28:09.360 some kind of national emergency, which they can blame on Donald Trump.
00:28:14.020 They can't accept the results of the last election.
00:28:17.760 My good friend General Michael Flynn calls it a color revolution.
00:28:22.480 Meanwhile, after a federal grand jury declined to indict Letitia James,
00:28:27.780 the New York Attorney General, and much controversy about that because it was a documents case.
00:28:34.680 Lindsay Halligan, who had been appointed the interim U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia,
00:28:40.460 where James was charged, went before a grand jury.
00:28:44.520 The media excoriated her, said that she was inexperienced, said that she was a beauty queen
00:28:50.300 because she was quite attractive, described her as, quote unquote, an insurance lawyer,
00:28:54.760 when in fact she was the partner in a major Florida law firm where she oversaw their entire civil division.
00:29:04.560 And she was an expert specifically on mortgage law and real estate law.
00:29:09.620 She went before the grand jury and was able to secure an indictment.
00:29:13.580 Yet a prosecutor designated by the Department of Justice failed to do so.
00:29:18.440 As my guest Sam Antar said on my show, this is a documents case.
00:29:24.260 This is not a complicated case.
00:29:26.280 Either Letitia James made sworn statements under oath that contradict the truth and contradict each other,
00:29:32.860 or she did not.
00:29:33.840 Anyone who goes to whitecollarfraud.com can see the actual documents themselves.
00:29:39.080 So, in the wake of that, and a growing question as to whether Adam Schiff will be prosecuted in Maryland,
00:29:46.980 even though he's also, based on publicly available documents that anyone with a laptop and half a brain can get,
00:29:55.140 he clearly lied about his principal residence and gets an advantageous tax break,
00:30:02.700 advantageous mortgage rate, advantageous insurance rate by doing so.
00:30:07.360 If his principal legal residence is in Maryland, as he says, then how is he eligible to run for office in California?
00:30:14.780 Although, he does keep a small apartment in Burbank, which is more than you can say for his compatriot Eric Swalwell,
00:30:22.220 who has no residence at all in California, which is clearly required under California law.
00:30:30.000 But rather than worry about his congressional seat, Eric Swalwell is now running for governor in a state he doesn't live in.
00:30:40.900 It leads to the broader question that those who support Donald Trump and love him ask me every single day.
00:30:47.680 Will those who openly plotted and broke the law and violated the Constitution in an effort to get Trump,
00:30:53.880 keep him off the ballot, destroy his chances for the greatest comeback in American history?
00:30:58.060 We're talking about Barack Obama, Joe Biden, CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey,
00:31:05.480 National Security Advisor Susan Rice, Senator Adam Schiff, Special Counsel Robert Mueller,
00:31:12.620 former Federal Prosecutor Andrew Weissman, the Vindman Brothers.
00:31:17.700 Will these people be held accountable? Will justice be served in their cases?
00:31:25.320 Or will the Justice Department not do that? I think the American people want to see justice.
00:31:31.100 This isn't about revenge and retaliation. That's the Democrats' talking points.
00:31:36.180 They're the ones who weaponize the criminal justice system.
00:31:38.460 Mike, take it from me, I had a ringside seat in that.
00:31:42.600 But the question people are now asking, is Pam Bondi going to bring charges against those individuals?
00:31:50.840 I pray that the answer is yes.
00:31:52.820 We were heartened when Fox reported recently, days ago,
00:31:58.260 that subpoenas had gone out to Peter Strzok and Lisa Page,
00:32:02.320 the FBI lovers, as well as former CIA Director John Brennan.
00:32:05.880 Yet we have no reports of grand jury proceedings,
00:32:08.480 and we don't know whether justice will be done.
00:32:11.920 If not, I think it will be very hard for Republicans to rally the base for the 2026 election
00:32:18.020 because the American people have been promised justice and accountability.
00:32:22.640 And what was the greatest single dirty trick and abuse of power in American political history?
00:32:28.060 We shall see.
00:32:29.320 I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone.
00:32:32.440 Whatever you do, don't touch that dial or continue to listen to us online
00:32:37.200 because we'll be right back.
00:32:42.880 The Stone Zone.
00:32:44.880 Entertaining and informative.
00:32:47.060 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:32:49.980 Welcome back into The Stone Zone.
00:32:52.600 Well, Attorney General Pam Bondi has now directed the Justice Department
00:32:56.080 and the FBI's Joint Terrorism Tech Force to step up investigations into Antifa
00:33:01.980 and other far-left extremist groups following President Trump's move to formally designate Antifa
00:33:08.120 as a terrorist organization both inside the United States and overseas.
00:33:12.940 These are not peaceful protesters.
00:33:14.920 These are people who show mayhem, violence, destruction of public and private property, and death.
00:33:23.120 A memo issued by Bondi instructs federal prosecutors to dig into possible domestic terrorism offenses,
00:33:29.840 including tax-related crimes, and to re-examine existing case files for intelligence already in government's hands.
00:33:35.860 I really thought that the president should have taken more forceful action in 2020
00:33:42.600 when Antifa and BLM burned down a full quarter of the country
00:33:47.980 doing millions of dollars of damage to public and private property,
00:33:52.240 injuring thousands and killing a number of Americans.
00:33:56.460 I think that was a test.
00:33:58.000 The president ultimately decided to let the governors decide whether they would mobilize the National Guard,
00:34:04.240 and governors like Tim Walz did not do so.
00:34:07.580 I think that was in some ways a test by the left to see how Trump would respond.
00:34:12.920 Now you see Trump on what I have to call a wartime footing.
00:34:17.180 He understands the danger of Antifa and others who are well-funded, who show mayhem,
00:34:23.380 and he has not hesitated to mobilize the National Guard when the situation gets out of control,
00:34:29.320 such as Washington, D.C., where crime is down 40%, or Portland.
00:34:34.540 The left is pushing back in places like Chicago,
00:34:37.880 where J.B. Pritzker and Mayor Brandon Johnson will not let the Chicago Police Department
00:34:43.240 come to the aid of those ICE agents who are threatened while performing their duties.
00:34:52.480 So this is very welcome news.
00:34:55.820 I think we're going to find, when it's all over,
00:34:59.740 that many of these activities advocating violence and color revolution
00:35:05.920 and other anti-Trump activities were funded with your tax dollars out of USAID.
00:35:13.660 I think Elon Musk deserves enormous credit for identifying this and documenting it.
00:35:19.080 Pam Bondi now claiming correctly that Antifa adherence use violence and intimidation
00:35:27.400 to advance a radical political goal from open borders and anti-police activism
00:35:32.540 to anti-Christianity and other anti-American ideology.
00:35:38.980 So the president has tasked the vice president, J.D. Vance,
00:35:43.320 as well as his deputy White House chief of staff for policy, Stephen Miller,
00:35:51.240 and the FBI into examining all of these terrorist links
00:35:56.900 and cutting off the money to those who are threatening America.
00:36:03.080 This is music to my ears.
00:36:05.300 I think the president has pledged to be a law and order president,
00:36:09.300 and now he must do so.
00:36:13.300 But this is going to be much more difficult than many people think.
00:36:18.420 They are very, very deeply embedded.
00:36:21.160 We're talking about millions of dollars.
00:36:23.400 If you examine the Mamdami campaign, for example, and how it was funded,
00:36:27.620 not by grassroots small donors,
00:36:29.680 but by an interlocking collection of non-profits,
00:36:33.260 it's 501c3s, 501c4s, political parties,
00:36:37.140 all controlled by those on the far left,
00:36:41.720 shifting money back and forth illegally,
00:36:44.460 you see what we're up against in terms of the funding by the left
00:36:49.820 to their efforts to undermine the duly elected president of the United States.
00:36:55.300 That would be Donald J. Trump.
00:36:58.540 All right, we have to leave it there.
00:37:00.460 I want to thank you for joining us today in the Stone Zone right here
