00:00:00.000 Thank you.
00:05:37.000 Hey guys, welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.
00:05:42.000 Every day there is more and more happening.
00:05:45.000 Hunter Biden's Christmas present.
00:05:48.000 No, it was not a lump of coal.
00:05:50.000 I guess it came a few weeks early.
00:05:53.000 Joe and the media told us this would never, ever happen.
00:05:57.000 Joe would never do this.
00:05:59.000 This would be a miscarriage of justice.
00:06:02.000 He'd never pardon Hunter.
00:06:05.000 Of course, we all knew that this was just another Biden slash media lie.
00:06:12.000 We knew they were going to do it.
00:06:13.000 We've discussed it on the show.
00:06:15.000 We're going to get into all of it coming up, including the massive momentum behind Kash Patel, great friend of the show, as the next director of the FBI. We'll also be joined by lawyer Mike Davis, who will definitely have some takes on what's going on.
00:06:30.000 Someone who's Just gets it.
00:06:33.000 Gets it aggressively.
00:06:35.000 Super understanding of what's going on.
00:06:38.000 Someone who's a true warrior for the movement.
00:06:40.000 So that's going to be really exciting.
00:06:41.000 Make sure you guys are liking, sharing, subscribing so you never miss one of these major episodes.

00:06:48.000 Just hit the button.
00:06:50.000 Let's make sure we get the most out of this, that people can actually see the truth rather than the lies of what, again, Joe Biden, the media, etc., etc., etc., will always show you.
00:07:03.000 The show is growing.
00:07:05.000 We have more and more to cover.
00:07:07.000 We're breaking big news.
00:07:09.000 Luckily, perhaps for you, yours truly has a little bit of a, let's call it a fly in the wall type of moment right now, trying to help set this stuff up so we can have the most America first agenda imaginable.
00:07:23.000 So now is your time again to make sure that you are subscribed, your friends are subscribed, that they're seeing it across the board, whether it's triggered or whether you get it on here on Rumble.

00:08:01.000 Check out the Birch Gold Group and diversify your savings.
00:08:04.000 With my father coming back into the office, guys, you're going to have more money in your paycheck.
00:08:09.000 That means you'll have more opportunities to plan for the future.
00:08:12.000 One way you can do that is by diversifying your portfolio into gold.
00:08:16.000 For over 20 years, Birch Gold Group has helped thousands of Americans protect their savings by converting an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in physical gold.
00:08:27.000 This means in this Christmas season you can convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in precious metals.
00:08:37.000 We've discussed this a bunch.
00:08:40.000 Make sense?
00:08:40.000 Check it out.
00:08:42.000 Educate yourself.
00:08:43.000 To learn more, text Don Jr., D-O-N-J-R, to the number 989898 to claim your free, no-obligation info kit on gold.
00:08:53.000 Again, it's free.
00:08:54.000 There is no obligation.
00:08:56.000 You can learn if this makes sense for you.
00:08:58.000 So it's easy.
00:08:59.000 Just text...
00:09:00.000 Don Jr., my name, D-O-N-J-R, to the number 989898. And with that, let's get into some of the top headlines.
00:09:08.000 And we'll begin with the massive news over the weekend where my father selected our friend Cash Patel to be the next director of the FBI. I know you've been waiting for a moment like this.
00:09:22.000 Cash is a perfect pick to finally fix this.
00:09:26.000 The broken Bureau of Investigations.
00:09:29.000 And the America First faithful are seriously excited about this one, guys.
00:09:36.000 Cash uncovered the FBI's illegal spying on the Trump campaign when he worked on the House Intelligence Committee.
00:09:41.000 He also served as a Defense Department Chief of Staff.
00:09:44.000 He worked as a federal public defender.
00:09:46.000 He's a former federal prosecutor and even has experience prosecuting terrorists.
00:09:52.000 You would think...
00:09:54.000 You would think that would be enough because people say he's still unqualified.
00:09:59.000 Of course they are, right?
00:10:01.000 I guess he wasn't a big wearer of masks and pushers of nonsense and he wasn't going to try to throw you in jail if you bought a Bible or some MAGA swag, but he's actually more qualified.
00:10:11.000 He's more qualified than probably anyone they've put up there in a long time.
00:10:14.000 But of course, the corrupt career bureaucrats like Andy McCabe are now in absolute panic mode that their abuses of power are going to be exposed like never before.
00:10:26.000 Check this out and see for yourself.
00:10:28.000 I want to start first with you and just get your reaction to this news tonight.
00:10:34.000 Yeah, well, it's a terrible development for the men and women of the FBI and also for the nation that depends on a highly functioning, professional, independent Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:10:50.000 The fact that Kash Patel is profoundly unqualified for this job is not even like a matter for debate.
00:10:58.000 So I think what we should really be thinking about right now is what does this signal in terms of Donald Trump's intent for the FBI? The installation, or the nomination, I guess we should say at this point, of Kash Patel's FBI Director can only possibly be a plan to disrupt, to dismantle, to distract the FBI, and to possibly use it as a tool for the President's political agenda.
00:11:27.000 And, you know...
00:11:31.000 If you recall, Andy McCabe is someone who lied before Congress, if I remember correctly.
00:11:37.000 Literally.
00:11:38.000 Faced no consequence for that.
00:11:39.000 Now he gets to be a talking head on CNN. He maintains his security clearance.
00:11:43.000 McCabe being irate shows why this is such a great pick.
00:11:48.000 McCabe is the exact type of FBI official that needs to go.
00:11:52.000 He was fired from the FBI for lying to investigators about his leaks to the media.
00:11:57.000 He was also wrong that the FBI had some independent agency free from accountability.
00:12:04.000 The FBI is part of the executive branch and answers to the president of the United States and ultimately to the voters.
00:12:12.000 Andy McCabe doesn't want to see that.
00:12:15.000 He wants to see that agency continue to be weaponized against the American people.
00:12:19.000 America voted for massive changes at the FBI and frankly everywhere else, and they're getting it with Kash Patel, who you have seen right here on this program time and time again.
00:12:32.000 The FBI doesn't just need a little tidying up.
00:12:35.000 It needs a complete and total overhaul.
00:12:39.000 Remember guys, the swamp doesn't want transparency.
00:12:42.000 They're very happy with the way things have gone for them.
00:12:46.000 It's failed the American people, but they don't want accountability because they've weaponized everything that these agencies are supposed to be.
00:12:56.000 They want to target parents at school board meetings, and they want to scare you into submission.
00:13:01.000 But those days are over.
00:13:03.000 Cash is the pick for the FBI that the people want, and the Senate needs to remember that.
00:13:09.000 There's a MAGA mandate.
00:13:11.000 We're moving full speed ahead because we're fed up with the business as usual where there's one rule for Democrats and one rule for the rest of us.
00:13:21.000 Just like the case of Hunter Biden.
00:13:23.000 Biden, the senior, this weekend did what he and the media claimed he'd never do.
00:13:32.000 He pardoned his son, Hunter.
00:13:35.000 But this wasn't just any pardon.
00:13:37.000 It was a blanket pardon for crimes committed starting back in January of 2014. Hmm.
00:13:46.000 January of 2014. Which just so happens to be around the same time that Hunter Biden joined the board seat of Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings.
00:13:59.000 Huh.
00:14:00.000 It's interesting.
00:14:01.000 It's before the presidency.
00:14:02.000 It's way before.
00:14:04.000 It's before my father's presidency.
00:14:06.000 I wonder why.
00:14:08.000 Huh, why would you need a pardon going back over 10 years?
00:14:13.000 And also, guys, remember, around the same time that Joe Biden was caught on tape bragging about getting a prosecutor fired who was investigating Hunter and Burisma for corruption.
00:14:22.000 Do you guys remember this one?
00:14:23.000 Do you remember this one?
00:14:24.000 Because I do, very distinctly.
00:14:27.000 I'll give you one concrete example.
00:14:30.000 I was, not I, I, but it just happened to be that was the assignment I got.
00:14:34.000 I got all the good ones.
00:14:37.000 And so I got Ukraine.
00:14:39.000 And I remember going over convincing our team, our brothers too, convincing us that we should be providing for loan guarantees.
00:14:48.000 And I went over I guess the 12th, 13th time to Kyiv, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee.
00:14:58.000 And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against a state prosecutor, and they didn't.
00:15:08.000 So they said they were walking out to the press conference and said, no, we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
00:15:14.000 They said, you have no authority.
00:15:16.000 You're not the president.
00:15:17.000 The president said, I said, call him.
00:15:20.000 I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars.
00:15:23.000 I said, you're not getting a billion?
00:15:24.000 I'm going to be leaving here, and I think it was, what, six hours?
00:15:26.000 I looked, I said, I'm leaving in six hours.
00:15:28.000 If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
00:15:31.000 Oh, son of a bitch.
00:15:34.000 You got fired.
00:15:37.000 This pardon, guys, this pardon isn't just about Hunter.
00:15:41.000 It's about protecting the entire Biden crime family.
00:15:46.000 It's about the money that they made during that period of time, the ill-gotten gains, the selling out of our country to enrich themselves under the guise of Joe's public service.
00:15:58.000 And the media, they told us there'd never be such a pardon.
00:16:02.000 Look at this graphic I posted from Politico that goes from, President says he won't pardon Hunter, to Biden issues pardon for son Hunter, to Republicans pounce.
00:16:14.000 You know, Republicans are always pouncing.
00:16:16.000 When Democrats get caught with their hand in the cookie jar, Republicans pounce on Biden pardoning his son Hunter.
00:16:22.000 And the White House Press Secretary, Corrine Jean-Pierre, Was asked about that.
00:16:29.000 And here's how she responded.
00:16:32.000 Presidential perspective, is there any possibility that the president would end up pardoning his son?
00:16:37.000 No.
00:16:39.000 I just said no.
00:16:41.000 I just answered.
00:16:41.000 The president would not pardon or commute sentences for his son, Hunter.
00:16:46.000 I just want to make sure that that is not going to change over the next six months.
00:16:49.000 The president's saying he would not.
00:16:51.000 It's still a no.
00:16:52.000 It's still a no.
00:16:52.000 It will always be a no.
00:16:53.000 It's still a no.
00:16:54.000 It will be a no.
00:16:55.000 It is a no.
00:16:57.000 And I don't have anything else to add.
00:16:58.000 Will he pardon his son?
00:17:00.000 No.
00:17:01.000 His son, Hunter, is also up for being sentenced next month.
00:17:06.000 Does the president have any intention of pardoning him?
00:17:10.000 We've been asked that question multiple times.
00:17:12.000 Our answer stands, which is no.
00:17:15.000 President Biden says that he's not going to pardon his son, Hunter.
00:17:18.000 Is he going to ask Donald Trump to do that?
00:17:21.000 I don't have anything else to share about that.
00:17:23.000 I'm not going to go down a rabbit hole on this.
00:17:25.000 I've been very clear.
00:17:26.000 The president's been very clear when we've been asked this question.
00:17:31.000 You just can't make it up.
00:17:33.000 And here's a montage of just how much the media got caught spewing this propaganda over and over again.
00:17:41.000 I think you'll enjoy it.
00:17:44.000 I must have put the law before a family.
00:17:47.000 I said I abide by the jury decision.
00:17:49.000 I will do that and I will not pardon him.
00:17:51.000 Letting the world know that he will not wipe away the decision of 12 of his son's peers.
00:17:57.000 He was asked directly and he has said he wouldn't pardon his son if he gets convicted.
00:18:02.000 Let's wait and see what happens if he loses.
00:18:04.000 Yeah, but he said it.
00:18:06.000 He's going to get pardoned by his dad.
00:18:07.000 There's no question about that.
00:18:08.000 The president has ruled out pardoning his son.
00:18:11.000 Major commitment from the president, accepting the outcome of the trial and also pledging not to pardon his son.
00:18:18.000 The challenge for him is really to continue to live up to his values when it was really personal, and he did that today.
00:18:24.000 It seems like a pretty normal, straightforward answer, but it takes new weight when we see what Trump is saying about the outcome of his trial.
00:18:32.000 What we're hearing from other Republicans who say they don't accept the jury's verdict here in New York.
00:18:35.000 The contrast is profound.
00:18:37.000 To sit there and say, well, I'm not going to intervene in the legal process, and I wouldn't pardon my son.
00:18:42.000 One side, Democrats and Joe Biden protecting the justice system, and on the other, Republicans and Trump protecting Trump.
00:18:49.000 A current president of the United States President Biden has so much respect for the law that he has said he would not pardon his son.
00:18:57.000 I mean, what, you know, again, it's all about the contrast.
00:19:02.000 President Biden saying I will respect whatever this jury decides.
00:19:07.000 Wow.
00:19:09.000 Interesting how times change.
00:19:11.000 Remember what I said on this show probably dozens of times over the last few months.
00:19:17.000 Of course he's going to pardon Hunter Biden.
00:19:19.000 By the way, as a father, I even understand it.
00:19:21.000 But these guys, they're doing it for the right reasons.
00:19:25.000 The outrage.
00:19:26.000 Remember back in 2020 when they were talking about my father blanket pardoning myself?
00:19:32.000 Others in our family, people who'd actually been targeted with hoaxes like Russia, Russia, Russia, and we still didn't do it.
00:19:39.000 We didn't do it.
00:19:41.000 My father didn't do it.
00:19:43.000 Didn't even think about it.
00:19:44.000 We'd rather actually face the consequences than bastardize the entire Justice Department.
00:19:48.000 Well, here's the problem, guys.
00:19:51.000 Here's the other key thing about Biden's pardon.
00:19:54.000 In his statement, he said, the justice system has been infected by raw politics.
00:20:01.000 And while I agree, it's always towards Republicans.
00:20:05.000 Biden thinks the DOJ was weaponized?
00:20:08.000 It sounds like we have bipartisan agreement on that.
00:20:11.000 And we need Cash Mattel in the FBI to clean house, okay?
00:20:16.000 They've been lying about this forever.
00:20:18.000 Don't forget, this was Biden's DOJ that did this to Hunter because it's so obvious.
00:20:24.000 It was Biden's DOJ that slow-rolled all of the other real and far worse crimes so that we got out of the statute of limitations, so they couldn't go after him for those things.
00:20:34.000 The stuff they actually went after him for was a tiny little nothing, and he still pardoned him.
00:20:40.000 When I say tiny little nothing, I mean, it's still a fragile crime.
00:20:44.000 Just relative to the things they were actually doing, relative to the corruption that was actually taking place, it's almost nothing.
00:20:53.000 Cash isn't the only cabinet member being picked on unfairly and maligned by the media.
00:20:59.000 Pete Hexeth wants to reform the Pentagon, another place that's gone down the tubes, which is good at wasting taxpayer money.
00:21:09.000 That's the Pentagon.
00:21:09.000 That's all they've been good at.
00:21:10.000 They failed seven audits in a row.
00:21:12.000 They don't even care.
00:21:13.000 They have no accountability to anyone.
00:21:15.000 But they're not so good at winning wars, which you would have thought would have been their primary purpose.
00:21:21.000 They're going after Hegseth because they want some other defense industry lobbyist that will buy planes that don't work.
00:21:29.000 They'll pay 8,000% more for the soap dispensers on a plane, as we saw last week.
00:21:35.000 By the way, why didn't the media show this passion for Lloyd Austin?
00:21:41.000 Here's a guy who hid being hospitalized.
00:21:45.000 He wasn't even really in the chain of command and didn't even bother to notify Joe Biden and his administration.
00:21:52.000 I wonder why that is.
00:21:54.000 It's almost like they function above the law.
00:21:57.000 Not only did they hide it from the public, again, guys, they hid it from the White House itself.
00:22:03.000 As we say on this show, woke won't win wars.
00:22:07.000 And it's time to end that insanity that's plaguing our military and our veterans.
00:22:13.000 Because get this, folks, we're also uncovering more madness in the Biden's Veterans Affairs Department, including yet another.
00:22:23.000 I don't know if you remember the montage we played for you, I guess it was last week or the week before, but yet another Bizarre, woke cartoon about gender identity and preferred pronouns.
00:22:35.000 Yes, guys, this is real.
00:22:38.000 This is not South Park, although I don't know that South Park could do it any better than the Biden administration itself.
00:22:46.000 Check this out.
00:22:48.000 I hear you are our LGBTQ plus veteran care coordinator and help educate staff about LGBTQ plus veteran health care.
00:22:58.000 Nice to meet you, Audrey.
00:22:59.000 I am Jo, the facility's LGBTQ plus veteran care coordinator.
00:23:04.000 I use they, them pronouns.
00:23:06.000 May I ask what pronouns you use?
00:23:09.000 Well, I do use she or her, but I hadn't thought about it.
00:23:14.000 Would you explain they or them pronouns?
00:23:18.000 Sure.
00:23:19.000 They, them, and their are gender-neutral pronouns that can be used by people who do not describe themselves as fitting into the categories of man or woman.
00:23:28.000 Oh, I did not know that.
00:23:31.000 Thanks.
00:23:32.000 You're very welcome.
00:23:33.000 How can I help you today?
00:23:35.000 One of my veterans just told me they're transgender, and I realize I don't know much about that.
00:23:42.000 I'm happy to help.
00:23:43.000 That's great that they felt comfortable telling you.
00:23:46.000 Okay, so let's start with the big picture.
00:23:49.000 Every person has a birth sex and a gender identity.
00:23:53.000 When you're born, you're assigned a sex at birth, usually by the person who delivered you.
00:23:58.000 Typically, they just look at your body and decide your sex, male or female.
00:24:03.000 Gender identity, on the other hand, is someone's personal sense of self as a woman, man, or another identity.
00:24:10.000 For many people, the sex listed on their original birth certificate matches how they feel about their gender.
00:24:17.000 For transgender and gender diverse people, it often doesn't.
00:24:24.000 I know you are going to be as shocked as I am that this is where we're prioritizing stuff and why we seem to underperform in all of the wars that we've been in as of late.
00:24:34.000 This is the stuff we're getting rid of on day one.
00:24:37.000 And we have a new VA secretary coming in, Doug Collins, who thinks he can do just that and end this nonsense once and for all.
00:24:47.000 But guys, remember...
00:24:49.000 In their final days, sources inside the VA tell us that the Biden bureaucrats appear to be doing everything in their power, everything they can do to create as many headaches as possible, and I guess perhaps punish our veterans for voting overwhelmingly for my father.
00:25:10.000 Because we're told that the Biden's VA now wants to cut costs and reduce care by overhauling the community care network that my father championed in 2018 in the VA Mission Act.
00:25:23.000 This program lets veterans get care outside of the VA system when they need it.
00:25:28.000 Every veteran I know, especially ones who actually use the VA and need it desperately, It was an incredible program rather than having to drive 17 hours to the nearest thing and then wait in line for days away from home.
00:25:41.000 Axios recently did a report where they outlined how, under Biden, the program is not delivering on key promises like reducing wait times, and that's according to fiscal data from 2022. Furthermore, sources tell us,
00:25:57.000 and they show exclusively, that rather than fix the The issues, Biden VA leadership wants to reduce choice and overhaul the regional network to try to save a few bucks and presumably benefit their existing contractors.
00:26:13.000 I'd be shocked to hear that, right?
00:26:14.000 I mean, sounds almost exactly what Hunter Biden was doing.
00:26:18.000 Remember, that's something we discussed when Newt Gingrich was on the show a few weeks ago.
00:26:23.000 Remember the Air Force coffee pot that Boeing upcharged 8,000% for?
00:26:28.000 Yeah, remember that one?
00:26:29.000 I do, because it's insanity.
00:26:31.000 The swamp doesn't want to end endless wars.
00:26:35.000 They don't want to stop the defense contractor handouts.
00:26:38.000 No bureaucrats want to save money by cutting veterans options when it comes to health care, especially if they're the ones benefiting from it, even if it's failing veterans miserably.
00:26:50.000 And they're fine with spending your money on a woke nonsense like the video we just saw while taking aim at programs that actually benefit veterans, heroes, patriots and warriors.
00:27:05.000 What's going on here?
00:27:07.000 We're going to keep digging because the swamp does have the teeth and we need to know exactly what we're dealing with on minute number one.
00:27:15.000 But like I said, the good news is we're going to get to all of this and get it all on the right track on day one.
00:27:24.000 And before we get to Mike Davis and closing arguments, we're held today in the Daniel Penny case.
00:27:31.000 Remember Daniel Penny?
00:27:32.000 He's the guy who's on trial for saving fellow New York City subway passengers from a career criminal on drugs who was making death threats and engaging in violent behavior on a subway train back in 2023. Daniel Penney
00:28:03.000 is a hero.
00:28:04.000 But to the far left prosecutors, he is the enemy.
00:28:08.000 The fact that there's even a trial is disgusting.
00:28:12.000 But it's just another reason why we need to restore integrity into our justice system.
00:28:18.000 And we'll get into all of that in a few seconds with Mike Davis.
00:28:21.000 But first, check out our sponsors over at Tax Network USA.
00:28:26.000 Do you owe back taxes?
00:28:28.000 Are your tax returns still unfiled?

00:29:09.000 And with that, joining me now, Article 3 Project founder, Mike Davis.
00:29:17.000 Mike, good to have you back on the show, buddy.
00:29:19.000 How are you doing?
00:29:20.000 Doing well, and thank you for having me back on, Don.
00:29:22.000 What a victory on November 5th.
00:29:24.000 That was a big one, but, you know, obviously a lot to still go through.
00:29:29.000 A lot of resistance being put up by the swamp.
00:29:34.000 First of all, I'd love to get your reaction to the Cash Patel pick and ultimately the path to confirmation for Cash.
00:29:42.000 I love the Kash Patel pick.
00:29:44.000 As I told your dad, we will get him confirmed.
00:29:48.000 He's going to have a battle in the Senate, but I think ultimately the Senate Republicans will all fall in line because they will see that Kash Patel is a highly qualified, highly competent A national security official.
00:30:05.000 He was a public defender.
00:30:07.000 He was a national security prosecutor, including an award-winning national security prosecutor in the Obama Justice Department.
00:30:16.000 So if the Obama Justice Department was giving him awards for his work, he can't be too bad.
00:30:23.000 He worked on the House Intel Committee, a top aide to Devin Nunes, Cash played a big role in uncovering Crossfire Hurricane.
00:30:33.000 He worked in the Office of Director of National Intelligence in a senior role.
00:30:37.000 He worked on the White House National Security Council in a senior role.
00:30:41.000 He was the Chief of Staff in the Pentagon.
00:30:43.000 No one can say that Cash Patel is not qualified to serve as the next FBI Director, and that should be the standard For the Senate, the president gets to pick his team and as so long as his nominees are qualified and cash certainly is qualified,
00:31:01.000 his nominees for the executive branch are qualified, the Senate should presumptively confirm those nominees unless those nominees are disqualified From their personal misconduct.
00:31:14.000 And just because a senator may have a policy disagreement or a personality disagreement with a nominee, they should still vote to confirm the president's nominees.
00:31:24.000 And if they're disqualified for some personal reason, it's the obligation of the senator to come forward with clear and convincing evidence That they're disqualified.
00:31:35.000 Otherwise, they should vote to confirm these nominees.
00:31:39.000 I know my former boss, Chuck Grassley, is going to make sure that Cash Patel gets a fair hearing on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
00:31:47.000 I know Grassley's top staff is, they're huge fans of Cash Patel, and I expect Cash Patel is going to get confirmed and be the next FBI Director.
00:31:57.000 Okay, so you obviously, and people who you just sort of said it, I mean, you've worked on these processes.
00:32:03.000 You worked for Chuck Grassley, senator from Iowa, during my father's, I guess, last confirmation process when he was going through that.
00:32:11.000 But what is that confirmation process like?
00:32:14.000 Can you take us behind the scenes and how you see this playing out?
00:32:17.000 Because you're right, a president is supposed to get to choose their cabinet.
00:32:21.000 But, you know, I feel like, you know, Hopefully the new class are starting to get the old guard out, at least the old guards that don't understand the America First sort of movement and what my father has as a mandate from the American people.
00:32:35.000 But it does not seem like they take that into account all that often.
00:32:40.000 They do let personal vendettas or they're gunning for themselves or their buddy.
00:32:44.000 Take us through that process and how do you get some of these guys across the line when you have, let's call it a three-seat A majority in the Senate.
00:32:52.000 You can't really lose a lot of Republicans.
00:32:54.000 And, you know, the Republicans, let's just say they don't do what the Democrats do and just get in line.
00:32:59.000 I have a lot of experience working on nominations for a president.
00:33:03.000 I worked in the Bush 43 White House on nominations.
00:33:07.000 I worked in the Bush 43 Justice Department on nominations.
00:33:11.000 I led Justice Gorsuch's outside confirmation effort when your dad nominated him to the Supreme Court.
00:33:19.000 In 2017, and then I served as the chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee for then chairman and returning chairman Chuck Grassley.
00:33:29.000 My second day on the job is when I inherited the nomination hearing for Chris Wray for the FBI for the FBI. Everyone on both sides of the aisle was all spun up about Russian collusion, Russian collusion, Russian collusion.
00:33:46.000 And I said at the time, this doesn't make sense.
00:33:50.000 Collude to do what?
00:33:51.000 This does not make sense at all.
00:33:53.000 And people of course said, You know, the new guy must be a Russian asset because I dared to raise questions.
00:33:58.000 But I think that what Senate Republicans can learn from this process, they made a big mistake last time, right?
00:34:05.000 They made a big mistake when they allowed Democrats to hobble President Trump's presidency the first time with this Russian collusion nonsense.
00:34:15.000 And this is the chance for Senate Republicans to fix this by confirming President Trump's nominees to the Justice Department.
00:34:24.000 Pam Bondi, Todd Blanche, John Sauer for Solicitor General, Kash Patel for FBI Director.
00:34:31.000 Kash Patel is exactly who President Trump in this country needs.
00:34:35.000 We had an election, a referendum On this weaponization of our law enforcement and intel agencies and President Trump won in a landslide.
00:34:45.000 The American people heard the allegations, they heard the evidence against President Trump and the American people rendered our verdict on November 5th and they gave President Trump a mandate to bring sweeping reforms to the Justice Department,
00:35:01.000 including the FBI. What needs to happen is this Kash Patel, I'm going to help him through this process through the Article III project along with Pam and Todd and John and anyone else who needs the help of the Article III project because we're going to make Damn sure the Senate votes to confirm these highly qualified nominees.
00:35:21.000 So President Trump has the team in place for him to do with the American people elected him to do.
00:35:28.000 President Trump doesn't pick Senate staffers and these senators should not pick his staff.
00:35:33.000 As long as they're qualified, they should confirm them.
00:35:36.000 And so what's going to happen is, is that Cash Patel will continue to meet with these senators privately.
00:35:42.000 He's having very good meetings.
00:35:44.000 He'll go through the process.
00:35:46.000 He's had top secret, sensitive compartmented information and secure access programs.
00:35:52.000 He's had the highest levels of security clearance, so he's not going to have a problem with his background investigation.
00:35:59.000 They'll have a public hearing for Cash.
00:36:02.000 And then they'll have after the hearing those they'll send them questions to answer and then he'll they'll have a markup vote on the committee and then they'll vote them to the floor and then the Senate will vote to confirm him and we'll make damn sure that happens at the article 3 project.
00:36:18.000 Mike, what exactly is the swamp so scared of when it comes to cash?
00:36:23.000 I mean, if someone says he's going to do the things that are just part of that mandate, he still has to follow the law.
00:36:27.000 We know he's qualified.
00:36:28.000 We know he cares about the rule of law.
00:36:31.000 We know he wants equal application of our laws.
00:36:36.000 What's at issue?
00:36:37.000 I mean, isn't that something that America should want?
00:36:39.000 And, you know, obviously, Democrats are going to do what Democrats do, but why do Republicans go in line, you know, go for them?
00:36:46.000 They nominate, you know, Democrat people.
00:36:48.000 They go, they back them, or at least some of us on the Republican side, they back the Democrats who, you know, I mean, they backed Eric Holder.
00:36:56.000 You know, they backed Merrick Garland.
00:37:00.000 Why is it so hard for us to get these things through?
00:37:03.000 And what are they so afraid of with cash?
00:37:05.000 Because I think they're afraid of the fact that these, the Attorney General, the FBI Director, they report to the President of the United States who's accountable to the American people.
00:37:16.000 There's not an independent Justice Department.
00:37:19.000 There's not an independent FBI. That is the most terrifying thought imaginable, that you have these agencies who think they're not accountable to the American people Through the duly elected president of the United States, they say the deep state is a conspiracy theory, then they actually come out and advocate for a deep state.
00:37:38.000 They advocate for a Justice Department, unelected, unaccountable career bureaucrats and the FBI who are not accountable to the American people through the president of the United States.
00:37:50.000 And what they're afraid of is that Kash Patel is going to go in there and clean out the corruption and the rot.
00:37:56.000 At the FBI, particularly in the FBI's leadership, the director level, the deputy director level, the assistant directors, including the assistant directors in charge of the key field offices like the Washington field office and the New York field office and the field office down in Miami.
00:38:14.000 Because guess what?
00:38:15.000 There has been a corruption of the FBI. It started Under Obama it started with crossfire hurricane and it's on steroids now under Joe Biden and that's why they're terrified.
00:38:28.000 They're terrified that someone like Kash Patel who actually knows where the dead bodies are buried and actually is a skilled competent highly qualified operator is going to go in there and clean up that mess.
00:38:43.000 So, you know, related to that, do we know what's going on at the FBI at this hour?
00:38:48.000 Can we demand that records be preserved?
00:38:50.000 I imagine, you know, like we saw, I guess it was the DOJ, you know, industrial shredders being ordered.
00:38:56.000 I mean, is there a way to conduct oversight between now and January to stop them from being able to hide the evidence of, you know, what seems very clearly to me was, you know, just gross malfeasance and injustice and an abuse of power?
00:39:11.000 Yeah, I mean, if I were the FBI, I would be terrified as well that Kash Patel is going to be the next director, because remember what happens.
00:39:18.000 Back in 2016, Hillary Clinton got caught with her illegal home server as the Secretary of State, and that not only had our nation's most classified secrets, it had the Clinton Foundation's pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes.
00:39:33.000 The Clinton Foundation would take tens of millions of dollars From these shady foreign actors and maybe, just maybe, Hillary Clinton as the Secretary of State was doing favors in return for that.
00:39:44.000 Foreign bribery, foreign corruption.
00:39:46.000 She got caught with this illegal home server and so she destroyed the phones.
00:39:51.000 She bleached bit it.
00:39:53.000 The server, she thought the server and the evidence was gone.
00:39:55.000 But guess what?
00:39:56.000 Maybe just maybe our worst enemies like China and Russia hacked her server and maybe they had that evidence.
00:40:03.000 And maybe that's just why Hillary's campaign through Perkins Coie worked with the FISA courts, lied to the FISA court, spied on the Trump campaign, spied on the Trump presidency.
00:40:14.000 So when this evidence came out before 2016, they can say it was a campaign dirty trick between the Trump campaign and the Russians.
00:40:21.000 And you say, Mike, that sounds crazy.
00:40:23.000 How could you possibly think that?
00:40:25.000 They did the same thing.
00:40:26.000 With Hunter Biden and the Biden family corruption, with the 51 former Intel officials coming out, working with the CIA, saying that Hunter's laptop from hell had all the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign.
00:40:40.000 They deplatformed America's oldest newspaper, the New York Post.
00:40:43.000 Guess what?
00:40:44.000 Trump declassified Crossfire Hurricane the day before he left office.
00:40:49.000 He said to get these out there, get this publicly released, the FBI ran to the White House to Mark Meadows and said, if you release these documents, Crossfire Hurricane declassified documents, you're going to violate the Privacy Act nonsense.
00:41:02.000 So Mark Meadows, the day they left office in 2021, said, do your Privacy Act review and get out these documents.
00:41:09.000 Well, guess what?
00:41:10.000 They didn't do the Privacy Act review.
00:41:12.000 They did the Morro Lago rate.
00:41:13.000 Look, they know that consequences are coming for this republic-ending lawfare, that they ran against your father, that they ran against his top aides, his family, his supporters on January 6th, who were politically persecuted, according to the Supreme Court's Fischer ruling in June.
00:41:32.000 Justice is coming.
00:41:33.000 It's going to get delivered by Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Cash Patel, and that terrifies These people and if they've done nothing wrong, it shouldn't terrify them.
00:41:45.000 So, Mike, I got a question for you as it relates to the Hunter Biden pardon.
00:41:48.000 I mean, he got a blanket pardon all the way back to 2014. I mean, over 10 years.
00:41:54.000 Why?
00:41:55.000 And is the timing of that related to the cash nomination?
00:41:59.000 You know, how do you see it?
00:42:00.000 Obviously, we knew they were going to do it.
00:42:02.000 The media is going to tell us whatever they were going to do.
00:42:04.000 And then Joe Biden was obviously going to pardon him once the election was out of the way and it was no longer going to affect him so they can play the holier than thou nonsense during an election period.
00:42:14.000 Do you see any connection there?
00:42:16.000 Is this just the way to preserve the ill-gotten gains that the Biden family got from basically selling Joe Biden's influence around the world?
00:42:26.000 Well, it just times perfectly with Joe Biden joining Burisma's board and doing Burisma's corrupt foreign bidding when Joe Biden was the vice president of the United States.
00:42:39.000 It's amazing that this might be the longest and most broad pardon by a president in American history.
00:42:46.000 We thought that the Ford pardon of Nixon was a pretty broad pardon.
00:42:51.000 That only went back six years.
00:42:53.000 This goes back like 11 years.
00:42:55.000 And it conveniently covers every possible crime by Joe Biden, by Hunter Biden.
00:43:01.000 So I would say this though, Don, I think that Joe Biden is going to have to pardon the rest of his family before January 20th, because how the hell do they explain $23 million that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has been able to find through subpoenaed bank records going to what seems like every Yeah,
00:43:30.000 I mean, do you see anything with this?
00:43:32.000 I remember the outrage when, you know, people started the rumor that my father was going to pardon me and the rest of our family just in case they continued their lawfare and did not.
00:43:41.000 The silence from the media about this lie is, you know, it's fairly deafening.
00:43:47.000 I mean, I think it's great in a sense that the American public finally understands exactly how broken and corrupt these people are.
00:43:55.000 But do you remember that and how crazy that vitriol was?
00:43:58.000 My father didn't even do it because ultimately we did nothing wrong.
00:44:01.000 It doesn't stop them from going after us.
00:44:03.000 It doesn't stop them from pretending we did and pretending that Russia, Russia, Russia was real.
00:44:07.000 How do you see that?
00:44:09.000 Yeah, I mean, how many times did you and Eric get subpoenaed and have to spend countless hours, countless days in these depositions and dealing with this legal BS by the Democrats?
00:44:22.000 And then Hunter Biden Is the bag man for the Biden crime family?
00:44:27.000 Your family does real estate.
00:44:29.000 You guys put up buildings and golf courses and actually produce things for your money.
00:44:34.000 What the hell do the Bidens do?
00:44:36.000 What do the Bidens do for $23 million that these shady foreign entities have paid the Biden family?
00:44:43.000 Yeah, no, it's pretty nuts.
00:44:45.000 And the Biden pardon scandal is also a media scandal.
00:44:50.000 I mean, it's not just them.
00:44:52.000 The fact that the media would cover it up this way, the fact that they're going to pretend it's not an issue, it's business as usual.
00:44:58.000 This is somehow, I guess it's Biden's DOJ weaponized against Hunter.
00:45:02.000 I mean, none of it really makes sense.
00:45:03.000 But what role does that play in the minds of lawmakers or the American people?
00:45:08.000 Or are they just going to turn a blind eye to it because that's what they've done for so long?
00:45:12.000 So what needs to happen now that Hunter Biden has been pardoned, he doesn't face any federal criminal jeopardy between 11 years ago and yesterday.
00:45:23.000 So I think that the House Republicans, maybe House Oversight Chairman James Culver should issue a subpoena immediately for Hunter Biden.
00:45:32.000 He can't claim He can't assert his constitutional right under the, you know, his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination because he's been pardoned.
00:45:41.000 He faces no legal jeopardy.
00:45:43.000 And I think it's really important for the American people to understand if our president of the United States is compromised and how he's been compromised by $23 million To his family from these corrupt, shady, foreign actors.
00:45:58.000 And maybe they need to do an intel assessment like the Biden Justice Department did to your father after they did an illegal home raid for presidential records your father was allowed to have in the Office of Former Presidents under the Presidential Records Act.
00:46:13.000 And so, look, they always said nobody's above the law when it came to your father and his top aides and his family and his supporters.
00:46:21.000 It seems like Hunter Biden's above the law.
00:46:23.000 Can they go after the money?
00:46:24.000 I mean, obviously he's been pardoned for the criminal activity.
00:46:27.000 Do the Biden family, can they, because it feels like that's, you know, let's call it, you know, they went after, remember the word emoluments really well.
00:46:34.000 Like, you know, if you enriched yourself, if we had a Trump hotel in Washington, D.C., if there was a foreign dignitary and they bought a cheeseburger, we literally had to have teams of accountants there to figure out what that profit was.
00:46:46.000 We donated that to the Treasury along with my father's salary.
00:46:50.000 But Does the pardon mean they can't figure out or go after the money that was clearly ill-gotten gains as well?
00:46:57.000 That's just gone?
00:46:58.000 They can get away with murder, so to speak, not just the criminal culpability of it?
00:47:03.000 I don't know if a pardon applies to civil forfeiture.
00:47:06.000 And, you know, the Biden Justice Department liked to bring novel legal theories against your father and his top aides and his supporters.
00:47:12.000 So, you know, maybe we should bring this novel legal theory against Hunter Biden to get back the $23 million That the Bidens got from...
00:47:22.000 Let's talk about the Trump Hotel in D.C. Remember, that was the old post office.
00:47:27.000 It was a total dump and it was the Obama General Services Administration that awarded that lease to the Trump Organization.
00:47:36.000 So, I mean, it's pretty amazing that Obama was in on this scam, apparently.
00:47:41.000 Yeah, I mean, does this pardon, because I think it certainly does, but in your mind, what does this pardon do for what I think we should do on January 20th at 12 o'clock and one second, pardoning all the clearly non-violent J6ers who have had so many of their rights violated?
00:48:00.000 I mean, does this negate I mean, it won't stop them, but does it negate the insanity that you'll see from the media when you do that for people who are nonviolent offenders who've been in jail for three years, four years without due process?
00:48:14.000 What do you see happening there?
00:48:16.000 I've always advocated that your dad should pardon almost all of the January 6th defendants immediately.
00:48:25.000 And then for the people who were violent, commute their sentences down to a reasonable sentence.
00:48:30.000 Nothing that happened on January 6 calls for a 22-year prison sentence, especially when the Biden Justice Department let the much more deadly and destructive BLM and Antifa rioters cause $2 billion in damage.
00:48:47.000 Killed a dozen people and not a damn thing happens to them.
00:48:51.000 You know, I'll start crying about what happened on January 6th.
00:48:55.000 I'll start crying about Hornman scaring senators and their staffs hiding under their desk when the Biden Justice Department cares about BLM and Antifa.
00:49:05.000 So, Mike, with all of that, what's the roadmap as you see it over the next month and beyond?
00:49:10.000 You know, on the FBI specifically, Ray, will he have to resign or be fired?
00:49:16.000 What's the process like beyond that, you know, for confirmation to some of the other guys?
00:49:21.000 How does that work?
00:49:22.000 How can we effectuate it?
00:49:23.000 Because it seems like the people certainly don't want him there.
00:49:26.000 But you already see the left sort of, you know...
00:49:29.000 Getting in the trenches, trying to lock in these guys who are clearly against anyone who's America first.
00:49:34.000 Just look at who they've targeted and who they've conveniently ignored and who they turned into terrorists and the actual terrorists they just let do their thing.
00:49:44.000 What do you see happening there in the next month and beyond and let's call it in the first 100 days of my father's presidency?
00:49:52.000 I would say to FBI Director Chris Wray, you could either bow out gracefully and move on to your next phase of your life, or you can get fired, and that will certainly get upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States under the President's Article II power in the Constitution.
00:50:10.000 Under the statute, the FBI Director does not have a 10-year term.
00:50:15.000 He has an up to 10-year term, and the reason Congress did that is because after J. Edgar Hoover, Congress did not want an FBI director in there for decades with entrenched power because it led to tyranny.
00:50:28.000 So the president can hire and fire the FBI director anytime he wants.
00:50:33.000 That's his Article II power into the Constitution.
00:50:36.000 Well, Mike, thank you.
00:50:37.000 I know you had a hard out.
00:50:38.000 Really appreciate everything that you do and look forward to having you back on because it's going to be some interesting times right now.
00:50:45.000 So appreciate it.
00:50:46.000 We'll see you soon.
00:50:47.000 Thanks, Don.
00:50:48.000 All right, guys.
00:50:49.000 With that, I'm going to take some of your questions.
00:50:52.000 We'll get into some of those before we wrap up.
00:50:56.000 Frankie240, how's my father doing?
00:50:58.000 He's doing great.
00:50:59.000 I mean, he's working hard.
00:51:01.000 Perhaps working harder now than even during the end of the campaign because we got to get this right.
00:51:07.000 It's such an incredible opportunity.
00:51:09.000 We have such a great team surrounding us.
00:51:11.000 It's so much more important, frankly, that despite the hell that we went through for the last four years with sort of the weaponized government against us, We also have a unique opportunity that we're not just rolling over so many of the, you know, sort of failed bureaucrats, people that were hired because we didn't know any better, people that we were brought in there because, you know, someone told us that they're great and they have an R next to their name, but basically we're slow rolling my father's agenda.
00:51:36.000 So, you know, he's working harder than ever because we're starting from scratch and that's actually a good thing You know, it would have been nice to not have to go through the last four years of hell.
00:51:45.000 I'm sure they're going to come after us again, and that's what they're going to do.
00:51:50.000 You know, and they're already setting up the things.
00:51:52.000 You see it.
00:51:52.000 You look at Ukraine.
00:51:53.000 They're giving them all these weapons.
00:51:55.000 They want to escalate this war.
00:51:57.000 They want to escalate this war.
00:51:59.000 Russia continues to make gains.
00:52:01.000 They're trying to pretend like the Ukrainians are doing a great job.
00:52:04.000 They've defended it off.
00:52:05.000 Every day, Russia is moving, gaining more and more footing into Ukraine.
00:52:09.000 What they're trying to do is they're trying to stick it in our laps.
00:52:12.000 They're trying to say, you know what?
00:52:13.000 Trump owns this despite the fact that they have failed miserably.
00:52:17.000 They've spent a quarter of a trillion dollars and probably another quarter of a trillion that money that the Pentagon lost.
00:52:23.000 You know, it's just totally unaccounted for, guys.
00:52:25.000 $250 billion.
00:52:28.000 It's been there.
00:52:29.000 For what?
00:52:30.000 Russia's continued to have made advances.
00:52:32.000 They've continued to gain ground.
00:52:33.000 They continue to do so on a daily basis.
00:52:35.000 Hundreds of thousands of kids in Eastern Europe have died for no reason whatsoever.
00:52:40.000 But they're trying to make it seem like Ukraine is winning.
00:52:43.000 They're trying to escalate it to make it harder.
00:52:46.000 They're trying to dig Russia in further so that my father can't get to peace.
00:52:52.000 They're trying to make him own the failures of this last four years.
00:52:56.000 So just watch where all this is going.
00:52:58.000 So my father's doing great, but he understands what they're trying to do.
00:53:02.000 And that's a really big deal.
00:53:03.000 We have to understand that because you know the media has no shame.
00:53:06.000 There's nothing they won't tell us.
00:53:07.000 There's no lie they won't push.
00:53:09.000 They're going to try to make this his war.
00:53:13.000 That's why they're spending more money now.
00:53:15.000 That's a big deal.
00:53:16.000 So we have to understand that.
00:53:17.000 So he's doing great, but this is not going to be an easy road.
00:53:23.000 The swamp isn't listening to the mandate.
00:53:27.000 It's a big deal.
00:53:28.000 Win, win, win, Trump.
00:53:30.000 Junior, did you play golf with your dad?
00:53:32.000 I just saw a viral video.
00:53:34.000 I don't actually play much golf.
00:53:35.000 I was good at golf.
00:53:36.000 My father, the number one thing he's pissed at me for is, he was like, Ton, you could be a plus four, plus three player, you got to play.
00:53:44.000 Now, Kai, my daughter, she got all the golf, the passion for it.
00:53:48.000 For me, I'd rather be doing the outdoor stuff.
00:53:49.000 So I was good at golf, but I never loved it.
00:53:51.000 And so there's only so much free time in the world.
00:53:53.000 I don't get that much of it.
00:53:54.000 We work too hard.
00:53:55.000 So when I do, I like to be doing the outdoor things, not so much the golf.
00:53:59.000 But I was following my father around over the weekend.
00:54:01.000 I had my kids, his grandkids, and we were watching.
00:54:04.000 And so, yeah, I posted a clip up, I guess, on my TikTok about my father.
00:54:10.000 Playing golf, and he was talking about how good my daughter Kai is, and then talking about his other granddaughter, Chloe, who's 10, who's incredibly talented as well.
00:54:17.000 He's like, that one may be the best of all.
00:54:18.000 Who knows?
00:54:19.000 We'll have to see.
00:54:20.000 So I wasn't playing, but I took a Sunday to follow him around with my kids for a little bit and to watch, and then my kids were playing simultaneously.
00:54:27.000 So it wasn't me playing, but it was cool just to be able to Get out there and do that.
00:54:35.000 Is Laura going to run against Tillis and go blue girl?
00:54:40.000 No, listen, I think if she did anything, obviously, I think it's going to be down in Florida where she lives now, you know, to do it out of state and to do all those things.
00:54:46.000 I know she looked at it, possibly doing it last cycle.
00:54:50.000 We got Ted Butt in there instead.
00:54:51.000 It was a great guy, great choice.
00:54:52.000 He's done really well.
00:54:54.000 But if she's going to do anything, I imagine it'll be down in Florida where we live right now, even though she's from North Carolina.
00:55:00.000 Let's see.
00:55:04.000 Okay, a lot of...
00:55:05.000 Hey, guys, if I see your question 90 times, I don't answer it.
00:55:08.000 It's because I have no idea who some of the people you're even talking about are.
00:55:13.000 So, Don Jr., what do you know about maritime admiralty law?
00:55:18.000 I actually don't know much about maritime law.
00:55:20.000 I know there's like...
00:55:20.000 I know this stuff as it relates to sort of private boating and some of the salvage rules just because, like, you sort of have to learn some of these rules because, like, you could literally have, like, an engine go out and someone tows you in and all of a sudden they own you a boat.
00:55:31.000 I mean, it's...
00:55:32.000 It's a little ridiculous, some of those things, but in terms of some of the bigger stuff as it relates to that, I'm just not the expert on it.
00:55:39.000 I know enough to get myself into trouble, but if you had specific questions, I probably wouldn't be able to give you much on that one.
00:55:47.000 So let's see.
00:55:50.000 Is Kai named after the Hawaiian word Kai?
00:55:54.000 Well, It's a couple of things.
00:55:56.000 She's actually named after her maternal grandfather, who was a Kai, but I think it's like Hawaiian word for water.
00:56:03.000 It's got a bunch of different uses, but no, it was more of a family name that we really liked and worked, although I know, again, there's a Kai in Hawaiian.
00:56:13.000 I think there's a couple of Kais in different Asian languages as well as some European stuff.
00:56:17.000 No, it wasn't after the Hawaiian one.
00:56:21.000 Though, you know, maybe if Hawaii turns red, maybe we'll have to claim that as our own one day and say, you know what, it was maybe part of the thought process.
00:56:28.000 So maybe, you know, Kai's mom had something to do with that, but it was more of a family name.
00:56:36.000 Just peachy, unique name, nice, thank you.
00:56:39.000 Yeah, no, it's different.
00:56:41.000 I actually, you know, yeah, I don't know that many other Kais.
00:56:45.000 I know in talking with Elon, he's got one of his sons that's named Kai.
00:56:48.000 I've definitely seen it more actually as a guy's name, but we figured it was sort of, maybe it's like a pronoun.
00:56:54.000 It can go all sorts of different ways, but just kidding, just kidding.
00:56:57.000 But, oh, gaming too long, says my son's name Kai.
00:57:01.000 So yeah, that's, will you run for president?
00:57:03.000 Oh boy.
00:57:04.000 How about we get through this administration first?
00:57:06.000 I don't know that I'm doing this anytime soon.
00:57:09.000 I promise you I will stay in the fight.
00:57:11.000 We will keep going hard.
00:57:13.000 And, you know, I'll never stop fighting for it.
00:57:17.000 That's for sure.
00:57:18.000 And I'm sure, you know, they'll weaponize it against me and they'll go after me.
00:57:21.000 So I'm putting this out as your pre-warning that, you know, the effery, there's the rest of that word, but I'll try to behave.
00:57:29.000 The effery will continue, I'm sure, against us.
00:57:34.000 Lemonade says Kai is equal to Chief in Samoan.
00:57:36.000 I did not know that.
00:57:37.000 I think it's Ocean in Hawaiian as well.
00:57:41.000 So it's got all sorts of meanings all over the place.
00:57:43.000 But yeah, you probably see me posting her stuff on Instagram or TikTok or X and YouTube.
00:57:52.000 She's a great little golfer.
00:57:53.000 She's out there doing some cool stuff.
00:57:55.000 Really proud of her.
00:57:57.000 In Native American culture, kai means willow tree in Navajo.
00:58:02.000 That's Kalinas.
00:58:05.000 Sorry, driving on a hard time with the, some of the, you know, when the words are all together, just trying to pronounce it, but thank you.
00:58:11.000 That's an interesting one.
00:58:12.000 That's not one I'd actually heard, so that's pretty cool.
00:58:14.000 Any clue where Flynn fits into the picture?
00:58:16.000 You know, I don't know.
00:58:17.000 Obviously, a lot of people like him.
00:58:18.000 I like him.
00:58:19.000 I think he's a great guy.
00:58:21.000 You know, I don't know now.
00:58:22.000 Obviously, you know, brings a lot of controversy to that, but I don't think that's a bad thing.
00:58:30.000 So do a lot of our picks, and I think for good reason, because we want people who are going to be a little controversial in the Swamp because the Swamp needs someone who will actually fight back against the Swamp.
00:58:38.000 So I'm not sure.
00:58:39.000 I know there's been a couple things discussed.
00:58:41.000 Uh...
00:58:42.000 That's pretty funny.
00:58:43.000 But nothing definitive that I could disclose as of yet.
00:58:47.000 Barry and McGowan.
00:58:49.000 Don Jr. is not suicidal.
00:58:50.000 You're right.
00:58:51.000 For the record, I have no plans on offing myself anytime soon.
00:58:56.000 Definitely not going to commit Clinton's side.
00:58:58.000 Doesn't mean they won't do it for me and try to make it look as such, but If I do end up dead for random causes and it appears to be suicide, like if I shoot myself twice in the head, it's not because I have an incredibly good trigger finger, folks, okay?
00:59:11.000 As we've seen with the others.
00:59:13.000 I'm good.
00:59:15.000 I'm not that good.
00:59:16.000 So if that happened, it wasn't me.
00:59:18.000 I appreciate you guys keeping an eye out for that one and make sure Dan for Secret Service, that's obviously Bongino.
00:59:26.000 Is Rick Grinnell going to get a position?
00:59:27.000 I thought they announced Rick, didn't they?
00:59:28.000 Was he going to be the special envoy?
00:59:30.000 For some of the, or maybe not?
00:59:32.000 Is that not announced yet?
00:59:34.000 I don't know yet.
00:59:37.000 There may be something.
00:59:38.000 I'd love to have Rick in there.
00:59:39.000 Listen, I think he'd do something really well.
00:59:42.000 Just sometimes I can't remember if we've actually announced some of these things, if we've just talked about them conceptually, if they're perhaps done but not yet announced.
00:59:51.000 So I imagine Rick Grinnell will have a voice, and I think he's a great friend and great guy.
00:59:59.000 Thank you for nominating Cash.
01:00:02.000 You're welcome, but I think it's just the right move for America.
01:00:07.000 Jim Johnson, is Bitcoin bad?
01:00:09.000 No.
01:00:09.000 Listen, I think crypto is going to be a big part of this next administration.
01:00:11.000 We've got to make sure we're doing it in America.
01:00:13.000 We've got to make sure that we own that, that we're the place where this kind of business goes for the future.
01:00:20.000 That's a huge thing, so it's not bad at all.
01:00:24.000 You know, I think crypto is going to be a really important part of this and we got to pick people who understand it, not let DC bastardize it so badly that it's, you know, that it's unworkable and, you know, forcing that, you know, what could be a trillion dollar, multiple trillion dollar industry offshore and out of the United States.
01:00:42.000 So these are things I'm really, would definitely be focused on in some of our picks.
01:00:48.000 Let's see.
01:00:52.000 Don Jr. seems like he's fun to hang out with.
01:00:54.000 I'm not sure what you're talking about, but probably.
01:01:01.000 Let's see.
01:01:02.000 God bless all of you.
01:01:04.000 Holy fuck, thank you.
01:01:06.000 Funny name.
01:01:09.000 Some of your guys' handles, guys, they're sort of amazing.
01:01:12.000 Some are almost impossible to read.
01:01:14.000 Some are pretty funny, like that one.
01:01:17.000 Laura06, Don Jr. endorsed Dan Bongino.
01:01:19.000 Like I said, I'd love Dan to do it, but I love Dan on Rumble.
01:01:21.000 I love Dan with a microphone, not necessarily behind a desk.
01:01:24.000 We can find, and I think there's definitely, and I see it from sort of the agents on the ground at Secret Service, many of whom I'm really good friends with.
01:01:31.000 You know, these guys want change at the top.
01:01:34.000 I won't give you their names because I'm sure there'd be reprisal, but like, whether it's Dan consulting, Dan talking to these guys, Dan doing it himself, like, you know, Dan's voice is so important.
01:01:43.000 I want to make sure he's out there also fighting for these things.
01:01:45.000 Let's find someone else who can do the job that needs to be done at the bureaucracy and go from there.
01:01:52.000 Don, I know you like fishing.
01:01:53.000 What's your favorite fish to catch?
01:01:55.000 Ooh.
01:01:56.000 Man, I like it all.
01:01:57.000 I like it all from, you know, a small trout on a dry fly to catching, you know, sharks on spinning tackle here on the beach in Florida.
01:02:03.000 I like it all.
01:02:04.000 I like all of it.
01:02:06.000 Marine Corporal 1985 Don Jr. Is bison good to eat?
01:02:09.000 Bison is great to eat.
01:02:10.000 Definitely one of the top game meats in North America.
01:02:15.000 That's a big one.
01:02:18.000 Is Steve Bannon going to be part of the Trump administration?
01:02:21.000 Probably not.
01:02:21.000 I think he's got a great voice.
01:02:24.000 I think he does great on the outside with this stuff.
01:02:26.000 I think he does a great job messaging.
01:02:27.000 And as the media collapses, we continue to need to have voices from the outside.
01:02:35.000 Let's see.
01:02:40.000 Tuna?
01:02:40.000 Yeah, I like fishing for tuna.
01:02:42.000 It's a lot of fun, especially when it's on.
01:02:44.000 Actually, my favorite, if we're going to go fishing for tuna, my favorite would be spearfishing for tuna.
01:02:48.000 I do some of that.
01:02:49.000 Maybe we'll show you pictures sometime.
01:02:51.000 Maybe I got to just do a hunting show or get the guys from Field Ethos, my outdoor sort of magazine brand.
01:02:57.000 If you guys haven't checked it out yet, go check out fieldethos.com.
01:03:01.000 That's my outdoor magazine.

01:03:07.000 Go check them out.
01:03:08.000 And with that, guys, unfortunately, I have a hard out tonight because I have a dinner I got to go to with some people as it relates to transition.
