00:00:00.000 If you remember the 1980s, you probably remember the anti-apartheid movement, or as was called
00:00:05.980 in the United States, the anti-apartheid movement.
00:00:09.620 Apartheid was the longstanding system in South Africa in which the minority white population
00:00:16.840 ran the political system.
00:00:19.120 And to some extent, it was a system of separation where in certain parts of the country, black
00:00:23.940 populations lived in what were called townships and white populations lived in their own towns.
00:00:28.980 And there was a legal separation between the groups.
00:00:31.540 It was a kind of segregation.
00:00:33.180 And as noted, it was longstanding.
00:00:35.520 It went on for many decades.
00:00:37.580 And in the United States, beginning in the 70s and then accelerating into the 1980s,
00:00:42.040 it was extremely unpopular with activists, particularly on college campuses.
00:00:47.880 So if you think about protests against this or that regime that have broken out over the
00:00:52.740 last 20 years on campuses,
00:00:54.620 pick one, East Timor, Darfur,
00:00:57.720 whatever campus advocates,
00:01:00.120 activists, radicals are mad about.
00:01:02.200 In the 1980s, they were mad about apartheid.
00:01:05.620 And when you went to college campuses,
00:01:07.460 Brown University famously, 1.00
00:01:08.980 there were shanty towns on the quad 0.93
00:01:12.200 at a lot of schools
00:01:13.200 where kids built mock shanties,
00:01:16.560 hovels, shacks
00:01:17.540 that were supposed to represent 1.00
00:01:19.620 the squalor in which the black population
00:01:22.000 of South Africa was living. 1.00
00:01:25.220 Apartheid was hard to defend.
00:01:26.980 It was racial discrimination.
00:01:29.140 There's no question about that.
00:01:31.220 And so over time, the anti-apartheid movement,
00:01:35.000 not just in the United States,
00:01:36.120 but throughout the West, had an effect.
00:01:38.360 And we should note that in the U.S.,
00:01:40.640 political figures did not oppose
00:01:42.880 the college anti-apartheid movement. 0.83
00:01:45.560 They endorsed it. 1.00
00:01:47.020 They encouraged it.
00:01:48.060 very much unlike the anti-Israel protests
00:01:52.240 of a couple of years ago on college campuses.
00:01:54.500 Nobody went to jail for opposing apartheid
00:01:59.140 on an Ivy League campus.
00:02:00.580 Nobody had his green card pulled or was deported.
00:02:03.280 No, America's ruling class was four square
00:02:05.420 behind the campus protesters.
00:02:07.440 And again, they were protesting something
00:02:09.000 that was very obviously unfair.
00:02:11.960 Racial segregation is unfair always
00:02:14.360 because you don't choose your race.
00:02:17.340 In any case, in part due to unrelenting pressure from the United States and Britain and the West
00:02:23.600 generally, apartheid fell in 1994. And it did so peacefully. The white government 0.96
00:02:29.700 basically handed over its power in an election. And of course, on the other side was a then very
00:02:36.280 famous figure called Nelson Mandela, who had been a revolutionary. He is spending decades in jail
00:02:43.820 for trying to bomb a train.
00:02:45.460 But by the time 1994 rolled around,
00:02:48.240 he was a figure of reconciliation and peace
00:02:50.280 and power sharing between black and white.
00:02:53.260 And so those elections took place in 1994
00:02:55.060 and the rest of the world sighed a sigh of relief
00:02:59.160 and pointed to South Africa and said,
00:03:02.160 it's going to work.
00:03:03.520 It's going to be great.
00:03:05.000 And then by and large,
00:03:06.540 the West stopped paying attention
00:03:07.660 to what happened in South Africa.
00:03:09.260 And that intentional aversion of gaze
00:03:13.300 has gone on for, well, 32 years now.
00:03:16.680 But what did happen in South Africa?
00:03:19.040 Well, a lot of things and none of them good.
00:03:21.480 The country fell apart economically
00:03:23.020 and it did not, by the way, become less racist.
00:03:26.760 Over the past 30 years, the government of South Africa,
00:03:29.800 run by the same political party that took power in 1994,
00:03:32.700 the African National Congress, the ANC,
00:03:35.160 has passed almost as many race-specific laws
00:03:38.280 as the apartheid government did. 0.57
00:03:40.920 And in some ways is much more brutal.
00:03:43.300 A huge percentage of the white population has left to New Zealand, Australia, the UK, United States, and Canada, to English-speaking countries around the world. 0.74
00:03:53.920 And if you talk to any of them, they left because they felt there was no more opportunity in South Africa because they had the wrong skin color. 0.67
00:04:02.260 Meanwhile, the economy collapsed. 0.84
00:04:05.340 Infrastructure collapsed.
00:04:07.180 So what you had in South Africa 32 years later after apartheid was every bit as much racism,
00:04:13.460 but a lot less electricity, probably not a win.
00:04:17.880 What's interesting, however, is that almost none of the people in the United States and
00:04:22.100 Europe who called for an end to apartheid were willing to admit what had happened,
00:04:26.620 partly because they were implicated in it.
00:04:28.620 South Africa didn't get any better.
00:04:30.600 In fact, it got much worse.
00:04:32.460 And the racism, the one thing that they correctly opposed about apartheid,
00:04:36.340 had increased too. It had just switched sides. So fast forward from 1994 to May of last year
00:04:45.780 and the White House. This was a part of the Trump term where the president was still trying to make
00:04:52.100 good on his campaign promises before giving up entirely in favor of prosecuting an Iran war.
00:04:57.420 But at the time, last May of 2025, President Trump was doing something he suggested he would
00:05:03.340 do on the campaign trail, and that's say something publicly about anti-white racism,
00:05:07.920 which is widespread, in some cases codified, including in the United States, and in a lot
00:05:14.920 of ways the only institutional racism that's still allowed in the Western world. And Trump
00:05:20.840 had suggested as he was running for president that he would be the one person brave enough to
00:05:24.740 say something about that on the grounds that all racism is wrong, not because it's bad to hurt one
00:05:30.960 group, but because it's bad to hurt any group. It's a universal principle. It applies to
00:05:35.080 everybody. And so in May of last year, Donald Trump gave this press conference. Watch.
00:05:42.880 We have many people that feel they're being persecuted and they're coming to the United
00:05:47.620 States. So we take from many, many locations if we feel there's persecution or genocide going on.
00:05:54.500 And we had a lot of people
00:05:57.760 I must tell you, Mr. President
00:05:59.400 We have had a tremendous number of people
00:06:02.080 Especially since they've seen this
00:06:03.880 Generally, they're white farmers 0.97
00:06:06.420 And they're fleeing South Africa 1.00
00:06:08.880 Excuse me, turn the lights down
00:06:10.820 Turn the lights down
00:06:12.800 And just put this on, it's right behind you
00:06:15.480 There's nothing this parliament can do
00:06:19.240 With or without you 1.00
00:06:21.120 People are going to occupy land
00:06:23.320 will require no permission from you, from the president, from no one.
00:06:29.020 These are articles over the last few days.
00:06:32.480 Death of people.
00:06:36.300 Death.
00:06:37.620 Death.
00:06:39.140 Death.
00:06:40.720 Horrible death.
00:06:42.840 Death.
00:06:44.320 I don't know. 1.00
00:06:45.060 But you know that there are black people who are dying the most...
00:06:46.980 White South Africans are fleeing because of the violence and racist laws.
00:06:53.320 and this is all i mean i'll give these to you so when you when you say what would i like to do i
00:06:59.000 don't know what to do look at this white south african couple say that they were attacked
00:07:04.440 violently but the fake news in this country doesn't talk about that they don't want to talk
00:07:10.600 about it but now they have to talk about it but they won't this won't even be a subject
00:07:16.280 so the man next to him was sir romoposo the president of south africa and the clip that
00:07:21.720 Trump played, he played a couple of clips there, included a well-known political figure, an ANC
00:07:28.540 aligned figure called Julius Malema, calling for the murder of whites openly. Now, calling for the
00:07:35.260 murder of anyone on the basis of race is a crime in South Africa, which has hate crimes laws. But
00:07:41.520 he has never been punished for that and continues to do it even until this day. Again, acting on
00:07:46.460 behalf of the government run by the man you just saw sitting next to Donald Trump.
00:07:51.620 And so Donald Trump, in his inarticulate way, if you didn't know the backstory, you might
00:07:55.080 not know exactly what he was talking about, but was trying to call the world's attention
00:07:59.740 to the reality of South Africa.
00:08:02.800 And the reality is, that has been for a long time, a racist reality.
00:08:07.920 The government treats people differently on the basis of their skin color.
00:08:11.920 And if you have the wrong skin color in South Africa, you can get hurt, raped, or killed.
00:08:16.460 And that's just a fact incontestable.
00:08:18.940 And yet it is contested in the United States.
00:08:22.540 What's so striking is not that Trump said that,
00:08:25.900 though no president has ever come close
00:08:27.620 to saying anything like that and good for Trump.
00:08:30.000 But the response to Trump saying that
00:08:32.480 really told you everything
00:08:34.040 about how we got a system like that
00:08:36.660 in South Africa in the first place
00:08:38.380 and why we still have a version of it
00:08:40.100 here in the United States,
00:08:41.600 a system in which whites are at a structural disadvantage
00:08:45.000 in hiring, college admissions, government contracting. 0.59
00:08:48.420 That still exists in the US as it has for many decades
00:08:51.940 and everybody knows it.
00:08:53.820 But no one's allowed to talk about it
00:08:55.280 or people feel intimidated out of noticing it
00:08:57.660 because as one, the American news media screams racism
00:09:03.380 every time someone points out
00:09:05.500 the existence of anti-white racism.
00:09:09.140 Here, for example, is how CBS News
00:09:11.500 covered the press conference you just saw.
00:09:14.280 Watch.
00:09:15.000 President Trump has stopped all U.S. refugee admissions except one group,
00:09:20.120 the white Afrikaner ethnic minority that once led South Africa's brutal apartheid regime.
00:09:26.800 The first group has already arrived in America,
00:09:29.560 claiming they've been victims of violence and discrimination.
00:09:33.580 Claims of a white genocide are often circulated by right-wing groups,
00:09:37.820 but are simply not true, said Africana academic Pete Crowkamp.
00:09:45.000 never has been. This is the land of Malkanani if you're white.
00:09:48.560 Everyone's joking that they're surprised to wake up and suddenly find it's too dangerous to go
00:09:53.500 outside because there's a white genocide. So there is humor and there's also frustration. 0.54
00:09:59.420 As for Africana farmers, most will say Uncle Donny, as they call President Trump,
00:10:04.940 is being fed a false narrative. Oh. So there are two things to learn from CBS News' report.
00:10:13.700 One is that none of this is happening,
00:10:16.120 and if you think it is, you're a racist.
00:10:18.700 And two, that the apartheid regime was brutal.
00:10:22.740 In other words, when the whites had power,
00:10:24.440 they were brutal. 0.95
00:10:25.320 And the implication there, of course,
00:10:27.140 and some will say it out loud,
00:10:28.520 is that any brutality visited on the whites 0.67
00:10:30.840 in the past 32 years is deserved
00:10:32.900 because it's payback for what other white people did 0.93
00:10:35.940 32 years ago.
00:10:38.080 All right, now.
00:10:39.360 Now, of course, CBS News has no way of knowing this.
00:10:42.140 That wasn't a CBS News employee you saw there.
00:10:44.760 CBS News doesn't have a bureau in South Africa.
00:10:47.340 That was a stringer, a freelance employee that CBS hired.
00:10:50.620 As for the Afrikaner academic, is he a mainstream voice in South Africa?
00:10:55.660 No, he's not.
00:10:57.360 And then the claim, if you ask a white farmer in South Africa,
00:11:00.840 how many white farmers did CBS News poll on this question?
00:11:04.280 Well, as far as we can tell, none.
00:11:06.200 There is no news in the news segment you just saw.
00:11:09.500 It is a propaganda piece designed to intimidate you from asking follow-up questions like,
00:11:14.840 is there racial discrimination against whites in South Africa?
00:11:18.440 Have white farmers been killed for being white?
00:11:21.280 If so, how many? 0.59
00:11:22.740 Those questions go completely unaddressed because were they to address them, they would
00:11:26.700 find that everything the president implied was entirely true.
00:11:31.360 But it wasn't just CBS News, which, by the way, is now run by Barry Weiss, who is a professional
00:11:37.720 racial grievance monger.
00:11:39.500 whose entire public career is devoted to protecting the interests of one group,
00:11:45.700 a group she describes as, quote, my people.
00:11:47.880 But any attempt by other groups to do that is shouted down immediately.
00:11:53.740 You'll notice.
00:11:55.300 And in case it wasn't just CBS News, here's ABC News' reaction to the same press conference.
00:12:02.260 Tonight, an extraordinary scene in the Oval Office.
00:12:05.000 President Trump ambushing the president of South Africa with false claims the nation
00:12:09.560 is engaged in genocide against white farmers. President Cyril Ramaphosa said he came to the
00:12:15.260 White House to discuss trade. We are essentially here to reset the relationship between the United
00:12:21.520 States and South Africa. But Trump had other ideas. The president insists white South African
00:12:27.600 farmers are being persecuted and murdered on a mass scale. Unproven claims that have been
00:12:32.640 amplified by Elon Musk, a native of South Africa. There is a crime problem in South Africa, 0.82
00:12:38.220 but there is no evidence it is racially motivated or amounts to genocide. White people make up only 1.00
00:12:43.660 7% of the country, but own the vast majority of its farmland. So again, that's not a news piece.
00:12:51.500 There's no information, despite the little graphic at the bottom, which is designed to 0.77
00:12:55.300 let you know whites have too much already. This is just justice. But it begins by describing the 1.00
00:13:01.180 president's comments as an ambush of the poor president of South Africa, who's just here trying
00:13:05.900 to strike up a new relationship with the United States. And here Trump ambushes him. Actually,
00:13:13.460 that same president, Cyril Ramaphosa, has said openly anti-white things in public for many years.
00:13:19.360 He not that long ago pointed to neighboring Zimbabwe, which did in fact genocide its whites,
00:13:24.940 there are almost none left in the country, stole their land, allowed them to be murdered by mobs, 0.89
00:13:29.420 and said that is a model for South Africa.
00:13:32.300 That president that they're defending
00:13:34.900 as the victim of an ambush
00:13:36.180 has said point blank many times in public
00:13:39.340 that his plan is to steal not just the real estate,
00:13:43.500 the land of the white population,
00:13:45.340 but their personal property without compensation.
00:13:47.920 That's his party's official position.
00:13:50.320 In fact, as the ANC, his party phrases it,
00:13:53.680 compensation will be, quote, nil,
00:13:55.900 which means nothing.
00:13:58.060 So there are real questions here that might be worth exploring if you were a news organization.
00:14:02.320 But instead, ABC News, like CBS News, dismisses everything Trump says as false without proving it's false, just stating it's false.
00:14:10.300 It's false. In any case, the whites are bad. 0.99
00:14:13.800 This is and has been for decades the position of every news organization in the United States, 0.99
00:14:20.620 and not simply that of groups who you thought were dedicated to protecting the human rights of human beings.
00:14:27.060 Here's the ADL's statement on claims of white genocide in South Africa, and we're quoting.
00:14:33.020 For decades, white supremacists globally were cheerleaders for the institutionalized white supremacy of apartheid in South Africa.
00:14:40.760 They have reacted bitterly to the end of the racist policy and to the progress South Africans have made in pursuit of racial equality and reconciliation. 0.71
00:14:48.740 Keep in mind, the ADL is a group whose aims are to protect global Jewry. 0.62
00:14:55.280 That's what ADL says it exists to do.
00:14:57.420 Why are they attacking whites in South Africa
00:14:59.960 who say they are the victims of institutional racism,
00:15:02.640 which they are, and of organized violence, which they are?
00:15:06.400 Why would it be in the interest of ADL
00:15:07.840 to attack them for that?
00:15:09.060 What exactly did they do wrong?
00:15:11.160 How are they anti-Semites
00:15:12.480 for not wanting to be killed on their farms?
00:15:14.340 They don't explain that, but the statement goes on.
00:15:17.380 White supremacists have seized upon
00:15:19.400 some of the farm-related violence in South Africa
00:15:21.700 since the end of apartheid
00:15:23.200 to peddle a propaganda campaign
00:15:25.160 that exaggerates and distorts the situation
00:15:27.680 to imply that the South African whites are imperiled.
00:15:31.300 Again, what possible interest
00:15:33.420 would the Anti-Defamation League have
00:15:35.100 in attacking whites in South Africa
00:15:37.480 who say they're being killed,
00:15:39.040 especially since there are many, many hundreds
00:15:41.620 who have been killed?
00:15:43.340 And that's documented.
00:15:44.380 That's not a guess,
00:15:45.240 and it's not a conspiracy theory.
00:15:46.920 And every single one of them
00:15:48.060 was killed by a black South African. 0.81
00:15:50.860 This is intra-racial crime, and it is racially motivated, and the testimony of almost every 0.80
00:15:57.840 survivor corroborates that. 0.67
00:15:59.740 So why is it in the interest of the ADL not simply to deny it's happening, but to attack
00:16:06.260 the survivors of it and their family members?
00:16:09.140 You have to ponder that for a minute.
00:16:11.500 Here's Wikipedia's response to this racial conspiracy theory.
00:16:18.060 Quote, white genocide is a political myth based on pseudoscience, pseudohistory, and ethnic hatred, and is driven by a psychological panic, often termed white extinction anxiety.
00:16:31.560 White extinction, often referred to as white extinction anxiety.
00:16:34.860 So let's just, I don't know, get the demographic numbers, which are publicly available for the biggest white countries in Europe and North America, and ask a really simple question.
00:16:48.180 Is the percentage, the proportion of the white population going up or down, say, over the past 50 years?
00:16:54.880 Has it gone up or down?
00:16:56.140 Well, it's not only gone down, it's bottomed out.
00:16:58.820 The United States went from nearly 90% white over 60 years to probably less than half white. 0.77
00:17:04.860 So that's white extinction anxiety? 0.89
00:17:08.680 No, those are facts. 0.92
00:17:11.100 So again, it's not enough to pretend that it's not happening.
00:17:17.000 Wikipedia, like the ADL, like CBS News, like ABC News,
00:17:22.300 feels the moral obligation to attack anyone who happens to notice what's happening.
00:17:29.260 The facts are themselves racist.
00:17:32.180 Objectively, again Wikipedia, white people are not dying out or facing extermination.
00:17:38.400 The purpose of the conspiracy theory is to justify a commitment to a white nationalist agenda in support of calls to violence.
00:17:49.280 Noticing is hate.
00:17:51.760 Noticing is violence.
00:17:54.140 So underneath all of this are two questions.
00:17:58.460 One, is it actually happening or not?
00:18:02.100 And wouldn't it be interesting to find out,
00:18:04.720 rather than just dismissing it out of hand
00:18:06.840 as an act of violence to notice
00:18:08.300 that people are being raped and murdered,
00:18:10.680 wouldn't it be easier just to talk to people in South Africa
00:18:13.540 and see what their experience is,
00:18:15.320 do a little reporting on the subject?
00:18:17.760 And the second question is,
00:18:19.180 is it ever okay to attack,
00:18:22.960 to hurt people on the basis of their race?
00:18:26.160 And of course, in the view of the ADL, of the anonymous Wikipedia authors of ABC and 0.61
00:18:33.780 CBS and NBC and pretty much every news organization in the United States, yes, it is okay in
00:18:38.720 certain circumstances. 0.98
00:18:40.160 Not all races are equal. 0.96
00:18:42.060 Not all death is the same.
00:18:43.920 The death of some groups, the oppression of some groups is totally unacceptable. 0.95
00:18:47.320 And the deaths of other groups, the oppression of those groups is morally justified.
00:18:51.620 So it's worth saying it out loud.
00:18:53.600 That is wrong.
00:18:54.540 That is the definition of a distorted racist worldview.
00:19:00.300 The only acceptable worldview is that all human life is equal in value.
00:19:06.440 It's a universalist perspective.
00:19:09.320 Every person is not of identical ability, but every person is of identical value.
00:19:15.920 And it is always wrong, no matter what the color or ethnicity or culture or language,
00:19:23.260 it is always unacceptable to kill the innocent. 0.97
00:19:27.040 And that would include Palestinians in Gaza. 0.79
00:19:29.380 It would include whites in the Transvaal. 0.93
00:19:32.740 It would include every single Jews, Filipinos.
00:19:37.920 It would include every person.
00:19:39.880 It is always wrong to hurt people who did nothing wrong.
00:19:43.980 And that would include hurting people because of how they were born,
00:19:47.520 which is not a crime.
00:19:48.780 It's an accident.
00:19:49.540 And so you should know that in denying the existence of something that is objectively
00:19:56.780 true, the people who deny it are revealing what they really think, which is it's okay
00:20:03.720 to kill some people.
00:20:05.260 You should know that.
00:20:07.040 We're often assured that Christians are safe in the Holy Land. 0.99
00:20:11.140 Is that true? 0.69
00:20:12.600 Well, the descendants of the very first Christians, these are families who have worshipped in
00:20:16.360 the land of Jesus for centuries, for millennia, are now facing enormous pressure to flee their
00:20:22.200 own homes. War and anti-Christian terrorism are driving them out, and untold numbers of innocent
00:20:28.280 people are left feeling lost and without hope. This is why we are truly, genuinely proud to
00:20:34.400 support the Vulnerable People Project. VPP is one of the very few organizations in the world
00:20:39.860 consistently helping vulnerable Christians throughout the Holy Land, not hurting them,
00:20:44.140 not lying to them, not trying to ethnically cleanse them, but helping them for real.
00:20:48.780 Because of the generosity of our audience, VPP raised enough support to host a Bible summer camp
00:20:54.080 for the children of Tabay. We saw pictures from that camp. It's an amazing sight, and we're really
00:20:59.140 proud to be part of it. This work makes a real difference in the lives of good people,
00:21:04.160 but it's not possible without support from people like you. A gift of just $33 provides a day of
00:21:09.960 protection and support for vulnerable Christians in the West Bank. A monthly gift of $83 helps
00:21:16.140 sustain that protection all month long. We hope you will visit SaveWestBankChristians.com and
00:21:22.200 stand with Christians in the Holy Land, the place where Christianity began, the land that Jesus
00:21:26.500 walked. That's SaveWestBankChristians.com. Thanks. Meantime, we thought it'd be worth talking to
00:21:34.480 someone who lives in South Africa, an actual South African farmer. So we invited him to our
00:21:39.020 house and spent a great deal of time with him. His name is Leon Lotz. We're about to show you
00:21:43.840 the interview we did with him two days ago. And we warn you before you watch this, that this is
00:21:48.720 one of the most wrenching conversations we've ever had. It's shocking. We believe every word
00:21:54.020 of it is true, but judge for yourself, Leon Lotz. Leon, thank you for doing this very much.
00:22:00.380 So in the United States, we are told that farm murders are not real and that people who talk
00:22:07.020 about farm invasions,
00:22:09.460 the murder of white farmers in South Africa
00:22:11.220 are both
00:22:13.120 delusional, they're making it up, and they're racist.
00:22:17.400 Is it real?
00:22:21.840 I can speak off my own
00:22:23.280 behalf and everybody that I know.
00:22:26.740 So I myself come through a farm murder
00:22:29.220 where my father-in-law was shot
00:22:33.200 and killed in front of my
00:22:34.580 of my wife and my kids.
00:22:40.560 My wife was raped at the same time.
00:22:47.360 My one neighbor, so I moved from that farm to another farm
00:22:50.440 to get out of the crime scene. 0.94
00:22:52.340 I moved to the Karoo where I thought it was much safer.
00:22:55.960 We were there for a couple of months
00:22:58.180 and then the one next door neighbor got murdered.
00:23:00.340 his wife made it 0.90
00:23:04.900 they shot her twice 1.00
00:23:05.900 I bought a farm from a lady called Marlies Daniels 1.00
00:23:12.000 and Fred
00:23:13.020 in Middleburg in the Eastern Cape
00:23:17.620 her parents got executed
00:23:23.200 on their knees shot behind their heads
00:23:25.860 two years back
00:23:30.120 a guy that rented a farm
00:23:31.920 in the same area,
00:23:36.560 they slit his throat
00:23:37.460 like an animal.
00:23:46.300 I have got one here as well.
00:23:49.320 I don't know if the camera
00:23:50.100 can see this.
00:23:51.600 I see it.
00:23:55.880 What is that from?
00:23:56.580 That is another,
00:23:57.340 this was also an attack
00:23:59.000 that I actually
00:23:59.680 there's so many attacks
00:24:02.180 that I come through
00:24:02.860 three proper attacks
00:24:04.520 and this one was almost forgotten
00:24:06.400 and I got a stamp
00:24:07.800 in my leg
00:24:08.760 on the side of my leg
00:24:10.060 on this side
00:24:10.620 that one I survived
00:24:13.500 so you
00:24:16.940 when you do get attacked
00:24:18.580 you
00:24:18.900 you stay away from the police
00:24:20.880 because if you do report
00:24:23.620 or they do catch one
00:24:25.820 the first thing
00:24:27.020 that will happen to you
00:24:28.020 is they will
00:24:28.740 open a case of assault against you.
00:24:32.920 So they will lock you up first
00:24:34.700 and then hopefully you'll be out
00:24:38.440 in two, three days out of jail,
00:24:39.800 whatever depends on who you know
00:24:41.140 as attorneys or whatever will happen.
00:24:43.800 And most of these cases,
00:24:46.140 the murders don't get investigated.
00:24:48.460 The dockets are empty.
00:24:52.360 We know many of them,
00:24:53.760 we can prove this.
00:24:54.440 This is not something
00:24:56.860 against the government or whatever,
00:24:58.100 but it doesn't get investigated.
00:25:01.200 In some of these
00:25:02.180 pieces,
00:25:03.460 fingers point straight to police.
00:25:09.020 Brent's docket is empty.
00:25:12.220 In Steinsburg,
00:25:13.340 there's just nothing.
00:25:16.520 The other thing that they lie about
00:25:18.360 is the death certificates.
00:25:22.260 I've got the death certificates.
00:25:24.420 I've got pictures for you.
00:25:26.180 My father-in-law's one,
00:25:27.220 and I forced them to put on the death certificate murder.
00:25:30.120 Eventually, they put on it with massive conflict.
00:25:33.040 They put on it a gunshot wound to abdomen.
00:25:37.480 The other death certificates of people that I know that got murdered
00:25:40.840 says cause of death are natural causes.
00:25:45.560 So, they don't investigate the murders.
00:25:49.980 Nothing happens.
00:25:51.620 So, how can the stats prove that we're being murdered?
00:25:54.020 but there's about 30,000 white farmers left in South Africa.
00:26:01.240 How many were there in 1994 when the government changed?
00:26:04.380 I think more than 100,000.
00:26:05.680 I'm not sure of the figures,
00:26:07.460 but it must be more than 100,000 farmers.
00:26:10.180 There are 30,000.
00:26:11.140 The big ones has got bigger and bigger.
00:26:14.780 The smaller ones, like myself,
00:26:16.760 we are first in line for fire.
00:26:20.980 We have got top, top farmers in South Africa.
00:26:24.020 like really good farmers,
00:26:26.860 under the circumstances we're farming,
00:26:29.620 might take my head off
00:26:30.480 for some of those farmers producing food. 0.88
00:26:32.300 And we're producing enough food
00:26:33.700 in all these circumstances
00:26:34.600 that we can export food.
00:26:39.340 So telling us that we're lying is,
00:26:44.700 our own ambassador here in America,
00:26:47.000 Mr. Rolf Meyer,
00:26:47.760 says that he's a white South African
00:26:49.600 and he will speak on behalf of us.
00:26:52.200 I would like Mr. Meyer
00:26:53.660 to really talk the truth.
00:26:54.860 He actually needs to be arrested
00:26:56.160 for whatever they've done to humans,
00:27:02.200 even in the National Party.
00:27:05.100 He needs to be arrested.
00:27:07.020 He closes his eyes now
00:27:08.700 and says that we don't get murdered.
00:27:11.220 Please come with us.
00:27:12.360 We can show you.
00:27:13.480 Come live with me for three days.
00:27:15.760 Mr. Rupert said when he was here
00:27:17.080 with Mr. Trump
00:27:17.880 that he sleeps with his doors open.
00:27:20.720 Mr. Rupert is a billionaire.
00:27:23.660 This is Johan Rupert.
00:27:25.420 Yeah, I am not upset with him.
00:27:27.400 I'm breeding racehorses as well, and Johan also breeds horses.
00:27:30.220 I actually need him in the industry.
00:27:32.620 Without him, we don't have a racehorse industry.
00:27:36.060 But he cannot sleep with his doors open if he lives the way I live.
00:27:43.780 He's got all the security with him.
00:27:46.000 We haven't got that luxury.
00:27:47.340 If you drive in South Africa, wherever you go, you will see burglar-proofing, barbed wire fencing, steel palisade fences, alarm systems, cameras, dogs, whatever.
00:28:03.920 When we came through here last night, it's absolutely a miracle.
00:28:08.560 There's wooden houses, there's cars standing outside.
00:28:12.520 We can't leave cars outside.
00:28:14.700 They will break in those cars,
00:28:16.140 steal the batteries,
00:28:16.840 steal the tires or the rims off
00:28:18.120 and they will murder you for a vehicle.
00:28:21.020 It is the insurance that we pay
00:28:25.780 to be safe in our houses.
00:28:29.400 There's thousands of rands a month.
00:28:31.100 My insurance is 20,000 rand a month.
00:28:36.040 To have insurance,
00:28:37.560 it's a fact that they will come
00:28:39.500 and break in again.
00:28:40.320 I mean I've been through
00:28:42.740 three farm attacks
00:28:44.280 the one I actually forgot
00:28:45.960 it's a way of living
00:28:49.540 the older you get
00:28:52.900 the more tired you get 0.86
00:28:55.820 of all this bullshit 0.89
00:28:56.480 and
00:28:58.200 I am so tired
00:29:00.820 of my own people 1.00
00:29:01.740 and a British person
00:29:04.680 sitting in England
00:29:05.500 and a Pete Crowkamp
00:29:07.620 and a Rolf Meyer
00:29:09.360 and Rudolf Landmann and whoever they are
00:29:11.560 in your own country telling you
00:29:13.700 that we are not being murdered.
00:29:17.440 They can't say that we're not being murdered
00:29:19.240 because it's the biggest fraud in the world
00:29:21.220 that it's not on the death certificates.
00:29:24.280 These murder cases don't get investigated.
00:29:26.980 When they do catch murderers,
00:29:29.640 the one that murdered my father,
00:29:31.380 the police said he murdered 23 people.
00:29:33.320 I didn't say that.
00:29:34.260 I didn't thumb suck that.
00:29:36.820 He got a life sentence for 146 years. 1.00
00:29:41.820 He came from Mozambique, a black man. 0.98
00:29:44.520 He was not even, he was an immigrant?
00:29:46.720 Yeah, Mario Konzo.
00:29:49.240 So a month back, I started to find out where he was.
00:29:52.980 And then they came back saying, they're very ashamed,
00:29:56.700 but he was released after a year.
00:29:59.880 So whenever you in South Africa are in jail,
00:30:02.160 you sit
00:30:04.660 max
00:30:05.460 10%
00:30:06.520 of your sentence
00:30:07.480 then you walk
00:30:08.660 after murdering
00:30:10.480 your father-in-law
00:30:11.080 a murder for
00:30:12.180 there was a person
00:30:14.360 working for me
00:30:14.960 he stabbed 0.93
00:30:15.600 his own people 0.61
00:30:16.560 he's now sitting
00:30:18.340 in jail for three years
00:30:19.280 not one of the people
00:30:20.360 he stabbed died
00:30:21.200 my father died 0.99
00:30:23.440 he raped my wife 0.99
00:30:24.900 he sat a year
00:30:28.460 and he's out
00:30:29.140 and how's this
00:30:31.360 seems possible
00:30:31.940 they don't investigate anything
00:30:34.220 you can't get anywhere
00:30:35.420 you don't lay a case
00:30:37.400 you will go to jail first
00:30:39.820 now we are getting murdered 0.91
00:30:46.200 the difference
00:30:48.440 between our murders
00:30:49.620 and the Cape Flat murders 0.93
00:30:51.560 the Cape Flat
00:30:53.960 murders is the same 0.93
00:30:56.000 ethnic group 1.00
00:30:56.820 if I call about ethnic groups
00:30:58.960 I don't know if the world understand this
00:31:01.280 we've got black people
00:31:02.140 we've got brown people
00:31:03.040 we've got white people
00:31:03.880 in South Africa 0.92
00:31:04.500 then we've got immigrants
00:31:06.440 from Mozambique
00:31:08.120 Zimbabwe
00:31:08.820 all of Zimbabwe 0.99
00:31:09.760 is in South Africa
00:31:10.560 as does Mozambique
00:31:12.580 there's people
00:31:14.440 from Malawi
00:31:15.060 in South Africa
00:31:15.820 so every now and then
00:31:17.660 there's xenophobia
00:31:18.460 they push them out
00:31:19.440 but I don't know
00:31:20.700 how far they go
00:31:21.360 and then they're back again
00:31:22.200 I think these 1.00
00:31:26.920 illegal immigrants 1.00
00:31:28.260 will build their houses 1.00
00:31:29.140 and then
00:31:30.580 when there's enough
00:31:31.220 their houses, they will be chased out so they can just take their houses for free and then
00:31:34.240 they just carry on. But I think the difference between the murders and the Cape Flats is 0.50
00:31:39.720 the same ethnic group murder their own people. Malema will stand up there and say, kill the 1.00
00:31:46.020 boer, kill the farmer. So a boer is a farmer in Afrikaans. He actually gives them an order
00:31:54.000 to kill us. They don't steal. It's not a theft gone wrong. They come to murder us.
00:31:59.320 They don't steal anything.
00:32:00.860 They will take weapons, urinate on you, put their feces on you, whatever, rape. 1.00
00:32:06.560 Put their feces on you?
00:32:07.740 So the one main thing of it is when they do these things,
00:32:11.900 they will get their own feces out, spread it all over their house,
00:32:17.680 and on the people they murder.
00:32:19.360 That is the way they do it, to dehumanize you, whatever they do.
00:32:26.040 Owning a home has always been the core of the American dream.
00:32:28.440 It's the asset that families work their lives to build, a place of stability, security, and actual wealth.
00:32:34.820 But too many homeowners right now are stuck swiping credit cards to cover groceries, paying a survival tax of 20% interest or more.
00:32:42.380 So we're against debt.
00:32:43.860 We always say that.
00:32:44.900 But you can't buy a house without debt right now.
00:32:47.660 Almost anybody has to take out a loan.
00:32:50.540 So the question is, who are you going to get a loan from?
00:32:53.600 Why are you handing your money to big banks when you can keep it for your family?
00:32:57.960 Our friends at American Financing have a better way.

00:33:10.400 That's nearly $10,000 a year.
00:33:13.040 It's not just a loan.
00:33:14.360 It's a total financial reset.
00:33:16.200 And so American Financing is worth looking at.
00:33:18.400 They're called America's Home for Home Loans for a reason.

00:33:34.100 They rape women and then defecate on them? 0.92
00:33:36.880 Yeah, that's the way. 1.00
00:33:38.580 And they will urinate on them. 1.00
00:33:48.320 I'll get to that now, but...
00:33:51.600 Of the 33,000 farmers that's left in South Africa, that's our ethnic group.
00:33:56.260 There's more white people in South Africa than 30,000, but there's only about 30,000 white farmers that farm.
00:34:04.040 There's no way that we, as white farmers, will go and stand there and sing, kill the worker, kill the whatever. 1.00
00:34:14.380 Kill the black. 0.99
00:34:14.740 We don't do that. 1.00
00:34:16.040 we don't go out
00:34:18.560 murdering them
00:34:19.140 but if you open
00:34:20.020 social media
00:34:21.220 you'll see
00:34:21.840 black people reporting
00:34:23.180 that we
00:34:23.660 at white farmers
00:34:24.540 are murdering
00:34:25.520 hundreds and thousands
00:34:26.300 of blacks
00:34:26.740 where 1.00
00:34:27.440 where do we do that
00:34:30.780 there's no way
00:34:32.680 no place that we sing 1.00
00:34:34.000 like Malema 1.00
00:34:34.580 that is all over 1.00
00:34:36.520 that just did it
00:34:37.160 on Saturday again
00:34:38.100 kill the farmer
00:34:39.720 kill the boer
00:34:40.280 politically 1.00
00:34:41.740 that is correct
00:34:42.960 for the ANC
00:34:44.760 we can't have an old flag
00:34:47.620 that is hate speech
00:34:49.160 but this man can order people to kill
00:34:51.660 like he did with
00:34:55.300 some of the people that's here with me
00:34:57.020 they were singing that
00:34:59.400 kill the farmer, kill the boy
00:35:00.720 and then they attack you 0.98
00:35:01.820 so
00:35:04.440 a different ethnic group 1.00
00:35:06.680 will come and murder us as whites 1.00
00:35:09.200 white people don't 0.57
00:35:11.360 murder white farmers 0.89
00:35:13.000 there is white people that murder 0.99
00:35:16.100 that needs to be 0.98
00:35:17.060 I don't know where we've got to go with them
00:35:18.400 but
00:35:18.640 there's criminals in every society
00:35:21.520 but in a civil society
00:35:26.560 how can you do things like this
00:35:29.360 how can you heat up an iron
00:35:30.800 that you iron clothes with 1.00
00:35:32.740 and when you rape a woman 0.99
00:35:34.860 burn her with that iron 1.00
00:35:36.800 on the inside of her thighs 1.00
00:35:38.120 on her face 1.00
00:35:40.040 while you rape her bite pieces out of her lip 1.00
00:35:44.200 and carry on for days in a shack. 1.00
00:35:52.060 I know of people that they've taken off the pipes
00:35:55.580 of the washing machine while they tie the wife to a chair. 0.87
00:36:00.580 The husband had to look, she had to look at the husband, 1.00
00:36:03.600 push the pipe down his throat, cook the kettle 0.96
00:36:06.540 and pour the boil water down his throat.
00:36:10.040 and then Rolf Mayer will say,
00:36:12.940 this is not happening.
00:36:16.600 Our own president,
00:36:18.780 like they're calling souverainity now,
00:36:20.880 now that the American government
00:36:25.060 has imposed sanctions on their visas.
00:36:30.000 So what does this souverainity mean to them?
00:36:35.040 Jan van Riebiak apparently came in in 1625. 0.98
00:36:40.040 So, all the people of color then got poor.
00:36:47.060 I was born in 66, 1966. 1.00
00:36:52.520 I bought my first farm with money I saved doing farrier work on horses.
00:36:59.880 I put it in a tin.
00:37:01.060 I bought a farm after Nelson Mandela was released.
00:37:04.960 Now they want to take my property for free, not pay me for it.
00:37:07.540 No compensation.
00:37:08.120 You were a blacksmith shooing horses? 0.99
00:37:10.740 Yes.
00:37:13.560 That's how I made money to eventually buy a farm.
00:37:16.640 I didn't inherit it.
00:37:17.520 I didn't get a loan.
00:37:18.900 I didn't qualify.
00:37:21.340 So now they want to just take whatever I've worked for.
00:37:24.420 So you didn't take your farm from black people?
00:37:27.720 I've never murdered people.
00:37:29.080 I've never taken any farm from anybody.
00:37:31.500 I bought a farm that was in the market for three years
00:37:34.080 in the new South Africa
00:37:35.780 while after Nelson Mandela was released. 0.99
00:37:38.120 So why didn't a black person buy the farm?
00:37:41.480 So you think they're going to try and take it from you because you're white? 0.75
00:37:44.740 I think it's a definite that we will lose our farms. 0.95
00:37:47.860 I don't think it's going to take too long.
00:37:50.520 This is what Nelson Mandela is screaming for.
00:37:52.500 This is what they're doing.
00:37:54.660 They're hiding this through the whole world.
00:37:57.160 We are producing food.
00:37:59.700 We're not there for the political side of it.
00:38:02.580 I've got nothing to do with the political side of it.
00:38:04.660 I just want to live and be free.
00:38:08.120 I can't have a gun all the time.
00:38:13.300 Can you start at the beginning of the story
00:38:17.720 that you told at the outset of your father-in-law's murder?
00:38:20.400 What happened?
00:38:23.740 So my father was farming with pigs.
00:38:26.320 He had a naval break operation.
00:38:29.880 My wife went there to look after the farming operation
00:38:35.460 while he was in hospital.
00:38:38.840 He came out on the Friday.
00:38:41.440 I had a horse racing at the Turfontein Racecourse in Johannesburg.
00:38:46.400 On the Saturday, I actually entered this horse
00:38:49.000 just to get to my father-in-law so that I have an excuse to go there.
00:38:56.200 The farm is about 600 kilometers away from Turfontein Racecourse.
00:39:02.460 I left there 4 o'clock in the morning on Saturday.
00:39:05.460 The horse ran. I think it ran last. I went back to my father's farm, offloaded the horse. And eight o'clock that evening, my wife said to me, my wife is a very thin, posture-wise woman. She was about 50 kilos, 54 kilograms.
00:39:26.880 So eight o'clock that evening, my wife said to me, don't you want to go back to the farm?
00:39:36.780 Just now they steal the sheep or break into the house while if we're not there.
00:39:44.040 So under northern circumstances, my father would first jump up and say, you're not driving back.
00:39:48.280 You came here this morning.
00:39:49.160 You didn't sleep.
00:39:49.780 You're staying over till the next morning.
00:39:51.020 so the lord must have saved me and i got up from the table took the horse box load the horse and
00:40:00.980 went back i arrived there around about three o'clock just after i arrived um the phone rang
00:40:08.780 and it was my mother-in-law
00:40:09.860 and all i heard was she said they shot they shot dad they shot dad
00:40:20.120 and I could have heard
00:40:22.340 this bastard screaming
00:40:23.300 at the background 0.60
00:40:24.040 swearing at her
00:40:27.040 telling us he's a white dog
00:40:29.540 and a white bitch 1.00
00:40:30.460 and a white whatever 1.00
00:40:31.340 and then everything went dead
00:40:36.560 phone was off
00:40:39.580 I was 600
00:40:41.540 kilometers away
00:40:44.340 my two daughters were there
00:40:47.260 my youngest one
00:40:47.980 was about 3 years old
00:40:48.960 My son was there, one of my jockeys was there.
00:40:56.640 If Gavin wasn't a jockey and they didn't think he was a kid, they would have shot him
00:41:00.580 as well.
00:41:01.580 The first thing they asked was, is there men in the house?
00:41:10.580 So they wanted to shoot my son's dog, a little Jack Russell.
00:41:15.020 had to take his shoelace and tie the horse the the dog's mouth closed
00:41:25.420 so they tied him up and he managed to untie himself to get a pipe out of the cupboard to
00:41:31.180 protect himself but he couldn't break the cup the pipe out i think the lord saved him also like that
00:41:37.500 but uh yeah so they heard him and while they were busy with the dell they were walking up and down
00:41:43.100 in my father's room
00:41:45.020 I haven't shot him yet
00:41:46.260 Adele said to me
00:41:48.180 the worst fear she ever had
00:41:49.600 was
00:41:49.920 I think my son
00:42:03.960 was about 16 years old
00:42:05.480 16 years old
00:42:07.620 so Adele said
00:42:12.840 they had the gun on his head
00:42:17.620 and they don't know
00:42:18.400 whether they would
00:42:19.580 pull the tiger
00:42:20.260 and shoot my son
00:42:21.940 so eventually 0.70
00:42:23.720 they went to my father's room
00:42:24.960 my daughter
00:42:27.180 they closed the door
00:42:27.940 and told her
00:42:28.680 she must keep quiet
00:42:29.800 they opened the door
00:42:33.980 they must have been
00:42:37.140 in their house before
00:42:37.880 my son said
00:42:39.260 he opened the door
00:42:39.960 and then he took the pistol
00:42:42.200 and hit the light switch on.
00:42:43.660 And when my father lifted up,
00:42:45.660 he shot him in his stomach
00:42:47.000 in front of my son.
00:42:52.060 Then they attacked my mother-in-law,
00:42:54.840 threw off the bed.
00:42:59.360 My son got a handgun.
00:43:01.360 He had to open the safe.
00:43:03.060 He managed to hide the handgun.
00:43:05.120 And he said to me,
00:43:05.740 Dad, I could have shot him in his back
00:43:07.240 when he walked out.
00:43:10.280 but I didn't know who was with my mother and my sister.
00:43:15.840 If I fired a shot and they heard it, what would happen?
00:43:21.260 So luckily he didn't shoot the man.
00:43:28.100 It's another thing to get murdered,
00:43:32.140 but it's a completely different thing to take somebody else's life.
00:43:35.960 that this is not
00:43:38.600 this is not the way we are
00:43:41.240 this is not who we are 0.97
00:43:42.580 we are Christian people
00:43:45.400 we don't take other people's lives
00:43:47.780 we can't protect ourselves
00:43:50.160 and that Malemamas know 1.00
00:43:51.280 and Rulf Mayer
00:43:53.200 and Ramaphosa
00:43:54.860 he will push us
00:43:57.700 and push us
00:43:59.260 till something breaks
00:44:01.160 we still got something to lose
00:44:04.320 that's in your
00:44:05.240 advantage
00:44:06.320 but
00:44:10.380 so
00:44:11.860 my youngest daughter
00:44:14.020 started crying
00:44:15.280 and then I had to cover
00:44:19.500 so can you imagine
00:44:21.980 what a mother
00:44:27.040 must feel like 1.00
00:44:28.960 to go and lie over
00:44:32.180 a kid that's three years old
00:44:33.740 to protect her after they've raped her. Everything about modern life is inherently
00:44:42.120 distracting, and maybe that's on purpose. You won't think too deeply about enduring things,
00:44:46.580 but whatever the cause, it's just a fact between the technology in your life and your job. It's
00:44:53.000 hard to find time to slow down. It's very hard to find time to pray. Most of us know that we
00:45:00.240 should pray, that it's probably the key thing that we do in life, but you try, and what do you say?
00:45:06.480 You don't always know what to say, and that's why we love Hallow. Hallow is the best Christian
00:45:10.360 prayer app there is. It's built to help Christians turn off the noise and spend time in silence 0.98
00:45:15.320 with God. Hallow has thousands of prayers, Bible readings, meditations, pieces of music, and a lot
00:45:22.080 more, all crafted so that you can find something that fits into your routine. The options are
00:45:26.560 endless. Basically, you can start with your morning scripture read, listen to the Bible
00:45:30.340 while you're driving, end the day in prayer instead of staring at an endless loop of distraction
00:45:35.680 on your iPhone. So you don't need to have the perfect words. That's the point. You just open
00:45:40.180 the app, choose a prayer, and spend a few minutes focusing on something more important than whatever
00:45:44.920 else is competing for your attention, which is everything. We really love Halo, not just because
00:45:50.540 we're sponsored by them, because we mean it. It helps us refocus on God when it feels like the
00:45:55.220 world is out of control. So wherever you are
00:45:57.340 in your faith, literally, wherever you are,
00:45:59.280 HALO can help you make prayer a more consistent
00:46:01.040 part of your life. Download HALO

00:46:05.020 today. It is the best.
00:46:10.860 Adele did not tell them
00:46:12.220 we have to die with this type of 1.00
00:46:14.700 rape her. 1.00
00:46:17.400 Because she said 1.00
00:46:18.300 if it does get to a court
00:46:21.220 case, they will 1.00
00:46:23.040 humiliate her. 1.00
00:46:25.220 this is the way
00:46:27.140 the system works
00:46:27.960 she did put in
00:46:30.220 the affidavits
00:46:30.820 that they pushed
00:46:31.300 their hands into her
00:46:32.740 and they touched
00:46:34.180 all over
00:46:34.580 so I drove back
00:46:44.600 I phoned my one 0.99
00:46:48.140 black farmer 0.99
00:46:49.360 farm worker
00:46:50.200 that worked for me
00:46:51.060 Oderlug
00:46:51.500 he said
00:46:56.040 he started working for me
00:46:59.760 when I started farming
00:47:01.320 until today he's still
00:47:03.980 working for me
00:47:04.720 he is like family
00:47:07.080 and he is a brown person
00:47:09.020 he's done more for me than
00:47:13.200 any white person
00:47:18.220 that I do know
00:47:18.960 so I phoned him
00:47:26.420 he packed my bags
00:47:28.620 baked me some tea
00:47:30.560 got me in the vehicle
00:47:32.840 and phoned me after that
00:47:34.880 every half an hour
00:47:35.700 to make sure that I
00:47:38.080 I got there safe
00:47:39.540 um
00:47:42.000 going past one of these small towns
00:47:45.920 I stopped at a church on the Sunday morning
00:47:48.300 and I asked a priest there to pray for me.
00:47:55.020 I don't even know his name.
00:47:56.820 If it wasn't for that,
00:47:57.580 I wouldn't have been able to get back
00:47:59.140 to the place I was just being.
00:48:02.700 So on that specific day,
00:48:04.620 I probably drove like
00:48:05.820 12, 8, 20 hours nonstop.
00:48:15.160 I went through a toll gate
00:48:16.720 and
00:48:18.300 On the way there, I've been in the military and I did martial arts and there was nothing
00:48:29.440 in the world that scared me.
00:48:31.520 I was so scared that I couldn't breathe.
00:48:36.420 When I drove through that toll gate, I was about 10-15 kilometers away and it felt like
00:48:46.280 the Lord was missing. He was not there anymore.
00:48:54.480 At the inside, I knew, I just knew it, that somebody would have been raped. That's the
00:49:04.520 way they do it. I got to the house. My wife was standing outside. I've said this many
00:49:13.500 times it looked like if you see a chicken that would stood in the rain adele looked like that
00:49:21.500 so adele's nickname in afrikaans was creek this is an english cricket
00:49:26.300 because of her posture because he was small but um now while after i put the phone down
00:49:34.140 with my mother i found a friend of mine wallace told me and he got the police if it wasn't for
00:49:39.500 for that, I don't know what would have happened, but it took me a couple of minutes before
00:49:43.000 my brain registered that I can phone somebody. I got such a big fright that my brain was
00:49:48.480 empty. So when I got there and I saw my wife standing there, I didn't have any words. You
00:50:00.880 can't pray, you don't know what to do. And at that moment, still you don't hate.
00:50:09.500 the way they hate us.
00:50:14.580 And if
00:50:14.940 sovereignty, sovereignty means
00:50:17.240 for this ANC government
00:50:18.960 that they've been screaming this week
00:50:20.520 that my
00:50:23.100 blood and my family's blood must
00:50:24.820 flow
00:50:25.180 for the poverty
00:50:28.820 that is happening in South
00:50:30.840 Africa, they must 1.00
00:50:32.960 put that blame in front of the old 1.00
00:50:34.740 National Party, the Roof Mayer, the Evie 0.95
00:50:36.660 de Klerks,
00:50:38.620 Piet Kroekamp,
00:50:41.140 Ramaphosa,
00:50:43.880 Azuma,
00:50:44.860 Malema. 1.00
00:50:45.980 They've been running this country for how many years now? 1.00
00:50:48.680 30 years.
00:50:50.520 Why do my wife have to be raped and my family being murdered so that they can
00:50:58.620 have a party that I've got to pay for it by getting murdered?
00:51:06.660 because there's poverty and then they will say you're getting murdered because
00:51:13.480 you treat your farm workers badly it is the worst lie in the world if those
00:51:26.420 farm workers are in the way they will also shoot them like they do I want to 1.00
00:51:33.920 state it again we are being murdered by another ethnic group the Cape Flats and 1.00
00:51:41.480 all the murders in the country that is not on white farmers that same ethnic 0.99
00:51:47.720 group murder their own people we are not being murdered by our own white people 0.98
00:51:52.960 we are being murdered by black people 1.00
00:51:58.000 why 1.00
00:52:01.620 I don't know
00:52:04.680 I think they hate us
00:52:05.480 because
00:52:05.880 we've got farms 0.78
00:52:07.520 politically
00:52:09.360 they said that
00:52:10.220 we stole everything
00:52:11.060 from them
00:52:11.560 when I was in the military
00:52:14.840 I remember
00:52:15.360 one of the
00:52:16.040 points that the ANC made
00:52:18.620 was to crash
00:52:20.240 the economy
00:52:20.880 because they said
00:52:23.040 if they crash
00:52:24.080 the economy
00:52:24.640 and get the whole country
00:52:26.900 unruly
00:52:27.940 they will stay in power
00:52:29.480 and this is exactly
00:52:31.620 what they're doing
00:52:32.180 at the moment
00:52:32.600 they're crashing
00:52:33.140 the whole economy
00:52:33.860 because if there's
00:52:34.660 if you've got nowhere to go
00:52:36.120 they can stay in control
00:52:37.720 forever
00:52:38.100 they don't care
00:52:41.480 if there's poverty
00:52:42.200 but how can
00:52:44.940 30,000 people be
00:52:46.420 to blame
00:52:48.620 for the poverty
00:52:50.420 of millions
00:52:51.880 in this country
00:52:52.540 how can 30,000 people
00:52:54.140 look after
00:52:55.620 millions of people
00:52:57.220 from Malawi
00:52:58.920 from Mozambique
00:53:00.420 from Zimbabwe
00:53:02.020 and from South Africa
00:53:04.360 how is it possible?
00:53:07.000 Hey it's Tucker Carlson
00:53:07.840 we launched ALP about a year and a half ago
00:53:09.660 and people are voracious for it
00:53:11.760 they can't get enough
00:53:12.480 everywhere you go you get the same question
00:53:13.840 when are you making more flavors?
00:53:15.560 we are not in the business of disappointing people
00:53:17.620 instead we're in the business of satisfying them
00:53:19.840 so we have made at least three more flavors
00:53:22.640 introducing the ALP Frontier Collection
00:53:24.620 they are
00:53:25.560 Campfire Cinnamon, Sunset Mango, and Cowboy Coffee.
00:53:30.880 Available in 4 milligram and 8 milligram.
00:53:33.380 Because if you're going to use nicotine, you ought to have some options.
00:53:36.400 Get the new Frontier Collection now at outpouch.com slash Tucker. 0.96
00:53:43.320 How productive are white farmers in South Africa? 0.96
00:53:47.500 I've sold fertilizer for Gavilon fertilizers in the US.
00:53:51.180 I've been in the US
00:53:53.840 when I worked for Gavilon
00:53:56.040 I've been
00:53:57.580 in many places in the world
00:53:59.900 in Australia
00:54:00.860 I haven't been to Europe
00:54:02.580 but if you
00:54:04.980 I can't say in bushels
00:54:07.520 but if you
00:54:08.720 a South African farmer
00:54:10.640 and you plant corn
00:54:12.300 the average
00:54:13.520 farmer in South Africa
00:54:16.220 on a center pivot
00:54:17.160 in the worst conditions
00:54:19.160 that we've got
00:54:19.860 will harvest 16 tons average on corn.
00:54:24.460 So we are productive farmers.
00:54:26.620 We buy all the taxes that come from the US and wherever.
00:54:30.660 We're up to standard 80 tons of potatoes
00:54:34.260 to 100 tons of potatoes.
00:54:37.580 On wheat, we also do 8 to 10 tons.
00:54:40.660 Soyers, we can do on the dry land areas,
00:54:42.800 we can do 2 tons depending on the weather.
00:54:45.340 But we've got top, top farmers.
00:54:46.860 cattle production
00:54:49.220 we're up with the best in the world
00:54:50.920 we don't have to stand back
00:54:52.880 anywhere
00:54:53.280 we're right up there
00:54:58.380 the best in the world
00:54:59.580 farmers in South Africa don't get subsidized
00:55:02.820 like many farmers in other parts
00:55:04.900 of the world do
00:55:05.480 they've got to get their own finance
00:55:08.080 do their own thing
00:55:09.000 there's no help from the government at all
00:55:11.320 they do block us
00:55:15.020 that we can't import
00:55:16.540 like fertilizer directly.
00:55:18.600 They've got all these rules
00:55:19.500 and regulations
00:55:20.200 that you can't import directly.
00:55:24.140 Does South Africa
00:55:25.160 produce its own fertilizer?
00:55:26.640 We used to be self-sufficient
00:55:28.500 and fertilizing totally,
00:55:30.000 in total.
00:55:31.120 At the moment, we're not.
00:55:33.980 The sassel that we had
00:55:35.120 is not producing fertilizer anymore.
00:55:37.440 It's been taken over
00:55:38.200 by the government.
00:55:39.320 We had a phosphorus plant
00:55:41.700 in Palabalva
00:55:43.880 that went to Rich's Bay.
00:55:45.000 they didn't produce
00:55:47.120 any granule this season so far
00:55:48.700 nothing
00:55:49.160 they'd be standing for six months
00:55:50.400 we've got to import everything
00:55:51.540 we're on a massive strain
00:55:54.740 at the moment
00:55:55.240 with the wars
00:55:55.920 that's going around
00:55:57.020 we can't get fertilizer
00:55:58.280 vessels has got to come
00:55:59.800 from Russia and all over
00:56:00.740 so still with all that
00:56:02.960 farmers are still producing
00:56:03.920 we're getting murdered 0.82
00:56:06.320 we're having
00:56:06.760 everything against us
00:56:08.040 from the outside world
00:56:09.680 and we are still producing
00:56:11.520 we are still there
00:56:13.120 but south africa was once self-sufficient in fertilizer total totally we we were
00:56:21.240 self-sufficient everything except urea it was always cheaper to import urea um than to
00:56:27.400 manufacture it ourselves but the government in 30 years has destroyed the entire industry
00:56:33.260 there's nothing left there is nothing left that's horrifying so uh so why do you think
00:56:41.480 it is the farmers, though,
00:56:43.380 the 30,000 mostly,
00:56:45.420 well, white, but
00:56:47.380 a lot of them Afrikaans-speaking farmers.
00:56:49.520 Why are they the targets of this violence
00:56:51.640 when they're such a small
00:56:53.400 percentage of the white population?
00:56:59.220 I think the ANC government 0.80
00:57:01.340 is using it. They've
00:57:03.340 got to tell
00:57:05.040 uneducated people that we are to
00:57:07.300 blame for their
00:57:09.280 poverty.
00:57:11.480 And they managed to get that over.
00:57:13.640 Those people think we are to blame for their poverty.
00:57:17.620 If you drive a car, they would think that car actually belongs to them.
00:57:25.160 They destroyed our schools.
00:57:27.740 They destroyed our hospitals.
00:57:30.280 There's no hospitals in the small towns left anymore.
00:57:33.020 Really?
00:57:33.800 It looks like pigsty.
00:57:35.000 You can't go there.
00:57:36.820 There's no hospitals.
00:57:37.740 I had to, when my wife got sick, I had to drive 800 kilometers to the nearest hospitals
00:57:42.000 and 350, if you get a heart attack and there's no helicopter taking you, you're not going
00:57:45.840 to make it.
00:57:48.160 There is no hospitals left.
00:57:49.980 There's no doctors left.
00:57:51.480 The people are just leaving.
00:57:54.280 What would happen if you, what's the nearest hospital to your apartment?
00:57:57.980 My nearest is either Bloemfontein, it's 350 kilometers away, or Port Elizabeth, 350 kilometers
00:58:02.880 away.
00:58:03.100 And if that, if those hospitals doesn't have space and you go to Cape Town.
00:58:07.740 How far is that?
00:58:08.780 890 kilometers away from me.
00:58:11.220 So I've done that trip for three and a half years after the murder.
00:58:16.300 Every two months.
00:58:18.700 Why did you go every two months?
00:58:21.960 So, yeah. 1.00
00:58:28.460 After the murder, first my mother-in-law got cancer and she passed away.
00:58:37.740 and very soon after the murder,
00:58:41.180 I could see my wife was getting sick.
00:58:54.040 She did test HIV, 1.00
00:58:56.640 and luckily she didn't have HIV.
00:59:06.500 But she got...
00:59:07.740 First, she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, then leukemia.
00:59:13.660 And the last two months of her life, she was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
00:59:19.280 And if you go back on the science of these diseases, fear and anxiety, extreme fear and
00:59:29.440 anxiety is a definite cause of these diseases, as is diabetes.
00:59:34.100 a friend of mine
00:59:36.600 Sean was attacked
00:59:37.380 while they were asleep
00:59:38.400 and stabbed
00:59:39.140 and Sean has got diabetes now
00:59:43.100 he was stabbed
00:59:44.520 while he was asleep
00:59:45.380 yeah they walked into his house
00:59:46.760 tied them up 1.00
00:59:47.480 him and his wife
00:59:49.160 and started stabbing him
00:59:50.640 while he didn't wake up
00:59:52.660 at first
00:59:53.240 Shell was awake
00:59:55.780 tied her up 0.84
00:59:57.020 put socks in her mouth 1.00
00:59:57.940 put a tie 1.00
00:59:58.620 tied them up
00:59:59.640 tied them up
01:00:00.440 so that they
01:00:00.940 they quiet
01:00:02.300 and then just started 0.93
01:00:03.420 stabbing him
01:00:04.100 They won't ask questions.
01:00:07.420 If they walk in, if you're a man, they will kill you
01:00:10.620 because they've got to get you out of the way.
01:00:14.500 Did they stab his wife?
01:00:16.080 No, luckily not.
01:00:24.940 So after the murder, we waited for four days for forensic
01:00:31.320 to eventually pitch up to take fingerprints.
01:00:34.100 in that time
01:00:37.920 my kids are there
01:00:41.540 there's animals on the outside
01:00:45.420 that you've got to look after
01:00:46.380 that's got to be fed
01:00:47.240 and watered
01:00:48.400 and then you've got to wait
01:00:52.100 for forensic to hopefully
01:00:53.300 get some fingerprints
01:00:56.300 this or that
01:00:57.060 in the meantime
01:00:59.180 you can't clean the blood
01:01:00.240 that's everywhere
01:01:01.160 kids just had to walk over that
01:01:04.060 you can't fix these kids again
01:01:07.160 you can't get them to be normal again
01:01:11.180 when I was 17 years old
01:01:16.320 when I went to the military
01:01:17.180 I didn't experience this
01:01:18.440 that we are experiencing now
01:01:20.180 and we had a proper military force
01:01:24.080 in South Africa
01:01:25.840 we could look after ourselves
01:01:27.180 but I have never experienced
01:01:30.180 what I'm experiencing now
01:01:32.000 you can go for
01:01:36.120 psychiatry treatment
01:01:37.440 and this and that
01:01:38.400 they can pray for you
01:01:40.920 and you can pray for yourself
01:01:43.460 and after that
01:01:46.460 you will see on social media
01:01:49.120 or hear that somebody will phone you
01:01:50.520 and say there's another murder there
01:01:51.940 they don't put it
01:01:53.340 in the news anymore
01:01:54.980 they hide it
01:01:56.840 nobody talks about it
01:01:58.540 the people near you
01:02:02.000 we'll talk about it
01:02:04.660 and then somebody else
01:02:05.720 will just hope
01:02:06.200 it doesn't happen
01:02:06.720 that it don't happen to you
01:02:07.760 and then you'll get
01:02:08.400 on social media
01:02:09.140 statistical wise
01:02:12.240 we don't murder you
01:02:13.760 because in the Cape Flats
01:02:15.720 there's hundreds of kids
01:02:16.920 being murdered
01:02:17.440 coming back to
01:02:18.380 the same thing again 0.99
01:02:19.180 the same ethnic group 1.00
01:02:22.100 that murdered them
01:02:22.840 they're not murdered 0.97
01:02:23.960 by whites
01:02:24.540 no
01:02:25.000 by their own people
01:02:26.460 but so then
01:02:29.740 you know
01:02:32.000 We waited for four days.
01:02:35.920 After that, I had to go to a state mortuary.
01:02:43.600 I think in the U.S., if there's a murder,
01:02:47.640 there's a specific mortuary where they investigate those murders
01:02:54.000 and those bodies go to.
01:02:55.140 in south africa now the state morgeries are in the locations that's in any case where i had to go to
01:03:05.300 in sebu king i had to drive 10 kilometers into that location where it's definitely not safe if
01:03:13.700 you're white it's not a place where you want to be they will murder you if you're driving there 0.99
01:03:20.380 You cannot stop. You've got to go and get there and get out.
01:03:27.660 So when I eventually got there, there was a sign on the wall there.
01:03:37.280 And I was sitting there crying, and on that sign it said,
01:03:43.900 No bodies will be kept here for longer than three months.
01:03:47.360 I wish Ramaphosa
01:03:51.180 and Lulph Mayer would tell me
01:03:53.220 that I'm telling a lie now
01:03:54.360 and I couldn't understand
01:03:58.780 what I was reading
01:03:59.600 because I was crying
01:04:00.500 and I was afraid
01:04:01.300 and I was
01:04:01.940 emotionally I was
01:04:04.000 I was drained
01:04:05.080 they made me sit there
01:04:09.360 for two hours
01:04:10.160 maybe longer
01:04:11.060 before I could witness the body
01:04:13.600 because you must say
01:04:16.400 this is
01:04:17.040 who the person is
01:04:20.120 signed all the documents
01:04:21.880 so eventually
01:04:28.700 a black man came 0.98
01:04:30.580 he had chungam 1.00
01:04:32.900 chewing it
01:04:33.900 and he fell back in a chair
01:04:36.720 on the other side of a counter
01:04:38.280 and he was leaning backwards like this
01:04:41.100 as he was on the beach
01:04:42.140 and he blew this bubble 1.00
01:04:45.620 with the chungam 0.97
01:04:46.580 in the meantime they were talking and laughing 1.00
01:04:50.340 I don't know what jokes they were talking
01:04:51.840 whether they were talking about me
01:04:53.120 or whatever they were doing
01:04:54.020 I don't know
01:04:54.460 it's very disrespectful
01:04:55.380 if you haven't experienced racism
01:04:57.780 go there
01:04:58.760 and tell me if you haven't experienced racism
01:05:01.820 so when that bubble burst
01:05:05.500 he said to me
01:05:06.880 so what happened to the deceased
01:05:10.020 I was never treated
01:05:14.220 so disrespectful in my whole life.
01:05:19.880 After a massive conflict with that,
01:05:22.240 we eventually walked
01:05:25.020 to the body.
01:05:30.140 And I remember the guy from Doves
01:05:31.860 that had to move all the dead bodies.
01:05:35.860 I looked at him and I said to him,
01:05:38.800 does the Lord really exist?
01:05:40.700 and he said to me yes
01:05:45.020 I said how is that possible
01:05:48.360 because you see this every day
01:05:51.540 and he said to me
01:05:52.660 this what you see here
01:05:55.780 is not the Lord
01:05:56.920 it is Satan
01:05:58.020 and I'm being ashamed of saying it
01:06:03.680 while I was sitting there
01:06:06.180 I was looking down at him
01:06:07.200 and I thought to myself
01:06:08.040 how can you do a job like this
01:06:09.600 why didn't you rather go to university or college
01:06:12.720 or study something
01:06:13.420 how can you do something like this
01:06:14.740 without those people
01:06:17.580 I do not know what we will do in South Africa
01:06:20.340 and I've got to take hats off to them 0.90
01:06:24.700 so he stood up
01:06:27.840 and he said to me
01:06:29.240 if you're not scared of bodies
01:06:30.820 or if you are scared of bodies
01:06:33.740 then just look at the back of my head
01:06:35.220 do not look to the side
01:06:38.180 so the norm in South Africa
01:06:44.780 is that those state
01:06:46.020 morgeries
01:06:46.940 the refrigerators
01:06:48.340 don't even work
01:06:49.140 there's too many bodies
01:06:52.640 in any case
01:06:53.380 there's no space for them
01:06:54.840 they don't come and pick up
01:06:56.320 the bodies 1.00
01:06:56.820 and that is black people 0.99
01:06:58.520 because the Zimbabweans 0.70
01:07:01.480 Malawis
01:07:02.100 whoever is here 1.00
01:07:03.640 they don't pick up the dead
01:07:07.760 they just leave them there.
01:07:11.040 So by law,
01:07:12.320 I think they must keep them there
01:07:13.920 for three months.
01:07:15.740 So while I was there,
01:07:16.900 there was not enough space
01:07:18.000 for those dead bodies.
01:07:19.700 Why don't they pick up their bodies 1.00
01:07:21.020 of their people? 1.00
01:07:22.700 It's cheaper.
01:07:23.480 It's too expensive.
01:07:25.340 So just leave them there.
01:07:28.400 So,
01:07:29.100 and that's poverty.
01:07:31.040 And that's got to be blame on me
01:07:32.260 because I'm a white farmer.
01:07:33.300 so the bodies were lying
01:07:38.300 that's not just poverty
01:07:40.080 some of the poorest people
01:07:41.280 in the world
01:07:41.640 pick up the bodies
01:07:42.420 of their dead
01:07:43.000 doesn't happen in South Africa
01:07:44.240 there's something else there
01:07:46.240 that's disgusting
01:07:47.240 so the bodies were lying
01:07:50.000 I went through a passage
01:07:51.500 and we turned
01:07:52.420 and it was bodies
01:07:53.860 I walked through
01:07:54.800 the middle of the bodies
01:07:55.620 the bodies were lying
01:07:56.280 on both sides
01:07:56.840 and they had these blue covers
01:07:58.040 halfway over the bodies
01:08:00.400 without close
01:08:01.340 so as they
01:08:06.440 were heating up
01:08:09.760 or I don't know what they were doing
01:08:10.820 they would swap them around
01:08:12.820 put them in the refrigerator
01:08:15.540 turn them around
01:08:16.940 so my father was lying on the table
01:08:20.020 there
01:08:20.320 without any clothes
01:08:23.440 the fear in his face
01:08:29.200 was still there
01:08:30.560 I'm not scared of a dead body
01:08:36.940 but what I saw was horrific
01:08:40.460 my brother fell with a motorbike
01:08:43.800 and I went through the same story
01:08:45.220 my brother had long hair
01:08:50.180 died in a motorbike
01:08:51.400 and not in a motor
01:08:52.820 just a normal accident
01:08:53.800 but all his hair got shaved off
01:08:55.720 they cut him open in his head
01:08:57.200 and they put stitches in that far apart
01:08:58.960 I can do a barbed wire fencing better
01:09:02.060 than what they do
01:09:03.000 and my question to them is
01:09:06.140 if you put on the death certificate
01:09:08.300 cause of death on natural causes
01:09:09.740 why the hell do you have to cut the bodies up
01:09:12.300 and do any forensic investigation on it in any case
01:09:16.680 you don't open a case of murder
01:09:21.040 so why do you cut those bodies open
01:09:23.260 why don't we have a say
01:09:26.060 but my father was
01:09:29.680 his beard was long
01:09:30.820 the blood was in his mouth
01:09:32.480 on his cheeks
01:09:33.820 in his nose
01:09:34.940 they cut him open from
01:09:39.940 the bottom
01:09:42.000 all the way to here
01:09:43.580 and the stitches were
01:09:46.240 I don't know
01:09:47.200 five centimeters apart
01:09:48.260 it looked
01:09:48.660 absolutely
01:09:50.340 horrific and disrespectful
01:09:51.900 why
01:09:56.420 do I have to go
01:09:58.420 to a state mortuary
01:09:59.780 to work as a body
01:10:03.200 to be treated
01:10:04.940 like an animal
01:10:05.900 and then move
01:10:09.200 the body to
01:10:09.860 a proper
01:10:10.820 place where
01:10:13.400 we can bury
01:10:14.080 where we can
01:10:15.480 put the dead away 0.54
01:10:16.840 if my wife 1.00
01:10:21.760 If all my daughter or my son had to go there and witness a dead body, Adele would probably
01:10:33.760 have died sooner then after you sign those documentation
01:10:57.760 then you've got to go and get a date certificate 1.00
01:11:03.760 You get to internal affairs, you stand in a queue all day long, there's not one white
01:11:14.740 person working there, there's only black people working there.
01:11:18.000 You stand in a queue to get anything, you get IDZ, I don't know what else you get there, 0.99
01:11:25.460 and you cry and everybody look at you like you're an idiot, standing in a queue crying.
01:11:33.380 When you eventually get to the front, they come back with a death certificate and say
01:11:38.540 cause of death, unnatural causes.
01:11:41.260 I torn mine up and I said I will not accept this.
01:11:47.000 The police arrived again, massive conflict, and eventually I got this death certificate
01:11:54.880 that says, can't shoot wound to abdomen.
01:12:03.380 And we've got a farmer's organization called AgriSA.
01:12:08.780 It is the only agricultural organization that the government accepts as a spokesperson.
01:12:17.780 Call it a spokesperson.
01:12:20.640 I've mentioned this to them many, many years back.
01:12:24.640 Our own organization has never stood up for one farm murder.
01:12:28.500 I've personally spoken to
01:12:33.720 top management
01:12:34.740 at that stage
01:12:37.400 Dan Creek
01:12:37.980 they did nothing
01:12:40.700 they just hide
01:12:43.420 these test certificates under the table
01:12:45.340 nobody come back to me and say
01:12:47.380 you're wrong, you're right
01:12:49.260 nothing
01:12:49.980 so I've got pictures of it, I can show it
01:12:53.400 I can prove it
01:12:54.060 we had a
01:12:58.500 a spike of farmers i think around about 10 to 2000 and 10 2007 don't take me on it but all of a
01:13:06.500 sudden those death certificates when it used to say bullet wound or whatever it used to say it now
01:13:12.340 changed so i think ramaphosa is doing the biggest fraud in the world first of all with the death
01:13:19.940 certificates and don't tell me the ambassador here in the us mr roof mayer doesn't know that
01:13:25.540 because he was part of the government
01:13:28.100 reporting to the president,
01:13:32.480 Mr. Evie de Klerk, at that stage.
01:13:34.580 He must have known all this
01:13:36.080 and he must still know it.
01:13:41.900 If you've gone through all that,
01:13:47.260 then, first of all,
01:13:49.760 they don't investigate the murder.
01:13:53.160 If they do investigate it,
01:13:55.540 the docket at the police station
01:13:57.820 will go missing.
01:13:59.940 It will just disappear.
01:14:03.220 You've got no say over it.
01:14:06.880 If they do catch somebody,
01:14:09.580 like this one, Mario Konzo,
01:14:12.100 that murdered my father-in-law.
01:14:15.600 He murdered 23 people.
01:14:20.180 He got a life sentence of 146 years.
01:14:23.360 We went through that whole ordeal.
01:14:26.340 So when you get to court,
01:14:29.140 I just studied agriculture.
01:14:32.380 So I'm not an attorney.
01:14:33.140 I'm not an advocate.
01:14:34.400 I'm not a politician.
01:14:35.980 I'm a normal person.
01:14:38.220 I battle to pay my accounts
01:14:39.940 like any other normal person.
01:14:46.660 But my farm workers are being sorted.
01:14:48.960 They live, they eat.
01:14:53.140 I will not feed somebody like Roof Mayer.
01:14:55.540 and Pete Grokamp in South Africa 1.00
01:14:57.280 that is white. 1.00
01:14:59.420 I will rather feed a black person, 1.00
01:15:01.480 not Malema. 1.00
01:15:05.620 We are not all racist,
01:15:08.100 black and white people.
01:15:09.700 I can't be blamed
01:15:10.800 for what's happening in the Cape Flats.
01:15:12.700 You are murdering your own people.
01:15:14.340 I'm standing up for myself,
01:15:16.380 for my own people,
01:15:17.460 for my own family.
01:15:22.280 I have been in three attacks.
01:15:25.540 we survived the first two nobody got killed
01:15:31.080 is that how you got the scar on your chin that's one of them yeah what happened
01:15:39.600 yes i was i was slaughting cattle and walked onto them and they saw me and said i was gonna report
01:15:47.600 them they had to kill me they were slaughtering your cattle my grandfather's cattle so
01:15:52.080 they tried to slit my throat
01:15:56.360 fought back
01:15:57.720 I've got a scar on my leg
01:15:58.780 scar on the side
01:15:59.760 that one was actually okay
01:16:03.840 the other one
01:16:06.040 they came onto my grandfather's farm
01:16:07.800 said they wanted to buy sheep
01:16:09.760 my grandfather
01:16:14.880 we immediately saw that there was trouble
01:16:16.960 my wife was there with me 0.98
01:16:19.800 we didn't have kids yet 0.65
01:16:20.640 my grandfather sent my wife into the house 0.99
01:16:24.180 and said she must put the lights off
01:16:25.500 open the dogs
01:16:27.160 something like that
01:16:28.660 at first she didn't register
01:16:30.880 and when she got it she went into the house
01:16:34.240 opened the safe got the guns out
01:16:36.240 I went in the other way around the house
01:16:39.220 my grandfather stood there
01:16:40.300 and when we got inside the next minute
01:16:42.560 it was a taxi full of people
01:16:44.460 they came out with the AK-47s
01:16:46.480 and just started shooting at us
01:16:47.480 So my grandfather came through the kitchen door
01:16:53.240 and we fired back.
01:16:56.960 We found the police.
01:16:59.480 They came there.
01:17:01.000 No forensic investigation, nothing.
01:17:04.120 And nothing happened of it afterwards.
01:17:06.040 Why did they start firing an AK-47 at you?
01:17:09.420 No idea.
01:17:11.740 We didn't have any sheep to sell.
01:17:13.400 Did you know these people?
01:17:14.640 No.
01:17:15.300 Had you ever seen them before?
01:17:16.260 No.
01:17:17.480 the same ones that murdered my father.
01:17:19.260 I've never seen them ever before.
01:17:22.280 So in court,
01:17:23.460 this Mario Konzo was caught
01:17:25.900 and the court had said
01:17:27.620 that there was eight people outside,
01:17:29.180 six people.
01:17:29.740 So when you're in a farm murder,
01:17:31.780 you've got all these burglar proofing outside.
01:17:33.780 Yes.
01:17:34.480 All the steel fences,
01:17:35.500 all the barbed wire to keep people out.
01:17:37.420 But you're in the house,
01:17:38.300 you're stuck in your own house,
01:17:39.200 you can't get out.
01:17:40.040 Yes.
01:17:40.340 but you don't
01:17:47.060 I mean
01:17:47.640 to drive to a stranger's house
01:17:49.580 and open fire
01:17:50.380 with an AK-47
01:17:51.360 for no reason
01:17:52.280 is a strange thing to do
01:17:53.440 same what they did
01:17:54.060 when they murdered
01:17:54.780 my father-in-law
01:17:55.420 said this is what they do
01:17:56.340 they dive past
01:17:57.000 and see there's a soft target
01:17:58.020 and they just go in
01:17:58.720 did they steal
01:18:00.580 a lot of things
01:18:01.160 they don't come to steal
01:18:03.460 they come to take guns
01:18:05.540 and murder
01:18:06.740 and take vehicles
01:18:07.480 they don't steal anything
01:18:09.520 there's no theft
01:18:10.780 involved here
01:18:11.380 they just want to 0.99
01:18:14.260 kill the whites 1.00
01:18:14.700 so 0.99
01:18:15.080 the second attack
01:18:16.560 I came
01:18:19.080 back from work
01:18:20.860 stopped in front
01:18:21.940 of the farm gate
01:18:22.600 and here was this
01:18:23.220 black man standing
01:18:23.860 in front of the gate
01:18:24.440 with
01:18:24.880 racehorse bridles
01:18:26.860 racing bridles
01:18:27.820 those
01:18:28.860 racehorse
01:18:29.720 racing bridles
01:18:30.600 are very expensive
01:18:31.360 aluminium
01:18:33.180 alamite shoes
01:18:34.540 horses
01:18:35.560 a whole lot of things
01:18:36.680 they wanted to sell it to me
01:18:39.520 And so I phoned a policeman and I said, there's a man standing in front of my gate and it looks like he wants to sell me stolen goods.
01:18:47.120 So they said to me, I must bring him into town to Kimberley.
01:18:51.300 They will give me money.
01:18:53.520 There's a bar there, a horseshoe hotel.
01:18:56.480 I must stop there.
01:18:57.120 They will wait for me there.
01:18:58.420 I must keep this man in the car.
01:19:02.000 Walk in.
01:19:02.460 They will give me money.
01:19:04.240 There will be police in a car park right next to me.
01:19:07.460 So it worked 100%.
01:19:09.340 Police were standing outside. 0.79
01:19:10.380 They didn't look like policemen, also black people.
01:19:14.220 Got out. 1.00
01:19:14.900 They gave me the money, and I offered him the money.
01:19:17.380 And when he took the money, they arrested him.
01:19:20.880 So that was it, one thief less.
01:19:25.180 But he escaped, and he came back with my barn and light.
01:19:31.280 He set your barn on fire?
01:19:32.640 My tactics burned down.
01:19:34.160 Some of my tactics, my equipment, I had alfalfa bales there that burned down.
01:19:41.180 And as it is, you always under-insure it when things like that happen.
01:19:45.100 I think I lost about 1.3, 1.4 million land at that stage, which was from my pocket.
01:19:52.520 Met up with my wife in the house with guns, took my guns.
01:19:58.440 It took me months to get my guns back.
01:20:00.320 eventually they caught him again
01:20:02.960 got my firearms with him
01:20:04.600 and he escaped again
01:20:06.240 and he's still at large
01:20:07.580 still today
01:20:08.100 they never caught him
01:20:09.720 I was treated like a criminal
01:20:10.940 because my guns got missing
01:20:12.120 they wanted to cancel
01:20:15.440 my firearm licenses
01:20:16.460 and all that
01:20:17.060 it sounds like
01:20:18.820 if strangers are pulling up
01:20:20.560 with AK-47s
01:20:21.840 that
01:20:22.160 it's easy to get a gun
01:20:24.020 in South Africa 0.94
01:20:24.740 the only people
01:20:26.840 that's got to have a license
01:20:27.960 is us 0.53
01:20:28.880 whites
01:20:29.580 yeah
01:20:30.020 a license for a firearm.
01:20:33.740 The rest is AK-47s.
01:20:36.040 We're not allowed to have
01:20:37.040 automatic rifles or weapons with us.
01:20:39.920 You've got to have a special license
01:20:42.540 to get something like that.
01:20:44.060 You don't have AK-47s?
01:20:45.800 No, we can't.
01:20:46.500 We can't have that on your...
01:20:47.780 There is people that does have,
01:20:49.200 but there's special reasons
01:20:51.160 why you'll have something like that.
01:20:53.720 So handgun is there
01:20:55.000 and a hunting rifle.
01:20:58.220 Single shot guns,
01:20:59.800 But other than that, no.
01:21:01.520 Wait, so you've been the victim of three farm attacks.
01:21:05.040 They tried to cut your throat.
01:21:06.160 They attacked your wife.
01:21:07.180 They murdered your father-in-law in front of your kids.
01:21:10.720 But you can't have an AK-47, but they do.
01:21:14.100 Yeah.
01:21:14.660 No, you're not allowed.
01:21:15.720 That sounds like America.
01:21:17.060 So if you, look, I don't want to shoot anybody.
01:21:23.900 If you do shoot one of those intruders, I can guarantee you a million percent that I will be in jail first.
01:21:38.300 In your house?
01:21:39.280 In my own house.
01:21:40.280 I can guarantee you that I will sit in jail.
01:21:42.420 So you don't want to shoot them.
01:21:44.060 You don't even want to point a gun at them.
01:21:47.840 Then you're in big trouble.
01:21:51.660 So they are trying to disarm us now. 1.00
01:21:53.900 How is this not ethnic cleansing? 0.89
01:21:58.760 It sounds like ethnic cleansing to me.
01:22:00.640 If you take one group of people on the basis of the race
01:22:02.940 and say you can't defend yourself
01:22:04.260 and they tell everyone else you can rape their wives 0.63
01:22:05.860 and murder them,
01:22:07.260 that sounds like ethnic cleansing.
01:22:09.120 It's all blamed on the poverty
01:22:11.740 that was caused by me and my friend,
01:22:15.720 Mr. Jan van Riebeek,
01:22:16.580 when he came in in 1625.
01:22:19.780 So I don't know how I was communicating with him.
01:22:22.940 probably by WhatsApp
01:22:23.960 telling him that
01:22:24.980 we are going to destroy
01:22:26.100 South Africa 1.00
01:22:26.720 we are going to 0.99
01:22:28.740 steal everything
01:22:29.500 I haven't got the answer
01:22:33.200 for that
01:22:33.620 if you
01:22:37.120 they're trying to
01:22:38.880 disarm us now
01:22:39.620 like
01:22:40.800 100%
01:22:41.980 to take all our
01:22:42.880 firearms away from us
01:22:44.120 that we can't have
01:22:44.860 licenses
01:22:45.280 they're trying their
01:22:46.840 utmost best to disarm us
01:22:48.200 because they are worried
01:22:50.120 that we are going
01:22:50.920 to defend ourselves
01:22:52.600 We cannot go and defend.
01:22:55.380 You cannot fight an AK-47 with a 9mm pistol.
01:22:59.240 No, you can't.
01:22:59.760 That is impossible.
01:23:01.900 And there is not one farmer in South Africa
01:23:04.700 that wants to murder and shoot people.
01:23:08.760 There's not one of us.
01:23:10.820 Why would we do that?
01:23:13.640 We need each other.
01:23:14.800 We need to carry on.
01:23:15.900 All we want to do in South Africa is be at your own business
01:23:19.820 and carry on.
01:23:21.140 Why can't we be safe?
01:23:23.220 Why murder us for the poverty that you as the ANC has caused?
01:23:31.160 How can I be blamed for the poverty?
01:23:33.780 You said you don't want to shoot anyone.
01:23:35.480 You're a Christian.
01:23:36.160 You don't want to harm other people.
01:23:38.160 And I believe you.
01:23:39.440 How do you think the people who shot your father-in-law felt?
01:23:42.460 Do you think they felt bad about it?
01:23:45.600 No.
01:23:46.740 I don't think they'd even get nightmares of it.
01:23:51.140 How can you murder 23 people and sit and smile when you get to the courtroom?
01:23:56.540 Look me in the eye and grin and provoke me in such a way that I think I'm going to get
01:24:02.120 a heart attack.
01:24:03.480 He did that to you?
01:24:04.420 The man who raped your wife and shot your father-in-law?
01:24:06.360 Looked at me and smiled at me and other people were sitting next to him.
01:24:10.480 They only caught one of eight.
01:24:12.720 So when you go to court, these people can pick an attorney or an advocate or one is
01:24:19.300 being provided to them.
01:24:21.140 I've got to sit with the state prosecutor that's there on the day.
01:24:26.320 So we went to court years after the murder was committed.
01:24:30.340 I don't know how many years, three, four.
01:24:33.500 So the state prosecutor was a white man.
01:24:35.980 The man that was representing the murderer was also white.
01:24:42.240 The guy on the bench was a white guy.
01:24:47.160 So we don't have a jury in South Africa.
01:24:51.140 courtrooms the judge decides by himself the judges are employed by the state by the president
01:25:01.540 so they employ their own judges we've got no say about that
01:25:09.140 so i've got to go to court except the state prosecutor that's there
01:25:16.020 this specific man came he smelled of alcohol he was sweating he was late
01:25:21.140 and that whole thing that you put over,
01:25:26.040 I don't know what you call it even.
01:25:29.940 He said to me, we ran into an empty courtroom,
01:25:32.120 and he said to me, wife,
01:25:33.280 please tell me what happened at the murder
01:25:34.880 for three, four minutes.
01:25:37.780 Then we walked to court for three days. 0.89
01:25:41.800 They took my wife apart inside.
01:25:45.720 At one stage,
01:25:46.940 the guy that was representing
01:25:50.480 the white man
01:25:51.220 that's representing this murder
01:25:52.460 wanted to know
01:25:53.740 what they've done to her. 1.00
01:25:56.600 And she only committed rape to me 1.00
01:25:58.460 like three, four years after that. 0.99
01:26:02.480 In the meantime,
01:26:03.760 she had a HIV test
01:26:05.520 with nobody knowing,
01:26:09.380 waiting
01:26:09.760 if it's positive or not.
01:26:16.940 And you go through that whole thing in court so that this man can tell you, you're a liar.
01:26:25.780 You get found guilty.
01:26:29.120 I witnessed the body.
01:26:32.080 I got the death certificate.
01:26:34.720 We go to court.
01:26:37.540 You know how many years of my life I've lost?
01:26:39.540 being scared
01:26:42.280 sitting next to a kitchen table
01:26:45.980 that you can't even talk
01:26:47.260 you can't say anything
01:26:49.600 all that's in your head and your mind
01:26:52.780 is what happened to you
01:26:54.520 and then 1.00
01:26:57.020 this white attorney will tell my wife in court 1.00
01:27:00.500 that she's lying 1.00
01:27:01.220 and if everything is finished
01:27:03.600 and he gets a sentence of 146 years
01:27:06.680 he gets a list after a year
01:27:08.880 They are telling me now he died.
01:27:11.020 They can't prove anything to me.
01:27:23.920 So my wife got sick.
01:27:29.000 We got to a professor in Cape Town.
01:27:31.580 they all agreed
01:27:33.640 that the disease is because of the
01:27:36.480 intense fear
01:27:38.440 that she had experienced
01:27:39.760 her fingernails
01:27:42.860 started losing 0.67
01:27:44.600 from the front
01:27:47.980 to the back
01:27:49.040 all dead of them
01:27:53.700 that she was in so much pain
01:27:57.080 that she couldn't
01:27:59.480 deal herself when she went to a toilet
01:28:01.080 the humiliation in that 1.00
01:28:06.020 for a woman 0.99
01:28:07.100 that if she had to 1.00
01:28:10.500 use her hair dryer 0.90
01:28:11.720 to blow her hair after she's washed them
01:28:17.260 the ones that's left
01:28:19.200 of all the pain
01:28:23.320 because her fingernails are losing
01:28:25.120 because of these diseases 1.00
01:28:26.220 I cannot take my wife
01:28:32.380 I couldn't take her
01:28:33.620 to a hospital
01:28:34.300 where I live
01:28:35.020 there is no hospital left
01:28:37.600 the closest one 0.99
01:28:40.860 that I could help her
01:28:41.780 was in Cape Town
01:28:42.580 I went there
01:28:44.240 for three and a half years
01:28:45.320 maybe more
01:28:46.760 at one stage
01:28:52.200 we stayed there
01:28:52.860 for six months
01:28:53.460 and she needed treatment
01:28:54.300 she gets chemo 0.52
01:29:01.600 there's a thing that 0.99
01:29:05.120 if you don't have white blood cells
01:29:06.600 that you inject
01:29:11.120 that I had to inject her 0.98
01:29:12.820 around your navel 0.96
01:29:14.440 called grustiva I think
01:29:16.980 in your hand wise
01:29:19.420 it's a thousand five hundred
01:29:20.460 in injection
01:29:21.280 so that your body
01:29:23.440 can make white blood cells
01:29:24.760 so that you have an immune system.
01:29:30.960 My medical aid didn't pay for that.
01:29:33.360 I had a hospital plan.
01:29:35.100 The government doesn't pay that.
01:29:38.600 I had to pay 60,000 a month.
01:29:41.700 I don't know how long.
01:29:44.960 To pay for that.
01:29:47.440 Five injections a week,
01:29:48.980 only Saturdays and Sundays not.
01:29:50.540 that causes your bone marrow
01:29:54.180 to expand
01:29:55.100 you got allergic to morphine
01:30:03.440 no normal person can live that long
01:30:06.220 and be on painkillers
01:30:09.800 and your liver and your kidneys
01:30:12.200 last
01:30:12.760 of all the chemo and chemo tablets
01:30:16.400 and everything you drink
01:30:17.440 when I came with those injections
01:30:29.360 four hours after that
01:30:33.240 your bone marrow expands
01:30:34.240 and then she's in so much pain
01:30:35.800 and there's nothing I could do for
01:30:39.000 Bernardo
01:30:40.120 these tablets that you dissolve in water
01:30:44.720 that was the only thing that worked
01:30:45.980 I had trays full of that
01:30:47.440 and I'm not a medical doctor 0.88
01:30:53.340 but I had to inject her myself 0.97
01:30:56.000 and to bring that bloody thing there 1.00
01:30:59.380 to know 1.00
01:31:01.820 how much pain she's going to be in four hours after that
01:31:12.160 and then Saturday she's better, Sunday she's okay
01:31:16.240 She walks, she laughs, she laughs, she try and cook, visit the kids.
01:31:22.080 Monday morning, 9 o'clock, I've got to give that injection all over the gate. 1.00
01:31:30.400 I spend thousands of hands to try and keep my wife comfortable. 0.89
01:31:37.840 If you had treatment for leukemia and all that, 0.88
01:31:41.100 and you've got to drive back home 800 kilometers,
01:31:44.560 this. When we had this country, we had hospitals. You couldn't drive in your own town. Two
01:31:55.920 kilometers and you were at a hospital, somebody would have treated you.
01:31:59.820 What happened to that hospital?
01:32:02.040 The hospitals just got destroyed by the ANC government. There's no hospitals anymore.
01:32:07.380 There is just no hospitals. It looks like pig-sized. You can't go there.
01:32:11.100 I invite anybody
01:32:16.280 to go to these small towns
01:32:19.280 in between Johannesburg,
01:32:20.880 Turban and those places.
01:32:22.700 Go there and see what happens.
01:32:25.080 See if you're a patient
01:32:25.860 and you would be treated.
01:32:29.860 There's no hospitals left.
01:32:31.340 Ramaphosa,
01:32:32.240 all these hospitals are gone.
01:32:35.540 So then I had to drive
01:32:36.660 all the way back home.
01:32:37.720 all the expenses are for me
01:32:41.280 they murder us 0.99
01:32:44.240 they rape our wives 0.96
01:32:45.660 my daughter
01:32:47.540 had to go through psychiatrist treatment 0.95
01:32:50.560 when a kid
01:32:53.120 is 15 years old
01:32:55.260 and book herself
01:32:55.980 into a hospital 1.00
01:32:57.720 where they try and fix your head 1.00
01:33:00.760 by herself
01:33:02.600 you must know a kid is in trouble
01:33:05.040 and she phoned me and said dad I'm here now
01:33:08.920 I can't live for myself any longer
01:33:10.540 she didn't commit suicide
01:33:16.180 she wrote a book
01:33:18.980 with poems in her
01:33:21.540 you read that thing
01:33:23.920 and it's your own kid
01:33:27.020 you can't do anything but cry
01:33:29.180 and then the whole world comes back and say
01:33:35.440 You lying, you racist bastards,
01:33:37.820 you murdering the black people. 1.00
01:33:39.380 That's why they murder you. 1.00
01:33:42.700 They do say that too.
01:33:44.340 That's what the American media says.
01:33:46.000 They say that all over the world.
01:33:48.860 If you go back to the death certificates,
01:33:51.320 if you go back to the investigations,
01:33:53.040 that does not happen.
01:33:55.180 We cannot prove that we are getting murdered.
01:33:58.800 There is a genocide going on.
01:34:00.960 If there's 25,000 or 30,000 of us left,
01:34:04.440 How many more can they murder?
01:34:09.400 Any family in South Africa has got people,
01:34:13.000 family that works overseas or lives
01:34:15.300 or immigrated to Australia, America,
01:34:17.620 New Zealand, or England.
01:34:20.500 I don't know of anybody that hasn't got family
01:34:22.520 that's been in another country.
01:34:25.460 Are you going to stay?
01:34:27.220 I've got to stay.
01:34:27.960 My kids doesn't want to go.
01:34:28.920 It's a beautiful country.
01:34:29.740 We're trying to fix.
01:34:30.540 We need solutions.
01:34:31.400 We need help.
01:34:33.740 What the solution is, I don't know.
01:34:37.500 But, I mean, the intent, obviously, is to kill you or force you to leave.
01:34:45.100 Yeah, I think we'll probably see it out until they start taking the farms, taking our property.
01:34:54.420 and then your own agricultural organization, Agri-SA,
01:35:02.260 is negotiating with the ANC government
01:35:06.220 on my behalf of my own property
01:35:10.340 that I worked and paid for without my permission.
01:35:14.480 What do you mean negotiate?
01:35:15.820 What is there to negotiate?
01:35:16.940 They are setting the rules
01:35:18.100 how they can take these farms away.
01:35:20.280 Which farms must be taken?
01:35:22.900 They started that long ago.
01:35:24.420 what is the criteria
01:35:27.000 that they can take your farm away
01:35:30.120 and then they come back and say
01:35:31.140 no it's not that bad
01:35:32.040 they won't just take your farm
01:35:34.080 they can take anything they want
01:35:36.600 it's been written in the law books
01:35:39.000 they can take my car away if they want
01:35:41.620 without compensation 0.96
01:35:43.360 we're going the same route as Zimbabwe 0.69
01:35:46.800 but we've got to stand up
01:35:49.980 and try and save something
01:35:53.160 If I can save one daughter and one wife from being raped or to go through witness a body, go to court.
01:36:08.840 If we can pick our own attorneys and our own advocates for the government to pay, then I'll get somewhere.
01:36:17.180 It doesn't sound like you can persuade them.
01:36:20.520 I mean, anyone who would allow this to happen is evil
01:36:23.680 and isn't open to reason or negotiation.
01:36:32.260 Look, since the military,
01:36:36.980 what I was taught is they are not negotiable.
01:36:41.020 They are not, it's impossible to negotiate with them.
01:36:48.280 They ran to Russia. 0.93
01:36:50.520 when there was an apartheid system in place.
01:36:55.160 They ran to Russia, to Lebanon, and wherever.
01:36:58.760 Where did they run to?
01:37:01.520 Probably Iran also. 0.94
01:37:06.300 We've got nowhere to run.
01:37:11.460 If I can plead with the United States government,
01:37:14.400 whoever they will be, I don't care.
01:37:16.580 I've got to stand up for my own family.
01:37:18.620 I cannot stand up for the Cape Flats.
01:37:20.520 or for we ever.
01:37:23.940 We've gotten into a situation
01:37:25.260 that I've got to stand up
01:37:26.200 for my own family
01:37:26.900 that came as close as that.
01:37:28.820 I've got to stand up
01:37:29.540 for my own kids,
01:37:30.440 my own grandchildren
01:37:31.220 around me like that.
01:37:34.880 It sounds like you will.
01:37:38.120 I made that decision already.
01:37:41.020 I've lost
01:37:41.780 the love of my life
01:37:45.460 that I was beaten with
01:37:46.500 for 37 years.
01:37:50.520 My old family has been destroyed.
01:37:54.320 This has stolen like 10 years of my life.
01:37:58.700 When I started chewing horses,
01:38:01.340 I was so excited when I put the first money down to buy a farm.
01:38:07.420 I cannot explain this to you.
01:38:10.380 When I had 10 goats and 5 sheep,
01:38:14.440 it was the best thing in the world that happened to me.
01:38:16.760 I've built it up
01:38:20.700 in such a way
01:38:21.180 that we can live
01:38:21.900 and I've got to
01:38:25.080 give it away
01:38:25.660 for free
01:38:27.280 and they tell me
01:38:28.720 I stole it
01:38:29.360 and because
01:38:33.260 there's sovereignty
01:38:33.900 in this government
01:38:34.940 and they can make laws
01:38:36.340 to punish
01:38:37.980 Jan van Riebeek
01:38:38.840 I came back
01:38:41.100 I keep on coming back
01:38:42.880 to the same thing
01:38:43.620 because the intelligence
01:38:45.480 that's in this government
01:38:46.580 is of such
01:38:48.300 that that's the only thing they've got
01:38:50.560 I cannot be blamed
01:38:52.740 for the poverty that's there
01:38:54.000 it's not my doing
01:38:56.240 I'm making a contribution
01:38:58.620 as is all my
01:39:00.800 fellow farmers in South Africa
01:39:02.360 towards poverty
01:39:04.260 but we cannot
01:39:06.020 look after the 1.00
01:39:08.760 millions that's coming as illegal immigrants 1.00
01:39:11.040 into this country 1.00
01:39:11.840 that is the government's job
01:39:14.780 not us
01:39:16.580 And from taking my farm away and murdering me, he's not going to solve the problem.
01:39:23.460 Malema can scream whatever he wants.
01:39:25.380 He's got no brains at all or any intelligence to plant corn tomorrow morning or to farm with cattle or do whatever he is.
01:39:33.940 They will die of hunger if we are not there.
01:39:37.940 They will.
01:39:38.400 So it, over all of this is a government and a judicial system that is ignoring what's happening. Judges seem to refuse to bring any of the perpetrators to justice. Who appoints the judges?
01:39:54.720 yeah so look i'm not a
01:39:58.640 i'm not a state president or something but the state president has got the say and malema is
01:40:07.740 also on this board or whatever that decides julius malema who the judges will be so so for
01:40:14.740 people who don't follow south african politics julius malema is has been the head of something
01:40:18.580 called the economic freedom fighters correct yeah he's the head of the economic freedom fighters
01:40:22.700 Because he's the one that sings the song, kill the boar, kill the farmer.
01:40:25.700 Yes, he is kind of Al Sharpton of South Africa, open racist, open anti-white racist, calling for violence against whites.
01:40:34.120 But he has been portrayed as an opponent of the ANC, the ruling party.
01:40:40.360 But how is he appointing judges?
01:40:42.940 I think Malema, my personal opinion is Malema is just a front.
01:40:48.180 Malema is
01:40:51.020 heart and soul
01:40:52.980 working
01:40:53.400 for Ramaphosa
01:40:54.800 for the ANC
01:40:56.120 yeah heart and soul
01:40:57.480 I mean
01:40:57.740 everything points to it
01:40:59.060 yeah
01:40:59.440 it seems obvious
01:41:00.340 even from here watching
01:41:01.240 yeah
01:41:01.640 I was lucky enough
01:41:04.540 that I was in a proper school
01:41:05.680 and I was at university
01:41:07.140 when it was still there
01:41:08.080 although I studied agriculture
01:41:11.680 I don't think
01:41:12.160 I'm that brain dead
01:41:12.980 that I can't see it
01:41:13.840 yes
01:41:14.540 um
01:41:18.180 There's an attorney in Cape Town, Millie Wesley, that's found him guilty on hate speech.
01:41:25.320 They've gone to court the other day again.
01:41:29.800 He's supposed to be in jail.
01:41:32.580 Nothing is happening to him.
01:41:35.620 He's been found guilty of firing off the firearm where 80,000, 90,000 people were sitting in public.
01:41:46.560 He's not in jail.
01:41:48.180 if I point
01:41:50.840 a water pistol
01:41:53.240 that I buy
01:41:54.400 from the local shop
01:41:56.960 where they sell bread
01:41:58.040 that kids play with
01:41:59.580 that will be plastic
01:42:01.380 and neon green in color
01:42:03.620 if I point that
01:42:06.300 play gun at you
01:42:09.060 you will end up in jail
01:42:12.780 I know this
01:42:15.420 because my son-in-law
01:42:17.600 played with an air gun
01:42:19.880 with a man of color,
01:42:23.060 a BB gun,
01:42:26.400 and unfortunately
01:42:27.340 pushed his limits
01:42:29.860 and shot the man on his leg.
01:42:33.640 He ended up almost in jail.
01:42:36.680 He got a fine of 100,000 rand
01:42:38.900 and a suspension on his job
01:42:46.660 for six months
01:42:47.880 and read
01:42:51.800 that he was found guilty
01:42:53.580 of pointing a firearm.
01:42:56.680 A BB gun
01:42:57.720 that kids play with. 1.00
01:43:00.380 Malema can fire off 0.93
01:43:01.740 an automatic rifle
01:43:04.540 in public.
01:43:07.940 They found him guilty of that.
01:43:11.820 Nothing happens to him. 0.94
01:43:12.620 if Malema would ever become
01:43:17.400 the president of South Africa 0.52
01:43:19.460 you will see blood flow like you've never seen
01:43:23.680 you will never ever see
01:43:27.580 a bigger dictator than him
01:43:29.440 the biggest question is always
01:43:31.860 they start with
01:43:38.840 you running to America
01:43:40.360 we can sort out
01:43:43.760 our own problems
01:43:44.560 how can we sort out
01:43:48.820 our own problems
01:43:49.600 how many times
01:43:51.440 did we speak to this government
01:43:52.640 how many times
01:43:53.460 did you pray
01:43:53.920 the court doesn't even help you
01:43:55.520 how can you
01:43:56.180 sort out your own problems
01:43:57.800 and be souverain
01:43:59.360 like this new president
01:44:00.940 came here
01:44:01.600 over the weekend
01:44:02.800 or when did he come here
01:44:03.700 did he come here
01:44:04.980 the one in South Africa
01:44:06.720 that says we
01:44:09.000 they must not be
01:44:11.180 sanctions against
01:44:12.300 their vizems.
01:44:16.540 How is that possible
01:44:17.900 that they can judge
01:44:20.300 themselves
01:44:20.920 the right
01:44:22.420 to have people
01:44:24.520 murdered all the time?
01:44:26.740 Stand in front of
01:44:27.880 the whole world
01:44:28.460 and sing
01:44:29.040 kill the boer
01:44:29.960 kill the farmer. 0.99
01:44:33.440 Fire off a rifle.
01:44:37.100 You employ the judges.
01:44:39.000 you, the Julius Malema, with Ramaphosa.
01:44:43.200 He's on the board.
01:44:46.740 Nothing happens to you.
01:44:49.980 There's no statistics.
01:44:51.280 It doesn't make sense at all.
01:44:54.520 I mean, how is this possible?
01:44:57.720 The only way that we can stop this is
01:44:59.920 these politicians cannot have all the power.
01:45:05.000 They cannot have all the power.
01:45:07.420 The only way we will survive
01:45:09.240 is somewhere along the line.
01:45:12.760 There's got to be self-governance.
01:45:14.940 Like we've got a place there called Orania.
01:45:18.880 It's people that's got a normal farm
01:45:20.400 on the other side of Hopetown in the Northern Cape
01:45:24.460 that started and made a massive success of this farm.
01:45:29.780 Now the ANC and Malema is going for them all the way
01:45:33.560 because it's racist.
01:45:34.660 how can these people who've destroyed every institution in your country from the power
01:45:40.400 grid to the schools to the hospitals governance itself the courts none of it works the murder 1.00
01:45:45.680 rates out of control the rape rate is the highest on the planet and now they're murdering african 0.90
01:45:51.900 speaking peoples and stealing their farms so on what basis can they say you don't have a right
01:45:58.480 to have your own community?
01:46:00.260 I don't understand.
01:46:03.420 I can't answer you on that also.
01:46:06.100 It does sound kind of familiar
01:46:07.580 as an American, I have to say.
01:46:09.320 All I know is
01:46:11.320 at one point
01:46:15.240 my family's blood can't flow
01:46:19.920 for the sake of Jan van Liebeek
01:46:23.720 and the poverty in the country.
01:46:24.900 I can promise you
01:46:28.380 if we were governing that place
01:46:29.840 the poverty would have been
01:46:31.160 not like it is now
01:46:32.800 but I can't be blamed for that
01:46:35.940 but I don't want to be a state president
01:46:38.220 all I want to be is
01:46:39.840 I want to be a farmer
01:46:40.680 as an agronomist
01:46:43.520 I can make a contribution
01:46:46.160 to my fellow farmers
01:46:47.260 because
01:46:49.500 I come back to that
01:46:50.780 we do have the best farmers in the world
01:46:53.900 we are Christian people
01:46:59.920 and your farmers
01:47:02.780 has got integrity
01:47:03.700 to be still farming
01:47:06.460 in South Africa
01:47:07.220 if you don't have integrity
01:47:09.180 you can't produce food
01:47:13.800 because financially
01:47:15.760 we don't get anything
01:47:16.720 you've got to do
01:47:18.060 everything by yourself
01:47:18.920 to harvest 16
01:47:21.360 and 18 tons of corn
01:47:23.440 Eight tons of wheat, or 10 tons of wheat.
01:47:27.840 80 between 200 tons of potatoes.
01:47:31.980 On citrus, I can't, I don't know the facts.
01:47:34.460 I'm not a, I don't have the knowledge about trees and all that.
01:47:38.620 But how can they not see that the South African farmer is making a contribution to South Africa?
01:47:51.320 Well, of course they can see it, 0.94
01:47:52.500 and that's why they hate you.
01:47:55.920 Godspeed.
01:47:56.980 Mr. Lotz, thank you very much
01:47:58.180 for spending all this time
01:47:59.260 and for recounting what you did.
01:48:01.960 It's been a privilege,
01:48:03.620 and we do appreciate it.
01:48:08.140 And on behalf of the whole of South Africa,
01:48:14.220 and even the people in the Cape Flats,
01:48:19.460 that's getting murdered,
01:48:20.800 I do wish that could have been different.
01:48:29.140 You don't know how we wish that we can just live in peace together.
01:48:34.920 There's enough farms for everybody to buy, buy them and farm them. 0.54
01:48:41.840 The government has got enough money, we've got enough knowledge as white farmers to set 0.75
01:48:48.080 people up
01:48:48.640 and start
01:48:49.760 farming
01:48:50.080 but
01:48:53.620 not for
01:48:56.400 free
01:48:56.640 we didn't
01:48:58.040 come here
01:48:58.460 for free
01:48:58.960 we're not
01:49:00.280 going for
01:49:00.820 free
01:49:01.100 God bless
01:49:04.040 you
01:49:04.220 thank you
01:49:04.600 very much
