00:03:49.000 And now, we're gonna go to my friend, Congressman Michael Waltz.

00:03:54.000 All right, guys.

00:03:55.000 We're here and joined by my good friend and Army Green Beret, Mike Waltz, now a Congressman.

00:04:01.000 I said in the intro, I guess you're the first Green Beret to get into Congress.

00:04:05.000 Is that true?

00:04:07.000 Yeah, it's true.

00:04:08.000 We've checked it every which way under the sun.

00:04:11.000 I keep waiting to be talking to a group and, you know, 0.96

00:04:14.000 Some old salty bastard stands up and says, no, I was elected in, you know, 1971. 0.95

00:04:20.000 But our first Green Beret, there's been, apparently there's been five Navy SEALs. 0.98

00:04:25.000 And I just tell them it takes five of them to equal one of us and, you know, call it even.

00:04:30.000 Right.

00:04:31.000 A second Green Beret just got elected last time from Texas.

00:04:36.000 Got by the name of Keith Self and a former judge.

00:04:39.000 So at least I got one wingman now to, you know, to take on the SEALs.

00:04:43.000 Yeah, it does seem like there's an ever-growing presence of, you know, there's always obviously been some military experience in Congress and in government, but I actually like when I see, like, the operators.

00:04:58.000 I feel like there's a different level of understanding. 0.90

00:05:01.000 You know, it's sort of like, hey, you know, as much crap and shit as I talk about the FBI, yes, the bureaucrats that run it are one thing. 0.99

00:05:09.000 The door kickers are actually on our team. 1.00

00:05:11.000 These guys actually understand what's going on.

00:05:13.000 They come up to me all the time just, you know, ashamed of what's happening at these institutions.

00:05:18.000 And so, yeah, I don't. 0.96

00:05:19.000 I don't think we need some of these woke bullshit generals in Congress or in government, but to actually have a door kicker, to have some operators in there, I think that's exactly what we need. 0.96

00:05:31.000 Yeah, you want the pipe hitters, you want the trigger pullers. 0.98

00:05:36.000 Ryan Zinke was one of the ones who talked me into running.

00:05:39.000 He said, we need more people like you and me in here.

00:05:43.000 Because a couple of reasons.

00:05:44.000 One, being a politician isn't the most important thing we've ever done.

00:05:49.000 Right.

00:05:49.000 It's taking men into combat and bringing them home.

00:05:53.000 So we're not just all about climbing the political ladder.

00:05:55.000 And then number two, it's about the ethos, Don.

00:05:58.000 You know, it's if you don't accomplish your mission in combat or in business, really bad things happen.

00:06:06.000 But you look at a bunch of lawyers that have become politicians, they're paid to perpetuate the problem.

00:06:12.000 No offense to all the lawyers out there.

00:06:13.000 It's just their business model.

00:06:14.000 So you want operators if we were afraid if we were unafraid to die for that flag.

00:06:20.000 We're unafraid to take tough votes, roll up our sleeves, and move the country forward, do what needs to be done.

00:06:26.000 So I've been recruiting the hell out of veterans to run.

00:06:30.000 We've gone, actually, just a quick stat, in the 70s, 75% of the Congress were vets.

00:06:36.000 We've now increased that back to 20% between 2020 and 2022 for the first time.

00:06:36.000 By 2020, it was 15%.

00:06:47.000 Yeah, and for those of you who don't know, you mentioned Ryan Zinke.

00:06:51.000 Guys, Zinke was the commander of SEAL Team 6.

00:06:51.000 He's a friend of mine.

00:07:15.000 A pretty serious badass at any rate.

00:07:17.000 And President Trump's Secretary of Interior.

00:07:21.000 Correct.

00:07:22.000 One of the best jobs in Washington.

00:07:24.000 Yeah, so now he's a congressman from Montana, so that's good.

00:07:26.000 When you hang out with Zink and you shake his hand, you're like, oh man, I don't do this lightly, but that guy would beat the crap out of me.

00:07:33.000 I don't say it that easy, but he's a big dude.

00:07:37.000 Yeah, he's one of those guys that tell them, I'm never going to get in a knife fight with you, or a fist fight. 0.99

00:07:41.000 I'm just going to shoot you from afar. 0.99

00:07:43.000 Yeah, exactly. 0.99

00:07:44.000 There's going to be no CQB, no close quarter combat with that guy.

00:07:48.000 That's not a recipe for success for anyone.

00:07:50.000 I'm sure people have found that one out the hard way.

00:07:55.000 Yeah, I was going to say, you know, I want to sort of start with, you know, since we're talking about the military, you know, the Pentagon and their agenda under, you know, the Biden administration and the state of our military.

00:08:09.000 I mean, a recent poll found that Americans' confidence in the military is at a two decade low.

00:08:17.000 Talk about that a little bit, because it's almost hard to believe, and yet every time I see either a commercial or I see the people that they choose, you know, to represent them to the public, I guess it shouldn't surprise anyone that that's actually the case.

00:08:29.000 Tell me what's going on.

00:08:31.000 Yeah, so you're absolutely right.

00:08:34.000 And that confidence has fallen almost 20 percentage points just in the last couple of years.

00:08:42.000 No coincidence with who's running the country, right?

00:08:44.000 And at the same time now, we have the recruiting thing that you've probably heard about, the recruiting crisis.

00:08:51.000 Is the worst since Vietnam. 1.00

00:08:54.000 Don, it's it's so bad.

00:08:57.000 The Army fell short 25,000 just last year.

00:09:02.000 They're on track to fall short another 15,000 this year.

00:09:07.000 And on top of that, they were about to kick out at the beginning of this year.

00:09:12.000 Another 20,000, even though they're falling way short of their numbers, they were so obsessed with the vaccine they were going to kick out another 20,000 on top of it.

00:09:21.000 I don't think so.

00:09:41.000 So you mean the Navy didn't take all the recruits that would have gone Army because of the drag queen influencers that they're using? 0.73

00:09:50.000 I thought that maybe you just lost all the guys to the Navy and they got an incredible surplus because obviously they would.

00:09:57.000 I mean, what could go wrong?

00:09:58.000 What could go wrong, Mike?

00:10:00.000 I've asked the Navy, show me this whole aircraft carrier's worth of

00:10:07.000 Transgender 18-year-olds that feel like they won't be welcome in the Navy and therefore are just out there waiting to join that you have to have as one of your chief brand ambassadors, a transgender sailor.

00:10:21.000 What this is, is it's Biden's politicals driving a political agenda on top of the military and generals that aren't saying timeout, stop, enough is enough, this isn't the right direction for the military to go.

00:10:35.000 So you have things like

00:10:37.000 Biden's Secretary of the Army testifying before my committee on her plan to take the entire army carbon neutral by 2030, which would mandate then, not the most lethal army, not the best, most ready or best recruited- But it's green!

00:10:53.000 A carbon neutral army by 2030, which means we're going to have to go to electric tanks, electric non-tactical vehicles.

00:11:01.000 Last I checked, there's no charging stations in place.

00:11:04.000 Ukraine or Africa and she's putting all of our bases on Backup solar panel grids. 0.99

00:11:10.000 I said, okay fine Where the solar panels made she couldn't certify to me that they're not made in China So we're putting our army base on Chinese made Grids it's just so they've got the climate agenda on the one hand and look 0.96

00:11:28.000 I want our country to be energy diverse.

00:11:31.000 I lost people trying to get diesel fuel over supply lines hit by IEDs.

00:11:37.000 Let's have a whole mix there, but it is a full-blown obsession.

00:11:45.000 Oh, yeah.

00:12:04.000 In the military.

00:12:05.000 And I said, oh, really?

00:12:06.000 I held up the slides taught at West Point that said how to understand your whiteness and white rage. 0.73

00:12:13.000 That was a lecture being taught at West Point, taught by a professor that says the Republican Party is a party of white supremacy. 0.99

00:12:20.000 President Trump is a white supremacist. 0.99

00:12:23.000 And oh, by the way, you should all feel guilty for your whiteness and the advancement of black people. 1.00

00:12:29.000 I can't tell you anything more destructive 0.98

00:12:33.000 To unit cohesion, unit morale.

00:12:35.000 When I have to order a bunch of Green Berets to charge the machine gun, they don't want to be talking about, well, am I going because I'm privileged or am I going because I'm oppressed?

00:12:45.000 It's awful.

00:12:47.000 It's destructive.

00:12:48.000 And in this last defense bill, we actually banned it from being taught anywhere in the military.

00:12:53.000 Yeah, so you think, you know, that the forces in place that even allowed that to get there in the first place, you know, it's not allowed to be taught officially, but do you think it's still happening?

00:13:03.000 Because, I mean, you look at the recruitment numbers and it's pretty obvious.

00:13:06.000 A big part of the patriotism to actually go do that and potentially risk your life, you know, for your country is actually

00:13:13.000 They seem to be making it very clear that they no longer do that. 0.98

00:13:21.000 You see that with the diversity crap. 1.00

00:13:24.000 Our people aren't serious. 0.98

00:13:27.000 You mentioned Afghanistan and the withdrawal earlier.

00:13:31.000 Of course not.

00:13:32.000 They see that as an action and the response is, oh, we could not have seen that coming.

00:13:38.000 I'm like, really?

00:13:39.000 Like, wait, like, let's just, I'll be clear. 0.99

00:13:41.000 Like, I didn't serve, you know, let's just say I know jack shit about Afghanistan. 0.99

00:13:45.000 Like, I saw it coming. 0.98

00:13:47.000 Like, of course I saw it coming.

00:13:48.000 Cause like, how?

00:13:50.000 How do you take these people seriously?

00:13:52.000 My teenage daughter would have planned a better withdrawal than that. 0.99

00:13:55.000 I mean, you obviously get your people out, your civilians out, and your allies that are going to be hunted down for working with you for 20 years out before you get your troops out.

00:14:06.000 I mean, it's just really, really, truly common sense.

00:14:09.000 But I just want to add one more thing on the diversity piece.

00:14:12.000 Look, the thing is, is the politicals have this narrative that we need diversity of thought.

00:14:18.000 That's what makes us stronger as a military.

00:14:20.000 I want to be clear, and I know you feel this way too.

00:14:23.000 I want equal opportunity for everybody to serve.

00:14:26.000 I don't care, black, white, or brown, gay, straight, Christian, Jewish, whatever.

00:14:31.000 If you want to step up and put your life on the line for this great nation over our freedoms, you're welcome to do so.

00:14:39.000 The problem is when they start mandating certain percentages and they don't have any data to back it up.

00:14:45.000 As I told the head of the Air Force Academy,

00:14:48.000 My Green Berets and I have called every single fighter bomber drone in the inventory for close air support.

00:14:55.000 Never once was any of my Green Berets asking what the skin color of the pilot was.

00:14:59.000 And our enemy's bullets, I can guarantee you, the Taliban, the Chinese, the Russians, you name it, 0.98

00:15:07.000 They're not going to treat you any differently because of your sexual orientation or because of your socioeconomic background.

00:15:13.000 And the army I came up in, you leave your politics at the door, you believe green, and the only color you worry about is red, white, and blue, and it was a great equalizer.

00:15:22.000 We're good to go.

00:15:42.000 They left Americans behind. 1.00

00:15:44.000 The 86,000 of our allies are still left behind.

00:15:48.000 I'm still trying to get them out.

00:15:50.000 And so are so many other groups.

00:15:52.000 The veterans groups have had to spend their own personal money to stand up and do what the State Department should have done.

00:15:59.000 And then the biggest piece is that terrorism is going to come roaring back.

00:16:05.000 You know, ISIS and al Qaeda didn't get the memo that Biden wanted the war to be done.

00:16:10.000 We're good to go.

00:16:35.000 We're going to keep a few troops there, and we're going to keep the base, the only base in the world, Bagram Air Base, that is sandwiched between China, Russia, and Iran.

00:16:46.000 And what I loved about President Trump is he listened.

00:16:49.000 He made himself accessible.

00:16:50.000 He took all viewpoints, and he listened, as opposed to Biden, who came in, didn't listen to anybody, ignored his generals, and now we are where we are.

00:17:00.000 Yeah, no, that whole thing, you know, you'd mentioned your daughter could have planned a better withdrawal.

00:17:05.000 I remember really clearly, I picked up my son from school that week when it was going on.

00:17:09.000 He was, I think, eight or nine at the time.

00:17:12.000 And he's literally like, hey, Dad, why would we pull out our military?

00:17:19.000 Before, you know, he called them our friends but, you know, really our friends and allies, you know, or before the civilians.

00:17:26.000 I mean, he was a nine-year-old.

00:17:27.000 He was like, Dad, why would we leave 86 billion in equipment there?

00:17:32.000 Won't they use that?

00:17:33.000 Like, a nine-year-old understood that RM4s

00:17:38.000 Uh, you know, the same administration and government that thinks that American citizens shouldn't even have semi-automatic AR-15s, but that fully automatic M4, now tens of thousands of them, now in the hands of the Taliban, along with, you know, tanks and helicopters and missiles and whatever the hell else they left behind.

00:17:54.000 Body armor, all of it.

00:17:55.000 Like, those will be used to subjugate their enemies, normal people, for generations to come. 1.00

00:18:04.000 And 9-year-old understood that.

00:18:07.000 And I was like, I didn't have an answer for him.

00:18:08.000 I normally try to explain, like, it's that insane.

00:18:12.000 But he got it, and our generals didn't.

00:18:15.000 And you mentioned, you know, also the State Department.

00:18:17.000 And I remember watching it.

00:18:19.000 You know, he got up, I think it was before your committee, you know, Blinken gets up there, he's like, it wasn't as bad, well, it was almost as bad as, you know, the Milley stuff, but it was, we are shocked and dismayed, I remember it verbatim, we are shocked and dismayed that the Taliban did not install a more diverse and inclusive

00:18:41.000 Government?

00:18:41.000 I'm like, wait a minute.

00:18:42.000 Like, if you're dismayed, fine.

00:18:46.000 Maybe you're shocked?

00:18:47.000 Like, did you think they were going to have, like, a trans coalition of the Taliban government that was going to be there?

00:18:53.000 Like, what's going through these people's minds? 1.00

00:18:58.000 They're clowns. 1.00

00:18:58.000 Yeah. 1.00

00:18:59.000 Well, they've convinced themselves that there are good terrorists or

00:19:05.000 There's bad terrorists and not so bad terrorists and that the Taliban were now in the not so bad terrorists and that would work with it.

00:19:11.000 Give me a break.

00:19:12.000 You know, they may have kind of some of their local fighting and that's usually over like smuggling routes and money and power.

00:19:20.000 But when it comes to hitting

00:19:22.000 We're good to go.

00:19:44.000 We're good to go.

00:20:07.000 Yeah, and the silence is also deafening, you know, from those who, you know, like, wait a minute.

00:20:12.000 If you don't hire 90% women in your workforce, you're somehow a misogynist.

00:20:16.000 They seem pretty quiet about what's going on over there, like it's okay.

00:20:37.000 Yeah, well not only quiet, but we're delivering millions and millions of dollars in aid that's going through the Taliban hands.

00:20:46.000 They like to pretend that it goes to the UN, but as soon as it gets in country, they've got a gun to the UN worker's head.

00:20:53.000 And let me tell you where that where that aid is going to go.

00:20:55.000 And rather than conditioning it, I mean, they don't want people to starve.

00:20:59.000 OK, I hear that argument, even though you put them in that situation with how you withdrew.

00:21:04.000 How about you treat people?

00:21:07.000 You don't brutalize people before we give you the aid, but they don't understand leverage.

00:21:12.000 They don't understand.

00:21:13.000 And that part of the world, you know, tea and crumpets in a five star hotel in the Middle East isn't how you're going to get things done. 1.00

00:21:20.000 No, well, you know how they got things done when—I remember my father telling me the story when, you know, the Taliban, they had them over at Camp David, and of course the left goes—loses their minds, and I guess he had one of the leaders, and he literally—he pulled out a satellite image of the guy's home.

00:21:36.000 And it's like, well, why are you showing me this?

00:21:38.000 It's like, just so we understand what happens if we're not, you know, and we have that sort of leverage.

00:21:44.000 We have that power.

00:21:45.000 We have that ability.

00:21:46.000 And guess what?

00:21:46.000 We're like 18 months where not an American was killed because they got it.

00:21:51.000 They understand resolve, you know, in that part of the world, you know.

00:21:56.000 Again, I didn't serve, but I understand the cultures.

00:21:59.000 They understand strength.

00:22:01.000 It's probably the only thing they understand that way, but we're not even willing to wield that anymore, even if it's for ... Again, I don't think anyone wants to perpetuate the endless war.

00:22:13.000 That's not what we're talking about, but to understand how to get some of these people to comply.

00:22:17.000 Like you said, condition the aid. 0.79

00:22:20.000 Yeah, look, if you don't abide by the deal, you're going to have a hellfire missile in your forehead through your window.

00:22:38.000 Let's talk about how we can end this war in a way that's responsible for everyone, and that terrorism doesn't follow us home.

00:22:47.000 That's always been my biggest fear, is the Taliban turns a blind eye while Al Qaeda and ISIS and all of them are rebuilding. 0.93

00:22:54.000 All right.

00:23:12.000 They're rebuilding again, and what pisses me off is all the soldiers, all the special operators that died, lost limbs, and sacrificed everything to keep a lid on these guys, and you get, you know, one senile commander-in-chief that comes in and thinks they're going to respond, again, to tea and crumpets, and here we are.

00:23:33.000 So future operators,

00:23:35.000 You know, I'm retired now.

00:23:36.000 I'm handing it off to the next generation.

00:23:38.000 They're going to have to deal with that $85 billion worth of our own equipment if they have to go back if we're hit again.

00:23:45.000 Yeah, or it's being sold and parted out by the Chinese, or sold to Russia to use against the billions we're pouring endlessly into Ukraine, or otherwise.

00:23:56.000 So yeah, it never seems to end.

00:24:00.000 And again, there are ways of doing these things, and we're just seemingly unwilling to actually participate in that, which is lunacy to me.

00:24:08.000 But I guess you're right, when you have a senile commander-in-chief, what do you expect?

00:24:13.000 And he surrounded himself by academics, and these were the same people that were around Obama.

00:24:19.000 I don't know if I ever talked to you about it.

00:24:20.000 I had to lead the search for Bo Bergdahl, if you remember that trainer that walked off his base and then was celebrated as a hero in the Rose Garden by Susan Rice and Obama with his parents, and what have you.

00:24:33.000 This is all the same crew.

00:24:34.000 It's all the same Obama crew that thinks someone like Bergdahl is worth trading five of the most

00:24:40.000 Harden terrorists in Guantanamo Bay for and then wants to you know roll out their tipper tape parade It's it's all the same people except you've got a bunch of academics who never operated around the world You know Surrounding a senile commander-in-chief that you couldn't have a more dangerous situation right now

00:24:59.000 Yeah, no, and that was what it was.

00:25:01.000 I mean, you guys did a great job crushing the caliphate in ISIS, and that was because my father, and I remember speaking to guys, you know, buddies that overlap in my, you know, my circles that were there.

00:25:11.000 They're like, I was like, so what'd they do?

00:25:12.000 It's like, oh, your dad just told us, you know, do what we do best.

00:25:15.000 Like, not some lawyer in D.C., not some guy that's, you know, sitting in a nice air-conditioned office, you know, with a 10-hour time difference, has no idea what's actually going on, you know.

00:25:25.000 I had friends in the teams that would tell me, like, you know, under Obama, like, they'd have one of, like, the playing card guys, you know, like a high, high-value target, like, in their sights, and they're sitting there waiting to engage, but then six hours later, when someone finally got back to them,

00:25:39.000 You know, the situation changed.

00:25:41.000 You know, kids came in, whatever it may be, and all of a sudden, like, just a total missed opportunity, whereas, yeah, like, let the operators operate.

00:25:48.000 And it's amazing.

00:25:49.000 In two weeks, you know, this thing was shut down.

00:25:52.000 And so, you know, that's some of the insanity of what's going on right now.

00:25:56.000 Well, and it's not just on the terrorism side.

00:25:58.000 You know, as I've said repeatedly when it comes to Russia, more Russians died under President Trump than in any modern president.

00:26:08.000 Because in Syria, when 400 Russian mercenaries dared to roll onto our Green Berets after repeatedly telling them to stop,

00:26:19.000 Your dad said take the gloves off and we bombed the hell out of them and killed 400 Wagner mercenaries. 1.00

00:26:25.000 That kind of action sends a message to people like Putin.

00:26:29.000 There's a reason that he invaded in 2014 Ukraine under Obama and then didn't do a damn thing but then thought he could get away with it again.

00:26:41.000 Yeah, absolutely.

00:26:57.000 Yeah, and then, as your dad likes to say, he told Putin, you try this stuff, I'll take the tops off the Kremlin.

00:27:04.000 Like, people like Putin, Xi, the Taliban, they understand that. 0.67

00:27:09.000 And they, right now, they know they can get away with it.

00:27:11.000 They smell weakness, they're gonna push.

00:27:13.000 Yeah, that was always the irony of Russia, Russia, Russia. 0.87

00:27:17.000 Putin has all this information on Trump, and yet he just took out 400 of their mercenaries.

00:27:23.000 He did these things that are clearly really bad for Russia, and yet Putin's not somehow wielding this information.

00:27:29.000 So Trump was tougher on Russia than anyone.

00:27:33.000 Uh, and you'd think that if someone had, you know, documentation and incriminating evidence that you probably wouldn't be able to get away with that.

00:27:41.000 So it never made sense to me, but I guess it doesn't have to when, you know, when big tech and the mainstream media just, you know, they pick a side, they pick a narrative, and they're going to run with it.

00:27:51.000 And I want to throw something out there for your listeners.

00:27:54.000 If they haven't taken a moment, I know there's all these reports that are always being thrown around.

00:27:59.000 Take a moment, go online, and actually read the Durham Report, which was the investigation of the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax investigation.

00:28:08.000 And listen, you want to talk about pulling the rug out of kind of faith in our institutions and in our Justice Department.

00:28:17.000 The bottom line is they all knew.

00:28:19.000 The CIA received intelligence that the Clinton, so this was a foreign power collecting on the Clinton campaign,

00:28:30.000 We're good to go.

00:28:45.000 We're good to go.

00:29:03.000 The surveillance of a sitting presidential campaign.

00:29:06.000 But then when Sessions stupidly, as Attorney General, recused himself, they had free hand to let it roll with a sitting president of the United States. 0.85

00:29:16.000 It is, I mean, it just blows my mind the damage that they did to this country. 0.70

00:29:23.000 And now to trust, nobody trusts the FBI or the DOJ.

00:29:27.000 And one of these days when China decides to make a move, 0.92

00:29:31.000 People like me or others are going to say, look, I can't share the intelligence, but you got to trust me.

00:29:36.000 This is about to happen.

00:29:37.000 Who's going to trust anybody because of what they did?

00:29:41.000 I mean, the Durham report just really, it took way too long and he didn't investigate all of the people that he should have, but it was damning enough.

00:29:49.000 They all knew.

00:29:50.000 Yeah, of course, that's why it gets no coverage.

00:29:53.000 I mean, Devin Nunes was on here and he was head of intelligence at the time as all of this stuff was going on.

00:29:57.000 So, you know, he had pretty good access.

00:29:59.000 He actually said something on the show that was really interesting I never thought of.

00:30:02.000 It's like, no, like, you know, the dossier actually sounds like something that Hillary Clinton probably tried digging up on Joe Biden when she thought she was going to be running against him in a primary.

00:30:14.000 And when you think about what's in there, like, who's it sound exactly like?

00:30:19.000 Hunter Biden? 0.98

00:30:21.000 You know, the corruption from these oligarchs, the partying with the hookers. 1.00

00:30:26.000 It's almost like they just took the Hunter Biden file, changed the name and address and said, oh, no, yeah, that's Trump. 0.96

00:30:32.000 It's Trump.

00:30:32.000 And I was like, oh, my God, that actually seems to make a lot of sense.

00:30:35.000 It could have been real, but it was probably about the Bidens and not Trump.

00:30:39.000 Yeah.

00:30:40.000 Yeah.

00:30:41.000 No.

00:30:41.000 Yeah.

00:30:42.000 And I mean, the fact that the entire leadership of the national security apparatus

00:30:49.000 All knew.

00:30:50.000 They all knew when your dad won.

00:30:53.000 They all knew after, during the transition.

00:30:55.000 And they saw the damage that it was doing to the country.

00:31:00.000 And they just let it roll.

00:31:02.000 Because they have all convinced themselves that when it comes to stopping President Trump as the disruptor that he is, that the ends justify the mean, no matter what the cost to America.

00:31:14.000 And I just really find it scary and disgusting.

00:31:18.000 Yeah.

00:31:18.000 So you'd brought up Beau Bergdahl, and I did know that you were one of the guys that, you know, tasked to go recover him.

00:31:25.000 We lost some actual patriotic American men, as opposed to a piece of garbage like him, you know, in that process. 0.68

00:31:32.000 But some of your Republican colleagues and yourself are now urging a new Bergdahl trial after, I guess, the judge tossed his desertion case. 0.80

00:31:42.000 Uh, what should we know about that case?

00:31:46.000 Uh, you know, why should there be a new trial?

00:31:48.000 I mean, to me, that one's, I guess, sort of obvious, but like, you know, how do we justify it?

00:31:52.000 Because this guy could skate with that, uh, after having cost Americans their lives, uh, just shows me, you know, how backwards our systems are.

00:32:01.000 So here's what makes, like, no sense, is

00:32:05.000 I don't think so.

00:32:28.000 All right.

00:32:48.000 Yeah.

00:33:03.000 We'll have to appeal this again to get him a new trial.

00:33:07.000 And I think Biden's people would be perfectly happy for this whole thing to go away.

00:33:11.000 So we're on top of it.

00:33:13.000 We're not letting it go.

00:33:15.000 And I want every veteran out there who is rightly outraged by what, you know, what happened here to let them know that we're on it.

00:33:23.000 We're good to go.

00:33:38.000 We're not trading North Korean generals to get those guys back. 1.00

00:33:42.000 You decide you want to go to the other side, you know, that's your stupid choice. 0.99

00:33:46.000 So the trade should never happen in the first place, but the fact that it did, he deserves jail time, and we're going to keep pushing for justice for him. 0.99

00:33:55.000 Talk a little bit about the Biden doctrine, if there is such a thing, with what's coming out of his mouth.

00:34:02.000 What are they doing right, if anything?

00:34:06.000 What are they doing wrong?

00:34:07.000 And what should the foreign policy policies be in for the Trump administration in a second term?

00:34:13.000 Yeah, well, I think first and foremost, President Trump recognized the true threat

00:34:22.000 That is our number one threat and what we have right now under a Biden doctrine

00:34:28.000 Uh, is you have kind of some national security folks who are reading the intelligence, and what she fully intends to do, which is to replace the United States as a global leader, to defeat us, and to replace us, uh, with his techno-dictatorship worldwide. 0.99

00:34:44.000 You have some people that realize that, but they keep getting trumped, pardon the pun, by John Kerry and the climate agenda.

00:34:54.000 And, you know, it's amazing.

00:34:57.000 The Chinese government could give a damn about climate change.

00:35:02.000 Don, the Chinese have opened more coal-fired power plants than the rest of the world combined just in the last two years.

00:35:10.000 And the irony is, do you know what's powering those coal-fired power plants?

00:35:14.000 Russian coal that they're now importing

00:35:17.000 Rather than it going to Europe.

00:35:20.000 So look, we have to realize the threat that they are.

00:35:23.000 And I think the key strategies are elements that strategy is one arm the hell out of Taiwan. 0.98

00:35:29.000 Let them do the fighting and give them the capability to do so.

00:35:33.000 The lesson we need to learn from Ukraine is you arm your allies as your dad did beforehand, not after the fact, after whole cities have been devastated. 0.74

00:35:42.000 Number two, we got to bring our supply chains back home.

00:35:45.000 We've got to get them out of there in a huge way and part of that is to stop the billions of dollars that companies like BlackRock and JP Morgan and what have you are pouring into their market that they're then using for their military buildup

00:36:00.000 Three, we've got to get our military back on track.

00:36:04.000 And four, we have to protect our IP.

00:36:07.000 We have to protect our intellectual property.

00:36:09.000 We can't pour all of these billions of taxpayer dollars into research and development for things like AI and chips and nanorobotics just to have it walk right out the back door to Beijing.

00:36:24.000 We will always be more innovative and creative

00:36:27.000 Well, it doesn't matter if they capture probably trillions of dollars of IP that cost us to get to a point.

00:36:35.000 They steal it and on day number one without spending more than two cents for their bot farm, hackers, whatever it may be, they get

00:36:44.000 All of that knowledge.

00:36:47.000 They make one little change, they take a month, they analyze it, make one thing a little bit better, for two cents they have what we spent billions on.

00:36:54.000 They don't have to be innovators if they're able to steal the product that we do and just improve on it a little bit.

00:37:02.000 And that's what they've done.

00:37:03.000 And they have a program called CivMill Fusion, where they're taking these civilian technologies that they're stealing, or we have companies just giving it to them.

00:37:13.000 Yeah, because you can't get anything done in China.

00:37:15.000 You surrender your IP just to do any kind of business there.

00:37:18.000 And so, you know, people have to understand that as well.

00:37:22.000 Like any company that's doing business there, China has everything they've got, whether that's Apple or Microsoft or everything.

00:37:28.000 So, you know, you think they're not going to weaponize that against us immediately?

00:37:33.000 Yeah, you got it.

00:37:34.000 And so my message to conservatives out there is we've got to start voting with our wallet.

00:37:38.000 You know, Made in America is not just a union issue or a jobs issue, it's a national security issue.

00:37:44.000 And so when you see Made in China, please, I know it's hard,

00:37:49.000 We're good to go.

00:38:09.000 Let's bring manufacturing into Central America if it doesn't make sense to come here.

00:38:13.000 Now you've stopped your migrant problem and your supply chain problem.

00:38:16.000 Then how about to allied countries like India or Australia?

00:38:20.000 I'm actually heading over to India because, you know, world's largest democracy, world's oldest democracy, let's come together economically and militarily

00:38:33.000 And work together to contain China. 0.94

00:38:35.000 But your dad totally got that.

00:38:38.000 It's pulling all of those elements and having the time and the energy to drive them home.

00:38:43.000 Yeah, no, 100%.

00:38:45.000 I sort of have, you know, the rule in the back of my head.

00:38:48.000 Understand, listen, my father did a lot.

00:38:50.000 I spoke with Peter Navarro the other day, a couple of interesting stats, but we were talking about that in the China policies, which is, you know, China, the trade deficit we have with China is roughly the equivalent of their military budget.

00:39:02.000 So just think about that.

00:39:06.000 Where they're screwing us, they're taking that to weaponize their military against us.

00:39:10.000 I mean, that should tell us everything else we need to know.

00:39:13.000 So my sort of saying, and again, I don't think anyone worked harder than the Trump administration to try to bring manufacturing back to America to try to save what we have.

00:39:22.000 But you're right.

00:39:22.000 I think it's not entirely realistic to say, hey, we're just going to build everything we have back here.

00:39:27.000 But my policy is sort of like anywhere but China.

00:39:31.000 So yeah, you're right.

00:39:32.000 If you have it made in Mexico because that's more realistic, like, hey man, that's a lot better. 0.98

00:39:37.000 You're right.

00:39:38.000 You solve some of the migrant crisis if they have jobs, if they have that security, yada, yada, yada. 0.55

00:39:43.000 And you're not feeding those who have essentially stated their mission is to take you out, which is scary.

00:39:52.000 We've got things, Republicans in the House,

00:39:54.000 We're good to go.

00:40:11.000 All powered by Chinese-made materials.

00:40:15.000 And I think that alone will drive a domestic market, or at least one outside of China.

00:40:21.000 But we've got to start driving that with policy, because we're running out of time.

00:40:26.000 We wait till 2024, 2025 to start these things.

00:40:27.000 And meanwhile, Xi is on the march.

00:40:33.000 Well, no, the threat's so much more.

00:40:35.000 I mean, they have a military presence in Cuba.

00:40:38.000 Where have we seen this before?

00:40:40.000 You know, like Russia with the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Cold War.

00:40:42.000 Like, you know, they're building highways in Jamaica.

00:40:45.000 They built, I believe it was, Antigua's airport.

00:40:49.000 I have a feeling that China doesn't care about vacationing so much in the Caribbean.

00:40:56.000 Why are they there?

00:40:57.000 Why are they making these investments?

00:41:00.000 And once we get through the obvious answer to that, what's the U.S.

00:41:04.000 doing to counter it?

00:41:08.000 I don't think people realize just how bad it is.

00:41:10.000 They've got both sides of the Panama Canal now.

00:41:14.000 The ports on both sides.

00:41:16.000 They took a mountain range in Patagonia.

00:41:18.000 You're right.

00:41:19.000 I don't think they want to get their gaucho on.

00:41:22.000 I don't know.

00:41:43.000 Yeah, absolutely.

00:42:04.000 Pay their fair share, unlike the NATO in Europe.

00:42:10.000 So it's leaning on our allies.

00:42:11.000 It's getting our supply chain out.

00:42:12.000 It's stopping the billions that are flowing in between our trade deficit and companies like BlackRock and JPMorgan that are investing your savings in.

00:42:21.000 And then as consumers, we've got to buy made in America.

00:42:24.000 And I've even gone to my financial advisor

00:42:27.000 We're good to go.

00:42:49.000 So you've got sailors sending their money home, thinking they're saving for retirement, hard-working, blue-collar sailors, and the Wall Street types are investing it into the Beijing market.

00:43:00.000 One of the shipyards that just launched China's newest aircraft carrier is sitting on that market.

00:43:06.000 We're literally, as Lenin said, selling the communists the rope that they're going to use to hang us.

00:43:12.000 Yeah, I mean, so, you know, you've been talking about BlackRock and how they're pumping billions into China and some of these other companies.

00:43:19.000 You know, you're talking about, you know, pulling stuff out of that, diversifying away from that.

00:43:24.000 But can you tell us, you know, what you're investigating about those, you know, those really dangerous investments?

00:43:31.000 I mean, because, you know, hey, it's great.

00:43:33.000 Wall Street's taking seller's money.

00:43:34.000 They're going to try to make money with it over there. 0.98

00:43:36.000 But like, if anything ever went wrong, does anyone really think they're getting their money back out of China?

00:43:41.000 One is, there's a whole slew of their defense companies

00:43:57.000 We're good to go.

00:44:13.000 The genocide and the human rights abuses that are going on.

00:44:17.000 And look, I mean, these are in Western China.

00:44:19.000 It is true slave labor.

00:44:21.000 These people have their heads shaved.

00:44:23.000 They're lined up before rail cars.

00:44:26.000 They're sent into concentration camps.

00:44:28.000 The women are sterilized and the men are sent out to the fields. 0.98

00:44:31.000 We're good to go.

00:44:50.000 That's also against the law, and BlackRock and these other firms know it.

00:44:55.000 And then the point that you made is their fiduciary responsibility.

00:44:59.000 The Chinese cook the books all day long, and they don't have to abide by basic accounting standards.

00:45:05.000 So you don't even know that the returns

00:45:07.000 That these firms tell you you're getting in your retirement fund are the real returns.

00:45:12.000 And yeah, good luck getting your money out if you ever tried to.

00:45:16.000 So it's across the board bad news.

00:45:19.000 But you know what?

00:45:20.000 You got these guys, they're getting bonused out, they're making their quarterly earnings.

00:45:24.000 They don't care about what happens to the country three, four, ten years from now after pumping all of our money into our greatest adversary.

00:45:32.000 So that's what we got to do, man.

00:45:34.000 Well, when you're back home, and I think you're home right now in, you know, sort of North Florida, you know, when you're talking to your constituents, you know, what are the issues, the concerns that you hear about the most these days?

00:45:44.000 What are, you know, what are the sort of, obviously, you know, inflation, some of these things are big ones, but are, you know, what are the biggest ones and are there any ones that sort of surprise you that are a little bit more unusual that we don't think about on a day-to-day basis?

00:45:56.000 Yeah, so well, of course, just what's going on with our southern border just is driving people nuts and and even in Florida.

00:46:06.000 Yeah, it's even in Florida because what we've uncovered and other people have in some of our news agencies is we have these flights coming in the middle of the night in Jacksonville and Orlando unloading migrants.

00:46:19.000 We don't know where they're going.

00:46:22.000 They tend to, you know, some of them are just.

00:46:25.000 You know, poor kids in need, that's fine.

00:46:27.000 But when I talk to my constituents and they say, you know what?

00:46:31.000 Our schools are overcrowded.

00:46:33.000 Veterans aren't getting the services that they deserve. 0.94

00:46:36.000 Our hospitals are getting overcrowded and overwhelmed.

00:46:40.000 Like, we're not giving American citizens what they have paid for with their tax dollar in terms of government services, much less having the floodgates open for the rest of the world.

00:46:50.000 So that's an issue that's on their mind.

00:46:53.000 I've got to tell you, I've got one of the most conservative districts in the state, and what's going on with the two tiers of justice right now with your dad, and what's not happening to Hunter Biden, what's not happening to Joe Biden, is definitely top of mind.

00:47:10.000 And what breaks my heart as a national security guy is to see the erosion of trust.

00:47:16.000 Yeah.

00:47:29.000 That said that Joe Biden had received millions of dollars, $5 million to him, $5 million to Hunter, and then the FBI didn't share that document with IRS.

00:47:40.000 Now we have IRS whistleblowers raising the red flag, saying they weren't allowed to look into it and nothing's happening.

00:47:47.000 Uh, that, man, that is, um... Seems like a big deal, Mike.

00:47:52.000 It seems kind of like a big deal.

00:47:54.000 I have a feeling if it was me, it would be a really big deal.

00:47:57.000 They tried to redact it, but yet another whistleblower goes to Senator Grassley and shows him the full version, and the part they redacted was, oh by the way, that Ukrainian oligarch has tapes

00:48:10.000 Of Biden.

00:48:12.000 That's kind of a big deal.

00:48:14.000 So between that, between the documents that he had sitting next to his Corvette in his garage, you're hearing nothing about that, yet you see a raid at Mar-a-Lago.

00:48:26.000 If anything that sends Americans through the roof, it's a notion of things not being fair.

00:48:33.000 You can be tough, but you got to apply it to both sides or you don't apply it at all.

00:48:38.000 So, I mean, we were having, yeah, we were having a conversation sort of, you know, before we hit record on this, talking about sort of just that, like, you know, and I sort of said, hey, you know, I think we have to play the game the way the Democrats are.

00:48:52.000 You know, we're playing t-ball, they're playing hardball, and you said, like, you know, but, you know, do we really want to be that guy?

00:48:58.000 And, like, I don't think anyone wants to be that guy, but I think right now the other side,

00:49:04.000 I don't want to be that guy.

00:49:21.000 I don't think we have a choice.

00:49:22.000 If we don't do that, they take the win, they laugh their asses off at the bank, they go take the next win, and there's a point where, you know, they gain all that power, they get another presidency, they take over the Supreme Court, and it's over!

00:49:36.000 Like, the Republic is over.

00:49:38.000 You know, talk a little bit about both sides of that, because, you know, I get where you're coming from.

00:49:42.000 Like, I'd love not to have to play this game, but as long as it's being played and there's literally no signs of stopping it, I think until we do that,

00:49:51.000 Nothing's gonna change, and they're gonna keep doing it.

00:49:53.000 Well, I'd like to think, you know, I mean, to what you're saying, that we play that same level of hardball, and at some point, we either keep spiraling downward, or the other side, like a deterrent, says, whoa, okay, that caused, that hurt, and maybe we'll stop this nonsense.

00:50:13.000 Like, you know, for example, when your dad wins in 2024, which I fully believe he will,

00:50:19.000 And everybody is screaming, as they were in 2017, after he won then, that it's an illegitimate election.

00:50:26.000 You had Jimmy Carter, President Carter, saying he was an illegitimate president.

00:50:31.000 The Russians stole the election. 0.98

00:50:33.000 He was selected, not elected.

00:50:35.000 Hillary Clinton saying the same thing.

00:50:37.000 Half the Democrats in the House saying the same thing.

00:50:40.000 Lying to the country and saying that a foreign adversary stole our election.

00:50:47.000 I guess we're going to prosecute all of them now.

00:50:49.000 Yeah, no, I mean, listen, I... I'm okay with that.

00:50:53.000 What I was saying before we came on air is, you know, when you see what they did to somebody like a good man like Kavanaugh, where they smeared him that way, where you had women just literally making up things like orgies and his daughters having to see that, that gives me some heartburn to do that same thing to somebody, even if they're a liberal that I don't want to see on the court.

00:51:16.000 Uh, you're right.

00:51:18.000 It's just a shame that we're even having to have this conversation.

00:51:21.000 Yeah, no, I mean, the Kavanaugh thing was a great example, but you know, but again, they'll try to do it again.

00:51:26.000 I mean, you know, that guy, you know, it was this little guy on a court of appeals that, you know, magically overnight, you know, it's not like he was hidden somewhere for 30 years. 0.88

00:51:34.000 He was a pretty public figure, very, you know, respected law guy and like, oh yeah, he became a gang rapist.

00:51:40.000 Like, I'm sorry, obviously, you know, like no, no one had a problem with, 0.53

00:51:44.000 Until he was appointed by Trump.

00:51:45.000 And I think, to my father's credit, like, how many Republicans would have actually stuck with him?

00:51:50.000 You know, George Bush would have been like, oh, gone, like, next one.

00:51:53.000 You know, and they'd do it again and again and again until they found, like, the one weak one.

00:51:59.000 You know, like a John Roberts type or something like that.

00:52:01.000 Okay, we'll let that guy in because we know, you know, it's like the easy existence for the weak Republicans in D.C.

00:52:09.000 We know, you know, if we camp out in front of his house, they're just going to fold.

00:52:13.000 They're going to give us what they want.

00:52:14.000 It's like some of your colleagues who are, you know, weaker in Washington, D.C.

00:52:19.000 It's like, yeah, they can be conservative.

00:52:20.000 They can be Republicans.

00:52:21.000 They don't get the hate pieces.

00:52:23.000 As long as you fold what it actually matters.

00:52:27.000 You know, you can actually be a conservative in D.C.

00:52:30.000 and have a pretty easy existence, but that's not the way we're actually going to win anything.

00:52:36.000 No, look, this is, I can tell you because I'm in the trenches.

00:52:39.000 I was in, you know, the last four years under Nancy Pelosi.

00:52:42.000 The squad came in the same year I did.

00:52:45.000 And at their core, they believe that this is not a good country, that fundamentally since its founding, which they believe happened in 1619 around slavery rather than 1776 around freedom, that this is a fundamentally racist, misogynist, and colonialist country that needs to be apologized for around the world, as President Obama did, as Blinken did to the UN,

00:53:14.000 All right.

00:53:34.000 We're good to go.

00:53:57.000 In their image, which is a socialist communist image.

00:54:02.000 And if it's the Supreme Court going the wrong way, then we'll stack the court will put term limits on will can fundamentally rebuild it in their image.

00:54:12.000 That's the fight before us.

00:54:14.000 And that's not a country that I almost died for twice as a Green Beret.

00:54:18.000 That's not one that I want my kids and grandkids growing up in.

00:54:22.000 And that's the that's the threat internally.

00:54:25.000 Which I think in some ways is worse than the external threat.

00:54:29.000 A hundred percent.

00:54:30.000 When I look at the decisions that are being made, when I look at what's going on.

00:54:34.000 You mentioned when you first ran, you came in the same year as the squad.

00:54:40.000 I see Ilhan Omar talking about how terrible America is.

00:54:44.000 I was like, I don't know, you're still here.

00:54:45.000 You left Somalia, but apparently America's worse. 0.99

00:54:50.000 You know, white men are the biggest threat to America and to anything out there, and yet she's married to one. 0.99

00:55:00.000 It's like, I don't understand, but I guess you don't have to. 0.99

00:55:03.000 So, you came in with that group.

00:55:06.000 You know, what made you do this in the first place?

00:55:09.000 You know, you come out of the military.

00:55:11.000 What made you do that?

00:55:12.000 What do you remember about that first race back in 2018?

00:55:15.000 I mean, I guess you actually ran for the seat that was previously held by Ron DeSantis.

00:55:22.000 Yeah, well, as my wife said, she said, what made me do it?

00:55:25.000 My wife says, OK, you ran around the world and got shot at for 27 years.

00:55:29.000 And we had, by the way, a thriving, growing business.

00:55:33.000 We had just taken on private equity. 0.96

00:55:35.000 So I did the stupidest thing financially I've ever done, which was to walk away from that.

00:55:40.000 What are your thoughts on this? 0.98

00:55:57.000 Then so be it because I think the stakes are so high.

00:56:01.000 I saw what was happening to your dad coming right out the gate.

00:56:07.000 I saw the type of people that were running from the from the squad and and I see the threats.

00:56:14.000 What do you make

00:56:29.000 Should scare everyone.

00:56:30.000 Russia, China, we already talked about. 0.98

00:56:33.000 We need people in our government with a little dirt and sweat under their fingernails that are willing to roll up the sleeves, take the tough fights, take the tough votes, and damn it, you know. 0.82

00:56:47.000 We're going to move the ball for America back in the right direction. 0.97

00:56:50.000 So, you know, here we are.

00:56:53.000 You had the military service, but I forgot about you.

00:56:56.000 I mean, you actually had a thriving business as well.

00:56:58.000 And I think that's so important.

00:56:59.000 That's, that's the thing you don't usually see, you know, from the radicals in Congress.

00:57:04.000 You know, they've never signed that sort of the front of a paycheck.

00:57:06.000 They've only been, they've only been takers.

00:57:09.000 Uh, you know, not, not creators.

00:57:11.000 Uh, and so, you know, beyond the service, I think that's an important thing, because you, you, you see these people in D.C., you know, they're sitting on a finance committee, but they, you know, they don't have the faintest idea of what, what they're even talking about, but they're there in a position of power, wielding literally trillions of dollars, and our children's, you know, and grandchildren's after them, future in their hands, because they've been there longer, not because they actually know what they're talking about.

00:57:35.000 That's pretty scary.

00:57:38.000 And so, yeah, two things on that.

00:57:40.000 One is, yes, I can read a balance sheet, unlike many of my colleagues.

00:57:44.000 We have a $5 trillion federal budget, kind of important.

00:57:49.000 But, you know, in dealing with the Democrats, one of the things that is just continue to boggle my mind is they have no appreciation or understanding

00:57:58.000 Uh, for how wealth is, is created.

00:58:01.000 Um, you know, they've always just gotten a job either as a lawyer or an activist or, or some other government position.

00:58:08.000 And two weeks later, money just shows up in their paycheck from that magical pot in the sky.

00:58:14.000 And to see them demonize people who are successful, uh, people who started with nothing and it now may be worth billions, but you know what they created?

00:58:24.000 We're good to go.

00:58:45.000 For generations to come, created by one person that they think didn't pay his fair share and should be taxed more.

00:58:53.000 Why?

00:58:54.000 Because at the end of the day, they want that wealth in the hands of government, which they will do anything and everything to control.

00:59:02.000 And if you look at a fundamental of socialism, it is taking from one group in society and giving it to another group.

00:59:10.000 And who is that decider in the middle?

00:59:12.000 Government bureaucrats.

00:59:14.000 And man, that's, I mean, that is fundamentally what they believe.

00:59:18.000 I see it day in and day out.

00:59:20.000 And that's what we've got to fight against at every turn.

00:59:23.000 Talk a little bit about your decision to endorse my father for 2024 and why you think perhaps so many in like the floor of the delegation have actually done the same.

00:59:33.000 Man, it was an easy one.

00:59:35.000 I'll tell you that right up front.

00:59:37.000 You know, three key reasons.

00:59:39.000 Number one, on a personal level, and I want everybody to hear this because I still find it astounding and amazing.

00:59:46.000 Every single time I called your dad, whether he was in the Oval Office, out on Air Force One, in a foreign country, he answered or called back within hours.

00:59:57.000 To this day, I don't know how he does it.

00:59:59.000 I really don't.

01:00:00.000 And not only did he call back, did he hear me out, but he delivered.

01:00:04.000 I was talking about the military's 401k plan.

01:00:08.000 I talked your dad through it on a Sunday night.

01:00:11.000 He said, Mike, talk to Meadows the next day.

01:00:14.000 I did.

01:00:15.000 We talked to Robert O'Brien's National Security Advisor.

01:00:17.000 A week later, there was a cease and desist letter to that board saying, hell no, you're not going to invest our military's pension back into their greatest adversary.

01:00:25.000 And a week later, there were three new board members nominated to the Senate.

01:00:29.000 Like, I mean, every time, whether it was hurricane aid for Florida or what have you, he heard me out and was responsive and delivered.

01:00:39.000 Number two, I'm not convinced, and this is where everybody running against him right now, many of them great Republicans that I know,

01:00:47.000 Uh, and, and appreciate.

01:00:49.000 But, you don't get the Trump policies without the man.

01:00:53.000 You know, they're, they're trying to sell people that, oh yeah, you liked all his policies, you can get all of that, but, you know, you get somebody, you get somebody different at the top, no.

01:01:02.000 You don't get SpaceX without Elon, you don't get Apple without Steve Jobs, and you don't get border, crime, Abraham Accords, Space Force, taking out Soleimani and Baghdadi, both, 0.99

01:01:15.000 Don, I was in the room when he said NAFTA was crap. 0.97

01:01:33.000 It gutted manufacturing in middle America. 0.99

01:01:36.000 We're going to renegotiate it.

01:01:37.000 Everybody else on the stage that first debate literally laughed.

01:01:40.000 And you know what?

01:01:41.000 He did it with Pelosi in charge of the House.

01:01:47.000 And then, you know, look, at the end of the day, he is the only one that's going to hit the ground running.

01:01:55.000 And truly now I think understands how disruptive the bureaucrats and the bureaucracy in our government is and I think is going to just take a sledgehammer to it and the country needs it.

01:02:07.000 Well, listen, man, I think you're right.

01:02:08.000 Yeah, I think it's a good point, right?

01:02:10.000 The same people who say they do the same thing were the same people saying, you'll never get a peace deal done in the Middle East.

01:02:16.000 You know, I remember when that was the holy grail of geopolitical politics, but they talked about it like it was this magical unicorn.

01:02:23.000 He's like, no, this is how we do it.

01:02:24.000 And, you know.

01:02:25.000 To the conversation we had a few seconds ago about sort of real world experience, you know, being able to read a balance sheet or having been in actual negotiations and understanding leverage.

01:02:35.000 You can't do that if you've just been a bureaucrat.

01:02:39.000 You actually need to have done it in practice in the real world.

01:02:42.000 Then you can just scale it, right?

01:02:44.000 You know, the difference between a small deal and a big deal is usually just zeros.

01:02:48.000 There takes just as much effort in the small deals usually as the big deals, but

01:02:52.000 You know, you're able to make that translation.

01:02:54.000 I think that's a really solid point.

01:02:56.000 I haven't heard anyone actually articulate that, but you're right.

01:03:00.000 Everyone's saying, I would have done that.

01:03:01.000 It's like, yeah, but everyone, you know, hoped to maybe have done these things in the past, but no one actually could get it done.

01:03:09.000 Yeah, look, I'll tell you, I mean, just case in point, Space Force.

01:03:12.000 I'm on the Space Post.

01:03:13.000 I see what the Chinese are doing in space. 0.98

01:03:16.000 They're laughing us right now.

01:03:17.000 They're launching more than the rest of the world combined.

01:03:19.000 Everybody made their jokes, what have you.

01:03:21.000 The Pentagon did not want to do it.

01:03:24.000 And they would still, if it had been anybody else, Jeb or, you know, whomever, I think the Pentagon would still be dragging their feet.

01:03:33.000 It wasn't until your dad fired the Air Force Secretary, said, you're fired, and all the generals snapped in line, and now everybody sees you can't be number one on Earth if you're number two in space.

01:03:45.000 It's the ultimate high ground, and we got to have it, and we're being

01:03:48.000 Seriously challenged up there.

01:03:49.000 I mean, he saw that, and he knew what it would take to get it done, you know, and not let the bureaucracy just wait him out.

01:03:58.000 And Abraham Accords, that, I mean, we could keep going on down the list.

01:04:04.000 How do you get not only Mexico to agree to have the asylum seekers wait in Mexico, 0.74

01:04:13.000 I don't know if we cut off there.

01:04:14.000 To not only wait in Mexico, but to get the most liberal, progressive Mexican president in modern history to put his National Guard on his southern border.

01:04:23.000 What your dad said, you know what?

01:04:25.000 We're going to shut the border down, and all that money that's coming into your government isn't going to flow anymore unless you start controlling your border, Mexico. 0.87

01:04:33.000 And look at that.

01:04:35.000 It happened.

01:04:36.000 So that's the kind of leadership we need, and that's why I'm happy to endorse him.

01:04:40.000 Well, we appreciate it, man.

01:04:41.000 We love what you're doing out there.

01:04:43.000 Keep it up.

01:04:43.000 And, you know, let me know when you make it down a little further south or I'll have to come up to your district, I imagine, sometime in the not-too-distant future.

01:04:51.000 So, thanks for everything you do, Mike.

01:04:53.000 Guys, follow Mike.

01:04:54.000 Go check him out on social and everywhere else out there.

01:04:57.000 A true great patriot and someone getting it done in Washington.

01:05:01.000 So, we appreciate you, man.

01:05:04.000 Hey, thank you, Donny.

01:05:05.000 Guys, thanks so much for tuning in.
