00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.500 Guaranteed human.
00:00:04.760 How far are you willing to go to acquire green?
00:00:08.480 We'll find out.
00:00:10.060 You're listening to the 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
00:00:14.040 Good Wednesday morning.
00:00:14.980 Nice to have you with us on the 47 Morning Update.
00:00:18.240 It is a civil war in the Democratic Party right now.
00:00:21.860 Democrats coming out in force, trying to demonize ICE,
00:00:25.580 and more of them calling to abolish ICE altogether.
00:00:30.820 So what are they going to do?
00:00:33.140 And what does President Trump have to say in response?
00:00:36.380 It's the 47 Morning Update, and it starts right now.
00:00:39.740 Story number one.
00:00:40.920 There is anarchy in the Democratic Party right now,
00:00:43.840 and they have gone to war not with the people that they should be going to war with,
00:00:48.480 the criminals who are being arrested in this country,
00:00:51.100 but instead they're now going to war with ICE.
00:00:53.720 Now, there is a civil war within the Democratic Party if they're trying to decide.
00:00:59.560 Do we just straight up be honest and say we want to abolish ICE,
00:01:02.660 or do we kind of lie a little bit?
00:01:05.380 Now, before I get to that,
00:01:07.300 I want you to hear about the arrests that have happened since yesterday in Minnesota.
00:01:13.840 I want you to listen to what the federal government has put out about the arrests since yesterday.
00:01:19.700 As Democrats say that ICE need to get the F out of their city,
00:01:25.580 the F out of their state,
00:01:27.640 and there needs to be a civil war against the ICE agents.
00:01:31.420 This is also coming, as the Democratic Party is saying in the future,
00:01:35.260 they may go out and arrest ICE agents
00:01:38.960 and hold them accountable for the crimes they claim they're committing now.
00:01:43.100 So who are they actually out arresting?
00:01:46.860 Well, listen to this, and this is, again, just since yesterday.
00:01:50.980 We came here today.
00:01:53.280 I printed out a couple of a few individuals that I'd like to share with you.
00:01:59.260 Individuals that were arrested since yesterday.
00:02:02.080 These three individuals were arrested just since yesterday.
00:02:05.300 Keep in mind now, these individuals were walking the streets of Minneapolis with impunity as of yesterday.
00:02:14.300 We've got Hovai Kumaiye, a criminal illegal alien from Laos, 1.00
00:02:19.540 a registered sex offender convicted of sex offense against a child, 0.95
00:02:24.620 including fondling and failure to register as a sex offender.
00:02:28.920 This individual was walking the streets of Minneapolis just yesterday.
00:02:33.760 This individual right here.
00:02:36.380 It's very interesting that I haven't seen this individual or many others like him
00:02:41.260 reported on very much by the local news media or the state news media.
00:02:47.960 That's interesting.
00:02:49.220 But let's don't quit there.
00:02:50.760 No, you can't.
00:02:52.060 Let's continue here.
00:02:54.000 We've got Samuel Aravello Hernandez, 0.83
00:02:56.540 a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, 0.64
00:02:58.520 charged with rape and lewd or lascivious acts with a minor. 0.98
00:03:04.260 Now, think about that for just a second. 0.59
00:03:06.700 Rape, and then on top of that, lewd and lascivious acts with a minor.
00:03:10.060 This individual is walking the streets of Minneapolis with impunity just yesterday.
00:03:14.580 Let's don't quit there.
00:03:17.000 Let's keep on there.
00:03:18.240 We've got Annabelle Gomez, 0.94
00:03:20.380 a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, 0.75
00:03:22.720 previously arrested for criminal sexual conduct and domestic assault.
00:03:27.520 Other convictions include disorderly conduct and driving under the influence of liquor.
00:03:33.140 Walk in the streets as of yesterday.
00:03:35.580 These are just three.
00:03:37.300 Three that I decided to print out.
00:03:39.360 There's a whole stack of them.
00:03:40.720 There's a whole stack of these.
00:03:42.160 As a matter of fact, when we look over the past year at the 10,000
00:03:46.420 that have been arrested here in Minneapolis and Minnesota,
00:03:49.460 that stack is enormous.
00:03:52.600 These are the kinds of individuals this operation focuses on.
00:03:57.600 Individuals who escalate situations and endanger others.
00:04:01.220 Again, our neighbors, our friends, our colleagues in Ma and Pa America.
00:04:06.040 This is exactly, exactly why interior enforcement exists to remove dangerous criminals from our communities.
00:04:15.300 Remove dangerous illegal alien criminals from our communities. 1.00
00:04:19.980 It's all.
00:04:21.180 Now, these are the stories the left doesn't want you to know about,
00:04:24.580 because this is all about a civil war.
00:04:26.640 Quote, Trump's politicalization of the DOJ will not deter Mayor Fry, Governor Walz,
00:04:31.020 and A.G. Ellison from doing their jobs to protect the people of Minnesota.
00:04:34.140 I stand with them against these blatant abuse of power.
00:04:38.540 So, let's just be clear.
00:04:41.020 Senator Schumer is fighting hard to keep criminals like Pao Jong, 0.99
00:04:47.760 a rapist and child molester in the country. 0.99
00:04:51.200 He's been convicted of sex offenses against child fondling, burglary, larceny, and rape. 1.00
00:04:57.360 He was arrested in Minnesota.
00:04:59.760 This individual is who Chuck Schumer is defending in the Democratic Party.
00:05:06.140 That's where the civil war comes in.
00:05:08.740 There are other Democrats who are like, we can't say that publicly.
00:05:12.140 Like, we know we want to abolish ICE,
00:05:14.000 and we are the same party that says we want to get rid of police officers.
00:05:18.040 But now, how do you actually accomplish this?
00:05:21.780 That is the debate they're having on TV.
00:05:23.980 Now, they're going back to their old playbook, which is to demonize, dehumanize,
00:05:30.160 and try to convince Americans that ICE agents are the Gestapo.
00:05:34.760 That ICE agents are not crime fighters.
00:05:38.080 Not actually going after the worst that are out there that are illegal immigrants. 1.00
00:05:42.700 You know, the rapists and the murderers and the sex traffickers and the drug dealers. 1.00
00:05:47.620 No, no, no, no, no. 0.96
00:05:49.080 They want you to believe that somehow that is ICE,
00:05:52.880 and the do-gooders are the people that broke into this country, 1.00
00:05:56.000 that are also committing heinous crimes.
00:05:59.500 Take a listen to Chris Van Hollen.
00:06:02.820 This is what he had to say as he's trying to rewrite history.
00:06:06.780 And there's a theme that is happening.
00:06:08.920 This is orchestrated by the Democratic Party.
00:06:12.100 Listen to what he said about the deranged leftists that are impeding ICE operations
00:06:19.680 and what he calls them.
00:06:21.580 One of the things that gives me great hope,
00:06:24.000 even amidst all of this division and chaos sown by Donald Trump,
00:06:28.480 are the patriots in places like Minneapolis who are standing up,
00:06:34.180 blowing whistles to protect their neighbors,
00:06:37.020 blowing whistles on the illegal tactics of ICE.
00:06:41.120 Listen, I was just at a rally in Hagerstown, Maryland today.
00:06:45.520 Hundreds of people coming out because ICE has signaled that they might use a facility
00:06:51.060 in Hagerstown for their purposes, and people were coming out to say no.
00:06:55.160 You listen to Van Hollen.
00:06:57.660 One of the things that gives me great hope are the patriots in places like Minneapolis
00:07:03.060 who are standing up, blowing whistles to protect their neighbors.
00:07:06.700 Now, who are they actually protecting?
00:07:08.180 They are protecting the child rapists and the murderers,
00:07:12.400 the worst among us, that ICE are going out to get.
00:07:17.120 And why are they having to do that?
00:07:19.040 Because in Minneapolis, the local government refuses to work with ICE.
00:07:23.740 There have been more than 500 people that could have been handed over to ICE
00:07:27.320 that were in custody of the Minneapolis police departments.
00:07:31.800 And what did they do?
00:07:32.820 They let them go instead of actually holding them for ICE
00:07:37.200 to be held accountable for their actions.
00:07:39.580 This, again, is the Democratic Party.
00:07:42.980 You take a listen to the St. Paul mayor.
00:07:46.340 You may not have heard much about her compared to the mayor in Minneapolis 0.71
00:07:50.780 who said to get the F out of our city, referring to ICE agents.
00:07:54.840 But she's just about as radical as he is.
00:07:58.000 And I want you to hear what she said about the targeting of church members
00:08:04.560 that happened over the weekend.
00:08:06.860 Don Lemon, the former CNN radical, was there as well.
00:08:10.200 And here's what she said.
00:08:11.900 I'm curious how you see this.
00:08:13.760 Do you think that some of those protesters may have gone beyond their First Amendment rights
00:08:18.260 and going into a church like that and broke the law?
00:08:21.100 I will say that ICE has led the way in their charge of going on to school properties
00:08:26.880 and detaining people from places that should be just as well kept sacred.
00:08:31.640 And so we responded the exact same way we would have at any place of worship
00:08:35.480 that our PD came in.
00:08:38.040 And because this is an ongoing investigation, I can't comment more than that.
00:08:42.100 But I would say we would have handled this in any other way, in any other place of worship.
00:08:45.720 In any other place of worship.
00:08:47.580 So there's the St. Paul mayor who's done nothing about the deranged mobs
00:08:52.500 that are targeting a church during their church service.
00:08:56.820 And then defending these far leftists and then blames ICE.
00:09:01.020 ICE has led the way.
00:09:02.460 We responded the exact same way we would have at any place of worship.
00:09:06.900 Meaning that if these radicals want to come into a church during a service
00:09:12.040 and terrorize those parishioners in Minneapolis and in St. Paul,
00:09:17.160 they're in favor of it.
00:09:19.460 Take a listen to Democratic Senator Tina Smith refusing to answer a simple question. 1.00
00:09:25.820 And the simple question is,
00:09:27.800 hey, these far left anti-ice mobs,
00:09:30.520 should they be targeting churches during service?
00:09:33.900 Here's what the senator had to say.
00:09:35.880 Senator, yesterday we saw a group of protesters go into the city's church
00:09:41.400 to protest a pastor that they believe is an ICE agent.
00:09:45.280 That has, of course, generated considerable criticism from those who say
00:09:49.140 this was a desecration of a place of worship.
00:09:52.360 Would you urge protesters to do more of what we're seeing here?
00:09:56.060 Or do you think that is counterproductive for what they're trying to achieve?
00:10:00.600 So almost all of the protests and demonstrations that we've seen in Minnesota,
00:10:06.820 and especially in Minneapolis and St. Paul,
00:10:08.740 have been peaceful, have been nonviolent.
00:10:11.700 And, of course, that is the right response.
00:10:13.360 What all of our messages have been is basically don't take the bait.
00:10:17.140 Don't fuel the president's narrative.
00:10:21.000 Don't fuel Donald Trump's narrative that this is a dangerous place.
00:10:25.720 Let's show them how we stand up for each other and stand up for our neighbors.
00:10:29.560 And that's what makes me so proud of Minnesota, right?
00:10:33.980 You listen to that Democratic senator.
00:10:36.040 She now says that's what makes her so proud.
00:10:38.580 Almost all of the protests and demonstrations that we've seen in Minnesota have been peaceful.
00:10:43.300 So she's telling you and admitting,
00:10:45.480 OK, yeah, some of them have gotten completely out of hand,
00:10:48.020 but we're just so proud of all these people that just keep showing up.
00:10:51.960 And we're just so proud that they're out there terrorizing people in church.
00:10:56.920 Democratic Minneapolis City Council member telling this lie about ICE agents.
00:11:04.400 And, again, this goes back to the playbook of dehumanizing and attacking ICE agents,
00:11:10.840 trying to turn them into the bad guys, into the Gestapo. 0.58
00:11:15.020 Remember, you have a mayor and a governor that have not only disparaged ICE agents,
00:11:20.160 but they've said they want a civil war and they can get the F out of their city.
00:11:25.040 Well, now you've got a Democratic Minneapolis City Council member saying this.
00:11:29.860 Every single person in this city understands that this is not here for public safety.
00:11:34.080 Right, Jake?
00:11:34.520 We've had the first murder in the city of Minneapolis was perpetrated by federal agents.
00:11:38.900 If this was about safety, ICE would be out of our city.
00:11:41.360 And so I think we are seeing every single individual from every single corner of walk of life in this city
00:11:46.080 start to understand that this is not about safety and that we are trying to do something here in our city
00:11:51.500 because it's not OK.
00:11:53.180 So to be clear, that is a Democratic City Council member telling a lie to Jake Tapper.
00:11:59.960 Notice how he doesn't say a word to stop him.
00:12:03.220 A disgusting lie to smear ICE agents who are already under attack 0.96
00:12:07.400 while trying to arrest rapists, murderers and pedophiles.
00:12:10.240 This city council member said this was just if this was about safety, ICE would be out of our city.
00:12:20.400 No, ICE is actually doing the job that you refuse to do.
00:12:24.400 Minnesota Democrats are protecting the criminal illegals, 0.88
00:12:28.020 just like the fraudsters who are there that have stolen countless dollars from American taxpayers. 0.85
00:12:34.820 You've got deranged individuals out there, just like Stacey Abrams. 1.00
00:12:39.820 Stacey Abrams, invoking Hitler and Chavez when trying to smear President Trump.
00:12:44.500 This is part of the Democratic Party.
00:12:47.560 Stacey Abrams saying it this way in an interview.
00:12:51.080 Listen carefully to the words she chooses.
00:12:53.920 Economic populism raised up Hitler in Germany.
00:12:57.440 It raised up Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, and we watched it raise up Trump and his regime right here in America.
00:13:04.540 That is Stacey Abrams, invoking Hitler and Chavez when smearing President Trump. 1.00
00:13:11.520 Why is she allowed to say this and get away with it in her own party? 1.00
00:13:15.960 Because they believe it.
00:13:19.120 They are going to continue to advocate and to completely go after Donald Trump and any Republican and ICE agents and law enforcement
00:13:31.300 because they do not want law and order in America.
00:13:36.800 John Ossoff saying this about what is happening in Minnesota.
00:13:41.180 And did he condemn the violence?
00:13:44.160 Does he condemn what's happening with ICE agents?
00:13:46.540 Well, here he is in his own words.
00:13:49.160 I don't know, Pastor, where it is in Scripture that it says deny care to the sick.
00:13:58.480 That it says take from those with the least to give to those with the most.
00:14:07.040 That it says violate the house of worship to hunt down the refugee.
00:14:12.680 Notice he has no problem with hunting down the pastor who they think is connected to law and order.
00:14:18.200 He won't condemn the far left, the anti-ICE mob that targeted a church in St. Paul during service,
00:14:23.960 and instead slanders ICE for arresting criminal illegals.
00:14:28.480 So this is the Democratic Party filled with Marxists, socialists, and communists
00:14:33.540 who wanted to fund all law enforcement and wanted to fund ICE.
00:14:38.780 This is why every election is so important.
00:14:41.360 It's also the reason why so many voted for Donald Trump, because they want law and order.
00:14:46.280 Now, thank goodness Donald Trump is not giving in to the radical left.
00:14:50.420 Instead, he's holding them accountable.
00:14:52.640 And as the left continues to tell you what they believe in, I say one thing.
00:14:57.640 But listen to them.
00:14:59.880 This is what they believe.
00:15:01.940 This is what they want for this country.
00:15:04.540 This is how much they hate law enforcement.
00:15:07.360 When they tell you, believe them.
00:15:10.620 And it's our job to call them out.
