Triggered - Donald Trump Jr - Prison for a Meme: They Want Us All Silenced and Locked Up, Douglass Mackey Speaks Out | TRIGGERED Ep.91

00:00:00.000 you you

00:05:38.000 hey guys welcome to another huge huge episode of triggered

00:06:05.000 Tonight we're joined by one of the original MAGA meme lords, Douglas Mackey.

00:06:12.000 The Biden administration once dug in prison for memes.

00:06:18.000 He was actually convicted of so-called election interference literally over a meme that From 2016.

00:06:28.000 But the good news is he just got a major win in the appeals court where he'll get a stay.

00:06:33.000 They didn't just throw out the insanity, but he got a stay.

00:06:37.000 And we'll get to hear about all of that shortly.

00:06:40.000 But the fact is this, guys.

00:06:42.000 The Biden regime wants us all locked up and silent.

00:06:49.000 So you're not going to want to miss this episode.

00:06:51.000 And later in the show, I'll also be taking your question because, honestly, there's so much going on.

00:06:56.000 I started thinking about the opening monologue for tonight, and I was like, I could do three hours just on the insanity between the testimony of the president of my alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, and then Harvard and MIT, the insanity there, what's going on in the New York Attorney General's sham suit, Where an expert witness today literally testified there's nothing wrong with it.

00:07:22.000 And while the AG would have issue with this, our expert witness used to be their expert witness when they went after Exxon.

00:07:31.000 And even he's saying there's literally nothing here.

00:07:35.000 Of course that's not going to change the results because we live in a banana republic. 0.75

00:07:40.000 And it's why we need your guys' help to get this message out there.

00:07:45.000 So make sure you guys are liking, sharing, subscribing.

00:07:47.000 Don't forget that you can also get these episodes on Spotify and Apple Podcasts after they're here on Rumble.

00:07:55.000 You can go check them out there.

00:07:56.000 So if you're driving over the weekend and you missed Monday or Thursday's show or you missed last month's show...

00:08:01.000 Check it out there and we can keep getting the message out.

00:08:04.000 Also, I see how many people are watching and I see the number of likes.

00:08:08.000 So hit that like button. 0.87

00:08:09.000 You should be a little shy of that because there's plenty of trolls that come in here. 0.58

00:08:13.000 But for the most part, it's you guys that help us beat that algorithm.

00:08:17.000 them, so do it. And because the madness and the left-wing insanity is only getting worse, it's so important that we

00:08:27.000 keep getting this message out. So guys, before we get to Douglas,

00:08:31.000 again, Ricky Vaughn, for those of you who remember, I mean, this was a legendary account. I mean, there's a lot of guys

00:08:39.000 out there right now between Drano and Typical Liberal doing some amazing work. Ricky Vaughn was the original.

00:08:45.000 It was incredible.

00:08:46.000 I got in trouble from the media even for following it back in the day.

00:08:50.000 Of course, that's nonsense, but that was the start.

00:08:53.000 That was the original tell.

00:08:55.000 But before we get to Douglas, we've got to have a quick breakdown of today's top headlines because there's a lot of them and they're sane.

00:09:05.000 And there's one thing Joe Biden is actually good at, folks.

00:09:08.000 I know. I know.

00:09:11.000 But there is one thing Joe Biden is good at.

00:09:13.000 And it's lying. Over and over and over again.

00:09:19.000 Joe Biden was asked yesterday about his well-documented interaction with Hunter Biden's business associates.

00:09:29.000 You know, those people from far off lands who are paying the Bidens a lot for no one knows what.

00:09:34.000 And Biden responded that it's all a bunch of lies.

00:09:39.000 And that he's never met with Hunter's associates.

00:09:42.000 Watch and see for yourselves, guys.

00:09:45.000 Polling by the Associated Press that shows that almost 70% of Americans, including 40% of Democrats, believe that you acted either illegally or unethically in regards to your family's business interests.

00:09:57.000 Can you explain to Americans who did this impeachment inquiry why you interacted with so many of your son and brothers, foreign business associates?

00:10:07.000 I'm not going to comment that I did not, and it's just a bunch of lies.

00:10:11.000 You didn't interact with many of his terrorist associates?

00:10:13.000 I did not. There's no lies.

00:10:15.000 There are no lies.

00:10:17.000 There's no lies.

00:10:19.000 There's no lies.

00:10:21.000 That's interesting.

00:10:23.000 Well, either Biden is senile and just doesn't remember, or he's flat out lying.

00:10:28.000 Or honestly, at this point, probably or possibly both.

00:10:34.000 I don't know what would be worse.

00:10:36.000 Biden's photographed with Hunter Biden's business associates time and time again.

00:10:42.000 He sent emails to them.

00:10:44.000 He sent thousands of emails under an alias name.

00:10:47.000 Why on earth would someone need to do that unless, of course, he knew it was shady.

00:10:54.000 And those same associates have said under oath that they've met with Biden.

00:11:00.000 Remember Devin Archer?

00:11:01.000 Remember Tony Bobulinski?

00:11:03.000 I mean, it's so clear and yet it doesn't matter because the media won't talk about it.

00:11:09.000 They won't even bring up the fact that it's lies because they're willing to lie to you as they've done for years now to further their cause and bring us closer to the brink of communism.

00:11:22.000 This brings me to another important topic.

00:11:24.000 The need for Hunter Biden to testify under oath.

00:11:28.000 Right now Hunter's playing games.

00:11:30.000 He's saying that he'll only testify publicly.

00:11:33.000 But a closed door testimony, guys, is actually much more rigorous.

00:11:37.000 That's the game they're playing. No, no, no, we'll do it publicly because we want transparency.

00:11:42.000 That's not how it actually works, guys.

00:11:44.000 I know this myself, because unlike Hunter, I've actually been hauled up to Capitol Hill to testify many times.

00:11:53.000 When it's closed doors, it's done by the professional staffers and the lawyers, and they, one side, can have three or four hours of question, one after the other after the other.

00:12:03.000 Not just a member of Congress who's looking for a quick decision, You know, soundbite for Twitter.

00:12:09.000 And then it gets interrupted after five minutes, and the Democrats have a chance to redirect, and Hunter can cry about his addiction.

00:12:16.000 You know, addiction made him do this.

00:12:18.000 He made tens of millions, maybe hundreds of millions of dollars, and addiction made...

00:12:22.000 Of course, he didn't give any of the money back, so I don't know that his apology and lies will matter that much, but these closed-door depositions can last hours and hours.

00:12:32.000 It's not a quick in-and-out, redirecting, media frenzy scam.

00:12:36.000 Closed-door testimony is the most effective way to gain information during an investigation.

00:12:41.000 There's a reason that Hunter Biden and his lawyers are saying a public hearing is the way we'll do it.

00:12:48.000 They want you to believe that's transparency when it's further.

00:12:52.000 Nothing could be further from the truth on that.

00:12:54.000 It's not. It just sounds like it is.

00:12:57.000 I can assure you that if it was more rigorous in public, if it wasn't an easy out, they would not be saying that's the only way they'd do it.

00:13:08.000 Abby Lowell, Hunter's lawyer, represented Jared Kushner.

00:13:12.000 And my sister.

00:13:13.000 He understands this.

00:13:16.000 It's a lie.

00:13:17.000 But there are Republicans...

00:13:19.000 Who are so desperate for that quick little Twitter soundbite that they can fundraise off that they'll say, no, it's fine. 1.00

00:13:26.000 A public hearing is best suited for exposing morons. 1.00

00:13:32.000 Like the president of my alma mater. 1.00

00:13:34.000 Okay, we'll get to that in a second.

00:13:36.000 But remember, don't let them get away with not having it behind closed doors.

00:13:42.000 Have it behind closed doors.

00:13:43.000 And then, once you have all the information, once you've had time to ask the thousands of questions on end, then...

00:13:52.000 Then we'll do a public hearing.

00:13:54.000 Then everyone else can see it.

00:13:56.000 Right now, they're still gathering information, so they're trying to lie to you.

00:14:00.000 And the leftist media and big tech will say, no, they want transparency, so he's willing to do it publicly.

00:14:07.000 And it's a lie, and you shouldn't fall for it. 1.00

00:14:10.000 But public testimony can expose certain morons. 1.00

00:14:15.000 As I mentioned, the president of my alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League institution, 0.99

00:14:21.000 one of the finest universities, at least it used to be, along with Harvard and MIT,

00:14:26.000 testified this week before Congress.

00:14:28.000 Watch this exchange between Elise Stefanik, Congresswoman from New York,

00:14:34.000 and University of Pennsylvania President Liz McGill, and see for yourself.

00:14:40.000 Pen, does calling for the genocide of Jews violate Penn's rules or code of conduct?

00:14:46.000 Yes or no?

00:14:47.000 Thank you.

00:14:51.000 If the speech turns into conduct, it can be harassment, yes.

00:14:55.000 I am asking, specifically calling for the genocide of Jews, does that constitute bullying or harassment?

00:15:04.000 If it is directed and severe or pervasive, it is harassment.

00:15:07.000 So the answer is yes.

00:15:09.000 It is a context-dependent decision, Congresswoman.

00:15:12.000 It's a context-dependent decision.

00:15:14.000 That's your testimony today.

00:15:15.000 Calling for the genocide of Jews is depending upon the context.

00:15:19.000 That is not bullying or harassment.

00:15:21.000 This is the easiest question to answer.

00:15:24.000 Yes, Ms. McGill. So is your testimony that you will not answer yes?

00:15:31.000 If the speech becomes conduct, it can be harassment.

00:15:38.000 Conduct meaning committing the act of genocide?

00:15:42.000 This is absolutely insane, folks.

00:15:45.000 Again, this is not actually a free speech question.

00:15:49.000 Would that kind of directed hate speech...

00:15:53.000 constitute a violation of their general rules and regulations, of their standards, not free speech.

00:15:59.000 They can't even answer that.

00:16:02.000 I give a lot of credit to Elise Stefanik for pushing the issue, but let's play an intellectual argument here for a second.

00:16:08.000 Imagine for a second if Elise Stefanik asked about, I don't know, calling for the genocide of any other race.

00:16:16.000 What about trans people?

00:16:18.000 What if, you know, me and my frat brothers at the University of Pennsylvania...

00:16:25.000 Sat there and started calling for the genocide of trans people on campus.

00:16:30.000 You think that would be a violation of their standards?

00:16:35.000 McGill would have immediately said it's against the university's code of conduct.

00:16:39.000 We would have been expelled instantly.

00:16:42.000 We would have been expelled 25 years ago when I was there before people lost their minds.

00:16:49.000 But apparently at Penn, you can call for the Holocaust.

00:16:54.000 You just can't misgender someone.

00:16:57.000 McGill's testimony was so bad that even Democrats are calling for her to resign.

00:17:01.000 Apparently there's a board meeting perhaps going on right now.

00:17:04.000 I heard it's today.

00:17:06.000 We'll see. She put out this forced apology last night that isn't convincing anyone.

00:17:15.000 Watch this.

00:17:16.000 There was a moment during yesterday's congressional hearing on anti-Semitism when I was asked if a call For the genocide of Jewish people on our campus would violate our policies.

00:17:30.000 In that moment, I was focused on our university's longstanding policies aligned with the U.S. Constitution, which say that speech alone is not punishable.

00:17:43.000 I was not focused on, but I should have been.

00:17:47.000 The irrefutable fact that a call for genocide of Jewish people is a call for some of the most terrible violence human beings can propose.

00:17:57.000 Well, that looked like the hostage video.

00:17:59.000 Like, does she really expect us to think that she's all of a sudden a free speech absolutist?

00:18:06.000 I mean, let's not pretend, folks.

00:18:10.000 A, the question was very clear.

00:18:12.000 Does calling for the death...

00:18:16.000 Of an individual group or race violate their code of conduct.

00:18:22.000 It's not free speech.

00:18:23.000 Let's not pretend that these same radical leftists that have taken over every institution in America and certainly academia weren't the same people screaming.

00:18:35.000 Words are violence.

00:18:37.000 Remember that one? Words! They're literally violence.

00:18:40.000 They are killing me with their words.

00:18:43.000 About anyone else. Imagine they said this about African Americans.

00:18:47.000 Imagine they said this about the trans community again.

00:18:51.000 UPenn is currently trying to strip tenure from a professor that criticized affirmative action.

00:19:02.000 Give me a break.

00:19:03.000 They're trying to throw out a professor that had an opinion on affirmative action.

00:19:09.000 In other words, I don't agree that reverse racism and putting people in positions that they perhaps don't...

00:19:16.000 Otherwise get, based on merit alone, is a problem.

00:19:21.000 Oh, God, we must throw you out. 1.00

00:19:24.000 They're liars. 1.00

00:19:25.000 They're lying to your faces. 0.93

00:19:28.000 And today, apparently, someone pulled a $100 million grant from the University of Pennsylvania and said they're not even having a conversation about this until they get a new president. 0.93

00:19:41.000 But guys, don't forget, I'm calling out my alma mater because it's disgusting.

00:19:45.000 I graduated from there.

00:19:48.000 I used to, despite I probably don't agree with them on much politically.

00:19:51.000 I still had that diploma proudly.

00:19:55.000 After watching that, we should all be ashamed.

00:19:58.000 But guess what? If this is happening at our most elite institutions, what do you think is happening across the board everywhere else?

00:20:04.000 This is disastrous.

00:20:06.000 These are the people indoctrinating our children.

00:20:11.000 The hate only goes one way, folks.

00:20:14.000 But speaking of phony liars, Nikki Haley got absolutely destroyed at last night's Secretary of the Interior debate.

00:20:26.000 I know that no one watched it.

00:20:27.000 I understand. You know, it's the 400th debate of the Republican Party and, you know, Trump's still up by 60 points or whatever it is.

00:20:35.000 But here's Vivek Ramaswamy calling her out.

00:20:39.000 It's worth your watch.

00:20:42.000 That's what she said.

00:20:44.000 After the third debate, when I criticized Ronna McDaniel after five failed years of leadership of this party and criticized Nikki for her corrupt foreign dealings as a military contractor, she said that I have a woman problem.

00:20:55.000 Nikki, I don't have a woman problem. 1.00

00:20:58.000 You have a corruption problem.

00:21:00.000 And I think that that's what people need to know. 0.97

00:21:02.000 Nikki is corrupt. 0.99

00:21:04.000 This is a woman who will send your kids to die so she can buy a bigger house. 1.00

00:21:09.000 This is the problem. Using identity politics more effectively than Kamala Harris is a form of intellectual fraud.

00:21:17.000 There's our donor puppet masters wielding their puppet right up here tonight. 0.76

00:21:22.000 This is how this game is played.

00:21:24.000 The puppet masters put up their puppet, and I reject the use of identity politics in this...

00:21:28.000 He's right.

00:21:31.000 The media, you know, you can hear the donors, they're really upset because, you know, they took their billions from Ron High Heels DeSantis and gave them to her, and he just destroyed her.

00:21:42.000 The media was pissed with Vivek's performance, right?

00:21:45.000 How dare he destroy the establishment Uni Party's new favorite candidate?

00:21:50.000 How dare you?

00:21:52.000 We must make sure they are totally protected from everything that they do.

00:21:58.000 That may infuriate the voters.

00:22:00.000 We're going to make sure that no one is actually informed about their policies and that they'd love to be in endless wars and that they conveniently use identity politics and these sorts of things when it's convenient.

00:22:14.000 CNN tried to corner Vivek on the January 6th.

00:22:18.000 Fake insurrection.

00:22:20.000 And Vivek shut up Dana Bash. 0.87

00:22:23.000 Now, she comes back and she comes up with all sorts of nonsense.

00:22:26.000 800 and something people were arrested! 0.93

00:22:28.000 How dare you? As though that matters.

00:22:30.000 As though everything we're finding out now doesn't totally...

00:22:35.000 We're going to exonerate these people, 99.9% of whom did literally nothing wrong, but that doesn't matter.

00:22:43.000 We're going to weaponize it to get our narrative out, to hurt Trump, to hurt America first, to hurt the MAGA movement, to install a uniparty puppet.

00:22:54.000 Watch Vivek right here.

00:22:57.000 An inside job suggests that everybody who attacked the Capitol was partisan.

00:23:04.000 I didn't say that, but I was saying that there's entrapment going on.

00:23:07.000 There's entrapment going on, and this looks like a case of entrapment.

00:23:10.000 What do you mean by entrapment?

00:23:12.000 Entrapment means that the police goaded people to do something otherwise than they otherwise wouldn't have done, and then they arrest them for actually doing it.

00:23:18.000 And you don't think it was actually the former president who was trying to get people?

00:23:22.000 That was the media narrative. Now look at actually a hard case.

00:23:24.000 We heard him with our own ears. I'm going to ask you about a case and see what you think about this, right?

00:23:26.000 You guys said this for a long time about the Gretchen Wittner kidnapping plot.

00:23:30.000 Suddenly gone silent after it comes out at trial that absolutely that was a case of entrapment, which is why two of those people were acquitted.

00:23:35.000 So I'm saying this as somebody who, on the other side of this, as a biotech CEO, somebody who was even anti-woke.

00:23:41.000 But if I was looking at this, I would have said a lot of this is crazy talk.

00:23:44.000 But if you actually get into the details, I think it is startling how much the government has systematically lied.

00:23:50.000 And I think it's both. Yeah, she has no answer.

00:23:54.000 Right? Oh, no, but people were arrested.

00:23:56.000 Yeah, like, that means anything. Like, they've been lying to us all.

00:23:59.000 Right? Just look at how she reacted. 0.97

00:24:02.000 CNN pushed the Gretchen Wittner kidnapping host for 24-7 and then immediately stopped after it was revealed that the FBI undercover agents played a key role.

00:24:13.000 They sat there. They goaded some meth head for like seven years to get them to finally act.

00:24:19.000 There's a reason they don't want the video evidence out there.

00:24:23.000 And I quote Christopher Wray, I think it was, who said...

00:24:26.000 Well, because it would reveal too many undercover assets.

00:24:29.000 Oh, you mean they were in the crowd?

00:24:31.000 Like the people throwing stuff into the crowd and getting them riled up?

00:24:34.000 They were there. You don't want that out there right now because it's not convenient to the narrative.

00:24:38.000 Right? They were there.

00:24:40.000 Well, why didn't they do anything?

00:24:42.000 because they wanted it to happen. They baited people into doing it. That's entrapment. Okay?

00:24:49.000 They did it, then they wouldn't release the exculpatory evidence. You know, they're breaking

00:24:54.000 the Constitution left and right. It doesn't matter to them.

00:24:58.000 We're all figuring this out.

00:25:00.000 Many of us, myself included, knew this from January 6th on.

00:25:04.000 We just needed other people to wake up.

00:25:07.000 But when the FBI says, we can't release it because it would give up the identity of too many of our agents that were in the crowd, it's like, that's strange.

00:25:13.000 You mean the people that were opening the doors, then the people that would start pushing fast so that people get riled up and react?

00:25:19.000 Huh. I mean, we had an FBI whistleblower on last show.

00:25:24.000 Just listen to all he had to say.

00:25:26.000 Go back and watch that episode if you haven't.

00:25:29.000 That's a big one.

00:25:30.000 That was a real big one.

00:25:33.000 And they're pretending like it's real.

00:25:35.000 And you know what? When they find out it's not, they just move on.

00:25:38.000 Just like election fraud, just like vaccines, just like everything.

00:25:41.000 They do what they want when they need to move the narrative in real time.

00:25:45.000 The second that no longer works, they pretend it never happened.

00:25:48.000 They get their win.

00:25:50.000 They move on. There's no I'm sorry.

00:25:52.000 There's no acknowledgement. No mea culpa.

00:25:54.000 Nothing. Just on to the next line of crap. 0.99

00:25:58.000 But guys, let's be real. Last night's debate was a waste of time. 0.99

00:26:03.000 Everyone knows my father is going to be the next nominee.

00:26:06.000 No one wants Joe Biden to be the president again.

00:26:09.000 Even many Democrats seem to agree.

00:26:13.000 Watch this news report out of Los Angeles.

00:26:16.000 And Bagley is fed up with the break-ins and elected officials.

00:26:21.000 I voted for Karen Bass. I voted for Biden.

00:26:23.000 I voted for Gavin Newsom.

00:26:25.000 I'm sick of it. It's like at some point you have to give me a reason to vote for you again.

00:26:30.000 Yeah, this is a guy, I guess, had his store broken into, criminals stole everything, which seems to be fine under California law these days, right?

00:26:38.000 Well, if you steal less than $1,000 or $990, whatever it is, you can do whatever you want.

00:26:43.000 It's fine. I don't know why this guy is surprised.

00:26:45.000 He voted for people who campaigned on helping and releasing criminals, on people who our feelings are going to drive what we actually do, not reason and logic.

00:26:56.000 And then when it destroys his business, all of a sudden...

00:26:59.000 Wait, wait, wait. I can't believe they're not doing something about it.

00:27:03.000 You clowns voted for this. 0.98

00:27:05.000 Elections have consequences. 1.00

00:27:08.000 Wake up.

00:27:09.000 Stop pretending your feelings overrule reality because they don't.

00:27:14.000 And this is going to continue until we all wake up.

00:27:18.000 The country's anger with Biden's performance is why the media has started actually attacking insanely my father.

00:27:29.000 Have you seen this? The Atlantic, the Washington Post.

00:27:33.000 Trump, he's going to be a dictator.

00:27:35.000 Noted conservative author Liz Cheney, LOL, says he's going to be a dictator. 0.91

00:27:41.000 It's going to be worse than Hitler, folks. 0.98

00:27:44.000 And my father, when questioned about this the other night, on a town hall with Sean Hannity, had literally the perfect response.

00:27:54.000 You are promising America tonight.

00:27:57.000 You would never abuse power as retribution against anybody.

00:28:02.000 Except for day one. Except for?

00:28:04.000 He's going crazy. Except for day one.

00:28:06.000 Meaning? I want to close the border, and I want to drill, drill, drill.

00:28:11.000 That's not retribution.

00:28:14.000 I'm gonna be...

00:28:15.000 I'm gonna be, you know, he keeps...

00:28:17.000 We love this guy.

00:28:19.000 He says, you're not gonna be a dictator, are you?

00:28:21.000 I said, no, no, no, other than day one.

00:28:23.000 We're closing the border, and we're drilling, drilling, drilling.

00:28:26.000 After that, I'm not a dictator, okay?

00:28:29.000 Yeah, guys, that's the perfect answer, right?

00:28:31.000 It diffuses the insanity, right?

00:28:33.000 We heard that, you know, Trump was literally a dictator, literally!

00:28:36.000 You know, meanwhile, it's Joe Biden that wants to jail his opponents, etc., etc.

00:28:39.000 So let's think about this for a second.

00:28:41.000 We already have a dictator in the White House. 0.99

00:28:44.000 Biden abuses his power to censor speech he doesn't like.

00:28:47.000 He's using his DOJ to arrest and imprison his enemies.

00:28:51.000 They're going after their biggest political adversaries.

00:28:56.000 He even had the FBI raid James O'Keefe's home because he had Ashley Biden's diary.

00:29:01.000 By the way, I have a feeling if it was Ivanka's diary, we'd have heard all about it.

00:29:05.000 You guys should do yourselves a favor and read what Ashley had to say about loving father

00:29:08.000 Joe Biden.

00:29:11.000 My father was in New York today.

00:29:13.000 Again... Again, here we go again, dealing with further Democrat abuse of power.

00:29:21.000 Watch what he had to say today about the Attorney General in New York who's trying to strip him of his businesses, billions of dollars, even though we literally had a witness in there today...

00:29:30.000 Who the Attorney General has used themselves as an expert witness who said there's literally nothing wrong.

00:29:37.000 But because we live in kangaroo land, because we now live in the People's Republic of America, none of that will matter in the end.

00:29:46.000 Watch what my father has to say.

00:29:49.000 He found no fraud whatsoever.

00:29:52.000 We've got no accounting for it whatsoever.

00:29:56.000 And like everyone else, you said, what are we doing here?

00:30:00.000 What are we doing here?

00:30:01.000 This is a political witch hunt.

00:30:03.000 This is meant to influence an election.

00:30:06.000 This also comes from the White House.

00:30:08.000 This is not just about me.

00:30:09.000 But guys, it's not just about me or my father.

00:30:12.000 Biden is going after all sorts of conservatives.

00:30:15.000 I'm talking, and I'm about to interview, Doug Mackey.

00:30:19.000 Doug was charged by the Biden Justice Department and sentenced to seven months in prison for a meme.

00:30:26.000 Mackie posted this satirical meme, which you can see on a screen saying Hillary's supporters can simply go vote for Hillary by texting a number.

00:30:37.000 The DOJ decided that meme was election interference and prosecuted Mackie to the fullest extent.

00:30:44.000 The Biden Justice Department never went after a liberal comedian who posted the exact same joke just the other way around.

00:30:54.000 I wonder why, folks.

00:30:55.000 It's almost as though, it's almost as though, shockingly, we have a two-tiered system of justice.

00:31:01.000 One that only goes after conservatives.

00:31:03.000 One that will do anything to silence them.

00:31:07.000 Biden went after Mackey because he ran a pro-Trump account.

00:31:11.000 This is what dictators do. 0.97

00:31:14.000 No one had ever been charged, yet alone convicted, for posting a meme.

00:31:19.000 This is also clearly politically motivated.

00:31:23.000 Democrat Senator Amy Klobuchar called this tweet criminal!

00:31:27.000 She called it criminal!

00:31:29.000 During a hearing, and the arrest occurred just a week after Biden's inauguration.

00:31:35.000 Fortunately, on Monday, an appellate court issued a stay on this case, right?

00:31:39.000 Didn't throw it out, as they should have, just a stay so Mackey doesn't have to report to prison immediately.

00:31:47.000 We're pleased he's going to join us here today.

00:31:50.000 We'll get to Douglas in just a minute, but I also want to take a second to thank our brave sponsors for having the guts to support this show.

00:31:58.000 It's not easy, guys. You see what they do to people who like us.

00:32:01.000 If you're watching, no reason to tune out now because you're already on a list.

00:34:20.000 And with that, guys, joining us now is Doug Mackey.

00:34:25.000 Again, if you guys were in the meme wars, like early adapters like me, back in 2015 and 16, you'll know I'm as Ricky Vaughn.

00:34:33.000 But, Doug...

00:34:35.000 For the people watching, and it's great to have you, you know, I know we've probably gone back and forth on Twitter back in the old days in DMs, and I'm sure we were put on lists way back then.

00:34:45.000 But for the people watching, can you explain what happened here?

00:34:48.000 I mean, you literally ran a Twitter account named Ricky Vaughn, and you got charged for posting a meme.

00:34:55.000 What's going on? Oh, wait, hold on one second. We're hearing no sound.

00:36:08.000 Guys, what's going on? All right, give us a second, guys.

00:36:20.000 Okay, those of you in the live chat, can you hear me?

00:36:23.000 Okay, so everyone can hear me, but they can't hear Doug.

00:36:34.000 Doug, you want to try that again?

00:36:36.000 Are you guys good? Okay, can you hear him now?

00:36:41.000 Okay, I think we got you, man.

00:36:43.000 I'm sorry, dude. So seven days after Joe Biden gets inaugurated, so when basically, when Trump can no longer pardon you for clearly a First Amendment thing, they waited...

00:36:58.000 Four plus years, and they're knocking on your door, and I guess you get the full perp walk treatment, right?

00:37:08.000 Oh, wait. They're saying it's still muted.

00:37:10.000 What's going on here, guys?

00:37:12.000 Oh, yes.

00:37:13.000 It's working.

00:37:14.000 Oh, we can hear you.

00:37:15.000 I'm sorry.

00:37:16.000 I'm going to talk for a second, Doug, because for some reason, they can't hear you.

00:37:17.000 So we're trying to figure this one out.

00:37:18.000 At least we can hear you.

00:37:19.000 Oh, yeah.

00:37:20.000 Okay.

00:37:21.000 So, Doug, I'm going to talk for a second.

00:37:22.000 I'm going to talk for a second.

00:37:27.000 What's OBS? Well, that's not good.

00:37:33.000 No, because I hear Doug when he's talking, but no one else does.

00:37:40.000 Doug, you want to say something?

00:37:43.000 Let's get this right.

00:37:45.000 Honestly, it's an important story because it just shows how insane all of this really is.

00:37:54.000 Okay. Well, his mic's on, guys, because I'm just reading the live chat right now.

00:38:00.000 His mic is on because I hear him.

00:38:02.000 So it's not his mic.

00:38:04.000 Mike, I think it's our software. What's that? You know what I'll do?

00:38:24.000 While we figure this out, Doug, do you have a couple minutes?

00:38:27.000 It's okay. I'll do some live questions since I was going to do that at the end of the show anyway.

00:38:31.000 Let's get you guys set up.

00:38:33.000 Guys, can you put the live stream back on the screen?

00:38:37.000 All right. You guys fire away with your questions.

00:38:39.000 I apologize, Doug, but we'll try to get this one...

00:38:42.000 We'll get this figured out.

00:38:44.000 But no, I want to hear about your story because, A, I loved your account.

00:38:46.000 I mean, you guys... That was like the original badass account for those of you who weren't there and who've been later adapters to the meme wars.

00:38:54.000 But it was crazy.

00:38:57.000 So why don't we do this? Why don't you ask some questions in the live chat, guys?

00:39:01.000 I'll get to that in the second we can hear Doug.

00:39:04.000 We'll get him back on and go through this.

00:39:07.000 What's the next meme?

00:39:09.000 Oh, there's a couple good ones out there.

00:39:11.000 I think the memes that everyone would want to see is actually my unsent memes folder.

00:39:15.000 The one that Kim's like, you can't do that! 0.99

00:39:18.000 You can't send that! That's gonna be blah blah blah blah blah.

00:39:22.000 So maybe one day, maybe I'll have to do a book, you know, unsent tweets or unsent memes, whatever it is, and we'll get to that.

00:39:33.000 Now, Douglas doesn't need to log out and reboot.

00:39:36.000 I think it's literally on ours.

00:39:38.000 Apparently, the software died, like, literally while in process.

00:39:42.000 So, yeah, it's a glitch in the matrix.

00:39:45.000 Yeah. Motorcycle over there.

00:39:49.000 How much crack did Hunter Biden smoke?

00:39:51.000 Quite a bit. Quite a bit.

00:39:55.000 But again, it's why we don't want him to do the public thing where he'll say, I'm a drug addict and this is why I did this.

00:40:01.000 I sold out my country. I made tens, hundreds of millions of dollars.

00:40:05.000 Of course, he's so sorry, but he's not going to give the money back.

00:40:10.000 If he gave all of the money back, Do a thorough counting.

00:40:15.000 We'll let bygones be bygones.

00:40:17.000 But we know that's not happening.

00:40:19.000 We know Joe's not going back in for his 10% for the big guy.

00:40:22.000 We know none of that's going to actually happen.

00:40:26.000 Well, it's still silent because the guys are working on the software.

00:40:29.000 But if you guys have questions, I'll hit some of those.

00:40:33.000 This is one of those Doug back in the day would destroy me for this sort of technological thing.

00:40:39.000 If I had... More DJT in me.

00:40:42.000 I'd be firing my team, sending him the Cobra like the Apprentice.

00:40:47.000 But, let's see.

00:40:49.000 Hi Donnie, it's Steven.

00:40:51.000 Well, I didn't see a question, but let's see.

00:40:53.000 Okay, that one's going... Can we slow down the live chat a little bit?

00:40:55.000 Because there's too many questions going on.

00:40:58.000 Uh... Uh...

00:41:02.000 No excuses, no mercy.

00:41:04.000 Let Hunter...

00:41:05.000 Yeah, no, listen, why should...

00:41:07.000 Like, literally, let's remember what they tried me for, right?

00:41:10.000 They tried for treason, you know, crime punishable by death, as we've discussed many times here, but...

00:41:16.000 For a 20-minute meeting, I've done over 40 hours of congressional testimony.

00:41:21.000 20-minute meeting. Everyone agreed that everything that happened in the meeting is exactly as I said it was, right?

00:41:26.000 No ifs, ands, or buts.

00:41:27.000 There was no money. There was no checks.

00:41:29.000 There was no this. I mean, the allegations were ridiculous. 0.98

00:41:32.000 The Democrats all knew that. 0.93

00:41:33.000 They weaponized it anyway.

00:41:35.000 With Hunter, you have dozens of bank accounts.

00:41:38.000 Entities formed the second they had some international power.

00:41:43.000 Banks saying, hey, this money's coming in, but it seems really weird because it doesn't seem like they're actually doing anything to earn the money.

00:41:52.000 Checks to the big guy.

00:41:54.000 Thousands of alias emails being sent by Joe Biden himself under, again, an alias name.

00:42:01.000 There is like a billion times more smoke here than there ever was for the Russia hoax.

00:42:08.000 Okay? But that doesn't actually matter because we live in an insane world.

00:42:13.000 And so they want to do this.

00:42:15.000 I assure you that they're not doing the...

00:42:16.000 We'll offer a public testimony because we want transparency. 1.00

00:42:20.000 That's bullshit. Okay? 0.99

00:42:21.000 We know it's bullshit. 1.00

00:42:23.000 Okay? That's a lie. 1.00

00:42:25.000 They're doing it. And trust me, same lawyer, Representative Jared and Evaga.

00:42:29.000 So I know he's not doing it because it's about transparency.

00:42:33.000 Give me a break. Okay?

00:42:35.000 He's a Democrat operative.

00:42:37.000 He's doing whatever he can to let Hunter pretend so that nothing, none of the real stuff ever gets into, the details don't ever get looked at, and they can sweep it under the rug and stall until, you know, perhaps Congress changes how so they can just make it all go away.

00:42:51.000 And nothing happens to the greatest scam against our country in our lifetimes.

00:42:58.000 You're on an FBI list if you ever like the Trump tweet.

00:43:00.000 That is true. You saw that from the FBI this week, guys.

00:43:06.000 You know, they want anyone who ever interacted with Trump's account, like a like.

00:43:13.000 No worries. Still working on Doug, but all those people were there.

00:43:18.000 All those people are being looked at.

00:43:19.000 You're now on a list.

00:43:21.000 I mean, think of how sick that is.

00:43:23.000 Your dad should make a strong statement against reauthorizing 702 before all these rhinos pass it until 2025. 0.99

00:43:29.000 It's total BS. These people are so corrupt. 0.97

00:43:31.000 A statement from DJ, he can stop the vote. 0.91

00:43:33.000 Yeah, no. By the way, there's plenty of Republicans. 0.53

00:43:35.000 No, we got to do it. Like, hey, if you want to spy on our international enemies, that's fine.

00:43:40.000 But the way 702 is written, it's like, I don't know.

00:43:43.000 FBI said they're a domestic terrorist like they did to Catholics, like they did to concerned mothers at PTA meetings.

00:43:50.000 And it's going to allow them to do that and to abuse that power for another couple of years.

00:43:56.000 If they do this, you know, and we let this stuff get through and we get rolled on this one again, I think it tells you all you need to know.

00:44:05.000 Don Jr., keep up the great work.

00:44:07.000 Well, thank you. Yeah, no, it's a...

00:44:12.000 Well, maybe you can't see your question.

00:44:14.000 I can see your questions, but there's thousands of questions coming through, so I can't get to all of them.

00:44:19.000 Let's see. Let's see.

00:44:22.000 How does your father stay cool and collected and confident as he's facing all those indictments 700 plus years?

00:44:28.000 It's not easy, okay?

00:44:30.000 That's not easy. You know, we understand it's a sham, but it's, you know, it's reality.

00:44:37.000 Don Jr., is the great replacement theory real?

00:44:39.000 That's an interesting one. I saw an account today on Twitter that talked about it.

00:44:43.000 He's like, hey man, of course it's real.

00:44:45.000 I worked on the Obama campaign back in the day and they were basically saying, hey, if we let illegal immigration come on, it's going to change Texas and Arizona.

00:44:54.000 If we can turn Texas blue, it's sort of over.

00:44:56.000 Now it's controversial, but does anyone pretend like...

00:45:00.000 The Democrats aren't doing this on purpose?

00:45:02.000 Are anyone pretending that the Democrats' open border policies aren't specifically intended to change the demographics of our country and to change the way people vote?

00:45:12.000 You let in a bunch of people that can't read, write, can't support themselves. 0.99

00:45:16.000 Of course it's there.

00:45:19.000 That's not... By the way, they used to talk in this account, and I don't know if he actually worked under Obama or not, but seemed like a Democratic candidate.

00:45:27.000 It was like, yeah, we talked about this all the time.

00:45:29.000 Of course it's real.

00:45:31.000 That's what's going to happen.

00:45:33.000 Now it's turned into, it's so controversial, it's somehow racist to see...

00:45:39.000 Of course that's going on.

00:45:40.000 And of course the Democrats are saying those things, and of course they're complicit with that, and of course that's why they're fine leaving the borders open and doing what it is that they're doing.

00:45:50.000 Like, there's no surprise there at all.

00:45:52.000 It's designed to do that.

00:45:55.000 You put in a lot of people that are going to be dependent on government, they're going to vote for Democrats.

00:45:58.000 If you're independent, right, it's like, physical fitness!

00:46:03.000 It's neo-Nazi, you know, like...

00:46:06.000 Why? Because people who are strong and independent and can think and run their own businesses, yeah, they don't need the Democrats.

00:46:12.000 Those policies don't work for them.

00:46:14.000 They get that. Orange Man Jr.

00:46:18.000 for VP. It has a great ring to it.

00:46:20.000 Trump Trump 2024.

00:46:22.000 Am I that orange? I don't even wear makeup for this show.

00:46:26.000 People are like, yeah, I get the comments on here.

00:46:28.000 Don Jr. looks tired.

00:46:29.000 It's like, well, I've been up since 6 o'clock, been working 12 hours, and then I do a live show for like two hours a night.

00:46:35.000 Like, If I'm a little tired, I apologize.

00:46:38.000 But I'm also not like one of these guys wearing high heels and being very vain that I have to actually put makeup on to cover it up.

00:46:45.000 So, yeah.

00:46:49.000 It's crazy. Trump Jr.

00:46:52.000 is so funny. I love him. Well, thank you.

00:46:53.000 I appreciate that. What's the update, guys?

00:46:57.000 Almost there. All right, and if you want to, like, I'm hearing from my team, just in case, because if they fail miserably, I'll fire them, uh, mercifully, because I'm very nice about firing.

00:47:10.000 It's not like Trump just throwing the cobra out there, like, back from The Apprentice days, but if I fire them, but it's meme defense.

00:47:19.000 Drew? Memedefensefund.com.

00:47:23.000 Just in case something happens and we can't get dug on, go to memedefensefund.com.

00:47:28.000 We gotta fight these battles, guys.

00:47:30.000 If you think it ends with, hey, they took out an original guy in the meme wars, like, you haven't been watching...

00:47:38.000 Right? They're normalizing this sort of behavior.

00:47:41.000 Again, when a liberal comedian did the same thing to probably a much larger following, nothing.

00:47:48.000 They don't get a letter. They don't get a slap on the wrist.

00:47:50.000 They don't do anything because it's fine if you lie to people to vote for it.

00:47:54.000 You know, then it's comedy.

00:47:56.000 When a clear comedy account, okay, a guy that was having a lot of fun with these things and putting up some pretty lit and some pretty funny stuff for years does it.

00:48:05.000 Oh, well, that's election interference.

00:48:08.000 You know, just like all the unarmed people at January 6th. 0.98

00:48:10.000 That's an insurrection. The first unarmed insurrection in the history of the world.

00:48:14.000 It's amazing, folks. Amazing.

00:48:18.000 It's an insurrection that's goaded on by the FBI, but no, no, we can't show you the videos because that would expose too many of the agents that were in the crowd eliciting the kind of response they wanted to be able to lie and tell you that it's an insurrection.

00:48:31.000 I mean, this is exactly what's going on.

00:48:35.000 So memedefensefund.com.

00:48:38.000 All right? memedefensefund.com.

00:48:42.000 Check it out. Again, how many of you guys in the live chat remember the Ricky Vaughn account?

00:48:47.000 Because it was epic, man. It was really good.

00:48:51.000 I hope many of you guys saw it.

00:48:53.000 And hopefully, you know, that got you guys going with this.

00:48:56.000 But... They use the poll to pad the election.

00:48:59.000 I'm a minority inspector. 0.74

00:49:01.000 So corrupt. None of that surprises me.

00:49:03.000 And by the way, you see all this stuff coming out now, right?

00:49:06.000 Well, we found election fraud here.

00:49:07.000 It's not going to change anything because it's been two years, so we can't do anything.

00:49:10.000 Test 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I'm hearing them.

00:49:14.000 Is everyone else hearing them?

00:49:17.000 Did you hear the test?

00:49:22.000 What's the computer telling us, guys?

00:49:27.000 Still no sound on your guest.

00:49:30.000 Just heard something. Wait.

00:49:32.000 You hear him. Okay. I think we're good.

00:49:34.000 Are we good? All right.

00:49:37.000 Chugs Pugs. Ricky Vaughn!

00:49:39.000 Exclamation point times about a billion.

00:49:41.000 Very nice. Okay.

00:49:42.000 So some people remember. Yes. Okay.

00:49:43.000 Sounds like we're good. All right.

00:49:45.000 Doug. So sorry for that.

00:49:47.000 This is freaking embarrassing. 0.96

00:49:49.000 Ricky Vaughn would have destroyed me for being this inept in the... 0.93

00:49:54.000 In my technological experience back in 2015 and 16, because he pulled no punches.

00:49:58.000 But give it to us again.

00:50:01.000 So, you know, what happened?

00:50:02.000 I think you guys heard me that, you know, a couple days after Joe Biden was inaugurated, conveniently, right?

00:50:08.000 Once Trump's no longer in office, four years after you posted a meme, the FBI is at your door and you have no idea what's even going on, right?

00:50:15.000 No warning, no nothing. They gave you the usual perp walk?

00:50:18.000 Yeah, right. Seven days after Joe Biden was inaugurated, They were at my door.

00:50:25.000 Can you hear me? Are you guys...

00:50:32.000 The guests hear them now?

00:50:34.000 But I don't hear them.

00:50:38.000 But I don't. Doug, hit it.

00:50:43.000 Can you hear me now?

00:50:45.000 How about now? Okay, I think everyone's got you.

00:50:48.000 Yes. Okay, great.

00:50:50.000 This is embarrassing.

00:50:52.000 Okay, go ahead, man.

00:50:53.000 Explain what happened. So yeah, seven days after Joe Biden was inaugurated at 7 a.m., we got a knock on the door.

00:51:00.000 FBI, open up. FBI, open up.

00:51:03.000 So, you know, I get out of bed.

00:51:05.000 I go open the door and they say, are you Doug Mackey?

00:51:09.000 Are you Douglas Mackey? There's four FBI agents.

00:51:12.000 There's a bunch of other local police officers, probably about eight to ten people in all.

00:51:19.000 And they say, we have a warrant for your arrest.

00:51:22.000 So the first words out of my mouth are, for what?

00:51:25.000 For what? What's going on here?

00:51:27.000 They wouldn't tell me why I was under arrest.

00:51:29.000 They acted like I knew or I would know or something.

00:51:32.000 And then so they just put me in cuffs, hauled me off to the West Palm area.

00:51:39.000 I was in a courthouse over there, and I had to sit in a holding cell for a few hours because of COVID. There were delays.

00:51:46.000 And then I finally was arraigned with a public defender over Zoom.

00:51:52.000 And then only after all that happened, they took the leg irons off me and gave me a criminal complaint.

00:51:57.000 I figured out I had been arrested for posting a meme in 2016.

00:52:02.000 It was pretty unbelievable. I mean, that's got to be pretty surreal.

00:52:04.000 I mean, it's absolutely insane.

00:52:06.000 I mean, First Amendment aside and all of these things.

00:52:09.000 But, hey, you had an awesome account.

00:52:11.000 It may be my favorite Twitter account of all time.

00:52:14.000 Now I'll get in trouble for saying that because I'll say, oh, he said something once that you must disavow.

00:52:17.000 It was hilarious.

00:52:19.000 Again, like I said, maybe the best of all time.

00:52:23.000 But how did you get into the idea of that account?

00:52:26.000 How were you able to grow such a large following that put you on the radar of these people?

00:52:32.000 I mean, it just happened sort of randomly.

00:52:34.000 I just started posting a few things here and there.

00:52:37.000 I just created an account just to keep tabs on what was going on in Twitter.

00:52:41.000 This was like 10 years ago.

00:52:43.000 And then it just snowballed into this massive account.

00:52:47.000 And it really, like you said, you mentioned Senator Klobuchar.

00:52:53.000 Once she blew up the tweet on this giant poster board and put it on the floor of Congress, Then it was like, I guess there was a target on my back.

00:53:03.000 I mean, I had no idea that they would actually consider this to be a crime.

00:53:07.000 It was really, I couldn't believe it.

00:53:09.000 So it was just sort of a snowball.

00:53:13.000 I mean, the whole thing snowballed.

00:53:14.000 It was really surreal. So what was the time difference between when she did that and then all of a sudden they're on your door arresting you?

00:53:22.000 I think she did it in 2017.

00:53:25.000 And then four years later is when I was actually arrested.

00:53:29.000 I mean, and no inclination that you were even being investigated prior to that?

00:53:34.000 Nothing like that? So I had some FBI agents stop by back in 2018, knock on my door.

00:53:41.000 They asked me if I knew someone else, some third party.

00:53:44.000 I was like, okay.

00:53:46.000 But I had no idea that I was under investigation for that.

00:53:50.000 I mean, obviously, I don't go online committed crimes.

00:53:53.000 I don't, you know, so I had no idea to think that I would be actually arrested.

00:53:56.000 However, there is a book called Three Felonies a Day about how the feds can get you on, you know, can get just about any of us on a felony indictment if they want to.

00:54:06.000 So, to be honest with you, I wasn't actually that surprised that they had, you know, manufactured something.

00:54:12.000 Yeah, I mean, we had one of the FBI whistleblowers, Kyle, on, you know, the other day on Monday, talking about just that.

00:54:18.000 And, you know, the lengths that they can go to kind of create the this.

00:54:21.000 I mean, literally everyone's a target.

00:54:24.000 And you see, you know, who are the people that are arrested?

00:54:26.000 And you look at the disproportional jail sentences, again, for peaceful people.

00:54:29.000 You know, I'm not talking about someone who punched a cop.

00:54:31.000 I'm talking about, like, someone who was taking a selfie inside the velvet ropes, you know, at January 6th relative to someone who, you know...

00:54:39.000 Burnt down and caused millions of dollars to a Target store in Seattle during the 2020 Summer of Love.

00:54:44.000 When they actually arrested you, what was it like?

00:54:48.000 Was it like the campaigns where you see they pull up on 75-year-old Roger Stone's house with 40 dudes, machine guns, and armored personnel carriers?

00:54:59.000 Was it like that or was it not quite that insane?

00:55:04.000 I guess I got lucky because I didn't have, you know, 25 SWAT officers storming my apartment.

00:55:11.000 You know, if I was at the Capitol on January 6th, I'm sure they would have done that.

00:55:15.000 But I guess I just got lucky that I just had, you know, four FBI agents and a couple of local police officers.

00:55:22.000 So, you know, you've gone through a lot.

00:55:24.000 This has been now, you know, a couple years.

00:55:27.000 You're fighting this. It's not cheap to fight this.

00:55:30.000 I know this better than anyone.

00:55:33.000 What do you think is going on as it relates to the First Amendment in America?

00:55:37.000 Do we still have freedom of speech?

00:55:41.000 It's under an assault.

00:55:42.000 It's really at risk right now.

00:55:44.000 We're fighting it. This case is actually the canary in the coal mine, the way they are trying to weaponize a conspiracy statute to say that if you're posting something that is deceptive online with your friends or not even with your friends, then that's a conspiracy.

00:56:01.000 So this is really the canary in the coal mine.

00:56:04.000 That's why I'm fighting this case.

00:56:05.000 This case is bigger than me.

00:56:06.000 This case is bigger than, you know, obviously I want to keep my liberty.

00:56:09.000 I want to win the case, but this case is a lot bigger than me.

00:56:13.000 And quite frankly, that's why so many people have been, there's been this massive outpouring of support for this appeal, for my trial.

00:56:24.000 We've had thousands of people have gone and donated money on memedefensefund.com or give, send, go.com slash Douglas Mackey case.

00:56:33.000 Not only that, there's, you know, people are praying for this case.

00:56:37.000 I've got the, you know, amazing friends, supporters, family members that are helping me get through this.

00:56:43.000 Without the American people, I couldn't do this. 1.00

00:56:45.000 We can win this fight, but I need your help to fund the appeal.

00:56:48.000 So if you can get online and donate a couple bucks, I would really appreciate it.

00:56:54.000 Yeah, no, it's such an important one, because you're right.

00:56:59.000 Yeah, you have free speech.

00:57:00.000 You can say whatever radical stuff you want, but if you misgender someone, now you're going to jail in the UK. I mean, there's an attack on speech in general.

00:57:10.000 Again, it seems to only go one way, right?

00:57:12.000 The liberal comedian that put up the exact same, just reversed who you should vote for by text— Doesn't get a slap on the wrist.

00:57:20.000 Probably isn't even visited.

00:57:22.000 Nothing happens. They're lauded as being brave and heroic.

00:57:26.000 How are you holding up and dealing with all of this?

00:57:29.000 Again, for me, I'm used to being out there in the spotlight.

00:57:33.000 You had sort of a private meme account that was funny.

00:57:38.000 How are you dealing with all of that?

00:57:40.000 Yeah, you know, it's like they dropped a bomb on my whole private life here, but it's been three years now, so I'm kind of getting used to it.

00:57:50.000 It's a burden that can only be carried, I think, with the help of others.

00:57:53.000 I'm leaning hard on faith, family, and friends, leaning on God, and just, like I said, I've had amazing support.

00:58:02.000 And it's just something that you kind of just have to get used to it.

00:58:05.000 I don't know if that's been your experience being in the public eye, but it's something that's not easy at first, but then you just grow accustomed to it.

00:58:12.000 Yeah, I guess, you know, my problem, you know, I guess I'm a bit of a masochist.

00:58:15.000 You know, they started attacking me and it's treason and you're going to go to, you know, jail for life or the, you know, I mean, I had, you know, head of the intelligence committee saying, you know, treason, you know, is a crime punishable by death.

00:58:25.000 It's like, and guess what?

00:58:26.000 If they could approve something, they would have gladly done that because they're trying to send that message.

00:58:31.000 That's why it's so critical to support you, because it's not like, oh, free speech is under tight.

00:58:35.000 They'll figure out a way to say, no, no, no, it's not actually free speech.

00:58:39.000 He conspired with something else because he talked to them for two seconds

00:58:41.000 and now it puts you in, it takes you out of that whole First Amendment protections.

00:58:46.000 They'll figure out a way.

00:58:48.000 That was the interesting part of the conversation the other day on Monday with one of the FBI whistleblowers,

00:58:52.000 who's like, there's always a way.

00:58:54.000 It's so easy for them to come up with a loophole.

00:58:57.000 Now they can spy on you.

00:58:58.000 Now they can do this.

00:58:59.000 Now they can take what you said to someone else that has nothing to do with this and say, but this is how you actually felt about this, so we've got you.

00:59:06.000 You know, because did you think when you posted the meme that anyone would actually believe you could legitimately text to vote?

00:59:13.000 I mean, it had never been heard of.

00:59:14.000 Now the same people that would love us to mail and vote and send ballots all over the place and anyone can pick them up at any time for any reason, you know, those same people magically got really offended by this one.

00:59:26.000 No, absolutely not.

00:59:27.000 The meme was farcical on its face when I saw it.

00:59:30.000 I mean, I lived in New York at the time, and it's very difficult to vote.

00:59:34.000 To vote in a primary, you have to register months and months in advance as a member of the party that you want to vote for.

00:59:42.000 And you get a lot of stuff in the mail.

00:59:45.000 You get a little voter card in the mail.

00:59:47.000 Then you got to go down to your local school.

00:59:49.000 I mean, it's changed now.

00:59:50.000 But back then in 2016, the meme was completely farcical on its face.

00:59:54.000 I didn't believe that anyone would believe it.

00:59:57.000 And, you know, the FBI, interestingly enough, they went and tried to find a single person who actually fell for the meme.

01:00:05.000 And they couldn't find a single person.

01:00:07.000 They went around knocking on doors and tried to find someone.

01:00:10.000 They couldn't find a single person.

01:00:12.000 So, I mean, I think that speaks for itself.

01:00:15.000 Has anyone ever, to your knowledge, or to your lawyer's knowledge, has anyone ever been charged with this as a crime?

01:00:21.000 I mean, again, it seems insane.

01:00:23.000 I imagine they also did not go and knock on the leftists who put up the same meme, but with reverse opinions.

01:00:33.000 I mean, this law makes it a crime to intimidate voters.

01:00:38.000 And we've seen in the past, we've seen people in some cities in America have been intimidated at the polling place.

01:00:48.000 And the people that intimidated them obviously were never charged with a crime.

01:00:52.000 This statute has never been used to charge, quote unquote, deceptive speech or disinformation.

01:00:59.000 It's always been something like, you know, I broke into the polling place and destroyed ballots or I stuffed a ballot box.

01:01:06.000 It's never been used to prosecute this kind of thing.

01:01:10.000 No, it's crazy.

01:01:12.000 I mean, if they're going to go after you for a meme, what do you think they'll try to do and go after other pro-Trump accounts next?

01:01:19.000 I mean, what's next?

01:01:21.000 What is going to be the thing that, well, that's okay, you can kind of say that, but you're actually a little too pro-Trump, so we're going to go after you.

01:01:27.000 It feels like that's what J6 is all about.

01:01:31.000 Clearly, based on any reasonable metric, The 2020 riots were far more damaging.

01:01:39.000 Government buildings were taken over, so I'm told that's an insurrection.

01:01:42.000 Billions in damage was actually done.

01:01:44.000 Actual people were murdered, other than Ashley Babbitt, who was murdered by, in my opinion, an incompetent cop that reacted terribly.

01:01:53.000 And, you know, they'll turn him into a hero, even though to anyone with a brain or anyone who understands firearms, it's clearly an accidental discharge or perhaps a purposeful discharge that's totally unmerited.

01:02:05.000 What's next? Who's going to be able to actually say anything in a couple of years if this case gets lost and you spend seven months in prison for it?

01:02:15.000 I mean, you're exactly right.

01:02:17.000 This case, if this case doesn't get thrown out, then it opens up Pandora's box.

01:02:23.000 The judges have questioned the government about what the limiting factor is, and they just kind of say, trust us.

01:02:28.000 We're only going to prosecute quote-unquote deceptive speech About the time, manner, and place of elections.

01:02:35.000 However, that's nowhere in the statute.

01:02:38.000 So they're just saying, you can trust us that we're not going to expand this statute like they did to prosecute me.

01:02:43.000 So if you think you can trust them, then that's great.

01:02:46.000 But if not, then, you know, I think that you need to join my defense here and everybody needs to pitch in because we need to win this case.

01:02:54.000 Yeah, give us the website again because it is so important.

01:02:58.000 No problem yet. So there's a couple of different fundraisers going.

01:03:03.000 memedefensefund.com.

01:03:04.000 The other one, I know a lot of people like the company Give, Send, Go.

01:03:08.000 So I'll give you that one too. givesendgo.com slash Douglas Mackey Case.

01:03:12.000 Those are the fundraisers.

01:03:14.000 Okay, so the court ruled in your favor, I guess, for a bond pending appeal, right?

01:03:19.000 They didn't just throw it out.

01:03:20.000 The appellate division, whatever, said, you know, they put a stay on it, right?

01:03:24.000 You can play it out further, but what exactly does it all mean?

01:03:28.000 Where do you stand right now?

01:03:30.000 Good question. So I'm extremely grateful that the appeals court did come to this decision.

01:03:36.000 It was a bipartisan appointed panel of different judges.

01:03:41.000 This just We actually expedited the appeal, so I'm also grateful for that.

01:03:48.000 This just means that briefs coming up in January and might have a hearing on the merits in March or April.

01:03:56.000 And fortunately, I was supposed to report to prison on January 18th.

01:04:01.000 And fortunately, I won't have to do that now.

01:04:04.000 So we're going to see what happens there and how quickly that this appeals court could come to a decision.

01:04:10.000 But that's the next step.

01:04:12.000 If we lose in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, then we're going to go straight to the Supreme Court if we have to.

01:04:18.000 Hopefully, I get another appeal bond, but nothing's guaranteed.

01:04:21.000 So, yeah, I mean, I guess you're prepared to go to the Supreme Court because, frankly, you have no choice.

01:04:26.000 I mean, if people go to—by the way, as someone else who's a leader, a general in the meme wars, as I like to joke in my bio, I mean— What's next?

01:04:36.000 I see it's already so biased.

01:04:40.000 The things that they're fact-checking when they try to use it to ding my account to make sure I get no reach, it's nonsense.

01:04:46.000 It's not actually real fact-checking.

01:04:48.000 It's opinion editorializing and arbitrary, but That's where it goes.

01:04:56.000 And so, I guess, how much funds do you need to get through that next level if, in fact, you need to take it to the Supreme Court?

01:05:07.000 That's a good question.

01:05:09.000 I think it's about to get through the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

01:05:13.000 It's probably going to run about half a million dollars.

01:05:18.000 And then to go all the way to the Supreme Court, I have no idea.

01:05:20.000 Probably going to need another half a million dollars to a million dollars.

01:05:24.000 So it's not cheap.

01:05:26.000 I'm really extremely grateful that I haven't had to declare bankruptcy or anything else because people have come And join the cause.

01:05:34.000 So I'm really grateful for that.

01:05:36.000 And like I said, I'm extremely grateful.

01:05:38.000 We have great attorneys. If you donate to this case, I mean, it's a great investment.

01:05:43.000 These attorneys really know what they're doing.

01:05:45.000 So like I said, Have there been groups, like other groups that are out there sort of helping along the groups that do this?

01:05:56.000 Judicial Watch or any of those guys that seem to do pretty good work out there?

01:06:01.000 And if not, have there been people that turned you down?

01:06:05.000 I'd like to know who they are. And if not, you know, I'd love to also be able to try to pressure

01:06:09.000 some of those folks into actually getting behind this one.

01:06:11.000 Because to me, I mean, this one is the ultimate First Amendment case for whether we actually have

01:06:17.000 a First Amendment or if we have, you know, let's call it a First Amendment in name only.

01:06:21.000 Great question. So we do have some organizations, I don't know the extent of it, that are going to

01:06:29.000 to be providing Amici briefs to the court.

01:06:34.000 But you can forget about getting anybody like the old school ACLU, which would have been all over this case.

01:06:41.000 You can completely forget about it.

01:06:43.000 But we don't have necessarily financial support from ACLU. Some of these conservative non-profits, we would be extremely grateful to get it.

01:06:53.000 We'd be extremely grateful to get Amici.

01:06:55.000 There's another group called FIRE that's possibly...

01:06:58.000 We could get an Amici from them.

01:07:00.000 There's some great law professors that are going to contribute to this cause.

01:07:04.000 But as far as financially, like I said, we need all hands on deck.

01:07:08.000 So I would be extremely grateful if you were able to get anybody else to sort of chip in.

01:07:13.000 I mean, the more people we could chip in, it's...

01:07:18.000 The less everyone's going to have to put in.

01:07:20.000 Well, no, again, to me, this is the beginning of the snowball.

01:07:25.000 We've been watching this for a long time.

01:07:27.000 I know what they've tried to do to me.

01:07:29.000 I know that I'm involved in cases where I'm apparently a fraudster and all this stuff, but I'm not actually allowed to talk about bias, clear flagrant.

01:07:39.000 That would be a violation of any other norm because We live in, again, as I said earlier, the People's Republic of the United States of America.

01:07:48.000 We've got to do that. I will certainly look into that, Doug.

01:07:52.000 I will talk to my team and see what we can do because I think this is an important one.

01:07:56.000 For those of you who are watching or who watch this or listen to this later on, give us the URL one more time because, again, it's important we fight these battles and we can't leave people out there I did a fundraiser for the Legal Defense Fund the other day.

01:08:12.000 We raised $2 million for some of the people who are getting dragged into the stuff around January 6th.

01:08:19.000 But I think we've got to fight all these battles.

01:08:21.000 Part of the Democrats' idea is to weaponize all of these things.

01:08:25.000 They want it to be so painful.

01:08:27.000 They want you to be helpless.

01:08:28.000 They want you to have nowhere to go.

01:08:30.000 And if we allow that to happen, then they win.

01:08:35.000 And we won't live in a country that we recognize anytime soon.

01:08:38.000 So give us the websites one more time.

01:08:41.000 I'm going to make sure we do that, and I'll look into it myself.

01:08:43.000 And I just appreciate you taking the time to actually talk about these things.

01:08:47.000 And I know, you know, I imagine, and I know your personality from years of following,

01:08:52.000 I imagine there's a lot more you'd love to be able to say, but you may be under a little

01:08:57.000 bit of a gag order yourself, because anything can and will be used against you in the appellate

01:09:02.000 division.

01:09:03.000 Yeah, all in due time, right?

01:09:05.000 No, yeah. The good thing is, you were talking about third parties.

01:09:09.000 The Meme Defense Fund is actually a third-party nonprofit, so those donations are actually tax-deductible.

01:09:17.000 Oh, that's really important. People love to hear that, because you feel like, hey, if you're giving $100, you're getting $50 back.

01:09:24.000 Let's round numbers.

01:09:25.000 Let's say you can go double, and it makes a lot of sense.

01:09:29.000 So that's important and I'm glad you're doing it that way as well.

01:09:31.000 Yeah, that's huge. The meme defense fund.com tax deductible.

01:09:35.000 And then like I said, a lot of people want to give small dollars and not worried about tax write

01:09:39.000 offs. Give send go.com slash Douglas Mackey case. Awesome, man.

01:09:44.000 Well, hey, I really appreciate this.

01:09:46.000 Sorry for what you're going through.

01:09:47.000 Thank you for all the entertainment over the years with that.

01:09:51.000 And when you get through this one, I look forward to having you back on where you can actually give them the full Ricky Vaughn treatment.

01:09:59.000 Thank you so much. Great to be here.

01:10:00.000 Good to have you, man. Thanks so much.

01:10:02.000 And guys, as promised, sorry for some of the technical glitches.

01:10:06.000 I'll go back to questions from the audience.

01:10:10.000 We can talk about some of those things, but definitely check out Doug's stuff.

01:10:14.000 This is one of those that if we don't go through it, and I know he's so limited because this is a truly funny human being.

01:10:22.000 I know his lawyers are like, listen, you can't go on with Don Jr.

01:10:25.000 They'll kill you. But like, You know, let's help him out, get as much out there as we can, because, yeah, CharmDev, yeah, you're right.

01:10:34.000 They want us all locked up.

01:10:35.000 They would. They don't even pretend anymore.

01:10:39.000 So, you know, that's a simple one, and he's not allowed to go as far as I'm sure he wants to, but it's an important one.

01:10:46.000 So, all right, let's see what you guys got.

01:10:49.000 We'll take some questions for a little while.

01:10:53.000 Let's see. You could do interviews of J6 for the next year. 0.99

01:10:58.000 Oh, 100%. We should actually talk, guys.

01:11:02.000 Let's have Julie Kelly back on. 1.00

01:11:04.000 Julie Kelly, she was early on in the show, I guess, early in the year.

01:11:10.000 We had her on.

01:11:12.000 What's that? Yeah, back at CPAC, we had her on, and she was the original reporter actually talking about the conditions and the insanity and the denial of due process and all of the things that, again, would be a really big deal to the former Democrat Party until they realized, you know, it's inconvenient.

01:11:30.000 So we should have her on talking about what's going on.

01:11:33.000 So many things. You're saying, you know, FBI, we can't release the videos because too many of our agents would be exposed.

01:11:38.000 I'm like, so they were there and they did nothing.

01:11:41.000 Or they did worse than nothing.

01:11:43.000 They actually goaded some of these people. 0.97

01:11:45.000 Someone said, oh, talk about Melania saying Tucker for VP. In all fairness, love you guys, but haven't I been talking about Tucker for VP for like six or nine months?

01:11:54.000 But no, it'd be great.

01:11:55.000 I'd love to have that support.

01:11:58.000 I can think of every reason why Tucker would be a great VP. I can't think of any reasons why he wouldn't.

01:12:04.000 But number one, number one would literally have to be Imagine my dream moment of having the Tucker Carlson, Kamala Harris vice presidential debates.

01:12:23.000 That's it. Like, every other reason is perfect anyway.

01:12:27.000 But... Like, wouldn't that be, like, maybe the finest moment in television other than perhaps a couple of the Trump-Hillary debates?

01:12:35.000 I mean, it would be absolutely awesome.

01:12:41.000 Don, Don, Don, is your father going to dismantle the SBI when he returns?

01:12:45.000 Clear to me, the CISD. Love you and your family.

01:12:48.000 Listen, I think you've got to dismantle a lot of these institutions.

01:12:51.000 You've got to get rid of some of these crooks at the top, the people who have weaponized those positions.

01:12:57.000 You need to replace them. 0.88

01:12:58.000 I'd love to replace them with door kickers. 1.00

01:13:00.000 Although, as we said the other day with Kyle, one of the FBI whistleblowers, the door kickers I used to...

01:13:06.000 And I called it out after the Mar-a-Lago raid for sure.

01:13:09.000 But I used to give the door kickers a lot more of a pass.

01:13:11.000 But now if they all, you know, Kyle was there for, what did he say, six years, right?

01:13:16.000 Six years of the FBI. And he was in like three of the major violations of civil rights, basic decency, spying on Catholics, turning them into pretending they're terrorists.

01:13:26.000 I don't think he was part of Greta Whitmer, but that was an obvious one we all saw.

01:13:30.000 You know, concerned mothers at PTA meetings are domestic terrorists. 1.00

01:13:33.000 Everyone's a domestic terrorist except for actual terrorists.

01:13:37.000 If he was there in six years and saw all of that, imagine how many other people bore witness to other illegalities, other violations of people's basic rights, whether they're civil rights or probably human rights at this point, and how few other people other than his three You know, buddies who spoke up on separate things before then, they're calling out Ray for lying before the FBI this week.

01:14:06.000 You know, it never ends.

01:14:09.000 Tucker called Kamala Carmela recently on a podcast several times.

01:14:14.000 That's kind of funny. I know they'll criticize me for saying that, but that's hilarious.

01:14:18.000 But that's what I'm saying. That's why the debate would be so good.

01:14:20.000 Everyone gets the name wrong, by the way.

01:14:22.000 Joe Biden gets it wrong 90% of the time.

01:14:24.000 No one actually knows what it is.

01:14:26.000 I think she's even said it a couple different ways.

01:14:29.000 Minor details. But, you know, this stuff's going on and we got to stop.

01:14:32.000 We got to start saying, hey, guys, like, I get it.

01:14:35.000 It's a comfortable existence.

01:14:36.000 You get a good paying job.

01:14:38.000 Like, guess what? If you're qualified to do that, I'm sure you can qualify to do something else.

01:14:40.000 Just imagine getting like 5-10% of those guys to be like, okay, here's where they're cheating you.

01:14:45.000 Here's where they're lying. Here's where they're breaking the rules and the laws.

01:14:49.000 You have no choice to start over.

01:14:51.000 But, you know, the Republicans just gave them their budget.

01:14:54.000 They're building them a new building because they earned it.

01:14:56.000 They're wonderful. Wow.

01:15:00.000 It's a problem. It's a problem.

01:15:02.000 We've got to do more about it. Don Jr., do you think Stone and Flynn are loyal to your dad?

01:15:08.000 Listen, I think they're loyal to a cause.

01:15:10.000 They're out there fighting for these things.

01:15:11.000 I think they were wronged in many ways.

01:15:14.000 I always say, especially as it relates to Flynn, I knew him well beforehand.

01:15:18.000 I thought he was great. And then all that stuff comes up.

01:15:21.000 Well, he sold out America.

01:15:22.000 This is what he did. I'm like, I don't know.

01:15:23.000 The FBI and the CIA said he did something.

01:15:26.000 Therefore, there must be something to it.

01:15:28.000 Because I still believed that there must be something to it if those institutions...

01:15:33.000 Would risk their reputation.

01:15:34.000 They're not going to lie to the American people, right?

01:15:36.000 It's like, how naive. I mean, we should have learned after Vietnam and all of that stuff and, you know, all the wars and, you know, Dick Cheney and the lies and Rumsfeld and the lies and Bushes and the lies and the bombers and the lies.

01:15:49.000 Like, you know, honestly, like, it's almost embarrassing that I was still naive to be like, well, if they're all saying something, there has to be some truth to it. 0.99

01:15:58.000 It's bullshit. So, you know, I never said, oh, we must disavow Michael Flynn. 0.98

01:16:03.000 I just sort of was like, okay, I'm going to bag into a corner and see what happens.

01:16:06.000 While they try to destroy a man and try to break him, and I thought it was disgraceful whether you like Roger Stone or not, and I like Roger, but like, you know...

01:16:14.000 You know, Roger's not exactly, you know, Arnold Schwarzenegger in commando.

01:16:20.000 Don't think it was probably necessary to have like, you know, 50 people show up with machine guns and armored personnel carriers to arrest him that was designed to intimidate him and or anyone else like him.

01:16:34.000 You know, it never sort of ends.

01:16:37.000 And so we've got to do something about all of these things.

01:16:40.000 And again, that's why Trump's the threat.

01:16:42.000 When he came in and he didn't really know, and you could tie him up with Russia cubed for three years and all these things, and his terrible attitude because he's defending himself against being called a traitor and treasonous for years with no evidence and going after his family.

01:16:55.000 Yeah, maybe you'd be pissed off too, folks.

01:16:59.000 It's pretty crazy.

01:17:01.000 It's pretty crazy. So we got to do something about it.

01:17:03.000 And that's why they hate Trump so much now, because they know that Trump with the knowledge that he has now is far more dangerous to that deep state institution than he was before he knew and he had to learn and he had a learning curve.

01:17:20.000 There's a couple questions here.

01:17:21.000 I don't even know what they're talking about, so I assume that's either a troll or something going on.

01:17:27.000 Raider208, I missed me some mean tweets.

01:17:30.000 I know. Honestly, I know people didn't love the mean tweets, but like, Weren't mean tweets better than the alternative, which is like World War III, you know, homicidal maniacs in Israel, record energy pricing, China encroaching on Taiwan, inflation through the roof.

01:17:54.000 Grocery bills going everywhere.

01:17:55.000 Everyone's spending $5,000.

01:17:57.000 I heard the other day they were giving $5,000 vouchers to illegals at the border.

01:18:01.000 Wouldn't it be nice? I think we're losing $11,000 a year per average American family due to Biden's policies, inflation and such.

01:18:10.000 But they're giving away $5,000.

01:18:12.000 Couldn't you use $5,000?

01:18:14.000 We don't know if they're good, bad, indifferent.

01:18:17.000 They're unvetted. We'll let them in.

01:18:18.000 They'll vote Democrat. I guess that's the payoff, right?

01:18:21.000 You get $5,000. I mean, couldn't Live chat.

01:18:24.000 Like, couldn't you use five grand?

01:18:27.000 I'll forego. I will donate my five grand back.

01:18:31.000 But couldn't you guys use five grand going into the holiday season and Christmas right now?

01:18:36.000 You know, I think so.

01:18:39.000 So yeah, I think we could use a little bit more Mean Tweets.

01:18:42.000 The other thing about Mean Tweets is...

01:18:45.000 Just because it appears to be mean doesn't mean it is actually mean, right?

01:18:49.000 Sometimes it's actually just the truth. 0.97

01:18:51.000 And all of us at one stage in our life sometimes perhaps needed the kick-ass disciplinarian parent that kicked our ass and smacked us around a little bit when we needed it to understand what's really going on. 0.98

01:19:03.000 And maybe that's what Donald Trump is. 0.97

01:19:04.000 Donald Trump's the disciplinarian parent we all probably needed at some stage in our lives to wake up from the delusion that That is radical leftist policy today, right?

01:19:14.000 You saw the commentary coming out of the Ivy League.

01:19:17.000 The Ivy League one drives me crazy.

01:19:19.000 I graduated from these institutions.

01:19:21.000 I used to be proud of it. I think having that diploma from Penn meant something.

01:19:26.000 Jesus. Dude, I cannot...

01:19:29.000 Hey, when I was at Penn, I liked to party and I had a good time.

01:19:32.000 We were a little wild.

01:19:35.000 Even then, 25 years ago, even before people lost their minds like they have today...

01:19:42.000 If we said to any group, including, by the way, the Jews, and like, there were a lot of Jews at Penn, like at Ivy League school.

01:19:49.000 I mean, Penn's nickname when I was there, according to many people, including a lot of my Jewish friends that was there, was Jew Penn.

01:19:56.000 Everyone from Long Island came to Penn.

01:19:57.000 That was where they went to school. Like, it was just very, you know, 25% of my undergraduate class, I think, was like a Jewish, something very high number.

01:20:06.000 For it to go to this group, It's crazy.

01:20:09.000 But if we'd have said something about Jews then, or Muslims, or probably anyone, maybe, you know, who knows, maybe they hated white men at that time already.

01:20:20.000 But if we did that then, we'd have been thrown out of school for violating the Code of Conduct policy.

01:20:25.000 Today, before Congress, the president of a university with multi-billion dollar endowments, it's not really, only if there's action.

01:20:35.000 Because again, remember, we've got to be clear, they're hiding behind free speech.

01:20:39.000 The same people that talked about free speech as being words are violence are now hiding behind free speech.

01:20:44.000 They really believe in it. Let's not bullshit ourselves. 0.91

01:20:46.000 But it wasn't a question about free speech.

01:20:48.000 Does it violate their codes of conduct?

01:20:52.000 And if calling for the genocide of a race of people is not a violation of a code of conduct at an institution of higher learning, again, not free speech, we got a problem.

01:21:06.000 But again, even if it was free speech and we held ourselves to that higher standard, and listen, I think you should be able to say whatever the hell you want, maybe there's consequences.

01:21:14.000 It's not what this was ever about, folks.

01:21:17.000 We know that now.

01:21:19.000 And it doesn't matter. And they can get before Elise Stefanik, who crushed it, by the way.

01:21:23.000 She did a great job. That's crazy stuff, folks.

01:21:28.000 That's crazy stuff. And we got to call it out.

01:21:32.000 Let's see. Are they getting used to getting robbed?

01:21:36.000 Are you talking about the guys in California?

01:21:37.000 Yeah, I'm shocked.

01:21:38.000 I voted for Gavin Newsom.

01:21:40.000 I voted for the mayor of, you know, Los Angeles, whatever it was.

01:21:44.000 I voted for all these Democrats across the board, and I'm shocked.

01:21:47.000 That after they wanted to bail out rioters, looters, and all these things during 2016, I'm shocked.

01:21:52.000 I'm shocked that nothing's happening.

01:21:54.000 And behavior is encouraged.

01:21:56.000 They decriminalized theft below, what is it, $900, $1,000?

01:22:00.000 Like, $900, yeah.

01:22:02.000 It's not really theft.

01:22:04.000 So if 100 people steal $900 from a small business and destroy it, that's not theft, folks.

01:22:10.000 They voted for this stuff.

01:22:11.000 They're saying it out loud.

01:22:12.000 They're not pretending. Now, you're shocked that these policies led to this?

01:22:17.000 You're an idiot. 1.00

01:22:19.000 Like, I feel bad for small businesses when they do that, but I'm watching this guy, I'm like, are you serious? 1.00

01:22:24.000 Like, you're a grown-ass man.

01:22:26.000 I voted for Gavin Newsom. 1.00

01:22:28.000 I may not vote for these morons again after watching them destroy our cities and our states and our country for years. 1.00

01:22:37.000 I'm shocked that it finally happened to me. 1.00

01:22:40.000 I mean, who are these people? 0.94

01:22:43.000 It's like a clown show.

01:22:45.000 But, hey, what can you do? 0.76

01:22:49.000 Let's see. The ones that get me in trouble.

01:22:52.000 Oh, I know that one's gonna get me in trouble.

01:22:55.000 COVID masking enables bravery for some.

01:22:58.000 Yeah, well, they're not even... By the way, the people that are using masks to rob stores is not about COVID masking.

01:23:04.000 It's just about not getting caught.

01:23:06.000 The reality is now, some of these people aren't even wearing masks because they understand there's no consequence to actually getting caught.

01:23:13.000 So, it's crazy.

01:23:17.000 Don Jr., in light of Vivek speaking of the Great Replacement, shouldn't we have candidates that support...

01:23:23.000 I don't know what... White well-being? 0.65

01:23:25.000 I don't know what that is.

01:23:28.000 I don't know. I have no idea what that is.

01:23:31.000 It's probably...

01:23:34.000 Something that will be interpreted as racist. 0.92

01:23:35.000 If it's not just racist, maybe that's a troll.

01:23:37.000 So I don't know. But, you know, again, I heard what he said about that, and I think he's 100% right.

01:23:44.000 You know, I saw what supposedly an Obama operative said, and he's like, of course we wanted illegal immigration in Texas. 0.61

01:23:51.000 That's going to change the way people vote over time.

01:23:53.000 Like, that's the way I view it.

01:23:55.000 I'm sure others will take...

01:23:57.000 Great replacement theory somewhere else and pretend it's something it's not because, you know, again, anything that can be weaponized or turned into racism, whether it's racist or just simple math or fact or whatever, will be weaponized.

01:24:10.000 So, we'll see.

01:24:13.000 Why don't you run for VP, Don Jr.?

01:24:16.000 Because, well, listen, I guess if I run for VP or if I was VP, it's like the surest Like protection for my father.

01:24:30.000 Right? Because no one's going to go and try to hurt him if I'm the guy that assumes power.

01:24:35.000 Because these leftists would be like, no, we're not letting that guy ever assume any kind of level of power.

01:24:40.000 So maybe that's a good idea.

01:24:43.000 Oh, and hey guys, we'll also start Locals.

01:24:46.000 So if you're on Locals, you follow me there.

01:24:49.000 Go roll over there. We'll have the chat and then I'll go exclusively there for some of the questions.

01:24:54.000 We'll get that one going as well.

01:24:56.000 And yeah, I apologize about tonight.

01:24:59.000 Sorry for some of the technical stuff.

01:25:01.000 I will decide whether I'm going to be merciful with my team later on or if we're going to be firing people and throwing them out of the studio by kicking them down the stairs, something like that.

01:25:13.000 Still undecided. Maybe I'll leave it to you guys.

01:25:14.000 We'll go old school, like, you know, gladiator shit. 0.99

01:25:17.000 Like, thumbs up, thumbs down. 0.99

01:25:18.000 What do you guys got? Thumbs up, thumbs down.

01:25:21.000 Send them down the stairs. 0.99

01:25:24.000 Let him go. By the way, I talk all this shit, but if I were the one actually doing this technical stuff, I wouldn't even know what the hell I'm doing. 0.99

01:25:30.000 I'm about... 0.98

01:25:32.000 The limits of my technical ability is pretty much hitting send on a meme, so I probably shouldn't talk too much shit or I'd be stranded without these guys. 0.90

01:25:39.000 They're actually great. But, uh... 0.87

01:25:42.000 What's that?

01:25:45.000 Yeah, exactly. Yeah, apparently anyone who's giving the thumbs down is getting banned, so I just...

01:25:52.000 Okay, well, we're getting a couple people giving you guys the thumbs up.

01:25:55.000 Oh, I'm getting thumbs up for Don Jr.

01:25:57.000 for VP. Okay, is that because you think it'd be good, or is it because you think it keeps Trump safe against all these people?

01:26:02.000 Because Tucker said that, actually. Tucker's like, hey, man, at this point, you gotta believe they'd try to take you out.

01:26:08.000 And, like, honestly? Like...

01:26:10.000 Does that feel conspiratorial to you if they tried?

01:26:13.000 Or if they were trying? Or if they would try?

01:26:15.000 Like... Because it doesn't to me anymore.

01:26:18.000 It's almost like, of course they would. 1.00

01:26:19.000 These people are sick. 1.00

01:26:21.000 They're fucking depraved. 1.00

01:26:22.000 They're evil. And I totally see that. 1.00

01:26:27.000 So again, maybe Don Jr.

01:26:29.000 as VP is actually a win for that because no one's going to go after Trump if I'm the guy that takes over.

01:26:35.000 I assure you, I'm sure I'd be much more aggressive on certain things.

01:26:43.000 So, you know, let's see.

01:26:46.000 I'm telling you, Don Jr., Trump, Trump 2024, what a ring.

01:26:49.000 I appreciate that.

01:26:53.000 Jr. 28, okay, well, you know, listen, but a VP spot in 24 could be a good springboard for 28.

01:27:01.000 This escalated quickly.

01:27:04.000 A couple of shows ago, I was like, I have no interest in any of these day jobs.

01:27:07.000 But now you guys have me intrigued.

01:27:09.000 Because again, it's one thing perhaps being able to do it.

01:27:11.000 There's another fighting. There's another actually doing those day jobs.

01:27:15.000 And you've got to make sure you want the day job part of it. 0.99

01:27:17.000 Because there's a lot more to it than just talking shit. 0.99

01:27:21.000 There's been plenty of candidates that talked about all the things they were going to do that never got anything done. 0.99

01:27:27.000 Trump's one of the few guys that said he was going to do all the things that so many Republicans prior to him had promised to do and didn't do anything.

01:27:33.000 Don Jr., I think you for BP would be both.

01:27:36.000 You'd be a great VP, and it would protect the best president I've ever had in my life.

01:27:40.000 I like that. You never know.

01:27:43.000 Secretary of State? Nah.

01:27:45.000 I don't know. That's when you do need a little diplomacy, and I have a feeling these other clowns abroad wouldn't love me for that one, though. 0.95

01:27:54.000 Though I imagine we'd actually get shit done, and I imagine they'd pony up in NATO, and the U.S. wouldn't be funding everything like the never-ending piggy bank that we are. 0.95

01:28:04.000 Oh, breaking news? New charges filed against Hunter. 0.77

01:28:10.000 I'm seeing Dapper Dave as well as from my team.

01:28:14.000 So, federal prosecutors filed new charges against Hunter.

01:28:17.000 What's that all about? I don't know.

01:28:19.000 Do we have any details? It hasn't been confirmed, but we do know that the special counsel was gathering evidence in L.A. I don't know if you guys can hear him, but apparently the special counsel was gathering tax evidence.

01:28:30.000 We believe it's tax charges.

01:28:31.000 Oh, you got a mic. Okay, good. I'm sorry.

01:28:33.000 All right. We know that David Weiss, special counsel, was gathering evidence in district court in L.A. about possible tax charges, so we think it's related to that.

01:28:42.000 By the way, it shouldn't be possible tax charges, right?

01:28:44.000 We all know millions of dollars wasn't paid.

01:28:46.000 He was taking millions that he didn't pay on.

01:28:48.000 He's not an— Every time I'm like, he's naive.

01:28:52.000 He's a Yale lawyer.

01:28:53.000 Now, he probably only got into Yale because Daddy was there in charge of education or whatever it may be, but still went to Yale as a lawyer.

01:29:01.000 He knows what is and isn't.

01:29:04.000 No, no, no, I'm an addict.

01:29:05.000 I didn't realize I had to pay taxes.

01:29:06.000 It's like, you can't really have it both ways.

01:29:08.000 I think I can take this out because I'm not talking to anyone anymore.

01:29:12.000 And the mic is really uncomfortable in your ear all night.

01:29:14.000 But... That's interesting.

01:29:16.000 Okay, so we're breaking news.

01:29:18.000 New charges, federal charges have been filed against Hunter Biden.

01:29:22.000 I wonder if they'll be just dismissed or let go or swept under the rug like so many of the other Hunter charges.

01:29:28.000 I guess, you know, maybe something will actually happen.

01:29:30.000 I know everything they've tried to do to Trump, you know, Hunter and Joe have done a thousand billion times more.

01:29:39.000 So maybe something finally sticks.

01:29:41.000 I doubt it. I'm not going to hold my breath.

01:29:44.000 You know, there should be Monterey laundering.

01:29:46.000 There should be treason. There should be selling out our country.

01:29:48.000 There should be all sorts of other violations that nothing will happen.

01:29:53.000 Yale and Harvard both anti-Semitic.

01:29:55.000 Well, I don't know. I haven't heard anything out of Yale.

01:29:57.000 I'm sure they probably are lockstep.

01:29:58.000 But this week, the Penn, Harvard, and MIT heads of school were there.

01:30:04.000 At least I know Penn, I saw right before I came on here, a big donor, $100 million donor, is withdrawing his $100 million donation.

01:30:13.000 Not even having a conversation until the president is ousted.

01:30:18.000 I've been very vocal about this one.

01:30:20.000 I have a feeling if my kids wanted to go to Penn, they have zero chance, but that was probably true prior to me calling them out on this stuff just because it's clear that I'm a conservative, even though I'd been asked to come back and speak at Wharton, the business school there, about real estate in the past, and I'd done that and whatever it may be.

01:30:36.000 I have a feeling those invites aren't welcome because all you can do is regurgitate the Hamas talking points and then Then you too can go to Penn or just be trans. 0.90

01:30:44.000 I'm sure you could get in even if you have like a three IQ. Let's see.

01:30:50.000 A boat full of dozens suspected illegal migrants washed up on Malibu Beach near the $100 million oceanfront border wall basher Barbra Streisand earlier this week and federal authorities are still scrambling to track them down.

01:31:03.000 Yes, they're not allowed near the pampered poodles. 0.69

01:31:07.000 I know, it's funny. Why doesn't Barbara Streisand invite some of them into her home and take care of them for a few years?

01:31:13.000 I mean, they want us to do that.

01:31:17.000 She's got probably hundreds of millions of dollars. 1.00

01:31:21.000 Why doesn't she pay for more of this stuff? 1.00

01:31:23.000 I mean, she just wants, you know, the guy paying taxes and earning 60 grand a year.

01:31:28.000 I mean, you'd think it'd be nothing to her.

01:31:30.000 But it's just never how it works, is it, folks?

01:31:34.000 Ohio State University health course requires students to address their white heterosexual privileges.

01:31:40.000 White well-being doesn't exist. 1.00

01:31:42.000 University medical centers such as OSU mandates employees to complete yearly learning manuals that align with extreme DEI. It's quite concerning when you have to play their little game to keep your job and provide good pay with benefits.

01:31:57.000 That's Steph from over on Locals. 1.00

01:31:58.000 Okay, so maybe that's what that one means.

01:32:01.000 I guess it's sort of like white privilege.

01:32:02.000 Yeah, because I keep hearing about white privilege, but I have a feeling no human being in their right mind.

01:32:07.000 Let's say they wanted to go to Harvard, Penn, or MIT right now.

01:32:11.000 If you could choose whatever identity you want, would any human being choose being a straight white male to get into an institution of higher learning? 0.63

01:32:21.000 If you were applying to any company in America to be a CEO or a C-suite person, and you could be trans or gay or some sort of minority or all of those things, does anyone believe it would actually be beneficial to being a straight white male?

01:32:40.000 The answer is no. If you were an equally qualified fighter pilot to a straight white male today and you could check any box, do you think you'd be the fighter pilot if you were the straight white male?

01:32:54.000 The answer is no. By the way, if you were a slightly less qualified person that could check some of those boxes, you're still probably getting the job.

01:33:01.000 I mean, that's the reality of the situation today. 0.55

01:33:04.000 And if we're pretending otherwise, and we're pretending that white privilege still exists, it's nonsense.

01:33:10.000 In fact, it's the exact opposite. 0.91

01:33:12.000 Right now, if you are applying for virtually any job in corporate America, in the military, in higher education, being a straight white male is practically a death sentence.

01:33:25.000 And I know this because I have a good friend whose wife is in corporate recruiting for Fortune 500 companies. 0.73

01:33:30.000 And Fortune 500 companies and their HR people will be like, please no white men. 0.96

01:33:36.000 What if they're the most qualified?

01:33:38.000 What if it's an industry...

01:33:41.000 That is dominated by white men because people happen to go that way.

01:33:44.000 No, no, no. Find us someone else. 0.69

01:33:45.000 We don't care if they're the most qualified.

01:33:46.000 Literally, they're saying these things out loud to their corporate recruiters.

01:33:51.000 The white privilege thing, I'm sure there was a time it existed, but in the last decade, under these policies, it is gone, folks.

01:34:01.000 Don't even pretend.

01:34:03.000 Don't even pretend that That's a reality, okay?

01:34:08.000 There's not a single human being with a functioning brain cell that today would apply to college, any college, as a straight white man if they could check one of those other boxes.

01:34:21.000 Give me a break.

01:34:23.000 Let's not even pretend, okay?

01:34:25.000 I know people that are fractional, you know, X, Y, Z. I'm that.

01:34:31.000 They're not choosing white.

01:34:32.000 If they're 50-50, if they're 25-75...

01:34:36.000 If the White's 75, they ain't choosing it. 0.92

01:34:39.000 They're going all in because they understand how it works.

01:34:42.000 My buddy George from Arizona from Battle Test Equipment.

01:34:46.000 Are we shooting next weekend, buddy?

01:34:48.000 You've got the belt feds locked and loaded.

01:34:50.000 That will drive some people crazy. I am working on it.

01:34:53.000 I've got to figure out. I'm trying to figure out how I can make it to UFC. Speak at Turning Point on there and then do my annual hunting trip with the boys starting on Monday.

01:35:03.000 If I can pull that off You know I will do that, George, and I'll let you know.

01:35:09.000 But I'm sure I can usually find...

01:35:12.000 I can always find a few minutes for belt feds and full autos.

01:35:17.000 So, yeah, let's see.

01:35:19.000 What else is going on? In all seriousness, how would you apply to work for me?

01:35:26.000 Well, my last name is Trump, so I'm probably not getting a...

01:35:28.000 No, seriously. My children, you think they're going to have an easy time getting into college with their last name?

01:35:34.000 It's just easy to say no, because no one wants to actually...

01:35:37.000 They could earn it. My daughter's a straight-A student.

01:35:40.000 My oldest daughter's a straight-A student.

01:35:43.000 She's a world-class golfer. 0.99

01:35:45.000 She's been the captain of one of the best golf teams in South Florida since she was a freshman.

01:35:50.000 She'll apply in a couple of years to college. 0.80

01:35:52.000 You think that's going to be easy for her? 0.82

01:35:54.000 By the way, there's places she would totally be able to get into or would want to go to or deserve to get into, but there's going to be someone at admissions or perhaps a coach that is a raging lunatic. 0.95

01:36:06.000 That's it. I don't have a choice.

01:36:09.000 I can't hide it. I can't be like Liz Warren.

01:36:15.000 I'm Native American, guys, because people know it's bullshit. 0.99

01:36:18.000 I'm sure there's plenty of people that do that. 0.99

01:36:20.000 They lie all the time about it.

01:36:21.000 How are they going to check? Are they doing 23andMe's as part of college?

01:36:25.000 Oh, yeah, well, you know, someone once told me I've got some Indian.

01:36:28.000 That's what Liz Warren did. She parlayed that all the way up to million-dollar jobs at Harvard to barely teach anything and used it to be a minority to get jobs and other things and in Congress and all this. 1.00

01:36:42.000 And it turns out, oh, guess what?

01:36:43.000 Kim, my fiancée, is significantly more Native American than Liz Warren because she was like 9%. 1.00

01:36:50.000 Taino-Indian, apparently.

01:36:52.000 So, you know, Kim's like 9%. 0.98

01:36:54.000 Liz Warren was like.00000%, okay? 1.00

01:36:58.000 Zero fucking percent. 0.99

01:36:59.000 Didn't stop her from doing it. 0.99

01:37:00.000 But if you're a Democrat and you do it, it's fine.

01:37:03.000 If you're a Republican and doing it.

01:37:05.000 I got in trouble because when the Liz Warren stuff came out, Kim did her like 23andMe back when she was on the 5. 1.00

01:37:10.000 And it came out and it was like all these things.

01:37:12.000 I was like, oh. So I got on TV and I go, I will put, I think it was $10,000, maybe $100,000 to the charity of her choice.

01:37:21.000 My girlfriend at the time is significantly more Native American than Liz Warren. 0.99

01:37:25.000 You'd think that if she's so Native American and she's out there parading this for years, whatever it is, you would think that they would be all over this, that they would take that bet and give it to some charity that I would hate. 1.00

01:37:41.000 But they ran, scared, totally wouldn't address it because they knew it was bullshit. 0.99

01:37:45.000 But it's okay. You can bullshit if you're a Democrat. 1.00

01:37:47.000 So, you know, I don't have the privilege of bullshit. 0.99

01:37:49.000 I know guys that actually, I know people applying to some of these institutions of higher learning, and I quote, who, you know, wrote their college essays about stuff they totally didn't believe because they knew that's what they had to do to get in because they wanted to go to a very specific program or something like that. 0.81

01:38:03.000 So they lied and they went, I go, how do you even write that paper?

01:38:05.000 You guys know, I mean, I just, I wrote it as though I was just like, it was opposite day.

01:38:09.000 Like, I just went full insane.

01:38:11.000 And full insane was exactly what these universities wanted.

01:38:17.000 So, you know, without question. 0.97

01:38:20.000 So 46 is a clown, 44 is behind pulling the strings. 0.95

01:38:23.000 Yeah, no, that's obviously, right? 1.00

01:38:26.000 Joe Biden doesn't have a functioning brain, right? 0.99

01:38:28.000 That's... Clear. 0.95

01:38:30.000 Whoever's pulling the strings is happy to use him to push through sort of the Marxist agenda.

01:38:35.000 It's no longer the Democrat Party, folks.

01:38:36.000 Let's be clear about that. It's a Marxist-Communist Party.

01:38:41.000 It's no longer a Democrat Party.

01:38:43.000 They don't believe in anything that the Democrat Party once ever believed in, right?

01:38:47.000 The old-school Democrats, like, freedom of speech, they're gone.

01:38:50.000 They'd get rid of all of these things.

01:38:51.000 They are full-on Marxist.

01:38:53.000 They don't pretend it. They don't hide from it.

01:38:55.000 It's just reality. I'm curious, anything new on the Hunter stuff?

01:39:00.000 Is anyone breaking news beyond?

01:39:03.000 We'll probably get some more stuff later on.

01:39:11.000 It's likely tax, it seems like.

01:39:12.000 You know, by the way, which shouldn't surprise us.

01:39:14.000 Like, a crackhead was making millions of dollars from foreign governments and not paying taxes on it. 0.97

01:39:19.000 Oh, no, it's because he's an addict, folks. 0.99

01:39:21.000 He's an addict, right? You know, now, again, he's such an addict that once he caught and he wants to be forgiven... 0.59

01:39:27.000 So, you know.

01:39:53.000 Let's stop pretending.

01:39:54.000 Again, there's a reason he wants to do the public testimony so he can play the symphony card rather than have to actually answer real questions in a congressional inquiry.

01:40:03.000 So let's not let your congressmen, especially the Republicans, no, I want to get a soundbite on Twitter. 0.99

01:40:09.000 That's bullshit. Make him do... 0.99

01:40:11.000 Give him the full Don Jr., right?

01:40:13.000 I mean, he's a Yale attorney, guys.

01:40:15.000 Come on, the Democrats tell me how much more accomplished he is than me.

01:40:17.000 Like, he should be able to handle some hours of rigorous grilling.

01:40:21.000 Then he can do a public thing all he wants.

01:40:24.000 But, you know, they'll do what he can to stop it.

01:40:28.000 And nothing will happen because, you know, the Republicans will get rolled in the end.

01:40:34.000 Let's see. Robert Barnes said this was viable when asked in FOIA and emailed.

01:40:39.000 The mail-in ballots actually requested from state and swing states to match the mail-in ballots cast probably will easily prove election fraud...

01:40:47.000 But Dave, that's Dave over on Locals, like, I think they've proved, I mean, last week it was, what, Georgia?

01:40:52.000 They proved the thousands of boats, and Arizona had the same thing.

01:40:56.000 They're like, well, but now we can't do anything because it would hurt them.

01:40:58.000 It would hurt this credibility of the state.

01:41:00.000 I'm like, wait a minute. So you figure out that everything that you wanted to jail people for, and Trump was guilty of being a Nazi for, and all these magic things, like, all of a sudden now...

01:41:10.000 Now that we find out they're actually real, we're not going to even address them.

01:41:14.000 It's what they do.

01:41:16.000 They lie to your face.

01:41:18.000 They sell it. They get what they want.

01:41:20.000 They take the win. They move on.

01:41:22.000 Six months later, when it no longer matters, and they can pretend you don't do anything about it, oh, well, you were right, but okay, fine.

01:41:26.000 We'll do it again next time. We got to learn, folks.

01:41:32.000 We got to learn. Um...

01:41:38.000 Dan Ball's on with DJT in 30 minutes.

01:41:41.000 Check that out. I'm sure he'll be great.

01:41:47.000 Let's see. Notice the GOP has two debates on CNN in January.

01:41:52.000 Hope your dad has a big, beautiful, huge rallies planned for that day.

01:41:55.000 Yeah, but it's one of those... I read the story.

01:41:58.000 It was sort of weird. It's not really like an RNC-sanctioned debate.

01:42:02.000 It's sort of like a Republican...

01:42:03.000 I'm not really sure what's going on there. 0.97

01:42:04.000 I'd love to shit on the RNC if they were actually hosting more debates on CNN doing that. 1.00

01:42:09.000 I mean, that's what the story tries to... 0.98

01:42:11.000 The headline tries to get you to go there, and I got plenty of problems with what's going on at the RNC, as you guys all know, but it's not actually like that.

01:42:21.000 At this point, it wouldn't surprise me if they're doing CNN debates and letting them set the stage, but it doesn't seem like it's an official thing.

01:42:29.000 It may be done with some of the state parties or something like that, and we'll see.

01:42:38.000 So it's not official, but the RNC okayed it.

01:42:40.000 You know, of course they would do that.

01:42:42.000 I guess they can't stop people from doing it, but it'd be interesting who's doing the CNN Republican debate.

01:42:46.000 I mean, oh boy.

01:42:50.000 It never ends. It never ends.

01:42:53.000 So, all right. Seems like local's a little slow tonight.
