00:01:00.980 The Stone Zone.

00:01:02.520 Entertaining and informative.

00:01:04.660 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:01:07.600 You are now entering the Stone Zone, and buckle your seatbelts.

00:01:12.980 Well, Washington has been rocked by some 95,000 photographs released by the House Committee investigating Jeffrey Epstein.

00:01:22.960 These photographs were evidently supplied by the Epstein family estate.

00:01:29.300 Among those depicted in the photographs with Epstein are President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton, former Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell, former U.S. Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, comedian Woody Allen, and to the surprise of some, but not me, Steve Bannon.

00:01:51.920 Now, I've said right here in the Stone Zone, I have my own beef with Bannon.

00:01:57.340 You see, Bannon testified before the House Intelligence Committee investigating the Russian collusion hoax about the same time that I did, and when Bannon was asked, point blank, whether he'd ever discussed WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, or the allegedly stolen emails that were allegedly hacked from the DNC with me.

00:02:19.820 He said, and I quote, no, never.

00:02:23.740 You can imagine my surprise then when I was framed by special counsel Robert Mueller, and the surprise witness at my trial was none other than sloppy Steve Bannon.

00:02:36.100 Bannon swept to the witness stand, dressed all in black, kind of like a bloated Johnny Cash, would never look me directly in the eye, but when asked the exact same question, whether he'd ever spoken to me regarding Julian Assange, WikiLeaks, or these allegedly stolen emails, he said, yes.

00:02:58.360 Yes, Stone had mentioned it in every phone conversation we had in 2016.

00:03:04.780 He went on to say that he considered me the campaign's access point with WikiLeaks, which came as a terrific surprise to me.

00:03:15.140 By the way, I had already passed three polygraph tests conducted by the same lie detector company utilized by the FBI and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement on that very question.

00:03:27.640 So the fact that Steve Bannon was a backstabber does not come as a shock to me, but what was shocking to me was the extensive correspondence back and forth between Bannon and Jeffrey Epstein that took place after Epstein was convicted of sex crimes in Florida, but prior to his being charged as a child sex trafficker by the Trump Justice Department in 2019.

00:03:55.800 It's very clear, it's very clear from the extent of the emails released only weeks ago, that Epstein was working as a public relations advisor, advising Epstein on his efforts for public rehabilitation.

00:04:10.620 In fact, Steve Bannon recorded almost 10 hours of video in an interview with Epstein, video that has never been released.

00:04:22.540 Now, it should come as no surprise that in the context of those emails, Epstein offered Bannon the use of his exotic island and his Palm Beach home at any time, to which Bannon replied, and I quote, I want to get this exactly right, quote, thank you, brother.

00:04:43.540 Really? Who refers to a convicted sex trafficker as a brother?

00:04:49.080 Should come as no surprise to you that Bannon is now working for a Chinese AI company to advance their interests.

00:04:59.020 I've called Steve Bannon out, even challenged him to a bare knuckle fight under the bare knuckle fighting commission, and I'm waiting for his answer.

00:05:09.660 Somehow I doubt that a man who eschews hot water and soap would be willing to step into the ring with me, where he would no doubt take a beating.

00:05:19.720 Also in the news, President Donald Trump issued a pardon yesterday for Tina Peters.

00:05:25.780 That may be a name that is not completely and totally understood by everyone listening to the Stone Zone.

00:05:32.120 But for those who don't know, Tina Peters was the Mesa County clerk during the 2020 election.

00:05:40.680 And Peter's crime is copying and retaining absolute proof that the vote count in her county was altered after an update by the Colorado Secretary of State.

00:05:56.580 This is why the Democrats in the state of Colorado charged her with a local crime and have kept her incarcerated more recently in solitary confinement.

00:06:09.420 Why, by all reports, her health is rapidly failing.

00:06:13.180 President Donald Trump announced yesterday he granted a full federal pardon to Tina Peters, the former Mesa County clerk, whose grossly immoral and undeserved prosecution has made her a national symbol for election integrity nationwide. 0.98

00:06:29.620 Trump has repeatedly referred to Peters as a political prisoner, arguing she was targeted for questioning election security while Democrats ignore violent crime and real threats to public safety.

00:06:41.140 Peters was convicted over allegations, again, tied to unauthorized access to election equipment in 2021, a case reflecting selective enforcement and complete and total political retaliation.

00:06:55.160 This was meant to provide a chilling effect on anyone else who comes forward to demonstrate that there is widespread fraud in our elections.

00:07:05.080 In a true social post, President Trump said,

00:07:07.820 For years, Democrats ignored violent and vicious crimes of all shapes, sizes, colors, and types.

00:07:15.360 Violent criminals who should have been locked up were allowed to attack again and again.

00:07:20.480 Democrats were also far too happy to let in the worst from the worst countries so they could rip off American taxpayers.

00:07:27.960 Democrats only think there is one crime, not voting for them.

00:07:30.960 Instead of protecting Americans and their tax dollars, Democrats chose instead to prosecute anyone they can find that wanted safe and secure elections.

00:07:39.880 Democrats have been relentless in the targeting of Tina Peters, a gold star mom and a patriot who simply wanted to make sure their elections were fair and honest. 1.00

00:07:50.440 Tina is sitting in a Colorado prison for the crime of demanding honest elections. 0.99

00:07:55.120 Today, I'm granting Tina a full pardon for her attempts to expose voter fraud in the rigged 2020 presidential election. 0.99

00:08:03.680 Now, the pardon follows direct appeals from Peter's legal team, who urged the president to intervene similarly to how he pardoned the January 6th patriots,

00:08:13.200 the individuals who were ensnared in the so-called fake elector scandal,

00:08:17.160 and many others as part of the no-MAGA-left-behind ethos of the Trump administration.

00:08:23.760 Here is the issue, however.

00:08:26.660 A federal pardon cannot release one from incarceration when they're convicted on state crimes.

00:08:35.500 And therefore, I have suggested, as has the Assistant Attorney General Ed Martin,

00:08:41.380 that the Trump administration charge the governor of Colorado,

00:08:45.760 they have more than enough evidence now of election fraud,

00:08:49.380 and declare Tina Peters to be a federal witness.

00:08:52.960 Therefore, under the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution,

00:08:58.040 Tina Peters could be extracted from that Colorado prison. 1.00

00:09:02.400 That, in my opinion, is the fastest and easiest way to leading to her release.

00:09:10.060 Meanwhile, Indiana Republicans spit in the face of President Donald Trump this week

00:09:14.600 after the state Senate voted down a proposed new congressional map

00:09:18.380 that could have strengthened the Republican Party's position heading into the 2026 midterm elections.

00:09:24.840 The chamber rejected a map, 31-19, halting an effort that would have flipped two additional House seats into Republican hands

00:09:33.640 and bolstered the rather thin Republican majority in Washington.

00:09:38.360 The failed vote comes as President Trump and his allies have urged Republican-controlled states

00:09:42.980 to redraw congressional lines ahead of the midterms,

00:09:46.060 arguing that Democrats have long exploited redistricting and gerrymandered their states to lock in power.

00:09:53.800 Of this news, Trump-aligned political strategist Alec Brusevitz, a friend of mine, said,

00:09:58.740 The spineless rhinos in Indiana, many hailing from districts where President Trump won by over 20 percent just last November, 1.00

00:10:07.160 have stabbed their own voters in the back and sold out America.

00:10:12.000 We'll be launching primary challenges against every last traitor who voted no effectively immediately.

00:10:17.700 They can pack your bags. Your time is up.

00:10:20.180 As I said on X yesterday, the Republican Party of Indiana needs an enema, and I know exactly where to stick the nozzle.

00:10:30.240 Turning point action is also expected to be active in these races,

00:10:33.620 making sure that Republicans who failed to redistrict are primaried out of office next year.

00:10:39.560 While Republican-led states like Texas are moving forward with aggressive map changes,

00:10:44.700 Indiana lawmakers show reluctance, with several Republicans publicly questioning

00:10:48.960 both the timing and the political wisdom of the redraw.

00:10:53.000 These Republicans are the ones who we question are really conservatives.

00:10:57.900 They really should be driven from politics and replaced with America first lawmakers. 0.91

00:11:02.340 States like Florida and Texas, where the population have grown, have moved to redistrict,

00:11:07.820 where Democrats have already gerrymandered in states like California, New York, and others, Illinois,

00:11:15.580 and there are no new states to be gained.

00:11:18.380 The loser mentality continues to stain Republican politics, in my opinion, must be removed.

00:11:24.720 Our country has too much at stake in the next off-year elections to tolerate this kind of weakness.

00:11:31.720 A chilling lawsuit filed this week has implicated ChatGPT, that's the artificial intelligence app,

00:11:39.260 for its alleged role in yet another needless death, this time a brutal murder.

00:11:44.300 The estate of Suzanne Eberson Adams, an 81 Connecticut mother, allegedly murdered by her son,

00:11:52.460 is accusing OpenAI and its founder, Sam Altman, of wrongful death,

00:11:57.560 claiming that his ChatGPT app fueled the delusions that led to this senseless killing.

00:12:05.560 According to the lawsuit, Adams was beaten and strangled by her 56-year-old son,

00:12:10.640 Stein Eric Solberg, inside their Greenwich, Connecticut home, before he then tragically took his own life.

00:12:18.120 Court filings alleges that Solberg, a former tech executive who suffered a serious mental breakdown,

00:12:24.600 became obsessed with ChatGPT, personifying the chatbot, relying on it to validate increasingly paranoid beliefs about his own mother.

00:12:35.360 Rather than grounding him in reality, the lawsuit claims that artificial intelligence reinforced his delusions,

00:12:42.000 encouraging a fantasy of hidden conspiracies and spiritual awakenings.

00:12:47.440 In documented exchanges, ChatGPT allegedly affirmed Solberg's belief that everyday objects were part of a sinister plot

00:12:56.440 and that he was uncovering some cosmic truth.

00:12:59.960 When a domestic dispute erupted over a printer he believed was spying on him,

00:13:04.840 the suit alleged that the AI went further, reinforcing the idea that his elderly mother posed a deadly threat to him.

00:13:12.460 The family said Adams paid with her life because there were no safeguards, no off switches,

00:13:18.800 and no accountability with this ChatGPT app.

00:13:23.260 Recently, there have been a string of teen suicides that occurred after the troubled youngsters

00:13:28.940 confided in this online app where they received advice on the best way to end their own lives.

00:13:36.540 These are real-life science fiction scenarios unfurling themselves on a daily basis.

00:13:43.880 Welcome to the Twilight Zone, folks.

00:13:46.620 At the bare minimum, you need to keep your children off these AI apps and digital platforms.

00:13:52.480 And at a maximum, you must monitor their use of them carefully.

00:13:56.980 This is Roger Stone. You're listening to the Stone Zone.

00:15:56.620 Americans will soon see meaningful relief at tax time, according to White House Treasury Secretary Scott Bessett,

00:16:05.120 who says that new Republican-backed tax cuts will deliver, quote,

00:16:09.480 very large refund checks early next year.

00:16:13.540 Speaking in Pennsylvania, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessett projected between $100 billion and $150 billion

00:16:20.300 and total refunds directly to the taxpayers.

00:16:24.140 That's roughly $1,000 to $2,000 per household, stemming from provisions in the Big Beautiful Bill passed last July.

00:16:33.720 Because most workers have not yet adjusted their tax withholdings, Bessett explained,

00:16:38.340 the benefits will arrive as refunds in the first quarter of next year.

00:16:42.440 After that, workers are expected to see higher take-home pay as less taxes was held from each paycheck,

00:16:49.300 creating a real increase in wages.

00:16:52.560 White House National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett echoed Secretary Bessett's optimism,

00:16:59.260 estimating that tax cuts are between $1,600 and $2,000 for typical American workers,

00:17:05.340 especially those benefiting from the bill's elimination of taxes on tips and overtime.

00:17:11.140 President Donald Trump highlighted those gains during his recent rally speech in Pennsylvania,

00:17:17.720 pointing to job growth, increased domestic energy production, rapidly falling gas prices,

00:17:24.700 and easing costs for essentials like rent and dairy.

00:17:28.320 The administration has also floated the idea of a $2,000 payment

00:17:31.980 to low- and middle-income workers funded by tariff revenues.

00:17:35.980 Those are the kind of outside-the-box ideas that are necessary to show the American people

00:17:41.440 how President Trump's economic policy is actually helping the working families of America

00:17:46.640 before the upcoming midterms.

00:17:48.900 Money talks, and it will talk louder than all the fake news media spin

00:17:53.660 when it arrives in the hands of Americans.

00:17:56.200 The truth is, prices are down, grocery prices are specifically down, gas prices are down, rent prices are down,

00:18:06.500 but the truth is, they're not down low enough.

00:18:09.840 In fact, they're not down as low as they were in the final year of Donald Trump's presidency in his first term.

00:18:16.400 President, I can assure you, is well aware of that, and the best is yet to come.

00:18:22.040 I'm Roger Stone, you're listening to The Stone Zone.

00:19:31.180 You are now re-entering The Stone Zone, and I'm your genial host, Roger Stone.

00:19:47.860 Well, if you've been listening to The Stone Zone for a while, you know I have been predicting for many months

00:19:53.880 that President Donald Trump would finally move to reclassify cannabis, that's marijuana, under federal law,

00:20:02.680 rescheduling it from being a Class 1 drug to the far less restrictive Schedule 3 category.

00:20:10.180 And now it is confirmed, President Trump's preparing a national executive order

00:20:13.400 that would reclassify marijuana under federal law.

00:20:16.920 I think this is a common-sense move that reflects the current public attitudes on marijuana.

00:20:22.000 After all, 38 of the 50 states now offer either legal medicinal marijuana or, in some cases, recreational marijuana.

00:20:33.580 I myself became a convert to this cause back in the 90s when my father was dying of cancer.

00:20:41.220 I watched him wasting away as he had no appetite.

00:20:45.140 I also saw him even sicker based on OxyContin, which they gave him for his horrific pain.

00:20:53.600 A friend suggested that marijuana could both increase his appetite and ease his pain,

00:20:59.820 and my sisters and I decided to get him some reefer to smoke.

00:21:05.480 It was, of course, illegal in New York State at that time, but we did it nonetheless.

00:21:10.260 I can honestly say that my father's dying days were far more peaceful and far less painful,

00:21:18.220 and that he did, in fact, regain his appetite and begin gaining weight.

00:21:23.220 That's when I became a convert to the cause of legalization.

00:21:28.260 According to multiple reports now, President Trump's order will direct the federal agencies involved

00:21:33.260 to move cannabis from Schedule 1, where it's currently categorized with heroin and LSD,

00:21:41.400 to the far less restrictive Schedule 3 category.

00:21:45.400 This could come as early as next week.

00:21:48.340 Such a reclassification would ease punitive tax rules that have long-himpered perfectly state-legal cannabis businesses

00:21:55.940 and open the door for banks to serve that industry without fear of federal penalties.

00:22:02.580 The markets reacted quickly, with cannabis stocks jumping after the news broke.

00:22:07.580 Analysts say the move signals regulatory normalization rather than any kind of full legalization,

00:22:14.440 keeping federal oversight in place while acknowledging the changing realities across the states.

00:22:19.980 President Trump has always said that cannabis was a states' rights issue,

00:22:25.980 said it in 2016, said it again in 2020, maintained that position in 2024.

00:22:33.200 President Trump previously stated his openness to rescheduling marijuana.

00:22:36.860 That was as far back as August.

00:22:39.140 Now, we here at the Stone Zone have urged President Trump to make this move,

00:22:42.820 and I'm very happy that he's finally pulling the trigger.

00:22:46.180 Marijuana prohibition was one of the biggest failures in U.S. history.

00:22:49.980 Mirroring the prohibition of alcohol.

00:22:53.100 Marijuana was demonized because cannabis and hemp were threats to the entrenched business interests,

00:22:58.760 particularly the interests of Big Pharma.

00:23:02.540 When people use medicinal marijuana instead of opioids to ease their pain,

00:23:08.000 Big Pharma can't make as many billions of dollars.

00:23:11.400 Thus, cannabis had to be demonized.

00:23:13.420 But the market has spoken, and President Trump is responding with the wise move of rescheduling cannabis

00:23:19.520 a position that will be popular with many hundreds of thousands in the American public.

00:23:26.300 This news about marijuana reminds me of one of my favorite stories.

00:23:32.020 In the late 1950s, the U.S. State Department made jazz legend Louis Armstrong a goodwill ambassador,

00:23:40.020 and the U.S. State Department underwrote a concert tour of Europe and Asia for the jazz great.

00:23:48.300 On his return from the first two tours,

00:23:51.940 Armstrong and his entire entourage were waved through customs without a search of Sachmo's bag,

00:23:59.400 based on his ambassadorial status.

00:24:01.680 But when he landed at Idyllwild Airport, now JFK, in New York in 1958,

00:24:08.960 he was directed towards the customs line.

00:24:12.200 Customs agents had been tipped off that contraband was being imported into the country,

00:24:17.220 and Armstrong joined a long line of travelers lined up for inspections.

00:24:22.040 Unfortunately, the jazz trumpeter was carrying three pounds of high-quality marijuana in his suitcase.

00:24:31.340 Once Armstrong realized he was about to be busted and would bring shame on the country he was traveling on behalf of,

00:24:38.180 he began sweating profusely.

00:24:40.200 It was just then that the doors swung open wide,

00:24:43.820 and Vice President Richard Nixon swept in with his security detail,

00:24:48.640 followed by a gaggle of reporters and photographers.

00:24:52.760 Nixon, seeing an opportunity for a wire photo with Armstrong,

00:24:57.240 went up to the famous jazz man and said,

00:24:59.720 Sachmo, what are you doing here?

00:25:02.780 Well, pops.

00:25:03.800 You see, Armstrong called everybody pops.

00:25:06.260 I just came back from my Goodwill Ambassadors tour of Asia,

00:25:09.540 and they told me I had to stand in line for customs.

00:25:13.480 Without hesitation, Nixon grabbed both of Sachmo's suitcases.

00:25:18.400 Ambassadors don't have to wait in line to go through customs,

00:25:21.420 and the Vice President of the United States will gladly carry your bags to the curb for you,

00:25:27.500 Nixon said,

00:25:28.580 whereupon the Vice President of the United States, Richard Milhouse Nixon,

00:25:33.360 mulled three pounds of pot through U.S. customs without ever knowing it.

00:25:38.320 When Nixon was told what happened later by his assistant, Charles McCorder,

00:25:42.460 who served as a traveling aide to Nixon,

00:25:45.480 who heard the tale from one of the jazz musicians who was traveling with Sachmo,

00:25:50.140 a startled Nixon claimed,

00:25:51.340 Louie smokes marijuana.

00:25:54.140 Upon the jazz legend's death in 1971,

00:25:57.840 President Nixon recognized Louie Armstrong's incomparable contribution to Americana

00:26:02.660 and his creative individuality.

00:26:05.340 One of the great architects of an American art form,

00:26:08.060 a free and individual spirit,

00:26:10.140 and an artist of worldwide fame,

00:26:12.800 his great talents and magnificent spirit added richness and pleasure to all of our lives,

00:26:18.140 President Nixon said.

00:26:20.460 It's a great story.

00:26:22.300 Meanwhile, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutt is telling NATO countries

00:26:27.380 that they should be ready for a world war 0.95

00:26:30.120 in order to stop the aggressive goals of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

00:26:35.120 During a speech in Berlin on Thursday,

00:26:38.560 the bureaucrat said,

00:26:40.460 NATO's own defenses can hold for now,

00:26:43.040 but with its economic economy dedicated to war,

00:26:46.480 Russia could be ready to use military force against NATO within five years.

00:26:53.200 How deterrence is achieved through retaliation,

00:26:56.200 through preemptive strike,

00:26:57.820 that is something we have to analyze deeply

00:27:00.260 because there could be in the future even more pressure on this.

00:27:04.440 We must be prepared for a scale of war

00:27:06.580 that our grandparents and our great-grandparents had to endure.

00:27:11.120 This is all based, of course,

00:27:12.940 on the false narrative regarding the Russia-Ukraine war.

00:27:17.940 The idea that Vladimir Putin has territorial ambitions for all of Europe

00:27:23.180 is, of course, nonsensical.

00:27:26.040 The truth is that when the Russians agreed to the reunification of East and West Germany,

00:27:32.320 the United States government under President George H.W. Bush

00:27:37.160 agreed in a signed treaty, the Budapest Memorandum,

00:27:42.320 not to push Ukraine, which borders Russia, into NATO,

00:27:46.960 more precisely committing not to put NATO missiles

00:27:51.260 funded by U.S. taxpayers on the ground in Ukraine pointed at Russia.

00:27:57.420 In fact, the United States reaffirmed this in a second treaty, the Minsk Accords.

00:28:04.260 So the push by the Biden administration to force Ukraine into NATO

00:28:08.160 is a direct violation of these agreements by the U.S. government

00:28:12.420 and a direct threat to the Russian nation.

00:28:17.480 Why is this different than the Russians mounting missiles 90 miles from our shores

00:28:24.120 in Cuba in 1962?

00:28:26.700 Which, of course, was vigorously objected to by President John F. Kennedy.

00:28:32.660 It's no coincidence now that NATO is pushing out war propaganda

00:28:36.340 and inflaming tensions with Russia at a time

00:28:39.240 when President Trump is struggling in a major push for peace

00:28:43.380 between Ukraine and Russia.

00:28:45.880 It's become clear that NATO provoked the situation

00:28:48.980 by encroaching closer and closer to Russian territory

00:28:52.180 with this expansionist agenda aided by the color revolution coup in Ukraine

00:28:58.720 that put in a Western puppet aided by U.S. State Department intervention.

00:29:04.960 They will do anything they can to sabotage the peace process

00:29:08.020 and to create a sane world.

00:29:10.360 We must no longer support NATO.

00:29:12.980 I'm among those who believes that NATO has outlived its usefulness.

00:29:17.420 It had a purpose immediately after World War II

00:29:20.360 when the economies of our European allies were decimated,

00:29:23.960 but America's economy was still relatively strong.

00:29:27.500 It was way back in 1988 when he first started talking about running for president

00:29:33.060 that Donald Trump, the businessman, began pointing out that NATO was being paid

00:29:38.500 almost solely by the United States

00:29:40.760 and that virtually all of our European allies were deeply in arrears

00:29:45.200 in terms of their dues.

00:29:47.040 Why, he asked repeatedly, should we pay for the defense of Europe

00:29:51.460 when they don't pay for their own defense?

00:29:54.820 It's amazing to me that when he ran for president, finally,

00:29:58.740 after looking at the race seriously in 2000, in 2012,

00:30:03.320 but when he actually became a candidate in 2016,

00:30:06.660 he re-emerged with this exact same issue.

00:30:09.960 In fact, our NATO allies coughed up $650 million

00:30:13.920 in past due obligations to NATO

00:30:17.380 because President Trump got tired of us

00:30:20.120 shouldering the entire burden themselves.

00:30:23.540 There's active legislation in the U.S. House

00:30:25.540 would formally remove the United States from NATO.

00:30:28.160 I think it is a good idea.

00:30:30.760 We should urge our congressmen and women

00:30:32.560 to support this crucial bill

00:30:34.000 as this rogue globalist organization has gone completely mad

00:30:38.780 and is driving us to World War III.

00:30:41.640 In the meantime, Vladimir Zelensky

00:30:45.260 has rejected the peace proposal

00:30:48.000 put forward by President Donald Trump,

00:30:50.240 but it is doubtful that he's even read the proposal.

00:30:54.220 Zelensky is mired in his own scandal,

00:30:56.900 in which one of his closest cronies

00:30:58.860 is accused of stealing $100 million,

00:31:02.360 which is a pittance compared to the hundreds of millions of dollars

00:31:06.920 that have literally disappeared.

00:31:08.660 Some of that, according to Elon Musk

00:31:11.360 and my good friend, Congressman Tim Burchett,

00:31:14.580 has made its way back into the hands of U.S. lawmakers

00:31:18.380 who voted for the war aid to begin with.

00:31:22.700 Like all Americans, I'm praying for an end to this war.

00:31:26.660 I remember during the debate for president,

00:31:29.100 when, I think it was on CNN,

00:31:31.560 when Caitlin Collins asked President Trump

00:31:33.920 whether he favored a victory by the Russians.

00:31:37.600 What I favor, he said, is an end to the killing,

00:31:41.040 to which I say, amen.

00:31:43.640 Meanwhile, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker

00:31:46.220 has signed legislation allowing euthanasia

00:31:48.920 for terminally ill patients

00:31:50.620 in a new shameful milestone

00:31:52.660 for the nationwide culture of death

00:31:55.200 that's being imposed by Democrats on the United States.

00:31:58.300 The law, known as DEB's Law,

00:32:00.600 takes effect in September of 2026

00:32:03.200 and permits doctors to prescribe lethal medication

00:32:06.580 to qualifying adults diagnosed with terminal illnesses.

00:32:10.960 Pritzker said,

00:32:11.680 I have long been deeply impacted

00:32:13.120 by the stories of Illinoisans

00:32:14.900 or their loved ones

00:32:16.240 who have suffered from a devastating terminal illness,

00:32:19.060 and I've been moved by their dedication

00:32:20.640 to standing up for freedom and choice

00:32:22.640 at the end of life

00:32:24.060 in the midst of personal heartbreak.

00:32:25.980 Pritzker and his apologists for this measure

00:32:28.720 frame it as medical aid in dying,

00:32:31.220 but it clearly crosses a dangerous moral and ethical line.

00:32:35.720 To qualify, patients must be deemed mentally competent,

00:32:39.420 informed of alternatives like hospice care,

00:32:42.160 and make multiple written and oral requests.

00:32:45.520 But it will only be a matter of time

00:32:46.760 before those restrictions are loosened

00:32:48.500 and euthanasia becomes an industry,

00:32:51.120 just like what we saw with abortions 0.82

00:32:52.820 when they were first legalized.

00:32:54.440 This law represents, to me,

00:32:56.800 a troubling expansion of government-sanctioned death,

00:33:00.060 shifting medicine away from healing

00:33:01.600 and towards deciding whose lives are worth leaving.

00:33:04.540 Remember the death panels that they said

00:33:06.740 were to come after Obamacare was enacted?

00:33:09.640 Well, this is evidence that they have arrived.

00:33:13.560 Meanwhile, Washington State Democrats

00:33:15.320 are pushing a pair of law enforcement proposals

00:33:17.500 that expose a glaring double standard

00:33:20.180 on secrecy and accountability.

00:33:22.080 On the one hand, the Washington State Democrats

00:33:25.000 are advancing legislation to expand

00:33:26.980 the use of confidential driver's licenses

00:33:29.600 and license plates for investigators

00:33:32.160 in the state attorney's office.

00:33:33.680 On the other hand, they're moving bills

00:33:35.600 that would restrict anonymity

00:33:37.020 for federal immigration agents

00:33:38.740 and increase legal liability

00:33:40.580 for officers who conceal their identities.

00:33:43.760 These proposals would allow

00:33:45.280 the Department of Licensing

00:33:46.640 of the state of Washington

00:33:48.320 to issue undercover IDs

00:33:50.600 to attorney general investigators

00:33:52.660 working consumer protections,

00:33:54.760 civil rights, and environmental cases.

00:33:57.360 The attorney general's office argues

00:33:58.840 the tools are necessary

00:33:59.900 to protect investigators

00:34:01.160 from being publicly doxed and harassed

00:34:03.860 while conducting undercover work.

00:34:06.500 Officials insist that the IDs

00:34:08.020 will be limited in scope,

00:34:10.880 tightly regulated,

00:34:12.420 and not usable for financial transactions.

00:34:14.320 But at the same time,

00:34:16.600 they are insisting that ICE agents,

00:34:18.860 those who are enforcing the laws

00:34:20.880 to deport dangerous and illegals, 1.00

00:34:23.100 should not be allowed to mask themselves.

00:34:25.540 A two-tiered system?

00:34:27.220 You bet.

00:34:28.120 I'm Roger Stone.

00:34:29.200 You're listening to The Stone Zone,

00:34:30.660 and we'll be right back.

00:34:32.340 The Stone Zone.

00:34:37.860 Entertaining and informative.

00:34:40.020 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:34:42.960 And you're back in The Stone Zone.

00:34:46.040 The U.S. Food and Drug Administration,

00:34:48.340 also known as the FDA,

00:34:49.860 has launched a safety review

00:34:51.560 into potential links

00:34:53.300 between COVID-19 vaccinations

00:34:55.200 and deaths across all age groups.

00:34:57.740 A long overdue move, in my opinion,

00:34:59.860 after years of official dismissal

00:35:01.660 and cover-up of vaccine injuries.

00:35:04.760 The review follows a November 28th

00:35:07.160 internal memo from Dr. Vinay Prasad,

00:35:10.380 director of the FDA's Center

00:35:11.880 for Biological Evaluation and Research,

00:35:14.440 which concluded that the COVID-19 vaccinations

00:35:17.000 were likely implicated

00:35:18.420 in the deaths of at least 10 children.

00:35:21.720 Prasad's memo examined 96 pediatric death reports

00:35:25.160 submitted to the Federal Adverse Events

00:35:28.020 reporting system between 21 and 2024.

00:35:31.660 Now, that system previously had

00:35:34.360 a publicly available website,

00:35:36.380 and if you could still see it,

00:35:37.880 it's no longer posted,

00:35:39.460 you will see that the federal government

00:35:40.940 has paid out hundreds of millions of dollars

00:35:43.860 for vaccination injuries.

00:35:46.340 Today, that information is kept secret.

00:35:49.120 Prasad criticized the FDA

00:35:51.360 for never requiring manufacturers to prove

00:35:53.640 through randomized trials

00:35:55.400 that vaccinate children 0.57

00:35:56.560 reduced hospitalization or death,

00:35:59.380 calling the available data biased

00:36:01.520 and completely incomplete.

00:36:03.280 The memo also challenges

00:36:05.860 widely promoted claims

00:36:09.260 that the COVID-19 infection

00:36:10.720 poses a greater risk of myocarditis,

00:36:14.760 as well as arguing that many studies

00:36:18.500 relied on flawed assumptions

00:36:20.300 and ignored proper risk-benefit analysis

00:36:23.160 for younger populations.

00:36:25.860 This investigation confirms

00:36:27.340 what many parents and physicians

00:36:28.800 have warned about for years.

00:36:31.020 Public health agencies were concerned

00:36:32.720 with compelling people to submit

00:36:34.280 with fear of maximizing pharmaceutical profits

00:36:37.420 above all else

00:36:38.980 throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

00:36:42.100 Prasad says the FDA

00:36:43.440 will now move towards stricter,

00:36:45.200 evidence-based standards,

00:36:46.900 a major shift after countless years

00:36:48.880 of violating the public trust.

00:36:50.620 This is another important step

00:36:53.180 of what President Donald Trump

00:36:55.140 and his Secretary of Health

00:36:57.060 and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy,

00:36:59.320 call the effort to make America healthy again.

00:37:03.460 You can't make this stuff up, folks.

00:37:05.340 Canada's liberal government

00:37:06.380 is facing a fierce backlash now

00:37:08.360 after voting to remove

00:37:09.580 long-standing religious exemptions

00:37:11.940 from the nation's hate speech laws,

00:37:14.180 a move conservative warns

00:37:15.580 will chill free speech

00:37:17.200 and threaten religious liberty.

00:37:19.200 Perhaps even criminalizing reading

00:37:21.960 of the Holy Bible.

00:37:24.160 The change was adopted

00:37:25.180 during committee review

00:37:26.400 of Bill C-9,

00:37:28.520 the so-called Combating Hate Act,

00:37:30.560 after pressure from Quebec's

00:37:32.260 scepticist bloc,

00:37:33.640 which refused to support the bill

00:37:35.020 without stripping away the exemption.

00:37:37.860 For decades, Canada's criminal code

00:37:40.120 explicitly protected

00:37:41.820 good faith religion expression,

00:37:43.660 shielding opinions based on sacred texts

00:37:46.460 from being classified as hate propaganda.

00:37:49.880 That safeguard was quietly deleted,

00:37:52.720 destroyed objections

00:37:53.560 from conservative lawmakers

00:37:54.920 and concerns about the broader implications

00:37:57.460 for the faith-based community.

00:38:00.320 Conservative MP Andrew Lawton

00:38:02.720 called the move

00:38:03.460 a full-scale assault on religious freedom,

00:38:07.280 prompting conservatives

00:38:08.260 to filibuster the committee

00:38:09.640 and delay further study of the bill.

00:38:12.700 Bill C-9 still faces a third reading

00:38:15.980 in Canada's House of Commons

00:38:17.540 and must pass the Senate.

00:38:19.120 So the fight is very far from over.

00:38:22.100 But it just goes to show

00:38:23.600 that these laws are not well-intentioned.

00:38:27.760 Even if they are well-intentioned,

00:38:30.020 they'll always be expanded

00:38:31.020 and used to violate free speech

00:38:32.840 and religious liberty,

00:38:34.340 all in the name of free speech.

00:38:37.600 Canada is already in a world of heat

00:38:39.680 because we have our First Amendment.

00:38:41.880 That makes it harder

00:38:42.680 for hate speech laws

00:38:43.740 to take root in America.

00:38:45.440 But we must be exercising our rights,

00:38:47.380 speaking out against any encroachment

00:38:49.000 on the free speech right

00:38:50.460 and even defending our rights

00:38:51.840 through the Second Amendment

00:38:54.700 if that becomes necessary.

00:38:57.000 The reason we have a Second Amendment

00:38:59.080 is to make sure

00:38:59.880 the First Amendment

00:39:01.040 is always recognized.

00:39:03.060 This is Roger Stone.

00:39:47.100 See you next time

00:39:47.960 for a new episode

00:39:48.940 so you never have to wonder.

00:39:50.980 What the heck

00:39:51.700 is going on here?

00:39:52.980 Looking for financial insights

00:39:54.640 you can trust?

00:39:55.720 How do you protect yourself

00:39:56.780 as an investor?

00:39:57.760 What's the strategy?

00:39:58.640 I think it's really simple.

00:39:59.720 I think you just want to be

00:40:00.660 diversified in your portfolio.

00:40:01.940 The Payne family

00:40:03.260 brings real-world experience

00:40:04.920 to every conversation.

00:40:06.740 Well, I think that's

00:40:07.160 the problem right now

00:40:07.800 is a lot of people
