00:00:41.960 the Department of Justice says they have finally located and now charged the man they call the pipe bomber.
00:00:49.200 That's the individual who placed pipe bombs near both the Republican and Democrat national committees.
00:00:56.080 On December 6th. Turns out that the man they've charged, Brian Cole,
00:01:01.500 was known to the Biden Justice Department for some time,
00:01:05.300 but now finally has been charged by our current Justice Department.
00:01:09.940 But here's the strange part.
00:01:11.980 The federal prosecutor in charge of prosecuting Mr. Cole is one Jocelyn Ballantyne
00:01:19.000 in the U.S. District of Attorney's office in D.C.
00:01:23.280 This is the same Jocelyn Ballantyne who tried to pressure the leader of the Proud Boys, Enrique Tarrio,
00:01:32.300 who was later, I think, falsely convicted of seditious conspiracy on January 6th,
00:01:37.580 into claiming that I somehow was involved or had knowledge of those activities.
00:01:43.120 Let me make it very clear.
00:01:45.600 Any claim that I knew in advance about, participated in,
00:01:49.960 or condone any illegal action on January 6th is categorically false.
00:01:55.040 But the real question is,
00:01:56.440 why is Jocelyn Ballantyne still working for the Trump administration?
00:02:01.500 The truth is, the swamp runs very, very deep.
00:02:05.740 Meanwhile, President Trump, I think, reacting to many in his own coalition
00:02:10.340 who are concerned about the midterms and realize that although food prices have come down,
00:02:17.160 they have not come down enough.
00:02:19.420 They're not as low as they were at the end of his first term as president.
00:02:23.780 Gas prices are actually coming down quickly.
00:02:26.460 We reported on this in the Stone Zone just the other day.
00:02:29.800 But again, not down as low as they were during his first term as president.
00:02:35.780 And of course, we're looking forward to a deeper interest rate cut by the Federal Reserve Board

00:02:49.900 Now, when it comes to the midterm elections, there's a lot of panicans.
00:02:54.140 A lot of folks are saying, oh, it's all over for the GOP and so on.
00:02:58.060 Pardon me for being around a long time, but I've seen all of this before.
00:03:02.160 When Ronald Reagan was president in his first term, he slashed taxes and federal regulations.
00:03:09.240 But those economic fixes had not really yet taken a grab of the economy.
00:03:15.480 And going into the 1982 elections, there were many who were panicking.
00:03:20.680 Of course, by 1984, we had a roaring economy, probably the most vibrant economy we had in the country up until that time.
00:03:29.360 So I believe that the president's deep tax cuts, his regulatory cuts, his tariff policies,
00:03:35.860 which have greatly increased federal revenues, all of these things combined with the interest rate cut
00:03:41.540 that is commensurate with the current unemployment and inflation rates,
00:03:44.920 mean that our economy a year from now will be quite different and quite a bit stronger than it is now.
00:03:51.060 President Trump has put affordability front and center during a Pennsylvania rally this week,
00:03:55.680 crediting his administration's economic revival for delivering what he calls the equivalent of a major tax cut for working families.
00:04:03.380 Speaking in Pennsylvania, Trump blasted Democrats for suddenly claiming to care about the cost of living,
00:04:09.140 comparing their message to Bonnie and Clyde preaching about public safety.
00:04:13.220 You've got to love Donald Trump. This guy's got to wave the birds.
00:04:16.380 One high line of gasoline in some states shopping to $1.99 a dollar,
00:04:21.320 arguing that cheaper energy is maybe even better than a big tax cut,
00:04:25.140 especially families trying to make ends meet.
00:04:27.640 We also debuted a new slogan, Make America Affordable Again.
00:04:32.140 The president said, I have no higher priority than making America affordable again.
00:04:36.540 That's what I'm going to do.
00:04:37.700 And again, don't pause the high prices and we're bringing them down.
00:04:41.540 It's a simple message.
00:04:43.460 He referred the case to his predecessors where inflation and high prices were the earmarks of the Biden administration.
00:04:50.860 President Trump also touted the extension of the total tax cuts,
00:04:54.640 calling the latest package the biggest tax cuts ever,
00:04:58.820 which he said he hoped would push $31Ks through the roof,
00:05:03.060 boost the stock market to record highs,
00:05:05.200 and contribute to the falling rent and food costs I mentioned earlier.
00:05:09.520 He pointed to egg prices dropping since spring and said that dairy prices were found easy after years of inflationary pressure.
00:05:18.560 It's kind of funny that Democrats at the beginning of the term kept pointing to the fact that egg prices were not down.
00:05:24.340 That's not that they are down drastically.
00:05:26.620 They never mentioned them anymore.
00:05:28.300 Anyhow, that works.
00:05:29.300 The administration has now launched a national tour aimed at spotlighting Trump's economic turnaround,
00:05:34.220 as inflation has actually slowed to roughly 3%.
00:05:38.440 Significantly lower than the Biden-area highs that hammered household budgets.
00:05:44.100 With unemployment hovering near full employment and national gas prices averaging their lowest since early 2021,
00:05:52.400 President Trump has a strong economy to run on, and it's only going to get strong.
00:05:57.640 And I'm convinced there'll be everything we can to make sure that Republicans win,
00:06:01.820 based on the MAGA economic record of the last two years of his term.
00:06:08.980 As James Carvell, who I know who particularly had a high regard for, once correctly said,

00:06:17.200 Meanwhile, President of the Reserve Chairman Jerome Tooley-Powell,
00:06:21.860 who's been a dogged opponent of President Trump's economic world,
00:06:25.460 who knew what if he possibly could be hamstring with Trump economy
00:06:28.960 and show seeds of doubt in the minds of the public.
00:06:32.280 Powell continued with his subversive activity on Wednesday
00:06:36.480 when he claimed, without presenting any evidence whatsoever,
00:06:40.460 that the Trump administration may be overstating monthly job creation.
00:06:45.400 Powell claimed that Fed staff, that it would be the Reserve of the Federal Reserve Board,
00:06:51.000 believed the government could be off by as much as $60,000 per month,
00:06:55.000 turning solid gains into slight job losses.
00:06:57.880 It's worth noting that any potential discrepancy stems from long-steaming flaws
00:07:03.140 in the Department of Labor's model,
00:07:05.420 something that Jerome Powell never read about in the past.
00:07:08.600 In fact, during the Biden presidency,
00:07:10.740 every single job statement is lately reserved drastically unbiased,
00:07:15.840 drastically downward.
00:07:17.660 The power of course doesn't mention that.
00:07:19.600 For years, the Bureau of Labor Statistics has struggled to accurately stack job
00:07:24.440 the issue from new businesses to closures,
00:07:28.980 often revising numbers down many months later.
00:07:31.660 This is because of an incompetent and inefficient watchman VC bureaucracy
00:07:36.280 with outdated data systems,
00:07:38.860 the ineffectively measured number of jobs created.

00:07:47.080 full-time jobs, and so on.

00:07:51.880 and Powell has simply tried to undermine President Trump

00:08:26.580 as I think we will finally get the interest rate cuts we deserve
00:08:30.240 based on the current rate of inflation and unemployment.
00:08:34.080 President Trump's Pennsylvania rally also shared some hopeful news
00:08:37.640 about the condition of the West Virginia National Guardsman Andrew Wolfe,
00:08:42.540 who's made a remarkable, perhaps miraculous, recovery
00:08:45.500 after he and his fellow guardsmen, Sarah Beckstrom,
00:08:49.500 were attacked while patrolling the nation's capital.
00:08:53.260 The two were attacked while patrolling,
00:08:56.280 and unfortunately, the suspect, who yelled Ali Akbar,
00:09:01.100 fatally shot Sarah Beckstrom, causing her death.
00:09:04.980 That's why I don't understand why the Department of Justice
00:09:07.440 keeps saying that they're investigating, looking for a motive.
00:09:10.500 I think the motive is pretty clear.
00:09:12.500 President Trump said Andrew is the second one
00:09:15.540 who's from the West Virginia National Guard.
00:09:17.600 Incredible people.
00:09:19.440 And so both of them were from West Virginia.
00:09:22.020 His mother's name is Monica, the president said.
00:09:24.240 The president noted that Andrew's mother, Monica,
00:09:27.900 is the most positive person he said he's ever met.

00:09:31.700 the doctors gave him almost no chance of survival.

00:11:00.700 House Speaker Mike Johnson reportedly walked into a closed-door meeting Tuesday
00:11:04.360 and offered not a strategy, not a bill, not a proposal, but a list.
00:11:10.040 A list of 10 vague ideas, including one bullet point where we just said innovation.
00:11:17.420 And this is very, very disappointing.
00:11:19.860 It was up to House Republicans to put forward some solid proposals,
00:11:24.020 some solid alternative to Obamacare, which was not worked out.
00:11:28.520 The failure of leadership has angered a number of House Republicans,
00:11:31.640 particularly those who were hanging on by his friend,
00:11:34.060 facing tough electoral challenges during the midterms.
00:11:36.840 Congresswoman Jen Higgins of Virginia warned that this is a complete,
00:11:41.340 abject failure of health care and could destroy Republicans at the polls.
00:11:46.140 Conservatives complained the leadership has wasted the entire year,
00:11:50.340 too busy perhaps stalling to prevent the vote on the Epstein files,
00:11:54.660 something that I was opposed to.
00:11:56.140 I think we need to have full exposure, full disclosure on everything relating to Epstein.
00:12:01.700 Instead, they got distracted and didn't get to the hard work of helping the American people
00:12:05.980 when it comes to health care costs.

00:26:47.180 A federal judge in New York has ordered the release, finally, of key Epstein documents tied to the 2019 sex trafficking case.

00:26:58.000 FBI Director Cash Patel says that he has seen no evidence whatsoever that Epstein was involved in child sex trafficking.
00:27:07.660 This makes no sense because in 2019, Jeffrey Epstein was indicted by the Trump Justice Department on two counts.
00:27:17.460 One count of child sex trafficking and a second count of conspiring to engage in child sex trafficking.
00:27:24.780 That's why I'm anxious to see these grand jury materials, which today were finally ordered to be released.
00:27:34.220 These, of course, will be the documents that were involved in both the indictment of Epstein and his longtime associate and pimp, Ghislaine Maxwell.
00:27:43.720 The order follows a July motion by Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche requesting release of the material, citing what they called overwhelming public interest and a commitment by the Trump administration to transparency in an investigation that has sadly been shrouded in political protection.
00:28:06.660 Here's a couple of things about this case that I know firsthand because I wrote about it very extensively in my 2015 book, The Clinton's War on Women.

00:28:45.880 And then quite tragically, only months ago, we were told that she committed suicide.
00:28:50.880 But then I noticed that she had posted on social media, I noticed prior to that, saying, I'm not at all suicidal.
00:28:58.800 If I'm told, if you are told later that I committed suicide, be suspicious because I am not one to commit suicide.

00:29:09.700 Here's what we do know.
00:29:11.180 Donald Trump barred Jeffrey Epstein from his life in late 2004.
00:29:17.540 That was prior to Epstein being exposed as a sex criminal and being charged in the state of Florida.
00:29:25.780 We also know that Donald Trump was the only public figure to cooperate with Virginia Roberts-Geoffrey and her attorney in the efforts to bring Epstein to justice.
00:29:40.220 We also know from the FAA manifest that the only two times that Donald Trump was ever on Epstein's plane, it flew not to his island, but from Keterboro in northern New Jersey to Palm Beach on a Friday and returned on a Sunday.
00:30:00.320 On both occasions, Trump was accompanied by his then wife, Marla Maples, and his daughter, Tiffany.
00:30:07.320 So when you look at who actually visited the island, when you look at who visited Epstein's exotic ranch in New Mexico, the only Republican you will find on those lists is, well, Steve Bannon.
00:30:23.580 The Democrats have an issue here that is going to blow up in their face spectacularly because they keep demanding full transparency.
00:30:32.120 And when they get it, based on the FAA manifests and based on all my research, I can tell you who the political bigwigs were who visited Epstein's island and partied with underage girls.
00:30:44.800 Those would include former President Bill Clinton, former Treasury Secretary in the Clinton administration, Larry Summers, former U.S. Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell, and not to mention some other major Democrat mega donors.
00:31:02.940 In today's filing, the Justice Department emphasized that while certain details involving victims will be redacted, the American public deserves full access to the investigative work previously kept locked away behind courtroom doors.

00:31:27.960 But the fact that Epstein is deceased and the enormous public interest, I think, justified the release of all this material.

00:31:49.480 I think this proves once and for all that the attempts by the Democrats to tie Donald Trump to some inappropriate activity with Epstein are a total and complete fugazi.
00:32:01.400 This ruling, after another judge ordered release of related materials in Maxwell's case, one week after a Florida judge unsealed additional investigative material, all spells of very bad news for the Democrats.
00:32:17.080 Multiple courts are now acting in sequence because federal law and the White House have finally forced long-delayed sunlight into a case that has enraged Americans for years by seemingly protecting high-level pedophiles.

00:33:33.380 It seems that $250 million was routed to Somali Medicaid funds, and that money was sent back to terrorist groups, including al-Shabaab, in the country of Somalia.
00:33:49.900 Overall, they say that this post-pandemic 19th scam cost taxpayers approximately $1 billion.
00:33:58.280 But Tim Walz is a forging ahead.
00:34:02.260 Speaking to more than 1,000 donors at the Washington State Convention Center, Walz actually boasted that Minnesota accepts more refugees per capita than any other state,
