00:00:00.080 What if I told you the reason why America became America like the greatest country in
00:00:03.480 the world that a lot of people would say, it worked so well for them but they've gotten
00:00:07.560 away from it and it's one of the biggest mistakes America's making today.
00:00:11.480 And it's a mistake many are making in their families and their companies and if you're
00:00:14.420 making this mistake yourself it could be hurting your business.
00:00:17.340 And by the way, as I make this argument to you, if it makes sense give it a thumbs up
00:00:21.120 and subscribe to the channel so let me get right into it.
00:00:23.440 I believe what made America great is the younger next generation coming up when they look up
00:00:29.680 at a hero.
00:00:30.680 They said, man, I want to be like George Washington one day, I want to be like Lincoln, I want
00:00:35.360 to be like Rockefeller, I want to be like Andrew Carnegie, I want to be like Benjamin Franklin,
00:00:39.440 I want to be the next innovative creator building a business.
00:00:43.120 I want to be a disrupter growing up, right?
00:00:46.220 And we were great at making the right people heroes.
00:00:50.000 Our hero making machine was unbelievable and today we have forgotten who the real heroes
00:00:56.200 are.
00:00:57.200 And we are now building up complainers as heroes.
00:00:59.760 So think about this.
00:01:00.960 When you were growing up as a kid, who was your mom's hero?
00:01:03.920 Who was your mom's hero?
00:01:04.920 Who did your mom look up to?
00:01:06.760 What did she say?
00:01:07.760 Oh my gosh, baby, that's such a great leader.
00:01:10.320 Who was that person?
00:01:11.440 Who was your dad's hero?
00:01:12.640 Think about it.
00:01:13.640 And when your mom and dad talked about who their heroes were, how did that impact you?
00:01:18.320 Didn't you kind of internally were like, wow man, I would love to see my, if I become
00:01:23.360 like that man one day, that woman one day, maybe my mom's going to be like, my son is
00:01:27.840 not my hero.
00:01:28.840 My daughter's not my hero.
00:01:29.840 And I'm going to get confirmation from my parents.
00:01:31.480 I'm going to hear those magical words, honey, I'm so proud of you.
00:01:37.080 I want to hear those words, right?
00:01:38.640 So the hero making machine was this.
00:01:41.560 What if today America is turning complainers into heroes?
00:01:43.520 I'm like, oh my God, what a great complainer.
00:01:45.400 You know what I want to be when I grow up?
00:01:46.560 I want to be a great complainer.
00:01:47.560 Why?
00:01:48.560 Because all America and the mainstream media is putting on TV is complainers.
00:01:52.720 The more I complain, the more eyeballs I get.
00:01:54.880 Did you see that girl's video went viral?
00:01:56.780 You know why the video went viral?
00:01:58.280 She was professionally complaining and bitching about everybody and rich people are greedy
00:02:02.520 and these people suck and those guys suck.
00:02:04.660 That's the game plan I'm going to use.
00:02:05.860 And we completely lost perspective of who the real hero was.
00:02:09.980 Do you remember back in the days we had the lifestyle of the rich and famous?
00:02:13.000 Why do we want to watch that lifestyle?
00:02:15.280 Because we kind of wanted to have a good lifestyle.
00:02:17.160 Now, do you remember rappers and hip hop artists?
00:02:20.100 Nice cars.
00:02:21.100 Nice toys.
00:02:22.100 I wouldn't mind having a lifestyle like that.
00:02:23.100 Do you remember real estate moguls?
00:02:25.100 I wouldn't mind having my dreams become a reality.
00:02:27.400 Today, that's not the case.
00:02:28.400 Today, those guys are the villains.
00:02:30.340 Today, anybody that Elon Musk is such a villain.
00:02:32.940 What a villain he is.
00:02:33.940 You know, Bezos, what a villain he is.
00:02:35.880 All these guys are not becoming villains.
00:02:37.780 So we're confused.
00:02:38.780 So what does this have to do with you?
00:02:40.160 In your office, if you're running a company or if you got a family, wife, husband, kids,
00:02:45.460 be very careful who you turn into your hero of the office.
00:02:48.400 In your company, whoever you're number one, you paint, salesperson, executive, you say,
00:02:55.240 let me tell you guys, Johnny over here, the best in the company.
00:02:58.400 If you say he's the best in the company and he's also the biggest complainer, all your
00:03:02.520 other guys want to be like Johnny when they grow up because when he goes to lunch, he teaches
00:03:06.180 everybody how to complain.
00:03:07.400 And he's undermining you in a very creative way that you're not even aware of it.
00:03:12.140 And it's just other people are saying, if this guy says he's the hero, I got to also
00:03:15.300 start undermining.
00:03:16.300 I got to also become a complainer.
00:03:17.680 And they duplicate it.
00:03:18.680 The same goes with your kids versus if you uplift the right number one, the right hero,
00:03:24.460 with the right attitude, with the right effort, with the right loyalty, with the right all
00:03:28.500 of that stuff.
00:03:29.500 You're like, oh, this is what you call a good citizen.
00:03:32.180 I want to be like this person.
00:03:33.940 My dad built up men of strong character based on values and principles.
00:03:39.180 And because I wanted to make my dad hero, I wanted to be the man that my dad painted as
00:03:44.420 a man of character.
00:03:46.020 So that's the argument on America today.
00:03:48.680 We went from being the best hero making machine country in the world to now being the best villain
00:03:53.960 making machine in the world and turning complainers into heroes.
00:03:57.020 If this argument makes sense to you, give it a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel.
00:04:00.340 And on top of that, with this video here, the video I want to recommend to you, it's a video
