00:00:14.060 His loan was approved and a superhero was sent over
00:00:16.600 to assist John with his business needs. 0.81

00:00:34.580 Hey, I'm Jack Armstrong. He's Joe Getty.
00:00:36.380 We've been trying to figure out how to describe
00:00:38.100 what is Armstrong and Getty on demand for many years.
00:00:40.860 I'm going to give it a shot.
00:00:41.640 So most media is either agenda-driven
00:00:43.920 or they're so shallow
00:00:45.220 and boring
00:00:46.400 don't learn anything anyway.
00:00:48.160 We try to get to the bottom of the stories
00:00:50.060 that are shaping our worlds
00:00:51.180 and help you understand what's actually happening.
00:00:54.140 So give it a try sometime.
00:00:55.400 Entertaining and you learn something?

00:01:12.400 Here's what you can expect from the podcast in our second season.
00:01:15.280 I would suggest for these preseason games,
00:01:17.600 I think they should do what they do on the NFL draft. 0.87
00:01:21.500 You know, when coverage of the NFL draft is basically for moms,
00:01:24.320 And they're just like, hey, he has a dog named Spark.
00:01:30.420 Listen to NFL Cover Zero on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

00:01:49.460 So, we know a little something about kicking balls.
00:01:52.360 Each week, we'll tackle things like
00:01:53.960 who's winning the Premier League this year?
00:01:56.100 What do you think is harder,
00:01:57.740 scoring a penalty kick or scoring a field goal?
00:01:59.960 Join us each week for a quick chat
00:02:01.700 with your soccer-loving bros

00:02:13.020 I believe that whoever was in that room
00:02:15.580 and did that was a murderer.
00:02:17.060 A new podcast series, Faultline Haditha,
00:02:19.880 tells the story of a shocking crime and a cover-up at the highest levels of the United
00:02:24.860 States Marine Corps. If you've got five players and you offer immunity to four, you better be
00:02:29.440 right about the fifth, because if you're not, then you've just given immunity to your color.
00:02:33.780 Listen to Fault Line Haditha on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your
00:02:39.580 podcasts. Welcome. It is Vertical Center Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you. It's so nice to

00:03:01.680 days a week so do that again wherever you get your podcast plus you can say hey siri alexa play
00:03:06.260 verdict with ted cruz it will do that for you as well all right center we got a lot to talk about
00:03:11.340 and the midterms are less than two weeks away now early voting has started for a large portion of
00:03:18.600 the audience that's listening right now and you are barnstorming the the entire country
00:03:23.820 and i want to get your reaction to several different things including enthusiasm that
00:03:30.480 you're seeing out there well we're in the final stretch we are in early voting in a great many
00:03:36.800 states including texas we are just over a week away from election day so this is it
00:03:42.220 across the country there are eight to ten senate seats that are basically tied that are within the
00:03:50.380 margin of error now we could have a really good night a really bad night or somewhere in between
00:03:56.360 that all eight to ten of these seats are within a couple of points and and so listen what i am
00:04:03.480 doing is I'm spending every waking moment fighting to keep the Senate, ideally to grow our majority
00:04:10.380 in the Senate, and to keep the House and grow our majority in the House. And so a couple of days ago,
00:04:15.880 I was in Alaska. We did four rallies in Alaska. We covered 1,100 miles in 24 hours. And by the
00:04:24.880 way, Alaska, you've been to Alaska. It's extraordinary beauty, massive mountains. The
00:04:30.460 wildlife is incredible what what i love the most though about alaska is the people the people in
00:04:35.920 alaska have this this passionate independence and love for freedom there's a lot of similarity
00:04:43.780 between alaskans and texans and and i will say the way you campaign all over alaska is you get in
00:04:49.740 this tiny little prop plane um i've got a member of my staff is a great guy's terrific and dear
00:04:56.400 friend but he's a really nervous flyer he doesn't like flying he doesn't like flying in a big jet
00:05:02.960 and we're in this little prop plane he really doesn't like puddle jumpers is what you're telling
00:05:07.360 me so i'm saying this prop plane like like the roof of it was held together literally by duct
00:05:14.900 tape yeah now as a texan i think duct tape can fix just about anything but but i will tell you
00:05:21.160 bet and you'll appreciate this you know this guy i'm not going to name him but he's a great guy
00:05:24.640 who's a critical part of my political team.
00:05:28.500 The way I try to help him through this,
00:05:32.420 because he's literally white-knuckled and grabbing the seats
00:05:35.700 and sweating, and he's got this whole playlist
00:05:38.740 that he puts on his headphones,
00:05:40.340 and he has a series of songs to calm himself.
00:05:43.300 Oh, yeah.
00:05:44.120 And actually, what I do is I just, I kid him.
00:05:51.380 I make fun of him.
00:05:52.160 That's not in a mean-spirited way.
00:05:54.640 But I just crack jokes, and he's, like, trying to be, like, tough for me.
00:06:00.420 Yeah. 0.99
00:06:00.760 But it ends up, to be honest, I mean, I'm sure, like, there are going to be lefty people listening to this podcast and say, oh, what a jerk. 0.98
00:06:07.320 You're, like, making fun of your staffer who's scared. 0.97
00:06:11.260 But, frankly, he starts laughing, and I make him talk, and I get him, like, and it relaxes him.
00:06:17.300 And he ends up, he's not gripping the chairs because he's laughing so hard.
00:06:21.120 and you know i mean i you know sort of make fun if he needs like a little pink hat like the
00:06:26.980 protesters uh in dc you know if he's gonna you know you know and and and so alaska was a couple
00:06:35.800 of days ago the next week in a couple of days uh my current travel plan i'm gonna be in georgia
00:06:44.960 i'm going to be in north carolina south carolina michigan kansas iowa uh i'm going to be in
00:06:55.100 california to do bill maher so i'm doing bill maher in about a week which will be great yeah
00:06:59.440 by the way you had a great time with him last time bill maher is awesome but like i gotta say he is
00:07:04.920 he has really changed significantly i i i actually enjoy seeing his commentaries come out every week
00:07:11.100 now so ironically i don't think he's changed much at all i think he's an old school liberal
00:07:15.860 what has changed is the world around him so he's an old liberal and and and but he believes in
00:07:23.920 things like free speech yeah uh he does not believe having radical islamic terrorists running 0.94
00:07:29.820 around america is a good thing and his party's gone so crazy he he does actually he is actually 0.92
00:07:36.580 aware there's a difference between men and women and boys and girls all of those positions make 0.91
00:07:41.940 him a heretic in his party because his party's gone bat crap crazy and look i did bill maher
00:07:50.280 uh last year it was really fun i i've retweeted bill maher's monologues and and and commentaries 0.66
00:07:58.360 i don't know at least a dozen times i don't know who's more terrified about how much bill and i
00:08:03.880 agree him or me i think both of us are a little sort of disconcerted by the fact that we're on
00:08:09.440 the same page but i think the reason is the democrat party's gone to crazy town and and so
00:08:15.160 and then i'm also going to be i think i'm doing four or five events with ken paxton all over the
00:08:21.100 state of texas really fighting to drive up turnout president trump is coming back to texas he's doing
00:08:27.600 rallies in both lubbock and corpus christi i'm going to join the president of air force one
00:08:32.280 come to the rallies with him so I'm doing everything I can to drive turnout in Texas as
00:08:37.380 well but but listen every one of these races is incredibly close and incredibly competitive
00:08:43.920 it really is uh incredibly competitive and I want to get more into to what this means for
00:08:49.800 voter turnout and what people need to do but before we get to that I want to talk to you about
00:08:54.240 Americans United for Life your daughter or your granddaughter could be having an abortion in her
00:08:59.640 bedroom or bathroom and you may never even know it. That is how dramatically abortion has changed
00:09:06.220 in America. Today, abortion pills can be sent through the mail and taken at home far from an
00:09:11.500 abortion facility and often behind closed doors. According to Guttmacher Institute, chemical
00:09:17.460 abortions accounted for roughly two-thirds of abortions in America in 2023. Abortion facilities
00:09:23.660 have not simply disappeared from our communities. For many women and girls, it has moved from the
00:09:29.120 abortion facility into their homes even more alarming access to abortion pills can create
00:09:35.200 opportunities for abusers to pressure coerce or even force women into abortions against their will
00:09:41.240 americans unite for life is working through law policy education and advocacy to protect women
00:09:48.800 and girls from these exact issues stop the dangerous distribution of abortion drugs and
00:09:54.880 defend human life. This work takes people like you. So please support Americans United for Life 0.93

00:10:18.140 slash verdict. All right, Senator, before I get into state by state, I think it's really important
00:10:23.540 because people want to know where we are and where we are in different states.
00:10:26.640 I want to get your overall thoughts.
00:10:28.140 There was a lot of chatter online about people that were debating over,
00:10:31.820 is it a good idea to vote early or not?
00:10:33.780 I used to just love going on Election Day.
00:10:36.120 I like that excitement.
00:10:37.220 I have changed.
00:10:38.080 I'm now an early vote guy.
00:10:39.740 What are your thoughts?
00:10:41.240 Look, it varies state by state.
00:10:43.540 I will say in Texas, early voting is quite easy.
00:10:47.820 So we have two weeks of early voting.
00:10:49.800 It's in-person early voting.
00:10:50.940 So you go to the poll place and you cast a vote.
00:10:53.740 And I always vote early because in Texas, the lines are much shorter.
00:10:58.520 You can usually vote pretty quickly.
00:11:01.360 You can usually vote in just a few minutes.
00:11:04.680 I will say I've already voted this year and the lines were really quite long.
00:11:10.580 But look, I think getting your vote in early, if you can do it, is worth it because that
00:11:16.800 then gives you time to try to get other people to vote.
00:11:19.140 And this is really a turnout election.
00:11:20.940 and so anything you can do to turn other people out, that's good, too.
00:11:26.080 There are a lot of people that are worried,
00:11:27.880 a lot of people that are looking at every state that's up in play right now.
00:11:31.300 There's some states where usually Republicans win.
00:11:33.360 You're going, wait, what's happening?
00:11:34.600 There's other states where Democrats usually win.
00:11:36.280 You're going, hold on, some of those are in play.
00:11:38.340 So let's take a moment, go state by state,
00:11:40.460 and give a rundown of where we are at the moment.
00:11:45.200 So let me start with defense.
00:11:47.280 In the Senate, Republican seats right now that we're defending,
00:11:50.940 And there are a bunch of them that are vulnerable.
00:11:52.840 As I mentioned, there are eight to ten seats that are basically tied.
00:11:55.700 They're within the margin of error.
00:11:56.840 So they're somewhere between plus three and minus three.
00:12:00.760 And so they could go either way.
00:12:03.600 The single most vulnerable Republican seat we have right now is North Carolina.
00:12:08.300 Tom Tillis is the senator from North Carolina.
00:12:11.580 He is retiring.
00:12:13.320 Michael Watley is running.
00:12:14.380 I like Michael.
00:12:15.060 He was the head of the RNC.
00:12:16.360 I'm going to be headed to North Carolina to campaign with Michael.
00:12:19.360 So I want him to win.
00:12:20.940 But the poll numbers are rough in North Carolina.
00:12:23.620 And that's of all the Republican, currently held Republican seats, North Carolina has the roughest poll numbers.
00:12:31.800 And so I'm going to be on the ground.
00:12:33.680 I'm going to be fighting for him.
00:12:34.780 I want him to win.
00:12:36.360 But the Democrats recruited Roy Cooper, relatively popular Democrat governor, perceived as somewhat moderate.
00:12:45.960 Cooper's a strong candidate.
00:12:48.040 Whatley has not been elected statewide.
00:12:49.680 And so that race is challenging. By the way, Cooper's greatest vulnerability is as governor,
00:12:55.860 he pardoned and paroled a number of violent criminals, murderers, and many of them went
00:13:00.660 out and committed serious crimes. I think that's probably the single best hit on him, that he
00:13:06.460 released violent criminals that endangered the people of North Carolina. But in terms of where
00:13:13.160 we're vulnerable, that's clearly the top of the list. After that, other states I'm worried about.
00:13:19.180 Ohio I'm very worried about. John Husted, my colleague, is a good guy. He is in a vicious
00:13:25.520 fight with Sherrod Brown. Sherrod Brown had been the Democrat senator from Ohio. You know, Ohio
00:13:30.700 used to be a, it was initially a purple state, then it was a reliably red state. It is right now,
00:13:37.160 this is a very close and hotly contested race. There's hundreds of millions of dollars that have
00:13:42.640 been spent on this race. I very much hope that Houston wins, but it could go either way. There's
00:13:51.120 also a very hotly contested gubernatorial race with Vivek Ramaswamy. We could win them both,
00:13:57.700 we could lose them both, but Ohio is a challenge. Next state that's a challenge is Alaska.
00:14:03.120 That's why I was in Alaska just a couple of days ago. Alaska, there are several factors
00:14:08.700 that make it close one is alaska foolishly adopted something called rank choice voting
00:14:15.040 so the voters will have four names on the ballot they won't just have two it won't just be a
00:14:20.840 democrat republican four names and the way it works it's just the top four finishers in the
00:14:25.720 primary and the democrats are much better at political game playing than republicans are
00:14:32.140 yeah so in the in the senate race on the ballot there are three republicans and one democrat
00:14:39.100 now by the way that makes it easier for the democrat to win when you got three republicans
00:14:43.620 in the governor's race in alaska there are three republicans and one democrat now there used to be
00:14:50.620 two democrats two republicans and then chuck schumer and the democrats got one of the
00:14:57.040 democrats to drop out because they wanted to make it in balance there's a second factor that makes
00:15:01.940 alaska particularly problematic which is the democrats recruited a guy named dan sullivan
00:15:08.000 now the incumbent senator dan sullivan is a really close friend of mine dan is one of my
00:15:12.360 very closest friends in the senate he's a great guy he's a marine he's a did just i mean he and
00:15:17.900 i spent a lot of time together and and i've campaigned for dan every time he's run for
00:15:22.260 senate i campaigned for him in 2014 when he's first elected i campaigned again for him in 2020
00:15:26.540 when he was reelected and i just got back from campaigning uh for him now there are six human
00:15:33.800 beings in the state of alaska named dan sullivan who are not the current incumbent senator the
00:15:39.040 democrats found one of the six and propped him up as a candidate so the ballot is literally going
00:15:44.940 to have two people that say dan sullivan republican dan sullivan so how do you know
00:15:49.980 which one is with fake okay so so the real one is dan s sullivan and it does say incumbent okay so
00:15:59.640 the word incumbent is important but understand what the democrats did they recruited this guy
00:16:05.380 and do you know who drafted the press release of the fake dan sullivan's campaign yeah by the way
00:16:12.880 this is the most amazing part of this whole story keep going and tell everybody
00:16:15.660 it's the political consultant for the democrat mary patola's campaign so literally it's drafted
00:16:24.120 by the democrats this is this is completely do you know that fake dan was also a donor
00:16:30.940 to the democrat mary patola he's given money to her and his daughter works for a democratic
00:16:37.720 congresswoman in washington state so this guy is a democrat who's pretending to be a republican
00:16:43.540 and understand the cynicism of chuck schumer and the democrats they're counting on alaskans to come
00:16:51.160 in and some percentage of alaskans to say you know i like dan sullivan he's been a really good senator
00:16:55.700 he's a good guy i want to vote for him and some chunk of the voters will get confused and vote
00:17:00.760 for fake dan instead of real dan and they don't need a lot of them they need two three four percent
00:17:06.020 who get confused and with ranked choice voting if they end up voting particularly if they bullet
00:17:12.260 vote they only vote for fake fake dan when fake dan doesn't win their votes get thrown out and
00:17:17.880 they could literally elect a democrat even though more than half of the voters wanted the republican
00:17:24.200 dan sullivan because the democrats are so cynical they have so little respect for democracy they
00:17:30.640 want to deceive and and steal the votes from the voters of alaska yeah it is incredible to see it
00:17:38.160 happening there and like you said in the way that you're describing it in a very very very real way
00:17:42.800 uh and and i think that is one of the things as you said the ranked choice voting it's actually
00:17:47.760 by the way on the ballot to get rid of it at the same time as well yep yeah so vote yes on on
00:17:53.660 ballot proposition two to get rid of ranked choice voting all right so i'm worried about north
00:17:57.980 carolina i'm worried about ohio i'm worried about alaska i'm worried about texas texas is a tie
00:18:02.660 right now it is a dead heat if you're in texas come out and vote please please please and get
00:18:07.480 others to come out and vote. I'm worried about Maine. Susan Collins is an incredibly effective
00:18:12.460 politician. She outkicks her coverage routinely, but Maine is a very blue state and they do not 0.97
00:18:19.220 like Donald Trump. I'm worried about Kansas. Kansas is a rough race right now. There are a
00:18:24.920 lot of farmers who are unhappy. That's neck and neck. I think Roger Marshall will win. I'm going
00:18:28.540 to campaign for him. I'm worried about Iowa. I'm going to be campaigning in Iowa. Ashley Hinson
00:18:33.880 is a great candidate, but that is a close race. And then we also have some pickup opportunities
00:18:40.340 that I'll mention and discuss in a moment. All right, I want to take a moment and talk to you
00:18:44.580 real quick about how you can have a massive impact on someone's life who's in desperate need.
00:18:50.280 Because if you're going to change someone's life, you want to know that it actually lasts. That's
00:18:54.480 one of the main reasons why I'm so excited to tell you about Compassion International.
00:18:59.840 They have become one of the most trusted child development ministries in the world.
00:19:04.520 Now, independent research shows children sponsored through compassion stay in school longer.
00:19:10.340 They're 40% more likely to graduate high school, which in many poor and impoverished and third world countries, that statistic is incredible.
00:19:18.660 But here's something else.
00:19:20.640 They're 80% more likely to finish college.
00:19:24.100 That's changing someone's life entirely.
00:19:26.700 And all of that is happening because sponsorship isn't just temporary relief
00:19:32.540 At Compassion International, it's a long-term investment through the local church
00:19:37.100 And the local church helps meet the physical needs while sharing the hope of Jesus
00:19:41.880 Now you can do what I did and you can teach your kids, your grandkids
00:19:46.480 How important it is to help people as well
00:19:48.460 You can, for just $43 a month, you can help shape a child's future
00:19:53.740 so sponsor a child today at compassion.com that's compassion.com senator we're breaking down right
00:20:01.900 now obviously uh the elections and and there's some states that you talked about you're worried
00:20:07.220 about and there's other states that we we're going to continue to go through so let's pick it up
00:20:11.220 there so we have four meaningful pickup opportunities that are democrat seats that
00:20:16.580 we have a chance to win the number one on that list is michigan michigan is a democrat seat right
00:20:21.580 now, you've got Abdul Al-Sayed running. I think Abdul Al-Sayed and James Tallarico are the two
00:20:27.460 most radical candidates in the entire country running. I think Michigan is our number one
00:20:32.180 pickup opportunity in the country. I'm going to be in Michigan the next few days. I'm going to
00:20:36.840 campaign. I'm going to barnstorm the state with Mike Rogers, who's the Republican nominee.
00:20:41.480 We've got a real shot at winning Michigan. Now, we might lose. I mean, look, it's not a slam dunk.
00:20:46.260 This race is really close, but if I were to pick one state where we have a pickup, it would be
00:20:52.440 Michigan. It's at the very top of my list because Abdul Al-Sayed is so radical and so dangerous. 0.98
00:20:58.280 The number two state for a Republican pickup is New Hampshire. You got John Sununu running.
00:21:04.580 Sununu is a strong candidate. He's a former senator from New Hampshire. New Hampshire's
00:21:09.100 a state that has voted Republicans, has a Republican governor right now, Kelly Ayotte,
00:21:13.360 my former colleague in the Senate. We could win that, but it is a rough environment. So
00:21:18.980 it is certainly not a given that we win New Hampshire, but New Hampshire,
00:21:22.980 we could win as well. Third, I would say, is Minnesota. Now, some people may say,
00:21:28.960 Minnesota, oh, that's a bunch of blue lefty Democrats. Look, Trump lost Minnesota by one
00:21:34.940 point. Yes, Minneapolis-St. Paul is very blue, but the rest of the state, there are a lot of
00:21:40.360 ag and rural voters there are quite conservative. And Michelle Tafoya, the Republican nominee,
00:21:47.340 has been a very strong nominee. And the Democrat nominee, the lieutenant government, is this woke,
00:21:52.520 hardcore lefty Peggy Flanagan. And you do have the fraud scandal there of $9 billion stolen from
00:22:00.820 Minnesota taxpayers and sent to Somalia, including hundreds of millions sent to al-Shabaab, the
00:22:06.900 radical Islamic terrorist group in Somalia. Right now, the polling, most of the polling shows
00:22:13.680 Tafoya, the Republican, down maybe one or two points. But that's a really close race. And so
00:22:19.180 that could be, Minnesota could be a surprise win on election day. And the final pickup opportunity
00:22:25.620 is Georgia. Georgia ought to be, coming into this election, everyone thought Georgia was going to be 0.97
00:22:31.620 the number one pickup opportunity because it's a red state. I still think Georgia's fundamentally 0.53
00:22:36.380 a red state. John Ossoff is the senator in the Senate who is most out of step with the voters
00:22:44.180 in his state. He votes like Chuck Schumer. He votes hard left. That being said, the polling
00:22:49.500 in Georgia is looking rough. I'm going to go to Georgia and be campaigning. I want us to win
00:22:54.520 Georgia. We could win Georgia, but of the pickup opportunities, it's clearly number four. That
00:23:01.020 being said, if we lose a couple and win a couple, that'd be great. That would keep us the majority.
00:23:04.920 I don't want to lose any, to be clear.
00:23:06.220 I don't want any of my colleagues to go away.
00:23:08.960 And if I could pick two races that I got to pick the outcome for, it would be Texas and
00:23:15.300 Michigan, that I want Ken Paxton and Mike Rogers to win, and especially I want James
00:23:22.680 Tallarico and Abdul Al-Sayed to lose because I think they're both incredibly dangerous
00:23:27.580 radical candidates.
00:23:28.780 By the way, you say that why, and explain that real quick.
00:23:31.800 part of it is a national security issue. It is. So Tallarico is a woke social justice warrior
00:23:39.900 who says God is non-binary. He says there's six different genders. He says we should put a welcome
00:23:45.820 mat on our southern border to welcome illegal immigrants into this country. He says he wants 1.00
00:23:51.040 to, quote, dismantle capitalism. This is who Tallarico is and what he believes. In Michigan,
00:23:58.840 Abdul Al-Sayed I believe has deep and very significant connections to the Muslim Brotherhood
00:24:05.080 and and we did a pod last week if you didn't listen to it you got to go back and listen to
00:24:09.320 last week's pod laying out Abdul Al-Sayed's connections to the Muslim Brotherhood because 0.70
00:24:14.420 I think that they pose an acute security risk now I will say that that actually leads to another
00:24:20.900 the story that we wanted to cover in the pod, which is my deputy chief counsel is a woman named
00:24:29.260 Ariel Azaraj. She's fantastic. She's a lawyer. She's smart. She's principled. She has been 0.73
00:24:35.560 incredibly active in litigating, number one, on behalf of victims of October 7th and the terror 0.60
00:24:42.260 attack that happened in Israel, but also going after the Muslim Brotherhood. You want to talk 0.60
00:24:47.920 about she is a knife fighter in terms of targeting the terrorists and going after and she's on my
00:24:53.820 team a very valuable member of my team she is a graduate from Georgetown Law School and so this
00:24:59.760 past week she was back at Georgetown and gave a speech gave a speech about the Muslim Brotherhood
00:25:05.200 she walked through all of the overwhelming evidence of the terrorist attack the Muslim
00:25:10.060 Brotherhood has put forward their attempts to undermine American democracy their attempts to
00:25:15.860 kill americans and i will say her speech which was a very academic speech it was factually based it
00:25:23.120 was here is the evidence of terrorist activities the response from georgetown so the georgetown 0.98
00:25:30.920 student government in the law school released a resolution attacking her attacking her by name
00:25:40.240 and blasting her and they said that her comments were quote hate speech and islamophobic
00:25:48.340 and they were demanding that the university silence the speech it it it's really tragic
00:25:55.900 to see what what what happened at georgetown and i will say i i i sent a tweet uh that the that i'm
00:26:03.820 just going to read the tweet because i i was really dismayed to see georgetown law school
00:26:09.260 attacking arielle and so here's what i tweeted i'm going to quote georgetown law student government
00:26:17.460 is attacking my deputy chief counsel arielle azarad for detailing the evidence about the
00:26:25.300 Muslim Brotherhood. I'm proud of her for speaking the truth. These woke children expect indoctrination 0.78
00:26:36.780 rather than actual education. Their hysterical declaration contains no facts. Here are the actual
00:26:49.500 facts. The Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization. Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE 1.00
00:27:00.600 have all banned, designated, or imposed restrictions on the Muslim Brotherhood
00:27:07.320 for terrorism. What does it say that Georgetown Law is more embracing a Muslim Brotherhood
00:27:18.720 terrorism than our Arab Middle East nations. Hamas is a Muslim Brotherhood branch and is 0.87
00:27:30.500 responsible for the greatest single-day massacre of Jews since the Holocaust. A federal jury 0.95
00:27:39.600 convicted the Holy Land Foundation
00:27:42.880 and five of its leaders on 108 counts.
00:27:48.500 And the Holy Land Foundation provided $12.4 million
00:27:54.260 in support to Hamas.
00:27:59.100 Federal prosecutors named CARE an unindicted co-conspirator.
00:28:05.200 I chaired a hearing in August in which lead investigators testified about the evidence in that case that included wiretaps, internal memos, and meeting transcripts.
00:28:20.120 Calling evidence quote-unquote hate speech, trying to censor it, and trying to cancel opponents doesn't change facts.
00:28:34.040 And on that note, my staff and I are not going to apologize for educating people about those facts.
00:28:46.360 If Georgetown were doing its job instead of sucking up Qatari money, it would be too.
00:29:00.760 Yeah, that's a great way of putting it.
00:29:02.820 And I wonder, what do you think, will they respond?
00:29:07.460 I don't think they will.
00:29:09.160 I talked to Ariel today.
00:29:11.280 I called her because, look, I mean, she's a lawyer.
00:29:13.700 She's a staffer. 0.95
00:29:14.860 She's not used to being publicly blasted in this way.
00:29:18.280 And I called her today.
00:29:19.260 I just called her and said, hey, how are you doing?
00:29:22.180 And listen, it's tough.
00:29:23.700 I entered this world.
00:29:25.320 I get, you know, 100 people or 1,000 people slamming the crap out of me every day.
00:29:31.080 and that's i made the choice to do this by the way you did too ben you get people attacking you
00:29:35.340 on cnn you you go you're like you've made the decision to enter this she's working in in the
00:29:41.000 senate as staff this is a new thing for her to be blasted blasted and so i just called said hey how 1.00
00:29:46.400 are you doing now this woman she's smart she is savvy she's tough she's a knife fighter she said 0.99
00:29:51.860 i'm doing great and she said i actually view it as a badge of honor and i said look i want you to
00:29:57.000 here ariel i'm proud of you and it is a badge of honor yeah if they're not shooting at you you're
00:30:04.240 not doing much of anything and so you went and spoke the truth and and i said i'm happy to lean
00:30:11.600 in and fight back any way i can because it's but but she's look it is indicative these are the
00:30:19.440 same forces that are trying to prop up abdul al-sayed trying to apologize for the muslim
00:30:24.900 Brotherhood that want to see Islamists take over the Democrat Party. And you know what? We're going
00:30:29.780 to fight back on that. The Democratic Socialists of America won primaries across the country.
00:30:35.540 Next, they're coming for Congress, and they're also coming for you. Now, if they win the midterms,
00:30:40.900 they'll defund the police, reopen our border, and force men into women's sports. Now, you literally 1.00
00:30:46.800 are the last line of defense, and GOPVotes.org is your partner in the fight. So go to GOPVotes.org
00:30:54.820 right now and make a plan to vote early now if you live in the critical senate battleground states
00:31:00.300 of maine or ohio early voting is already underway starting this week now let's be also clear
00:31:06.300 democrats are energized and the stakes have never been higher and we can't afford to have people
00:31:11.580 like aoc and our communist cronies running the show that's why i need you to make a plan to vote
00:31:17.060 early right now go to gopvotes.org to find your polling location vote early and stop the socialist
00:31:25.000 takeover of america paid for by the slf pack not authorized by any candidate or candidates committee
00:31:32.480 all right senator i want to get back uh to again one of the really interesting stories of the week
00:31:37.980 dealt with uh one of the members of the squad one of the most radical leftists in congress alum omar
00:31:45.160 that might not even be her real name uh and yeah so we don't know exactly how old she is we don't
00:31:51.800 know what her name is and we're not sure if she did or didn't apparently possibly marry her brother
00:31:56.480 and we know that she's under a major investigation well in this past week the department of justice
00:32:04.380 executed a search warrant on ilhan omar's home she is a congresswoman from minnesota she is one 0.56
00:32:11.620 of the most radical, noxious, Marxist, Islamist, leftist members of Congress there is. There have
00:32:21.760 long been allegations and concerns that she committed immigration fraud. She was born in
00:32:28.760 Somalia, grew up in Somalia, came to the United States as a minor. The bases for immigration fraud 0.98
00:32:35.080 are threefold. Number one, her father came. He got a green card. She said on her application that 0.78
00:32:45.040 she was 17 at the time he got a green card. Under immigration laws, if she was 17, she was entitled
00:32:50.860 to a green card to become a citizen herself. If she was 18, she was not. And so question number
00:32:58.400 one was how old was she when she applied to be a citizen. There have been ongoing allegations that
00:33:06.560 she lied about her age, that she was 18 and she lied about it and said she was 17. That's claim 0.65
00:33:11.420 number one. A second claim deals with her name, and I'm going to read from you a story from the
00:33:20.680 New York Post. Ilhan Omar is not the Minnesota Congresswoman's real name. Sources. Janine Pirro
00:33:28.880 moved to keep the search warrant sealed as DNA, passport, and phone were seized in an October 12th
00:33:34.480 raid. And here's what the New York Post writes. Ilhan Omar is not the real name of the Minnesota
00:33:41.120 Congresswoman, Fox Digital News has learned. Her real name is Ilhan Noor Saeed Elmi, which for the
00:33:50.980 record is pretty different from Omar. According to two people familiar with the ongoing investigation
00:33:56.380 into the Somali-born Congresswoman, including a law enforcement source, and if proven in court
00:34:03.200 that Omar has lived her, quote, entire life under an alias. A former Minnesota federal immigration
00:34:11.420 judge tells Fox News Digital that every single form she ever filled out could be, quote, called
00:34:18.300 into question. On Wednesday, U.S. District Attorney for the District of Columbia, and actually that's
00:34:24.660 not District Attorney, that's U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Janine Pirro, filed a motion
00:34:29.800 seeking to prevent the federal search warrant for the Congresswoman's home from being unsealed,
00:34:35.000 which was requested by several media outlets.
00:34:38.400 The motion says the federal government has not yet finished executing the search warrant
00:34:42.120 and that it shouldn't be unsealed yet.
00:34:45.900 Before the court are three applications to unseal ex-party materials
00:34:49.760 and proceedings related to a federal search warrant for the personal residence in the District of Columbia
00:34:54.380 of Congresswoman Ilhan Noor Saeed Elmi, a.k.a. Ilhan Abdullahi Omar. The motion begins.
00:35:04.500 That's not her real name, one real source said when asked why the motion used the a.k.a. Ilhan
00:35:09.940 Abdullahi Omar language. After publication, a spokesperson from Omar's office provided a
00:35:16.900 statement to Fox News Digital disputing the report. Quote, this is completely false. Ilhan Omar is a
00:35:23.060 real name the spokesperson said followed by an attack on Fox News. Now those are the two claims
00:35:29.860 but the claim that has been most persistent of immigration fraud was not that she lied about her
00:35:36.080 age although that's a real dispute and it was not even that she lied about her name although that
00:35:42.380 is apparently a dispute now as well. The biggest allegation against Ilhan Omar is that her brother
00:35:50.180 wanted to become a U.S. citizen. And to help him become a U.S. citizen, Ilhan Omar married her
00:35:58.200 brother. And because if a foreign national marries a U.S. citizen, you can get that foreign national
00:36:04.700 green card, the act of marrying her brother helped her brother become a U.S. citizen. Now,
00:36:09.640 that is a serious allegation of immigration fraud. If it was demonstrated, it would be a criminal
00:36:15.520 offense it could potentially support her denaturalization the removal of her u.s citizenship
00:36:21.940 and it could support her deportation so it is serious now democrats are freaking out how dare
00:36:28.080 you hold ilhan omar to account i want you to listen so she did an interview on ms now what
00:36:36.020 used to be msnbc with chris hayes very liberal host smart guy but very liberal host and he asked
00:36:42.600 about okay look was your first husband your brother now by the way was your first husband
00:36:49.800 your brother that ought to be a real easy answer like hell no is what most normal people would say
00:36:56.440 give a listen to what ilhan omar said and mind you this is from a left-wing host on ms now
00:37:02.020 who was this man that was your husband when did they start saying that he was your brother
00:37:07.120 why
00:37:07.980 I started with the Somali blog
00:37:11.560 that I don't know if it still exists
00:37:15.440 but somebody put in there that
00:37:17.000 you know that he had to have been
00:37:19.280 my brother or something to that effect
00:37:21.020 you were not related to him at all
00:37:22.900 not that
00:37:23.380 there's not some weird kernel of truth
00:37:25.660 not to my knowledge
00:37:27.660 not
00:37:29.580 to my knowledge
00:37:31.600 Senator that is not a normal
00:37:34.080 answer let's just be
00:37:35.880 really clear
00:37:36.920 so benjamin ferguson i want to ask you on the record i've never asked this before you're on
00:37:41.960 verdict you're on national you're on national podcast and national radio is anna your sister
00:37:48.280 uh no she is not she is my wife she is not my sister we are not related you're certain
00:37:53.600 i'm you're certain your answer is not not to my knowledge like you may have grown up with her and
00:37:58.700 pulling her hair like your whole childhood like heidi by the way what kind of freak answers let's 0.98
00:38:04.820 just be clear right heidi most definitely is not she's a california girl who married into these 1.00
00:38:12.000 crazy cuban texan like carnivores she's a california vegetarian like like she's most
00:38:19.740 definitely not my sister she's my best friend she's the love of my life but she is most assuredly
00:38:24.420 not my sister who it's amazing how easy it was to answer those i want everyone listening to this
00:38:30.300 question so so look what we have millions of listeners across the country some of y'all are
00:38:37.080 young you're not married yet okay so fine so don't answer this question but but many of you my guess
00:38:41.960 is more than half of our listeners i don't know this because we are our listenership skews young
00:38:47.120 but i'm still going to guess that more than half of our listeners are in fact married
00:38:51.620 i want you to ask yourself if someone asked you is your wife your sister if someone asked you is
00:38:59.540 your husband your brother in what universe would you answer not to my knowledge yeah like is that
00:39:08.680 not a lawyerly weaselly answer and the democrats are freaking out this is weaponization this is
00:39:14.920 persecution they're going after her look let me be clear if she is innocent of these charges then 0.94
00:39:20.720 she should not be prosecuted but if she's guilty if she's committed immigration fraud then she
00:39:27.320 should be held to account everyone should be held to account regardless of their party the democrats

00:40:11.300 happening. So give it a try sometime.
