00:01:07.600 President Donald Trump has released a 28-point peace plan that will bring an end to the war between Russia and Ukraine.
00:01:16.960 He is demanding that both sides get on board, as there will never be a better opportunity for peace than there is right now.
00:01:23.560 For those who insist that we have an obligation to defend Ukraine, they seem to forget that when the Russians agreed to the reunification of East and West Germany,
00:01:33.700 we signed an agreement with the Soviets called the Budapest Memorandum, in which we, the United States, signed by Secretary of State James A. Baker III, on behalf of our country,
00:01:44.480 agreed not to push Ukraine into NATO, which is to say, not to mount NATO missiles paid for by U.S. taxpayers aimed at Russia.
00:01:53.560 We reaffirmed our agreement not to do this in the Minsk Accords.
00:01:58.620 Therefore, the act by the Biden administration to push NATO, Ukraine membership for NATO, into NATO, is a violation of those agreements and the reason for this war.
00:02:11.180 This idea that Putin wants to gobble up all of Ukraine and then Germany and then France and then Poland is nonsensical.
00:02:20.600 The decision, as put forward by Trump, I should say, the deal would reaffirm Ukraine's sovereignty, would achieve a non-aggression pact between Russia, Ukraine and Europe,
00:02:32.780 would stop Russia from incurring into Europe, would facilitate better relations with Russia and the NATO nations,
00:02:40.600 would give security guarantees to Ukraine in the event that Russia violated the agreement, would limit Ukraine's military buildup, keeps Ukraine out of NATO, consistent with two signed agreements we have with the Russians previously.
00:02:56.560 But it also stations European fighter jets in Poland, it reinstates democratic elections in Ukraine, which I assure you Zelensky does not want, having postponed them indefinitely.
00:03:10.600 So don't tell me this fight is about democracy.
00:03:13.380 It would invest considerable resources into rebuilding Ukraine, as much as $10 billion, which is currently sanctioned funds in the United States that belong to Russia,
00:03:27.940 would reintegrate Russia into the global economy, would extend nuclear non-proliferation treaties between the nations,
00:03:35.540 would split nuclear power between Russia and Ukraine, and start the de-radicalization process.
00:03:46.240 My opinion, President Trump has created a fair and equitable deal that both Russia and Ukraine should be able to agree upon.
00:03:53.440 Now he's given them both a deadline of this Thursday, that's Thanksgiving.
00:03:58.440 Anyway, President Trump is done spending billions of dollars, much of which, by his own admission, is being stolen, and is exerting maximum pressure to finalize this deal.
00:04:10.260 A Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, is reportedly not happy about it, as ending the war would end his spigot of welfare from the United States in a lesser amount from our European allies.
00:04:21.860 No more golden-plated toilets for him and his cronies.
00:04:25.300 By the way, I went down and saw his multi-million dollar condominium in Miami.
00:04:31.400 How does a politician afford that?
00:04:35.360 As Zelensky said, now the pressure on Ukraine is one of the most difficult.
00:04:40.320 Now Ukraine must find itself facing a very difficult choice, either loss of dignity or the risk of losing a key party.
00:04:47.040 No, it's the loss of the millions of dollars that we have been raining on him with very little accountability.
00:04:53.280 As President Trump famously told Zelensky, he does not hold the cards.
00:04:58.680 The only thing Zelensky has going for him is no shame and no concern for the welfare of his own people.
00:05:05.700 He'll throw away as many of them as necessary, showing them into the meat grinder of war to fuel this power trip and his vices, even though he knows this war is lost.
00:05:16.500 In my opinion, it's time for President Trump to cut Zelensky off, regardless of whether or not he accepts the peace deal on Thanksgiving.
00:05:24.480 For those out there who want to call me a Russian stooge, let me remind you.
00:05:29.120 My relatives were killed on the streets of Budapest in 1956 by Russian tanks.
00:05:34.640 I have no affinity for Putin, the Russians, and my entire political background is rooted in my anti-communism.
00:05:43.720 But we have spent too much on this war and too many people have died.
00:05:49.160 It is time to end the war.
00:05:51.520 Meanwhile, after a bombshell report by Tucker Carlson exposing the social media behavior of Thomas Matthew Crooks,
00:06:00.440 the man who the FBI tells us attempted to assassinate President Trump last year in Butler, Pennsylvania,
00:06:07.080 more details are emerging about his social media activity.
00:06:11.240 And I guess it's unsurprising.
00:06:13.760 Crooks referred to himself with the pronouns of they, them on different social media profiles,
00:06:19.720 indicating he identifies as a non-binary or transgendered individual.
00:06:26.080 He also posted frequently on DeviantArt, a community known to be for furries,
00:06:31.920 which is a sexual provision based on role-playing by humans pretending to be animals.
00:06:39.200 Whatever.
00:06:40.320 As Tucker Carlson's report showed, Crooks has also left a continuous string of terrorist threats
00:06:45.360 on various social media profiles throughout the course of the years.
00:06:49.720 An unnamed source who's familiar with Crooks' social media profile said,
00:06:53.900 he left a digital trail of violent threats, extremist ideology, and admiration for mass violence.
00:07:01.520 He spoke openly of political assassination, posted under his real name,
00:07:06.380 and was even flagged by other users who mentioned this to law enforcement in their replies.
00:07:11.360 Despite this, his account remained active for more than five years
00:07:15.580 and was only removed the day after the attempted shooting of President Donald Trump.
00:07:22.200 None of this online activity was referenced in the final Congress report released in December of 2024,
00:07:28.500 which to me makes the whole thing even more troubling.
00:07:31.540 So the question becomes,
00:07:33.760 why was Thomas Matthew Crooks allowed to say these things on social media without being censored?
00:07:39.840 And why did the feds and authorities want to cover this up?
00:07:44.060 The FBI came out this week and said that their investigations came to the conclusion
00:07:49.060 that Thomas Matthew Crooks acted alone.
00:07:51.620 There was no conspiracy to think of.
00:07:54.180 So as usual, once again, it's the lone nut who did it.
00:07:58.180 So move along, nothing to see here, back to your regularly scheduled programming.
00:08:03.480 With all due respect to FBI Director Cash Patel and Dan Bongino,
00:08:07.740 this feels like the same old runaround that we would expect from the FBI
00:08:11.560 and other deep state entities in the pre-Trump area.
00:08:15.860 We must demand the truth and find out now how President Trump was almost assassinated.
00:08:23.140 There's clearly much more to this story than we are being told.
00:08:26.340 I have enormous respect for Tucker Carlson for having the courage to put this information forward.
00:08:33.120 Meanwhile, President Trump has ordered an end to the temporary protected status,
00:08:39.720 TPS, of immigrants in the state of Minnesota,
00:08:42.880 and the Somali community is predictably up in arms as a result of this.
00:08:47.660 This comes in response to a City Journal report explaining how welfare fraud in Minneapolis
00:08:53.540 is funding the famous Al-Shabaab terror group back in Somalia.
00:08:58.980 A source revealed to the City Journal in Minneapolis that the biggest funder of Al-Shabaab
00:09:04.980 is the Minnesota taxpayer, with millions being funneled from fraudulent schemes.
00:09:10.060 Some of that had been discovered in recent months,
00:09:12.360 including misrepresenting the number of autistic children
00:09:15.560 to bill hundreds of millions of dollars out of Medicare,
00:09:18.520 this money being sent to the coffers of a terrorist group, Al-Shabaab, in Somalia.
00:09:25.560 Under Governor Tim Walz, there have been at least 28 different fraud scandals.
00:09:31.860 In these liberal regimes, they're often too scared to investigate any ethnic minority group,
00:09:37.180 like Somalis, because of their fear of being labeled as racist.
00:09:41.040 Liberal, like Walz, want to prop up Somalis in Minnesota as banner citizens
00:09:46.240 and the future of America when the reality paints a very different grim picture.
00:09:51.480 Import the third world and you become the third world.
00:09:55.200 So by ending this special status for Somalians living in Minnesota,
00:10:01.800 this will impact a very small number of people, roughly 500 people,
00:10:05.980 but it will be an important gesture to the Somalis that their corruption
00:10:09.640 and their theft of U.S. taxpayer money will not be tolerated here.
00:10:15.100 You will not have Sharia law here in America.
00:10:18.700 Here, we live under the U.S. Constitution
00:10:21.540 and the laws passed by both houses of Congress and signed into law by our president.
00:10:27.740 Under Sharia, we will have the rule of the jungle.
00:10:30.220 You will abide by the rule of law and the Constitution if you live in the United States
00:10:35.560 or you will be locked up and deported if you are here illegally.
00:10:40.720 Those are the options.
00:10:43.000 There will be no more special treatment for foreigners.
00:10:46.240 Meanwhile, two of the most honorable patriots serving this administration,
00:10:50.220 Federal Housing and Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte
00:10:52.800 and Trump pardon attorney Ed Martin, according to NBC,
00:10:56.960 were under investigation by the DOJ.
00:10:59.940 Turns out, however, that this report is just more fake news.
00:11:07.260 This is a collaboratory ruse between the deep state and specifically NBC.
00:11:14.280 We spoke about Ken Delanian earlier.
00:11:16.660 This is the single most irresponsible distortionist pretending to be a journalist practicing today.
00:11:24.500 A report by Delanian and his woman partner at NBC claimed that Bill Pulte,
00:11:31.220 the director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency,
00:11:34.060 and White House pardon attorney Ed Martin are under investigation
00:11:37.520 based on speculatory claims they've abused their authority
00:11:41.240 in pursuing justice against FBI Director James Comey,
00:11:45.700 Senator Adam Schiff, and Letitia James.
00:11:48.640 According to the reports, the Trump DOJ is investigating Pulte and Martin.
00:11:54.220 This turns out to be categorically false.
00:11:58.480 The Justice Department is not investigating
00:12:00.100 either its chief private attorney Ed Martin
00:12:02.140 or its top housing regulator Bill Pulte for their role
00:12:05.180 in probing Senator Adam Schiff,
00:12:07.600 and recent grand jury subpoenas were designed to secure documents
00:12:11.100 about Schiff's mortgages and ascertain their origins.
00:12:14.080 Let's be very clear.
00:12:16.200 Every document being used in the prosecution
00:12:19.620 of New York Attorney General of Letitia James
00:12:22.620 or potentially in the prosecution of Senator Adam Schiff
00:12:27.100 or potentially in the prosecution of Congressman Eric Swalwell
00:12:30.960 can be found online by anyone who has a laptop and half a brain.
00:12:36.780 So there is no leak.
00:12:39.140 We are going to come back to this right now.
00:12:44.720 We go to our guest, Larry Schnapp,
00:12:46.760 who is, to me, the most respected JFK assassinist researcher in the country.
00:12:53.720 We'll be back with Larry after the break.
00:12:55.960 This is Roger Stone.

00:15:07.020 Welcome back to the Roger Stone Show.
00:15:09.620 Yesterday was, of course, once again, the 62nd anniversary of the brutal murder of President John F. Kennedy in the streets of Dallas.
00:15:17.680 Joining us now is the JFK researcher in the country who I respect above all others.
00:15:24.320 I speak, of course, of New York City lawyer Larry Schnapp,
00:15:27.960 who is more knowledgeable on the subject than literally anyone I know,
00:15:32.480 and a man who regards it completely and totally without political bias,
00:15:37.340 taking his research where the facts go.
00:15:39.700 Larry, thanks for joining us.
00:15:41.420 Hi, Roger.
00:15:41.900 Thank you.
00:15:42.300 Sorry for the delay.
00:15:43.140 I had a little phone problems.
00:15:44.920 Not at all.
00:15:45.900 We're going to adjust for that.
00:15:47.140 I want to get your reaction to two things.
00:15:50.540 One is this story we saw earlier in the week that, according to Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna,
00:15:59.300 who I know you met with not long ago and hopefully you'll be working more closely with
00:16:03.400 because she's a true American hero in her pursuit of the missing information we still don't have,
00:16:09.080 there were reports of a CIA whistleblower revealing that there were those in the agency
00:16:15.900 bragging about their efforts to mislead congressional investigators regarding Lee Harvey's Oswald's activities in Mexico before President Kennedy was assassinated.
00:16:27.160 What do you make of this, Larry?
00:16:28.240 Yes, this is Tom Piercy, and we knew about this story a couple years ago.
00:16:35.580 You know, we knew about this fact that he went into this CIA facility in Herndon, Virginia,
00:16:42.120 and they had a special skiff room for JFK records, and there was, he came across, it was a file,
00:16:50.440 misfiled in the records he was looking for.
00:16:53.480 He wasn't looking for JFK records.
00:16:55.460 He was working, he had previously worked with the State Department.
00:16:59.440 He was working on the Foreign Relations Series for the Carter years, and there was this misfiled document,
00:17:07.000 and it was a 50-page IG, Inspector General report, showing how, there was basically a damage assessment,
00:17:14.280 saying how they performed with the HSCA, and they were bragging about how they basically fooled them,
00:17:22.060 and no damage had been done.
00:17:24.380 Now, this man was afraid of releasing his name all these years, but particularly during the Biden administration,
00:17:33.360 because he feared he was going to be prosecuted, as you know.
00:17:37.940 And once President Trump issued his executive order, he now became free enough to actually put his name to the story.
00:17:45.500 And he's a very credible person, and I think CIA Director Rutledge needs to get to the bottom of this,
00:17:55.460 and if there's a skiff full of JFK records, President Trump's order has essentially declassified
00:18:03.300 every record the government has about JFK assassination.
00:18:08.380 Those records should be released immediately.
00:18:10.740 Yeah, I think you were the one who pointed out to me that as good as the President's order was,
00:18:16.420 it wasn't really sufficiently broad, meaning it ordered the National Archives to make everything public,
00:18:22.060 but as you pointed out to me, there are various bureaus and elements in our government
00:18:27.440 who still have records regarding the assassination that they never turned over to the National Archives.
00:18:33.020 That is true, and in the lawsuit that I'm co-counseled to with Mary Farrell,
00:18:39.420 well, we're going to be amending our complaint and take the litigation position,
00:18:42.840 that President Trump's order is broad enough.
00:18:45.920 It's, you know, the way it's been implemented has been,
00:18:50.000 they've been focusing on the records in the JFK collection,
00:18:52.740 which are the records that are in the possession of the National Archives.
00:18:56.640 But President Trump said that, you know, he determined that it's in the public interest
00:19:00.520 for all records to be released that pertain to the JFK assassination.
00:19:05.420 So we're going to take the litigation position that applies to all records,
00:19:10.560 but the energy has been focused so far on releasing the records in the collection.
00:19:15.720 But these are records that were never turned over to the CIA.
00:19:18.740 In fact, there's a memo that was uncovered,
00:19:24.080 which indicated they had provided a sanitized three-volume set of records
00:19:29.420 to Professor Blakely when he was the head of the HSCA, sanitized versions.
00:19:35.760 And he looked at them and gave them back.
00:19:38.500 The CIA person there said, is there any questions you have?
00:19:41.100 He said, no.
00:19:42.060 And they said they never found a person that was more uncurious than Robert Blakely.
00:19:46.600 So this set of rec, this SCIF room, we need to get to Director Blackcliffe
00:19:57.360 and get him to let someone get in there and take a look at the records to see what's there.
00:20:02.560 We're going to take a quick break,
00:20:04.120 and we'll be back with more of JFK researcher
00:20:07.680 and respected attorney Larry Snapp on the other side.
00:20:12.240 At Capital One, we're more than just a credit card company.
00:20:15.580 We're people just like you who believe in the power of yes.
00:20:20.260 Yes to new opportunities.
00:20:22.120 Yes to second chances.
00:20:24.180 Yes to a fresh start.
00:20:26.180 That's why we've helped over 4 million Canadians get access to a credit card.

00:21:18.860 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:21:21.840 And we're back.
00:21:23.020 We're talking to Larry Snap,
00:21:25.340 one of the most respected JFK researchers in the country,
00:21:30.400 a very able New York-based lawyer who's brought a number of lawsuits to compel the U.S. government
00:21:36.860 to release remaining JFK assassination records in the past,
00:21:40.820 and I believe is doing the same today.
00:21:43.460 Larry, I want to ask you about an incredible document which you sent me,
00:21:47.660 a document which I have read about but never actually seen until now.
00:21:52.260 This is a top-secret report from the U.S. Justice Department reporting on sources in the Soviet Union
00:22:03.260 who's summarizing the views of the Soviet government in 1963 to the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
00:22:13.880 And the most shocking revelation in this document is that the KGB,
00:22:20.140 based on their own investigation and sources,
00:22:22.900 believe that Lyndon Baines Johnson was the driving force, as I do,
00:22:28.660 behind the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
00:22:31.440 What do you make of this document?
00:22:32.620 Yeah, this was recently declassified.
00:22:36.220 It's from 1966, and Hoover's forwarding this discovery to Marvin Watson at LBJ's office.
00:22:46.380 And the reason I forwarded it to you is because Representative Luna had recently obtained from the Russians
00:22:54.480 a, some sort of Russian dossier of about a hundred-something pages,
00:23:01.720 and, you know, it hasn't been translated yet.
00:23:03.680 But I don't think, from what the few people that have looked at it and who have Russian skills have,
00:23:09.760 that this may not be the document that Hoover was referring to.
00:23:14.240 But apparently the Russian, the Soviets, did a two-year investigation in 64 and 65 on the assassination.
00:23:21.680 And I don't believe we've seen this, you know, the actual report.
00:23:26.800 We have this memo summarizing, you know, what the findings are.
00:23:30.740 But I think this should be brought to the attention of Secretary State Rubio.
00:23:36.000 And maybe we can get this as part of the Ukraine negotiations.
00:23:39.920 I don't know.
00:23:40.420 I'm just, you know, the Russians appear to be willing to turn over documents to us
00:23:45.760 that they have about the Kennedy assassination.
00:23:47.740 There's still five feet of records from the KGB in Minsk.
00:23:52.940 So this might be a very opportune time to try to, you know, to try to get these records.
00:23:57.620 But this is kind of a bombshell.
00:24:00.100 It is really, it is a fascinating reading.
00:24:02.980 And then lastly, you have been in the forefront of those who I think have been pointing out
00:24:09.540 a number of documents that are not in the JFK records collection maintained by the National Archives,
00:24:17.860 but which would be absolutely essential to getting a fuller picture of who killed John F. Kennedy.
00:24:24.480 Give us a quick rundown of those, if you would.
00:24:26.840 Yeah.
00:24:27.020 So when I met with Representative Luna, they asked me for a list of priority documents.
00:24:32.700 And so I sent them to them.
00:24:34.480 And we have talked about some of these in the past.
00:24:37.160 But the leading ones, I think, are the FBI had a sting operation on Carlos Marcello in the mid-1980s
00:24:46.700 where he was allegedly caught on tape indicating that he was behind the assassination,
00:24:52.320 that he knew Oswald, and that he actually was the one that put Ruby, you know, in Dallas.
00:25:03.100 And, you know, Marcello was a very strong supporter of LBJ.
00:25:06.760 I mean, he gave him lots of money, you know, both in 1960 and before then.
00:25:12.500 So we need to get these tapes, which were sealed during the Camtex sting operation, released.
00:25:21.720 There's also records that the CIA conducted right after the assassination.
00:25:27.700 They apparently did an investigation in Miami of Cuban exiles and Castro supporters.
00:25:35.300 They denied they did this.
00:25:36.700 But from November 63 to March 64, they conducted this investigation.
00:25:40.020 They did daily reports.
00:25:42.980 And when the HSEA was around, this Donald Heath was the one who was in charge of this investigation,
00:25:51.840 advised them of these reports that were sitting in the CIA, in an office in the CIA.
00:25:58.020 And there was no follow-up.
00:26:00.040 And we didn't know who this man, Donald Heath, was for all these years because his name was redacted.
00:26:04.500 He died in, you know, I think in 2018.
00:26:07.980 And we learned his name then.
00:26:09.960 So those memos should be pulled up.
00:26:12.340 Walter Sheridan did an investigation for Bobby Kennedy.
00:26:17.560 And when the assassination review board tried to get those files that he had deposited with the JFK library,
00:26:25.900 he had them sent to NBC as part of the garrison investigation.
00:26:32.020 And the ARB actually sued for those records, but then they went out of business and couldn't get them.
00:26:37.560 So we've told, we've asked Congresswoman Luna to get copies of those.
00:26:42.400 There are also papers of RFK that he had removed papers from the White House right after the president was shot.
00:26:51.020 And we're trying to get those as well.
00:26:53.760 And then we're trying to get the William Harvey travel records from 1963.
00:26:57.840 This is another news item that occurred since the last time you and I spoke.
00:27:03.140 The records that were released in March, there was a record there showing that Bill Harvey,
00:27:09.160 after he had been relieved from command of the ZR Rifle assassination group,
00:27:17.480 got a certificate from the FAA, which allowed him to travel domestically in the United States
00:27:24.600 without being put on any travel, the list of travelers.
00:27:31.140 And there is evidence that he was meeting in Florida with Johnny Roselli in April of 63,
00:27:37.580 was making phone calls to Chicago and to Los Angeles,
00:27:41.740 and had dinner with some Americans who were not undercover,
00:27:47.880 and also paid for a first-class ticket back to Chicago.
00:27:52.060 So what is he doing in the United States working on assassination materials?
00:27:57.620 And all these expenses were charged to the assassination effort, the ZR Rifle Group.
00:28:05.880 So this is important information.
00:28:08.340 We never before knew the FAA was involved with this.
00:28:11.840 And it leads me to believe that maybe Roselli and David Morales and others
00:28:17.220 were traveling without being on the travel manifest either.
00:28:21.340 So this is an important thing to get.
00:28:23.980 And Representative Luna said she's going to try to get the copies of the transcripts of the interviews
00:28:31.920 that William Manchester took of Bobby Kennedy and Jackie Kennedy for his book, Death of a President.
00:28:39.420 These were, the tapes were sealed at the request of the Kennedy family not to be released until 2067.
00:28:46.400 But apparently, you know, Representative Luna is tenacious,
00:28:50.860 and she's apparently gotten permission to at least get the transcripts.
00:28:56.960 All right.
00:28:57.220 So we're, you know, we're making progress.
00:29:00.180 But you and I got to talk about getting some other of the agencies moving a little faster.
00:29:04.900 We shouldn't have to rely on Representative Luna, one person,
00:29:07.700 to get all these records released to comply with the order.
00:29:10.700 Agreed.
00:29:11.180 All right.
00:29:11.420 I'm afraid we have to leave it there.
00:29:12.720 I want to thank our guest, Larry Snaps, for joining us on the day after the 62nd anniversary
00:29:17.800 of the assassination of JFK.
00:29:20.440 Once again, sadly, more questions than answers today.
00:29:24.100 You're listening to The Roger Stone Show, and we'll be right back.
00:29:27.280 The Roger Stone Show, and we'll be right back.
00:29:57.280 I'll be right back.
00:29:57.860 I'm Reese's.
00:30:01.500 The Stone Zone.
00:30:03.560 Entertaining and informative.
00:30:05.720 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:30:08.660 Welcome back to The Roger Stone Show.
00:30:11.460 Joining me now is Lori Gregory.
00:30:15.360 Lori Gregory is a health freedom activist.
00:30:18.460 She's actually the woman who brought me into the health freedom movement.
00:30:23.480 She gave me an enormous amount of information regarding the safety and effectiveness of
00:30:29.380 vaccinations, which I found shocking.
00:30:32.220 I learned a great deal from my friendship with her.
00:30:34.820 She's also a very good friend of Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert Kennedy.
00:30:40.380 And she's one of the most knowledgeable people I know in the so-called health freedom space.
00:30:46.700 Lori, welcome to The Roger Stone Show.
00:30:48.660 Thank you so much, Roger.
00:30:51.020 What an honor it is to be with you and one of my great moments to be able to share with
00:30:57.080 you what we've known for so long in this long litany of vaccine policy.
00:31:05.000 And we still have a long way to go, unfortunately.
00:31:07.980 But I'm hoping we're going to get there with this administration.
00:31:11.400 I know that there are some in the health freedom movement who are unsatisfied, dissatisfied,
00:31:17.300 I should say, with the progress to date of the Make America Healthy movement, essentially
00:31:25.460 under the leadership of Robert Kennedy, but with the absolute blessings of President Donald
00:31:30.640 Trump.
00:31:30.940 I personally think when you're up against Big Pharma, one of the best funded and most
00:31:37.180 powerful and insidious lobbies in Washington, D.C., that he's making amazing progress.
00:31:44.560 What's your view?
00:31:46.360 I think we have inches that can add up to feet and we have to take every win we can get.
00:31:53.400 I also think that we have to look at what's doable, right?
00:31:57.760 I mean, this week we had a lot of folks in Maha getting excited because there was a shift
00:32:03.960 on the CDC website about autism and vaccines.
00:32:09.260 But, Roger, if we're going to have accountability in this administration, we're going to have
00:32:14.200 to have more than this sort of window dressing, which is actually adding to even more confusion
00:32:19.300 because of the language that continues to deny the history of corruption that has led us
00:32:26.560 to this point.
00:32:28.120 So I think we have a short window here where we can accomplish some very important strides.
00:32:34.680 Namely, it would be really incredible if the president could help us enforce the 1986
00:32:41.680 Act as it was intended.
00:32:44.420 You know, this was passed by Congress and signed into law by Ronald Reagan in 1986.
00:32:50.780 It was supposed to provide swift, generous, and non-adversarial compensation to those who
00:32:58.400 are injured by vaccines.
00:32:59.960 These are veterans in the war on disease.
00:33:03.020 Unfortunately, the history of the act is that it's been just the opposite.
00:33:08.180 It's been extremely adversarial.
00:33:10.160 In some cases, we have injury cases that are lingering for 12 plus years, and it's been
00:33:15.840 anything but generous.
00:33:17.120 And of course, you know, the big elephant in the room is the gutting of removing residual
00:33:26.080 seizure disorder, which is the bucket that all the autism cases used to go into in the
00:33:31.060 1990s.
00:33:32.400 That was taken off of the vaccine injury table in 1996.
00:33:36.940 And then despite a series of events after that indicating that, you know, we know there's
00:33:44.500 been causation connections, including, you know, special Master Hastings said in a footnote
00:33:52.000 in 2002, there were 6,000 cases being prepared for vaccine courts that were autism and residual
00:33:59.320 seizure disorder related.
00:34:00.700 He made a footnote that we've always compensated for autism cases as injury table cases, but
00:34:07.420 autism and autism related diagnoses were removed from that table.
00:34:12.760 And now we have, you know, thousands of children that have not been compensated.
00:34:19.720 So there are some things that can be done to correct this.
00:34:22.600 And it wouldn't take a tremendous effort for us to actually get a better performance out
00:34:29.520 of this legislation.
00:34:30.740 I mean, as you know, up until Mike Pence became vice president, there was a dedicated website
00:34:38.340 where you could go to see how many cases had been filed, how many people had been compensated.
00:34:45.280 When Mike Pence from Indiana, whose entire career was funded by Big Pharma, his career as governor,
00:34:52.680 his career in the House, his ascendancy to the vice presidency, they no longer posted this
00:34:57.940 information online.
00:34:59.740 I'm not sure that the president, God love him, was aware of this.
00:35:04.060 I think he became more broadly aware of the health freedom movement and the excesses and
00:35:11.280 abuses within the health portions of our government in his out years as president when he was not
00:35:19.700 president.
00:35:20.720 And of course, I still think that his historic alliance with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. built a new
00:35:28.060 permanent, potentially permanent governing coalition.
00:35:32.920 But that is only if Republicans can continue to win the votes of those who put making America
00:35:42.400 healthy again in the forefront of their agenda.
00:35:46.840 You make an excellent point regarding the current status of the enforcement of the 1986 Act.
00:35:59.120 This is something that absolutely needs to be done.
00:36:04.200 Generally speaking, I would also like to get your views on the president's other health appointees.
00:36:11.220 What is your view, for example, of our current head of the FDA?
00:36:16.560 Well, it's a great question.
00:36:18.480 I think we've seen small moves.
00:36:21.480 But I don't think we're I don't think Maha's expectations are being met.
00:36:29.280 Most of the FDA measures have been around food and those are all good things.
00:36:33.700 But, you know, let's face it, Roger.
00:36:36.260 The fact that vaccines cause autism is the least kept secret in Washington.
00:36:41.840 Everybody knows and everybody has known since the early 1990s that there's a causal relationship
00:36:49.440 between vaccines and autism.
00:36:51.880 And the vaccine court itself has awarded hundreds of millions of dollars for autism.
00:36:56.960 So we have a cover up that, you know, we can trace back to the 1999 Verstraten study at
00:37:04.260 the CDC, which shows causation that led to Simpsonwood, where Verstraten was instructed to bury it.
00:37:11.400 And so, you know, I appreciate the team that Secretary Kennedy has assembled.
00:37:17.540 And I have great hopes, as I know Maha does.
00:37:20.600 But it's it's kind of like calling out the emperor for not having clothes.
00:37:26.220 We have to identify that this if President Trump truly is going to make autism his most important
00:37:35.280 issue in his administration, then we have to identify better ways to not only define and
00:37:43.160 and reestablish this injury on the vaccine table for compensation.
00:37:49.420 But we also have to start releasing the data.
00:37:52.560 We have data that will show clinically, as well as in health outcomes.
00:37:58.220 It would provide transparency that would give evidence of causation, which is essential in
00:38:04.500 the vaccine court.
00:38:05.560 So we have a mechanism that we're not utilizing.
00:38:09.840 We have Medicare, Medicaid data.
00:38:12.380 We have data, you know, that is managed by Pfizer, which is the vaccine safety data link.
00:38:18.400 There's 21 million patients in that database.
00:38:21.720 We have so much access if we had access, if we had public access to that data, we could
00:38:28.420 provide the information that is needed to get swifter compensation for the vaccine injured.
00:38:36.780 And we could address this issue of autism once and for all.
00:38:40.460 We have to have compensation for the injured.
00:38:42.760 And the data is the key.
00:38:43.980 A key question here, and that is, is it conceivable to you that it is not the vaccination itself
00:38:50.780 that causes autism, but the things that are included, such as mercury, that may be the
00:38:57.680 causation?
00:38:59.980 Well, there are various ways that autism can present itself.
00:39:05.780 Autism itself was never listed on the table.
00:39:09.660 The description of autism can be autoimmune.
00:39:14.900 There's autism that looks like neuroinflammatory condition.
00:39:18.440 There's autism that's mitochondrial.
00:39:20.820 Experts would need to define and put a notice in the federal register that would allow for
00:39:25.300 30 days to comment in order to properly define, you know, how there is causation connecting
00:39:33.420 the application of vaccines and vaccine injury in its expression for conditions that can at
00:39:42.940 times be diagnosed as autism.
00:39:45.980 And this, you know, sort of detailed analysis of not only defining the term, but then figuring
00:39:54.400 out how to identify ways to, you know, put that information into a feedback loop to make
00:40:01.720 better products, you know, a lot of Maha call for the repeal of the act.
00:40:06.480 They don't think vaccine makers should have any kind of liability protection for their
00:40:12.420 products.
00:40:13.000 But at the end of the day, Roger, it's much easier to fix policy that's broken than to
00:40:18.880 try to reestablish brand new policy.
00:40:21.400 And so enforcing the act and implementing it in its its actual the way that it serves the
00:40:31.380 vaccine injured and vaccine court would be a huge win for Maha.
00:40:35.220 And I would beg to say, actually, that pharma would be relieved because they don't want to
00:40:39.880 give up that fabulous business model of liability protection.
00:40:43.340 So I think that there could be a win win if President Trump would consider, you know, some
00:40:49.860 of these changes need to be done through a statute, you know, through a statute, but he could tie
00:40:55.940 that to one of his must have bills.
00:40:58.300 And that would be to expand the filing window.
00:41:01.820 We have a policy of vaccine injury denial instead of a policy of vaccine injury compensation.
00:41:07.780 We need to make that shift and making a couple of these tweaks would actually allow for the
00:41:15.160 act to do what it was supposed to do.
00:41:18.880 And it would it would correct a lot of the brokenness that's been in the system that has
00:41:24.320 created this problem to begin with.
00:41:26.040 All right.
00:41:26.580 We have to leave it there.
00:41:27.480 I want to thank my guest, Lori Gregory, and thank all of you for tuning in today to The
