00:00:02.540 Guaranteed human.
00:00:04.600 Breaking story from Alpine News Network.

00:00:14.060 His loan was approved and a superhero was sent over
00:00:16.600 to assist John with his business needs. 0.81
00:00:18.900 Her superpower isn't just home equity loans,
00:00:21.560 it's helping people realize their dreams. 0.85
00:00:24.160 She can also run so fast her shoes melt. 1.00
00:00:27.340 Own your home, need a loan? 0.91
00:00:29.200 Alpine Credits can help.
00:00:31.240 Alpine Credits, where homeowners get approved.
00:00:34.580 Hey, I'm Jack Armstrong. He's Joe Getty.
00:00:36.380 We've been trying to figure out how to describe
00:00:38.100 what is Armstrong and Getty on demand for many years.
00:00:40.860 I'm going to give it a shot.
00:00:41.640 So most media is either agenda-driven
00:00:43.920 or they're so shallow
00:00:45.220 and boring
00:00:46.400 don't learn anything anyway.
00:00:48.160 We try to get to the bottom of the stories
00:00:50.060 that are shaping our worlds
00:00:51.180 and help you understand what's actually happening.
00:00:54.140 So give it a try sometime.
00:00:55.400 Entertaining and you learn something?
00:00:56.660 Where do I tune in?
00:00:57.440 Listen to Armstrong and Getty on demand on the iHeartRadio app,
00:01:00.520 Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:01:04.260 The World Cup is over, but if you caught the soccer bug
00:01:06.840 and aren't sure what to do now, check out our podcast, Big Kick Energy.
00:01:10.400 I'm Cameron Dicker, the kicker from the Los Angeles Chargers,
00:01:13.220 and I'm here with Timmy Tillman, current LAFC star player.
00:01:16.660 So, we know a little something about kicking balls.
00:01:19.540 Each week, we'll tackle things like,
00:01:21.300 who's winning the Premier League this year?
00:01:23.260 What do you think is harder, scoring a penalty kick or scoring a field goal?
00:01:26.820 Join us each week for a quick chat with your soccer-loving bros
00:01:30.000 about the best sport in the world.
00:01:31.540 Soccer. Just don't tell my coaches I said that.
00:01:34.440 Listen to Big Kick Energy on the iHeartRadio app,
00:01:37.080 Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen to podcasts.
00:01:40.840 Hey, it's Drew Franklin from NFL Cover Zero.
00:01:43.580 The 2026 season is underway, and we are loving football on TV.
00:01:47.840 Here's what you can expect from the podcast in our second season.
00:01:50.680 I would suggest for these preseason games,
00:01:52.980 I think they should do what they do on the NFL draft. 0.84
00:01:56.960 You know, when coverage of the NFL draft is basically for moms.
00:02:00.000 And they're just like, hey, he has a dog named Spark.
00:02:05.860 Listen to NFL Cover Zero on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:02:12.940 I believe that whoever was in that room and did that was a murderer.
00:02:17.080 A new podcast series, Faultline Haditha, tells the story of a shocking crime and a cover-up at the highest levels of the United States Marine Corps.
00:02:26.040 If you've got five players and you offer immunity to four, you better be right about the fifth.
00:02:30.760 Because if you're not, then you've just given immunity to your killer.
00:02:33.740 Listen to Faultline Haditha on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:02:43.000 Welcome, it is Verdict with Ted Cruz.
00:02:44.940 We can review Ben Ferguson with you and these are the stories that you may have missed that
00:02:49.380 we talked about this week.
00:02:50.720 First up, France is burning and the leadership, Macron especially, is completely silent on
00:02:58.180 what's actually happening.
00:02:59.560 So how did they lose their country and get to this point?
00:03:02.360 We break it down.
00:03:03.840 Next up, a shocking attack on your freedom to work in our federal government to serve
00:03:10.300 the president of the United States of America is a radical left Democratic senator.
00:03:14.940 is now warning young people that your life may be ruined
00:03:18.500 if you go work for President Donald J. Trump and the administration.
00:03:23.420 So is there any pushback or is this a new reality?
00:03:26.620 We break that down as well.
00:03:28.360 And finally, Ilham Omar, if that's actually really even her name,
00:03:32.480 well, is now under even more scrutiny in the investigation against her.
00:03:36.580 So what are the facts?
00:03:38.140 What do we know and what is the next steps?
00:03:41.000 We have that for you as well.
00:03:42.820 It's the Week in Review, and it starts right now.
00:03:46.280 By the way, France leadership is also really shocking right now. 0.96
00:03:49.940 Macron is basically a lame duck. 0.66
00:03:51.880 He's out in, I think, six months or less. 0.98
00:03:54.700 He did an address to the nation, I think it was Sunday night over there,
00:03:59.680 where he was saying,
00:04:00.920 I can't believe that the French people would do this to France.
00:04:05.020 There was an amount of just pathological being tone deaf to reality 1.00
00:04:12.080 instead of calling it out the way that you just did that this is a massive immigration problem
00:04:17.620 islamist problem communist problem he and realizing a lot of the protesters clearly are
00:04:22.940 people that have come into france they were not born in france who he's invited who he has invited 0.97
00:04:28.780 yes and he's raised and welcomed come invade my nation and destroy it and he sits there he goes
00:04:34.880 i can't believe the people of france right the citizens of france would do this to france and
00:04:39.060 i'm like dude if you don't know who's doing this to you which is people again you've invited them
00:04:43.240 in but they're not the people of france the people of france the majority of them are terrified and
00:04:47.700 saddened by what they're watching look that that is exactly right it it turns out the reverse 0.91
00:04:53.240 crusades were really bad idea look you look at the crusades the crusades where a bunch of christians 1.00
00:04:59.680 came in came in and and and invaded invaded the middle east well this is now muslim nations 1.00
00:05:08.100 invading Europe and destroying them, and I want you to listen to, this was a couple of 1.00
00:05:14.620 weeks ago, that a French woman, a French woman named Thais Escoffon, although my French is
00:05:21.940 not very good, she posted this video on Twitter, and I actually retweeted it, Elon Musk retweeted
00:05:29.900 it, it's really powerful, and she's, this is a beautiful French woman who is grieving
00:05:36.440 what is happening to the country she loves and the culture she loves.
00:05:40.720 I want you to give a listen to what she has to say.
00:05:44.680 Hello to all friends of Europeans.
00:05:48.460 I am native French, and I am so ashamed.
00:05:53.860 I'm not ashamed of being French, of course,
00:05:56.440 but I'm so ashamed to see France humiliating itself like this
00:06:00.900 and being dragged through the mud for the full world to see.
00:06:04.320 For more than three days now, you've seen that high school students have been wrecking havoc across France
00:06:11.140 to protest against their overly demanding school schedules, cool things,
00:06:15.920 and the lack of resources in schools to provide them with a better quality of education.
00:06:21.560 Here, for example, you can see high school students protesting against the lack of trash cans in their schools.
00:06:31.200 Here, against the shortage of teachers.
00:06:34.320 And here against student poverty by setting fire to the eco-friendly, anti-racist Nelson Mandela High School, which costed 77 millions to build. 0.58
00:06:50.880 Obviously, you understand that all of this is nothing more than an excuse found by a certain new France to skip school and unleash all their hatred against everything that represents France, the police and even firefighters because they're racists.
00:07:07.940 Meanwhile, Macron remains silent because he has completely lost control.
00:07:12.280 And, you know, I remember when I was in middle school, the 2005 riots in the suburbs were discussed in contemporary history class.
00:07:20.640 But now, immigrants and their descendants are everywhere.
00:07:24.480 They are no longer confined to the suburbs. 1.00
00:07:27.040 Looting and mob violence are becoming increasingly frequent.
00:07:30.880 The Nile case, every PSG match celebration, Black Lives Matter and so on.
00:07:35.840 Not to mention the everyday assaults, murders and rapes committed against our people.
00:07:40.640 It has become so recurrent that no one would even bother keeping track of every riot anymore.
00:07:46.560 It has become almost normal. 1.00
00:07:49.120 Every generation of immigrants hates us more than the one before. 0.99
00:07:53.520 Some of these rioters are 14, 15 years old. 1.00
00:07:57.420 However, they were born here, raised here.
00:08:00.600 So do you really think things are going to get better?
00:08:04.080 We have done everything for them.
00:08:07.000 Everything.
00:08:08.340 Social benefits, anti-racist policies, new schools.
00:08:12.140 And this is how they thank us? 0.97
00:08:13.940 Assimilation is a myth. 1.00
00:08:16.480 We have to stop pretending it is possible to make it work. 1.00
00:08:18.960 anymore. Now they are trying to make us feel sorry for them because one of them lost an eye
00:08:23.740 while attacking police officers. I can tell you that not only will I never shed a single tear
00:08:30.200 for these thugs, but they would deserve for there to be more of them. The question is,
00:08:34.580 how did we ever get to this point? France, like this jewel of European civilization,
00:08:40.160 a country of extraordinary cultural wealth brought to its need by thugs with an IQ of 80,
00:08:46.480 they only understand force and we are too weak we need to get rid of all empathy these people 0.73
00:08:53.980 hate us and would like to see us dead so we will never coexist peacefully it is either them or us
00:09:01.300 so the reasonable and peaceful solution is to send them back to the countries of origin they love so 1.00
00:09:07.820 much please share this video americans westerners europeans and their friends the french are
00:09:14.540 counting on you to shine a light on what the media refused to show about the situation here
00:09:19.660 look at what we have become do not make the same mistakes we did close your borders while you still
00:09:25.940 have time across the world european peoples are facing the same problems we are all in this
00:09:32.400 together and together we will prevail senator you know you listen to this video and then you look
00:09:38.160 at one of the other pictures that has gone viral uh over the last i don't know 12 hours there is a
00:09:43.900 couple in paris where the rioters robbed them they were in their 80s and they left them only
00:09:51.000 in their underwear they stole their clothes they stole all of their belongings and the picture
00:09:56.360 shows the masked men they're all in black they have the hoodies on with two people that are in
00:10:01.680 their 80s i mean an 80 year old they look like they are 80 the man is in his underwear the woman
00:10:06.900 is in her underwear nightgown s type thing they stole everything that they had in the streets and
00:10:13.000 no one stopped them and they're 80. Look this is evil this is violent this is dangerous and and
00:10:22.400 you know the the tragedy is this was invited by the French government it has been invited by 0.98
00:10:28.600 Europe they have welcomed Islamist invaders you know one of the the most profound things that 0.99
00:10:34.440 that young woman said there is each generation of these immigrants hates us more than the one 1.00
00:10:38.880 before them. And we are seeing this, this is not, look, America, we're a country of immigrants,
00:10:46.780 but immigrants who came here to assimilate. One of the things she says also is assimilation is a
00:10:51.320 myth. If you look at particularly the illegal immigrants in America, who Joe Biden and the
00:10:58.120 Democrats invited in, they invited them in to change this country, not to become Americans, 1.00
00:11:03.160 but to fundamentally tear this country down. 0.97
00:11:05.940 You look at the Islamists, whether Abdul El-Sayed or whether Zohran Mondami, 0.98
00:11:12.560 they want to fundamentally change this country and mandate Sharia law and take away our liberties. 0.98
00:11:18.580 That's what is at stake here. 0.99
00:11:21.340 And I got to say, you know, another video that went viral that I want to play right now
00:11:26.160 is a video of another pretty young French woman, although this pretty young French woman is a leftist.
00:11:33.160 and and she originally started joining the protest because as a leftist she's like oh this
00:11:38.380 protesting is great but it so happens that this uh french woman is also her father owns a store
00:11:44.140 and the protesters began looting the store and and the video i'm going to play it's it's it's in
00:11:50.500 french so so ben and i are going to narrate the english translation of what she's saying
00:11:55.400 uh if you can watch the video this is a good one to watch on on youtube because the images are
00:12:00.540 really profound, but I want to play it, and Ben and I, while it's playing, are going to tell you
00:12:06.240 in English what she's saying. Here, give a listen. She starts yelling, stop. Why are you doing this?
00:12:14.180 This isn't the cause. Don't touch me. Stop it, she says. This ain't your store. My father's store.
00:12:22.440 Get some wine, one of the people yells. They're in the store. I'm done shopping, one of them says.
00:12:27.160 their shampoo wants some ice cream. The look of horror on this young woman's face. It's an image
00:12:33.800 that has gone viral. The look of just agony and horror. And the line she said, this isn't the
00:12:40.420 cause. And she says that multiple times. This isn't the cause. This isn't the cause. And by
00:12:44.300 the way, they forcibly push her out of the way. And they're just breaking into the store. They're
00:12:48.840 trashing it. They're taking everything from the store. And these are thieves and criminals. And
00:12:53.100 And you see this young leftist who understands she voted for this.
00:12:57.300 This is what she wanted.
00:12:58.740 These are the people she wanted in France.
00:13:01.840 And you see, look, when the mob comes for you, they turn on even the naive liberals who welcome them in.
00:13:11.860 And it is tragic, but it's also a real warning to America.
00:13:16.440 Yeah, it is.
00:13:16.860 And by the way, the numbers are not just like 10 stores or 20 stores.
00:13:20.120 it is in the thousands they say of stores that have been ransacked looted or attacked uh in all
00:13:26.900 across france i mean when when we say this is widespread and anarchy that is literally what
00:13:32.820 this is it's not in one little area this is in multiple places they're also going after the
00:13:37.340 government buildings historic buildings burning churches i mean there is nothing that is off
00:13:42.520 limits in france right now and understand like the black lives matter riots in the united states
00:13:48.640 like the anti-Semitic protests and riots on college campuses across the country,
00:13:53.940 like the open border riots we had in America.
00:13:57.300 This is not organic. This is funded.
00:14:00.120 Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
00:14:02.820 you can go back and listen to the full podcast from earlier this week.
00:14:07.220 Think you know UPS?
00:14:09.980 Yeah, that's us.
00:14:11.520 But also, ocean, ground, rail, air, all us.
00:14:15.760 Customs cleared, borders cleared.
00:14:17.680 Boom.
00:14:18.460 Us.
00:14:19.200 Intelligent automated warehousing and fulfillment.
00:14:21.840 Us.
00:14:23.560 Yep, healthcare too.
00:14:25.280 Book it, ship it, track it.
00:14:26.720 That's all UPS.
00:14:28.320 Here for you every day, no matter how often you ship.
00:14:32.980 Get started with a shipping discount at ups.com.
00:14:37.440 Hey, I'm Jack Armstrong.
00:14:38.840 He's Joe Getty.
00:14:39.520 We're Armstrong and Getty.
00:14:40.600 We've been trying to figure out how to describe what is Armstrong and Getty on demand for many years.
00:14:45.120 I'm going to give it a shot.
00:14:45.840 So most media is either agenda-driven.
00:14:48.220 So they intentionally leave parts out or they lie to you.
00:14:50.260 Or they're so shallow.
00:14:51.580 And boring.
00:14:52.720 You don't learn anything anyway.
00:14:54.400 We try to get to the bottom of the stories that are shaping our worlds and help you understand what's actually happening.
00:15:00.400 The Armstrong and Getty Show, practically perfect in every way.
00:15:03.500 Yeah, I really like you guys' show. I've been listening for over 10 years.
00:15:06.680 And I'll always be an avid listener and better informed for it. 0.63
00:15:09.700 The show is a collection of silly, serious, and irreverent musings of the day.
00:15:13.880 It's hilariously balanced with more than just a pinch of sarcasm.
00:15:18.600 Whether it's on the left or the right, 0.99
00:15:20.260 if somebody does something or says something stupid, 0.99
00:15:23.020 they're going to call it out, and I love that. 0.99
00:15:25.120 I love it.
00:15:25.840 Keep up the great work.
00:15:26.660 I'm rocking with A&G.
00:15:27.800 So give it a try sometime.
00:15:28.940 Entertaining and you learn something?
00:15:30.220 Where do I tune in?
00:15:31.020 Listen to Armstrong and Getty on demand on the iHeartRadio app,
00:15:34.080 Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:15:37.060 The World Cup is over, but if you caught the soccer bug
00:15:39.320 and aren't sure what to do now, check out our podcast, Big Kick Energy.
00:15:42.620 I'm Cameron Dicker, the kicker from the Los Angeles Chargers, most accurate kicker in NFL history.
00:15:47.640 But I was raised on the soccer pitches of Shanghai.
00:15:50.360 And I'm here with Timmy Tillman, LAFC star, grew up in the academies of Germany, and now under the bright lights of Major League Soccer.
00:15:57.100 So, we know a little something about kicking balls.
00:16:00.080 Maybe you're new to the game, or you're ready to take your passion to the next level.
00:16:03.920 Each week, we'll tackle things like, who's winning the Premier League this year?
00:16:07.700 Playing like a number 10. Do you know what that means?
00:16:10.840 Then we go over to France.
00:16:12.560 Ligue 1.
00:16:13.320 Ligue 1.
00:16:14.180 Ligue 1? 1.00
00:16:14.860 Oh, damn. 1.00
00:16:15.700 He knows more. 1.00
00:16:16.320 He's better than me.
00:16:17.160 What do you think is harder?
00:16:18.720 Scoring a penalty kick or scoring a field goal?
00:16:20.800 He's in the NFL and I'm like, just a big fat guy.
00:16:22.860 That's crazy.
00:16:24.260 Join us each week for a quick chat with your soccer-loving bros about the best sport in the world.
00:16:28.700 Soccer.
00:16:29.340 Just don't tell my coaches I said that.
00:16:31.400 Listen to Big Kick Energy on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen to podcasts.
00:16:39.360 Football's back.
00:16:40.600 Hey, it's Drew Franklin from NFL Cover Zero.
00:16:43.180 Enjoy the NFL season while listening to NFL Cover Zero.
00:16:46.420 We have storylines, predictions, and lots of silliness.
00:16:49.360 Here's what you can expect from the podcast in our second season.
00:16:52.380 When you meet people and you say your job's a sports announcer,
00:16:56.220 it's always interesting to see what the first thing they say is.
00:16:59.740 I did have one of the more difficult questions, though.
00:17:03.860 He sits next to me and he sees I'm on my computer and he goes,
00:17:08.740 big sports fan and I was like yeah actually
00:17:11.080 and he goes
00:17:12.360 what do you think about my Jaguars this year
00:17:14.460 I realized like no one's ever asked
00:17:17.000 me that question ever
00:17:18.580 about anything and I
00:17:21.000 was like
00:17:21.780 Duval
00:17:22.860 listen to NFL Cover Zero on the iHeartRadio
00:17:27.240 app, Apple Podcasts or wherever
00:17:28.920 you get your podcasts
00:17:30.220 a shocking
00:17:35.080 crime and a cover up at the
00:17:37.140 highest levels of the United States Marine Corps. Someone opened the door and was the primary
00:17:42.700 shooter. Is it possible you could do that and then suppress the memory? A new podcast series,
00:17:47.580 Faultline Haditha, tells the story the United States government wants to keep buried. How can
00:17:53.300 you not know there were women and children in there? Are you going to tell us here that you 0.96
00:17:57.100 don't know what happened that day? Based on thousands of pages of previously classified
00:18:01.500 documents and over 100 hours of secretly filmed video, the truth about one of the most infamous
00:18:08.200 crimes in Marine Corps history can finally be told. If you've got five players and one of them
00:18:14.260 is guilty of murder at least, and you offer immunity to the other four, you better be right
00:18:19.080 about the fifth. Because if you're not, then you've just given immunity to your killer.
00:18:23.120 Listen to Faultline Haditha on the iHeartRadio app,
00:18:26.900 Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:18:31.500 now on to story number two yeah amen to that i want to move from that story to one that's very
00:18:39.640 different and that deals with one of your colleagues from michigan uh saying this at
00:18:46.340 the university of chicago campus warning conservatives young conservatives you do not
00:18:53.460 want to go work in the trump administration because if you do it could have lasting effects
00:18:58.080 on your life. Here she is at the University of Chicago, their political institute. And one of
00:19:03.880 your colleagues said this. So that's what I'm saying. I want to look at these signature cases
00:19:08.520 and not just focus on the president, but on the people who enabled him. I want young people coming
00:19:14.780 out of school to say, should I go work for the Trump administration? Like, that sounds fun. I
00:19:18.820 might get an opportunity. I want them to be like, Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of
00:19:24.720 problems that i don't want and so let me avoid participating in that i want that deterrence 0.79
00:19:30.780 message let's be clear what she's saying senator she's saying i want to weaponize the government
00:19:36.200 to break people i want to financially ruin and destroy people that go work for donald trump
00:19:41.780 i want good people to be afraid to work anywhere in this administration serving their their fellow
00:19:48.640 man in our government and you better say to yourself this is not a good opportunity for me
00:19:54.140 to go work for the president of the United States of America.
00:19:56.060 This is an opportunity that could land me in jail or bankrupt or indicted or worse, apparently.
00:20:03.020 Well, unfortunately, nothing you're saying there is hyperbole.
00:20:06.820 None of that is an exaggeration.
00:20:08.420 You know, Alyssa Slotkin is a freshman senator. 0.99
00:20:10.940 She was newly elected from Michigan. 1.00
00:20:12.580 She's a Democrat.
00:20:13.980 And she styles herself a moderate.
00:20:16.320 She tells the voters, oh, I'm a moderate.
00:20:18.120 I'm a reasonable middle-of-the-road Democrat.
00:20:21.060 She is not.
00:20:22.560 This is powerful evidence.
00:20:23.860 Now, Alyssa Slotkin is also actively campaigning for Abdul El-Sayed, who is—he, along with James Tallarico, are the two most dangerous and radical Senate candidates in the country.
00:20:35.580 And Alyssa Slotkin is happily and enthusiastically supporting El-Sayed.
00:20:40.120 What she is saying here is openly weaponizing the federal government.
00:20:48.040 And understand, she's not saying if someone commits a criminal offense, we're going to prosecute them.
00:20:53.460 that's actually a reasonable statement. That's a statement I agree with. If you commit a criminal
00:20:56.920 offense, you should be prosecuted regardless of your party. She's saying, no, I want us to go
00:21:02.820 after young people. She is targeting kids. She's targeting 21, 22-year-old kids fresh out of
00:21:08.640 college. And she's saying, if you go take a job in the federal government, when the Democrats get
00:21:15.000 in power, we're going to come after you. And by the way, what 21, 22-year-old can defend themselves
00:21:20.680 against a prosecution, against civil liability.
00:21:23.720 I mean, you want to talk about bankrupting kids, and she's very open about it.
00:21:27.540 She wants to deter, she wants college graduates to say,
00:21:30.600 you know what, I'm not going to work for the federal government
00:21:33.600 because the Democrats are going to inflict so much pain.
00:21:41.500 Look at her quote.
00:21:43.900 I want young people coming out of school to say,
00:21:47.680 should I go work for the Trump administration?
00:21:50.680 Like, that sounds fun.
00:21:52.440 I might get an opportunity.
00:21:54.100 I want them to be like, Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don't want.
00:22:00.040 So let me avoid participating in that.
00:22:03.120 I want that deterrence message.
00:22:05.400 She's not suggesting anyone committed any crime, did anything wrong.
00:22:08.360 She's just saying, if you go work for them, we are going to punish you.
00:22:13.100 We are going to abuse you. 0.97
00:22:14.440 We are going to use the power of the government to crush you. 0.99
00:22:17.440 I'm going to be honest.
00:22:18.580 I don't know. I don't know anyone else who's made a threat like this. Law professor Jonathan Turley rightly criticized the remarks. He said that she had, quote, said the quiet part out loud. And I think that's right.
00:22:37.500 but but it is it is really open and direct and and look barack obama began the practice of
00:22:48.220 weaponizing the federal government and successfully weaponizing the federal government and and what
00:22:52.800 richard nixon had tried to do when nixon tried to use the federal government to go after his
00:22:58.760 political opponents the system worked and it actually resisted his effort to politicize
00:23:03.840 the federal government well what Nixon tried to do Barack Obama succeeded in doing he look Lois
00:23:11.380 Lerner used the IRS to target conservatives to go after conservatives people people who did things
00:23:17.140 like defended the constitution they made the constitution a key word that if you spoke out
00:23:23.140 in favor of the constitution they would target and persecute you and by the way Lois Lerner was
00:23:28.780 held in contempt of Congress she repeatedly pleaded the fifth and it was open weaponization
00:23:34.380 what Nixon tried to do Obama succeeded in doing and then Biden made it even worse you remember
00:23:40.520 his attorney general Merrick Garland wrote a memo to the FBI directing the FBI to target parents
00:23:48.060 who exercise their first amendment rights and go to school boards and to target them
00:23:52.440 as domestic terrorists again this was weaponization because they didn't want parents
00:23:57.940 speaking out on behalf of their kids. Slotkin is taking it further. We're going to go after kids.
00:24:04.140 And it is a sign of just how radical today's Democrat Party is.
00:24:10.280 When you look at what she said there, how many of your colleagues on the left probably agree
00:24:14.900 with her, just are not willing to say that, as you mentioned earlier, as you're quoting there,
00:24:20.100 the silent part out loud?
00:24:22.060 look i don't know of a single one of my democrat colleagues who's disagreed with her if there has
00:24:29.820 been even one democrat senator who has said alissa was wrong we should not be persecuting
00:24:36.440 kids fresh out of college go work for the federal government if they've said it i haven't seen it
00:24:40.340 and look most of them wouldn't say that out loud but you know what during barack obama not a single
00:24:48.500 Democrat senator spoke up and said this is wrong. During Joe Biden, not a single Democrat senator
00:24:53.600 spoke up and said this is wrong. When Donald Trump was indicted, not once, not twice, not three times,
00:24:58.800 but four separate times, not even one Democrat senator spoke up and said this is wrong. When
00:25:05.300 Democrat judges ordered that Trump be removed from the ballot so the voters couldn't vote for him,
00:25:12.160 not a single Democrat senator spoke up and said this is wrong. By the way, those decisions were
00:25:16.400 reversed unanimously by the u.s supreme court and yet every single senate democrat was silent
00:25:23.380 and and listen as radical as they were under obama as even more radical as they became under biden
00:25:33.880 if the democrats if these democrats get power again they will make us long for the days of
00:25:41.720 obama and biden they are so filled with rage listen alissa slotkin is not perceived as one
00:25:51.100 of the more left-wing members of the senate now her voting record is essentially is but she at 0.99
00:25:56.400 least likes to hold herself out as a moderate and she's perfectly happy saying let's persecute the 0.87
00:26:03.140 kids let's punish them let's abuse government power because we hate the other party that is
00:26:11.580 a really, really dangerous threshold
00:26:13.460 to cross. As before, if
00:26:15.540 you want to hear the rest of this conversation
00:26:17.240 on this topic, you can go back and download
00:26:19.620 the podcast from earlier this week to

00:26:56.000 We're Armstrong and Getty.
00:26:57.120 We've been trying to figure out how to describe what is Armstrong and Getty on demand for many years.
00:27:01.600 I'm going to give it a shot.
00:27:02.560 So, most media is either agenda-driven...
00:27:04.680 So they intentionally leave parts out or they lie to you?
00:27:06.780 Or they're so shallow...
00:27:08.100 And boring!
00:27:09.060 You don't learn anything anyway.
00:27:10.940 We try to get to the bottom of the stories that are shaping our world
00:27:13.920 and help you understand what's actually happening.

00:27:23.200 I'll always be an avid listener and better informed for it.
00:27:26.220 The show is a collection of silly, serious, and irreverent musings of the day.
00:27:30.800 Hilariously balanced with more than just a pinch of sarcasm.
00:27:35.040 Whether it's on the left or the right, if somebody does something 0.99
00:27:37.940 or says something stupid, they're going to call it out. 0.99
00:27:40.640 And I love that. 1.00
00:27:41.700 I love it.
00:27:42.340 Keep up the great work.

00:28:15.880 I did have one of the more difficult questions, though.
00:28:20.060 He sits next to me, and he sees I'm on my computer,
00:28:24.460 and he goes, big sports fan.
00:28:26.220 And I was like, yeah, actually.
00:28:27.760 And he goes, what do you think about my Jaguars this year?
00:28:30.660 I realized, like, no one's ever asked me that question ever about anything.
00:28:36.320 And I was like, Duval.

00:29:27.260 Ligue 1?
00:29:27.780 Ligue 1.
00:29:28.660 He knows more. He's better than me.
00:29:30.220 What do you think is harder, scoring a penalty kick or scoring a field goal?
00:29:33.880 He's in the NFL, and I'm like, just a big fact that I do enough.
00:29:36.480 That's crazy.

00:30:12.180 Are you going to tell us here that you don't know what happened that day?

00:30:46.460 i want to get back to the big story number three of the week you may have missed
00:30:54.740 all right senator i want to get back uh to again one of the really interesting stories of the week
00:30:59.900 dealt with uh one of the members of the squad one of the most radical leftists in congress
00:31:06.180 alam omar that might not even be her real name uh and yeah so we don't know exactly how old she is
00:31:13.300 We don't know what her name is, and we're not sure if she did or didn't apparently possibly marry her brother. 0.91
00:31:18.780 And we know that she's under a major investigation.
00:31:24.700 Well, in this past week, the Department of Justice executed a search warrant on Ilhan Omar's home.
00:31:32.380 She is a congresswoman from Minnesota. 0.99
00:31:34.240 She is one of the most radical, noxious, Marxist, Islamist, leftist members of Congress there is.
00:31:44.320 There have long been allegations and concerns that she committed immigration fraud.
00:31:51.460 She was born in Somalia, grew up in Somalia, came to the United States as a minor.
00:31:56.180 The bases for immigration fraud are threefold.
00:31:59.240 number one her father came he got a green card she said on her application that she was 17 at
00:32:09.540 the time he got a green card under immigration laws if she was 17 she was entitled to a green
00:32:14.720 card to become a citizen herself is she if she was 18 she was not and so question number one
00:32:22.220 was how old was she when she applied to be a citizen. There have been ongoing allegations
00:32:29.600 that she lied about her age, that she was 18 and she lied about it and said she was 17. That's
00:32:34.600 claim number one. A sect claim deals with her name, and I'm going to read from you a story
00:32:42.600 from the New York Post. Ilhan Omar is not the Minnesota Congresswoman's real name.
00:32:49.340 sources. Janine Pirro moved to keep the search warrant sealed as DNA, passport, and phone were
00:32:56.280 seized in an October 12th raid. And here's what the New York Post writes. Ilhan Omar is not the
00:33:03.100 real name of the Minnesota congresswoman, Fox Digital News has learned. Her real name is Ilhan
00:33:09.480 Noor Saeed Elmi, which for the record is pretty different from Omar. According to two people
00:33:18.060 familiar with the ongoing investigation into the Somali-born congresswoman, including a law
00:33:23.500 enforcement source. And if proven in court that Omar has lived her, quote, entire life under an
00:33:30.980 alias, a former Minnesota federal immigration judge tells Fox News Digital that every single
00:33:38.640 form she ever filled out could be, quote, called into question. On Wednesday, U.S. District Attorney
00:33:45.700 for the District of Columbia, and actually that's not District Attorney, that's U.S. Attorney for
00:33:49.920 the District of Columbia, Janine Pirro, filed a motion seeking to prevent the federal search
00:33:55.400 warrant for the Congresswoman's home from being unsealed, which was requested by several media
00:34:00.520 outlets. The motion says the federal government has not yet finished executing the search warrant
00:34:05.520 and that it shouldn't be unsealed yet. Before the court of three applications to unseal ex-party
00:34:12.600 materials and proceedings related to a federal search warrant for the personal residence in the
00:34:17.040 District of Columbia of Congresswoman Ilhan Noor Saeed Elmi, aka Ilhan Abdullahi Omar. The motion
00:34:26.580 begins. That's not her real name, one real source said when asked why the motion used the aka Ilhan
00:34:33.340 Abdullahi Omar language. After publication, a spokesperson from Omar's office provided a
00:34:40.300 statement to Fox News Digital disputing the report. Quote, this is completely false. Ilhan Omar has a
00:34:46.480 real name, the spokesperson said, followed by an attack on Fox News. Now, those are the two claims,
00:34:53.420 but the claim that has been most persistent of immigration fraud was not that she lied about
00:34:59.340 her age, although that's a real dispute, and it was not even that she lied about her name, although
00:35:05.460 though that is apparently a dispute now as well. The biggest allegation against Ilhan Omar
00:35:11.620 is that her brother wanted to become a U.S. citizen. And to help him become a U.S. citizen,
00:35:19.340 Ilhan Omar married her brother. And because if a foreign national marries a U.S. citizen,
00:35:26.700 you can get that foreign national green card, the act of marrying her brother helped her brother
00:35:31.820 become a U.S. citizen. Now, that is a serious allegation of immigration fraud. If it was
00:35:37.580 demonstrated, it would be a criminal offense. It could potentially support her denaturalization, 1.00
00:35:43.620 the removal of her U.S. citizenship, and it could support her deportation. So it is serious. Now,
00:35:49.460 Democrats are freaking out. How dare you hold Ilhan Omar to account? I want you to listen.
00:35:55.920 So she did an interview on MSNOW, what used to be MSNBC, with Chris Hayes, very liberal host, smart guy, but very liberal host.
00:36:05.020 And he asked her about, okay, look, was your first husband your brother?
00:36:10.380 Now, by the way, was your first husband your brother?
00:36:13.940 That ought to be a real easy answer, like hell no, is what most normal people would say.
00:36:20.120 Give a listen to what Ilhan Omar said, and mind you, this is from a left-wing host on MSNOW.
00:36:25.920 Who was this man that was your husband? When did they start saying that he was your brother? Why?
00:36:32.640 It started with a Somali blog that I don't know if it still exists, but somebody put in there that, you know, that he had to have been my brother or something to that effect.
00:36:44.600 You were not related to him at all.
