00:01:00.860We're also going to talk about the stunning news that the Biden-Harris administration is engaged in a 180-degree reversal, about-face, and full-speed sprint in the opposite direction.
00:01:13.280On our last pod, we highlighted the shocking decision for the Biden-Harris administration to give a sweetheart deal to the mastermind of 9-11 and take the death penalty off the table.
00:01:25.860That podcast generated a ton of attention, a ton of noise and news.
00:01:30.820And in the aftermath of it, Biden-Harris reversed, and they reversed the decision.
00:01:35.640We're going to break that down as well.
00:01:37.300And in the same principle, we must be close to an election because the Biden administration also halted their program that has been flying in over 300,000 illegal immigrants a year directly from foreign countries into the United States.
00:01:51.960You and I have talked about that a lot on this podcast, highlighting the abuses that have come from it.
00:01:56.800Well, just this week, the Biden administration decided they really, really, really want Kamala Harris to win.
00:02:02.760So they're reversing their policies and desperately hoping nobody will notice.
00:02:07.200Yeah, they are working 24-7 with the media on that one, and we're going to break it down.
00:02:11.660Let me tell you real quick also about a really cool company called Patriot Mobile.
00:02:15.420Americans like me are just tired, and you probably are as well.
00:02:18.780You're tired and frustrated by a stalling economy, inflation, endless wars, and the relentless assaults on our values.
00:02:27.440Thankfully, there are companies like Patriot Mobile that still believe in America and our Constitution.
00:02:33.960Now, I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile because they're on the front lines fighting for our First and Second Amendment rights.
00:02:39.940They're sitting there every day, spending time actively fighting for the sanctity of life.
00:02:45.120And they stand with our military and our first responder heroes and our wounded warriors.
00:02:50.740They take a stand for conservative causes, and they put America first.
00:02:54.960And they want you to stand with them as they fight back against liberal, woke companies.
00:03:00.440When you switch to Patriot Mobile, that's exactly what you're doing.
00:03:04.460Not only do you get the same nationwide coverage as the big providers, but Patriot Mobile does something else that's incredible.
00:03:11.480They take about 5% of your bill every month, and they give it back to conservative causes that you stand with proudly.
00:03:19.400It's also incredible coverage you get.
00:03:22.180Yes, you're going to be on all three major network tower systems, so you don't have to worry.
00:03:26.900In fact, they now have a service coverage guarantee.
00:03:31.780They have a 100% U.S.-based customer service team that will find you the best plan for your needs and many times save you real money.
00:03:38.120Plus, you keep your same number, keep your same phone, or upgrade to a new one.
00:03:42.200And I want to give you a free month when you use the offer code VERDICT.
00:03:46.500Just go to PatriotMobile.com slash VERDICT.
00:06:31.180And in this event, he wins $0 and he's crying up there as he's getting the gold medal and the national anthem is played.
00:06:40.180And I absolutely love watching the passion, whether it's that or even when you saw Novak Djokovic win the goal and just fall to his knees crying.
00:06:48.400Because he knows at the end of his career, he's not playing this for the money.
00:06:53.720He's grabbing his daughter and he's crying.
00:06:55.920And that's what I love about the Olympics is because it's just so authentic.
00:06:59.800It's incredible to watch athletes do what they love for their countries.
00:07:05.080Well, you know, and Ben, I'm still holding out belief that if only Ben Ferguson were playing, we would have 20 golds because we would have won the tennis and you'd have beaten Djokovic.
00:08:01.680There is a back and forth between different associations.
00:08:04.380So the International Boxing Association is who conducts the Women's World Boxing Championship.
00:08:10.800And they're the ones that conducted this test.
00:08:13.640And right now they're fighting back and forth between the International Olympic Committee and the International Boxing Association with the IOC attacking the IBA and back and forth.
00:08:26.960The IBA used to run boxing, and apparently it lost that right about five years ago, but over unrelated issues.
00:08:35.340And again, according to The New York Times, the IOC, the International Olympics Committee, which is in charge of the boxing now, how do they figure out who's a dude and who's a woman?
00:08:45.800Well, according to The New York Times, the IOC, quote, primarily relies on passports, along with other official national documentation and medical clearances to distinguish men's and women's divisions in boxing and many other sports.
00:08:58.340Some sports have additional requirements.
00:09:01.500And here's what The New York Times explains.
00:09:04.600Khalif and Lynn are competing after they were disqualified from the 2023 Women's Boxing World Championships.
00:09:10.740At those championships, they failed in what the International Boxing Association, IBA, characterized as gender eligibility tests.
00:09:19.060But written details of those tests have not been officially released.
00:09:22.020But apparently what the what the IBA says is that IBA president Umar Kremlev said that Khalif and Lynn both had X and Y chromosomes.
00:09:35.860And based on the DNA test, he said it was proven that they have X, Y chromosomes.
00:09:41.040And so, look, I got to say, just watching the video, I don't think there's anyone in the world who's watched the video or seen the picture that doesn't immediately have a reaction of, wait, why is that guy beating up that woman?
00:09:58.560And when this really lit up was the opening bout between Khalif and Angela Carini of Italy, and that fight lasted just 46 seconds.
00:10:13.800And Carif punched Carini in the face what appeared to be really, really hard.
00:11:00.120Not only are you not allowed to point it out, but I think it's also shocking to see how the media has handled this.
00:11:05.640I mean, you have a woman who quits her Olympic dream, does a press conference talking about she's fighting for her father who has passed away and is crying because her dream of being an Olympic champion is ruined because she said she'd never been hit so hard in her entire life.
00:11:22.400And yet the media just downplays this to act like it's not happening.
00:11:26.900We must celebrate this this, you know, LGBTQI plus plus plus agenda that that if you say that you are a woman, we must accept you as a woman, even if we know that you are a man.
00:11:40.860Well, and it's, you know, it's sad, Karini, after crying and saying it's not fair, the global backlash was such that Karini, a day later, apologized and backtracked.
00:11:56.280And I got to say, the pressure, I don't know if sponsors pulled out, I don't know what the pressure was that it came down on Karini.
00:12:02.280But it really was, you know, you see this with with some regularity when you have, say, a man competing in women's sports and track or swimming and the biological male prevails and the women who are facing really unfair, unfair treatment often are afraid to speak out because they get ostracized.
00:12:22.780They get demonized. They get called a bigot for saying the the crazy concept that that women's sports should involve women, like that there are differences between men and women.
00:12:34.400And and and it's it is striking now where we stand, which which is that both of these these boxers are still in the race.
00:13:07.760And so you've got of the boxers in in semifinals.
00:13:12.620Now, the two of them are in different weight classes, but you've got two who've been excluded from international boxing
00:13:18.780for testing positive, having X, Y chromosomes and not being women.
00:13:24.300And yet it looks like at least one and maybe both will take home medals as as being among the best women in the world.
00:13:32.120What is it going to take for there to be a real correction here?
00:13:36.180Does it take women saying we refuse to compete and just give up or forfeit every time they're up against someone claiming to be a woman that clearly isn't?
00:13:47.660Is it women walking off the field at colleges where they're being forced to run against men, for example, in track and field where where men are beating women?
00:13:56.040You look at Riley Gaines, for example, and you've spent time with her.
00:14:22.640And yet the media online, she gets violent protesters who threaten her physically, threaten her safety, threaten her life, all because she spoke out and said it is not fair that a biological male was competing.
00:14:38.060And she ended up tying with a biological male.
00:14:43.360And yet they gave the award to the biological male essentially because of politics.
00:14:47.160And she's also given really disturbing testimony about how, you know, in the locker room, the women swimmers were made to shower with and change with biological males who were fully intact.
00:15:01.000And by the way, these are college swimmers.
00:15:03.020So these are 17, 18, 19 year old young women sitting there with naked men with with with full equipment right next to them.
00:15:11.200And I got to say that that is it's not fair and it's not right.
00:15:15.340And it is it is woke politics run amok.
00:15:20.320And yet virtually every Democrat, Joe Biden supports this.
00:15:25.960Just about every Democrat in the Senate supports this.
00:15:28.260Just about every Democrat in the House supports it.
00:15:30.200When we force votes on the simple proposition that women should compete in women's sports, the Democrats line up straight party line against it.
00:17:21.420But it's not fair the other way around where you have a biological male taking advantage of body mass and strength and lung capacity.
00:17:30.360Just just fundamental differences, especially in sports like like like swimming or like boxing or powerlifting where the differentials are massive.
00:17:44.720If you look at something like like track, where the time of high school boys track runners beats world class women, because just men and women are constructed differently.
00:17:58.740And if you want to see girls sports, if you want to see women's sports thrive, and I do as the father of two daughters, I think it's fantastic that it's unfair to have biological males competing in something like boxing.
00:18:11.460You know what? We're going to see someone get killed eventually.
00:18:46.340And it's something we're going to have to keep fighting on.
00:18:48.100It's something we're going to keep fighting and keep fighting and keep fighting and never accept this insanity.
00:18:53.460And it may take a long time to win this battle.
00:18:55.980By the way, and to be clear, someone who's been heroic on this is Martina Navratilova, who's, you know, one of the best women tennis players ever to play the game.
00:19:04.260Truly phenomenal. And she said it is wildly unfair that that men and women are constructed differently.
00:19:32.840Want to tell you about Blackout Coffee.
00:19:34.580The world is a crazy place with a lot of crazy companies that have gone woke.
00:19:40.300And in the coffee space, my oh my, you want to talk about some liberal leaders?
00:19:45.460There are a bunch of coffee brands that are as woke as they get.
00:19:49.780In fact, they've been some of the most woke companies at the beginning of this entire world we're seeing now with company ideology going hardcore left.
00:19:58.660Well, when I wake up every morning to get on the radio at 7 a.m., I got to start my day with a cup of coffee.
00:21:17.720Promo code verdict for 20% off your first order.
00:21:21.560Senator, I want to move to a victory and I think we should, well, give our listeners a lot of credit for this victory.
00:21:29.780We do this show to give information and then to get people in the game.
00:21:35.080And last week, we gave everyone that listens to the show the information and then the call to action to get in the game and fight back against giving this plea deal to the 9-11 terrorists, including the mastermind, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
00:21:56.480And then the media, because of people listening to the show that posted that podcast all over the country, all over social media, there was like a massive backlash to the point where the defense secretary had to revoke the plea deal.
00:22:13.960This is an incredible victory for verdict listeners and for the country, most importantly.
00:22:20.760And I got to say, this is one of those times when I'm really glad we do this podcast.
00:22:24.660I'm glad you and I take the time, but I'm glad for all of our listeners who put in time, who listen faithfully, who are engaged.
00:22:32.340This is an example of really the power of the verdict listeners, of y'all engaging.
00:22:38.500So Friday's pod, our last podcast, the lead story, we spent over half of the podcast focused on this outrageous development that the Biden administration had decided to cut a sweetheart plea deal with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two other terrorists.
00:22:54.660And Guantanamo and to take the death penalty off the table.
00:22:57.880And then we went through how firefighters were outraged.
00:23:14.340Corrine Jean-Pierre said, oh, we had no role in this.
00:23:16.800Jake Sullivan, the national security advisor, said we had no role in this.
00:23:20.060And we explained how all of that was a lie, that the reason this had happened was because Joe Biden and Kamala Harris had said as an objective, a political objective, that they want to close Guantanamo Bay.
00:23:34.460They want to close the detention facilities by the end of this year.
00:23:37.760And to do that, they cut this deal in order to facilitate that political objective.
00:23:57.860Look, a big part of the reason you and I do this podcast is to equip our listeners with the facts, with the information, with the knowledge, to go and fight to turn things around.
00:24:08.040Well, after Friday's pod, y'all were outraged.
00:24:21.540Late Friday afternoon, the New York Times reported, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Friday overruled the overseer of the war court at Guantanamo Bay and revoked a plea agreement reached earlier this week with the accused mastermind of the September 11th.
00:24:38.0402001 attacks and two alleged accomplices, accomplices.
00:24:41.800The overseer, retired Brigadier General Susan Key Escalier, signed a pre-trial agreement on Wednesday with Mr. Muhammad, with Waleed bin Atash and with Mustafa al-Hasawi that exchanged guilty pleas for sentences of at most life in prison.
00:25:00.840In taking away the authority, Mr. Austin assumed direct oversight of the case and canceled the agreement, effectively reinstating it as a death penalty case.
00:25:11.180He left Ms. Escalier in the role of oversight of Guantanamo's other cases.
00:25:26.800They could stop it immediately, and then the Biden administration did stop it immediately, not because they wanted to do the right thing, but because the political pushback, the outrage was so great that they were a little bit like Scooby-Doo going,
00:25:41.000and they turned around and ran the other way.
00:25:43.160This is sad, by the way, that we were so right on this, and we said this was solely a political decision.
00:26:44.080They didn't care about the victims of 9-11.
00:26:46.480They didn't care about the loved ones.
00:26:48.500They didn't care about the men and women that signed up for our country and gave the ultimate sacrifice trying to track down Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
00:26:54.820And they didn't care that they were sparing the life of the 9-11 terrorists.
00:26:58.840They just said, damn it, it's something we want to put on our list.
00:27:11.100The New York Times story that broke this story actually quoted from a number of the victims' families that you and I quoted in our Friday podcast.
00:27:17.740But this time they were celebrating the outcome.
00:27:19.920So, for example, Terry Strada, whose husband, Tom Strada, a bond broker, was killed at the World Trade Center, said, quote,
00:27:26.720And then another, Kathleen Vigiano, who's a former police officer whose New York police detective husband, Joseph, and firefighter brother-in-law, John, were both killed at the World Trade Center, said, thank God.
00:27:52.640And she went on to say she had long been eager for a September 11th trial to answer questions about, quote, how this was planned and who knew what.
00:28:00.900And she called the announcement a gift for the family, which was celebrating the 84th birthday of her husband and brother-in-law's mother, Jeanette Vigiano.
00:28:09.160It was a great birthday present for her.
00:28:12.520And I will say it was a great birthday present, not just for the families, but for everyone in America who was outraged by 9-11 and who wants to see justice and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed face the ultimate penalty.
00:28:27.460That's the right thing to have happen.
00:28:29.680And, look, I think the listeners of Verdict played a significant role in making that happen.
00:28:38.180I'm worried this is just a pause until after, yeah, until after Election Day.
00:28:43.920And if hypothetically Kamala Harris wins, Democrats will probably go right back and undo what they just did after they don't have to worry about it being a political issue months away from a presidential election cycle.
00:28:56.760Am I too jaded or is that a real possibility as well?
00:29:03.320I would put the odds of that at 100.00 percent.
00:29:06.820In other words, if, God forbid, Kamala Harris wins, and you and I are both praying that does not happen.
00:29:13.460But if Kamala Harris wins, I would put the odds at 100% that in the next four years we will see a plea deal with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
00:29:22.040We'll see it early in the administration rather than late.
00:29:25.400The reason they reversed, I believe, is because we're now less than 100 days away from Election Day, and they said, oh, crap, this is a really bad thing to be doing within three months of the election.
00:29:34.820Next year, look, the only way, if you want to prevent this from happening, the only way to do that is reelect Donald Trump.
00:29:57.680It's going to be an issue, and I still think it should be brought up, what they tried to do with the public backlash.
00:30:02.700And I hope that Republican candidates all over the country make sure they remind people of what their plan was and how important it is that people stand up for what they believe in.
00:30:11.680I've got to say to Verdict listeners, thank you guys for getting involved in this one, for sharing this podcast on social media like you did,
00:30:20.200because it clearly went viral and had a major impact, I think, on this reversal of this decision that was significant.
00:30:27.420And most importantly, this was such an important victory for those that were victims of 9-11,
00:30:36.560those that signed up to fight for this country that are hurt by these terrorists,
00:30:39.920and for the family members that, damn it, they deserve closure, and it's been way too long that this guy's been alive.
00:30:46.700And there's no end in sight for them, which is also its own form of hell for these individuals that have been affected by 9-11 so many years ago.
00:30:58.300It was a year ago that we did a story when the first inklings began to break that the Biden-Harris administration was thinking of cutting this deal,
00:31:07.240and they sent notifications to the victims' families, and almost nobody was covering it.
00:31:11.640We did a podcast about a year ago on it, and it was interesting.
00:31:14.400That podcast also went viral, and you saw the Biden-Harris administration back off.
00:31:19.660So this is twice on this topic where I think verdict listeners have played a real role a year ago in delaying the decision,
00:31:27.180and then just on Friday in reversing the decision because of the enormous backlash that y'all played a big role in.
00:31:34.560Canadian women are looking for more, more out of themselves, their businesses, their elected leaders, and the world around them.
00:31:41.620And that's why we're thrilled to introduce the Honest Talk podcast.
00:33:28.720Now, this program, and you and I have talked about this program multiple times on this podcast,
00:33:33.840was a program where they weren't simply taking people that were apprehended on the southern border and letting them go,
00:33:39.380although they're doing that by the millions.
00:33:40.840They were actually flying them from their home countries directly into America.
00:33:46.960And this program was focused on four countries, Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.
00:33:53.200And under this program, up to 30,000 nationals a month, Biden and Harris were flying in from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.
00:34:01.720And, by the way, we focused on, and I've talked multiple times about, one of those instances involved a Haitian national that flew in under this program from Haiti to Boston.
00:34:13.200In Boston, they released this illegal immigrant.
00:34:16.760He turned around and raped a 15-year-old girl with severe mental disabilities.
00:34:23.440He was arrested for raping this 15-year-old girl.
00:34:27.660Just a couple of weeks ago, he was released from jail on bond.
00:34:41.560And understand, this wasn't someone who had crossed the border and escaped.
00:34:45.460This is someone that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris said, you know, we need to fly this guy from Haiti to commit these kind of crimes here.
00:34:52.160And, by the way, another of the countries included in this is Venezuela.
00:34:55.400We have talked about, I believe, Maduro in Venezuela is very deliberately, systematically emptying his jails and sending criminals here.
00:35:04.900Sending murderers, sending rapists, sending child molesters, doing it deliberately.
00:35:09.260And it's reminiscent of what Castro did with the Mario boat lift, where Castro emptied the jails in Cuba and put criminals and emptied the insane asylums and put people with serious mental illness on boats and send them into America.
00:35:23.720And we saw a crime wave result from that.
00:35:26.260And I think Maduro in Venezuela is doing the same thing.
00:35:29.580And so suddenly, this is actually, in many ways, the same story as the one we talked about a minute ago, the reversal of the 9-11 plea deal, which is we are less than 100 days from an election.
00:35:41.720I think the Biden administration realized, hey, wait, people really don't like chaos at our southern border and 11.5 billion people invading this country.
00:35:49.960And they really dislike that we're facilitating it actively.
00:35:52.620And so, again on Friday, the news broke.
00:35:57.900The Department of Homeland Security confirmed that, quote, out of an abundance of caution, it has temporarily paused the issuing of advanced travel authorizations for the program,
00:36:07.520which allows up to 30,000 nationals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to travel into the U.S. each month and enter legally under the administration's use of parole if they meet certain conditions.
00:36:18.900A congressional source had told Fox News Digital that the pause came in mid-July after an internal report unearthed large amounts of fraud, no kidding, in applications for those sponsoring the applicants.
00:36:32.520DHS said the pause was occurring as it reviewed sponsor applications.
00:36:36.120The focus is on issues with supporter filings and not with the filings from beneficiaries of the program themselves.
00:36:43.900Quote, DHS has review mechanisms in place to detect and prevent fraud and abuse in our immigration processes.
00:36:51.040DHS takes any abuse of its processes very seriously, a DHS spokesperson said.
00:36:55.600Where fraud is identified, U.S. ICE will investigate and litigate applicable cases in immigration court to make criminal referrals to the Department of Justice.
00:37:04.140Quote, out of an abundance of caution, DHS has temporarily paused the issuance of advanced travel authorizations for new beneficiaries while it undertakes a review of supporter applications.
00:37:16.800DHS will restart application processing as quickly as possible with appropriate safeguards.
00:37:23.300Now, I want to emphasize one word into what I just read.
00:37:33.560If, God forbid, Kamala Harris wins, temporarily will end in mid-November.
00:37:41.480They'll probably wait a week after Election Day.
00:37:43.900And then suddenly the program is back on and we've got another four years of an invasion and we'll see an 11 and a half million people become 20 million or 30 million.
00:37:54.060Those are the stakes of this election.
00:37:55.920If these guys win, this temporary pause disappears and they return to the business of invading our nation.
00:38:04.960If you want to have the best cup of coffee every single morning, you got to check out my friends at Blackout Coffee.
00:38:11.160I'm going to save you 20% off your first order and you can start your day like I start my day every morning with not an average cup of coffee,
