00:00:31.900 It says that of the people arrested in Midtown New York,
00:00:39.100 fully 75% of them, 75, three-fourths, are illegal immigrants.
00:00:45.680 It's truly stunning.
00:00:48.180 We're going to break that down because it will make you understand
00:00:51.500 the very real-world consequences of this invasion at our southern border.
00:00:56.000 There's another story out of New York.
00:00:57.880 That is equally stunning, which is the New York Democratic governor
00:01:01.340 had as one of her top officials, her deputy chief of staff, a Chinese spy.
00:01:07.180 A Chinese spy, allegedly, who was just indicted by the Biden Justice Department.
00:01:13.060 The FBI came and searched her house.
00:01:14.940 Her husband was also indicted for being a Chinese spy.
00:01:18.760 This is the number two person in the New York Democratic governor's office.

00:01:24.860 And then finally, a disturbing, a powerful story of the Gold Star families of the 13 servicemen and women
00:01:34.840 who were murdered in Afghanistan during Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's absolutely botched
00:01:42.560 and incompetent withdrawal.
00:01:45.460 They put out statements this week just utterly denouncing Kamala,
00:01:51.160 denouncing her political attack on Donald Trump over Arlington Cemetery.

00:04:27.660 Migrants flooding New York City's justice system, making up to 75% arrests in Midtown
00:04:35.100 as pathetic sanctuary city laws handcuff the police, and even the mayor now is admitting,
00:04:42.440 yeah, we can't do anything to stop this.
00:04:44.560 They own our city now.
00:04:45.800 Well, and this article is so shocking, I think it's worth just going over in some depth,
00:04:53.720 because almost every sentence of it is going to blow you away.
00:04:57.260 So it begins, New York Post, quote,
00:05:00.280 Jefferson Maldonado, a 31-year-old migrant from Ecuador, has been arrested in New York City
00:05:06.980 five times since arriving in the U.S. earlier this year.
00:05:12.260 His latest bust was for stealing a pair of pants and a beer from the Target near Herald Square.
00:05:20.360 Asked why he committed the crime, the migrant thief said, quote,
00:05:25.880 I wanted to change my clothes and think.
00:05:28.600 I wanted to sit down and think about my life, about what to do,
00:05:32.740 because this is not a normal world.
00:05:36.220 He was just one of five migrants in a Manhattan courtroom for arraignment on one night last week.
00:05:44.860 Across New York, recently arrived migrants are flooding the criminal justice system
00:05:51.320 at far higher rates than public officials have acknowledged.
00:05:55.500 Police sources shared with the Post a staggering estimate that as many as 75 percent
00:06:02.960 of the people they've been arresting in midtown Manhattan in recent months
00:06:07.000 for crimes like assault, robbery, and domestic violence are migrants.
00:06:12.240 In parts of Queens, the figure is more than 60 percent, sources there estimate.
00:06:18.940 On any given day, Big Apple criminal court dockets are packed with asylum seekers
00:06:24.860 who have run afoul of the law.
00:06:27.860 The problem is made much worse by sanctuary city laws that mean New York cops
00:06:33.060 aren't allowed to work with ICE on cases in which they believe suspects are in the country illegally.
00:06:39.160 Additionally, the NYPD says it is barred from tracking the immigration status of offenders.
00:06:47.140 This makes it almost impossible for authorities to get their arms around the problem,
00:06:52.500 experts and sources on the ground say.
00:06:55.120 Quote, New York City eliminated a lot of tools to get rid of violent criminals.
00:06:59.940 What a mess.
00:07:01.440 Jim Quinn, a veteran former prosecutor at the Queens District Attorney's Office, told the Post.
00:07:06.560 Quote, the sanctuary city law is pathetic.
00:07:11.020 It's disgusting.
00:07:12.680 It's crazy.
00:07:14.860 Making matters worse, police sources say.
00:07:18.020 Word has gotten out in the shelters about the city's lax bail guidelines,
00:07:21.820 meaning migrants know they're going to get kicked back onto the street quickly after they're nabbed.
00:07:27.920 A city hall spokesman pointed to Mayor Eric Adams' previous calls for the city council
00:07:32.660 to change the sanctuary city's laws.
00:07:35.540 Let me jump in.
00:07:36.600 That's a Democrat mayor begging the city council, please stop making us a sanctuary city.

00:07:45.120 Last week, Adams said, quote,
00:07:47.560 Right now, we don't have the authorization to be able to go and coordinate with ICE.
00:07:52.820 We have to follow the law.
00:07:54.920 The mayor's office also said the city is working with the Midtown Improvement Coalition
00:07:58.760 to better police the neighborhood.
00:08:01.840 An NYPD spokesperson said overall crime is down so far this year compared to last year
00:08:06.800 and added, quote,
00:08:08.420 New Yorkers can count on the NYPD's ongoing vigilance in every neighborhood.
00:08:14.520 Kumbaya.
00:08:15.720 The kumbaya added.
00:08:17.520 However, the spokesperson also noted, quote,
00:08:20.440 Police officers are prohibited from asking about the immigration status of crime victims, witnesses, or suspects,
00:08:28.580 and therefore the NYPD doesn't track data pertaining to immigration statuses.
00:08:33.320 As a result, the only people who have a full understanding of the scale of the problem
00:08:37.960 are the police officers and the court workers who see it day in, day out.
00:08:43.460 Quote,
00:08:45.020 I would say about 75% of the arrests in Midtown Manhattan are migrants,
00:08:51.600 mostly for robberies, assaults, domestic incidents, and selling counterfeit items,
00:08:57.220 a Midtown officer said.
00:08:58.880 He said the figure is an estimate because, quote,
00:09:01.160 You can't be 100% sure they're migrants unless you arrest them in a shelter
00:09:05.040 or they're dumb enough to give you a shelter address.
00:09:07.240 By the way, the shelters means places that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are sending them,
00:09:14.240 deliberately sending in illegal immigrants to New York City.

00:09:24.540 the number of local arrests involving migrants is, quote,

00:10:08.720 Almost every case is a migrant.
00:10:11.400 While many of the crimes are domestic incidents or petty thefts,
00:10:14.880 others are far more heinous,

00:10:19.960 Venezuelan migrant Urelex Daniel Guzman Quintero was arrested in Queens Criminal Court on August 28th,
00:10:29.280 accused of a deplorable act of sexual abuse against his girlfriend in which he choked her and held a knife to her head.
00:10:36.940 Court documents allege it all happened in front of her child.
00:10:42.000 That same day, migrant Dionisio Moran Flores was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court for allegedly raping his five-year-old daughter.
00:10:54.820 He was ordered held on a $150,000 bail.
00:10:59.440 Meanwhile, Tren de Aragua, the vicious Venezuelan prison gang wreaking armed havoc around the country,
00:11:08.440 has set up shop in New York City and is already tied to hundreds of crimes,
00:11:15.520 including the shootings of two NYPD cops who were trying to arrest a member in June.
00:11:21.020 The very same pack of thugs has been arming up to facilitate further terrorizing the city,
00:11:26.400 smuggling guns into city-run shelters and food delivery bags to evade metal detectors.

00:11:32.560 Most of the people we arrest are professionals.
00:11:34.660 These aren't their first crime.
00:11:36.160 Crimes, one law enforcement source said.
00:11:38.800 The cops added that the Biden-Harris administration's lax border policies,
00:11:42.480 combined with sanctuary city laws,
00:11:44.380 have allowed the problem to fester.

00:12:02.980 and are often back on the streets to reoffend as quickly as they were captured.

00:12:19.900 it's impossible to say they entered the country during the massive wave that began in spring of 2022.
00:12:25.560 About 64,000 migrants remain in the city's shelter and social service system.

00:12:34.880 migrant arrest numbers in Queens don't fare much better than for Manhattan.

00:13:11.040 and it seems like City Hall doesn't care about the taxpayers who live and work here.

00:13:16.780 particularly the area along Roosevelt Avenue,
00:13:19.280 has experienced a nearly 22% uptick in crime compared to last year,
00:13:24.000 much of it migrant-related,
00:13:25.840 putting it in the second-worst place for the worst increase of crime citywide,
00:13:31.140 trailing only Central Park in Manhattan.

00:13:36.420 the number of prostitutes have doubled in the last two months.
00:13:39.480 They're starting to act like they are part of the community now.

00:13:43.100 It's like the same people wearing the same outfits.

00:15:33.360 the out of control lawlessness taking root across the city.

00:15:36.700 our justice system is already failing to protect New Yorkers and hold lawbreakers accountable,
00:15:42.260 regardless of where they come from.
00:15:44.960 But now word has gotten out that you can come to New York to commit crimes and attack police
00:15:51.480 officers and be out the next day.
00:15:55.200 That message needs to change in order to keep dangerous people off our city streets.

00:45:25.340 signed it, she is the mother-in-law of Sergeant Nicole LG. She has said that Kamala Harris's
00:45:34.020 behavior shows that she believes, quote, service members are disposable. And it is striking.
00:45:45.240 Here's what she said. She said, quote, I think it shows that she believes our service members are
00:45:51.440 disposable. And that's exactly the feeling that we've got from the White House, is that our heroes,
00:45:57.160 our children, my daughter-in-law, was disposable and replaceable and not important. And I can't live
00:46:07.220 with that. It's not acceptable. Our service members are the most important people in our society.
00:46:14.200 And Nkui, another one of the Gold Star family members, said not hearing from Harris is, quote,
00:46:21.260 just typical, from this whole administration. You know, they want to sweep this under the rug,
00:46:27.860 never talk about it again, never honest. For them to honor and recognize the sacrifice of our children
00:46:34.380 would force them to recognize that there was a mistake. And so they won't bring it up, you know.
00:46:40.320 They'll keep it under the rug. And we're, I'm pretty much used to it, but I'm gonna, I'm gonna fight it,
00:46:45.960 you know. I'm gonna call that out every step of the way. And McCollum added that Harris utterly
00:46:54.980 ignored them, never gave them a call. And here's what McCollum said, quote,
00:46:59.340 complete lack thereof to just abandon the 13, to never reach out, no condolences, no I'm sorry,
00:47:08.520 no explanation, just absolutely ignore us and basically shut us up. She's lacking character.
