00:00:00.000 Looking for financial insights you can trust?

00:00:02.660 How do you protect yourself as an investor? What's the strategy?

00:00:05.540 I think it's really simple. I think you just want to be diversified in your portfolio.

00:00:09.360 The Payne family brings real-world experience to every conversation.

00:00:13.600 Well, I think that's the problem right now is a lot of people that are close to retirement,

00:00:16.760 they're taking so much risks. And if we do get a big sell-off, it could derail their retirement.

00:00:22.100 Listen to The Payne Points of Wealth on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:26.080 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative.

00:00:30.720 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:33.640 Welcome. You are now entering The Stone Zone.

00:00:37.680 Well, in the things that make you go, hmm, department,

00:00:41.960 the Department of Justice says they have finally located and now charged the man they call the pipe bomber.

00:00:49.200 That's the individual who placed pipe bombs near both the Republican and Democrat national committees.

00:00:56.080 On December 6th. Turns out that the man they've charged, Brian Cole,

00:01:01.500 was known to the Biden Justice Department for some time,

00:01:05.300 but now finally has been charged by our current Justice Department.

00:01:09.940 But here's the strange part.

00:01:11.980 The federal prosecutor in charge of prosecuting Mr. Cole is one Jocelyn Ballantyne

00:01:19.000 in the U.S. District of Attorney's office in D.C.

00:01:23.280 This is the same Jocelyn Ballantyne who tried to pressure the leader of the Proud Boys, Enrique Tarrio,

00:01:32.300 who was later, I think, falsely convicted of seditious conspiracy on January 6th,

00:01:37.580 into claiming that I somehow was involved or had knowledge of those activities.

00:01:43.120 Let me make it very clear.

00:01:45.600 Any claim that I knew in advance about, participated in,

00:01:49.960 or condone any illegal action on January 6th is categorically false.

00:01:55.040 But the real question is,

00:01:56.440 why is Jocelyn Ballantyne still working for the Trump administration? 1.00

00:02:01.500 The truth is, the swamp runs very, very deep.

00:02:05.740 Meanwhile, President Trump, I think, reacting to many in his own coalition

00:02:10.340 who are concerned about the midterms and realize that although food prices have come down,

00:02:17.160 they have not come down enough.

00:02:19.420 They're not as low as they were at the end of his first term as president.

00:02:23.780 Gas prices are actually coming down quickly.

00:02:26.460 We reported on this in the Stone Zone just the other day.

00:02:29.800 But again, not down as low as they were during his first term as president.

00:02:35.780 And of course, we're looking forward to a deeper interest rate cut by the Federal Reserve Board

00:02:42.040 that could come as early as next week.

00:02:45.380 All of those things, I think, are likely to give the economy a boost.

00:02:49.900 Now, when it comes to the midterm elections, there's a lot of panicans.

00:02:54.140 A lot of folks are saying, oh, it's all over for the GOP and so on.

00:02:58.060 Pardon me for being around a long time, but I've seen all of this before.

00:03:02.160 When Ronald Reagan was president in his first term, he slashed taxes and federal regulations.

00:03:09.240 But those economic fixes had not really yet taken a grab of the economy.

00:03:15.480 And going into the 1982 elections, there were many who were panicking.

00:03:20.680 Of course, by 1984, we had a roaring economy, probably the most vibrant economy we had in the country up until that time.

00:03:29.360 So I believe that the president's deep tax cuts, his regulatory cuts, his tariff policies,

00:03:35.860 which have greatly increased federal revenues, all of these things combined with the interest rate cut

00:03:41.540 that is commensurate with the current unemployment and inflation rates,

00:03:44.920 mean that our economy a year from now will be quite different and quite a bit stronger than it is now.

00:03:51.060 President Trump has put affordability front and center during a Pennsylvania rally this week,

00:03:55.680 crediting his administration's economic revival for delivering what he calls the equivalent of a major tax cut for working families.

00:04:03.380 Speaking in Pennsylvania, Trump blasted Democrats for suddenly claiming to care about the cost of living,

00:04:09.140 comparing their message to Bonnie and Clyde preaching about public safety.

00:04:13.220 You've got to love Donald Trump. This guy's got to wave the birds.

00:04:16.380 One high line of gasoline in some states shopping to $1.99 a dollar,

00:04:21.320 arguing that cheaper energy is maybe even better than a big tax cut,

00:04:25.140 especially families trying to make ends meet.

00:04:27.640 We also debuted a new slogan, Make America Affordable Again.

00:04:32.140 The president said, I have no higher priority than making America affordable again.

00:04:36.540 That's what I'm going to do.

00:04:37.700 And again, don't pause the high prices and we're bringing them down.

00:04:41.540 It's a simple message.

00:04:43.460 He referred the case to his predecessors where inflation and high prices were the earmarks of the Biden administration.

00:04:50.860 President Trump also touted the extension of the total tax cuts,

00:04:54.640 calling the latest package the biggest tax cuts ever,

00:04:58.820 which he said he hoped would push $31Ks through the roof,

00:05:03.060 boost the stock market to record highs,

00:05:05.200 and contribute to the falling rent and food costs I mentioned earlier.

00:05:09.520 He pointed to egg prices dropping since spring and said that dairy prices were found easy after years of inflationary pressure.

00:05:18.560 It's kind of funny that Democrats at the beginning of the term kept pointing to the fact that egg prices were not down.

00:05:24.340 That's not that they are down drastically.

00:05:26.620 They never mentioned them anymore.

00:05:28.300 Anyhow, that works.

00:05:29.300 The administration has now launched a national tour aimed at spotlighting Trump's economic turnaround,

00:05:34.220 as inflation has actually slowed to roughly 3%.

00:05:38.440 Significantly lower than the Biden-area highs that hammered household budgets.

00:05:44.100 With unemployment hovering near full employment and national gas prices averaging their lowest since early 2021,

00:05:52.400 President Trump has a strong economy to run on, and it's only going to get strong.

00:05:57.640 And I'm convinced there'll be everything we can to make sure that Republicans win,

00:06:01.820 based on the MAGA economic record of the last two years of his term.

00:06:08.980 As James Carvell, who I know who particularly had a high regard for, once correctly said,

00:06:14.760 is the economy speaking.

00:06:17.200 Meanwhile, President of the Reserve Chairman Jerome Tooley-Powell,

00:06:21.860 who's been a dogged opponent of President Trump's economic world,

00:06:25.460 who knew what if he possibly could be hamstring with Trump economy

00:06:28.960 and show seeds of doubt in the minds of the public.

00:06:32.280 Powell continued with his subversive activity on Wednesday

00:06:36.480 when he claimed, without presenting any evidence whatsoever,

00:06:40.460 that the Trump administration may be overstating monthly job creation.

00:06:45.400 Powell claimed that Fed staff, that it would be the Reserve of the Federal Reserve Board,

00:06:51.000 believed the government could be off by as much as $60,000 per month,

00:06:55.000 turning solid gains into slight job losses.

00:06:57.880 It's worth noting that any potential discrepancy stems from long-steaming flaws

00:07:03.140 in the Department of Labor's model,

00:07:05.420 something that Jerome Powell never read about in the past.

00:07:08.600 In fact, during the Biden presidency,

00:07:10.740 every single job statement is lately reserved drastically unbiased,

00:07:15.840 drastically downward.

00:07:17.660 The power of course doesn't mention that.

00:07:19.600 For years, the Bureau of Labor Statistics has struggled to accurately stack job

00:07:24.440 the issue from new businesses to closures,

00:07:28.980 often revising numbers down many months later.

00:07:31.660 This is because of an incompetent and inefficient watchman VC bureaucracy

00:07:36.280 with outdated data systems,

00:07:38.860 the ineffectively measured number of jobs created.

00:07:42.700 It's also in the games they play,

00:07:44.820 sometimes counting part-time jobs,

00:07:47.080 full-time jobs, and so on.

00:07:49.560 The voters believe the current numbers are false,

00:07:51.880 and Powell has simply tried to undermine President Trump

00:07:54.600 and our economy for political reasons yet again.

00:07:59.020 Powell's been doing this since he's been ached down

00:08:01.060 Trump's America's terrorist policy.

00:08:03.420 Chairman Powell is a partisan hack.

00:08:05.720 By the way, he's a lawyer.

00:08:06.760 He's not even an economist.

00:08:08.780 And he's been operating under this facade of independence

00:08:12.220 due to the immense, unaccountable,

00:08:14.700 and unconstitutional power of America's central bank.

00:08:18.360 He's going to be soon enough for me,

00:08:22.480 and that cannot do anything other than boost our economy,

00:08:26.580 as I think we will finally get the interest rate cuts we deserve

00:08:30.240 based on the current rate of inflation and unemployment.

00:08:34.080 President Trump's Pennsylvania rally also shared some hopeful news

00:08:37.640 about the condition of the West Virginia National Guardsman Andrew Wolfe,

00:08:42.540 who's made a remarkable, perhaps miraculous, recovery

00:08:45.500 after he and his fellow guardsmen, Sarah Beckstrom,

00:08:49.500 were attacked while patrolling the nation's capital.

00:08:53.260 The two were attacked while patrolling,

00:08:56.280 and unfortunately, the suspect, who yelled Ali Akbar,

00:09:01.100 fatally shot Sarah Beckstrom, causing her death.

00:09:04.980 That's why I don't understand why the Department of Justice

00:09:07.440 keeps saying that they're investigating, looking for a motive.

00:09:10.500 I think the motive is pretty clear.

00:09:12.500 President Trump said Andrew is the second one

00:09:15.540 who's from the West Virginia National Guard.

00:09:17.600 Incredible people.

00:09:19.440 And so both of them were from West Virginia.

00:09:22.020 His mother's name is Monica, the president said.

00:09:24.240 The president noted that Andrew's mother, Monica,

00:09:27.900 is the most positive person he said he's ever met.

00:09:30.040 The night he got hit so badly,

00:09:31.700 the doctors gave him almost no chance of survival.

00:09:34.940 Today, he said he spoke to her

00:09:37.780 and could not believe his miraculous recovery.

00:09:40.220 All Americans join us in praying for the recovery

00:09:43.680 of this brave public servant who put his life on the line.

00:09:47.800 Meanwhile, the gunman, whose was Lackenwall,

00:09:50.780 entered the U.S. from Afghanistan

00:09:52.540 after Joe Biden's post-withdrawal asylum program,

00:09:56.100 when the Biden administration assured

00:09:57.440 that every Afghan he let in the country 1.00

00:09:59.220 would be heavily vetted.

00:10:00.740 The problem here is that Lackenwall

00:10:03.320 had a one-year deadline to apply for asylum,

00:10:07.660 but he didn't apply.

00:10:09.060 He received asylum three years

00:10:11.220 after arriving in the United States.

00:10:13.520 Why?

00:10:14.500 Well, I think it's because he previously worked for the CIA.

00:10:18.540 On the other hand, I'm not sure that once you work for the CIA,

00:10:21.600 you don't always work for the CIA.

00:10:24.560 There's a lot of questions about how and why

00:10:26.740 this individual got in the country,

00:10:28.620 but even a greater question about why he received asylum.

00:10:34.280 There's more blood on the hands of Democrats in all of this,

00:10:37.280 and we really need to investigate it far more thoroughly.

00:10:40.980 Meanwhile, House Republicans are, as young people would say,

00:10:44.880 fumbling the bag on the issue of health care.

00:10:47.340 Seems they have no vision and no plan

00:10:49.420 to help Americans who are seeing their health care costs

00:10:52.020 rise exponentially as Obamacare implodes.

00:10:55.500 With the subsidies that prop Obamacare up set to expire in just a few weeks,

00:11:00.700 House Speaker Mike Johnson reportedly walked into a closed-door meeting Tuesday

00:11:04.360 and offered not a strategy, not a bill, not a proposal, but a list.

00:11:10.040 A list of 10 vague ideas, including one bullet point where we just said innovation.

00:11:17.420 And this is very, very disappointing.

00:11:19.860 It was up to House Republicans to put forward some solid proposals,

00:11:24.020 some solid alternative to Obamacare, which was not worked out.

00:11:28.520 The failure of leadership has angered a number of House Republicans,

00:11:31.640 particularly those who were hanging on by his friend,

00:11:34.060 facing tough electoral challenges during the midterms.

00:11:36.840 Congresswoman Jen Higgins of Virginia warned that this is a complete,

00:11:41.340 abject failure of health care and could destroy Republicans at the polls.

00:11:46.140 Conservatives complained the leadership has wasted the entire year,

00:11:50.340 too busy perhaps stalling to prevent the vote on the Epstein files,

00:11:54.660 something that I was opposed to.

00:11:56.140 I think we need to have full exposure, full disclosure on everything relating to Epstein.

00:12:01.700 Instead, they got distracted and didn't get to the hard work of helping the American people

00:12:05.980 when it comes to health care costs.

00:12:08.740 Anybody who thinks that here in the Stone Zone we are Republican partisan doesn't really get it.

00:12:13.960 See, I'm an equal opportunity critic.

00:12:16.300 I criticize Democrats, Republicans, and independents.

00:12:20.600 Here you'll find the stone cold truth.

00:12:24.160 One other lawmaker said that they wasted so much time that the leadership says that they may not have

00:12:30.520 time in the next several weeks to vote to expand the health care saving accounts,

00:12:35.500 which would be a strong policy, but doesn't come close to solving the entire overall problem

00:12:41.360 of having a health care system in the American health care system that's put in place for the American people.

00:12:47.780 With just seven working days left this year,

00:12:51.360 Speaker Johnson suggests the party can tackle health care next spring,

00:12:55.020 right before the midterms.

00:12:56.960 Even with President Trump leading the party, I'm afraid it's the same old swampy rhino BS

00:13:03.380 in Washington, D.C., and it could yet cost the president next year.

00:13:08.940 The Department of Justice announced on Tuesday that a federal judge is ruling

00:13:13.040 protecting FBI Director James Comey from being indicted for his crimes,

00:13:17.080 preventing key evidence from being used.

00:13:19.160 Prosecutors told a Washington court that they are effectively enjoined from pursuing Comey

00:13:24.300 after Judge Colleen Collar-Cotelli, a frequent opponent of President Trump,

00:13:30.480 who has blamed him for the violence that occurred on January 6th during the Fed's direction,

00:13:35.440 temporarily barred them from using emails seized from Comey confident Richard Daniel Richman.

00:13:42.200 The failure to convict James Comey in an open and shut case of lying to Congress is an outrage.

00:13:51.200 I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone, and we'll be right back.

00:13:55.060 This shrimp and coconut sauce is divine. What's your secret?

00:14:00.820 Goya coconut milk.

00:14:01.960 How does it taste so good?

00:14:03.320 It's all in that real coconut flavor and that rich, creamy texture.

00:14:07.400 What about thickeners and added sugars?

00:14:09.620 None. Just smooth, coconutty goodness.

00:14:12.700 What can I make with it?

00:14:13.840 From curries to sweet treats like coconut flan, the possibilities are endless.

00:14:19.160 Goya coconut milk. Take your cooking to the next level.

00:14:21.860 No question about it. Find it in the Goya section of your local grocery store.

00:14:25.440 If it's Goya, it has to be good.

00:14:28.940 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative.

00:14:32.960 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:15:05.080 December 20th at the WABC Studios.

00:15:08.500 So for more information and tickets, go to homefortheholidays2025.com.

00:15:13.080 That's right, if you want to see Mr. Christmas, Vinny Madugno, live in concert from the WABC headquarters

00:15:19.820 in Studio 77, go to homefortheholidays2025.com to get your tickets today.

00:15:29.660 Returning to the case of FBI Director James Comey, I continue to marvel about how he and I were charged

00:15:38.700 with the exact same crimes, yet we've been treated completely differently.

00:15:44.220 First of all, there's the manner in which we were arrested, as I think millions of Americans saw.

00:15:50.080 29 heavily armed FBI agents stormed my home at 6 o'clock in the morning, terrifying my wife and my dogs,

00:15:57.380 not to mention my neighbors, when all they had to do was call and tell my attorney that I was being charged

00:16:02.900 and I would have been more than happy to turn myself in.

00:16:06.100 Then, of course, there is the question of the gag.

00:16:09.100 I was gagged by a federal judge.

00:16:10.600 I wasn't entitled to defend myself on any medium whatsoever, cable, radio, television, the Internet, social media.

00:16:20.200 Yet, Mr. Comey has been continued to prevaricate and attack those who charged him.

00:16:26.680 And, of course, lastly is the fact that I was never allowed to even claim that I was selectively prosecuted

00:16:33.280 or being prosecuted as a matter of political motivation.

00:16:37.300 Of course, the judge has offered no such restriction on Mr. Comey's defense attorneys.

00:16:43.840 Just more proof that we have a two-tier justice system. 0.97

00:16:46.820 And now comes a ruling by the judge today that the government cannot use the communications between Comey and his confidant, Daniel Richman.

00:16:56.840 Richman is the man who Comey specifically authorized and directed to leak classified information to the media

00:17:03.960 designed to embarrass President Donald Trump.

00:17:06.580 Amazing that the government restricts the use of that.

00:17:11.800 When I wanted to demonstrate to a jury in the District of Columbia that the underlying claim regarding my case

00:17:18.400 that the Russians had hacked the Democrat National Committee and had given the information to the Trump campaign,

00:17:24.840 I could have proven using forensic evidence and expert testimony that there was never any online hack of the DNC.

00:17:33.360 Therefore, I could have absolved myself.

00:17:35.420 Needless to say, unlike the situation where the jury today or the judge today is restricting information from going to a jury,

00:17:44.020 in my case, the judge would never allow me to make such a defense.

00:17:48.580 Never been a more outrageous example of the two-tiered justice system.

00:17:53.720 And on the heels of that, late today, a federal grand jury failed for the third time,

00:17:59.200 or probably the second time, to re-indict Letitia James over a simple charge of mortgage fraud, 0.99

00:18:05.760 a charge that she herself has prosecuted numerous people for.

00:18:09.880 I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to Stone Zone, and we'll be...

00:18:13.360 Ella McKay. Coming to theaters December 12th.

00:18:17.120 Your father's here. Why?

00:18:25.500 Jesus! I wasn't counting your mother! 0.96

00:18:27.820 It's a perfect holiday comedy about an imperfect family.

00:19:47.720 Returning to the case of FBI Director James Comey, I continue to marvel about how he and I were charged with the exact same crimes,

00:19:59.440 yet we've been treated completely differently.

00:20:02.320 First of all, there's the manner in which we were arrested, as I think millions of Americans saw.

00:20:08.160 29 heavily armed FBI agents stormed my home at 6 o'clock in the morning, terrifying my wife and my dogs,

00:20:15.380 not to mention my neighbors, when all they had to do was call and tell my attorney that I was being charged,

00:20:21.080 and I would have been more than happy to turn myself in.

00:20:24.180 Then, of course, there is the question of the gag.

00:20:27.180 I was gagged by a federal judge.

00:20:28.680 I wasn't entitled to defend myself on any medium whatsoever, cable, radio, television, the Internet, social media.

00:20:38.280 Yet, Mr. Comey has been continued to prevaricate and attack those who charged him.

00:20:44.760 And, of course, lastly is the fact that I was never allowed to even claim that I was selectively prosecuted

00:20:51.360 or being prosecuted as a matter of political motivation.

00:20:55.380 Of course, the judge has offered no such restriction on Mr. Comey's defense attorneys.

00:21:01.920 Just more proof that we have a two-tier justice system. 0.97

00:21:04.880 And now comes a ruling by the judge today that the government cannot use the communications

00:21:11.000 between Comey and his confidant, Daniel Richman.

00:21:14.920 Richman is the man who Comey specifically authorized and directed to leak classified information to the media

00:21:22.040 designed to embarrass President Donald Trump.

00:21:24.660 Now, amazing that the government restricts the use of that.

00:21:29.880 When I wanted to demonstrate to a jury in the District of Columbia that the underlying claim

00:21:35.280 regarding my case that the Russians had hacked the Democrat National Committee

00:21:40.100 and had given the information to the Trump campaign,

00:21:42.920 I could have proven, using forensic evidence and expert testimony,

00:21:47.060 that there was never any online hack of the DNC.

00:21:51.680 Therefore, I could have absolved myself.

00:21:53.340 Needless to say, unlike the situation where the jury today or the judge today

00:21:58.760 is restricting information from going to a jury,

00:22:02.120 in my case, the judge would never allow me to make such a defense.

00:22:06.680 Never been a more outrageous example of the two-tiered justice system.

00:22:11.860 And on the heels of that, late today, a federal grand jury failed for the third time,

00:22:17.200 or probably the second time, to re-indict Leticia James over a simple charge of mortgage fraud, 0.99

00:22:23.840 a charge that she herself has prosecuted numerous people for.

00:23:32.420 The Stone Zone.

00:23:37.000 Entertaining and informative.

00:23:39.160 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:23:42.200 And you're re-entering the Stone Zone.

00:23:46.260 And even more news of courts going wild.

00:23:49.500 A federal judge has ordered the immediate release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia,

00:23:54.820 the man who's become the Salvadorian George Floyd, if you will.

00:23:59.760 Garcia was previously deported to El Salvador's notorious Cicot mega prison over alleged MS-13 gang ties.

00:24:09.960 And because he allegedly trafficked illegal migrants into the country, but because the media displayed some pictures of him smiling with family members, calling him a Maryland dad instead of an illegal criminal gang member.

00:24:26.140 Liberals have rallied to Garcia's defense, and this has made it incredibly frustrating for the Trump administration in their attempts to deport this dangerous criminal.

00:24:36.620 The ruling, issued Thursday by U.S.

00:24:40.800 District Judge Paula Zinnis, an Obama appointee to the bench, of course, declares that Abrego Garcia has been repeatedly detained without lawful authority and cannot be removed from the United States due to an absence of a final removal order.

00:24:59.860 Abrego Garcia was deported on March, despite a 2019 order blocking his return to El Salvador over claim fears of persecution, which is frequently an excuse that the far left attorneys use when they're trying to prevent dangerous illegals from being deported from the country.

00:25:22.220 The Trump administration cited intelligence tying Abrego to MS-13, although Garcia proclaims his innocence, perhaps dubiously so.

00:25:34.500 After being brought back to the United States to face human smuggling charges, to which he pleaded not guilty, Garcia was re-detained by ICE and held in a Pennsylvania facility.

00:25:47.600 Department of Homeland Security spokesperson, Tricia McLaughlin, blasted today's ruling as a naked judicial activism act and vowed to fight it tooth and nail, warning the judges should not override immigration authorities acting to protect public safety.

00:26:08.080 Garcia will now be released until federal supervision, under federal supervision, pardon me, while awaiting trial, a decision that highlights the ridiculousness of our entire system.

00:26:20.600 I'm beginning to wonder whether we're really a democracy.

00:26:24.320 We're a curatocracy ruled by unaccountable, unelected, politically connected judges wearing robes.

00:26:31.840 They're really Democrat activists in black.

00:26:35.300 I think we all know what the founding fathers would have done if faced with this same state of affairs.

00:26:41.960 Meanwhile, the Epstein case continues to dominate the news.

00:26:47.180 A federal judge in New York has ordered the release, finally, of key Epstein documents tied to the 2019 sex trafficking case.

00:26:55.980 Now, here's the thing I don't understand.

00:26:58.000 FBI Director Cash Patel says that he has seen no evidence whatsoever that Epstein was involved in child sex trafficking.

00:27:07.660 This makes no sense because in 2019, Jeffrey Epstein was indicted by the Trump Justice Department on two counts.

00:27:17.460 One count of child sex trafficking and a second count of conspiring to engage in child sex trafficking.

00:27:24.780 That's why I'm anxious to see these grand jury materials, which today were finally ordered to be released.

00:27:34.220 These, of course, will be the documents that were involved in both the indictment of Epstein and his longtime associate and pimp, Ghislaine Maxwell.

00:27:43.720 The order follows a July motion by Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche requesting release of the material, citing what they called overwhelming public interest and a commitment by the Trump administration to transparency in an investigation that has sadly been shrouded in political protection.

00:28:06.660 Here's a couple of things about this case that I know firsthand because I wrote about it very extensively in my 2015 book, The Clinton's War on Women.

00:28:17.140 So look at that book, you see that the longest chapter in the book, chapter seven, is entitled Orgy Island.

00:28:25.420 That's because I investigated the Epstein case extremely thoroughly.

00:28:29.460 By that, I mean, I interviewed Virginia Roberts-Geoffrey for six hours.

00:28:36.420 She is the Epstein victim who refused a multimillion dollar settlement to forge ahead with her lawsuit against Epstein.

00:28:45.880 And then quite tragically, only months ago, we were told that she committed suicide.

00:28:50.880 But then I noticed that she had posted on social media, I noticed prior to that, saying, I'm not at all suicidal.

00:28:58.800 If I'm told, if you are told later that I committed suicide, be suspicious because I am not one to commit suicide.

00:29:07.680 Very, very strange.

00:29:09.700 Here's what we do know.

00:29:11.180 Donald Trump barred Jeffrey Epstein from his life in late 2004.

00:29:17.540 That was prior to Epstein being exposed as a sex criminal and being charged in the state of Florida.

00:29:25.780 We also know that Donald Trump was the only public figure to cooperate with Virginia Roberts-Geoffrey and her attorney in the efforts to bring Epstein to justice.

00:29:40.220 We also know from the FAA manifest that the only two times that Donald Trump was ever on Epstein's plane, it flew not to his island, but from Keterboro in northern New Jersey to Palm Beach on a Friday and returned on a Sunday.

00:30:00.320 On both occasions, Trump was accompanied by his then wife, Marla Maples, and his daughter, Tiffany.

00:30:07.320 So when you look at who actually visited the island, when you look at who visited Epstein's exotic ranch in New Mexico, the only Republican you will find on those lists is, well, Steve Bannon.

00:30:23.580 The Democrats have an issue here that is going to blow up in their face spectacularly because they keep demanding full transparency.

00:30:32.120 And when they get it, based on the FAA manifests and based on all my research, I can tell you who the political bigwigs were who visited Epstein's island and partied with underage girls.

00:30:44.800 Those would include former President Bill Clinton, former Treasury Secretary in the Clinton administration, Larry Summers, former U.S. Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell, and not to mention some other major Democrat mega donors.

00:31:02.940 In today's filing, the Justice Department emphasized that while certain details involving victims will be redacted, the American public deserves full access to the investigative work previously kept locked away behind courtroom doors.

00:31:19.060 Judges had initially rejected unsealing requests of the grand jury material, citing grand jury secrecy rules.

00:31:27.960 But the fact that Epstein is deceased and the enormous public interest, I think, justified the release of all this material.

00:31:35.940 That changed after President Trump, I think, signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which requires release of all government records relating to Epstein, subject to victim privacy safeguards.

00:31:49.480 I think this proves once and for all that the attempts by the Democrats to tie Donald Trump to some inappropriate activity with Epstein are a total and complete fugazi.

00:32:01.400 This ruling, after another judge ordered release of related materials in Maxwell's case, one week after a Florida judge unsealed additional investigative material, all spells of very bad news for the Democrats.

00:32:17.080 Multiple courts are now acting in sequence because federal law and the White House have finally forced long-delayed sunlight into a case that has enraged Americans for years by seemingly protecting high-level pedophiles.

00:32:33.660 Democrats, in my view, have made a huge error by supporting transparency in the Epstein case, believing that it would somehow hurt President Trump, only to see that it will now boomerang and hurt them.

00:32:45.600 But Trump himself called their bluff.

00:32:48.720 Now they're finally on the cusp of achieving actual transparency in this case.

00:32:53.180 Democrats and their big donors be exposed as a result of all of the available evidence currently shown that Epstein's chief collaborators were not Republicans.

00:33:04.820 I'm so glad to see we're finally getting justice in this case.

00:33:08.400 Meanwhile, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, also known as Tampon Tim, used a Seattle fundraiser this week to double down on his push for expanded Somali resettlements in Minnesota,

00:33:23.120 even as he faces intense scrutiny at home over a massive $1 billion welfare fraud scandal that's now under federal investigation.

00:33:33.380 It seems that $250 million was routed to Somali Medicaid funds, and that money was sent back to terrorist groups, including al-Shabaab, in the country of Somalia.

00:33:49.900 Overall, they say that this post-pandemic 19th scam cost taxpayers approximately $1 billion.

00:33:58.280 But Tim Walz is a forging ahead.

00:34:02.260 Speaking to more than 1,000 donors at the Washington State Convention Center, Walz actually boasted that Minnesota accepts more refugees per capita than any other state,

00:34:14.220 pledging to welcome more in and enhance taxpayer-funded programs to support them.

00:34:20.760 Walz also used the event to attack federal immigration enforcement efforts and to take repeated jabs at President Donald Trump,

00:34:31.680 drawing applause by suggesting that smart people rubbed Trump the wrong way.

00:34:37.440 Washington State Governor Bob Ferguson followed by highlighting his administration's record of suing Trump,

00:34:43.540 telling donors that his state was the first to take Trump on in 2017 and win,

00:34:49.460 and the first to take Trump on in 2025 and win.

00:34:52.340 This crowd-pleasing line came as Democrat organizers encouraged donors to scan QR codes

00:35:01.500 to make contributions before a state fundraising blackout takes place under state law.

00:35:08.460 Walz's appearance underscored a troubling disconnect, in my opinion.

00:35:12.660 A governor under investigation for historic billion-dollar fraud,

00:35:18.020 using out-of-state stage to promise even more spending while refusing to answer questions about his failed oversight of our tax dollars at home.

00:35:28.640 While Walz cast his migrant trafficking agenda as compassionate, it's anything but.

00:35:34.840 The migrants are coming as part of a scheme to ensure Democrat-controlled government in perpetuity. 0.97

00:35:39.960 It's an overthrow of the public, in my opinion.

00:35:43.600 A coup d'etat against our own Constitution.

00:35:46.880 That's why the Democrat Party is less a legitimate political party and more akin to enemy combatants at this point. 1.00

00:35:54.020 Walz is a very special, useful idiot for a very, very evil agenda. 0.99

00:36:00.820 It does make you wonder about how thoroughly they vetted Tim Walz when they selected him for vice president. 1.00

00:36:07.540 You see, the odds-on favorite to be the vice presidential running mate with Kamala Harris was Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro.

00:36:18.280 Shapiro was telling Confidence that he had already been selected and was preparing to take the stage at the Democrat National Convention

00:36:26.540 when he got the word that his candidacy had been vetoed by former President Barack Obama.

00:36:34.860 Obama argued that because of Shapiro's Jewish heritage,

00:36:39.920 that he would ensure defeat in both Minnesota and Michigan,

00:36:44.480 where Muslim voters have now become a vital part of the Democrat coalition.

00:36:50.340 And for that reason, Tim Walz, who I have to believe was virtually unvetted, bounded onto the national stage.

00:36:59.900 It's interesting to me that vice presidential then-candidate, now Vice President J.D. Vance,

00:37:05.820 was such a gentleman, he never raised the fact in his one debate with Walz

00:37:10.980 that Walz lied about his military service,

00:37:14.620 lied about seeing action,

00:37:16.480 lied about his rank.

00:37:17.660 Hell, this guy even lied about being a football coach.

00:37:23.440 Clearly, the most jarring thing is he's running around saying that Donald Trump

00:37:28.800 or that J.D. Vance were weird.

00:37:32.440 Have you ever seen this guy?

00:37:34.300 It doesn't come any weirder than that.

00:37:40.440 The Stone Zone.

00:37:42.480 Entertaining and informative.

00:37:44.620 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:37:47.660 Welcome back to the Stone Zone.

00:37:50.520 I'm your junior host, J.D. Vance.

00:37:53.440 In another major victory for the Trump administration,

00:37:57.740 the Federal Appeals Court has provided the policy

00:38:00.720 burning military service for most instances

00:38:03.980 on individuals in the Democratic leadership part

00:38:07.980 in the United States' generalism.

00:38:10.440 The D.C. Circuit's 2-1 ruling reverses a March district court stay

00:38:15.780 and affirms that the military's...

00:38:18.220 ...in battle to enforce strict medical and readiness standards.

00:38:22.120 The rules that the court noted have still placed

00:38:24.840 disqualified individuals with gender and dysphoria.

00:38:29.360 The portal emphasized that, as that means,

00:38:32.560 the U.S. military policy barred for gender service 0.95

00:38:35.860 on medical ground.

00:38:37.060 In a way, according to Obama and Biden administrations

00:38:40.040 to loosen those requirements

00:38:42.000 in the name of progressive social policy,

00:38:45.840 this decision strongly rejects those arguments

00:38:49.000 and says that the Trump policy

00:38:50.700 is illegally and constitutionally constituted,

00:38:55.040 pointing out that the Supreme Court using

00:38:57.320 that regarding treatment for gender dysphoria

00:38:59.980 concerning medical use,

00:39:01.660 is not protected, sex-based classification.

00:39:06.040 The court also noted that, under other conditions,

00:39:08.700 from bipolar disorder to asthma,

00:39:12.000 also by service,

00:39:13.620 and the military must maintain the ability

00:39:15.840 to deploy forces into a superior and difficult environment

00:39:21.400 without access to specialized medical care.

00:39:24.800 The policy under the Secretary of the European Headset

00:39:28.040 that court wrote is completely constitutional

00:39:31.180 and advances multiple operational imperatives.

00:39:35.100 The decision cements the Trump administration's direction

00:39:38.480 against the race to military directives

00:39:41.400 and uniforms will be also to just to fight and win wars,

00:39:45.380 not to serve as a breeding ground

00:39:47.500 for a world's ideological or sexual agenda.

00:39:51.140 With the ban now reinstated,

00:39:53.600 pending further appeals, of course,

00:39:55.500 the rulings will help the military be strong again,

00:39:58.220 restoring sanity to our nation's most important institution.

00:40:03.400 Meanwhile, the Trump administration is moving aggressively

00:40:06.220 to tighten America's borders

00:40:07.900 and to protect public safety,

00:40:09.940 revoking more than 85,000 visas since January,

00:40:14.820 over twice as many as the previous year.

00:40:17.440 According to a State Department official,

00:40:19.520 that includes roughly 8,000 student visas,

00:40:23.120 with the largest share tried to tie to crime,

00:40:25.820 such as DUIs, assault, and theft,

00:40:29.340 offenses that present a direct threat

00:40:31.900 to the safety of American communities.

00:40:34.500 Officials also confirmed that tens of thousands

00:40:37.360 of additional revocations were linked

00:40:39.500 to terrorism concerns, overstays,

00:40:41.880 and other national security red flags.

00:40:45.300 Democrats and civil liberty groups, of course,

00:40:47.840 are whining about the Trump administration's

00:40:50.760 muscular vetting process,

00:40:52.380 particularly the Trump administration's insistence

00:40:54.600 on reviewing applicants' public social media profiles.

00:40:58.820 But the Trump State Department says

00:41:00.300 it has a duty to use every available tool,

00:41:03.480 including this online presence,

00:41:06.060 to detect ideological extremism,

00:41:08.660 violent intent,

00:41:09.800 or support for terrorism

00:41:11.240 before individuals are admitted to the United States.

00:41:14.800 Secretary of State Marco Rubio

00:41:16.920 has gone further,

00:41:18.360 directing his department to revoke visas

00:41:20.720 for foreign nationals

00:41:22.380 who publicly celebrate political violence,

00:41:25.260 including those who praised the assassination

00:41:27.460 of my good friend,

00:41:29.080 conservative commentator Charlie Kirk,

00:41:31.400 only months ago.

00:41:33.320 Several individuals have already been stripped

00:41:36.260 of their visas as a direct result

00:41:38.060 of those specific investigations.

00:41:40.780 The Trump administration points

00:41:42.460 to increasing threats abroad, 0.94

00:41:44.720 such as extreme violence from Muslims 1.00

00:41:47.300 targeting Christians in Nigeria, 0.62

00:41:49.660 for example,

00:41:50.780 as proof that the U.S. policy

00:41:52.340 must be proactive, not reactive.

00:41:54.980 The Trump administration is making it abundantly clear.

00:41:58.820 Non-citizens have no right 1.00

00:42:00.480 to enter or remain in the United States

00:42:02.300 if they pose a danger to our public order.

00:42:06.440 They are not entitled to be in this country.

00:42:08.760 It's a privilege,

00:42:09.640 and any visa holder who forgets that

00:42:11.840 or takes it for granted

00:42:13.320 can hit the bricks

00:42:14.880 back to wherever they came from 0.94

00:42:16.520 under this administration.

00:42:18.800 Thanks for joining us today

00:42:20.360 in the Stone Zone.

00:42:21.740 It's interesting,

00:42:22.600 they keep telling us

00:42:23.380 the war in Ukraine

00:42:24.300 is about democracy,

00:42:26.300 but now, finally,

00:42:28.000 after postponing national elections

00:42:30.260 multiple times,

00:42:31.800 President Zelensky has agreed

00:42:33.320 to finally have a national vote.

00:42:36.060 Why has he postponed elections?

00:42:37.640 It's very simple, folks.

00:42:38.760 He knows

00:42:39.340 that if he runs in an open democratic election,

00:42:42.280 he will lose.

00:42:44.100 You heard it here

00:42:44.900 on the Stone Zone

00:42:45.760 with Roger Stone.

00:42:47.080 Thanks for joining us.

00:42:48.140 Until tomorrow,

00:42:49.200 God bless you
