00:00:00.300 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:07.420 You are now entering the Stone Zone.

00:00:12.020 Well, Chicago is experiencing a bloodbath, a crime epidemic.

00:00:17.080 President Donald Trump seems poised to move the National Guard to Chicago,

00:00:22.100 which he has the authority to do by declaring it a national emergency.

00:00:26.560 Let's listen to the president.

00:00:27.720 Can I take your mind upon Chicago, though?

00:00:30.700 Well, we're going in.

00:00:31.920 I didn't say when.

00:00:32.720 We're going in.

00:00:33.660 When you lose, look, I have an obligation.

00:00:35.660 This isn't a political thing.

00:00:37.820 I have an obligation.

00:00:39.400 When 20 people are killed over the last two and a half weeks, and 75 are shot with bullets.

00:00:48.480 So let me tell you a little story about a place called D.C., District of Columbia, right here where we are.

00:00:55.260 It's now a safe zone.

00:00:56.460 We have no crime.

00:00:58.520 We have it's in such great shape.

00:01:00.880 You can go and actually walk with your children, your wife, your husband.

00:01:05.100 You can walk right down the middle of the street.

00:01:06.960 You're not going to be shot, Peter.

00:01:08.620 You're safe.

00:01:10.580 I think the president's made it very clear that he's preparing to move on Chicago.

00:01:15.680 As I said, Chicago experienced a bloodbath over the Labor Day weekend.

00:01:20.460 Fifty-two people shot.

00:01:22.280 Eight people killed.

00:01:23.460 Four mass shootings.

00:01:25.100 Now, just looking at last year, there were 225,000 911 calls to the Chicago police that went completely unanswered.

00:01:35.200 The police force itself is down by 1,600 police officers.

00:01:41.120 Nobody will apply for those jobs.

00:01:43.460 We'll talk later in the show with former Chicago Police Superintendent Richard Brzezak, who will tell us exactly why that is.

00:01:52.340 There are 90 percent of the violent criminals who are arrested are back out on the street with a cashless bail system.

00:02:01.200 Sixty-seven thousand criminals skipped out on their follow-up hearings.

00:02:07.460 Yet, Governor J.B. Pritzker and Mayor Brandon Johnson continue to reject help from the Trump administration.

00:02:14.340 Listen to Mayor Johnson.

00:02:16.880 Are you prepared to defend this land, this land that was built by slaves, a land that was built by indigenous people, a land that is built by workers?

00:02:29.380 Are you prepared to defend this land?

00:02:34.180 The people united will always prevail.

00:02:38.100 I need you all to stand firm, to stand strong, if this president decides to continue to break this constitution.

00:02:48.240 This is a man completely out of control.

00:02:50.580 I would argue that that's the mayor of Chicago who is advocating insurrection.

00:02:55.900 The president of the United States has full legal authority to declare a national emergency.

00:03:01.380 The statistics that I just read to you show that Chicago is experiencing an emergency.

00:03:07.060 And I predict right here and now that he will mobilize the National Guard and they will restore safety to the streets of Chicago.

00:03:15.740 The president cited the example of the District of Columbia.

00:03:19.160 If you look at the comments of actual residents of of D.C., they're very pleased with the fact that the president has moved the National Guard in and he has restored safety.

00:03:30.620 But his crime turned Chicago upside down.

00:03:32.620 J.B. Pritzker and Mayor Johnson vehemently refused the cooperation of the National Guard and ICE agents to protect the streets.

00:03:41.000 You see, they care more about their political party and their leftist ideology than they do protecting their constituents.

00:03:48.440 The people of Chicago and liberal cities across the country are getting a rude awakening that they are doomed to live in dangerous conditions as long as Democrats are in charge.

00:03:59.160 Again, later on in the show, former Chicago superintendent of police, Richard Brzezak, joins us to give us an expert analysis of the situation in the Windy City.

00:04:11.660 Meanwhile, I was in touch with the family of Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

00:04:17.100 Many of you know the mayor was injured in a car accident several days ago.

00:04:21.880 The good news is the mayor is on the mend.

00:04:24.940 He's doing fine.

00:04:26.440 He's one tough son of a gun who has been a target of political persecution and prosecution.

00:04:34.100 Why?

00:04:34.740 Because he vigorously represented the interests of his client as an attorney.

00:04:41.020 President Trump has done the right thing by deciding to award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to America's Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

00:04:49.560 After it was announced that the mayor suffered in this car accident and left him with major spinal injuries.

00:04:56.540 I'm proud to say that I was a volunteer in Rudy Giuliani's first campaign for mayor.

00:05:02.260 He was elected mayor of New York City in his second try.

00:05:06.260 And he is, as the president has said, the greatest mayor in the history of New York City.

00:05:11.560 He was also an equally great American patriot.

00:05:14.520 The president said both of those things.

00:05:16.320 Rudy Giuliani became the mayor of New York City in 1993 when he instituted the tough law and order policies that cleaned the city up and resulted in the revitalization of Times Square.

00:05:28.780 After 9-11, he showed the true grit that he has.

00:05:33.420 It was Giuliani's leadership that kept the country together during one of its darkest times.

00:05:37.660 Then, after the stolen election of 2020, Giuliani stepped up again and led the efforts to oppose the fraud that I believe robbed President Trump of his rightful second term in the White House.

00:05:50.400 Few in government, few in the country have done more to defend freedom and stand up against injustice than my friend Rudy Giuliani.

00:05:57.840 I am praying for a speedy recovery as I'm certain all Americans and all New Yorkers join me.

00:06:05.140 Meanwhile, President Donald Trump has ordered the removal of gender ideology from the public schools.

00:06:12.360 President Trump has now ordered that this ideology gender nonsense be removed from public schools, threatening to withhold federal funds from public schools that refuse to comply.

00:06:23.380 President Trump told his Department of Health and Human Services to direct 46 states and territories to eliminate any reference to gender ideology from their school curriculums and materials or they would lose federal funding.

00:06:39.200 The Department of Health and Human Services administration for children and families terminated a grant in California last week after they refused to remove gender ideology from their materials, showing that the Trump administration means business.

00:06:55.480 Acting Assistant Secretary Andrew Grayson said, accountability is coming.

00:07:02.180 Federal funds will not be used to poison the minds of the next generation or advance dangerous ideological agendas.

00:07:11.340 The Trump administration will ensure that the policies of this department reflect the intent of Congress, not the priorities of the radical left.

00:07:21.180 Gender ideology was always a project that was funded by the government and so-called non-profits funded by leftist billionaires like George Soros.

00:07:31.040 It was never organic. 0.99

00:07:32.800 It was thrust upon society by a cabal of extremely evil, child-abusing, demonic monsters.

00:07:39.780 We must not forget who these people are in the months to come as the shoe drops and the prosecutions of some of these people transpire.

00:07:48.600 Meanwhile, Robert Mueller, the so-called head of the Mueller witch hunt, has begged off on a subpoena from the House Oversight Committee investigating why Jeffrey Epstein, the child sex trafficker and pedophile, was given a mere slap on the wrist back in 2005.

00:08:10.580 Robert Mueller's family says that he's too sick with Parkinson's to testify.

00:08:16.400 As Joe Biden himself, who was clearly non-compus mentis virtually during his entire time as president, this sounds like malarkey to me.

00:08:28.080 I do remember that during the congressional hearings in which they tried to reinflate the Russian collusion hoax that Robert Mueller seemed non-compus mentis.

00:08:37.720 When asked specifically about the prosecutor in my case and the fact that she, her name was Jeannie Rhee, had represented Hillary Clinton in the so-called illegal email server case,

00:08:51.800 therefore had a bias against me since I wrote extensively about that case in my book, The Clinton's War on Women, which was an Amazon bestseller, as well as commenting on it in many interviews and print pieces in my website.

00:09:09.020 Mueller said that he was unaware of that.

00:09:10.920 So let me get this straight.

00:09:12.480 Robert Mueller didn't know what his own law partner had done, didn't know that his own law partner had represented Hillary Clinton,

00:09:18.520 and therefore had a conflict of interest in my case.

00:09:22.160 No, I believe that the House Oversight Committee has made a mistake in withdrawing the subpoena.

00:09:27.620 In fact, I believe Robert Mueller should be compelled to testify.

00:09:31.900 And if he refuses to do so, well, then he should be charged just like Peter Navarro was.

00:09:37.080 In the meantime, Democrats, state representatives in Michigan are grooming children for transgender mutilation, reaching out directly to kids,

00:09:47.400 telling them they can get their drugs right there in the state.

00:09:51.780 This state representative, Kerry Reagans, said,

00:09:54.980 I am recording a video today to talk to you trans kids here in Michigan.

00:09:59.860 I want you to know that the care you might want for gender-affirming care is legal in Michigan

00:10:04.160 and is still continuing in a wide variety of places.

00:10:07.660 The grown-ups at the University of Michigan Hospital are now under court order or anything.

00:10:12.540 They are choosing to stop providing this care because they're scared of losing millions and millions of dollars from Medicare and Medicaid,

00:10:19.360 which pays a lot of the services at the University of Michigan.

00:10:22.100 So Representative Reagans told children to reach out to her office and she would help them in the grooming process for transgenderism. 0.97

00:10:32.520 This is why merely defunding this transgender network is not enough. 0.97

00:10:37.700 The proponents of transgenderism, which is, by the way, 0.8% of the U.S. population,

00:10:43.580 particularly those who are pushing on children, must be charged and imprisoned and treated as the sex offenders that they really are.

00:10:51.380 Meanwhile, Bernie Sanders is triggered.

00:10:55.120 You might notice that Bernie Sanders used to criticize millionaires and billionaires,

00:10:59.860 but now Bernie Sanders only criticizes billionaires.

00:11:03.220 Why is that?

00:11:04.340 Well, that's because Bernie Sanders and his wife skimmed millions of dollars from his two presidential campaigns in the form of media placement fees. 1.00

00:11:14.380 That means Bernie Sanders is a millionaire.

00:11:16.880 You see, Bernie wants socialism for ye, but not for Comrade Bernie.

00:11:22.260 Comrade Bernie has three vacation homes.

00:11:24.780 He's driving a top-of-the-line Mercedes.

00:11:26.980 You see, this whole nonsense of socialism, that's for the proletariat, but not for Comrade Bernie.

00:11:34.620 When we come back, I want to talk about how Bernie Sanders has been triggered by Robert F.

00:11:39.560 Kennedy's swamp draining at the Center for Disease Control.

00:11:43.400 Bernie Sanders, who, by the way, despite his denials, has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from executives with Big Pharma

00:11:51.180 and is part of the ever-enduring swamp of Washington, D.C.

00:11:55.640 You're listening to The Stone Zone right here on the Red Apple Audio Networks.

00:11:59.820 When we come back, we'll talk about this struggle between Senator Bernie Sanders

00:12:04.160 and these attacks on HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

00:12:08.900 Whatever you do, don't touch that dial.

00:12:11.220 We'll be right back.

00:12:12.220 And also, later in the show, we bring you the former superintendent of the Chicago Police Department,

00:12:19.560 Richard Brzezak, who's going to tell us exactly what's going on in the ground in Chicago

00:12:24.060 and why he supports the idea of President Trump mobilizing the National Guard

00:12:29.840 and sending them to the Windy City.

00:12:32.240 We'll be right back.

00:12:33.740 We'll be right back.

00:13:03.740 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:13:13.620 Welcome back in The Stone Zone.

00:13:15.900 I have to say that in a 50-year career in American politics,

00:13:20.640 I've never seen a phonier, more pompous windbag, a greater loudmouth than Senator Bernie Sanders.

00:13:28.500 And in all honesty, watching his public filings where he says he's only worth $3 million,

00:13:34.560 I kind of doubt that is the case.

00:13:37.260 If you look at the Federal Election Commission reports regarding payments to a company that he and his wife formed,

00:13:44.160 he took far more than that out in terms of payments in media placement fees from his two presidential campaigns.

00:13:51.700 Given the fact that he's actually never had a job in the private sector,

00:13:56.140 that prior to his service in the U.S. Senate, he was the mayor of Burlington, Vermont,

00:14:01.660 I find his filings to be questionable.

00:14:05.840 But now he's attacking the Health and Human Services Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy,

00:14:10.920 for fulfilling his mandate to drain the public health swamp by firing trench government bureaucrats.

00:14:16.700 Sanders said,

00:14:18.220 Despite the overwhelming opposition of the medical community,

00:14:21.260 Secretary Kennedy has congenued his longstanding crusade against vaccinations

00:14:25.280 and his advocacy of conspiracy theories that have been rejected repeatedly by scientific experts.

00:14:31.520 Sanders called for RFK to resign.

00:14:34.400 I'm calling for Senator Bernie Sanders to resign.

00:14:37.600 You see, RFK Jr. has been a longstanding opponent to Big Pharma.

00:14:41.860 Sanders, while proclaiming himself to be a socialist,

00:14:44.540 has actually been one of the biggest single recipients of Big Pharma campaign dollars.

00:14:50.760 That has caused him to toe the line,

00:14:52.580 refuse to speak to Big Pharma's immense profit-seeking motives

00:14:55.960 in pushing their unproven, untested, dangerous vaccinations

00:15:00.640 onto the unsuspecting masses of the American people.

00:15:04.500 This is not disputable.

00:15:07.140 The vaccinations went through no clinical trials. 1.00

00:15:11.200 Thus, it is outrageous that Bernie Sanders, who is an immense hypocrite and a total fraud, 1.00

00:15:25.540 is attacking RFK. 0.99

00:15:27.440 Like all socialists, this is why Bernie Sanders,

00:15:31.500 who ran for president as an opponent of war

00:15:35.640 and as an opponent of the trade policies of the previous administration,

00:15:42.040 is such a fraud.

00:15:43.760 It's interesting to me that one out of three Sanders voters

00:15:48.120 ended up voting for Donald Trump in 2016.

00:15:51.060 Yet, they stole the nomination for Bernie Sanders not once, but twice.

00:15:55.940 Yet, he turned around and first he endorsed Hillary Clinton,

00:15:58.940 then he endorsed Joe Biden.

00:16:00.560 So, he has now, I think, been overshadowed by the likes of the Ayatollah Zoran Mamdami,

00:16:07.340 and his movement is being co-opted for those who are more involved in Islamic zealotry.

00:16:13.000 But Bernie Sanders' idea that he's somehow against special interests or dark money,

00:16:19.740 when in fact he is the recipient of both,

00:16:22.900 really an extraordinarily exposed fraud at this point.

00:16:28.060 Thanks for tuning in to The Stone Zone.

00:16:29.680 When we come back, the former superintendent of the Chicago Police, Richard Breczak,

00:16:35.740 joins us to talk about what's going on in the Windy City

00:16:38.640 and why he supports the notion of President Donald Trump moving the National Guard into Chicago

00:16:45.080 to restore safety to that community.

00:16:47.420 We'll be right back.

00:16:51.740 The Stone Zone.

00:16:53.800 Entertaining and informative.

00:16:55.940 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:16:58.880 White House Treasury Secretary Scott Besson

00:17:02.000 says that the Trump administration is considering declaring a housing emergency

00:17:06.680 in the upcoming months due to the soaring cost of housing.

00:17:10.140 They hope to make homes more affordable as real estate prices rise

00:17:14.220 and higher mortgage rates price the middle class completely out of the market.

00:17:19.100 Besson said,

00:17:20.460 we're trying to figure out what we can do.

00:17:22.600 We don't want to step into the business of states, counties, and municipal governments.

00:17:26.900 I think everything is on the table.

00:17:29.340 Of course, we all understand that the fundamental problem is the fact that we have not cut interest rates.

00:17:36.200 This is kind of hard to understand because the last four times the Federal Reserve cut interest rates,

00:17:44.020 inflation, and unemployment,

00:17:46.580 which are the two measures that the Federal Reserve Board of Governors are supposed to take into consideration,

00:17:52.960 were either at the same level or lower than they are today.

00:17:57.420 So it's abundantly clear that the Federal Reserve Chairman, Jerome Powell,

00:18:03.680 who, by the way, is not an economist or a housing expert, he's an attorney,

00:18:08.900 is playing politics with the nation's housing market and therefore our economy.

00:18:16.080 Powell continues to say that he doesn't want to cut rates on the American people

00:18:21.380 because he's not sure what the impact will be of President Trump's efforts to make better tariff deals

00:18:28.740 with our various trading partners.

00:18:31.700 Yeah, I think the evidence is very clear what the impact of that is.

00:18:36.340 Inflation remains historically low.

00:18:39.020 The dollar remains strong.

00:18:41.900 Unemployment remains low.

00:18:43.860 We have a record Dow.

00:18:45.660 The stock market's doing extraordinarily well.

00:18:48.920 And all of that is without an interest rate cut.

00:18:52.120 The shocking truth is that 30% of those who are married and homeowners

00:18:58.160 has crashed by at least 40% in 1990 to about 15% today.

00:19:05.360 That means only 15% of people in that age bracket are actually buying or attempting to buy a home.

00:19:12.320 President Trump has inherited this crisis.

00:19:14.340 He's working very hard to restore the American dream.

00:19:18.200 One way to do that is by depriving illegal aliens from federal housing assistance programs, 1.00

00:19:24.320 which has been one way that prices have been artificially driven higher.

00:19:29.480 Restoring order in Democrat-run wastelands will also add to the supply of livable homes

00:19:35.940 that Americans will feel safe to live in.

00:19:38.440 Thank God we have an administration that understands this problem,

00:19:41.620 is taking active measures to solve it,

00:19:43.940 rather than speaking in platitudes and sweeping the matter under the rug,

00:19:48.740 like establishing Republicans and Democrats have always done in the past.

00:19:53.000 It continues to amaze me that Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Governor J.B. Pritzker

00:20:00.120 continue to insist that crime in the Windy City is not a problem.

00:20:05.680 When, in fact, over Labor Day weekend, there were 58 shootings, eight deaths.

00:20:11.480 It is the murder capital of the United States.

00:20:15.040 Last year, there were 226,000 phone calls through 9-11

00:20:21.300 that went to the Chicago Police Department and went completely unanswered.

00:20:27.660 That's because the Chicago Police Department is down by 1,600 officers.

00:20:33.440 That's because no one will apply for these jobs.

00:20:36.840 That's because people who would be police officers know that the politicians will not have their back.

00:20:43.440 So one way you can improve the housing market in the country is to have safer cities and safer suburbs.

00:20:52.920 But the most important thing, of course, is a cut in interest rates.

00:20:57.660 It is most definitely time.

00:21:00.420 Now, speaking of the Federal Reserve,

00:21:03.580 an independent journalist from Michigan recently traveled to one of Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Page's,

00:21:10.440 Lisa Cook's, properties and found, well, surprise, surprise.

00:21:16.160 It's not her primary legal residence, as she claimed.

00:21:20.880 Journalist Charlie Ladoff of the Michigan Enjoyer did some good old-fashioned shoe leather reporting

00:21:26.920 going up to the Ann Arbor, Michigan property and knocking on the door

00:21:30.960 in a video that he posted on YouTube.

00:21:33.900 While at the door, he talked with some very uncomfortable people

00:21:36.660 who confirmed that they were renting the property and they were not the owners of the home.

00:21:42.700 Thanks to the head of the Federal Housing and Finance Agency, Bill Pote,

00:21:47.700 we now know that the Federal Reserve Board Governor, Lisa Cook,

00:21:53.400 claimed that the home in Ann Arbor, Michigan,

00:21:56.500 was her principal primary legal residence, even though she doesn't live there.

00:22:01.300 We also learned that two weeks later, she got a mortgage on a property outside of Atlanta

00:22:08.580 where she also claimed it was her principal primary legal residence.

00:22:14.900 Now, you don't have to be a genius to understand that you can't have two principal primary legal residents.

00:22:21.060 Why would she do this?

00:22:22.180 Well, the answer is obvious.

00:22:23.740 In both states, she enjoyed a state tax reduction 0.99

00:22:27.220 because she claimed it to be her principal residence.

00:22:29.620 She also got a lower mortgage rate and a lower insurance rate.

00:22:35.780 So it is very clear that Lisa Cook has engaged, at least in those two instances, alone in mortgage fraud.

00:22:43.620 In addition, however, we've now learned, thanks to the fraud investigators,

00:22:49.620 that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the two primary mortgage lenders in the United States,

00:22:55.660 both of them headed by William Pulte, the head of the Federal Housing and Finance Agency,

00:23:03.520 that she also had a bank loan on a secondary home in Massachusetts,

00:23:09.660 which at some point she also claimed as her primary principal legal residence,

00:23:15.820 but at other times claimed was an investment property.

00:23:19.400 This is significant because the two have very different tax treatments.

00:23:23.960 The Trump administration has found evidence that she's renting out that Atlanta home as well. 0.70

00:23:29.880 So the truth is, each of these mortgages were taken out in 2021 just within a couple months of each other.

00:23:36.660 Apparently, Elisa Cook never dreamed that she would be investigated for what appears to be a pattern of mortgage fraud.

00:23:44.740 After all, she was the first black woman appointed to be a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.

00:23:52.380 Perhaps she thought that the DEI policies of the Biden administration would protect her.

00:23:59.000 This made her among the highest on the woke totem pole as she was celebrated by the Biden regime

00:24:05.380 as a champion of the merits of diversity.

00:24:08.320 But unfortunately for Elisa Cook, this facade is crumbling and reality is setting in.

00:24:14.920 She'd been exposed to the fraudster as the Trump administration peers into the records of those who previously thought to be untouchable.

00:24:22.160 Cook has been fired by President Trump as a board member of the Federal Reserve.

00:24:28.240 And despite her delusional lawsuit that she seeks to overturn the dismissal, I don't believe she'll be returning to that position.

00:24:38.240 What's disturbing, however, is the fact that when she filed the lawsuit,

00:24:44.000 the clerk of the D.C. courts, Angela Cesar, assigned the case to Judge Gia Cobb.

00:24:52.400 That's unusual because Judge Gia Cobb and Lisa Cook are both members of the same black women's college sorority. 1.00

00:25:05.300 A very clear conflict of interest.

00:25:08.540 Now, Perk Cesar would have us believe that this assignment of the case was done by random draw, the spin of a wheel.

00:25:17.620 But so far, she's produced no evidence to that effect.

00:25:22.000 Then I found out yesterday that yet another member of this secret sorority is none other than Joy Reid.

00:25:31.500 Joy Reid, whose if her IQ was one point lower, you'd have to water her like a plant. 0.99

00:25:38.240 It's amazing to me that the Justice Department has not moved to recuse Judge Gia Cobb from this case,

00:25:47.900 giving her shocking conflict of interest.

00:25:52.000 But this ultimately probably will end up going to the U.S. District Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia.

00:26:01.620 I can tell you a lot about them as well.

00:26:03.900 They're just as political as Judge Cobb.

00:26:05.780 By the way, Judge Gia Cobb is the same judge who ruled only days ago that President Donald Trump didn't have the authority to deport illegal immigrants.

00:26:17.060 So you can already see that this case has been sent to a virulent anti-Trump leftist activist judge.

00:26:25.560 Normally, you would assume that a lower court decision, which did not hold that President Trump had the authority to fire a Federal Reserve Board governor for, quote unquote, cause, would be overturned by the circuit, but not in the District of Columbia.

00:26:45.580 I can tell you firsthand, having been through this particular meat grinder, that in the District of Columbia, the Constitution, the law, the rules, the evidence, none of these things actually matter.

00:26:59.660 What matters is politics.

00:27:02.660 And in this case, I think you will see Judge Cobb rule for Lisa Cook. 0.92

00:27:08.360 Then there'll be a great celebration in the fake news media about how Trump fired this Federal Reserve Board governor, but never had the authority to do so.

00:27:18.420 Then it'll go after several months of this, it'll go to the District Court of Appeals.

00:27:23.560 I think that's the flip of a coin.

00:27:25.920 They may also incorrectly decide this case.

00:27:29.080 And once again, very much like the decision today regarding illegal immigrants, it will ultimately just be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.

00:27:40.460 Before it's all over, perhaps Lisa Cook can share a cell with New York Attorney General Letitia James. 0.98

00:27:48.760 She's another one of these multicultural fraudsters who has been credibly accused of a 43-year crime spree of mortgage fraud. 0.99

00:27:59.020 In her case, in her very first mortgage, she claimed that her father was her husband.

00:28:05.500 She did that in order to utilize her father's balance sheet because alone she probably could not qualify for the mortgage.

00:28:14.340 There's also new evidence that when she fell short of one of her mortgage applications, she quickly went to Columbia University and collected two checks.

00:28:25.100 Although what those checks exactly were for, oh, that's not clear at all.

00:28:30.480 In yet another celebrated case, she applied for and got what is called a AMP loan from the federal government.

00:28:37.760 Again, this is a loan designed for someone who owns investment properties.

00:28:43.840 But to get a AMP loan, your investment property must be four rentable units or less.

00:28:51.240 Unfortunately, the property that Letitia James had was five units, but that's not what she said in the applications for the mortgage. 0.96

00:29:01.020 And then more recently, as we now know, she applied for and got a mortgage for a property in Virginia.

00:29:09.060 But in the power of attorney, which she signed in 12 different places, so much for the argument that this was a typographical error,

00:29:18.960 she claimed that the property in Virginia would be her primary principal legal residence.

00:29:26.600 Of course, if that were true, then under the New York State Constitution, Letitia James would not be eligible to be the state attorney general. 0.99

00:29:36.900 In the meantime, we learned, and this story was broken right here in the Stone Zone,

00:29:41.180 that the home in Virginia that Letitia James, the attorney general, borrowed and got a mortgage for is actually inhabited by her niece.

00:29:53.540 And her niece has at least three criminal warrants out for her. 0.62

00:29:57.980 So the chief law enforcement officer of the state of New York is harboring an illegal fugitive from justice.

00:30:06.200 How long can this go on?

00:30:08.040 Think it was Letitia James who said, no one is above the law.

00:30:12.680 What she's about to find out is that no one includes her.

00:30:16.920 This is a prosecutor who, after all, accused Donald Trump of inflating the value of his assets in order to make commercial real estate loans,

00:30:27.780 all of which he paid back on time, and those lenders made $40 million in interest.

00:30:34.000 No one has ever been prosecuted under this law, but she got a $554 million judgment against the president that was overturned by the federal courts only days ago.

00:30:47.940 No, justice is here, and those on CNN and MSNBC who say that this is weaponization or that this is retaliation or revenge don't understand that what we have now is equal application of the law.

00:31:04.600 Thanks to the director of the federal housing finance agency and the policies of President Donald Trump, those who violate the law will be held responsible.

00:31:16.120 I'm Rodney Stone.

00:31:17.340 You're listening to Stone Zone right here in the Red Apple Audio Networks.

00:31:21.380 Whatever you do, don't go away because we'll be right back.

00:31:24.600 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:31:34.000 And we're back in the Stone Zone.

00:31:36.880 I join you today from Washington, D.C.

00:31:39.800 I must say I've never seen the city look so clean and so safe.

00:31:44.260 What's interesting to me is the people who actually live here are very, very happy that President Donald Trump both federalized the metropolitan D.C. police and mobilized the National Guard in order to bring safety back to the communities in the neighborhoods of the District of Columbia.

00:32:02.440 The only people who seem to be unhappy about it are the politicians.

00:32:06.780 We see the same thing playing out in Chicago.

00:32:08.940 Yesterday, I interviewed former Chicago Police Superintendent Richard Brzezak, who explained to us that since the 1980s, the politicians in the city of Chicago have refused to back up the police, causing an enormous gap in the credibility of the Chicago Police Department.

00:32:29.460 Very clear to me that President Donald Trump has already made the decision to mobilize the National Guard and to send them to Chicago.

00:32:38.940 In fact, he himself yesterday said, it's not a question of if, it's only a question of when.

00:32:44.800 Once again, I predict to you, despite what Mayor Brandon Johnson says, who seems to be rallying the people of Chicago to oppose those who would go there to preserve order and safety, that the people of Chicago will be relieved if the National Guard clean up the crime situation in Chicago, as they have in the District of Columbia.

00:33:06.320 Meanwhile, MultiCare's Mary Bridge Children's Hospital in Tacoma, Washington, was shut down because their gender clinic for children was violating the law, and they will no longer be providing puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and other treatments designed to facilitate gender transitions for children.

00:33:28.780 The hospital scrubbed most of the information about so-called gender-affirming care for children from their website.

00:33:37.500 A hospital spokesman said that the hospital would continue providing behavioral health care, which includes mental health assessments, counseling, and support services to children with gender dysphoria following the change.

00:33:52.060 This has become a nationwide trend following President Trump's executive order to prohibit or limit access to these contraventual procedures.

00:34:01.720 The hospitals are responding to the incentives, fearful that they may lose federal grant money if they do not comply with the administration's new rules.

00:34:09.900 The purity and dignity of thousands of children could be saved because President Donald Trump's bold leadership in this area.

00:34:16.980 The next step is to criminally charge those responsible for drugging and mutilating these children for sexual abuse.

00:34:25.100 Meanwhile, Wisconsin's schools has covered up the facts regarding the recent transgender school shooting.

00:34:32.280 Les Paul Middle School in Waukesha, Wisconsin, covered up the deranged plot of a 13-year-old transgendered student who plotted to commit a Columbine-style mass shooting at the school in October of 2024.

00:34:48.600 This transgendered student, whose identity has not yet publicly been revealed, reportedly sent messages to students about guns, ammo, and bragged about making a hit list, and began recruiting accomplices for the purposes of committing this incredibly heinous crime. 0.87

00:35:07.300 The children were quietly expelled from school, but the school administrators never alerted the public or the students' parents about exactly what had occurred.

00:35:18.640 Radio host Dan O'Donnell broke this story, stating that he believed that the school administrator had covered this up and the subsequent media blackout of the story happened because they feared reprisal from a transgendered community.

00:35:33.800 If the truth had been made known, it's time to start treating transgender activists who act like terrorists exactly what they are, terrorists, as clearly they pose a clear and present danger to the safety of terrorists. 1.00

00:35:47.960 All Americans, perhaps a greater danger than some of our foreign enemies. 1.00

00:35:54.340 Meanwhile, the federal appeals court has allowed termination of these giant federal grants for climate change.

00:36:03.420 This appeals court decision by the Trump administration will terminate $16 billion in climate change-related grants.

00:36:12.160 This reverses a ruling by U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkin stopping the federal government from withholding these grants.

00:36:20.160 This is very good news indeed.

00:36:23.000 Only yesterday, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson said, the number one problem facing African Americans was climate change.

00:36:33.320 That's right.

00:36:34.020 You heard it here in the Stone Zone.
