00:01:54.620 Let me read the first couple of paragraphs because it really is stunning news when you
00:01:58.900 understand, quote, the Biden administration, working urgently to stave off a full-scale
00:02:05.100 Israeli invasion of Rafa, is offering Israel valuable assistance in an effort to persuade
00:02:10.280 it to hold back, including sensitive intelligence to help the Israeli military pinpoint the location
00:02:16.180 of Hamas leaders and find the group's hidden tunnels, according to four people familiar
00:02:23.960 with the U.S. offers.
00:02:25.200 Now, I want you to pause and understand what that means.
00:02:30.780 It means the Biden administration is saying that right now they know where senior Hamas
00:02:38.060 leaders are.
00:02:39.440 And right now they are not telling Israel where the senior Hamas leaders are.
00:02:46.340 That also means that Biden is saying right now the administration knows where Hamas's hidden
00:02:52.380 tunnels are.
00:02:52.980 And right now they are not telling Israel where the hidden tunnels are.
00:02:59.300 Now, I mentioned before that there is a pro-Hamas wing of the administration.

00:06:23.780 This is coming also from The New York Times, Peter Baker, that Biden privately threatened
00:06:29.040 to rethink his support for the war in a private call with Netanyahu back in February.

00:08:43.300 And Biden came in and he immediately began undermining our allies, including Saudi Arabia.
00:08:49.260 And Saudi Arabia still has not joined the Abraham Accords.
00:08:52.300 And I think explain the Abraham Accords to people that may that are listening and may
00:08:55.660 not understand exactly what that means.
00:08:57.000 So the Abraham Accords were historic peace deals that Donald Trump and his administration
00:09:02.820 negotiated.
00:09:03.660 And they were peace deals.
00:09:04.680 They were peace accords between Israel and several Arab countries, between the United Arab
00:09:10.980 Emirates, between Bahrain and Israel.
00:09:14.720 And I was there on the South Lawn of the White House when they were signed into law.
00:09:19.100 And it was you had to go back 40 years for the last time something like this had happened.
00:09:24.840 It had been either with Jordan or with Egypt.
00:09:26.680 And it had been 40 years since we'd seen peace between the Arabs and the Israelis.
00:09:31.500 And we were seeing multiple Arab countries signing normalization accords that were called the Abraham
00:09:37.320 Accords with Israel.
00:09:38.960 Now, I will say it was very sad.
00:09:40.860 When the Abraham Accords were signed, do you know how many Democrat senators showed up with

00:10:39.380 of the embassy in Jerusalem, which, by the way, many, many Democrat senators had claimed
00:10:44.920 they supported for years, the defense they gave is, well, Trump didn't invite us.

00:10:52.660 When they opened, when they were opening the embassy, I said, I'm going.
00:10:57.920 And by the way, let me tell you how it works as a senator.

00:11:30.720 And the point is, the value of being an ally to America when Joe Biden and the feckless Democrats are in charge is much, much less than it used to be.

00:13:36.620 We watched during the Trump presidency the whole Russia, Russia, Russia nonsense, which was totally made up.
00:13:42.100 It was based on Hillary Clinton campaign oppo research, but it became the obsession, number one of the deep state and number two now of the Biden administration.
00:13:52.620 And yet I have no indication that the Department of Justice is doing anything to examine this.
00:13:59.420 I have no indication that the FBI and by the way, the FBI ought to announce they are investigating this.
00:14:04.500 If they were doing it, they shouldn't keep it a secret.
00:14:06.760 They should make absolutely clear that what is happening on these campuses is deeply concerning and they're going to get to the bottom of who's funding it.

00:14:16.100 And I don't believe they will because many of the funders, in addition to being the Chinese communists, the Cuban communists, many of the funders are also the top funders for the Democrat Party.
00:14:26.800 And this Department of Justice operates as an adjunct to the White House.
00:14:32.020 It is a Democrat enforcement bureau, which means I don't think they're going to go after the top funders of the Democrat Party because, you know, what their objective is to reelect Joe Biden.
00:14:41.860 And so stopping foreign communist governments from fomenting dissent, protecting Jewish students on campus, preventing our universities from being ripped apart, preventing airports from being shut down, preventing freeways from being shut down.

00:15:03.540 And so I don't believe the Biden administration is going to do a damn thing.
00:15:07.060 You mentioned something that we talked about, and it jogged my memory from, it may have been two or three episodes ago, where we were talking about it was very clear that the same people in this country that are funding Joe Biden's reelect for president are the exact same people that are funding the campus rioters.

00:18:44.040 And I will say parents, particularly parents with high school and college-age kids, it's a really hard choice.
00:18:50.340 My view has long been that a kid should go to the best school they can get into.

00:22:10.840 He has been funding the president's son's legal battles now for almost half a decade.
00:22:17.040 His, quote, close friend, Kevin Morris, who said,

00:22:25.020 He's said to have loaned Hunter Biden more than $6 million.

00:23:08.060 So the headline in the Daily Mail, which broke the story, is Hunter Biden's sugar brother, Kevin Morris, quote, tapped out of cash after funding President Sun's legal battles for almost five years.

00:23:25.140 Hollywood lawyer and Hunter Biden's sugar brother, Kevin Morris, is said to be tapped out of cash after financially supporting Hunter's legal battles over the last four and a half years to the tune of $6 million.
00:23:38.620 Let me ask you, do you have any friends that are good enough friends that you give them $6 million?
00:23:42.580 No, and not only that, I love how the money apparently is supposed to be paid back after the election.
00:23:48.940 The Daily Mail continues, the withdrawal of financial support for the president's son comes at the worst possible time for Hunter, with two trials looming, which could end up seeing him serve jail time.
00:23:59.000 I got to say, this is striking.
00:24:04.500 Nobody seemed to care.
00:24:05.960 The press didn't seem to care that there was this lawyer in California funding Joe Biden's son's legal defense up until this stage.
00:24:14.560 But the fact that he is bailing out, I got to tell you that there is the old phrase, the rats are running from the ship.
00:24:22.860 That starts to suggest that's exactly what happened here.

00:24:26.260 Yeah, quid pro quo, you got to have somebody that can hook you up on the end of it.
00:24:29.960 And if Joe Biden's out of office, what's the point of keeping your money flowing to this, to Hunter Biden?
00:24:35.400 This could be major, could mean major complications also for Hunter Biden's legal defense.
00:24:41.780 Can that be used as a delay tactic, is my question.

00:24:56.140 They quickly developed a close friendship just as Hunter was trying to get his life on track and stay sober.
00:25:02.600 At the time, Morris helped him get safe housing.
00:25:05.820 He was dubbed Hunter's sugar brother after he agreed to loan the first son or reported $2.8 million to pay off his tax debts and joined his legal team amidst criminal and congressional investigations.
00:25:18.780 But now, after four and a half years of shouldering the financial burden, having loaned him more than $6.5 million, Morris is no longer willing to foot the bill.
00:25:30.920 Where does he get the money now?
00:25:33.060 I'm going to guess it's probably going to be from some of his foreign businesses or, hey, maybe it's some really nice artwork that'll go for more than a half a million dollars.

00:28:01.020 It is a request that was filed to find out about the nationalities of people on the terror watch list that have been arrested by Border Patrol in recent years.
00:28:11.720 The CBP now says they will not turn over the data, citing privacy and law enforcement sensitivity exemptions,
00:28:20.120 saying that, yeah, deal with it.
00:28:22.040 We're not giving you the intel on how many people have come across the southern border that are on the terrorist watch list and what nations they're coming from.
00:28:29.480 Well, this is the third story we're covering today that deals with Biden cover-ups.
00:28:35.420 That's the unifying theme behind all these stories.
00:28:38.820 In this instance, they're covering up the likely terrorists and the criminal threats that are crossing into this border illegally through Joe Biden and the Democrats' open borders.

00:28:53.180 And Bill Malugian, as you know, is the heroic, the fantastic reporter for Fox News who's done more reporting on the border than I think any reporter in the whole country.

00:29:06.460 Six-plus months ago, I filed a FOIA request with CBP, seeking the nationalities of people on the terror watch list arrested by Border Patrol in recent years.

00:29:26.000 The privacy interests of the individuals in the records you have requested outweigh any minimal public interest in disclosure of the information.

00:30:15.740 But they then go on to cite exemptions that have nothing to do with what I requested, including medical files, phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, dates of birth, etc.

00:30:29.080 And they even cite an exemption regarding, quote,
00:30:32.900 Records which could be reasonably expected to endanger the life or physical safety of any individual.
00:30:38.080 I disagree with CBP's withholdings of this data based on exemptions that have nothing to do with my FOIA request.
00:30:46.880 And I will be appealing immediately.
00:30:49.540 Let me ask you something, Ben.
00:30:51.560 What is Joe Biden, this administration and the Democrats?

00:32:02.520 I assume, based on their refusal to do so, that the country list is really damning, that they're from countries that are dangerous, that have lots of terrorists who want to kill us.

00:32:17.720 It reminds me of, you remember, and we talked about this, we did a whole podcast on this, when the data broke about the hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants that Joe Biden had flown into America, flown into cities all over America.
00:32:31.840 And the Biden administration refused to disclose which cities, and they claimed it was national security information.
00:32:41.800 They wouldn't release it.
00:32:43.720 Ultimately, we got that information.

00:32:48.580 They were overwhelmingly cities in Florida and Texas, which is not surprising, given this administration is so political.
00:32:55.300 They're trying to do everything they can to screw Florida and Texas, but their claim that it was a national security risk to release those cities was a lie.

00:33:12.140 I hope through litigation or political pressure we can get the information, but Joe Biden and the administration are counting on that they can stonewall until at least the election.
