00:01:09.460 Well, I just returned from what could be the greatest single and largest single gathering of pro-family, pro-freedom, pro-U.S. Constitution, pro-God, young people in America's history.
00:01:25.880 I went to the Turning Point USA's America Fest 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona.

00:01:35.320 I had an all-star lineup of important conservative speakers, including highlights by Vice President J.D. Vance, who spoke almost immediately after me, as well as the National Security Advisor, Tulsi Gabbard.
00:01:52.000 I heard excellent speech by Tucker Carlson, my good friend Jack Posobiec, and a number of others.
00:01:58.500 Because I had but 10 minutes, I took the opportunity to recount the fact that on January 25, 2019, when 29 heavily armed FBI agents stormed my home at 6 o'clock in the morning to arrest me for the completely fabricated crime of lying before Congress regarding Russian collusion,
00:02:22.500 that we now know, based on the documents released by Tulsi Gabbard and declassified, never actually existed.
00:02:30.740 It was a frame job to pressure me to testify falsely against President Donald Trump and insist that there was Russian collusion when there was none.
00:02:39.620 It was an awful process, but after I was arrested and my wife and I were perp-walked for the CNN cameras, I was taken handcuffed to Miramar, to the FBI's station there, to be fingerprinted and to be mug-shotted.

00:02:58.200 My hands were behind my back in the car on the way for almost two hours in traffic.
00:03:03.400 I asked the FBI officer whether he could put the cuffs to my front, and he refused.

00:03:36.820 They informed me that the prosecution intended to release me without bond, which, of course, demonstrates that the whole idea that I had to be arrested in the manner I was, because I was a flight risk, was not true at all.
00:03:50.180 If I was a flight risk, why didn't they demand a $250,000 cash bond?
00:03:55.240 Anyway, by that time, I went through arraignment and the mob scene at the federal courthouse.
00:04:02.520 Subsequent to being at the FBI session, I was returned to the federal courtroom.
00:04:07.660 I was in a holding cell there with three African-American gentlemen.
00:04:14.040 Unfortunately, I had been arrested about 6 o'clock in the morning, 6.11, actually, 6 in that area.

00:04:22.500 It was now 11 o'clock, and I was about to be arraigned where I would plead not guilty upstairs in a courtroom full of reporters, reporters high-fiving each other.
00:04:33.360 I, of course, had leg shackles and was cuffed at this time.

00:04:41.580 I went out and spoke briefly to the crowd.
00:04:43.560 It was pandemonium.
00:04:44.420 I gave the famous V for a victory sign.
00:04:47.600 That really aggravated liberals.
00:04:49.200 But it's essentially that you show that they have not crushed your spirit.
00:04:53.040 And I went home, tried to absorb the shock of it all.
00:04:57.560 When I got home in the late afternoon, a phone number kept showing up on my cell phone.
00:05:04.180 It was a number I did not recognize.
00:05:06.180 I generally don't recognize.

00:05:09.300 But after whoever this was called the third time I took the call, and it was Charlie Kirk.
00:05:16.400 Now, I had met Charlie Kirk in passing, but I didn't really know Charlie Kirk.
00:05:22.260 And we weren't, at that point, friends.
00:05:25.340 But he was very blunt and to the point.
00:05:29.300 He said he had seen on CNN what every American had seen, that he was shocked.
00:05:34.180 That he knew that there was no Russian collusion, as I insisted.
00:05:40.500 He predicted that I would be put through a Soviet-style show trial in Washington, D.C.,
00:05:46.820 and that I had a horrific thing ahead of me.
00:05:53.400 And he urged me quite candidly to turn this entire experience and my fears and my entire situation over to God, over to the Lord,
00:06:05.800 to confess my sins, to put myself in God's hands.
00:06:09.600 And Charlie said, if you do that, God will lift you up.
00:06:12.860 God will rescue you from your persecutors.
00:06:16.100 And I took that message to heart.
00:06:20.580 And I must say that throughout my trial, Charlie became a very vocal critic of the prosecutors and the judge and all the other basic unfairnesses.
00:06:30.340 The fact that I was never allowed to present any reasonable defense.
00:06:35.840 That my prosecution was based on the false notion that the Russians had conducted an online hack of the Democrat National Committee.
00:06:44.260 The government claimed it in all of their papers but provided no proof of it because it never actually happened.
00:06:50.640 The judge would not allow me to produce forensic evidence or expert testimony to prove that the file stolen from the DNC
00:06:59.260 had indeed been downloaded to some kind of portable drive, taken out the back door.
00:07:05.300 The download times of the files tell that story.
00:07:10.960 I was not allowed to make that argument.
00:07:14.260 Unlike James Comey, I was obviously not allowed to leisurely turn myself in,
00:07:19.540 even though James Comey was charged with the exact, exact same crime that I was.

00:07:33.500 was the fact that those who have great trepidation about the 2026 midterm elections,

00:07:50.380 Secondarily, the fact that the president has laid the groundwork for the greatest economy this country will ever experience
00:07:56.960 in his tax cuts, in his regulatory cuts, doing away with taxes on Social Security,
00:08:02.100 doing away with taxes on tips, his regulatory cuts, a more sound monetary policy.
00:08:09.820 Once we get a Federal Reserve Board that is not politicized,
00:08:13.880 once Jerome Too Late Powell's term ends,
00:08:19.540 it is outrageous to me that under Powell, the Fed cut rates deeply to help Joe Biden's re-election,
00:08:27.080 even though unemployment and inflation, the two measures that the Federal Reserve is supposed to use
00:08:34.380 to make that determination, are actually lower today than they were when the Fed cut rates for Joe Biden.
00:08:41.700 Then they gave us this small cut when we needed a larger cut.
00:08:45.960 That was a bow to public opinion, I think, because any reasonable financial analysts,
00:08:51.660 people like Barry Habib, for example, will tell you that we need a rate cut.
00:08:58.600 Stephen Moore, Larry Kudlow, people that I really respect.
00:09:02.160 And, of course, then you had the sideshow of Lisa Cook.
00:09:05.620 Lisa Cook is the Federal Reserve Board governor
00:09:08.900 who got caught not only plagiarizing in her academic past,
00:09:13.200 but also got caught claiming two different residences as her principal legal residence
00:09:18.860 and therefore obtaining a favorable mortgage rate and insurance rate and tax rate
00:09:25.480 on one of those properties.
00:09:27.440 No person can have two primary legal residences.
00:09:30.800 She claimed one in Michigan.
00:09:32.320 She also claimed one in Maryland, I believe.
00:09:35.740 So I started calling her Dr. Lisa Cook.
00:09:38.800 The president fired her, which I believe he has the right to do.
00:09:42.620 She, clearly, this is an act of corruption.
00:09:45.660 That's what the statute says.
00:09:47.660 She fought that, filed a lawsuit in the District of Columbia,
00:09:51.040 and then, lo and behold, a spin of the wheel had the D.C. clerk assigning that case
00:09:58.340 to a black woman judge who happens to be a sorority sister of Lisa Cook.
00:10:04.620 I would have thought that the Justice Department would move to recuse that judge,
00:10:09.880 but they did not do so.
00:10:11.120 And, of course, Lisa Cook won that case.
00:10:14.140 That is a temporary victory because the case is on appeal.
00:10:17.800 I actually think the president has the authority to dismiss that Federal Reserve Board governor.
00:10:24.480 Secondarily, I made the point that the American people expect justice and accountability
00:10:30.880 for all of those criminals who tried to destroy Donald Trump and his presidency,
00:10:36.660 tried to undo a legal election, tried to frame him for Russian collusion,
00:10:42.440 tried to impeach him twice on false pretenses.
00:10:45.120 I think we will soon see from a task force that's being headed by Tulsi Gabbard
00:10:53.020 examining the security and integrity of the electronic voting machines
00:10:58.640 and the challenges of the security of mail-in ballots.
00:11:04.540 But I believe that there's a lot about to come out about that.
00:11:08.260 The president himself has alluded to that.
00:11:11.040 They went on to stage the January 6th Fed Surrection.
00:11:16.120 We're just now learning that the FBI director wouldn't tell us how many undercover agents
00:11:21.220 were in the crowd, how many provocateurs there were.
00:11:24.900 But much has come to light that completely discredits the January 6th kabuki show
00:11:30.080 that a bunch of Democrats plus Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger put on for the American people.

00:11:44.140 But this entire seditious conspiracy that I'm suggesting continues all the way to the so-called documents case,

00:12:02.500 prominent church figures, prominent conservative organizations,
00:12:05.240 and individuals were surveilled in violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Fourth Amendment.

00:12:16.240 And the American people want justice.
00:12:18.300 This is not about retribution or revenge, as the left wing says.
00:12:24.320 The system must hold these nefarious actors and institutions accountable,
00:12:28.000 or they won't hesitate to abuse their authority again as soon as they get the chance.
00:12:31.960 Watching the way the mainstream media Democrats screamed when former FBI Director James Comey,
00:12:38.880 New York Attorney General Letitia James, were both charged with crimes,
00:12:44.400 specifically the crime of bank fraud and mortgage fraud in the case of James,
00:12:48.680 and lying to Congress under oath about whether he had directed a third party
00:12:54.120 to leak classified material detrimental to Donald Trump to the New York Times,
00:13:00.000 the left started screaming incredulously about the abuse of power from the Trump administration.
00:13:05.700 According to their rhetoric, the administration and Donald Trump are autocratic, unconstitutional,
00:13:10.900 and that these are acts of political vengeance.
00:13:13.080 Trump, they say, is on a rampage of revenge and retribution.
00:13:16.980 Nothing could be further than the truth.
00:13:18.900 In fact, those who are accusing Donald Trump of weaponizing the criminal justice system
00:13:22.720 to go after his political are, in fact, the ones who have done exactly that.
00:13:28.180 They're the ones who have acted extra-constitutionally,
00:13:33.480 violating both the law and the Constitution.
00:13:37.580 They claim Trump wants to limit the free speech of his critics,
00:13:40.780 when in fact that describes precisely what they did
00:13:43.440 in the mass cancellation and censorship of X and Facebook and Instagram and YouTube,
00:13:49.980 which we now know is done at government order with the intelligence agencies,
00:13:54.820 cooperating with the executives at those social media platforms.
00:13:59.440 No, President Trump must, absolutely must,
00:14:03.200 see that there is justice and accountability based on the law,
00:14:07.620 and I believe that case can be brought in southern Florida,
00:14:10.700 because that's where the conspiracy ends, at Mar-a-Lago.
00:14:14.680 And then lastly, I said in my remarks at Turning Point USA's America Fest,
00:14:20.040 we must have clean elections.
00:14:22.220 We must know that these electronic voting machines that we are relying on
00:14:25.980 are either secure and cannot be manipulated or penetrated,
00:14:30.800 or better yet, we need to do away with them entirely.
00:14:33.300 If the French can count 38 million paper ballots in one day
00:14:38.960 and have the count finished by the evening,
00:14:42.340 well, then surely America can do the same thing.

00:15:42.720 USS Liberty was the target, I believe, of a false flag attack
00:15:47.940 that was authorized by President Lyndon Johnson
00:15:51.620 in which our Israeli allies attacked and sunk a U.S. ship
00:15:56.680 and killed, I believe it was 34 crew members.
00:16:00.080 This was done as a false flag,
00:16:02.720 an attempt to cause a war specifically with Egypt.
00:16:07.740 The fact that Israel was responsible for the attack is now beyond dispute
00:16:13.900 and, additionally, the fact that Israel carried out the attack.

00:16:24.220 which is hard to understand because the flag of the United States

00:17:44.640 so they can begin an endless array of investigations,
00:17:49.200 impeachments, and other outrageous and baseless political maneuvers

00:18:17.880 with which she has behaved in this horrific moment

00:18:24.880 I also have a high regard for much of the scholarship of Candace.
00:18:28.940 But when I asked a random five voters when I went out to a drugstore in Phoenix,
00:18:35.460 they were unaware of this fight.

00:18:41.680 but they all had an overwhelming view of him.
00:18:44.400 I put aside my criticism of Steve Bannon
00:18:47.480 because, frankly, that is a bridge too far.
00:18:50.260 What we've learned about Mr. Bannon in these new Epstein emails
00:18:54.080 and these new Epstein photos and the shocking things released in the emails

00:19:03.000 and was advising Epstein on his public rehabilitation.

00:20:28.680 29 fully SWAT-clad FBI agents swarmed my home at 6 o'clock in the morning.
00:20:36.020 They were brandishing fully automatic M4 assault weapons to arrest me
00:20:43.760 for the completely fabricated crime of lying under oath to Congress
00:20:49.340 about Russian collusion that we now know definitively never happened.
00:20:56.180 There was a CNN camera 25 feet from my front door.
00:21:06.460 I was told that CNN later received an award for their incisive investigative journalism
00:21:15.900 that led them to believe that I would be arrested to that very morning.
00:21:25.100 I was arrested at 6-11.
00:21:27.220 At 6-22, a producer from CNN texted a copy of my sealed indictment to my lawyer.
00:21:36.420 Now, how could he have my sealed indictment that was not moved,
00:21:42.940 that was not released until 11 o'clock in the morning?
00:21:48.380 And if you looked at this document, it had no court stampings or time stamp,
00:21:53.700 but it did have in the metadata tags the initials of the man who wrote it,
00:22:00.860 Andrew Weissman, the de facto head of the Mueller witch hunt.
00:22:05.280 I was taken to the FBI center in Miramar, Florida,
00:22:12.120 where I was fingerprinted and mugshotted.
00:22:17.480 I was taken then back to the federal courthouse in Fort Lauderdale, Virginia,
00:22:22.280 where I pled not guilty.
00:22:25.060 They put me in a holding cell with three African-American gentlemen
00:22:30.060 who I think were just coming around from a bender.
00:22:33.520 I asked the guard if, since it was at 6 o'clock in the morning that I was arrested

00:22:45.480 One of those gentlemen gave me half of his peanut butter sandwich.
00:22:49.260 The other one gave me the other half of his peanut butter sandwich.
00:22:52.900 I then explained the 1994 crime bill to them and the fact that African-Americans
00:22:59.940 had been unfairly incarcerated because of Bill Clinton and Joe Biden
00:23:05.220 and their criminal justice positions.
00:23:12.060 By the time I left the holding cell to go up for my arraignment,
00:23:16.580 they were chanting, Roger Stone did nothing wrong.
00:23:23.720 So I pled not guilty.

00:23:30.940 which is interesting because the FBI and the Justice Department
00:23:34.900 and Robert Mueller insisted that I had to be arrested in this manner

00:23:57.380 And then it rang again and I still didn't answer it.

00:24:03.020 This time I answered it and it was Charlie Kirk.

00:24:09.380 I'd met him once or twice, but we weren't friends.
