00:01:00.240 The Stone Zone.
00:01:01.840 Entertaining and informative.
00:01:03.980 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:01:07.020 You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:01:10.460 I have just returned from Washington, D.C.
00:01:13.140 I'm glad to be back with you.
00:01:14.580 I attended the White House Christmas Party on Monday night.
00:01:18.800 It was a stunning affair.
00:01:20.860 This is the 16th Christmas Party that the President has attended and spoken at.
00:01:25.420 Something he joked about.
00:01:26.940 But Robert F. Kennedy, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, was there.
00:01:32.440 FBI Director Cash Patel was there.
00:01:35.800 CIA Director John Radcliffe was in the House.
00:01:38.880 Attorney General Pam Bondi, Governor Sarah Sanders, and many other great patriots.
00:01:47.340 You don't really have time to eat, but the food is spectacular.
00:01:51.160 And the President is, as always, very freewheeling in his comments.
00:01:56.740 So he specifically singled out and lauded his longtime pollster and strategist, Tony Fabrizio,
00:02:05.360 and the field general of his campaign, political consultant Chris LaCivita, of course,
00:02:11.820 joking about how overly expensive both of them are.
00:02:15.700 But it was a great evening.
00:02:17.600 I probably drank a little more champagne than I should have.
00:02:20.940 They kept filling my glass.
00:02:22.100 And then I went from there to the Occidental restaurant for dinner, where, unfortunately,
00:02:28.200 I had one martini.
00:02:29.820 And I had a great time, but I lost one of my favorite scarves.
00:02:34.560 That was an Allen Flesser scarf that I bought in the 90s.
00:02:39.000 The only thing I like about traveling in Washington, D.C. or New York City is that I get to wear
00:02:44.320 my extensive winter wardrobe.
00:02:46.940 Otherwise, in Florida, not only is all this stuff too heavy, but, frankly, in Washington,
00:02:53.020 nobody ever wears a suit, never mind a tie.
00:02:57.020 I stayed at the Willard Hotel.
00:02:59.460 The Willard Hotel is very significant to me.
00:03:02.300 It's where I married my wife of, I guess, 39 years now, or 34 years, pardon me,
00:03:10.700 Nidia Bertrand de Espinoza Stone.
00:03:14.460 It is also, interestingly enough, the Willard Hotel was, they call it the home of presidents.
00:03:20.200 It's where the term lobbyist came from.
00:03:24.020 You see, when Ulysses S. Grant was living there during the time that they were renovating
00:03:30.820 the White House, special interests who wanted to buttonhole him would sit in the lobby, waiting
00:03:37.600 for the president to come down so they could, you know, approach him about their special
00:03:41.980 pleadings.
00:03:42.460 So it was President Grant who first called them lobbyists, and they're extremely powerful
00:03:48.920 in Washington, D.C.
00:03:50.580 Every major foreign country has them.
00:03:54.540 Every major corporation has them.
00:03:57.200 They give very heavily to candidates, both Republicans and Democrats, and, of course, they
00:04:01.460 also have, many of them, the revolving door of having been in government or returning
00:04:06.120 back to government.
00:04:07.520 The Willard Hotel, interestingly enough, was closed in July of 1968 and was then rented by
00:04:18.320 Richard Nixon's presidential campaign, rented essentially the entire hotel for the general
00:04:27.720 election phase of the presidential election.
00:04:30.280 Nixon's comeback was actually headquartered out of New York City, so it established post-convention
00:04:36.460 a Nixon presence in Washington, D.C.
00:04:40.000 And I worked in that building with Pat Buchanan and Ken Kachigian and Mort Linden Allen and,
00:04:48.220 of course, under the leadership of John Mitchell, the attorney general who would later go to prison
00:04:55.100 for Watergate, maintaining until his death that he never approved any break-in at the
00:05:02.460 Watergate, something that was sworn to by one of the other individuals in the Watergate case
00:05:10.200 who confirmed all of that.
00:05:14.620 So it's a great place to stay, and I had an extraordinarily good time.
00:05:19.280 The president, I must tell you, is in great spirits.
00:05:23.240 It was Fred LaRue.
00:05:24.360 That's who I was trying to think of, who also went to prison on Watergate, also said that
00:05:29.440 he was president in all the meetings of John Mitchell.
00:05:32.280 The attorney general never approved Watergate break-in either, of course, did Richard Nixon.
00:05:37.240 Now, this week, documents that have been released by the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman
00:05:43.180 and Chuck Grassley demonstrate the outrageous overreach and the illegality of the raid on
00:05:54.080 President Donald Trump's home at Mar-a-Lago.
00:05:56.740 I mean, just the idea of the raid on a former president's home is outrageous enough.
00:06:05.600 I, of course, could identify with the president because of the 6 a.m.
00:06:10.380 raid at my home.
00:06:12.080 Just as they went through Melania's underwear draw, they also went through my wife's underwear
00:06:18.140 draw.
00:06:19.120 They also trashed my house.
00:06:22.860 They were there for 13 hours.
00:06:24.820 They set up these enormous trucks and tables outside.
00:06:27.960 They went through every square inch of my house.
00:06:30.100 They also raided my nearby studio, and they took all my electronics, of course.
00:06:36.100 They took a bunch of disks that had nothing on them.
00:06:38.980 But there are three things that are missing to this day.
00:06:42.820 I had written an entire book, Teeming with St. John Hunt, on what we believe we could make
00:06:49.060 a case was the murder of John F. Kennedy Jr.
00:06:52.900 That manuscript, which was just about done, was both in the hard drive of my computer and
00:06:57.640 there was a galley I was working to complete it.
00:07:01.580 That has disappeared in the raid and has never been returned to me.
00:07:05.120 Secondarily, there is my file of correspondence between me and Moe Howard of the Three Stooges.
00:07:15.120 Moe, I read as a younger man living in Washington, was living in New Jersey, was in retirement.
00:07:22.580 I began a very lively correspondence with Moe Howard, who explained to me the entire history
00:07:28.360 of the Three Stooges.
00:07:29.360 Initially, of course, they included two brothers, Curly, Jerry, Howard, Curly of the Three Stooges,
00:07:38.660 Moe Howard, and Larry Fine.
00:07:42.180 Then, of course, after Curly died of a heart attack, Curly was a hard-drinking, hard-partying
00:07:48.640 ladies' man and a gambler, based on what Moe told me.
00:07:52.440 He would be replaced by yet another brother, Shemp Howard, who was already a comedic actor.
00:08:00.660 He appears in The Bank Dick with W.C.
00:08:03.160 Fields, where he plays the bartender.
00:08:06.300 So, I had this entire extensive history of the Three Stooges, including after the death
00:08:15.320 of Curly, he's replaced first by Shemp Howard, then he's replaced by Curly Joe Dorita.
00:08:22.580 He's briefly replaced by Joe Besson, who was a comic actor who played Stinky on Abbott and
00:08:29.780 Costello, but he didn't last very long, finally to be replaced by Curly Joe Dorita, who was
00:08:35.480 a burlesque comedian, who then went on to make several feature films with the Stooges.
00:08:41.240 So, I really prize my personal handwritten correspondence with Moe Howard, but it is among the items the
00:08:49.300 FBI took and they never returned.
00:08:52.360 And then lastly, was the very extensive file of correspondence with former President Richard
00:08:59.520 Nixon, including the originals of the memos that Nixon wrote to Reagan, advising him throughout
00:09:07.520 the 1980 presidential campaign.
00:09:10.920 Ken Kachigan, who's written a great book, I think it's In the Room, but a terrific book
00:09:17.780 on Nixon and Reagan, speaks extensively about that backstage role.
00:09:24.580 Now, fortunately for me, I copied all of this and I have copies of all of that correspondence.
00:09:30.140 But again, the original taken by the FBI, not listed in the list of items they're required
00:09:35.540 to give my lawyers and never returned to me, but they have literally disappeared.
00:09:40.780 We now know, based on the revelations this week, the FBI's Washington field office repeatedly
00:09:46.120 stated that it did not believe it had established any probable cause to justify a search warrant
00:09:51.760 on Donald Trump's home.
00:09:53.600 The entire government narrative put forward by Jack Smith that Donald Trump was in possession
00:09:59.380 of classified documents that he was not entitled to have was basically false under the Presidential
00:10:05.640 Records Act.
00:10:07.280 Under the Presidential Records Act, a sitting president can have whatever federal documents
00:10:11.800 he wants.
00:10:13.900 And in fact, this was tested because Bill Clinton was sued and charged because he had held on to
00:10:22.280 presidential records and Judge Amy Berman Jackson, the liberal Democrat judge who presided over
00:10:28.260 my trial and the trial of Paul Manafort, ruled that Bill Clinton could do anything with his
00:10:33.120 documents he wants, including using him in his in having them in his sock draw in Chappaqua.
00:10:40.480 So this was a larger part of the entire Jack Smith escapade, including Arctic Force, which is an
00:10:49.840 unprecedented plan to spy on and surveil and set up and frame American citizens who just happen
00:10:57.440 to be supporters or friends or staff members or outspoken supporters of Donald Trump or active
00:11:03.480 conservatives, including organizations and people.
00:11:06.060 This is including surveillance on U.S. senators and others.
00:11:10.340 This is extra constitutional.
00:11:12.040 It's also very clear now that the investigation into the Clinton Foundation was a fraud.
00:11:19.840 But in these new revelations, emails show that agents are questioning why the draft after draft
00:11:24.740 of the Trump of the warrant on Mar-a-Lago was being circulated, despite investigators obtaining
00:11:29.800 no new information, not understanding what the point would be.
00:11:33.600 Documents also reveal that the Biden DOJ was determined due to their political agenda to act
00:11:39.060 quickly, regardless of the FBI's concerns.
00:11:41.420 So officials discussed having a search warrant ready by early 2022 and made it clear there
00:11:46.420 would be no negotiation with Trump's attorneys, even as the FBI raised logistical and evidentiary
00:11:51.840 objections.
00:11:52.760 Then on August 8th, of course, Americans woke up to the stunning news that FBI had raided Mar-a-Lago.
00:11:59.980 The president, of course, was not home at the time.
00:12:03.760 Once again, I believe the purpose of this raid was to obtain the documents that were later
00:12:09.800 declassified by Tulsi Gabbard, the documents that show that this was a seditious conspiracy
00:12:18.200 that began in April of 19 of 2016 in that fateful meeting that included Barack Obama, Joe Biden,
00:12:29.140 National Security Advisor Susan Rice, FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan,
00:12:38.720 Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and, of course, National Security Director of Intelligence James Clapper.
00:12:46.880 Clapper very clearly is caught denying that he believed the Steele dossier was true.
00:12:55.780 But what we now know definitively, and this was shocking because we learned it last week,
00:13:00.960 was that CIA Director Gina Haspel, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and National Security Advisor
00:13:07.600 John Bolton, all working at the time for Donald Trump, were all told that the Steele dossier,
00:13:13.320 which provided the underlying premise for the investigation into Donald Trump, the intelligence
00:13:19.280 community assessment put together by Brennan, based on two fabricated points. One, that the Steele
00:13:26.540 dossier, that's the memo that claimed that Donald Trump had dallied with Russian prostitutes while
00:13:32.180 visiting Russia as a private citizen, and therefore they argued susceptible to blackmail, or the claim,
00:13:38.860 which is entirely false, that Russian intelligence hacked, conducted an online hack of the Democrat
00:13:45.400 National Committee. And that information about the DNC and Hillary's campaign, which was ultimately
00:13:51.220 published by WikiLeaks, was provided by the Russians, for which there is no forensic evidence or proof.
00:13:58.180 That is a claim. That's a claim by John Brennan, the CIA Director. The entire town is, of course,
00:14:06.260 rocked by these two stories in Vanity Fair about Susie Wiles and what all of that means.
00:14:14.140 I mean, I can tell you that I've known Susie Wiles for over 30 years. I think she does an excellent
00:14:19.860 job for the president. Part of having that job is taking the blame for stuff that you had nothing
00:14:24.640 to do with. Donald Trump is his own man. He's not managed. He's not handled. He's not controlled.
00:14:30.600 He's not scripted. So what you see is what you get. And right now, I would hate to be Maduro in
00:14:37.980 Venezuela. I would hate to be him because the president is determined to end the Marxist
00:14:43.660 narco-drug trafficking in the United States that begins in Venezuela, roots it wastes through Honduras
00:14:50.540 with the assistance of both the Chinese and the Cubans, only to kill people here in America.
00:14:56.880 That's what this effort to remove Maduro is about. It's not about regime change. It is about ending this
00:15:04.620 narco threat to America. I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone. Don't go
00:15:09.360 any way. Keep listening because we'll be right back.

00:16:26.060 Wear your ugliest Christmas sweaters, of course, and see a lot of your jolly friends. Once again,
00:16:32.160 Mr. Christmas, Vinny Madugno, singing all of your holiday favorites, live in concert December 20th

00:17:14.240 Shocking news, late last week, I've never seen this before, but a federal judge in the Eastern District
00:17:19.720 of Virginia actually ordered the Department of Justice to return the evidence that absolutely
00:17:26.300 proves that James Comey did lie under oath when he told the Congress under oath that he had never
00:17:34.680 supplied classified documents to anyone and instructed them to leak. And the emails in which
00:17:40.220 he does exactly that with his close friend Daniel Richman, for which he has not been prosecuted based
00:17:45.460 on a technicality, the court actually returned that to Mr. Richman, saying it was a violation of his
00:17:50.720 Fourth Amendment rights. I don't think so. They had probable cause and they have the absolute right
00:17:55.280 to investigate Mr. Richman. I have really never seen somebody who sues to get the evidence of their
00:18:03.540 criminal act back from the DOJ and succeeds, but we have seen it now. And Letitia James continues to
00:18:13.100 flaunt the fact that a federal prosecution against her seems to have failed in two grand juries. But
00:18:20.940 I still think there is an active case looking into a case of bribery, perhaps even tax evasion
00:18:26.800 into Letitia James. So the idea that mortgage fraud is her only crime would be incorrect.
00:18:32.220 I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone, and we'll be right back.
00:18:40.080 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative. On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:18:47.420 Into The Stone Zone. Well, all of Washington is buzzing about the two-part series in Vanity Fair,
00:18:55.200 which quotes Suzy Wiles extensively. Now, full disclosure, I have been a long
00:19:02.180 time friend and colleague as well as an admirer of President Trump's first woman chief of staff in
00:19:08.160 history, Suzy Wiles. She's enormously capable, low-key, and effective operative. Many during the
00:19:16.460 2020-2024 election criticized her campaign strategy and operations, but she's a winner.
00:19:23.920 And this idea that she's some kind of deep state insider just doesn't match with history. I first
00:19:30.620 met her in Ronald Reagan's campaign when Reagan was challenging the deep state candidate, George H.W.
00:19:35.880 Bush. She and I worked together for Ronald Reagan. Then in 2016, 1988, when she could have yet again
00:19:44.160 worked for George H.W. Bush, the epitome of the deep state, Mr. New World Order himself, she instead
00:19:50.240 chose to work with upstate New York Congressman Jack Kemp, who was the logical heir to Reaganism.
00:19:57.120 Then she managed the outsider campaign of Senator Rick Scott, a businessman, non-politician who came
00:20:03.540 out of nowhere to defeat the favorite Attorney General Bill McCollum of Florida and go on to
00:20:08.300 win the U.S. Senate seat and then go on to become governor of Florida. After Ron DeSantis won the 2018
00:20:15.720 primary in an upset based completely and totally on the Trump endorsement because DeSantis was having
00:20:23.680 trouble getting traction or raising money. He was running far behind the Agriculture Commissioner
00:20:29.020 Adam Putnam, who was endorsed by every Republican county chairman, every Republican member of the
00:20:34.860 state Senate, every Republican member of the state House, the Senate president, the all-powerful
00:20:40.400 Speaker Speaker of the House. Every Republican member of the congressional delegation with the
00:20:44.900 exception of Matt Gaetz had all endorsed Adam Putnam. But Matt Gaetz, in the end, persuaded President
00:20:51.600 Trump to support Ron DeSantis, which would, of course, later be repaid with a stunning act of treachery
00:20:58.520 when he turned on the man who made him politically and ran for president. But it was at that point that
00:21:04.940 President Trump told DeSantis to take Susie Wiles into his campaign because his nomination was a
00:21:11.080 phenomena by Fox Television and conservative radio. But he really had no organization on the ground and
00:21:18.300 he found himself in a very, very close race with Andrew Gillum, the mayor of Tallahassee, who would
00:21:26.700 later go down in a drug and sex scandal. Gillum was, like Obama, very charismatic, very well-spoken,
00:21:34.940 and because he had been a mayor, he well understood state issues. Ron DeSantis had spent his time in
00:21:41.280 Washington and didn't know much about state issues and therefore was basically faking it. I watched
00:21:46.460 those two debates, and I know at the time everybody claimed DeSantis had held his own. I think he lost
00:21:51.460 both of them. In any event, Susie Wiles is the one who saved that candidacy, put together a general
00:21:57.540 election campaign, and Ron DeSantis, in the end, won by 25,000 out of 8.9 million votes cast.
00:22:04.940 So for those who say Susie Wiles is affiliated with the World Economic Forum, that is false.
00:22:11.160 Susie Wiles was a lobbyist for Big Pharma and Pfizer, categorically false. Susie Wiles worked as
00:22:17.120 an employee for a company called Mercury. She was not a shareholder in equity company. But I think as
00:22:24.180 most people know, after that long string of victories, DeSantis turned on her. She was fired from her job
00:22:30.780 with DeSantis' PAC, fired from her contract with the Florida State Republican Committee, fired from
00:22:36.120 President Trump's re-election campaign, and fired from her lobbying job, which was then with Ballard
00:22:42.500 and Associates. And she moved over to Mercury. She handled no pharmaceutical clients. In fact,
00:22:48.920 most of her clients were Jacksonville-based defense-oriented and transportation clients. So a false
00:22:55.860 narrative gets written here. I think she and the president have an undeniable rapport. He recently
00:23:03.480 called her Susie Trump in a show of deep reference to her. So it should really come as no surprise that
00:23:09.140 the fake news media is now trying to drive a wedge between President Trump and Susie Wiles. The White
00:23:14.720 House gave access to Vanity Fair. And surprise, Vanity Fair is now twisting, and I think in many cases,
00:23:20.440 distorting what Susie Wiles actually said, pulling quotes out of context to create the appearance that
00:23:26.920 she attacked President Trump, Vice President Vanity Fair, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and others.
00:23:32.420 Susie Wiles herself responded to this hit piece in an extensive post on X, saying,
00:23:38.460 significant context was disregarded, and much of what I said and others said about the team and the
00:23:44.500 president was left out of the story. I assume after reading it that this was done to paint an
00:23:49.440 overwhelming, chaotic, and negative narrative about the president and her team, the truth is
00:23:54.240 the Trump White House has already accomplished more in 11 months than any other president has
00:23:58.720 accomplished in eight years, and that is in fact due to the unmatched leadership and vision of Donald
00:24:03.620 Trump, for whom Susie says she has been honored to work for the better part of a decade. None of this
00:24:09.360 will stop our relentless pursuit of making America great. So for those on the right who are critics of
00:24:15.740 Susie Wiles, please understand, the historic alliance with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. would never have
00:24:21.400 happened but for Susie Wiles, who saw the importance of it and negotiated it. The current investigation
00:24:27.980 into the legitimacy and the security of electronic voting machines that's being conducted by Tulsi Gabbard
00:24:36.660 and being ably assisted by others is authorized by Susie Wiles. Susie Wiles has been someone who brought
00:24:49.560 order out of chaos. Donald Trump is, he's not handled, not managed, as I said earlier, and working for him
00:24:55.100 means you have to understand him. You need to know when to push or when not to, but I think she has always
00:24:59.780 acted in the president's best interest. So it's not a good idea to give hacks at the Vanity Fair such
00:25:06.380 access to the administration. That does surprise me. On the other hand, we've seen these kind of
00:25:13.240 hit jobs. Again, this was a hit job. I personally think she's doing an excellent job. Donald Trump is not
00:25:20.780 some cookie-cutter, blow-dry, scripted politician. He is a tough customer who does things his way.
00:25:29.380 And Susie Wiles has excelled at trying to carry out his instructions for the best of her ability.
00:25:36.640 I also think she's one of the primary reasons why we have winners in this cabinet like Robert F.
00:25:42.960 Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard, Treasury Secretary Scott Bennett, Secretary of State Marco Rubio,
00:25:50.560 who has turned out to be one of the stars of this cabinet. I don't know if this is a concerted
00:25:59.460 effort to try to undermine Susie Wiles' effort, but she does a superb job. I was very glad to see
00:26:04.660 Donald Trump Jr. very strongly post in support of Susie Wiles. I noticed that virtually every cabinet
00:26:12.660 officer did so. She did allegedly say that the head of the Office of Management Budget, Russ
00:26:19.940 Vogt, who's a friend of mine, is a right-wing zealot. I agree with that. That makes two of us.
00:26:25.600 He is passionate about cutting waste and fraud and excess wasteful spending from the federal
00:26:32.900 government, as well as he's committed to low taxes. This is a typical kind of Washington-based
00:26:42.240 phenomenon, which the New York Times was first out. Now CNN is taking stories out of this.
00:26:48.540 These two vanity fair stories and taking them out of context or making them say things that were
00:26:55.500 not said or were said differently. Now, the one area where I must disagree respectfully with Susie
00:27:00.780 Wiles when she says that Bill Clinton was never on Epstein's Island, the president is incorrect
00:27:06.540 about that, President Trump. Actually, that is incorrect. If you look at my book, The Clinton's War on Women,
00:27:11.600 published in 2015, published in 2015, in which I have the official FAA manifest that shows you who was
00:27:19.660 on Epstein's plane and who traveled to the island. And if you would read the sworn testimony of
00:27:27.300 Virginia Roberts-Guffray, one of the Epstein witnesses who refused a multi-million dollar settlement,
00:27:37.380 there's no question that Bill Clinton traveled to Epstein's island on at least, based on the sworn
00:27:45.840 testimony at least, and the FAA records, at least three occasions. But it is also indisputable that
00:27:52.160 he was on Epstein's plane, the Lolita Express, at least 27 times. In fact, he took Epstein's plane with
00:28:01.040 Jeffrey Epstein to go meet the Sultan of Brunei to pick up a multi-million dollar check for the Clinton
00:28:07.280 Foundation. The Sultan and his brother, of course, are infamous pedophiles who keep harems of underage
00:28:16.040 girls. So that is the one thing that Susie Wong is incorrect about. On the other hand, I'm going to send her
00:28:24.660 my book for Christmas. This is a distraction, but we are clearly ratcheting up the pressure
00:28:32.540 on Maduro. I think it's very important that people understand that unlike other previous foreign
00:28:38.740 adventures, this is not about regime change, even though he is a communist thorn in our sides. This
00:28:45.600 is really about the epic state of Marxist narco-trafficking. People need to understand that
00:28:52.360 Venezuela is not a government. It is now a mafia cartel run entity in which the authority of
00:28:59.960 government is used to push the agenda and to protect the trafficking of people who are killing
00:29:06.000 hundreds of thousands of Americans. They are aided and abetted in this by certain elements in
00:29:13.520 Honduras. I'm going to expose all of that extraordinarily soon. They are aided and abetted by the Cuban state,
00:29:20.180 the most brutal regime perhaps in American history, other than perhaps the communist Chinese. They are
00:29:27.880 aided by the Chinese as well as the Russians. We all read that Vladimir Putin called Maduro and told
00:29:37.560 him not to worry about being attacked by the United States, that the Russians have his back. But again,
00:29:44.020 this is not about endless foreign war. It's not about groups on the ground. It's not a war like the
00:29:49.140 war on Iraq in which our inherent national interests were never true. I mean, as you may remember, Vice
00:29:54.760 President Dick Cheney and his right-hand man Bill Kristol told us that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.
00:30:03.620 They forced Colin Powell to testify falsely that the Iranians had yellow cake uranium with which to make
00:30:13.040 nuclear weapons. And lastly, they kept insisting falsely that the Iranians were deeply involved in the plot
00:30:20.620 and conspiracy to attack America on 9-11, which of course is untrue because all of the hijackers were
00:30:28.440 Saudis. And four of those Saudis had their visas to come to the United States signed by CIA director
00:30:35.640 John Brennan when he was the CIA station chief in RIDA. So that's the kind of endless foreign war,
00:30:47.480 war that I really think was designed to make millions of dollars for defense contractors. So
00:30:51.960 Dick Cheney, prior to his being vice president, was the head of the Halliburton Contrary, a multi-million
00:30:58.900 dollar construction and defense contractor. When he becomes vice president, he puts his stock in a blind
00:31:05.040 trust. But if he knows the stock is in the trust, how blind can the trust be? And the blind trust made
00:31:11.140 literally billions of dollars for Halliburton and hundreds of millions of dollars for Dick Cheney.
00:31:19.040 The American people did not vote in 2024 for more endless foreign wars like Afghanistan, like Syria,
00:31:27.780 like Iraq. Donald Trump is the peace president. But the fight over Venezuela is not about war and
00:31:35.600 peace. It's about ending the flood of lethal drugs that are flowing into our country. And on this,
00:31:43.260 President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio have stood extraordinarily strong.
00:31:50.060 We need to see what happens in Honduras. The Nationalist Party very clearly ran the gambit in which
00:31:56.780 Vice President Nasrallah breaks with the leftist Marxist-Libre Party runs as essentially a third
00:32:04.320 party candidate as the candidate of the Liberal Party in an effort to siphon votes from the nationalist
00:32:09.640 anti-Marxist trafficking party Libre. And the Nationalist candidate won. Now the left is talking
00:32:18.180 about a coup, even though they got 19 percent of the vote and they ran dead last. Who was it who signed a
00:32:26.260 drug criminal extradition treaty with the United States? That would be President Juan Orlando
00:32:32.140 Hernandez. Who was it who repealed that law? That would be Xiomar Castro, the current Marxist leader.
00:32:39.640 This is why they framed Hernandez, as I have explained substantially, both here in the Stone Zone
00:32:45.700 and in print, in an effort to get him out of the way when the only witnesses against him were convicted
00:32:51.260 murderers and the very drug traffickers that he extradited to the United States for their trials
00:32:57.220 and convictions. I'm Roger Stone and we'll be right back.
00:33:04.220 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative. On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:33:11.380 Welcome back to The Zone. Do you remember Uranium One? Uranium One was a big expose, actually first
00:33:19.380 published by the New York Times of all people. It was the 2010 deal that allowed Russia to seize control
00:33:25.380 over significant, even perhaps controlling uranium assets to the United States while Hillary Clinton
00:33:31.460 was the Secretary of State. This is a massive scandal because it's very clear that the Clinton
00:33:38.100 Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative got millions of dollars in return for this. And it was
00:33:45.000 FBI Director Mueller who actually took the uranium specimens to Russia to be examined before the deal
00:33:53.660 was done. Robert Mueller. The newly released FBI documents show that a criminal inquiry into the
00:34:00.900 Clintons, not pertaining just to this transaction, but the entire epic mosaic of corruption and pay for
00:34:08.920 play at the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative, was stonewalled by our FBI. Chairman Chuck
00:34:17.460 Grassley, the longest serving member of the Senate, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, revealed
00:34:23.900 that FBI agents believe there was enough evidence to pursue a full investigation into Uranium One's
00:34:29.820 transaction and its ties to the Clinton Foundation. But that investigation was killed, not because the
00:34:36.720 agents lacked evidence, but because of internal delays and obvious resistance at the senior levels of the
00:34:43.280 Justice Department. And the FBI quietly allowed the statute of limitations on this epic crime to expire.
00:34:51.440 You may remember, but the center of this controversy was the sale of Uranium One, which was a Canadian
00:34:57.200 mining company that had vast U.S. uranium holdings to Russia's state-owned nuclear firm, Rostakam. During that same period,
00:35:09.200 individuals connected to the deal donated millions to the Clinton Foundation. Bill Clinton was actually
00:35:14.960 paid a half million dollars for a speech in Moscow by a Kremlin-linked bank, which was promoting the
00:35:21.600 Uranium One stock. So despite the overwhelming amount of evidence, senior DOJ officials like Deputy Attorney General
00:35:30.400 Sally Yates and former FBI Director Andrew McCabe pushed hard to bury the case. The records reveal
00:35:38.080 collapsing morale among agents and professionals who felt their authority was being undermined and key
00:35:43.680 witnesses were being left unexamined on the orders of Justice Department officials who were involved in
00:35:50.000 approving the deal. And they wanted no examination of the deal. As a result of this cover-up, the United States
00:35:57.840 remains vulnerable today. Russia supplied roughly 20% of America's enriched uranium as recently as last
00:36:03.280 year. A dependency Congress is now scrambling to unwind. This is why these deep state criminals must be
00:36:09.680 brought to justice, in my opinion. We have no time to waste. As President Trump leaves, there's a major
00:36:15.360 chance we will go back to the same corrupt status quo unless, ultimately, those who broke the law, violated the
00:36:21.200 Constitution. In this massive fraud of lawfare against President Donald Trump, as well as these venal
00:36:30.080 corruption deals by Bill and Hillary Clinton, the American people expect justice. No, I'm sorry. It's not
00:36:37.440 about retribution and revenge. It's not motivated by retribution. It's revenge. It's driven by a desire for
00:36:44.880 accountability and justice. We must have one set of laws for both Republicans and Democrats. Not
00:36:51.520 reasonable that James Comey and I are charged with the same crime, but he's allowed to leisurely turn
00:36:57.040 himself in when I have 29 heavily armed FBI agents with a CNN camera in tow raiding my house at six
00:37:04.240 o'clock in the morning, brandishing fully automatic assault weapons. We should have one standard, not two.
