00:03:05.400 And the fact that I try to work with people who wouldn't wouldn't be considered lefty because we agree on issues like ending wars,
00:03:16.420 getting health care to people, police brutality, stuff like that, you know, student debt, marijuana, all kinds of stuff that we agree on across the aisle, as they used to say.
00:03:30.420 And that used to be a good thing. But now that actually scares the shit out of the establishment.
00:03:35.180 So anybody in the United States who tries to actually force change against the establishment by working together on ideas instead of politics, that scares them.
00:03:53.420 So when I had a thing to get them to vote on, it was called forced to vote here in the United States.
00:04:02.080 And I was going to get them to try to get them to flex their muscle to force a vote in the Congress to bring Medicare for all to everybody in the United States.

00:14:08.560 You talked about a Princeton study to the people that already are aware of you and your positions that that will make sense.
00:14:15.620 But to a lot of our audience, I don't think they've ever heard that.
00:14:18.280 So what the hell are you talking about when America is the beacon of democracy and everyone in the world looks up to America?

00:14:28.300 Well, American democracy runs on cash and the cash comes from corporations and billionaires.

00:14:35.800 So if you remember, Noam Chomsky wrote a book called Manufacturing Consent, taught you how the establishment news actually just manufactures consent for the people who own them.

00:16:00.900 Those are the people who run our country, which is why 80 percent of workers live paycheck to paycheck in the United States.
