The FBI Director's case against James Comey was dismissed on the basis of a technicality. Now, a new piece of evidence has been uncovered that casts doubt on that conclusion. And it's not hard to see how this could have been done.

00:00:00.000 Every week, the Payne family cuts straight to the real financial story.
00:00:04.460 The one question, Bob, everyone's asking is, are we in an artificial intelligence bubble?
00:00:10.080 You've been through boom and busts. What do you think?
00:00:12.860 No hype, no myths, just what actually matters to your money.
00:00:17.440 Does feel very similar to what we experienced in the 90s. Where are we,
00:00:21.460 though? Are we in 1995, 1997, 1999?

00:00:38.160 Welcome to the Roger Stone Show.
00:00:41.980 As I get ready to head to the White House Christmas Party in Washington, D.C.,
00:00:48.760 where it is predicted to be 29 degrees,
00:00:52.140 I am grateful to be invited and looking forward to seeing my friend, the President.
00:00:58.260 It's interesting. I was supposed to go to an earlier Christmas party and the President didn't know that I had not attended,
00:01:06.220 but he said very nice things about me and his public remarks and how long we've been friends for that.
00:01:11.620 I am grateful.
00:01:13.680 Yet, and I should say, he forges ahead, very much like Ronald Reagan,
00:01:20.540 ignoring the panicans and recognizing that his policies,
00:01:27.660 particularly his tax cuts, his regulatory cuts,
00:01:30.080 and his shrewd negotiating to ramp up federal revenues through trade will ultimately bring food prices even lower than they are now,
00:01:42.140 although they have come down,
00:01:43.640 drive gasoline, which is hitting historic lows even further down,
00:01:48.860 that once he gets a friendly Federal Reserve majority,
00:01:53.240 he will get an interest rate cut commensurate with the current inflation rate and unemployment rate,
00:02:01.620 which are the things that the Fed is supposed to take into consideration,
00:02:05.720 both of which are lower today than when the Fed cut rates to try to boost Joe Biden's re-election.
00:02:13.740 And it has been now more than 100 days since Tulsi Gabbard finally declassified the long-hidden,
00:02:23.580 long-buried federal documents that demonstrate that Donald Trump was the victim of a coup d'etat,
00:02:31.880 of an interagency attempt to overturn his legal election as president,
00:02:39.900 and they spied on him and cheated to do it,
00:02:43.520 yet to this day, everybody we know associated with this has yet to be charged,
00:02:49.440 or I should say no one.
00:02:50.460 Speaking of the conspirators being Barack Obama himself,
00:02:54.580 although the constitutionality of prosecuting him there may be some questions about,
00:02:59.140 then-Vice President Joe Biden, who would not be immune to prosecution
00:03:02.800 because he was not president at that time,
00:03:05.240 maybe due to it under current law,
00:03:09.300 would have to be examined,
00:03:10.260 but John Brennan, the CIA director,
00:03:12.940 the largest orchestrator of the plot,
00:03:15.860 James Comey,
00:03:17.000 who seems to have slipped the punch in Virginia,
00:03:20.200 but that's where we have breaking news today.
00:03:23.040 We now learn that the U.S. attorney in Virginia,
00:03:28.140 Eric Siebert,
00:03:29.180 who was essentially fired by President Donald Trump,
00:03:35.020 had actually agreed two weeks before he was fired
00:03:39.080 to allow Daniel Richman,
00:03:42.620 the man to whom James Comey sent classified information to leak,
00:03:48.860 directly contrary to his testimony before Congress,
00:03:52.840 the very crime he is charged with,
00:03:55.060 and they agreed to return Mr. Richman's materials,
00:03:59.740 emails, and so on,
00:04:00.620 that had been seized in a criminal investigation to him.
00:04:05.400 This is absolutely outrageous.
00:04:06.860 So in other words,
00:04:08.100 the prosecutor is caught red-handed bearing the evidence
00:04:11.620 that Comey is trying to fix his case.
00:04:16.100 It is beyond belief.
00:04:18.300 But we also know that Mr. Siebert,
00:04:20.380 although he was appointed by Donald Trump,
00:04:22.000 he was strongly supported by the two Democrat senators,
00:04:25.560 Warner and Tim Kaine.
00:04:27.600 That's bad news right there.
00:04:29.140 He was originally recommended by the governor.
00:04:36.460 And he never disclosed the fact
00:04:39.300 that he had a very material conflict
00:04:42.800 in the James Comey case.
00:04:44.680 That is,
00:04:46.640 that his father-in-law was,
00:04:50.040 as is his wife's father,
00:04:51.460 was the godfather to James Comey's daughter.
00:04:56.060 And that this same individual
00:04:58.780 had served as a attorney representing James Comey
00:05:02.240 in his capacity as FBI director.
00:05:06.020 A material conflict of interest
00:05:07.680 that should have been disclosed.
00:05:09.980 But this new evidence
00:05:12.900 that the Comey case is fixed
00:05:14.900 comes on the heel of a stunning,
00:05:17.940 I would say,
00:05:19.720 deconstruction of that case.
00:05:21.840 I mean, first of all,
00:05:23.000 recognize that Comey's case
00:05:24.600 was not dismissed,
00:05:27.140 nor was the case against Letitia James
00:05:29.080 dismissed on the basis of the merits
00:05:31.640 of the evidence against them,
00:05:33.680 both of which is overwhelming.
00:05:35.300 It was dismissed on a technicality
00:05:39.660 that was foisted upon us
00:05:41.680 by essentially four judges,
00:05:44.680 all of whom violated the canon of ethics,
00:05:47.500 all of whom showed bias,
00:05:50.140 hostility,
00:05:51.380 reliance on media sources,
00:05:54.100 actually violating the Constitution
00:05:56.200 and the court rules
00:05:57.440 again and again and again.
00:05:59.760 That would be Judge Michael S. Nachmanoff,
00:06:02.840 Judge Cameron McGowan-Curry,
00:06:05.460 Magistrate Judge William Fitzpatrick,
00:06:08.000 and you can now add to that,
00:06:09.460 as my friend Julie Kelly points out,
00:06:11.320 Judge Colar-Cotelli,
00:06:14.060 who agreed to give Daniel Richman,
00:06:18.360 the man who was indeed
00:06:20.780 instructed by James Comey,
00:06:22.960 contrary to his sworn testimony,
00:06:24.820 instructed to leak those documents
00:06:26.340 to the New York Times,
00:06:27.240 giving him the evidence back.
00:06:29.200 This is almost beyond belief.
00:06:32.180 And you have to wonder
00:06:34.400 where the prosecutions are
00:06:36.520 from the Republican Party.
00:06:38.980 President Trump is out there
00:06:41.340 trying to end multiple wars,
00:06:44.400 trying to destroy the narco-terrorists 1.00
00:06:47.340 and the Marxists in our hemisphere,
00:06:50.160 ably aided by Secretary of State
00:06:53.580 Marco Rubio,
00:06:54.920 who was like a new man,
00:06:56.280 a man who I supported for the Senate
00:06:58.620 when he first ran against
00:06:59.880 former Governor Charlie Crist,
00:07:03.320 who was a political chameleon
00:07:05.280 who ran as both a Republican,
00:07:07.480 Democrat,
00:07:08.140 and an Independent,
00:07:09.700 a man who began as,
00:07:10.860 described himself as a Reagan Republican,
00:07:13.480 ended up at the end of his career
00:07:15.260 calling himself an Obama Democrat.
00:07:17.760 He went from being pro-life
00:07:19.020 to being pro-abortion.
00:07:20.600 He went from being a pro-Second Amendment
00:07:22.860 to being for gun control.
00:07:25.960 He was a charming,
00:07:28.440 hard-working politician,
00:07:30.040 but he believed in nothing
00:07:31.660 other than winning
00:07:32.480 and holding public office.
00:07:34.700 And Marco Rubio's politics
00:07:36.540 heretofore have not been mine
00:07:40.080 in the sense that
00:07:40.920 he was a neocon Bush Republican.
00:07:45.120 The Bush people greatly resented
00:07:47.140 Marco Rubio's presidential candidacy.
00:07:49.740 I think you have to run
00:07:51.160 when you think your time is.
00:07:52.980 And I think he worked very hard
00:07:54.340 to run for president,
00:07:56.000 but he and Jeb Bush
00:07:58.020 had bad feelings
00:08:00.300 because the Bush people
00:08:01.220 felt that they had made Marco
00:08:03.700 by helping him
00:08:04.600 in that Republican primary
00:08:06.140 with Governor Charlie Crist,
00:08:08.020 who was extraordinarily well-funded.
00:08:10.680 But Marco Rubio very wisely
00:08:12.120 kind of grabbed onto
00:08:13.700 the Tea Party label
00:08:15.060 and rode to the U.S. Senate.
00:08:18.320 as there's a terrific piece
00:08:21.740 that speaks to this issue
00:08:23.300 of judicial overreach
00:08:25.820 and judicial tyranny,
00:08:27.680 as in the actions of the judges
00:08:30.200 who have dismissed this case
00:08:33.180 against James Comey.
00:08:35.740 And a prosecutor
00:08:37.320 who was actually returning
00:08:39.240 to one of the criminals
00:08:40.900 the evidence that proves
00:08:42.220 the case against Comey
00:08:44.220 is beyond belief.
00:08:46.680 Now you have the fact
00:08:48.140 that Lindsay Halligan,
00:08:50.460 who we were told
00:08:51.720 was an inexperienced lawyer,
00:08:54.320 an insurance lawyer,
00:08:55.820 often mocked as a beauty queen
00:08:57.740 because she was very attractive,
00:09:00.080 when in fact she was a,
00:09:02.540 she had outstanding
00:09:04.040 academic credentials,
00:09:06.000 had graduated from both college
00:09:08.180 and law school,
00:09:09.040 come some law day,
00:09:10.380 had risen to be
00:09:11.540 the managing partner
00:09:12.460 of the division,
00:09:14.100 civil division
00:09:15.260 of a major Florida law firm
00:09:17.960 specializing in areas
00:09:19.180 of mortgage,
00:09:20.540 housing,
00:09:21.520 and financial fraud.
00:09:23.240 So she understood
00:09:24.180 this case.
00:09:25.800 They determined
00:09:27.640 that her appointment
00:09:29.180 by President Donald Trump
00:09:30.740 was not valid.
00:09:33.420 They are incorrect
00:09:34.640 in that ruling.
00:09:35.980 Trump filled her
00:09:37.440 consistent with
00:09:38.740 the Government Vacancies Act,
00:09:40.180 but as I say,
00:09:41.700 multiple federal judges
00:09:43.160 moved very aggressively
00:09:44.640 to kill,
00:09:46.400 to have her declared
00:09:47.900 ineligible.
00:09:48.800 This also voided
00:09:49.740 the case
00:09:50.500 that Lindsay Halligan
00:09:51.820 brought against
00:09:52.980 Letitia James,
00:09:54.320 the New York
00:09:55.300 Attorney General,
00:09:56.860 which is quite interesting
00:09:58.100 because
00:09:58.700 we were,
00:09:59.720 we're told now
00:10:00.940 that Lindsay Halligan,
00:10:02.060 the inexperienced
00:10:03.240 insurance lawyer,
00:10:05.340 which is a smear,
00:10:06.640 did go to a grand jury
00:10:08.260 and did in fact
00:10:09.480 secure an indictment
00:10:11.000 based on the evidence.
00:10:12.420 It's a documents case,
00:10:13.500 all the evidence,
00:10:14.660 as my good friend
00:10:16.360 at White Collar Fraud,
00:10:19.820 Sam Antar,
00:10:20.900 points out to me,
00:10:21.920 all the evidence
00:10:22.640 is in the documents.
00:10:24.140 Yet we are expected
00:10:25.100 to believe
00:10:25.860 that the more experienced
00:10:28.440 government prosecutor
00:10:29.640 who replaced Halligan,
00:10:32.360 who we're told
00:10:33.600 was selected
00:10:34.040 by the Justice Department,
00:10:35.400 has tried now twice
00:10:36.680 to go to the grand jury,
00:10:38.140 has not been able
00:10:38.860 to secure an indictment.
00:10:41.180 What we were told
00:10:42.140 was that the lawyer selected
00:10:43.520 has not been
00:10:44.280 in a criminal courtroom
00:10:45.920 on any issue
00:10:47.020 since 2011,
00:10:50.400 and his specialty
00:10:51.740 is civil law.
00:10:53.340 So why he would be
00:10:55.920 the attorney
00:10:56.520 in this case
00:10:57.760 is really quite extraordinary.
00:10:59.680 But the real fundamental
00:11:01.080 question here is,
00:11:03.360 will anyone do
00:11:04.880 anything about it?
00:11:05.620 The House Republicans
00:11:07.000 will not move
00:11:08.140 to impeach
00:11:09.460 or restrict
00:11:11.180 these judges
00:11:12.020 other than some
00:11:12.740 who have valiantly
00:11:13.400 tried to rein in
00:11:14.860 Judge Boasberg,
00:11:16.440 the D.C. judge
00:11:17.400 who randomly
00:11:18.820 seems to get
00:11:19.460 every case that matters
00:11:20.600 to Donald Trump.
00:11:21.780 Somebody needs to examine
00:11:22.880 whether there's
00:11:23.520 the spin of the
00:11:24.340 so-called wheel
00:11:25.300 in the clerk
00:11:26.220 of the D.C. district courts
00:11:27.900 because the odds,
00:11:29.420 the mathematical odds,
00:11:30.600 just defy
00:11:31.460 Judge Boasberg
00:11:32.800 being assigned
00:11:33.960 every single case.
00:11:37.180 The president,
00:11:38.360 if there's any question
00:11:39.400 about his popularity,
00:11:41.360 he went to the
00:11:43.500 Army-Navy game
00:11:44.580 and he dazzled there.
00:11:47.020 Let's see if we can
00:11:47.860 roll.
00:11:49.020 Let's see if we have time
00:11:50.120 to roll the ovation.
00:11:51.140 We are at the half
00:11:54.360 of America's game
00:11:55.720 and another great
00:11:56.760 tradition here
00:11:57.660 as President Trump
00:11:59.020 crosses over
00:11:59.840 to the other side
00:12:00.900 of the stadium
00:12:01.580 ensuring he spends
00:12:03.080 equal time
00:12:03.920 with the midshipmen
00:12:05.300 and the core
00:12:07.000 of cadets
00:12:07.940 as we welcome
00:12:09.140 everybody to the
00:12:09.920 Geico Halftime Report.
00:12:12.500 Tell me that
00:12:13.600 Donald Trump
00:12:14.140 isn't popular.
00:12:15.820 I'm Roger Stone
00:12:16.640 and we'll be
00:12:17.440 right back.
00:12:18.300 This is Roger Stone.
00:12:21.920 The holidays are here
00:12:22.960 and it's the time of year
00:12:23.860 when travel,
00:12:24.660 crowds,
00:12:25.060 and cold weather
00:12:25.680 mean one thing.
00:12:26.980 Everybody's getting sick.
00:12:28.200 And in moments like this,
00:12:29.280 you don't want to rely
00:12:30.160 on the bureaucracy,
00:12:31.240 the nonsense,
00:12:31.880 or the slow-moving
00:12:32.980 medical machine.
00:12:34.040 You want control.

00:13:22.400 The Stone Zone,
00:13:24.220 entertaining and informative
00:13:26.020 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:13:30.080 Welcome back
00:13:31.120 to the Roger Stone Show.
00:13:33.040 Paul Sperry,
00:13:33.860 in my opinion,
00:13:34.420 is one of the very best
00:13:35.960 investigative reporters
00:13:37.260 out there today,
00:13:39.000 writes often for the New York Post,
00:13:40.380 in this case,
00:13:41.240 has written a terrific piece
00:13:43.040 for real,
00:13:45.260 clear investigations,
00:13:46.380 I believe it is.
00:13:47.540 But he shows that
00:13:48.960 the Russian collusion story
00:13:50.400 is even worse than we knew,
00:13:52.300 and that the long,
00:13:54.720 the heart of this,
00:13:56.080 this D.O. dossier,
00:13:57.600 and the evidence
00:13:58.700 against Donald Trump
00:13:59.940 was suspect
00:14:00.780 by CIA professionals
00:14:02.920 from the beginning.
00:14:04.120 They knew it had been provided
00:14:05.300 by a former
00:14:06.080 British secret agent.
00:14:07.860 They knew that Hillary Clinton
00:14:10.880 had paid millions for it.
00:14:12.600 They thought,
00:14:13.140 correctly,
00:14:14.080 it was a fabrication.
00:14:16.120 But neither John Bolton
00:14:18.040 nor Gina Haspel
00:14:19.460 nor Secretary of State
00:14:20.560 warned Donald Trump
00:14:22.200 that this was being formed
00:14:24.120 into a false weapon
00:14:26.040 against him.
00:14:27.040 It is really extraordinary
00:14:29.100 the digging here
00:14:31.000 that Paul Sperry has done,
00:14:33.120 but there's no question
00:14:34.500 that the professionals
00:14:37.320 provided the information
00:14:39.120 to their superiors
00:14:40.860 who elected
00:14:42.480 not to show it to Trump.
00:14:44.140 John Bolton
00:14:44.660 very specifically
00:14:45.760 was briefed on it
00:14:46.740 and never mentioned it
00:14:48.060 to the president.
00:14:49.400 Mike Pompeo,
00:14:50.960 who still to this day
00:14:52.140 pretends to be
00:14:52.760 a Trump supporter,
00:14:55.120 had it
00:14:56.040 and chose
00:14:57.160 not to show it
00:14:58.920 to the president.
00:15:00.880 He was shown a draft
00:15:03.000 but took no action.
00:15:04.640 So with friends like this,
00:15:06.400 who needs enemies?
00:15:09.120 One thing that is missing
00:15:10.680 across the country
00:15:11.580 is truly great
00:15:13.160 Cantonese-Chinese food.
00:15:15.660 When I was growing up
00:15:16.600 living in the country
00:15:19.600 outside Norwalk, Connecticut,
00:15:22.280 on Sunday nights,
00:15:23.920 my parents would take
00:15:24.900 roughly the 50-minute drive
00:15:26.740 from our home
00:15:27.840 to go to a restaurant
00:15:28.880 called The Good Earth
00:15:30.500 that was right near
00:15:32.720 the bridge
00:15:33.460 in South Norwalk, Connecticut.
00:15:36.180 It was the finest
00:15:37.540 old-style
00:15:38.780 Cantonese-Chinese food
00:15:40.880 I have ever had.
00:15:42.100 It was run by a man
00:15:43.520 named Winston Dong,
00:15:45.280 so he's very smiling
00:15:46.600 and wearing a suit.
00:15:48.200 It had extraordinary
00:15:49.780 chicken chow mein,
00:15:51.320 extraordinary egg rolls,
00:15:53.960 terrific Chinese 1.00
00:15:55.480 barbecued ribs.
00:15:57.960 You see the difference
00:15:58.720 as the Chinese ribs
00:15:59.560 are not grilled,
00:16:00.800 they're baked,
00:16:01.440 so they're marinated
00:16:03.500 in a sugar-based
00:16:04.440 barbecue sauce
00:16:05.240 and then baked
00:16:06.360 unlike American-style
00:16:09.400 or Texas-style ribs.
00:16:11.620 Great thick egg rolls
00:16:13.140 the size of your wrist.
00:16:14.720 Those don't exist
00:16:16.040 anyplace today.
00:16:17.580 Great pork fried rice,
00:16:19.080 of course,
00:16:19.720 starting the whole thing off
00:16:20.760 with either wonton
00:16:22.000 or egg drop soup.
00:16:24.420 So I was very saddened
00:16:25.520 to hear this week
00:16:26.620 that Christine Lee's,
00:16:28.700 which is a historic restaurant
00:16:31.080 in South Florida,
00:16:33.540 originally in Sunny Isles
00:16:37.460 and then later on
00:16:40.060 located at the Hollywood
00:16:43.300 Racetrack Gulfstream,
00:16:45.840 has suddenly closed.
00:16:48.640 This was a place
00:16:50.040 where celebrities were seen.
00:16:51.660 Christine Lee had survived
00:16:54.340 a violent mugging
00:16:57.160 in a parking lot
00:16:57.920 in New Jersey.
00:16:59.460 She moved to Sunny Islands Beach
00:17:01.420 and her place 0.90
00:17:03.660 was originally
00:17:05.080 inside the Golden Strand Hotel,
00:17:07.340 then moving
00:17:07.820 to the Thunderbird Resort Motel
00:17:10.520 and finally going to
00:17:12.480 an address on Collins Avenue.
00:17:15.080 It was the place to go.
00:17:16.920 We're talking about
00:17:17.580 major celebrities,
00:17:18.500 Bob Hope,
00:17:20.460 Steve and Edie,
00:17:22.180 Muhammad Ali,
00:17:23.320 Zsa Zsa Gabor,
00:17:25.460 Arsa Godfrey,
00:17:26.540 Joe Namath,
00:17:27.680 the jockey,
00:17:28.640 Eddie Arcaro,
00:17:30.360 Dean Martin.
00:17:31.640 All of them
00:17:32.360 can be seen on the walls
00:17:33.480 with Roger Stone
00:17:34.740 as having eaten there,
00:17:37.380 although some of those
00:17:38.760 photographs
00:17:39.440 looked a little faded.
00:17:42.220 It was one of the last
00:17:43.100 great places in the world
00:17:44.200 where you could have
00:17:44.980 shrimp with lobster sauce.
00:17:46.980 You could have it
00:17:47.740 with either light
00:17:48.500 or dark sauce.
00:17:50.360 It was really extraordinary
00:17:52.080 and it is a shame.
00:17:54.660 Ultimately,
00:17:55.700 Christine Lee retired.
00:17:57.680 Her daughter,
00:17:59.160 Mary Lee,
00:18:00.080 took over.
00:18:00.780 Mary Lee was a
00:18:01.540 very gracious hostess,
00:18:02.900 a beautiful Chinese woman
00:18:04.860 who was very much
00:18:08.320 the run,
00:18:11.000 ran the restaurant
00:18:11.760 on most nights.
00:18:14.340 Enormously gracious
00:18:15.500 and great woman.
00:18:17.120 But suddenly,
00:18:18.220 without any explanation,
00:18:23.580 it was unfortunately closed.
00:18:26.140 So,
00:18:26.780 great Cantonese-Chinese restaurants
00:18:28.660 in South Florida
00:18:29.800 now a rarity.
00:18:31.000 At the time,
00:18:31.540 they flourished here.
00:18:33.320 I'd like to hear

00:20:21.760 Welcome back.
00:20:23.100 The New York Times
00:20:23.980 tells us breathlessly
00:20:25.220 that Secretary of State
00:20:26.380 Marco Rubio
00:20:27.460 in his hardline
00:20:30.140 anti-communist policy
00:20:31.620 on Venezuela
00:20:32.600 dreams of taking down
00:20:34.760 the brutal regime
00:20:36.060 in Cuba.
00:20:38.480 This is why
00:20:40.120 I like Marco Rubio.
00:20:42.760 We'll talk about that later
00:20:44.040 and talk about
00:20:45.700 the problems
00:20:46.880 that Marco Rubio faces
00:20:48.880 not just in Venezuela
00:20:50.820 but also now in Honduras
00:20:52.660 and of course in Cuba.
00:20:54.480 Also the Chinese
00:20:55.320 are on the move
00:20:57.240 in all of the CARICOM,
00:20:58.660 the small Caribbean nations.
00:21:00.980 Chinese money
00:21:02.080 and influence
00:21:02.900 is entering
00:21:04.800 almost all
00:21:05.980 of those countries.
00:21:08.240 That is another issue
00:21:09.560 Marco Rubio has to do.
00:21:10.720 But every once in a while
00:21:11.820 I like to get on
00:21:12.700 somebody who is a thinker,
00:21:14.620 somebody who kind of
00:21:15.780 gets the big picture,
00:21:16.760 understands the treachery
00:21:18.300 of the deep state,
00:21:19.280 understands the mass media
00:21:21.000 and how it moves,
00:21:22.380 understands the courts
00:21:23.480 and how they cheat
00:21:25.120 and that's when I
00:21:26.380 go looking for
00:21:27.480 Rod Martin.
00:21:28.800 You can find him
00:21:29.500 at rodmartin.org.
00:21:32.300 He writes
00:21:32.980 the Rod Martin Report.
00:21:35.440 He is a technological
00:21:36.860 genius,
00:21:37.860 an entrepreneur,
00:21:39.020 a venture capitalist,
00:21:40.080 a conservative,
00:21:41.280 an investor,
00:21:42.320 a futurist,
00:21:43.540 a thinker above all.
00:21:44.940 A thinker.
00:21:45.760 If you don't subscribe
00:21:46.660 to the Rod Martin Report,
00:21:48.200 I highly recommend it
00:21:49.680 to you.
00:21:50.680 Rod,
00:21:51.160 thank you for joining us
00:21:52.160 today on the
00:21:53.300 Roger Stone Show.
00:21:55.520 Great to be here.
00:21:57.960 Rod,
00:21:58.560 I don't know
00:21:59.640 if you've been able
00:22:00.240 to listen to the show,
00:22:01.300 but I was talking
00:22:02.160 about the tyranny
00:22:03.300 of these federal judges,
00:22:05.200 the continued cover-up
00:22:06.400 of the crimes
00:22:07.400 of Comey,
00:22:08.920 Brennan,
00:22:09.880 Rice,
00:22:11.120 Clapper,
00:22:12.280 Biden,
00:22:13.560 Obama,
00:22:14.960 Mueller,
00:22:15.680 Weissman,
00:22:16.700 and others.
00:22:17.780 Now,
00:22:18.560 stunning new story
00:22:19.720 that
00:22:20.200 CIA Director
00:22:23.100 Gina Hasbro,
00:22:24.360 John Durham himself,
00:22:25.560 the Special Counsel,
00:22:26.320 and John Bolton
00:22:26.900 were all told
00:22:27.940 that the underlying
00:22:28.980 Steele dossier,
00:22:30.660 which was used
00:22:31.120 to frame Trump,
00:22:31.960 was not up to,
00:22:33.580 that it had been created,
00:22:34.600 that it had no credibility,
00:22:36.400 but they failed
00:22:36.940 to tell Donald Trump.
00:22:37.920 But you have
00:22:38.740 an amazing piece.
00:22:40.320 I'm not going to lead
00:22:40.840 you into this.
00:22:41.540 It's a deep dive.
00:22:42.560 How the deep state
00:22:43.300 subversed the Constitution,
00:22:44.900 how we beat it.
00:22:46.380 You begin
00:22:47.200 very thoughtfully
00:22:48.380 saying there's no reason
00:22:49.360 so many policies
00:22:50.780 never seem to change
00:22:51.760 no matter who wins
00:22:53.000 an election.
00:22:54.060 Presidents come and go,
00:22:55.040 as you correctly point out.
00:22:56.160 Congress changes hands,
00:22:57.580 yet the machinery
00:22:58.300 of government
00:22:58.860 grinds on untouched,
00:23:00.360 unbothered,
00:23:00.940 largely unaccountable.
00:23:02.440 Federal agents
00:23:03.080 issue thousands
00:23:04.140 of new rules
00:23:04.880 governing everything,
00:23:06.020 including our businesses
00:23:07.100 and our lives.
00:23:09.220 And you say
00:23:10.620 there's a way
00:23:11.420 to fix this.
00:23:12.840 My friend,
00:23:13.420 you have the floor.
00:23:15.860 Ah, well,
00:23:17.060 I have to say
00:23:18.240 there are 537
00:23:19.800 federal elected officials.
00:23:22.740 There are just under
00:23:24.960 5,000 federal
00:23:26.820 political appointees
00:23:28.500 appointed mostly
00:23:30.240 by the president,
00:23:31.460 Senate confirmable
00:23:32.720 for, you know,
00:23:33.800 to a large degree.
00:23:35.400 And there are nearly
00:23:36.700 3 million federal employees
00:23:39.280 actually making
00:23:40.640 and executing policy
00:23:42.080 all day, every day.
00:23:43.240 So, of course,
00:23:45.440 nothing really changes.
00:23:47.240 Those people are careerists.
00:23:49.040 They're there
00:23:49.400 for the long haul.
00:23:50.980 And this is all
00:23:52.000 by design.
00:23:53.120 This began
00:23:53.800 in the Roosevelt
00:23:54.640 administration,
00:23:55.960 Franklin, not Teddy.
00:23:57.880 And for 90 years,
00:24:00.400 we have had
00:24:01.220 the results of that,
00:24:02.660 which are,
00:24:03.380 plain and simple,
00:24:05.280 a shadow
00:24:06.340 one-party government.
00:24:08.300 And that, too,
00:24:09.760 was by design.
00:24:10.740 Roosevelt didn't mind
00:24:12.840 having independent agencies.
00:24:14.660 He thought
00:24:15.020 Humphrey's executor,
00:24:16.400 which was just argued
00:24:17.420 before the Supreme Court
00:24:18.620 on Monday,
00:24:20.080 he thought Humphrey's executor
00:24:21.560 was rightly decided
00:24:22.840 in 1935.
00:24:24.800 Why would he care?
00:24:26.320 Because he was creating
00:24:27.840 all these agencies
00:24:29.000 and he was staffing them
00:24:30.560 entirely with Democrats.
00:24:32.480 And then those people
00:24:33.420 hired their successors.
00:24:35.240 So, we've had
00:24:36.180 this shadow government,
00:24:37.400 this deep state,
00:24:38.540 for most of a century,
00:24:40.560 nearly an entire century,
00:24:42.660 and we're starting
00:24:44.000 to chip away at it.
00:24:45.140 And the only man
00:24:46.520 who has ever
00:24:47.540 meaningfully chipped away
00:24:48.920 at it is,
00:24:49.960 in fact,
00:24:50.700 Donald Trump.
00:24:51.720 So, thank you, Roger,
00:24:53.900 for encouraging him
00:24:54.960 to run for president
00:24:56.040 because he turns out
00:24:57.380 to be one of the most
00:24:58.200 consequential presidents
00:24:59.480 of all time.
00:25:00.820 He's a phenomenon.
00:25:02.520 He's a force of nature.
00:25:03.840 He's his own man.
00:25:05.560 I'm a supporter
00:25:06.680 of Susie Wiles.
00:25:07.660 I have known her
00:25:08.260 for 25 years.
00:25:09.740 She takes some heat
00:25:10.540 from many,
00:25:11.780 sometimes taking the blame
00:25:13.080 for things that
00:25:13.880 are not her fault
00:25:15.060 or that she's not
00:25:15.980 responsible for,
00:25:16.700 other times
00:25:17.360 for assorted jealousies.
00:25:21.680 But I think she does
00:25:22.260 an amazing job
00:25:23.480 for this president.
00:25:24.340 This president trusts her.
00:25:25.680 I've known her
00:25:26.380 for 25 years.
00:25:27.420 She and I did
00:25:27.960 the Reagan campaign
00:25:29.120 together.
00:25:29.860 She worked for
00:25:30.940 Jack Kemp
00:25:31.640 against George H.W. Bush.
00:25:35.040 She worked for Donald Trump
00:25:36.720 rather than working
00:25:38.000 for Jeb Bush
00:25:38.760 or Marco Rubio,
00:25:40.300 both of whom
00:25:40.780 tried to hire her.
00:25:42.220 She very ably
00:25:43.180 guided Rick Scott,
00:25:45.180 an outsider,
00:25:46.280 to the U.S. Senate.
00:25:47.560 She extraordinarily
00:25:48.340 was able to land
00:25:50.140 the Ron DeSantis ship
00:25:52.120 despite the fact
00:25:53.080 that he was
00:25:53.600 a terrible candidate
00:25:54.980 who wouldn't look
00:25:55.740 people in the eyes
00:25:57.020 and would not
00:25:57.640 seek to learn
00:25:58.560 anything about
00:25:59.080 state issues.
00:26:00.400 So how do we
00:26:02.780 take on this model?
00:26:03.760 Because you're right.
00:26:04.240 Harry Truman
00:26:04.860 signs the CIA
00:26:06.180 into law
00:26:07.200 in 19...
00:26:08.240 Pardon me.
00:26:08.760 He dissolves
00:26:09.460 the OSS,
00:26:10.720 the original
00:26:11.380 surveillance system,
00:26:14.280 intelligence system.
00:26:15.760 He does with the OSS
00:26:17.560 and in 1947
00:26:18.340 he signs into law
00:26:20.160 the existence
00:26:20.880 of the CIA.
00:26:22.340 By 1963,
00:26:24.640 actually,
00:26:25.600 1963,
00:26:26.680 when Kennedy
00:26:27.460 is assassinated,
00:26:28.580 he actually writes
00:26:30.000 an op-ed piece
00:26:31.020 for the Washington Post.
00:26:32.260 This is a former
00:26:32.860 president of the United States
00:26:33.880 that says that he
00:26:35.020 now realizes
00:26:35.780 that the agency
00:26:36.680 has gone rogue,
00:26:37.580 essentially,
00:26:38.340 and that he should
00:26:38.860 never have signed
00:26:40.320 into law
00:26:40.980 and that they're
00:26:41.580 violating their
00:26:42.460 international-only
00:26:43.860 charter,
00:26:44.340 meaning they're
00:26:44.720 operating politically
00:26:46.120 as spies
00:26:47.560 to undermine
00:26:49.120 the government
00:26:50.600 in our own
00:26:51.540 country.
00:26:53.820 So that has
00:26:55.800 not been revealed.
00:26:57.860 How do we
00:26:58.520 fix this,
00:26:59.060 Rod?
00:26:59.240 How do we
00:26:59.540 fix it?
00:27:01.120 Well,
00:27:01.880 you've just
00:27:02.860 laid out
00:27:03.820 the key point,
00:27:05.360 which is that
00:27:05.960 it's multifaceted.
00:27:07.980 There are so
00:27:08.740 many different
00:27:09.840 details to it
00:27:11.220 that most
00:27:12.600 people just
00:27:13.660 their eyes
00:27:14.500 glaze over,
00:27:15.700 they just
00:27:16.340 can't keep up
00:27:17.300 with it.
00:27:18.560 Donald Trump
00:27:19.620 is not
00:27:20.320 that guy.
00:27:21.560 He is
00:27:22.280 shockingly
00:27:22.960 capable of
00:27:23.840 seeing all
00:27:24.840 of the pieces
00:27:25.400 on the board.
00:27:26.160 So one
00:27:27.420 of the
00:27:27.680 things that
00:27:28.120 we have
00:27:28.480 to do
00:27:28.780 immediately
00:27:29.340 is the
00:27:30.160 Supreme Court
00:27:30.740 needs to
00:27:31.320 overturn Humphrey's
00:27:32.420 executor,
00:27:33.080 which of
00:27:33.420 course created
00:27:34.180 this abomination,
00:27:35.820 this absolutely
00:27:36.660 unconstitutional
00:27:37.920 monster of
00:27:39.240 independent
00:27:39.820 agencies.
00:27:40.900 There is no
00:27:41.720 such creature
00:27:42.660 in our system.
00:27:44.460 You have an
00:27:44.960 elected legislature,
00:27:46.580 you have an
00:27:47.000 elected executive,
00:27:48.620 you have an
00:27:49.600 appointed
00:27:50.200 judiciary that
00:27:51.740 is confirmed
00:27:52.500 by an elected
00:27:53.380 legislature after
00:27:54.380 being appointed
00:27:54.980 by an elected
00:27:55.660 president.
00:27:56.560 All of these
00:27:57.520 things exist.
00:27:59.760 An independent
00:28:00.480 agency is an
00:28:02.620 attempt to
00:28:03.280 reestablish the
00:28:04.440 kind of aristocracy
00:28:05.660 we had a
00:28:06.320 revolution against.
00:28:07.720 It's just
00:28:08.480 horrifying.
00:28:09.240 And you
00:28:09.500 heard,
00:28:10.240 you heard
00:28:11.760 Justice,
00:28:13.240 Justice Brown
00:28:15.500 sit up there
00:28:16.500 and say at
00:28:17.640 length that
00:28:18.480 she did not
00:28:19.240 think that,
00:28:20.960 that we should
00:28:22.180 have any,
00:28:23.520 any ability
00:28:25.000 through elected
00:28:26.300 office holders
00:28:27.180 to remove
00:28:29.000 PhDs and
00:28:30.440 engineers and
00:28:31.620 experts of
00:28:32.500 various sorts
00:28:33.300 from the
00:28:33.700 government,
00:28:34.160 that they had
00:28:34.700 to be left
00:28:35.360 alone to act.
00:28:37.080 Well,
00:28:37.440 fortunately,
00:28:37.860 I'm pretty sure
00:28:38.700 there are six
00:28:39.300 votes against
00:28:40.020 that position,
00:28:40.920 but she's 0.97
00:28:41.960 saying that
00:28:43.080 there should be
00:28:43.700 an aristocracy
00:28:44.640 created by
00:28:45.940 leftist-controlled
00:28:47.540 institutions like
00:28:48.840 Harvard and
00:28:49.520 Stanford,
00:28:50.020 who meant
00:28:51.340 supposedly
00:28:52.560 expert people,
00:28:54.700 certainly
00:28:55.040 credentialed
00:28:55.860 people,
00:28:56.600 and then they
00:28:57.240 go into
00:28:57.680 government and
00:28:58.560 they rule us
00:28:59.820 for our own
00:29:00.820 good.
00:29:01.600 That's just
00:29:02.880 horrifying.
00:29:03.740 So getting rid
00:29:04.320 of Humphrey's
00:29:04.900 executor is a
00:29:06.160 big step forward.
00:29:07.660 It allows the
00:29:08.300 president to
00:29:08.920 actually hire
00:29:09.800 and fire.
00:29:10.700 That's a very,
00:29:11.780 very big deal.
00:29:12.820 The president
00:29:13.320 can't possibly
00:29:14.400 exercise executive
00:29:15.640 power if he
00:29:16.500 can't hire and
00:29:17.220 fire.
00:29:17.680 And once he
00:29:18.320 can,
00:29:18.760 he's in a
00:29:19.760 position to
00:29:20.740 start reigning
00:29:22.020 in that
00:29:23.120 bureaucracy.
00:29:24.220 So that's
00:29:24.700 one thing.
00:29:25.400 But you're
00:29:25.760 right to
00:29:26.280 point out
00:29:26.740 the surveillance
00:29:27.360 state.
00:29:28.320 This has
00:29:28.800 been just
00:29:29.580 off the
00:29:30.080 chart,
00:29:30.560 and it's
00:29:31.180 multivariate
00:29:32.320 also.
00:29:33.060 We saw
00:29:33.400 that when
00:29:34.040 Elon and
00:29:35.100 the president
00:29:35.860 shut down
00:29:36.560 USAID.
00:29:38.060 The week
00:29:39.600 the USAID
00:29:41.000 shut down, 0.68
00:29:43.480 Politico
00:29:44.200 missed payroll
00:29:45.280 for the only
00:29:46.200 time in its
00:29:47.000 history.
00:29:47.460 that's not
00:29:48.920 an accident.
00:29:50.080 They have
00:29:50.520 been funneling
00:29:51.740 money through
00:29:52.520 these various
00:29:53.320 agencies to
00:29:54.700 influence American
00:29:55.820 politics for a
00:29:56.960 very long time,
00:29:58.060 as you know
00:29:58.680 better than
00:29:59.160 most.
00:30:00.040 And the
00:30:00.280 truth of the
00:30:00.780 matter is,
00:30:01.780 if you train
00:30:02.720 an intelligence
00:30:03.460 apparatus to
00:30:04.580 overthrow
00:30:05.060 governments,
00:30:06.140 you shouldn't
00:30:06.700 be surprised
00:30:07.620 when they come
00:30:08.320 do it at
00:30:08.860 home.
00:30:09.260 there's no
00:30:11.680 question that
00:30:12.540 Dwight Eisenhower
00:30:14.240 was right when
00:30:15.000 he left
00:30:15.340 power.
00:30:15.820 He tried to
00:30:16.260 warn us about
00:30:16.980 the accumulated
00:30:18.220 power of the
00:30:19.520 military-industrial
00:30:20.860 complex, what we
00:30:21.600 would now see
00:30:22.880 as the deep
00:30:23.820 state.
00:30:24.320 This is
00:30:24.660 unelected
00:30:26.680 bureaucrats and
00:30:27.960 academics and
00:30:29.220 others who run
00:30:31.640 our agencies of
00:30:32.740 government, are
00:30:34.140 deeply embedded in
00:30:35.520 the Justice
00:30:36.940 Department, in the
00:30:37.980 Department of
00:30:38.560 War, in the
00:30:39.720 State Department
00:30:40.400 particularly, but
00:30:41.880 in all facets of
00:30:43.260 government, who
00:30:45.000 answer to no one,
00:30:46.860 particularly in our
00:30:48.480 judiciary.
00:30:50.120 And I think these
00:30:51.160 are the people who
00:30:51.820 ultimately, as you
00:30:52.780 know, I believe they
00:30:53.640 orchestrated the
00:30:54.780 assassination of
00:30:55.660 President John F.
00:30:56.580 Kennedy, because he
00:30:57.540 stood in the way of
00:30:58.260 the New World Order
00:30:59.680 and record war
00:31:00.680 profits, and he was
00:31:02.540 actually looking for
00:31:03.780 ways to make peace
00:31:05.080 and not go to war
00:31:06.180 with Russia and
00:31:06.860 Cuba.
00:31:07.140 I believe these
00:31:08.360 are the same
00:31:08.660 people who took
00:31:09.140 Richard Nixon
00:31:09.940 out when he
00:31:11.640 threatened to
00:31:12.180 rein in the
00:31:14.080 power of the
00:31:16.300 national security
00:31:17.320 apparatus.
00:31:18.120 And now, yet
00:31:18.940 again, no one in
00:31:20.320 our current Justice
00:31:21.140 Department, no one
00:31:22.480 in the Republican
00:31:23.140 majority in the
00:31:24.040 Senate, and no one
00:31:25.320 in the House will
00:31:26.840 do anything about
00:31:27.700 it.
00:31:28.160 It is really
00:31:28.800 extraordinary.
00:31:29.960 And if you look
00:31:31.120 at the swiftness in
00:31:31.960 which I was
00:31:32.480 charged, and General
00:31:33.720 Flynn was charged,
00:31:34.920 and Donald Trump
00:31:35.680 was charged, all
00:31:37.260 on fabricated
00:31:38.100 evidence, and on
00:31:39.480 false politically
00:31:40.560 motivated premises,
00:31:42.240 and you see the
00:31:43.320 outrage that's in
00:31:45.340 the declassified
00:31:46.840 documents valiantly
00:31:48.160 released by Tulsi
00:31:49.780 Gabbard, and several
00:31:52.540 traunces of them, you
00:31:53.820 see a very deep
00:31:54.640 conspiracy, and the
00:31:56.300 admission of a
00:31:57.060 coup d'etat.
00:31:57.840 Yet, will any of
00:31:59.260 these people be held
00:32:00.100 accountable?
00:32:00.660 Rod, your view?
00:32:03.460 Well, I understand
00:32:04.520 that Tulsi is needed
00:32:06.960 at DNI, but there
00:32:09.460 are days when I wish
00:32:10.560 she were the 0.65
00:32:11.220 Attorney General,
00:32:12.660 because she clearly 0.85
00:32:14.180 nailed it, and she
00:32:15.420 said it in no
00:32:16.940 uncertain terms, no
00:32:18.820 pulling punches.
00:32:20.200 This was an
00:32:20.900 attempted coup.
00:32:22.760 It was ultimately
00:32:24.060 successful in the
00:32:25.920 course of 2020, but
00:32:27.600 the idea was to
00:32:29.420 force him either to
00:32:30.620 resign or be
00:32:31.640 impeached in the
00:32:32.660 first six months,
00:32:34.100 and they hamstrung
00:32:35.180 his presidency only
00:32:36.740 someone with the
00:32:39.000 tenacity of Donald
00:32:40.120 Trump, and I don't
00:32:41.760 know of any others,
00:32:43.160 could have possibly
00:32:44.340 survived what they
00:32:45.700 did to him in
00:32:46.360 2017 and after.
00:32:48.580 And so, yeah, I
00:32:50.460 don't know why the
00:32:51.640 Justice Department is
00:32:52.780 moving as slowly as
00:32:54.020 it is on some of
00:32:54.880 these cases.
00:32:55.560 I do understand some
00:32:56.780 of the problems
00:32:57.440 they're up against,
00:32:58.320 as we saw in the
00:32:59.160 Eastern District of
00:33:00.020 Virginia.
00:33:00.620 with the two
00:33:02.760 indictments that
00:33:03.800 have been messed
00:33:05.740 with by a liberal
00:33:07.840 Clinton appointee
00:33:09.040 judge, but some
00:33:11.240 of this stuff can
00:33:12.380 be addressed if
00:33:13.900 Kash Patel is
00:33:15.020 successful in
00:33:15.980 bringing this grand
00:33:17.040 conspiracy case
00:33:18.500 against everybody
00:33:20.100 who was involved
00:33:21.280 in that coup
00:33:22.560 attempt.
00:33:23.120 that is really the
00:33:25.500 game changer if they
00:33:27.020 can bring it to a
00:33:28.140 head, because that
00:33:29.220 should be tried in
00:33:30.500 the Southern District
00:33:32.120 of Florida.
00:33:33.440 That gives them
00:33:34.620 venue where they can
00:33:35.720 get a decent judge,
00:33:37.040 they can get an
00:33:38.260 impartial jury, and
00:33:40.300 they can actually
00:33:41.220 breach the statute
00:33:43.220 of limitations wall
00:33:44.740 and get back to some
00:33:46.660 of the worst crimes
00:33:48.280 that took place,
00:33:49.260 especially in
00:33:50.240 2016.
00:33:51.400 All of that is
00:33:52.720 beyond the ability
00:33:54.780 to act upon in
00:33:56.420 Northern Virginia or
00:33:57.800 in the District of
00:33:59.040 Columbia, but this
00:34:01.000 grand conspiracy
00:34:01.980 theory is actually
00:34:03.980 quite impressive.
00:34:05.200 It's a good bit of
00:34:06.380 legal work, and I
00:34:08.400 hope that Kash is able
00:34:09.740 to bring it to fruition.
00:34:10.840 I think it is
00:34:11.860 crucial because there
00:34:12.660 is one continuing
00:34:13.540 conspiracy born in
00:34:14.640 the White House, used
00:34:16.760 to create the Russian
00:34:17.680 collusion hoax, deeply
00:34:20.020 involved in the fraud
00:34:21.040 of the 2020 election,
00:34:22.940 also the author of two
00:34:24.240 phony impeachments,
00:34:25.860 later the architects
00:34:27.060 of the Jack Smith
00:34:29.020 witch hunt, as well
00:34:30.920 as the Mueller
00:34:31.920 witch hunt, an
00:34:33.800 extra-constitutional
00:34:35.140 exercise called Arctic
00:34:36.980 Frost, which we'll talk
00:34:38.060 about when we come
00:34:38.700 back.
00:34:39.520 You're absolutely
00:34:40.280 right.
00:34:40.580 We'll be back with
00:34:42.060 Rod Martin.
00:34:42.680 Get him over at
00:34:43.360 rodmartin.org.
00:34:45.040 He is a thinker and
00:34:46.620 a gentleman and
00:34:47.580 scholar, but above
00:34:49.020 all, he loves
00:34:49.920 justice.
00:34:50.560 We'll be right back.
00:34:54.980 The Stone Zone,
00:34:56.900 entertaining and
00:34:58.180 informative on the
00:34:59.320 Red Apple Podcast
00:35:00.560 Network.
00:35:02.900 Welcome back to
00:35:04.160 The Roger Stone
00:35:04.880 Show.
00:35:05.180 Later in the show,
00:35:06.280 former Honduran
00:35:07.660 President Juan
00:35:08.720 Orlando Hernandez,
00:35:09.960 viciously framed by
00:35:12.740 the Biden Justice
00:35:13.600 Department, wrongfully
00:35:15.180 convicted as a drug
00:35:16.500 trafficker in a
00:35:17.740 politically motivated
00:35:18.820 and extraordinarily
00:35:20.020 flimsy case,
00:35:22.280 joins us to talk
00:35:23.680 about why he both
00:35:25.740 deserved his pardon
00:35:26.740 and what the forces
00:35:28.680 now of repression are
00:35:30.420 trying to do in
00:35:32.400 Honduras.
00:35:33.760 But, Rod, I want to
00:35:34.680 go to a larger issue.
00:35:35.520 The president said
00:35:36.420 during the campaign
00:35:38.300 that he would end the
00:35:39.280 war between Russia and
00:35:40.280 Ukraine quickly.
00:35:41.420 That has proved elusive.
00:35:43.440 As you know, you have
00:35:44.380 to play three-card
00:35:45.140 Monty here.
00:35:46.160 There's the Russians, 1.00
00:35:46.920 there's Ukraine, and
00:35:48.000 then there's NATO.
00:35:49.400 Break this down for us,
00:35:50.620 please.
00:35:50.880 The biggest problem in
00:35:54.020 coming to a peace
00:35:55.040 deal in Russia is
00:35:56.580 that Putin over
00:35:58.100 promised very badly
00:35:59.940 to his own
00:36:01.140 oligarchs. 0.98
00:36:02.580 And as long as
00:36:04.040 he's still in the
00:36:05.000 war, he has a
00:36:06.100 chance at victory
00:36:07.700 which keeps him
00:36:08.980 moderately safe
00:36:10.480 in the Kremlin.
00:36:11.580 But at some point,
00:36:13.220 he has to admit
00:36:14.220 that he was
00:36:14.840 defeated.
00:36:15.640 And the truth is,
00:36:17.020 he was defeated.
00:36:18.560 There's no
00:36:19.520 escaping.
00:36:20.180 He was trying to
00:36:21.200 take Kev in
00:36:22.160 three days.
00:36:23.400 He was trying to
00:36:24.240 capture the country
00:36:25.180 and bring about
00:36:26.000 regime change to
00:36:27.320 reverse the
00:36:28.580 color revolution
00:36:29.520 in 2014.
00:36:31.120 And all of that
00:36:32.240 has failed.
00:36:33.120 And they haven't
00:36:33.840 been able to
00:36:34.340 meaningfully move
00:36:35.160 the front line
00:36:36.020 all of this year.
00:36:38.100 It's just,
00:36:39.060 it's just an
00:36:40.180 awful war of
00:36:41.520 attrition.
00:36:42.240 It's killing
00:36:43.140 all these people.
00:36:44.500 But Putin is
00:36:45.840 worried about him
00:36:47.000 getting killed. 0.62
00:36:47.820 So, Donald Trump
00:36:49.540 has to craft a
00:36:51.140 deal that is
00:36:52.240 sufficiently
00:36:52.820 attractive to
00:36:53.840 all the parties
00:36:54.680 involved, including
00:36:55.860 the individual
00:36:56.700 parties, to be
00:36:58.220 able to bring
00:36:58.820 this to a
00:36:59.680 successful conclusion.
00:37:00.980 I do believe he
00:37:01.960 will.
00:37:02.560 I believe it's in the
00:37:03.500 interest of both
00:37:04.180 countries to come
00:37:05.180 to a peace.
00:37:06.220 We just have to
00:37:06.980 find the terms that
00:37:07.960 make that possible.
00:37:09.100 And the chief among
00:37:10.220 those has to be
00:37:12.020 meaningful security
00:37:13.520 guarantees for
00:37:14.480 Ukraine, short of
00:37:16.520 allowing it into
00:37:17.460 NATO, because from 1.00
00:37:18.680 the Russian
00:37:19.120 perspective, if it's
00:37:20.600 a member of NATO
00:37:21.480 that effectively
00:37:22.700 puts a German 0.97
00:37:23.580 army in Kharkov,
00:37:25.040 two days march
00:37:26.020 from Red Square,
00:37:27.400 that reverses the
00:37:28.560 outcome of World
00:37:29.300 War II, they will 1.00
00:37:30.480 never accept it.
00:37:31.800 Yes, and it would
00:37:32.440 be a violation of
00:37:33.520 the Budapest
00:37:34.220 memorandum, which
00:37:35.280 was signed on
00:37:36.440 behalf of the
00:37:36.920 United States by
00:37:37.720 Secretary of State
00:37:38.540 James A. Baker,
00:37:39.860 signing for George
00:37:40.600 H.W. Bush, and
00:37:41.620 the later Minsk
00:37:42.980 Accords, both of
00:37:44.020 which we agreed
00:37:44.740 not to push
00:37:45.800 Ukraine into NATO,
00:37:47.020 which of course is
00:37:47.640 what Joe Biden
00:37:48.700 has ultimately
00:37:49.560 done.
00:37:49.980 That has long
00:37:51.040 been of the
00:37:53.220 plan.
00:37:54.680 That said, time
00:37:57.140 is running out
00:37:57.760 for Zelensky, a
00:37:59.400 $100 million
00:38:00.020 scandal by one
00:38:01.640 of his closest
00:38:02.280 aides.
00:38:02.820 We both know
00:38:03.260 this scratches
00:38:04.140 the surface and
00:38:05.060 the enormous
00:38:06.500 grifting that's
00:38:07.300 going on with
00:38:08.820 federal funds.
00:38:09.680 Much of those
00:38:10.120 funds do return
00:38:12.240 to the United
00:38:12.620 States and go
00:38:13.240 into the hands
00:38:13.760 of the defense
00:38:14.780 contractors, for
00:38:15.640 whom war is
00:38:16.460 good, creating
00:38:18.060 some jobs
00:38:18.700 here, but a
00:38:19.200 lot of money
00:38:20.120 here for people
00:38:20.880 who sell bombs.
00:38:22.800 But if you
00:38:23.540 believe Elon
00:38:24.120 Musk, Congressman
00:38:25.640 Jim Birch, some
00:38:26.540 of those funds
00:38:27.000 have also made
00:38:27.740 their way back
00:38:28.340 into the pockets
00:38:29.540 of political
00:38:30.640 leaders in the
00:38:31.620 Congress who
00:38:32.500 have supported
00:38:33.180 these multi-million
00:38:34.900 dollar gambits.
00:38:37.300 Do you think,
00:38:38.040 Rod, that that's
00:38:38.680 that the, we
00:38:40.780 haven't seen
00:38:41.180 documentation of
00:38:41.820 that.
00:38:42.120 Do you think
00:38:42.560 that that is a
00:38:43.120 possibility?
00:38:44.760 I think it's a
00:38:45.900 very strong
00:38:46.620 possibility.
00:38:47.780 There's no good
00:38:48.600 excuse for
00:38:49.300 Hunter Biden to
00:38:50.100 be on the
00:38:50.540 board of
00:38:50.920 Burisma. 0.97
00:38:52.000 That's nonsense.
00:38:54.240 Absolutely no
00:38:55.240 qualifications for
00:38:56.380 that.
00:38:56.980 Why would you go
00:38:57.720 to another
00:38:58.420 country across
00:38:59.460 an ocean to
00:39:00.780 pick a guy who,
00:39:01.940 oh, just happens
00:39:02.800 to be the son of
00:39:03.840 the guy you
00:39:04.620 think might be
00:39:05.300 president someday?
00:39:06.240 and, you know,
00:39:08.120 we've got countless
00:39:09.180 examples like that
00:39:10.900 in American political
00:39:12.200 life, principally on
00:39:13.640 the left, but some
00:39:14.640 of our rhinos too,
00:39:16.340 where the children
00:39:17.360 have some lucrative
00:39:19.260 financial deal,
00:39:20.580 either with the
00:39:21.200 Ukrainians or with 0.51
00:39:23.160 the Chinese
00:39:24.120 communists, and
00:39:26.140 Peter Schweitzer has
00:39:27.520 done a great job of
00:39:29.020 lining that out in
00:39:30.500 one or two of his
00:39:31.680 books.
00:39:32.300 He'd be a good
00:39:33.060 interview too.
00:39:33.880 But this is just a
00:39:36.020 real problem we're
00:39:37.100 facing, and I think
00:39:38.060 it's part of what
00:39:38.780 you're going to see
00:39:39.580 when you talk to
00:39:40.660 Juan Orlando, because
00:39:42.020 the truth is the
00:39:43.380 Democrats are in bed
00:39:44.540 with the cartels too.
00:39:46.900 It is a massive
00:39:48.240 problem we're going
00:39:49.000 to talk about when
00:39:49.700 we get back.
00:39:50.640 Folks, Rod Martin,
00:39:52.420 entrepreneur, thinker,
00:39:53.720 conservative,
00:39:54.680 gentleman, an
00:39:56.340 expert on technology,
00:39:57.740 biotech, aerospace,
00:39:58.880 energy.
