00:05:35.840 California doesn't get their act together, and think, just because the weather is so great,
00:05:42.700 people are eventually going to be naive enough to stay. And here's the thing. Don't get me wrong,

00:05:50.920 people that are tied because they're family. You're going to keep the people that are emotionally
