00:03:02.420 Hundreds of Minnesota government workers have now accused the state's leftist radical governor,
00:03:10.000 former VP candidate Tim Walz, of being responsible for the biggest fraud case in the state's history.
00:03:19.660 What is Tim Walz saying about it?
00:03:21.800 Oh, well, he's saying Donald Trump is insane, and he wants his MRI released, which the president did.
00:03:28.860 Now, the statement came from over 400 individuals in the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services employees,
00:03:37.900 and the group claimed that it alerted Governor Tim Walz, the Democrat in charge,
00:03:44.260 to the fraud in the early stages of its discovery, but he allegedly retaliated against the whistleblowers.
00:03:50.660 The statement they put out said this.
00:03:53.480 Tim Walz is 100% responsible for massive fraud in Minnesota.
00:03:57.960 We let Tim Walz know of fraud early on, hoping for a partnership in stopping fraud, but no.

00:04:06.600 Governor Walz systematically retaliated against the whistleblowers using monitoring threats, repression,

00:04:16.400 Instead of partnership, we got the full weight of retaliation by Tim Walz.

00:05:17.520 President Trump has drawn national attention to the scandal amid his crackdown on immigration.
00:05:22.900 Now, again, what I just read you is from the actual New York Times.
00:05:27.060 Not only that, but a damning quote on Tim Walz's failure to stop the fraud consuming Minnesota.
00:05:32.160 Quote, no one was doing anything about the red flags.
00:05:37.600 It was like someone was stealing money from the cookie jar and they kept refilling it.

00:05:46.520 Now, Somalis in Minnesota allegedly took millions and millions and millions of dollars
00:05:51.580 in state Medicaid autism care programs.
00:05:55.320 We talked about this recently on this show.
00:05:58.380 And then they sent it to their native country and its terrorist organizations.
00:06:03.740 Again, something that you knew about weeks ago if you listen to this show.
00:06:08.580 Breitbart News even reported in July that nearly 100 autism clinics in Minnesota
00:06:14.100 were being investigated for fraudulently billing Medicaid
00:06:17.680 for treatment of children supposedly diagnosed with autism.
00:06:21.200 Most of it in connection with the rampantly corrupt Somali community around Minneapolis.
00:06:26.420 But the fraud is far more widespread with far more money involved than was previously reported.
00:06:32.100 All of which has been something that the governor, Tim Walz, knew about.
00:06:39.260 The House Majority Whip, Tom Emmer, a Republican from Minnesota,
00:06:44.000 has since called for an investigation into the millions of taxpayer dollars.

00:06:50.080 Literally going directly to a terrorist group linked to al-Qaeda known as al-Shabaab.

00:07:01.180 state Democrats have continued to support the Somali community.

00:07:10.720 the Minnesota DHS continued criticizing the governor.

00:07:15.360 Fundamentally, Tim Walz is dishonest, lacks ethics and integrity.
00:07:20.080 Has poor leadership abilities and has never taken any accountability for his role in this fraud.
00:07:25.920 Where tax dollars went directly to terrorists.
00:07:29.460 Which brings us to the media halfway covering this.
00:07:33.520 NBC News on Meet the Press had Tim Walz on on Sunday.
00:07:36.960 And I want you to listen to how softball-y they were with him.
00:07:40.700 And how they let Tim Walz, in essence, not answer the question.
00:07:43.640 And somehow go back to attacking Donald Trump when the fraud that has taken place in his state
00:07:50.200 was helping terrorist organizations.
00:07:53.420 Listen carefully.
00:07:54.600 Well, speaking of the Somali community,
00:07:56.920 President Trump is targeting them and your state in part.
00:08:00.860 He's citing fraud as the reason for his crackdown.
00:08:03.480 Dozens of people of East African descent have been charged, convicted, and sentenced
00:08:08.880 for stealing more than a billion dollars in taxpayer money from government programs during COVID.
00:08:15.000 As you know, Governor, that is more than Minnesota spends each year to run its Department of Corrections.
00:08:20.140 So I want to give you a chance to respond to this.
00:08:22.800 Do you take responsibility for failing to stop this fraud in your state?
00:08:27.020 Well, certainly, I take responsibility for putting people in jail.
00:08:30.660 Governors don't get to just talk theoretically.
00:08:33.580 We have to solve problems.
00:08:34.820 And I will note, it's not just Somalis.
00:08:37.380 Minnesota is a generous state.
00:08:38.980 Minnesota is a prosperous state.
00:08:40.340 It's a well-run state.
00:08:41.440 We're AAA bond-rated.
00:08:42.900 But that attracts criminals.
00:08:44.340 Those people are going to jail.
00:08:45.840 We're doing everything we can.
00:08:47.400 But to demonize an entire community on the actions of a few, it's lazy.
00:08:51.840 And as you heard Senator Kelly say,
00:08:54.260 this president has cut a lot of inspector generals.
00:08:56.840 He's cut programs that could help us tackle this on.
00:08:59.860 So we are.
00:09:00.660 We'll take it on.
00:09:01.500 We'll put folks in jail.
00:09:02.460 I don't care what your nationality is.
00:09:04.060 I don't care what your religion is, your color.
00:09:06.260 If you're committing crimes, these are programs that were meant to serve students with autism,
00:09:11.380 to housing, and to making sure people had enough to eat.
00:09:15.500 There's a reason Minnesota ranks as the top, lowest childhood poverty, best place for children to live.
00:09:21.140 People are taking advantage that they're going to prison.
00:09:23.120 That is totally disconnected with demonizing an entire group of people who came here fleeing civil war
00:09:28.880 and created a vibrant community that makes Minnesota and this country better.
00:09:33.140 But that's Donald Trump.
00:09:34.660 Deflect, demonize, come up with no solutions.
00:09:37.000 He's not going to help fix anything on fraud.
00:09:39.620 My God, there's a big difference between fraud and corruption.
00:09:42.260 And corruption is something he knows about.
00:09:44.100 Well, Governor, you notice she didn't interrupt him one time.
00:09:49.840 She let him put out the lies and the propaganda.
00:09:52.420 He talks about people getting arrested when he was the one allowing the money and the whistleblowers were targeted.
00:09:58.400 Four hundred workers have now come out against the governor.

00:10:08.300 He needs the Somali votes.
00:10:10.120 The Democratic Party has sold their soul to the Somali voting bloc in Minnesota.

00:10:21.020 And so he was willing to look the other way while the fraud was happening because he thought it was worth it politically.
00:10:30.460 What's scary is that guy was very close to becoming the vice president of the United States of America.
00:10:35.300 And what's even more damning about what I just told you is the fact that they knew where the money was going.
00:10:42.020 It was going to terrorists.
00:10:44.620 The money was leaving the country.
00:10:47.720 The number of students that had autism in the Somali community was absolutely insane compared to the rest of the world.
00:10:57.780 The statistics show that there was a huge fraud.

00:11:04.040 More than 400 people that also, by the way, knew this was not a political thing.
00:11:10.720 It was clearly a national security issue and an issue of just corruption in a community that the Democrats said, no, no, no, we need them.

00:11:23.500 So here we are, Democrats saying, hey, we actually think somehow you're a bad person, Mr. President.
