00:09:26.000publicsquare.com For a rundown of the news of the day, this one's getting interesting.
00:09:46.000We're going to be talking FISA. Congress is fighting right now over whether to renew FISA. So what is FISA exactly?
00:09:55.000I figured I should spend a little bit of time explaining to you guys.
00:09:58.000I'm sure you've heard about it in the news, but what exactly it is, the history of the law, and then will become obvious why FISA should not be renewed.
00:10:08.000FISA allows the government to conduct surveillance.
00:10:11.000The deep state claims it's necessary for national security, all of that crap, right, that they've been lying to us about for years, but it has been abused, grossly.
00:10:21.000Remember when they spied on the Trump campaign in 2016?
00:10:23.000Remember when that was a big conspiracy theory?
00:10:26.000How dare he say that? Well, it turns out it was true.
00:10:28.000And it was through FISA. The DOJ got FISA warrants to surveil Carter Page while he was on the Trump campaign.
00:10:36.000That allowed the DOJ to pick up communications from not only Page, but from anyone else he was in touch with.
00:10:43.000You work on a campaign, that could be anyone including your favorite president, Donald J. Trump.
00:10:50.000The applications for the warrants were insane.
00:10:52.000The FBI included the fake steel dossier as evidence.
00:10:56.000They used nonsense to justify more nonsense.
00:10:59.000You're telling me this isn't going to be abused again?
00:11:02.000Later, the DOJ admitted that the FBI lied to the court when they obtained the page warrants.
00:11:07.000I'm sure absolutely nothing happened to those people because, you know, justice seems to only go one way these days.
00:11:13.000the DOJ admitted to a judge that they didn't have probable cause to believe
00:11:18.000that Page was acting as a foreign agent. But that didn't exactly stop him, right?
00:11:23.000Too late, oops, the damage has already been done, what difference does it make?
00:11:27.000Yada yada yada, move on. This is just one example folks of the many times that
00:11:46.000That means without a warrant, the FBI searched an NSA database of over 270,000 for information on American citizens.
00:11:56.000Right? Remember, this is supposed to be...
00:11:58.000The ability for them to spy on terrorists abroad and stuff like that.
00:12:02.000And they just say, you know, that probably now classified, you know, practicing Catholics, concerned mothers at PTA meetings, you know, the domestic terrorists that the FBI also claims are domestic terrorists.
00:12:12.000In fact, a declassified document showed that the FBI ran unapproved searches using the last name of a U.S. senator in June of 2022.
00:12:22.000The name of that senator has never been revealed.
00:13:16.000It means that it targets foreigners overseas, not in the United States, who are suspected or believed to be a threat to the United States national security, correct? Correct. Oh, the F is foreign, so there's nothing to worry about, folks.
00:13:47.000I imagine they're not all linked to foreign assets or terrorists.
00:13:52.000Maybe they just bought a Bible because that's probably enough to get you on the terror watch list these days in America in 2024.
00:13:59.000Is he going to tell us next that since it's called the Patriot Act, it's really a patriotic law and everyone should be on board and it wouldn't be abused to infringe on your rights or otherwise do shady stuff and the bidding of the deep state.
00:14:12.000The swamp wants you to ignore reality and not believe your lying eyes.
00:14:17.000FISA has been used to spy on a presidential campaign in millions of American citizens.
00:16:03.000Some buddies of mine from the SEAL teams sending that to them this weekend, and they too hung their head in shame given the insanity of what's happening to our incredible military.
00:16:12.000Unfortunately, with leadership that we have right now, it's not going to be incredible for very long.
00:16:18.000Speaking of winning wars, back in October, economists And New York Times writer Paul Krugman, someone who has literally won the Nobel Prize in economics, declared that the war on inflation is over, folks. He announced this with a ridiculous tweet talking about the things that inflation has improved on.
00:16:45.000He carved out a couple little things, right?
00:16:47.000He carved out, I believe it was housing, housing, Energy, food, and transportation.
00:16:53.000He announced it with a graph that everything's going on with a little asterisk that took out literally everything you need to survive.
00:17:01.000Okay? His chart didn't include the price of food, shelter, energy, cars.
00:17:07.000Those are all very important items that contribute to inflation.
00:17:11.000The other problem is that the war against inflation is certainly not over.
00:18:35.000But meanwhile, guys, the geniuses in Los Angeles are focused on making life even worse for Americans.
00:18:42.000The Democrats on the LA City Council are moving forward on a new rule to make it illegal for landlords to inquire about a potential tenant's criminal history.
00:18:52.000Think about that. With all the problems going on in LA, with the rampant crime and murder and nonsense and insanity, the focus of the city council is stopping landlords from knowing if they are renting to a convicted rapist.
00:19:09.000I'm sure this, like all these other Democrat policies, is going to work out just great.
00:19:16.000They're insane. The priorities of the Democrats are completely backwards.
00:19:20.000Did you see what happened with Ashley Biden's diary, by the way?
00:19:23.000This is when I got more calls from the FBI about this because someone tried sending it to me years ago during the 2020 campaign, and I figured at this point it was like not even worth it.
00:19:33.000And honestly, that was probably the right call.
00:19:37.000This thing's so insane, and I have a feeling that if it was about Donald Trump or Ivanka, that it would get a little bit media attention.
00:19:45.000This is the diary, remember, where Ashley Biden said that she had not appropriate showers with her dad.
00:19:53.000The fake news media covered it up and pretended it wasn't real.
00:21:08.000They say they're upholding the law, but the close examination reveals politics of the very worst kind meant to influence the 2024 election.
00:21:18.000Investigations unprecedented in American history, part of a broader attempt to silence and penalize
00:21:25.000a president who challenged the status quo.
00:21:36.000Highly aggressive theories and applications of the law.
00:21:39.000On the eve of an election of the President of the United States, can there be any doubt that there's a sentiment of, this is get Trump.
00:21:49.000Get Trump. These prosecutions against President Trump, both the criminal prosecution along with the civil fraud prosecution, is blatant election interference.
00:22:01.000It's Democrat lawfare to take out President Trump.
00:22:36.000And, I guess, former MSNBC hero, former leading Democratic presidential candidate contender before he went to jail, even Michael Avenatti criticized it this week during an interview from prison.
00:22:53.000...the strength of the prosecution's case.
00:22:57.000Well, I think what I'm about to say is going to surprise a lot of people, and that is that I think this is the wrong case at the wrong time, Ari.
00:23:06.000I think that the case is in many ways stale at this juncture.
00:23:12.000You're talking about conduct that occurred some eight years ago.
00:23:16.000I think the fact that it's occurring in state court in New York is a mistake.
00:23:23.000I think that when you are going to potentially deprive tens of millions of Americans of their choice for the presidency of the United States, whether we agree with those folks or not, or regardless of what we may think of Donald Trump, I think it's a mistake to do it based on a case of this nature.
00:23:46.000Well, guys, we'll get to Mike on all of this in just a few moments.
00:23:50.000But another word from one of our brave sponsors.
00:23:53.000Check out The Wellness Company, guys, a leading provider in emergency medical kits.
00:23:59.000Like we saw with COVID, supply chain chaos, lockdowns, Fauci failures, all of it can make it harder to get the medicine you and your family need in a time of crisis.
00:24:11.000This kit provides you with a carefully selected assortment of effective medications for COVID and other respiratory illnesses.
00:24:18.000It contains ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, the Z-Pak, and more, so you can rest easy knowing that you have the emergency meds on hand, along with a guidebook for safe and easy use.

00:24:37.000That'll get you a 15% discount on all of their medical kits.
00:25:45.000Diversify a portion of your savings into gold with the Birch Gold Group.
00:25:49.000Gold is a hedge against inflation, and Birch makes it easy to own.
00:25:53.000They'll take you through the process step by step.
00:25:55.000They'll answer your questions so you can educate yourself and help you convert an existing IRA or 401k To learn more, to educate yourselves, text DONJR to the number 989898 and get your free info kit.
00:26:22.000Again, text DONJR to the number 989898 to learn more.
00:26:29.000And with that, guys, I'm really excited to have Article 3 Project founder, also someone who I love as a potential attorney general, who has a new documentary out called Chasing Trump, lawyer Mike Davis.
00:26:45.000Mike, good to have you on with me, buddy.
00:26:48.000Thank you for having me. Well, I love this one because I'm going to let you do all of the talking because my voice is shot and I'm screwed.
00:26:55.000So congratulations, you're in the driver's seat.
00:26:57.000But listen, with everything going on right now, what should we expect from the Alvin Bragg trial?
00:27:04.000I mean, when the other side has lost Michael Avenatti, who is literally in prison for like years, not really for it, but like because he made himself famous for that and then got caught doing a bunch of other shady shit.
00:27:18.000If you've lost Michael Avenatti, I sort of feel like there's not a lot left.
00:27:25.000Yeah, Michael Avenatti, I met him during the Kavanaugh confirmation when he bursted onto the scene and saved Kavanaugh and caused Democrats to lose four incumbents and Republicans to pick up two Senate seats in 2018 when Republicans lost the House and then President Trump was able to finish the job Of transforming the Supreme Court with the appointment of Justice Amy Coney Barrett after that.
00:27:51.000So I have very fond memories of Michael Avenatti because of his buffoonery and all that he's done for the Supreme Court.
00:27:59.000So I appreciate that. I would say this about Alvin Bragg's case up in New York.
00:28:04.000The Soros-funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.
00:28:08.000We've talked about this For a long time, Don, but it's amazing to me that this case is actually going to trial on Monday because it is such a laughably stupid case.
00:28:20.000Out of the four criminal indictments that these Democrat prosecutors have brought against President Trump, this is by far the silliest.
00:28:30.000This is like during the Kavanaugh confirmation when they had six allegations against Kavanaugh, essentially accusing him of being a serial gang rapist.
00:28:38.000It was Michael Avenatti who burst onto the scene and destroyed their lawfare here.
00:28:42.000It's Alvin Bragg is the Michael Avenatti of the current lawfare.
00:28:46.000And what we have here is we have allegations that President Trump as a businessman back in 2017 settled a nuisance claim, right?
00:28:57.000Which is what business people do all the time is settled nuisance claim.
00:29:02.000And this is in 2017, but somehow Alvin Bragg says this was election interference from 2016, even though the alleged misconduct happened in 2017.
00:29:12.000And what they're trying to do is take bookkeeping misdemeanors at best, and I don't even think these are bookkeeping misdemeanors, but they're trying to transform these bookkeeping misdemeanors at best into like 34 felony counts against President Trump, the first indictment ever We're good to go.
00:29:47.000Piggybacking on these bookkeeping misdemeanors at best and saying that there are felony campaign finance violations for conduct in 2017 that somehow affected 2016.
00:30:00.000It's such a stupid theory that the prior Manhattan DA Cy Vance declined to prosecute this case.
00:30:08.000The Manhattan U.S. Attorney declined to prosecute this case.
00:30:11.000The Federal Election Commission declined to proceed with this case.
00:30:15.000Alvin Bragg himself declined to prosecute this case.
00:30:19.000And then Matthew Colangelo got sent from the Biden Justice Department, a very senior political appointee in the Biden Justice Department who works for Obama, the Obama Labor Secretary, Tom Perez in the Civil Rights Division.
00:30:34.000And then Tom Perez as Obama's Labor Secretary.
00:30:38.000And then when Tom Perez went to run Obama's DNC, this Matthew Colangelo went to work in the Obama White House as a top labor relations guy.
00:30:47.000He's worked for the New York Attorney General.
00:30:49.000He worked for the Biden Justice Department.
00:30:52.000He was in the number three office, a senior political appointee He got deployed to Soros, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's office to resurrect this zombie case against Trump.
00:31:05.000And this trial is starting on Monday, and it is just a laughably stupid case.
00:31:11.000We have this Democrat Manhattan judge, Juan Mershon, Juan Mershon donated to Biden versus Trump in 2020.
00:31:20.000Judge Juan Mershon donated to another anti-Trump group in 2020.
00:31:25.000Judge Juan Mershon's adult daughter, Lauren Mershon, is a Democrat consultant, a top Democrat consultant who's consulted For Biden and Kamala Harris and many other Democrat campaigns and causes, she has a financial stake in this criminal prosecution.
00:31:42.000She's making money off of her dad's unprecedented trial against President Trump.
00:31:51.000Judge Juan Mershon should clearly recuse from this case, and President Trump filed a motion to recuse.
00:31:57.000He ignored it for a while and then denied the motion to recuse.
00:32:02.000And then when President Trump raised the issue that this Lauren Mershon, this adult daughter, as Julie Kelly says, she's not some five-year-old.
00:32:11.000She's an adult daughter of Judge Juan Mershon.
00:32:16.000Judge Juan Mershon has a clear conflict of interest requiring his recusal.
00:32:20.000When President Trump raised this in a motion to recuse and raise this on his Truth Social, how did Juan Mershon respond?
00:32:28.000He imposed an illegal unconstitutional gag order on President Trump to silence him for raising this evidence, saying that Trump was somehow You know, threatening violence against Juan Mershon or causing threats against Juan Mershon and his adult daughter Lauren simply for raising evidence of his judicial bias.
00:32:50.000Yeah, I mean, you know, I didn't have, you know, that Michael Avenatti, maybe the new, you know, acronym for MAGA could be Michael Avenatti's Great Again.
00:32:58.000But, you know, and I forgot that you had all that experience with him back in the Senate for, you know, the insanity of the Kavanaugh hearings.
00:33:07.000Yes, where a very well-known, you know, appellate division judge could magically be accused of being a serial gang rapist 20 years later, but he wasn't one when he was, you know, a pretty well-known person in those spheres.
00:33:21.000The whole thing was crazy, but, I mean, do people realize, like, basically, I guess the star witnesses here are porn star, like Stormy Daniels, and convicted...
00:33:34.000I guess, perjurer, multiple-time liar, Michael Cohen.
00:33:38.000I mean, that's who the left is hanging their hat on.
00:33:41.000This is not exactly like, you know, they're hanging their hat on Abe Lincoln.
00:33:45.000I mean, it's Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen.
00:34:40.000Paid this nuisance claim back in 2017.
00:34:44.000Why are they waiting until 2014 to bring these unprecedented charges against a former president and likely future president other than Democrat lawfare, other than election interference?
00:35:48.000They're finding people with very, let's just say, lackluster ethical backgrounds and overturning, but they don't care because they're going to do their bidding.
00:35:55.000These are the same people that scream about democracy.
00:35:59.000Obviously, it's just a soundbite for them.
00:36:01.000It's something funny to make a point on MSNBC, but they don't actually believe in anything.
00:36:06.000But what do you do if you do get one of those verdicts?
00:36:10.000Remember, President Biden's fingerprints are on all four of these unprecedented criminal prosecutions against his political rival, Donald Trump.
00:36:20.000It was Matthew Colangelo again who got deployed from the Biden Justice Department in the number three office to go to Bragg's office to resurrect the zombie case.
00:36:30.000You had Jonathan Hsu, President Biden's Deputy White House Counsel, On behalf of President Biden, waive President Trump's claim of constitutional executive privilege going back 250 years to George Washington, which led to the raid on the office of former president.
00:36:51.000For presidential records, Trump was allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act, right?
00:36:57.000And so that's Jack Smith's espionage case down in Florida for the non-espionage of having his presidential records.
00:37:03.000That also led to the January 6th Charges against President Trump by Jack Smith in D.C. for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887.
00:37:20.000Democrats objected to Republican wins in 1968, 2004, and 2016.
00:37:27.000We don't see Al Gore Or John Kerry or Hillary Clinton in prison for objecting to Republican wins.
00:37:34.000And then you have down in Fulton County, Georgia, Fannie Willis, the Fulton County DA, Big Fannie.
00:37:40.000She hired her dumb, unqualified boyfriend, Nathan Wade, and paid this buffoon $250 an hour and gave Big Fannie these kickbacks.
00:38:39.000They know that President Trump is going to win on November 5th, 2024.
00:38:43.000So they've tried to throw him in prison.
00:38:45.000For the rest of his life, they're trying to illegally gag him.
00:38:48.000They're trying to bankrupt him with bogus civil lawsuits like Big Tish James in New York, the Attorney General, bringing a civil fraud lawsuit against Trump for the non-fraud of paying back sophisticated Wall Street banks on time as agreed in full with interest.
00:39:06.000And somehow that's fraud, even though the banks testified that they would gladly do business with Trump in the future.
00:39:13.000And then you have Jean Carroll bringing her defamation claim against Trump.
00:39:20.000This is obviously election interference.
00:39:22.000And if these Democrat prosecutors and these Democrat judges and these Democrat hellholes like New York, D.C. and Atlanta think that they get to pick the next president instead of the American people, this is not going to end well for our country.
00:39:35.000These are republic-ending tactics by these Democrats.
00:39:55.000Do people even care? Like, you know, again, when the Democrats talk about democracy and the Republicans, you know, it's a soundbite, right?
00:40:01.000It's not, it's like, ha ha ha, it's a talking point.
00:40:04.000Like, oh, we're going to pretend about, like, sort of like when they talk about fascism while acting like fascists.
00:40:09.000Do you think they care? I think we'd be making a mistake to assume that any of these people at this point have any shame, any decency left.
00:40:29.000Can any of these things be brought up to the Supreme Court?
00:40:31.000Again, they were chosen in a very specific way to make sure that something stayed.
00:40:37.000In the southern district of New York, where zero people will vote for Trump, or in Washington, D.C., even the Florida grand jury was done in D.C. to make sure that the people in Florida who love Trump don't have a chance to not let this thing get to trial.
00:40:55.000Yeah, I mean, I would say this to Chief Justice John Roberts and the other Supreme Court justices.
00:41:02.000I know that the Chief Justice is very concerned about the Supreme Court's public image.
00:41:07.000I would say this, if the Chief Justice and the Supreme Court allow Democrat prosecutors and Democrat judges in these Democrat hellholes like New York, D.C. and Atlanta, Take the election away from the American people by putting the leading presidential candidate in prison.
00:41:25.000We're not going to have a country left.
00:41:31.000It was the lawfare by the Senate insiders against Caesar that caused him to feel that he was desperate and he crossed the Rubicon from Gaul into Rome and it led to a civil war and it led to the fall of the Roman Republic.
00:41:45.000I'm not saying that this is going to lead to a civil war, but what this is going to do is lead to a legal tit-for-tat back and forth between the parties going forward.
00:41:54.000Will it, though? I don't know if I agree with that.
00:41:57.000That's the problem. I think if it actually led to that, it would probably put an end to this because the Democrats would say, enough is enough.
00:42:15.000You bring it even to a lot of the conservatives on the Supreme Court.
00:42:21.000Very rarely, I feel like they can easily be influenced.
00:42:25.000I think what happened with Kavanaugh, while a disgrace, still had an effect, as it was intended to have, which is to scare other conservative justices, the protests before the Supreme Court justices' houses.
00:42:36.000That would have never been allowed to happen to Ruth Bader Ginsburg when she was still alive.
00:42:40.000But if it happens to Kavanaugh, if it happens to Amy Comey Barrett, if it happens to one of these, that's okay.
00:42:47.000It's a little different. We're just going to let it slide.
00:42:52.000That, well, we have to let it play out because the people on the Sunday morning talk shows who are 100% leftist partisans, they're saying we're not being objective.
00:43:02.000So I guess we have to just let them do whatever they want and make a mockery of our legal system.
00:43:09.000Yeah, I agree with you, Don, that unless you give Democrats a healthy dose of their own medicine, this will never stop.
00:43:16.000I call this the dead chicken strategy that I ran during the Kavanaugh confirmation.
00:43:20.000When I did my clerkship on the Supreme Court, Justice Clarence Thomas would talk about growing up on the farm in Georgia, when dogs kill chickens, you wrap those dead chickens around those dogs' necks, And as those dead chickens rotted around those dogs' necks, those dogs lost the taste for chicken.
00:43:39.000And I think we need to do this with this lawfare against Democrats.
00:43:42.000We need to go after them for their legitimate crimes, like Biden's illegitimate corruption.
00:43:54.000For their illegal conspiracy to violate the civil rights of President Trump, his top aides like Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, his attorneys, his supporters on January 6th, parents outraged by gender chaos in schools and the resulting rapes in high school bathrooms, Christians praying outside of abortion clinics while the Biden Justice Department, while these Democrat prosecutors Give amnesty to Joe Biden and Hunter Biden and James Biden and BLM and Antifa and Hamas.
00:44:30.000And I always say this, today's Democrats are not liberals who love America.
00:44:34.000Today's Democrats are leftists and they're trying to destroy America.
00:44:38.000And the only thing they respect is power.
00:44:41.000So if you don't show them power, if you show them weakness, if we go in there and say, oh, we're better than this, we need to turn the other cheek, Hell no, this will never end until Democrats get a healthy dose of their own medicine.
00:44:54.000Yeah, I saw an interesting stat today.
00:44:56.000It was kind of actually really troubling.
00:44:58.000It was like 7% of Democrats basically said they were okay Winning by cheating rather than losing by playing fair.
00:45:11.000And if you broke it down demographically, like those who are in the, you know, earning over $150,000 a year and the big kind of mega donor class and the elite and the wealthy of that, the number jumped to like 37%.
00:45:26.000I mean, they're okay because the means justify the end.
00:45:31.000Cheating is fine rather than losing fair and square.
00:45:35.000But that is who the Democrat elite are.
00:45:38.000I believe there's probably real blue-collar Democrats out there that they're fine with the results of an election, but a lot of the power players, almost half, We're actually just fine with cheating.
00:45:50.000As long as they get what they want, it doesn't really matter.
00:45:54.000So that to me seems like a really significant threat on democracy.
00:46:32.000This is not our parents' or grandparents' Democrat Party anymore.
00:46:36.000I guess the most important question really has to be, what needs to be done now to prepare for the inauguration on January 20th, 2025 at approximately 12.01 p.m.
00:46:48.000Eastern Standard Time, when my father sworn in?
00:46:51.000We need to get going right now, frankly.
00:47:00.000I think that President Trump should have about 200 executive orders ready to sign at 12.01 p.m.
00:47:08.000on January 20th, 2025, and really clean house at the Justice Department, including the FBI. And I think he needs to immediately appoint an acting Attorney General who's going to go in there and he's going to clean house at the top layers.
00:47:24.000So they have all these career officials who run the key litigating divisions of the Justice Department.
00:47:31.000These career officials who run the FBI. There's one political appointee at the FBI, the director.
00:47:37.000Chris Ray needs to be fired on day one.
00:47:40.000You need to put, you need to, the top three layers, at least the top three layers Of the career officials at the Justice Department, at Maine Justice, the Civil Division, the Civil Rights Division, the Tax Division, the Antitrust Division, the Criminal Division, the National Security Division.
00:47:57.000The career deputy assistant attorneys general need to be reassigned to the southern border, along with the section chiefs.
00:48:05.000of each one of the sections and the assistant chiefs of each one of those sections.
00:48:09.000They need to reapply for their jobs and in the meantime reassign them to the southern border, right, to enforce our immigration laws and if they stop doing that maybe they can change diapers on the southern border.
00:48:21.000At the FBI they need to do the same thing.
00:48:23.000The director needs to be fired, the deputy director needs to be fired, and the assistant directors Including the assistant directors in charge of the key field offices like the Washington field office and the New York field office need to reapply for their jobs.
00:48:37.000And then you have these U.S. attorneys offices that have just become a rat's nest.
00:48:44.000Like the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C., where they have been so politicized and weaponized to go after January 6th supporters who trespassed on January 6th instead of people who are carjacking and murdering people in Washington, D.C. So those assistant U.S. attorneys and those key U.S. attorney's offices should reapply for their jobs and in the meantime reassign them to the southern border.
00:49:10.000So talk about your documentary, Chasing Trump.
00:49:14.000How much detail does it get into so they can understand exactly sort of the environment of what's going on right now, the nature of this fight?
00:49:21.000Yeah, it goes through each one of these cases against President Trump.
00:49:25.000The criminal, the four criminal indictments along With Tish James' civil fraud lawsuit for the non-fraud of paying back sophisticated Wall Street banks on full as agreed with interest.
00:49:37.000And it goes through in detail these cases and it shows how this is lawfare.
00:49:42.000It proves that this is Biden's lawfare and election interference.
00:49:46.000It's a 30 minute long I volunteered to appear in this thing.
00:49:53.000And American Greatness, the good people at American Greatness are the ones who produced this very important video that is going to be released, I think, on Monday.
00:50:02.000It's for free. Everyone can go online and look at it for free.
00:50:05.000And I think it's really important that people take 30 minutes and watch this thing and share it with their friends and family.
00:50:11.000Where can they find it, by the way, just so I can get it up here now?
00:50:15.000Well, the trailer is out there right now.
00:50:20.000It's on my Twitter feed, MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA. It's also on Truth and Gatter on my feed.
00:50:31.000And it's going to go live on Monday morning, the full 30 minutes.
00:50:34.000It will be on my social media feeds then as well.
00:50:38.000Great. Of all the prosecutors going after, you know, my father, my family, you know, I guess, yeah, Jack Smith, you got Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, Fannie Willis.
00:50:49.000Which one is the dumbest and least impressive?
00:50:52.000Because, I mean, I think that list is long and not so distinguished, but what's your take?
00:50:57.000How do you rank them? Well, they're all pretty, all these cases are pretty stupid, but I think that Alvin Bragg's case that starts on Monday is by far the dumbest case of them all.
00:51:10.000Even the New York Times and the Washington Post thought it was a stupid case.
00:51:13.000Now they're going to change their tune now.
00:51:16.000It's very important. Yeah, it's a great case now, but a year ago, when they were looking at this, it was a stupid case, but this case is so dumb.
00:51:25.000It's going to be a clown car of a trial with Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels, and it's Alvin Bragg, Matthew Colangelo, Judge Juan Mershon, his adult letter.
00:51:59.000For settling a nuisance claim and that he apparently didn't book it right in his accounting.
00:52:05.000And so they want to throw him in prison for the rest of his life over this.
00:52:08.000And they have this Soros-funded Manhattan DA prosecuting this case with this senior Biden Justice Department official and former Obama official, Matthew Colangelo.
00:52:21.000They're going to be outraged by it, I think.
00:52:23.000And it's going to blow up and backfire on Biden badly.
00:52:26.000Yeah, it seems like that's happened a lot.
00:52:28.000I mean, that one's particularly egregious.
00:52:30.000I mean, putting someone in prison for, you know, 700 years for what they say is an accounting error that was not prosecuted by those who, you know, I'm not exactly sure the people at the FEC, the Federal Election Commission, who turned it down and others.
00:52:47.000The Southern District of New York, the former district attorney, yada, yada, yada, yada.
00:52:50.000You know, none of these people were exactly Trump fans and they all turned it down.
00:53:18.000They thought, okay, if we just throw six of these bogus allegations against Kavanaugh, we're just going to destroy him and the Republicans will pull his nomination and he'll go away.
00:53:28.000They did the same thing here. We're just going to throw four criminal indictments at Trump, these bogus civil fraud lawsuit, a bogus defamation lawsuit.
00:53:37.000We're going to try to take them off the ballot.
00:53:39.000They threw everything they have at Trump.
00:53:45.000What are they going to do? Are they going to put President Trump in prison with his Secret Service detail that he's required to have under federal statute for the rest of his life as a former president?
00:53:57.000And then what? Are they going to turn him into Nelson Mandela?
00:54:00.000Because he's going to win on November 5th.
00:54:03.0002024. And then what are they going to do?
00:54:05.000They think they can keep him in prison when he's the president-elect of the United States?
00:54:09.000Are they going to keep him in prison when they need to swear him in as the president of the United States?
00:54:14.000Where do they think this is going to end?
00:54:15.000This is going to end with the American people saying, hell no, Democrat prosecutors and judges in your Democrat hellholes of New York, D.C. and Atlanta, you don't get to pick the president.
00:54:29.000I mean, I think with Kavanaugh, they were probably right except for Trump.
00:54:35.000Meaning, I think if Kavanaugh would have been put forward by Bush, the second one of these accusations flew...
00:54:43.000Bush would have withdrawn the nomination so quickly, your head would spin, and it would have gone down as gospel because there would have been no fight in the Senate.
00:54:53.000So, I guess that same sort of miscalculation is happening now, which is you're going after Trump, who's just going to fight, and Because he's a fighter.
00:55:04.000I saw him last night at 11 o'clock at night.
00:55:07.000He gave an hour-long speech off the cuff in front of a couple hundred people after traveling from 6 a.m.
00:55:13.000in the morning. This isn't Joe Biden you're dealing with.
00:55:17.000I feel like the Kavanaugh miscalculation they probably should have learned from because, again, I think they would have been right But for Donald Trump actually being the guy that had the power to actually pull that nomination, he just wasn't going to back down because he understood it was BS as well.
00:56:15.000He's the only former president, I think, who's actually left office and lost money.
00:56:19.000Because of this Democrat lawfare and election interference.
00:56:22.000He doesn't need this. He's doing this because he loves our country and they're not going to stop him.
00:56:28.000All they're doing is emboldening him and they're going to put him back in the White House.
00:56:33.000Yeah. Now, you know, I hope that's right.
00:56:36.000It feels like, you know, again, every time I say this, I get in trouble for it.
00:56:39.000But I see it, you know, as someone who travels the entire country and small towns and small regional airports and all these kinds of things.
00:56:46.000You know, the amount of people and the different demographics that are now going so far out of their way to just be like...
00:56:52.000Not just like, hey man, I like you, kind of.
00:56:54.000I'll give you the thumbs up, but I won't really acknowledge it until literally screaming across crowds of people like Trump 2024.
00:57:10.000It's so ridiculous that even those who are You know, politically agnostic or not necessarily paying attention or just trying to, you know, live their life struggling through, you know, the grandeurs of Bidenomics are getting it.
00:57:24.000Very much so. I agree with that completely.
00:57:26.000I grew up in a working class neighborhood in Des Moines, Iowa.
00:57:33.000Because he is the president, he is the man for working people.
00:57:37.000He's a populist. And I'll tell you, even the Democrats who did not support Trump before are calling me and saying that they are outraged by this lawfare.
00:57:47.000They are outraged by this election interference.
00:57:49.000And even some of these weak Republicans who Who pretend like, you know, if they pull the blanket over their head, the monster's going to go away in the room.
00:57:57.000Even these Republicans who say that they were tired of Trump, they are all in for Trump now because of this lawfare, because of this election interference.
00:58:46.000I mean, it basically is at this point in America right now under this regime and with this DOJ and this FBI. But, I mean, that's gone, I think, if you get the wrong result on November 5th.
00:58:58.000That's what's so amazing to me during this primary.
00:59:00.000This is why I've been out there doing like over 3,000 media hits since the Mar-a-Laga raid.
00:59:05.000I'm saying to these conservatives, to these Republicans, do you really think this is going to go away when Trump goes away?
00:59:23.000Trump is the one person who has the ability to save us from this.
00:59:28.000Is Jack Smith, you know, I mean, you always hear about, you're not allowed to do something this close to an election.
00:59:35.000I mean, we're basically, let's call it six months out from a presidential election, a game-changing election.
00:59:41.000And Jack Smith is just wanting to ramp up his, you know, insane criminal prosecution and lawfare.
00:59:48.000It feels like... If this was going on any other way, if it was going the other way against a Democrat, this would be a real problem, conducting a prosecution so close to an election.
01:00:00.000Why doesn't he face any consequences for that?
01:00:02.000Why isn't the media saying this is clearly election interference?
01:00:06.000Why is it okay in this instance, but it wouldn't be if it was against Hillary or someone else?
01:00:11.000There's no question that Jack Smith is running lawfare and election interference, and he's actually made arguments in his court pleadings that courts need to decide matters so the American voters know the result of his case before the election.
01:00:26.000That is clearly wrong, legally and ethically.
01:00:30.000It's a clear violation of the Justice Department's policies and procedures, and really, What I think is going on here is you have a criminal conspiracy by these Democrat prosecutors and these Democrat operatives to interfere in the election and to violate the civil rights of President Trump and his lawyers and his top A's and his supporters.
01:00:57.000This is unprecedented what they're doing, that they're prosecuting a former president, that they're prosecuting the leading presidential candidate, and they're arguing in courts that this needs to happen before the election.
01:01:55.000Yeah, there are over two million people who work for the executive branch.
01:01:59.000It might be close to three million people.
01:02:02.000And there are about two to three thousand political appointees who are supposed to run two to three million people.
01:02:08.000So they don't run it. The career Bureaucrats run the political appointees, right?
01:02:14.000And like you said, Don, it's very hard to get rid of these people.
01:02:17.000But at the very top levels, as we discussed, there are career senior executive service officials who are in these top jobs In the intel agencies, at the Justice Department, at the director level, at the deputy assistant attorney general level, at the section chief level, even at the assistant chief level, you could reassign those people to other places and make them reapply for their jobs and reassign them.
01:02:44.000There are what are called Schedule A appointments in the U.S. attorney's offices where they don't have the same career civil service protections as others.
01:02:54.000And with those Schedule A appointments, Assistant U.S. Attorneys in these rats' nests like the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office, reassign them, make them reapply for their jobs.
01:03:03.000It is really important that in the Trump 47 administration, they build on the success from his first term and Frankly, take care of the problems from the first term so they don't fester.
01:03:16.000We can't have it where the FBI, where the intel agencies, where these career bureaucrats think they can subvert the will of the American people by undermining the duly elected president of the United States every second of every day like they did to President Trump.
01:03:32.000Before the 2016 election, after he was elected, they interfered in the 2016 election because Hillary Clinton got her illegal home server as Secretary of State hacked, probably by the Russians, with our nation's most classified secrets showing her Clinton Foundation pay-for-play schemes and corruption.
01:03:54.000And so what did they do? They made up the Russian collusion hoax.
01:03:57.000So if that came out, they can say it was a Trump campaign dirty trick.
01:04:00.000In 2020, when Hunter Biden got caught with his laptop from hell showing the Biden family corruption, what did they do?
01:04:07.000You had 51 former intel officials saying it had the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign, and then they deplatformed the New York Post for even reporting this story.
01:04:19.000Oldest newspaper couldn't report this story in October before the election.
01:04:23.000And 2024, these intel agencies and the FBI and the Justice Department are running this lawfare against President Trump, including for presidential records he's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act, saying somehow that's espionage, while they let Biden off the hook for having stolen classified records from his time as VP and even senator that he gave to his ghostwriter on a book for which he received an $8 million advance.
01:04:49.000Our justice system, our intel agencies, we need to clean house at these different agencies.
01:04:56.000Yeah, I have a feeling that if it was October 2020 and it was the Don Jr.
01:05:01.000laptop from hell, I would not be afforded that same luxury of having the intel agents come out and lie and pretend that it's Russian disinformation.
01:05:11.000I have a feeling it would go a different way, but that's just through experience.
01:05:16.000Mike, one last question, because I know you have to go, but an interesting angle here with Bragg.
01:05:22.000I have to sort of imagine the Southern District of New York is shaking their heads at Bragg for bringing this case.
01:05:31.000I think it's so ridiculous, as we've sort of discussed, and if that's their sort of lead, it probably does a good job of discrediting the stuff that comes behind it, which...
01:05:41.000Frankly, they're also ridiculous, but the feds didn't bring it.
01:05:45.000What might the dynamic there between the state and the federal level that this is going on, is there anything there that creates that conflict?
01:05:53.000Is there anything there that can be used to deaden the case even further?
01:06:01.000Well, I mean, remember, as we said, the prior Manhattan DA, Cy Vance, declined to bring charges.
01:06:07.000The Federal Election Commission declined to bring charges.
01:06:10.000The U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan declined to bring charges.
01:06:13.000Alvin Bragg himself declined to bring charges.
01:06:15.000It wasn't until Matthew Colangelo got deployed from the Biden Justice Department that they brought these charges.
01:06:21.000And then you have to wonder, Was this a political case?
01:06:24.000Everyone knows it's a political case, right?
01:06:26.000So maybe what President Trump should do is order his Justice Department to investigate this, open a criminal probe in the Trump 47 Justice Department for this obviously illegal election interference, which is a federal crime, and this obviously illegal violation of President Trump and so many others civil rights.
01:06:48.000You have these Democrats, prosecutors in the Biden Justice Department, With Fannie Willis, with Alvin Bragg, with Tish James, they are running, Jack Smith, they are running election interference, they're running lawfare.
01:07:02.000And this is not acceptable in this country.
01:07:08.000And we need to make sure this never happens again.
01:07:11.000And the way we do that is there must be severe political, legal, and financial consequences for all of those involved.
01:07:19.000Well, listen, when Mike Davis is the acting attorney general, which, you know, I will do what I can to make happen, just if only to watch their heads explode, Mike.
01:07:28.000I get that, you know, there's not even a lot of Republicans that would vote for you.
01:07:31.000You may get the honorary from the esteemed senior senator from Iowa just because you worked for him for a long time, but others may have a problem with it.
01:07:40.000I would love it. I think many of the people watching would love it, but you may have to get you started on that, at least as an acting AG. I think that's definitely number one on my list.
01:07:49.000I would say this, Don, I can't be the AG because, as you said, I'm too charming to get confirmed.
01:07:54.000But I do want to be Trump's viceroy of D.C. because we can get a lot more done if I'm the viceroy of D.C. versus the acting attorney general.
