00:06:24.000 Hey guys, and welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.
00:06:28.000 What a week it's been.
00:06:30.000 So much breaking news.
00:06:32.000 So we're doing a special Wednesday edition of the show.
00:06:35.000 I don't need to regurgitate what's going on after you've seen it everywhere else, so we'd rather get on top of it and give it to you right when it's happening.
00:06:41.000 So we'll do the show today instead of tomorrow.
00:06:45.000 So my father ordered that all the documents related to Crossfire Hurricane, Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, Be declassified.
00:06:56.000 Doge is now finding even more fraud, including hundreds of millions in SBA loans that were given to literal children.
00:07:05.000 Children, like way under the age of 18. They're getting Small Business Administration loans.
00:07:10.000 Huh. Wonder what that's a cover for.
00:07:12.000 And the media and the Democrats are trying to jump on headline after headline over the use of signal by cabinet secretaries.
00:07:21.000 Plus... We're going to dive into the incredibly important state Supreme Court election in Wisconsin, including a triggered exclusive on how China is using shady tactics to take aim at our farmers and agriculture.
00:07:35.000 We can't be complacent in these special elections.
00:07:40.000 This election could even affect who controls the House of Representatives.
00:07:44.000 We've seen what can happen when you have out-of-control judges, so this race matters.
00:07:50.000 Don't get comfortable.
00:07:52.000 Don't get complacent.
00:07:54.000 Apathy is gonna get you.
00:07:56.000 You have the same thing going on in Florida.
00:07:58.000 Florida 1, Florida 6, the old Mike Waltz and Matt Gaetz seats, their special elections are also on April 1, and it doesn't seem like a lot of people know that.
00:08:06.000 So if you know people in Wisconsin, make sure they vote.
00:08:10.000 In Florida, make sure you vote.
00:08:12.000 You have eight days.
00:08:13.000 Till next Tuesday, April 1st, there's early voting in Florida.
00:08:17.000 Get engaged.
00:08:18.000 Get in the game.
00:08:19.000 Make sure we put the conservatives in those respective seats or the Democrats could take control of the House and effectively hold the administration hostage from doing all the common sense that they're getting done.
00:08:32.000 So we're going to get into all of that, plus Senators Ron Johnson of the great state of Wisconsin and Rick Scott of the state of Florida.
00:08:40.000 They're going to stop by, so it's going to be a jam-packed show.

00:09:50.000 Henry is family-owned.
00:09:51.000 It's a great family business with an incredible story about creating and keeping jobs in America.
00:09:57.000 They started with 10 employees some 30 years ago and now have close to 900.

00:11:05.000 And now, guys, let's get into some of the top headlines.
00:11:09.000 By now, I'm sure you're very familiar with perhaps the most famous signal group chat in history, where a writer for The Atlantic was on a group chat about a recent and successful mission.
00:11:23.000 But now, it appears that the Atlantic and Jeffrey Goldberg are changing their original story.
00:11:31.000 Remember, guys?
00:11:32.000 First, it was war plans were being discussed.
00:11:37.000 But based on what we know, that doesn't even remotely seem to be the case.
00:11:41.000 In fact, the Atlantic has a new story that no longer even uses the phrase war plans.
00:11:48.000 And DOD spokesman Sean Parnell wrote, there were no targets, no locations, no units, no routes, no sources, no methods, and no classified information.
00:12:01.000 Huh. Seems like there was no anything.
00:12:04.000 It doesn't appear that Jeff Goldberg has even seen a war plan.
00:12:10.000 And I'm shocked, shocked, I tell you, that the perpetrator of the suckers and losers hoax, the one and only Jeffrey Goldberg, Would also exaggerate and lie about what was in these messages.
00:12:24.000 Guys, nothing surprises me anymore.
00:12:26.000 And as the White House said this week, no classified material was sent to the thread, and the White House Counsel's Office has provided guidance on a number of different platforms for President Trump's top officials to communicate as a safety and efficient way as possible.
00:12:44.000 And that includes Signal.
00:12:46.000 Using Signal is literally nothing new.
00:12:49.000 Many Democrats have been using Signal.
00:12:51.000 Many of them were caught using it, and it was never a problem then, but apparently now it's a problem.
00:12:56.000 And according to the National Security Council, the White House is looking into just how Goldberg's number was added to the thread, and what steps could be taken to ensure that this never happens again.
00:13:08.000 But also...
00:13:10.000 Can I say something that I'm sure the media regime will attack me for?
00:13:14.000 Because that's sort of my life at this point.
00:13:17.000 In some ways, reading that thread was refreshing, okay?
00:13:22.000 It was actually refreshing.
00:13:23.000 It was a serious and thoughtful and thorough policy conversation about my father's foreign policy agenda.
00:13:31.000 I was glad to see JD's comments on how this was benefiting the Europeans.
00:13:35.000 And actually asking some important questions.
00:13:39.000 And J.D. was ultimately on board with the mission.
00:13:42.000 That's how things work, guys.
00:13:44.000 You actually need deliberation and discussion and dissenting opinions.
00:13:49.000 That is good.
00:13:50.000 After four years of having Biden, who didn't even know what day it was, and having nonstop incompetence on foreign policy, it's refreshing to actually have a cabinet that is sophisticated and engaged.
00:14:04.000 On these issues, that they're willing to talk, that they're willing to descend, and ultimately, once a decision is made, that they're all willing to actually be on board, rather than try to sabotage it from the outside.
00:14:15.000 And this wasn't the disastrous Afghan withdrawal.
00:14:19.000 This mission was against Houthi militia, and it was successful.
00:14:24.000 Nobody's texting war plans.
00:14:26.000 I noticed this morning, out came something that doesn't look like war plans.
00:14:32.000 And as a matter of fact, they even changed the title to attack plans.
00:14:36.000 Because they know it's not war plans.
00:14:38.000 There's no units, no locations, no routes, no flight paths, no sources, no methods, no classified information.
00:14:49.000 You know who sees war plans?
00:14:51.000 I see them.
00:14:52.000 Every single day.
00:14:55.000 I looked at them this morning.
00:14:56.000 I looked at attack plans this morning.
00:14:58.000 You know who does attack plans and war plans?
00:15:01.000 Men like that Admiral right there, Papara from the Indo-Pacific, or Eric Carilla, our general in CENTCOM, they do attack plans and war plans.
00:15:11.000 And thank God we have those leaders who do it and do it well and our enemies know it.
00:15:17.000 My job, as it's set atop of that, everybody's seen it now, team update is to provide updates in real time.
00:15:26.000 General updates in real time, keep everybody informed.
00:15:29.000 That's what I did.
00:15:31.000 That's my job.
00:15:32.000 The warfighters will take the fight to the enemy, and I love what they do.
00:15:36.000 And with President Trump's leadership, our enemies are on notice.
00:15:39.000 We will have peace through strength, and we'll keep putting our troops first.
00:15:44.000 Now, Democrats, like the House Minority Leader Jeffries and Senator Mark Warner and others, are trying to turn this into another Russia, Russia, Russia, calling for more endless investigations, trying to fuel as much hysteria as possible.
00:15:57.000 But honestly?
00:15:58.000 I just don't think the American people are buying any of this nonsense anymore.
00:16:02.000 I watched today as they grilled Tulsi Gabbard for hours, who basically only responded once in the chat, saying this is the point person to deal with the issue.
00:16:09.000 Because it seems like the Democrats weaponized this to try to get all of the people that they didn't like in the administration and get them out.
00:16:17.000 That's how it reads to me, guys.
00:16:20.000 Because, as Michael Walz and others have said, the bottom line is that President Trump is protecting America's interests around the world.
00:16:27.000 And we're operating from a position of strength.
00:16:30.000 And that's at the core of the America First mission.
00:16:33.000 Protecting, strengthening American institutions, American workers, and American families.
00:16:40.000 And that coalition and movement is broader and stronger than ever before.
00:16:45.000 Which brings us to a triggered exclusive investigation that I'm sure most of the media will ignore.
00:16:53.000 Shouldn't surprise any of you, but as we've told you, A major theme of this show is making America healthy again.
00:17:00.000 A key tenant of that is protecting critical supply chains from foreign adversaries, bolstering our domestic food production, and keeping it in the hands of American workers, American families, and American companies.
00:17:14.000 You've heard me talk about it again and again.
00:17:16.000 And tonight we have an exclusive report on the growing evidence of how China is using...
00:17:21.000 Foreign companies in places like Europe as proxies to try to carry out their dirty work here on American soil.
00:17:28.000 Because get this, the CEO of French food conglomerate, Danone, just this week appeared on CCP media outlet called the People's Daily, the Communist Party, the Chinese Communist Party, where he lavishes praise on the CCP.
00:17:45.000 Claims that the world's growth depends on China and suggests that we use China as a quote export base for things like health and medical products to bring into America and across the West.
00:17:58.000 Don't take my word for it, guys.
00:18:00.000 Here it is in his own words.
00:18:03.000 The growth of China is very healthy.
00:18:05.000 Everybody forgets, but 5% on a very large base is the size of some European economies every year.
00:18:11.000 The growth is sustainable, the growth is continuous, and we are very impressed with the growth of China.
00:18:16.000 The best proof of the confidence is we keep investing into China.
00:18:20.000 We invest in research and innovation in China.
00:18:23.000 We invest in production in China, not only for China, by the way, but for China and for the rest of the world.
00:18:29.000 China is a place where we source some of our best innovation when it comes to artificial intelligence and the way artificial intelligence is applying to all kinds of topics.
00:18:37.000 Those are areas where we leverage China and where we invest in China.
00:18:40.000 We will keep producing more in China and we use China for a production base as an export base for some of our more sophisticated medical products.
00:18:48.000 Amazing! Can you believe this stuff?
00:18:51.000 And this is just one of many examples.
00:18:55.000 All done through news stations.
00:18:58.000 Like the People's Daily and China Daily, which are literally owned and operated by the CCP.
00:19:04.000 And by the way, China Daily was just banned from distribution inside the House of Representatives, where I'm sure it's a popular read amongst Democrats in the House.
00:19:16.000 Here is the same CEO claiming that the world's growth depends on the success of China.
00:19:24.000 China is absolutely critical for the world growth.
00:19:27.000 I mean, if China doesn't grow, the world is not growing.
00:19:30.000 The second thing is, well, the commitment of the government, which is keep growing China at a 5% rate on a base that is now extremely large, doing it in a way that is sustainable, doing it by unleashing our new productive forces.
00:19:47.000 gives me huge confidence in the market and huge confidence that growth will continue in China, but also that China will contribute to the growth of the world.
00:19:56.000 So guys, why does any of this matter?
00:19:59.000 Why should we care?
00:20:01.000 Well, we did a little digging and spoke to multiple sources inside HHS and other agencies and uncovered that this company, Danone, is actually in the process of trying to orchestrate a hostile takeover of a Midwestern American health foods company called Lifeway, which makes probiotic dairy products.
00:20:22.000 Now, the major company has major operations in key agricultural states like Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
00:20:30.000 And from what we're told, this giant conglomerate wants to take over operations and overhaul the company, slash jobs, hurt farmers, and perhaps even resource ingredients, presumably from China.
00:20:43.000 And it appears...
00:20:45.000 To be being done, at least in part, at the implicit or perhaps explicit direction of the Chinese Communist Party.
00:20:53.000 And very likely could lead to the loss of American control of vital dairy products and supply chains.
00:21:00.000 Now guys, under the leadership of RSK Jr., Scott Besson, and across my father's administration, it's been made clear that these types of deals are bad for Americans and bad for making America healthy again.
00:21:14.000 And the movement.
00:21:15.000 You heard RFK talking about it this week with respect to Baby Formula.
00:21:20.000 This is the new front in China's efforts to buy up our farmland, acquire our companies, and hurt our workers.
00:21:28.000 Remember, Chinese companies aren't the ones that have Chinese names.
00:21:32.000 They're brought openly by Chinese enterprises.
00:21:34.000 No, no, no.
00:21:35.000 The ties and the links go much deeper than that.
00:21:38.000 They're shadow entities.
00:21:40.000 They're bought in other things that sound like they're not Chinese.
00:21:42.000 It's all about control.
00:21:44.000 So just like China with buying up farmland, we'll be keeping an eye out on all of this as the story develops, because America First also includes, specifically, American farmers and American companies.
00:21:57.000 They will not be forgotten, and we're going to be watching this very carefully.
00:22:03.000 And guys, it doesn't stop there.
00:22:05.000 According to an investigation by the National Pulse, a network of fake companies attempting to recruit laid-off federal workers has now been identified as a front for a Chinese tech firm, exposing yet another way in which China is trying to spy on Americans here at home.
00:22:25.000 And again, I'll take this moment to remind you, if you're in Wisconsin, guys, you must get out there and vote for Brad Schimmel this Tuesday, April 1st.
00:22:36.000 This race determines control of the state Supreme Court and will determine whether Wisconsin actually has a court committed to protecting the rule of law and America's interests.
00:22:48.000 And all the stuff we're talking about.
00:22:51.000 These local and state races matter.
00:22:53.000 Do not just take the wins you're seeing every day for granted.
00:22:57.000 They can go away like that, okay?
00:23:00.000 They can end in an instant.
00:23:01.000 That's what the Democrats are trying to do.
00:23:03.000 That's what they're trying to do in Florida for the special elections.
00:23:06.000 Taking place in Florida, one in Florida seat, which could determine the control of the House.
00:23:10.000 These are not laughing matters.
00:23:12.000 They're not to be taken lightly.
00:23:14.000 Everything hinges on them.
00:23:16.000 Get involved.
00:23:16.000 Call your friends who live in those districts.
00:23:18.000 Florida has early voting, so you can vote between now and next Tuesday.
00:23:21.000 Just don't sit back.
00:23:24.000 Apathy will get us.
00:23:25.000 Because House Minority Leader Jeffries is already saying it out loud.
00:23:30.000 That if the Democrats can get control of the court, they're going to redraw the maps.
00:23:35.000 And try to flip Wisconsin House seats from red to blue.
00:23:39.000 This could actually affect control of the House of Representatives just by itself.
00:23:43.000 Here's Jeffries in his own words.
00:23:46.000 In Wisconsin, that's a 50-50 race.
00:23:50.000 Because we know Wisconsin's a 50-50 state.
00:23:53.000 And we have a strong Democratic candidate.
00:23:56.000 Whoever wins is going to determine who has the majority in the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
00:24:02.000 Why is that important?
00:24:05.000 Because there are gerrymandered congressional lines right now in Wisconsin.
00:24:11.000 Wisconsin's a 50-50 state, as I mentioned, but there are six Republicans and only two Democrats out of an eight-person delegation because the lines are broken.
00:24:21.000 And as soon as possible, we need to be able to revisit that and have fair lines.
00:24:29.000 the only way for that to be even significant possibility is if you have an enlightened Supreme Court.
00:24:37.000 And so, you know, I think that's an incredibly Guys, again, when someone tells you what they're going to do, pay attention.
00:24:47.000 This is not the time to be complacent.
00:24:50.000 I mean, just imagine if Jasmine Crockett ends up in Democrat leadership, in a theoretical House Democrat majority.
00:24:59.000 Crockett has recently been spending her time taxing Texas Governor Greg Abbott in the most disgusting ways imaginable.
00:25:10.000 Watch. Because we in these hot-ass Texas streets, honey.
00:25:18.000 Y'all know we got Governor High Wheels down there.
00:25:21.000 Come on now.
00:25:24.000 And the only thing hot about him is that he is a hot-ass mess, honey.
00:25:29.000 So, yes.
00:25:32.000 Yes, yes, yes.
00:25:33.000 Now, if a Republican did that, it'd probably be over.
00:25:38.000 If you're Jasmine Crockett, I guess you could get away with it.
00:25:41.000 Don't forget, Governor Abbott was paralyzed, I believe, at the age of 26 because a tree fell on him.
00:25:48.000 He's been in a wheelchair since, and he's been a really good governor.
00:25:52.000 And fighting for conservative values.
00:25:55.000 Now, my father responded to Congresswoman Crockett's comments.
00:25:58.000 And let's just say it was a classic Trump.
00:26:02.000 Check this out.
00:26:03.000 She lies, but she's a low life.
00:26:06.000 And she's a very low IQ person and a low life.
00:26:10.000 And I don't imagine the Democrats are going to have a person like that running their party if they do.
00:26:18.000 And they'll never win an election again to be free.
00:26:21.000 It can be very hard, but I can't imagine she's going to last a lot.
00:26:25.000 And what do you think of Governor Gavin Newsom?
00:26:27.000 To be smart, you do need a brain.
00:26:30.000 You know, you can't get around with little quips.
00:26:33.000 And I've only heard her for the last couple of days, and I watched her make a speech, and she can't speak.
00:26:43.000 And she truly is a low-level person on the...
00:26:50.000 Very important chart of intelligence.
00:26:53.000 And really, it's nice to have intelligent people running your operation.
00:26:57.000 Yeah. Somebody you can talk to, who you can have a good conversation with.
00:27:01.000 She was a comedian.
00:27:02.000 I couldn't believe she was a congressman or whatever she is.
00:27:07.000 No, I thought she was a comedian.
00:27:09.000 That's unbelievable.
00:27:10.000 And she was a little bit funny, but crude.
00:27:15.000 And now I find that she's actually a politician.
00:27:18.000 The Democrats are going to suffer with this one.
00:27:21.000 Guys, Democrats have demonstrated time and time again that they are not fit to govern and that they have a big point of delusion about not being able to fulfill their most basic obligations to their constituents, right? They're just not able to do it.
00:27:41.000 They are off their rocker.
00:27:44.000 For example, just look at California.
00:27:48.000 Where we're now learning that only four permits have been issued for rebuilding, right?
00:27:53.000 Four permits have been issued for rebuilding 75 days after the devastating wildfires in the Pacific Palisades.
00:28:01.000 Check it out for yourself.
00:28:02.000 We want to get going.
00:28:04.000 The Palisades rebuilding.
00:28:05.000 Residents at this city council committee hearing held on the west side were here to discuss how to move forward.
00:28:11.000 The blessing here is that we have been given an opportunity to show the world how you do disaster relief and rebuilding effectively.
00:28:20.000 But the Department of Building and Safety told the committee so far it has approved just four permits.
00:28:25.000 Councilmember Tracy Park, who represents the Palisades, says that's not acceptable.
00:28:30.000 You know, when I hear in a committee meeting like we had today that only four permits have been issued and we're on day 75 post-fire, that is concerning to me.
00:28:38.000 And I don't think it is necessarily a lack of interest in rebuilding.
00:28:42.000 I suspect it is indicative of systemic issues that we need to continue to focus on.
00:28:49.000 And if you're wondering why insurance is such a mess in California and why companies are pulling out of the state, it turns out...
00:28:56.000 That the state insurance commissioner, Ricardo Lara, has been jet-setting across the world on taxpayer dime, sort of like the other California politicians who were not there when the fires were imminent and happening.
00:29:10.000 Not showing up to meetings, he's spending his time doing pretty much anything and everything but actually handling insurance.
00:29:18.000 According to local media reports, his taxpayer-funded travel included a trip to New York's Pride Fest, Sure, that has a lot to do with insurance.
00:29:26.000 Where the itinerary including attending a rooftop party featuring DJ Kitty Glitter.
00:29:33.000 Don't believe me?
00:29:34.000 Just look at this recent news report from ABC7 in San Francisco.
00:29:39.000 Probably not a bastion of conservative thought, so if they've had enough and they're talking about it, ah, it's probably real.
00:29:46.000 ...
00:29:47.000 assuming office in 2019.
00:29:49.000 Lada made at least 46 trips across the country and all over the world.
00:29:54.000 But as we found out, a significant chunk of the records are missing and the state has been unable to provide them, including work-related trips where he is pictured or listed as a speaker in Singapore, Cape Town, South Africa, Dublin, Costa Rica, Chile, Egypt, Tokyo, Glasgow, and Dubai.
00:30:12.000 Plus a handful of trips to these states.
00:30:15.000 With that said, the trip receipts we do have are not cheap.
00:30:18.000 For context, records show Illinois' insurance commissioner spent $680 for the entire year of 2022.
00:30:26.000 Meanwhile, during the first six months of Lada's term, his cross-country and international trips cost taxpayers more than $33,000.
00:30:35.000 This includes an all-expenses-paid week-long trip at a luxury five-star hotel in Bogota, Colombia, for an LGBTI political leaders' conference, and another flight and five-star hotel stay in New York City for Pride Fest, where his schedule listed a VIP rooftop event with DJ Kitty Glitter.
00:30:54.000 We should note the four-day trip did not list any insurance-related meetings on his schedule.
00:30:59.000 This is what Democrats have to offer, guys.
00:31:01.000 It's destructive.
00:31:03.000 So whether it's at the state level, the federal level, inside the judiciary, do not get complacent.
00:31:10.000 Apathy is the only thing that can get us.
00:31:12.000 Stay engaged.
00:31:13.000 Stay motivated.
00:31:15.000 Stay on the offense.
00:31:16.000 And Senator Ron Johnson is coming up in just moments.
00:31:19.000 We're going to be talking about Wisconsin.
00:31:21.000 We'll then have Senator Rick Scott talking about Florida and what's going on in the Senate.
00:31:25.000 But first, another word from our sponsors, All Family Pharma.

00:32:31.000 Well, guys, joining me now, Senator from the great state of Wisconsin, Ron Johnson.
00:32:36.000 Great to have you, Ron.
00:32:37.000 How are you?
00:32:38.000 Well, Don, I'm doing great.
00:32:39.000 I hope you are, too.
00:32:41.000 Well, thank you for being here.
00:32:42.000 I'm doing pretty good.
00:32:44.000 I just want to make sure we keep our eyes on the ball with everything that's going on right now.
00:32:48.000 So first off, I'd love to get your reaction to what we're seeing sort of in the media hysteria surrounding this signal chat thing, right?
00:32:58.000 Democrats seem to be using it as a pretext for endless investigations.
00:33:02.000 What do you see just in the Senate and as someone who's done this for a while?
00:33:06.000 Well, I think you described it well, media hysteria.
00:33:09.000 Listen, I think they are freaking out by what your dad, Elon Musk, is revealing in terms of what they've set up here.
00:33:20.000 This massive government that gives them all the power, all the control, funds all their extreme radical ideology, and your dad has just come in here and busted that up.
00:33:31.000 It's exposed it all.
00:33:33.000 And so they are freaking out about it.
00:33:35.000 And so they'll do anything, they'll grab at any straw.
00:33:41.000 Yeah, no, I saw that.
00:33:45.000 I was watching, you know, today, you know, the cabinet.
00:33:48.000 It seems like they're focusing on Tulsi Gabbard, who I don't think actually participated even in the conversation beyond saying, hey, this is the point person for the issue right in the beginning.
00:33:55.000 It seems almost like a way to target those that they always just wanted to target as opposed to there being any...
00:34:02.000 Any there there.
00:34:03.000 I looked at the stuff.
00:34:03.000 I read the whole thing.
00:34:04.000 I'm saying, well, I don't see any actual plans.
00:34:06.000 I don't see anything that would endanger our life.
00:34:08.000 Is it ideal?
00:34:09.000 No, it's never ideal.
00:34:09.000 But it seems like much ado about nothing, even if it's not ideal.
00:34:15.000 I think it is much ado about nothing.
00:34:17.000 You know, obviously a mistake.
00:34:18.000 I'm sure one that has been corrected won't be repeated.
00:34:21.000 But again, anything they can do.
00:34:23.000 If they can get a scalp out of this administration, that's what they're going to try and do.
00:34:26.000 They'll do anything they can to slow down the momentum.
00:34:30.000 Yeah, so I guess speaking of scalps, I was actually recently in your state to campaign for Brad Schimmel in this special election that's happening on April 1st.
00:34:40.000 That's going to literally decide the Supreme Court in the state of Wisconsin.
00:34:44.000 That decides redistricting.
00:34:45.000 That'll help decide whether men are allowed to play in women's sports, what they do with endless migration, etc.
00:34:52.000 What is the nexus between sort of my father's...
00:34:55.000 America First agenda, your mission in the Senate representing Wisconsin, and what's going on at the state level in Wisconsin, specifically in this Supreme Court race?
00:35:05.000 First of all, thank you for all of your efforts in supporting Brad because this is crucial.
00:35:10.000 The radical left took over our Supreme Court two years ago when Dan Kelly lost.
00:35:16.000 The Supreme Court race, he only got 800,000 votes.
00:35:19.000 Your dad got almost 1.7.
00:35:21.000 He's now the record vote getter in Wisconsin, 1.7.
00:35:25.000 There's no reason that there's a 900,000 difference between what your dad got and what we turned out last time for a Supreme Court race.
00:35:33.000 So we've got to up our game.
00:35:35.000 If we don't, what the radical left court did initially when they had the time to do it is they completely redistricted our state assembly and our state senate maps and we lost a lot of members and reduced our majorities in both bodies.
00:35:47.000 If they have more time, they will definitely redistrict the congressional seats.
00:35:52.000 They scream about gerrymandering.
00:35:54.000 Yeah. Except when they're doing it.
00:35:57.000 Drawing districts is a political process.
00:36:00.000 Better to have elected officials, you know, 130 of them do it in some way, shape, form, as opposed to four elected judges, right?
00:36:07.000 Yeah. So they scream about gerrymandering until they get a chance to do it, and then they go all out spending tens of millions of dollars.
00:36:14.000 And by the way, that's what they did in the last Supreme Court race.
00:36:17.000 Made that a record cost.
00:36:21.000 You know, the highest spending in any judicial race in the history of this nation, and they're probably going to double the spending in this one.
00:36:28.000 They realize how important it is, again, it's not just the fact that we can redistrict and then lose a couple House seats, which could cost the House the majority and make your dad's second, you know, the last two years of his term a real you-know-what ride, okay?
00:36:43.000 But in addition to that, they would probably overturn voter ID.
00:36:46.000 They could turn any kind of election integrity.
00:36:49.000 Process or laws we have in Wisconsin, overturn that, make it almost impossible for a Republican to win the 10 electoral votes like your dad did last time.
00:36:56.000 So this has major national implications.
00:36:59.000 Plus, they would just, again, they would love this scalp, right?
00:37:02.000 They would just love to say, oh, you know, Donald Trump is not that, you know, he doesn't have a momentum.
00:37:07.000 Look, we just beat him in Wisconsin.
00:37:09.000 Yeah, and it's not really even a scalp.
00:37:11.000 I guess our people are like, hey, we're getting a lot of the stuff done that we want done, so they're happy.
00:37:17.000 It's not even a scalp in that we're just not paying attention.
00:37:19.000 I think it's so critical that the people of Wisconsin, and you have special elections in Florida and a few others throughout.
00:37:25.000 We lost a Pennsylvania state legislature thing by 480 votes yesterday because our guys are sitting at home happy.
00:37:33.000 The Democrats are mobilizing.
00:37:35.000 They're chatting amongst themselves.
00:37:36.000 They're turning out to make sure that they can stop.
00:37:40.000 This agenda from actually manifesting itself.
00:37:43.000 And so, you know, how do you find the best way to get the people of Wisconsin engaged?
00:37:49.000 You've run many races.
00:37:50.000 You've always done incredibly well in them for a very long time, even when it was a left-leaning state.
00:37:56.000 How do we overcome that bridge to get those people to understand, you know, just because you or Trump isn't at the top of the ticket, it's still fundamentally critical for the entire agenda?
00:38:06.000 It's ground game, ground game, ground game.
00:38:09.000 You know, I mean, you have the law of diminishing returns kick in on all the advertising, right?
00:38:14.000 And unfortunately, you know, lies are effective.
00:38:16.000 That's all that Susan Crawford has, just tell lie after lie after lie about Brad Schimmel.
00:38:21.000 So we need to counter that with a strong ground game.
00:38:24.000 That's what Elon and others, you know, Turning Point, those guys finance that.
00:38:28.000 The RPW, we've got really a very effective state party as well.
00:38:32.000 So we've got a lot of forces on the ground.
00:38:34.000 They're running that ground game.
00:38:36.000 We are encouraging early voting.
00:38:37.000 We did that in 2024.
00:38:39.000 That helped.
00:38:41.000 We're doing it again this time.
00:38:42.000 So we're doing all the right things.
00:38:45.000 And quite honestly, this has garnered not only national attention, but...
00:38:49.000 You've got to be asleep in Wisconsin.
00:38:51.000 If you haven't seen these ads, if you're not aware of this race, I mean, your dad's endorsement is huge.
00:38:57.000 The more he can do, the more he can get on True Social, and, you know, the more you do, the better.
00:39:03.000 So, you know, we are aware of this.
00:39:05.000 This is not two years ago where Dan Kelly only got 800,000 votes.
00:39:09.000 Brad Schiff will get a lot more.
00:39:10.000 But, again, the left is ginned up as well.
00:39:12.000 I mean, this is the only way they can fight back.
00:39:15.000 Yeah, so again, if you're in Wisconsin, if you know someone in Wisconsin between now and April 1st, go vote for Brad Schimmel.
00:39:21.000 The lady running against him, this is going to be essentially a tiebreaker on the Supreme Court, is a radical leftist lunatic.
00:39:29.000 Just look at the things that she said, whether it's men and women's sports, whether it's the stuff on migrants, whether it's the stuff on the deporting criminal, murderous drug gangs, etc.
00:39:38.000 This is not a moderate left voice, which they'll try to paint her, I'm sure, in the ads.
00:39:45.000 Make sure you guys get involved in this race.
00:39:47.000 It's fundamentally critical, not just for Wisconsin, but for the future of our country, for midterms, etc.
00:39:55.000 Can't say it better.
00:39:56.000 I mean, it's just absolutely crucial.
00:39:59.000 Well, Senator, while I have you, I guess on spending specifically, you've said that Congress needs to rigorously scrutinize spending like private sector businesses do.
00:40:07.000 I agree with you.
00:40:07.000 Do it line by line.
00:40:09.000 Why isn't that...
00:40:11.000 Even remotely popular in Washington right now.
00:40:14.000 Why are they so vehemently against even a modicum of oversight?
00:40:21.000 Well, the good news is I was with your dad in the White House two Thursdays ago before we went on recess, and I was able to lay out these pre-pandemic spending options for him, and he liked it.
00:40:34.000 He loved the concept, so I think he'll get behind this.
00:40:37.000 We've set this process up for massive spending without any oversight.
00:40:41.000 So today, only 24% of total federal spending is actually appropriated.
00:40:47.000 The other 76% is what they call mandatory spending.
00:40:51.000 And most people think of Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.
00:40:54.000 There's $1.3 trillion of other mandatory spending other than those programs.
00:40:59.000 And what I've shown, I showed this to you, Dad, you can exempt Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, take 2019 total outlays, increase them by population inflation, We'd be spending $6.5 trillion this year versus the 7.3.
00:41:15.000 And, you know, unfortunately, the House, their budget resolution, they would cut that by $150 billion, where that's an $800 billion difference between what we're spending and the maximum we should be spending based on 2019 spending levels.
00:41:30.000 So, again, lay this out for your dad.
00:41:33.000 Personally, I'd go back to Bill Clinton's 1998 as the baseline.
00:41:37.000 Grow that by population inflation.
00:41:38.000 That'd be $5.5 trillion.
00:41:40.000 Yeah, and that's what people don't understand.
00:41:42.000 That's how you return to a reasonable level.
00:41:44.000 When you talk about cutting some of these things, it's such a drastic cut, but it's like, well, in 2019, it was $2 trillion less.
00:41:51.000 Like, what's changed in those amount of time that you need to spend $2 trillion?
00:41:56.000 I mean, yes, inflation has done some, but like, give me a break.
00:42:00.000 That was just, you know, whether it was COVID was weaponized as a window to be able to boost government spending so much.
00:42:06.000 The cut's not real.
00:42:08.000 It's only real relative to the last four years.
00:42:11.000 After that, it's pretty benign and gets us back to a place of sanity that we can actually cover and not just continue to increase the deficit.
00:42:19.000 What would happen if we went from 4.4 in 2019 before the pandemic to 6.5 and never looked back.
00:42:26.000 You know, no family I know of that had an illness had to borrow $50,000, spend that on medical bills if that family member got well.
00:42:35.000 We'd keep borrowing $50,000 and keep spending that level.
00:42:38.000 That would be insane, but that's basically what Joe Biden and the Democrats did after the pandemic.
00:42:43.000 So again, there's a way to return to a reasonable level.
00:42:46.000 It's going back, look at Clinton, look at Obama, look at Trump in 2019.
00:42:52.000 That gives you a range somewhere between 5.5 and 6.5, and then go through the 2,400 individual line items in those outlay budgets and scrutinize it.
00:43:02.000 Say, okay, well, this is over.
00:43:05.000 The inflated 2019 number.
00:43:07.000 Don, you know this in business.
00:43:08.000 This would be a five-minute conversation with your managers, right?
00:43:11.000 Listen, you knuckleheads.
00:43:13.000 I said, yeah, you could increase your budget based on inflation and the number of customers you're serving, but you've gone 10% over that.
00:43:20.000 Dial it back.
00:43:21.000 But the Democrats will say, you're just cutting Social Security.
00:43:24.000 It's a ridiculous soundbite, and even if it's not true, and even if you...
00:43:28.000 Pushed out.
00:43:29.000 You know, the media will run with it as though it's the gospel.
00:43:32.000 You know, I guess that's the problem that you're dealing with when they're the ones actually damaging Social Security through inflation, frankly, utilizing a lot of those funds for their little pork projects that actually have nothing to do with Social Security.
00:43:43.000 We saw Joe Biden do that very, very aggressively to the tune of billions of dollars.
00:43:47.000 You know, how do you break through that messaging aspect of it that we still, you know, I think we've made some progress with X and other places, but we're still way behind in that ability to message.
00:43:58.000 And, you know, the older generation who's most impacted by Social Security right now, they just view it as even if it's totally made up, even if it's totally fictitious, that's a grave threat to them, understandably.
00:44:09.000 So what I'm suggesting is...
00:44:11.000 To complement what Elon Musk and your dad are doing with Doge, where they're exposing these grotesque examples of waste, fraud, and abuse, set up a panel of senators, of House members, and the White House.
00:44:24.000 Okay, Russ, vote his OMB, folks.
00:44:27.000 Set up a budget review panel.
00:44:28.000 Bring in the heads of the departments with their CFOs and go buy the 2,400 line-by-line items and have them justify it.
00:44:36.000 Just like you do with the private sector.
00:44:38.000 Go, what happened here?
00:44:39.000 Why is this 30% higher than 2019 inflated numbers?
00:44:45.000 Justify that.
00:44:46.000 It could not withstand the scrutiny.
00:44:48.000 And so I think if you go do that, it's part of the process.
00:44:52.000 Right now, we do not have any process for reviewing total spending.
00:44:57.000 The process for the 24% of appropriate is a joke.
00:45:00.000 They start at what we spend, and then they pat themselves on the back and say, oh, we only increased to 3%.
00:45:05.000 So government spending just ratchets up and up and up.
00:45:09.000 And unfortunately, what the House is doing, they're starting at $7.3 trillion, and they're suffering death by 1,000 cuts.
00:45:15.000 So this is about a common-sense approach.
00:45:19.000 It's what every business does.
00:45:22.000 And if you do that, you combine that with the revelations of the Doge unit, which, by the way, we can reduce discretionary spending using rescission.
00:45:32.000 And I'd encourage you to encourage your dad, send us a rescission package every month.
00:45:37.000 The top three or five examples of this grotesque waste, fraud, and abuse.
00:45:41.000 Package it with some other things.
00:45:43.000 We'll just cut that spending.
00:45:44.000 We can do that without worrying about Democrat support.
00:45:47.000 We're not going to get Democrat help.
00:45:48.000 They don't care about it.
00:45:49.000 Well, you saw that with USAID.
00:45:51.000 I mean, when they're cutting, you know, $10 million for circumcision procedures in Mozambique, you know, probably not the best use of our funds.
00:45:58.000 I can say that as a rational man.
00:45:59.000 And yet they're still losing their minds because it's all one big kickback scheme to the Democrat Party through their NGOs, probably through AgBlue.
00:46:05.000 So I hope you investigate all of that as well.
00:46:08.000 And shouldn't we make Democrats vote?
00:46:10.000 On whether or not you want to rescind that spending or not.
00:46:14.000 I mean, I'm there.
00:46:15.000 It would be so much fun on a weekly basis, but at least monthly.
00:46:21.000 Here's a rescission package.
00:46:22.000 Here's the top three hits.
00:46:25.000 Vote on each and every line item.
00:46:27.000 I love that idea because, again, once you're voting on the line item, it's a lot harder to hide behind sort of the media cover that they're going to give you, and I think that would expose a lot.
00:46:37.000 Well, it would help us in the midterms, quite honestly.
00:46:39.000 If you can get these Democrats voting against cutting that spending on those grotesque examples, that's going to help us win the midterm as well.
00:46:53.000 Exactly. Well, speaking of which, I mean, you've recently sort of praising RFK and the Maha movement, which I think is a really big deal and sort of one that's been neglected for a long time.
00:47:03.000 You know, talk about what that means for your state.
00:47:06.000 We actually have a story we just broke on the show about the efforts by China and their proxies to take control of food supply chains and take control of the entire health food companies, specifically in Wisconsin.
00:47:17.000 You know, how big a threat is that actually?
00:47:24.000 Listen, I think your dad did a great job of pointing out the economic threat that China poses to the rest of the world, their unfair trading and manufacturing processes, techniques.
00:47:35.000 So, no doubt about it, they're a threat.
00:47:39.000 In terms of the Maha movement, The American people want to understand what is causing this explosion in chronic illness.
00:47:46.000 They want to know what is causing autism.
00:47:48.000 They haven't even been able to ask that question.
00:47:50.000 People like Bobby Kennedy would be vilified.
00:47:52.000 They'd be attacked for just answering those legitimate questions.
00:47:55.000 This is where I give, again, your dad and Bobby so much credit, laying their political differences aside, coming together to solve a problem, but in doing so, demonstrating this is how you heal a horribly divided nation.
00:48:09.000 And that's what we need to do.
00:48:10.000 So this is something American people want.
00:48:13.000 Trust me, I think Big Pharma, Big Food, they wanted to kill that nomination, but your dad stood strong behind him.
00:48:19.000 And Republican senators realized this is such a popular issue in a completely nonpartisan basis.
00:48:26.000 Who doesn't want to know why autism rates are up 10 billion percent in the last 30 years?
00:48:32.000 I mean, I never even heard of it when I was a kid, and now...
00:48:34.000 You know, it's one in 30, it's crazy, and yet no one wants to even look at it, or people were actively campaigning against trying to figure it out.
00:48:43.000 We're not saying that even one is the answer, but something has changed, and we should figure out what that is.
00:48:49.000 Absolutely, and one thing we found out in an event I did with Bobby Kennedy and Casey Means is, we approve food ingredients by generally recognized as safe.
00:48:59.000 So we have 10,000 ingredients in our foods.
00:49:02.000 Europe actually approves them.
00:49:04.000 400 ingredients.
00:49:05.000 So 400 versus 10,000, there might be a few ingredients that are at least suspect we ought to look into that.
00:49:11.000 But you know, another thing your dad's not gotten credit for is that coalition he's put together here of Tulsi Gabbard of RFK Jr.
00:49:19.000 Of Elon Musk.
00:49:20.000 That's never happened in my, in my almost 70 years of life.
00:49:24.000 I've never seen what your dad has assembled.
00:49:26.000 And it's a powerful coalition of trying to fix all these problems.
00:49:31.000 And you know, the massive number of problems, the big messes the Democrats left behind I just cannot believe how swiftly, decisively, boldly your dad is moving forward here and addressing all these things simultaneously.
00:49:45.000 It's just a it's a sight to behold.
00:49:48.000 Oh, thank you very much, Senator.
00:49:50.000 Now, it's great to have you being a part of that and fighting for all these things that are just common sense.
00:49:54.000 So really appreciate your time.
00:49:55.000 I know you have other things to do today, but I just wanted to thank you for dropping on.
00:49:59.000 And again, highlighting the importance of that Supreme Court early vote in April 1st.
00:50:06.000 It's going to decide the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
00:50:08.000 Guys, don't take that one lightly.
00:50:09.000 Get involved.
00:50:10.000 If you know someone in Wisconsin, you know, I'm sure through your office, Senator Johnson, you could find all the details for that.
00:50:16.000 But make sure you vote or your friends vote.
00:50:18.000 If they're in Wisconsin, this is a really big deal.
00:50:20.000 Don't sit it out.
00:50:21.000 That's exactly what the Democrats want.
00:50:22.000 Thanks for helping with Brad Schimmel.
00:50:25.000 Take care.
00:50:26.000 Thanks. Florida Senator, former Governor as well, Rick Scott.
00:50:33.000 Great to have you, sir.
00:50:34.000 How are you?
00:50:35.000 Where do you live?
00:50:36.000 I live in Jupiter.
00:50:38.000 So between Jupiter and West Palm.
00:50:40.000 So I'm in Florida.
00:50:41.000 Yeah, no, I'm a political refugee from the People's Republic of New York.
00:50:45.000 I'm one of those that moved to Florida that did not bring my BS with me.
00:50:50.000 So that's kind of nice.
00:50:52.000 Well, you know, if you think about it, look at what you've done.
00:50:55.000 In 2010, when I won my governor's race, there were 568,000 more Democrats and Republicans.
00:51:02.000 Today, there's 1.2, 1.3 million more Republicans than Democrats.
00:51:07.000 It's changed.
00:51:08.000 There's people like you that have come down to Florida.
00:51:10.000 Well, honestly, but it's also people who have sort of, you know, woken up.
00:51:14.000 I look at, like, Miami-Dade, which is a very left-leaning part of Florida, even when Florida was like...
00:51:20.000 You know, red, reddish purple.
00:51:23.000 You know, I think in 16, we lost Miami-Dade by like 30 points, and now we won it by 10, you know, in an eight-year period.
00:51:31.000 I mean, that's a really big deal.
00:51:33.000 And it's the people that were voting for Democrats that kind of thought they were Democrats but didn't realize they were actually Republicans.
00:51:39.000 They just sort of did it historically.
00:51:41.000 And I think it actually says a lot.
00:51:43.000 For the Democrat Party.
00:51:45.000 You know, they can no longer rely on just the media telling you they're doing a great job.
00:51:49.000 You actually hear what comes out of their mouth and realize that it does not align with your interests, especially, you know, in Miami-Dade, if you're from Cuba or Venezuela.
00:51:58.000 You're like, no, no, no.
00:51:59.000 They're trying to bring to America, like, what we escaped from.
00:52:04.000 Like, that's odd.
00:52:06.000 Yeah, it's great to see Florida as a strong...
00:52:11.000 You know, red state now, maybe one of the strongest.
00:52:13.000 So, you know, that's a really big deal, and we've got to keep that going.
00:52:17.000 Yeah. So, in the 18, or the 24 election, so think about what your dad did.
00:52:24.000 In 16, he won by, what, four?
00:52:27.000 I think he won by a little bit more in 20. And then he won, he won by, both of us won by 13 points.
00:52:34.000 And he might have won by 14, actually.
00:52:36.000 13 or 14 points this last election.
00:52:39.000 And so thank God for what he's done to the country, and we're heading the right direction in Florida.
00:52:44.000 Well, and thank you for staying in it.
00:52:47.000 You're obviously very big in sort of Senate leadership.
00:52:50.000 You've been fighting really hard.
00:52:52.000 You're also one of those guys that did really well in business before getting into government, so you don't have to do this job.
00:52:58.000 So it's always nice to have some of that acumen being brought to D.C. That doesn't happen often.
00:53:04.000 You have sort of career bureaucrats that...
00:53:06.000 You would not have let run even a small division of one of your companies.
00:53:11.000 And yet here they are making trillion-dollar decisions.
00:53:14.000 So it's sort of nice to see real leadership.
00:53:17.000 But, you know, if you look at what your dad's doing and look at what I'm trying to do, you're trying to make sure every American, whether you grew up rich or poor, has a chance to live the American dream.
00:53:25.000 I tell people when I grew up, I grew up in a very poor family.
00:53:28.000 But whether you're rich or poor back then, your parents told you the same thing.
00:53:31.000 You got to go get an education and you got to go work your butt off.
00:53:34.000 Right? But the Democrats will tell you the opposite.
00:53:36.000 Oh, no, we're going to take care of you, which you know they can't.
00:53:39.000 And they've ruined the job market.
00:53:42.000 They've ruined the education system.
00:53:43.000 They make the country dangerous.
00:53:45.000 None of what the Democrats are doing are good for us.
00:53:47.000 Yeah, if it wasn't for the bureaucracy, I don't think they'd be able to take care of themselves in the real world, let alone others.
00:53:54.000 So hopefully the exposure to that is telling to a lot of people.
00:54:01.000 Yeah, people are smart.
00:54:03.000 By the way, thank you for caring so much about Latin America.
00:54:06.000 Your interest in Venezuela and Nicaragua and Cuba and Colombia and all of Latin America is really important.
00:54:14.000 As you know, it's really important to Floridians.
00:54:16.000 About 20% of the population in Florida speak Spanish.
00:54:20.000 Many of them, some came from Puerto Rico, some came from Cuba.
00:54:24.000 Any place where they've had problems, our safe haven is Florida.
00:54:28.000 Yeah, well, but it's also a doorstep to America, right?
00:54:32.000 We spend, you know, what would be endless sums in Ukraine.
00:54:35.000 Most people couldn't find it on a map.
00:54:37.000 My father called it pretty well when saying there's an entire ocean between us.
00:54:42.000 You know, here, if you can come here, quite literally in some cases, on a raft, like, that seems like it's a little bit more on our doorstep, you know, than some of these other places that we're able to spend trillions.
00:54:54.000 Yeah. And by the way, thank you for doing the podcast with Maria Karina Machado.
00:55:00.000 Oh, it was my pleasure.
00:55:01.000 You really have to really respect and admire her.
00:55:05.000 As you know, she's in hiding now because Maduro wants to kill her.
00:55:10.000 Your dad saved her life when he was vocal when she was captured.
00:55:17.000 So the fight for freedom in Cuba is really important, and it's important to our national security.
00:55:24.000 What Maduro is doing with the drugs and sending criminals here and things like that, I mean, we all have to understand this is happening right now in our country because of bad prior policy, and especially what Biden did for his four years.
00:55:39.000 Well, I mean, it seems intentional.
00:55:41.000 Maybe that's why I'd start off is that, you know, we're seeing, you know, my father's taking historic steps to actually hold our adversaries accountable.
00:55:49.000 I mean, I know that's shocking.
00:55:51.000 I mean, it feels like what you should be doing.
00:55:53.000 That wasn't happening under Biden.
00:55:55.000 Today, the administration blacklisted over 50 Chinese companies relating to AI technology and harming U.S. national security interests earlier this week.
00:56:04.000 My father also slapped secondary 25% tariffs on any country buying oil from Venezuela, obviously.
00:56:12.000 You know, not exactly what we'd say a good actor if they're sending, you know, violent, criminal, drug-dealing murderers to our shores while simultaneously emptying out their prisons.
00:56:21.000 Probably not an ally.
00:56:23.000 Senator, can you talk about the effect of all of that?
00:56:27.000 I mean, it's hard to believe that, A, there's any resistance to it.
00:56:30.000 It's hard to believe that the opposite was happening for four years under Joe Biden and no one said anything.
00:56:36.000 But what do you see as the overall effect of what's going on right now?
00:56:41.000 I think, first off, what your dad has done is he is forcing our allies to do their part.
00:56:48.000 That's one thing he's doing, right?
00:56:50.000 The other thing he's doing, he's letting our enemies know they're not going to have an appeaser in the White House.
00:56:55.000 Biden was an appeaser.
00:56:57.000 So he's not going to say, oh, Cuba, we don't care that you're putting young kids in prison for a peaceful protest.
00:57:05.000 Your dad's going to hold the regime of Cuba accountable.
00:57:08.000 If you look at Maduro's case, he's not letting them get more money through oil, which your dad stopped this before.
00:57:16.000 Biden allowed them to start selling oil again.
00:57:19.000 That money goes to Maduro and helps him oppress people.
00:57:22.000 He's telling anybody who wants to do business with them.
00:57:25.000 You know, you're not going to do business with the United States or you're going to pay a heavy price.
00:57:29.000 So that's another way he's holding Maduro accountable.
00:57:32.000 He is highlighting the plight of Edmundo Gonzalez, the duly elected president, and Maria Corina Machado.
00:57:39.000 So he's doing that.
00:57:41.000 He's getting them to take the flights back.
00:57:45.000 He sent the gangs that came from Venezuela to El Salvador.
00:57:52.000 I mean, that was a great day.
00:57:54.000 But your dad did.
00:57:56.000 And then the video of what happened to them when they got to El Salvador, these were criminals that Joe Biden said, oh, it's okay.
00:58:05.000 I don't care about Americans.
00:58:06.000 I don't care about how dangerous it is.
00:58:08.000 So if you just look at what he's done just with Venezuela, everybody around the world needs to wake up to say, if President Trump's going to do this to Venezuela, what are we doing?
00:58:19.000 Are we the United States' friend?
00:58:22.000 Are we their enemy?
00:58:24.000 She has decided to be our enemy, right?
00:58:28.000 So she has decided to build a military to defeat us.
00:58:32.000 She has decided to try to steal all of her jobs.
00:58:34.000 She has decided to threaten Taiwan.
00:58:37.000 We didn't pick him as an enemy.
00:58:39.000 He made that choice.
00:58:42.000 The world is waking up.
00:58:44.000 There's a new sheriff in town.
00:58:45.000 Your dad's doing a great job.
00:58:46.000 And look, he's got a great team.
00:58:48.000 A lot of them from Florida, Marco Rubio, Michael Walton, Pam Bondi, and others.
00:58:52.000 He's putting together a great team of people that are really focused on doing the right things.
00:58:56.000 Yeah, let's get into the Venezuela stuff a little bit, because we recently learned that the Biden administration, for those who may not know, we're talking because this is what we do all day long, so we understand the details.
00:59:07.000 But the Biden administration basically had a secret deal to let Chevron pay hundreds of millions of dollars to the Maduro regime, a regime that we didn't even legally recognize before.
00:59:18.000 And, you know, again, despite it being totally illegal, you know, just how corrupt.
00:59:26.000 And do we think there's other existing, you know, federal contractors involved?
00:59:32.000 I mean, it doesn't, you know, given, you know, what we know about 10% for the big guy and, you know, maybe hunters on the board of Chevron, who knows, whatever it may be, you know, how deep does all of this really go?
00:59:42.000 Because I can't imagine it's just face value that you'd let a dictatorial regime that you didn't recognize basically siphon off hundreds of millions of dollars.
00:59:49.000 It doesn't seem like there's any interest.
00:59:51.000 For the U.S. in that, and as lost as the Democrats may be, you know, I don't take anything like that at face value anymore.
00:59:58.000 It seems like it has to be more.
01:00:00.000 You know, think about life.
01:00:03.000 When something doesn't seem right, it's probably not right, right?
01:00:06.000 I mean, it's pretty simple.
01:00:07.000 But, yeah, it never made sense, because remember what Biden said?
01:00:11.000 He said, oh, we're going to let him do this oil deal, let Mandoro make some money here, but he's promised.
01:00:16.000 That he's going to have a real election, right?
01:00:20.000 Wink, wink.
01:00:21.000 He kicked Maria Karina Machado off the ballot.
01:00:24.000 Oh, the Biden administration didn't do anything about that.
01:00:27.000 And then they watched him.
01:00:29.000 He stole the election.
01:00:31.000 Okay. Well, she won by 43 points, right?
01:00:33.000 Like, just so everyone's clear.
01:00:35.000 I mean, that's even their statistics.
01:00:37.000 They just didn't care, right?
01:00:38.000 It's not like there was a fudge factor or it was close and they won by two points.
01:00:42.000 I mean, she won in a landslide.
01:00:44.000 And it's like, eh, doesn't matter.
01:00:45.000 We're going to stay in power.
01:00:46.000 And they did nothing.
01:00:47.000 The same people screaming, by the way, about insurrections for the last four years and all of that.
01:00:51.000 Yeah, they did.
01:00:52.000 The Biden administration did nothing.
01:00:53.000 They didn't care.
01:00:55.000 There's not a dictator in the world that I've watched that the Biden administration held accountable.
01:00:59.000 So why was that?
01:01:03.000 There's no rationale that you know of for that.
01:01:06.000 And why don't they care about the people of Venezuela?
01:01:09.000 Don't they care about the people of Cuba?
01:01:11.000 They don't care about any of this stuff.
01:01:14.000 So something was wrong in the whole thing.
01:01:17.000 The other thing you really have to admire, Marie and Karina Machado, what she did was to prove she won the election, how they went and they got the little tickets from each of the polling stations to show how the votes came out.
01:01:29.000 That was gutsy on her part, and it was not easy.
01:01:33.000 And Maduro's gone after all those people that were part of that.
01:01:37.000 Oh, yeah.
01:01:38.000 When she was on, she was talking, I mean, you know, if she went and got lunch while driving from one place to the other, because they wouldn't let her fly, they wouldn't let her do anything, so she drove around the country.
01:01:45.000 I mean, if they served her or her team lunch at a restaurant that she paid for, they'd shut down the business.
01:01:52.000 I mean, you'd think they'd have a problem with that, but apparently not.
01:01:56.000 No. And, you know, I called Blinken and people like that, and they didn't care.
01:02:03.000 I mean, it's like...
01:02:05.000 But you name all of them.
01:02:07.000 They didn't hold Iran accountable.
01:02:09.000 They didn't have China accountable.
01:02:11.000 Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Colombia.
01:02:13.000 I mean, the president of Colombia is a complete terrorist.
01:02:18.000 And they invited him to the White House.
01:02:20.000 I mean, this stuff's crazy.
01:02:22.000 But, you know, look, I'm optimistic.
01:02:26.000 Because President Trump cares.
01:02:28.000 I'm optimistic because Mike Waltz cares.
01:02:31.000 I'm optimistic because Marco Rubio cares.
01:02:33.000 And as a team, they're going to get this done.
01:02:36.000 Senator, maybe we've talked about sort of the bad foreign adversaries, but can you talk a little bit about the cartel threat?
01:02:43.000 I mean, we've obviously seen the FBI under new leadership making that a priority.
01:02:48.000 What can that all look like to keep America safe?
01:02:52.000 Because when I think of...
01:02:53.000 Just a clear and present danger to the United States.
01:02:57.000 You know, I think Maduro is really bad.
01:02:58.000 I think the people you're sitting here are really bad.
01:03:00.000 Like, the cartels are killing, with fentanyl, 100,000 Americans a year.
01:03:04.000 And people are not even talking.
01:03:05.000 I mean, that's two Vietnams a year instead of over, you know, a 12-, 13-year period like the Vietnam War.
01:03:12.000 And it's almost like a, it's not even a talking point anymore.
01:03:16.000 You know, how do we take on the cartels, that threat, and deal with it as we should?
01:03:21.000 Well, number one, the precursors are made in China.
01:03:24.000 This is intentional by the Chinese government.
01:03:27.000 They're shipped to Mexico.
01:03:29.000 The cartel makes sure they get into the United States.
01:03:32.000 The cartels have been making billions of dollars.
01:03:35.000 The Biden administration completely...
01:03:37.000 I mean, think about this.
01:03:38.000 They completely dismantled what your dad set up.
01:03:41.000 So I've gone to the border bunch, and when Biden took office, what happened is the wall that your dad got done...
01:03:49.000 They opened the gates.
01:03:50.000 The cameras and stuff, they shut the electricity off.
01:03:55.000 The roads that your dad was building so Border Patrol could get there, they just stopped all that.
01:04:00.000 I mean, it's like, what are you thinking?
01:04:02.000 It was all intentional.
01:04:04.000 So about last year, 78,000 Americans died of fentanyl overdose.
01:04:10.000 78,000, okay?
01:04:12.000 Over 100,000 people died last year of drug overdose.
01:04:15.000 Now, all of us know somebody that's been impacted.
01:04:19.000 A family member, I had a brother who just passed away last year.
01:04:23.000 He had become a drug addict and an alcoholic.
01:04:25.000 It's devastating to him and devastating to our family what these people go through.
01:04:29.000 So the Biden administration just didn't care, just opened their door, you know, it's okay, we don't care.
01:04:36.000 So your dad has shut the border down, and now what he's doing, he's going to make sure these cartels get held accountable.
01:04:41.000 And because of his actions, by talking about the tariffs and things like that, finally the Mexican government...
01:04:48.000 is going to actually have to be a part.
01:04:50.000 They're going to have to send troops to the border.
01:04:52.000 They're going to have to send cartel here when we have a restaurant for them.
01:04:55.000 And, you know, whatever it's going to take, I think your dad's going to do it to get Americans safe.
01:05:01.000 I think he knows the importance of each of our families.
01:05:04.000 The most important thing is your kids, your family.
01:05:09.000 I mean, you don't want something to happen.
01:05:10.000 No one is immune from the fentanyl thing.
01:05:12.000 I mean, the amount of kids I know, just, you know, it's not demographic.
01:05:15.000 It's not racial.
01:05:17.000 It is an indiscriminate killer.
01:05:20.000 We all know someone very close that could have been otherwise a rock star in and of themselves.
01:05:28.000 The amount of college kids I hear about, they're all-star this, straight A this.
01:05:32.000 They think they're doing something, having some fun, playing around as a college kid, and they drop dead on the floor in three seconds.
01:05:39.000 It's sad.
01:05:40.000 But can you explain, Senator, how...
01:05:42.000 How exactly these cartels are able to operate?
01:05:46.000 They're essentially funded by the arms of certain governments, but are they like their own government?
01:05:56.000 Do they function almost as their own state actors?
01:05:59.000 With Mexico, I love that they're sending the military to the border, but how many of those people are on the payroll?
01:06:04.000 Looking the other way when it matters, and here's a token bust every once in a while.
01:06:08.000 What does that all look like?
01:06:10.000 Because it does feel very complicated.
01:06:13.000 These are not unsophisticated actors.
01:06:15.000 I mean, these are probably far more sophisticated than many of the governments we probably deal with at a certain level.
01:06:20.000 I think it's just a complete crime ring.
01:06:25.000 Some of it is the cartel.
01:06:26.000 Some of it is the elected officials.
01:06:28.000 Some of it is the law enforcement.
01:06:30.000 Some of it is the military.
01:06:31.000 It's all these things together.
01:06:33.000 I was told the other day, I mean, an unbelievable number of people running for office in Mexico were killed in the last 12 months.
01:06:40.000 So if you run because you want to...
01:06:42.000 Make your family safe.
01:06:43.000 You want to stop the corruption.
01:06:44.000 You want to stop the crime.
01:06:45.000 I mean, your risk of staying alive is really reduced.
01:06:49.000 So it's going to be hard.
01:06:52.000 But we've got to get the Mexican government to do their part.
01:06:56.000 And we're going to have to do our part.
01:06:57.000 But it's just a big business.
01:07:00.000 It's a billion-dollar business.
01:07:03.000 Oh, I think it's much more than that.
01:07:05.000 I mean, I would say it's multiples every year.
01:07:08.000 And the down channel on that, you watch these things, you see some of the videos, you know, the cartels taking on the military and winning because they have better equipment, they're more heavily funded, better training.
01:07:19.000 You know, I mean, they're basically a well-trained state actor.
01:07:23.000 Yeah, and yeah, who knows where they're getting all their information, but I imagine it's across the board.
01:07:28.000 So here's what we have to think about.
01:07:30.000 Number one thing you as a consumer can do...
01:07:33.000 Okay, is understand the government of China wants to demolish your way of life, and they're doing it.
01:07:39.000 They're killing your relatives.
01:07:40.000 They're killing your friends through their fentanyl.
01:07:42.000 They're stealing jobs through lying.
01:07:45.000 Like your dad did a great trade deal with China in his first term.
01:07:49.000 They never complied, and the Biden administration didn't make him do it.
01:07:52.000 So your dad's doing everything he can do.
01:07:54.000 But what you can do as a consumer, stop buying their stuff.
01:07:58.000 Stop helping them build their military to defeat us.
01:08:01.000 And then with regard to what your dad's doing with Mexico, we need to support him.
01:08:06.000 The other thing I tell people, you've got to be supportive when people are doing the right thing.
01:08:12.000 What your dad's doing is the right thing.
01:08:14.000 Is it hard?
01:08:14.000 Yeah. It's hard to do what your dad's doing every day.
01:08:18.000 And think about what he went through his four years with all the lawfare.
01:08:22.000 I mean, even now, think about it.
01:08:23.000 The media's not on his side.
01:08:24.000 There's not a Democrat up here that's going to help us.
01:08:27.000 It's hard what he's trying to do.
01:08:29.000 So, you know, speaking of not having much help from the Democrats, you know, on spending, I know, you know, obviously that's a big deal right now.
01:08:36.000 You know, is there a path to actually, you know, balancing the budget?
01:08:41.000 It feels like, you know, what we're spending now relative to 2019, it's an extra $2 trillion, and we've just made it.
01:08:46.000 Oh, well, that's the new norm.
01:08:48.000 You know, I can see COVID being an anomaly, but the fact that there's an unwillingness to go back to what was...
01:08:52.000 Not centuries ago, not decades ago, a few short years ago.
01:08:57.000 How do we get there?
01:08:58.000 Is it just literally exposing each and every line item and making people vote on the pork, the graft, the insanity?
01:09:06.000 I'd love to see anyone with a straight face try to support some of the things they found at USAID and or I'm sure everywhere else once Doge gets into it.
01:09:18.000 So here's how bad the numbers are.
01:09:21.000 In the last five years, we've seen a 2% increase in the U.S. population.
01:09:25.000 What do you think we've seen an increase in federal spending as a percentage?
01:09:29.000 What do you guess?
01:09:30.000 Twenty. Fifty-three.
01:09:33.000 Fifty-three percent increase.
01:09:35.000 So we are running $2 trillion a year of deficits.
01:09:40.000 Now, I think the last election was about these things.
01:09:44.000 I think securing the border and getting inflation under control.
01:09:48.000 There were other issues.
01:09:50.000 But those, I think, were the two biggest issues.
01:09:52.000 The only way to get inflation under control, your dad's doing everything.
01:09:57.000 We've got to do two things.
01:09:58.000 We've got to give your dad the money so he can secure the border and get rid of the bad guys, right?
01:10:02.000 That's number one.
01:10:03.000 Number two, we've got to make sure the military gets built up so we can defend ourselves.
01:10:07.000 But we've got to figure out how to balance the budget.
01:10:10.000 So we've got to do what you do.
01:10:16.000 You have to live within your means.
01:10:18.000 Every family has to live within the means.
01:10:20.000 By the way, when I became governor of Florida in January 2011, Florida had not lived within its means in 20 years.
01:10:27.000 They were going to default on debts.
01:10:29.000 So here's what I did.
01:10:30.000 This was so controversial.
01:10:31.000 You would love this.
01:10:32.000 I said, what are we going to collect?
01:10:34.000 I said, we're not going to spend more than that.
01:10:37.000 Shocking! How hard is that?
01:10:41.000 Yeah, and it's not like the Democrats will flip it, like if you cut something, they'll say, they're cutting Social Security.
01:10:46.000 You could literally leave that alone, not touch any of those things that are sort of the big boy entitlement issues, whatever they may be.
01:10:53.000 And there's still like $1.5 trillion in garbage new things that have been created.
01:10:58.000 That will never be the messaging.
01:10:59.000 You're cutting something that you're not cutting just because that's an effective soundbite, even if it's not realistic.
01:11:05.000 And so we have to figure out how to break through that noise.
01:11:07.000 How would you do that?
01:11:08.000 So I think what you do is take Social Security.
01:11:12.000 We ought to be very clear, like your dad has been.
01:11:14.000 We are going to protect Social Security benefits.
01:11:16.000 We're going to protect Medicare benefits.
01:11:21.000 And then we're going to get rid of the fraud abuse.
01:11:23.000 What should Medicaid be?
01:11:24.000 Medicaid is supposed to be for the benefit of a child.
01:11:27.000 That's what it is.
01:11:28.000 Medicaid is for the benefit of a poor child or somebody has a chronic illness.
01:11:33.000 That's what that should be.
01:11:34.000 So guess what?
01:11:35.000 Do you think...
01:11:36.000 That you should be able to get Medicaid, food stamps, public housing if you decide, I don't want to have a job.
01:11:43.000 I just want to stay home every day.
01:11:44.000 You think that's fair?
01:11:45.000 And is that going to take care of poor kids?
01:11:47.000 No. That's pretty simple.
01:11:49.000 Should New York get paid three times for every Medicaid recipient as Florida and then Puerto Rico get less?
01:11:57.000 No. That makes no sense.
01:11:59.000 Should we pay states more money to take care of an able-bodied...
01:12:05.000 Male that doesn't want to work versus some child that has a chronic condition.
01:12:10.000 That's simple.
01:12:11.000 So what we've got to do is we've got to go through that.
01:12:13.000 But Ron Johnson will go through.
01:12:15.000 He says, if we went back to Clinton, his last budget where we balanced the budget, and we raise spending by population and by inflation, and take today's Social Security, today's Medicare money, we'd balance the budget.
01:12:31.000 It would be balanced.
01:12:33.000 Even if you go back to your dad's, 2019 projection of a budget for 2025 and did that stuff, we would be really close to being balanced.
01:12:43.000 That's how bad this is.
01:12:45.000 So what we've got to do as Republicans is we've got to do what your dad has said.
01:12:48.000 He wants to balance the budget.
01:12:50.000 He wants to protect Medicare, protect Social Security, make sure poor kids have health care.
01:12:56.000 So what we've got to do as Republicans in the House and Senate, we've got to come together and give him the tools to be able to do this.
01:13:03.000 So more broadly, talk about how you've seen this new MAGA coalition broaden across the state of Florida.
01:13:12.000 It seems that we've built something that can actually really last here.
01:13:15.000 I mean, it's very diverse.
01:13:16.000 It's very different than it was even for me in 16 going around.
01:13:19.000 It's not just, you know, the white guy in a MAGA hat anymore saying, OK, hey, this is ridiculous.
01:13:24.000 Let's do it.
01:13:24.000 I mean, it's everyone.
01:13:26.000 We also have these key special elections coming up in Florida 1 and Florida 6, right?
01:13:31.000 The Matt Gaetz seat as well as the Mike Wall seat.
01:13:34.000 You know, it does feel like our people are actually pretty happy with what's going on, but they're not necessarily paying attention to those details that, like, you could lose control of the House, not because they wouldn't be involved, but because the Democrats are frantically trying to stop them from having a success, and the Republicans are just sort of sitting on their laurels being like, hey, we're getting everything we want.
01:13:55.000 We're not in the game.
01:13:56.000 Right. Well, first off, think of what the coalition your dad has put together.
01:14:00.000 So, like you said before, we won Miami.
01:14:03.000 We won in November 2024 by 10 points.
01:14:07.000 We won the sheriff's race, the tax collector's race, the property appraiser's race.
01:14:12.000 Every county race, we won.
01:14:14.000 We won, all right?
01:14:15.000 And everyone said, oh, you're going to lose by 10 or 20 points because the coalition your dad created, okay?
01:14:22.000 And then we, so all, think about it.
01:14:25.000 Everybody in Florida says, this is better for me if I have a president that is going to focus on making sure my kids go to education, make sure decisions are made local on education, make sure I can get a good job, make sure I can stay safe.
01:14:38.000 So that's what's happened.
01:14:39.000 He's brought a lot of energy.
01:14:42.000 Here's what we're dealing with right now.
01:14:43.000 We've got two special elections, like you said, Jimmy, Mike Waltz and Matt Gaetz.
01:14:49.000 So those are April 1, so next Tuesday, I think it is.
01:14:52.000 We've got to get our vote out.
01:14:53.000 And here's what happens with special elections.
01:14:55.000 It's hard to get people to even know there's a special election.
01:14:58.000 So take Randy Fiennes' race, which is Mike Waltz's seat.
01:15:01.000 The Democrat has raised, now this is a seat that historically has been Mike Waltz won by a big, I think, 20 plus points.
01:15:08.000 So you would say, oh, this should be an easy race.
01:15:10.000 Well, here's the problem.
01:15:11.000 The Democrat has raised over $10 million, and I think Randy, who's worked his butt off, has raised a million.
01:15:18.000 So $10 million in negative ads, you know, and they lie about what he's done.
01:15:24.000 It makes it hard.
01:15:25.000 So here's what I've been doing.
01:15:26.000 Telephone town halls for Randy, and I'm doing everything I can.
01:15:30.000 We have got to vote.
01:15:32.000 We have got to get out to vote in both of these elections.
01:15:35.000 Yeah, so if you're watching, if you're from Florida, if you live in one or six, or you know friends that do, or if you're anywhere in the country and you have friends that live in Matt Gaetz's old district or Mike Walt's old district, understand, in literally about a week, next Tuesday, you have an election that could decide, essentially, control of Congress.
01:15:54.000 They could stop this momentum.
01:15:56.000 Right now, the Democrats are well-funded.
01:15:59.000 You know they're getting all sorts of crazy outside money.
01:16:01.000 You know they're flooding the zone.
01:16:02.000 They're mobilizing to try to stop all of the sanity that has been going on from continuing.
01:16:09.000 So if you guys aren't paying attention, make sure you are.
01:16:12.000 Make sure you're calling your friends.
01:16:13.000 Make sure you vote.
01:16:15.000 Donate. Contribute.
01:16:17.000 Do not sit this one out.
01:16:18.000 Just because Trump's not at the top of the ticket or it's not a senator, this could be control of Congress essentially in these two seats.
01:16:26.000 You mentioned Senator Ron Johnson.
01:16:28.000 He's on the show tonight because we have that special election that's going to decide the Supreme Court.
01:16:33.000 In Wisconsin, which is redistricting, which is men and women's sports, which is literally everything we've been fighting for.
01:16:38.000 And there's a radical leftist that's very well funded, probably a little bit ahead right now in Wisconsin.
01:16:43.000 And again, our guys don't even know about it.
01:16:44.000 If they did, if they showed up like they did for Trump, this thing's over.
01:16:48.000 But they're not paying attention.
01:16:50.000 So make sure that you guys are paying attention.
01:16:53.000 You've done a great work in the Senate doing that for so many other people on the Senate side.
01:16:57.000 But we've got to remember everything all the way down to dog catcher right now.
01:17:01.000 But, you know, the way you win Senate races, the way you win statewide races is you win all the congressional seats.
01:17:07.000 You win all those, you win statewide.
01:17:09.000 So we've got to win the Supreme Court seat in Wisconsin.
01:17:12.000 Because all of our success in Wisconsin will go away.
01:17:14.000 And we've got to keep these seats in Florida because it could be the difference between a majority and a minority.
01:17:20.000 So we've got to win these seats.
01:17:22.000 So I know on Randy Fines, it's voterandyfine.com.
01:17:26.000 And you can get on there.
01:17:27.000 You can donate.
01:17:28.000 You can make phone calls.
01:17:31.000 So you can volunteer.
01:17:32.000 But we've got to get people to vote, vote, vote.
01:17:35.000 And you can do it.
01:17:36.000 In Florida, as you know, we have early voting, so you can go vote today.
01:17:39.000 Yep. Make sure you guys are doing that.
01:17:41.000 It's paramount.
01:17:43.000 Wisconsin, same thing.
01:17:44.000 Get in the game.
01:17:45.000 It's eight days out.
01:17:47.000 Let's make sure that happens.
01:17:50.000 Senator, while I have you, what else can you preview about what you're working on in the Senate and what we should keep our eyes out for over there?
01:17:59.000 So, by the way, Ron Johnson is great.
01:18:02.000 The real driver right now of fiscal sanity up here is Ron Johnson.
01:18:08.000 He is really driving that.
01:18:10.000 And so you're going to have a great time talking to him.
01:18:14.000 So here's what we're doing right now.
01:18:15.000 We're trying to get your dad's nominees through.
01:18:17.000 The way the Senate works is that each, well, when it's a cabinet-level nominee, there's 30 hours of debate.
01:18:25.000 Now, typically, the other party would say, well, if I'm tired of talking, I'll let you go ahead and vote on them.
01:18:31.000 But they don't.
01:18:32.000 So that's why we worked really hard to get your dad's nominees done.
01:18:37.000 Now all the lower levels, like the assistant secretaries, the ambassadors, U.S. attorneys, those are two hours.
01:18:44.000 So basically every three hours we can do a nominee because the Democrats won't let us do them as a group or anything like that, even though they know they're going to pass.
01:18:52.000 We've got 53 Republicans.
01:18:53.000 We're voting together.
01:18:55.000 So the biggest thing we're doing right now is we're getting your dad's nominees.
01:18:59.000 And we're doing today, we just got Dan Bishop done.
01:19:02.000 He's number two at OMB.
01:19:04.000 We just got the Assistant Attorney General done today.
01:19:11.000 So I think we have four more today.
01:19:14.000 And then we're also working on, we can do a vote to get rid of regulations that Biden did the last few months of his term.
01:19:22.000 So we're working on some of those today.
01:19:24.000 Then we're working really hard on how do we...
01:19:27.000 Give your dad the money for secure the border, deport the criminals, the terrorists, the narco-traffickers.
01:19:33.000 Number two, build up the military.
01:19:34.000 Number three, extend the Trump tax cuts.
01:19:35.000 If we don't extend the Trump tax cuts, that's over a $4 trillion tax increase on Americans.
01:19:42.000 $4 trillion.
01:19:43.000 Not one Democrat is going to help us with this.
01:19:46.000 And then we've got to focus on doing what your dad and all of his agency heads are doing, and Elon Musk is get rid of the wasteful spending.
01:19:54.000 So that's what we're working on right now.
01:19:57.000 Those are the big things.
01:19:59.000 But look, I'm very optimistic.
01:20:01.000 I'm very optimistic that we're going to get done.
01:20:05.000 One thing I forgot to bring up when we're talking about Venezuela is, when I was governor of Florida, I passed legislation that said, if you do business with Maduro, you don't do business with the state of Florida.
01:20:15.000 I have a bill I'm going to be filing today or this week.
01:20:18.000 It's called the Bolivar Act, which will do the same thing with the federal government.
01:20:21.000 You're not going to do business with the U.S. government if you want to go do business with Maduro.
01:20:26.000 So that's the types of things we have to keep doing.
01:20:29.000 Well, I appreciate it.
01:20:31.000 Thank you so much, Senator Rick Scott from the great state of Florida.
01:20:33.000 I really appreciate it.
01:20:34.000 I know you have those votes, so get those guys in there so we can be more effective.
01:20:38.000 Everyone remember, April 1st, if you're in Florida, if you're in Wisconsin, make sure you're voting in those special elections.
01:20:44.000 Fundamentally critical to stay engaged, stay involved.
01:20:47.000 Just because we're winning now doesn't mean the Democrats aren't trying to stop us each and every day.
01:20:50.000 So, Senator, thank you for all your efforts and all of that.
01:20:52.000 Really appreciate it.
01:20:54.000 Thanks for your friendship.
01:20:55.000 Thanks for all your hard work.
01:20:55.000 Take care.
01:20:56.000 Good to see you.
