00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.500 Guaranteed human.
00:00:04.260 Welcome. It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.
00:00:08.460 And Senator, it is a very interesting time to see how Democrats running for the White House
00:00:15.180 and the Vice Presidency are just completely rewriting history about the southern border
00:00:21.700 and how they're going to fix the problems when the reality is they're letting terrorists across the border
00:00:27.140 and rapists into this country with their actual policies.
00:00:31.360 They're doing that every day.
00:00:33.420 And border czar Kamala Harris is the most radical open borders zealot
00:00:39.700 ever to be a major party nominee in the history of our country.
00:00:43.780 We've got the receipts.
00:00:45.640 Her campaign and the corporate media is desperately trying to run away from her record.
00:00:50.760 But we're going to lay out a record and it is deeply concerning.
00:00:55.180 It is dangerous.
00:00:55.900 Beyond that, we also saw this week Elon Musk interviewing Donald Trump on X
00:01:01.480 and we saw the corporate media lose their mind.
00:01:05.800 We saw their brains melt.
00:01:07.860 In fact, we saw them calling for Donald Trump to be silenced.
00:01:13.100 And then we saw them rabidly spinning because they don't like Donald Trump.
00:01:18.820 They don't like Elon Musk.
00:01:20.080 They don't like any Americans speaking directly to the American people.
00:01:23.520 They want to remain the left wing gatekeepers.
00:01:26.480 We're going to break that down as well.
00:01:28.280 Yeah, it's shocking to see just how the media reacted to a conversation between two men that love freedom of speech and democracy.
00:01:36.940 It is amazing.
00:01:38.060 Want to tell you real quick about Patriot Mobile.
00:01:40.200 It is a really fun time if you are a member of Patriot Mobile.
00:01:44.880 My cell phone, I'm with Patriot Mobile.
00:01:47.060 And I know every time I make a phone call and every time I send a text, every time I pay that bill,
00:01:51.420 I'm making a difference standing up for what I believe in.
00:01:54.400 You may not realize what Big Mobile is up to, but they are giving big donations to democratic causes,
00:02:01.000 candidates, and organizations that include organizations that advocate and pay for abortions.
00:02:06.700 That's exactly why I made the switch from Big Mobile.
00:02:09.800 And that's why I want you to check out Patriot Mobile.
00:02:13.320 When you make the switch, they take about 5% of your bill every month and no extra charge to you.
00:02:18.140 And they actually give it back to causes that fight for our First and our Second Amendment rights.
00:02:22.820 Fight for the rights of unborn children.
00:02:25.160 And they donate and support our veterans, our wounded warriors, our first responder heroes.
00:02:31.880 Now, the other thing about Patriot Mobile is many times when you switch, you're going to save money.
00:02:35.940 You're going to get the exact same service you're used to.
00:02:38.720 They have a service guarantee, a coverage guarantee as well.
00:02:41.400 But in 2024, service and these towers, you're using the same exact towers you're using right now.
00:02:49.500 Except you're with a company that's standing up for what we believe in.
00:02:53.480 Now, I want to give you a free month of service as well.
00:02:56.040 Go to patriotmobile.com slash verdict.
00:02:59.100 That's patriotmobile.com slash verdict.
00:03:02.100 Use the promo code verdict and you'll get one month free when you make the switch.
00:03:06.920 So stand up for what you believe in and work with a company that stands with your values.
00:03:10.700 972-PATRIOT.
00:03:12.560 That's 972-PATRIOT or patriotmobile.com slash verdict.
00:03:17.320 Promo code verdict for free month of service.
00:03:20.540 All right, Senator, per law enforcement sources, yesterday morning, ICE Boston found and arrested
00:03:30.180 a Haitian migrant who was released on just $500 bail in June
00:03:37.400 after being charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in a migrant hotel.
00:03:43.960 And the part that's, that is shocking alone.
00:03:47.240 But what we've also now found out is under the border czar and her regime,
00:03:53.680 we paid for him to fly into the U.S. via the Biden mass parole program in 2023.
00:04:01.060 That's exactly right.
00:04:04.340 And understand, and this is a case I've talked about multiple times, but understand that border
00:04:11.640 czar Kamala Harris is not simply letting in millions of illegal immigrants across our southern
00:04:17.140 border.
00:04:17.560 Eleven and a half million illegal immigrants have come into this country since Kamala Harris
00:04:21.480 became border czar along with Joe Biden as president.
00:04:24.000 Not only are they letting in millions on our southern border, but Joe Biden and Kamala Harris
00:04:30.380 set up a program to fly people directly from foreign countries, illegal immigrants, into America.
00:04:38.920 They don't even have to get to Mexico and cross the border.
00:04:42.060 Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will arrange for them to fly directly.
00:04:44.720 And in this instance, they flew an individual from Haiti to Boston, Massachusetts.
00:04:50.740 They released him in Boston, Massachusetts.
00:04:53.100 Mind you, he was an illegal immigrant, but under their program, they are bringing in over
00:04:58.580 300,000 illegal immigrants a year, flying them in directly from Haiti and Nicaragua and
00:05:04.540 Cuba and Venezuela.
00:05:05.840 They released him.
00:05:08.020 And this guy turned around and raped a teenager.
00:05:10.980 He raped a 15-year-old girl, not just any 15-year-old girl, but a 15-year-old girl with
00:05:16.400 serious mental disabilities.
00:05:18.940 That's the very definition of evil.
00:05:23.600 Now, he was arrested.
00:05:24.860 He was charged.
00:05:26.140 He was prosecuted.
00:05:28.020 And then a left-wing judge in Boston, Massachusetts, let that guy go.
00:05:32.880 And the bail was $500.
00:05:37.460 Now, look, you're a dad, Ben.
00:05:40.260 How do you face, if it was your daughter that was the 15-year-old girl with serious mental
00:05:46.060 disabilities that was raped, how do you even wrestle with the fact that Kamala Harris and
00:05:53.780 Joe Biden flew the rapist into America illegally and then a left-wing judge let the guy go with
00:05:59.060 a $500 bail?
00:06:00.620 You know, I used to think that we lived in a country center, and we've talked about this
00:06:04.720 many times where if there is evil, then there is a system that will stand up to that evil
00:06:10.280 and that will protect the innocent and punish the evil.
00:06:14.740 But when you look at what is now happening under this regime and these radical DAs that
00:06:20.440 are out there that have been put in by George Soros, they're not punishing the evil.
00:06:25.160 This is when you lose, I think, not just structure, but you lose the faith in good over evil.
00:06:32.900 And it also victimizes the victims yet again when they witness that the person, as you described
00:06:41.560 it, has been caught, was put in jail, and $500 will get them out.
00:06:46.760 Why would anyone have faith in this system?
00:06:49.200 Well, and in the face of that, it'd be one thing if Kamala Harris said, okay, we screwed
00:06:54.880 up horribly, this was our mistake, we're so sorry, we'll stop doing it.
00:06:59.640 But they're not.
00:07:00.540 Now, they paused the program that is flying people directly from foreign countries into
00:07:05.660 the United States because an inspector general report in the Department of Homeland Security
00:07:10.200 concluded there was massive fraud, and we covered that in a previous pod a couple of weeks ago.
00:07:16.140 But they paused it.
00:07:17.700 Let me be clear.
00:07:18.800 The pausing of that program was, I think, very cynical politics.
00:07:22.840 They paused it only, I believe, until Election Day.
00:07:27.320 And my guess is they will reinstitute the program in mid-November right after the election, especially
00:07:33.380 if Kamala wins.
00:07:34.820 You better believe they're going to ramp up flying in even more illegals into this country
00:07:38.960 because they see a political benefit to it.
00:07:42.440 But right now, between now and Election Day, Kamala Harris and the media are all desperately
00:07:47.220 trying to say she has nothing to do with this.
00:07:51.260 She wasn't even border czar.
00:07:52.940 Now, mind you, Joe Biden triumphantly announced when he appointed her border czar.
00:07:58.140 Kamala Harris tweeted out how she was in charge of the southern border.
00:08:01.580 The media reported over and over again that Kamala Harris was border czar.
00:08:05.340 Now, today, the corporate media is bending over backwards to try to erase that history, to
00:08:11.240 try to gaslight it.
00:08:12.800 You know, this past weekend, J.D. Vance did several Sunday shows on one of them, Jonathan
00:08:17.060 Carl, on ABC.
00:08:19.440 See, when Vance made reference to Kamala's border czar, Jonathan Carl interrupted and said,
00:08:23.920 well, you know, she was never border czar.
00:08:25.480 That's not the case.
00:08:26.860 That's a flat-out lie.
00:08:28.460 And by the way, Jonathan Carl knows it's a flat-out lie.
00:08:31.240 But the corporate media is 100 percent, they are the communication arms of the Kamala Harris
00:08:40.340 campaign.
00:08:42.080 And if you want to know what Kamala actually believes, I want you to listen to this.
00:08:46.580 This is when she was asked, when she was running for president in 2020, whether she would shut
00:08:52.660 down immigration detention centers.
00:08:56.040 Give a listen.
00:08:56.960 Hi, my name is Sally Hartman.
00:08:58.660 I'm a volunteer with the Center for Worker Justice.
00:09:01.760 I want to know, when you become president, would you be committing to close immigration detention
00:09:11.260 centers?
00:09:12.460 Absolutely, on day one.
00:09:14.620 On day one.
00:09:16.720 Thank you.
00:09:19.140 And thank you.
00:09:20.860 I mean, she says absolutely on day one.
00:09:23.340 And thank you for your question.
00:09:24.820 She wanted to be on the record when she was running for president, Senator, that she was
00:09:29.860 going to be a person that was going to shut down everything that we were doing to try
00:09:35.320 to protect and secure our border.
00:09:36.880 And understand, that means Kamala is more radical even than Joe Biden.
00:09:42.080 Joe Biden hasn't shut down all the immigration detention centers.
00:09:45.580 Kamala Harris promised on the first day in office she would shut them down.
00:09:49.360 What that means is when people come illegally into this country, what she's promising to do
00:09:54.040 is just release them immediately.
00:09:55.340 Release them regardless of if they're criminals, regardless of if they're murderers, regardless
00:09:59.440 of if they're rapists, regardless of if they're child molesters, regardless of if
00:10:03.080 they have multiple drunk driving convictions, that she does not want.
00:10:07.280 Her commitment, listen to what she said, would you close the immigration detention facilities?
00:10:15.120 That was clear and unambiguous.
00:10:17.380 Her answer was absolutely on day one.
00:10:21.040 And yet the corporate media, they don't want you to hear that.
00:10:23.860 And it's not just that.
00:10:25.320 It's also now how they're trying to cover for her when it comes to terrorists coming across
00:10:29.880 the border.
00:10:30.440 There's a montage that I want to play and I want to get your reaction to it.
00:10:34.900 And that is we have seen Kamala Harris consistently lie to the American people about the threat
00:10:41.780 of terrorists coming across the southern border.
00:10:43.640 Biden has done it as well.
00:10:45.000 So, you know, it's not really a big deal.
00:10:46.260 It's not really happening.
00:10:47.660 You know, she's the border czar.
00:10:48.880 Then they say she's not the border czar.
00:10:50.900 But when she was the border czar and they were saying she was the border czar on TV, we played
00:10:56.260 that montage of the media, ABC, NBC, CNN, all calling her the border czar on their own
00:11:03.480 air.
00:11:03.820 Well, as the border czar.
00:11:04.920 Well, she's now been named the border czar, right?
00:11:07.040 So when she was the border czar and they admitted she was, she let a record number of suspected
00:11:12.140 terrorists into our country and she knew it was happening.
00:11:16.360 Take a listen to this incredible montage.
00:11:18.280 We don't need to build a wall.
00:11:20.780 And by definition, just plain speak, basic English language definition, it is not an
00:11:26.700 emergency.
00:11:27.640 You know, he talks about this wall.
00:11:29.320 I always say, let me know how high it is.
00:11:30.820 If it's 25 feet, then I'll invest in the 30 foot ladder.
00:11:33.240 To suggest that we have to build a wall across our southern border because there are terrorists
00:11:39.580 who are trying to invade the country.
00:11:44.020 It couldn't be farther from the truth.
00:11:46.220 It couldn't be farther from the truth.
00:11:48.280 Out of the terrorists across the country, we've learned several men with suspected ties
00:11:54.880 to ISIS living in the U.S. have been taken into custody.
00:11:58.820 Sources familiar with the matter tell us the men crossed the southern border, some over
00:12:02.940 a year ago.
00:12:03.600 Almost 100 people on the terrorist watch list were released into the U.S. by the Biden administration
00:12:09.620 during a three-year period.
00:12:11.200 Tonight, an alarming development in the border crisis.
00:12:13.960 Among the record number of migrants crossing the southern border was a member of an Afghan
00:12:17.880 terror organization.
00:12:19.020 We are learning that under the Biden and Harris administration, the border patrol agents encountered
00:12:24.060 at least 375 illegal migrants on the terror watch list right on the southern border.
00:12:30.020 But what's more shocking is at least 99 of these individuals were actually released into American
00:12:35.020 communities.
00:12:35.660 Includes at least 2,000 Afghan nationals, 33,000 Chinese nationals, 551 Iranian nationals, 520
00:12:44.660 Syrian nationals and 3,000 league back nationals.
00:12:47.900 To suggest that we have to build a wall across our southern border because there are terrorists
00:12:53.980 who are trying to invade the country.
00:12:58.120 It couldn't be farther from the truth.
00:13:00.800 I mean, you listen to her and her running mate now.
00:13:03.940 They'll just look at you and they'll lie to your face.
00:13:06.740 But then the media now is selling that lie 24-7 on their behalf.
00:13:12.660 I've said this before.
00:13:14.340 We are facing today the greatest risk of a major terrorist attack this country has seen
00:13:20.500 since September 11, 2001.
00:13:24.080 We've had four years of Kamala Harris, as borders are, with an open invitation across our southern
00:13:31.400 border.
00:13:31.880 She's rolled out a red carpet for illegal immigrants.
00:13:34.940 We've also seen incredibly weak foreign policy.
00:13:38.480 Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have flowed over $100 billion to the Ayatollah Khamenei.
00:13:43.520 He's repaid that largesse by demanding and calling for a jihad on America to murder Americans.
00:13:49.660 We've seen Hamas call for a jihad on America to murder Americans.
00:13:52.800 We've seen Hezbollah call for a jihad on America to murder Americans.
00:13:56.460 And if you're a terrorist, you know the southern border is open.
00:14:00.420 You know that Kamala Harris, if you are apprehended, will just let you go.
00:14:05.480 You know that she has promised, God forbid, if she becomes president next year, to shut down
00:14:12.420 immigrant detention facilities on day one.
00:14:16.520 This is who she is.
00:14:18.900 And there's also other lies that keep coming forward when it comes to this issue of her
00:14:24.200 trying to act like she's tough on crime and backed by police.
00:14:27.620 It came out that a California sheriff featured in a Kamala Harris campaign ad is now saying,
00:14:36.540 uh-uh, don't use my image.
00:14:38.820 I do not support her.
00:14:40.340 Can you imagine if Donald Trump featured somebody in law enforcement that didn't support him
00:14:46.820 and their ads?
00:14:47.640 What would happen?
00:14:48.440 The media would go wall-to-wall crazy.
00:14:51.340 And yet, right now, this is a, I would argue, a scandal.
00:14:54.940 Using the likeness of a man in uniform to say, oh, yeah, he supports me.
00:15:01.440 And he came out and said, I don't support her.
00:15:03.900 This sheriff is upset about it, and I think he should be.
00:15:06.860 He said it's, quote, false advertising.
00:15:09.060 Yeah, look, he's rightly upset.
00:15:11.940 And I got to say, the police officers and law enforcement, this is the most anti-law enforcement
00:15:18.080 presidential nominee in history.
00:15:20.440 This is someone who's repeatedly advocating for defunding the police.
00:15:24.140 This is someone who has repeatedly advocated for abolishing ICE.
00:15:29.540 This is someone who analogized, drew the analogy between ICE and the Ku Klux Klan.
00:15:34.620 It is grotesque.
00:15:35.920 It is offensive.
00:15:36.640 And just this week, the following story broke.
00:15:40.120 I'll read the headline from Fox News.
00:15:42.100 Kamala Harris donated to anti-police pro-sanctuary city group as D.C.
00:15:47.240 struggled with crime.
00:15:48.940 Vice President Harris and her husband repeatedly donated to an anti-police and pro-sanctuary
00:15:54.040 city nonprofit, according to financial disclosures released by the White House.
00:15:58.560 So this was not a long time ago.
00:15:59.800 This is while she was vice president.
00:16:02.240 The donations went to Legal Aid D.C., a nonprofit law group that provides services to impoverished
00:16:07.480 Washington residents.
00:16:09.520 In addition to its work with the poor, however, the group has called for slashing police budgets
00:16:14.740 and decreasing patrols in high crime areas.
00:16:18.820 And here's a quote.
00:16:19.660 Quote, we are concerned, especially given the ongoing protest movement, about any solution
00:16:26.080 that involves more police and policing in D.C.
00:16:28.640 public housing.
00:16:29.980 Black Lives Matter D.C.
00:16:31.740 Hashtag.
00:16:32.800 The group's official X account tweeted just days after the death of George Floyd.
00:16:38.200 This is who Kamala Harris is is is writing checks to.
00:16:41.700 And by the way, less than a week later, the group condemned a proposed budget increase for
00:16:46.760 Washington's Metropolitan Police Department.
00:16:49.160 Quote, legal aid joins the call to reduce funding for police and reinvest in communities,
00:16:55.100 the group posted.
00:16:56.420 This is who Kamala Harris supports in in Washington.
00:17:03.680 In 2020, 52 U.S. Parks police officers were injured trying to keep rioters away from the
00:17:10.600 White House.
00:17:12.700 And Ken Spencer, chair of the U.S.
00:17:15.740 Park Police Fraternal Order of Police, said, quote, we condemn any politician that will
00:17:22.840 support any agency that's going to make it unsafe for our officers and the public that
00:17:28.480 we protect.
00:17:30.220 That is who Kamala Harris is.
00:17:32.400 And yet she's putting out an ad with a sheriff who doesn't support her and is calling for the
00:17:36.780 ad to be taken down.
00:17:38.440 Yeah, it is shocking.
00:17:39.360 We are quickly approaching the one year anniversary of the horrific Hamas attacks on Israel.
00:17:44.940 And still, the Holy Land continues to be attacked on multiple fronts.
00:17:49.560 Deadly threats are increasing in northern Israel.
00:17:53.080 Constant rocket attacks from Hezbollah have been fired at Israel, causing widespread damage
00:17:58.060 with raging wildfires destroying precious farmland.
00:18:01.460 Since the war started, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews has been on the forefront

00:19:14.040 That's one word, supportifcj.org.
00:19:18.880 As Israel needs our support now more than ever.
00:19:22.420 Senator, we talked earlier in the show, and I think this is a sad but important point
00:19:29.100 that needs to be made.
00:19:30.520 You had this 15-year-old girl that was raped in a migrant hotel.
00:19:36.760 And there are people that I still think believe that, well, maybe this is just around the border.
00:19:43.000 It's not.
00:19:44.260 Every city is a border city.
00:19:45.920 Every town is a border town now.
00:19:47.540 You have a man by the last name of Gonzalez, an illegal alien that was just arrested for raping
00:19:54.900 a 10-year-old boy twice in Mississippi.
00:20:00.640 Here is how the local news covered it.
00:20:03.220 Also new at noon, an illegal immigrant from Mexico is accused of raping a boy.
00:20:08.760 This is who investigators arrested.
00:20:10.520 34-year-old Filiberto Gonzalez.
00:20:13.080 The Hispanic man is accused of raping a 10-year-old boy twice.
00:20:16.580 Investigators arrested him at his home on Laurel Lane on Monday afternoon.
00:20:21.640 He's awaiting a bond hearing before a justice court judge.
00:20:25.460 At his home.
00:20:26.680 You notice at his home.
00:20:28.140 Illegals are living all over this country.
00:20:30.620 We don't know who we're letting in.
00:20:32.940 And this is another example of why this is and should be an issue that the media should
00:20:39.560 be covering.
00:20:40.140 Yet this is not national news.
00:20:42.020 This is on local Mississippi news on WTVA.
00:20:46.300 So understand, number one, this is happening all over the country.
00:20:50.420 Mississippi is not on our southern border.
00:20:53.200 Boston, Massachusetts is not on our southern border.
00:20:56.940 Suburban Maryland, where Rachel Morin was raped and murdered by an illegal immigrant that
00:21:01.160 Joe Biden and Kamala Harris released, is not on our southern border.
00:21:05.120 Prince George's County, Maryland, where Jeremy Caceres, the two-year-old boy, was murdered by
00:21:09.560 an illegal immigrant that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris released, that's not on our southern
00:21:13.660 border.
00:21:14.480 Louisiana, where a teenager was raped by an illegal immigrant released by Kamala Harris,
00:21:19.400 that's not on our southern border.
00:21:21.620 New York City, where another teenager was raped in Central Park by an illegal immigrant released
00:21:28.060 by Kamala Harris, that's not on our southern border.
00:21:31.080 As I said in Milwaukee, this is happening every damn day.
00:21:40.420 Every day, we see another American murdered by an illegal immigrant released by Kamala Harris
00:21:46.780 and the Democrats.
00:21:47.880 Every day, we see another child assaulted and brutalized by an illegal immigrant released
00:21:53.860 by Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and the Democrats.
00:21:56.640 Every day, we see another woman raped.
00:21:58.440 This is happening over and over and over again, and Kamala Harris, if she's elected, she's
00:22:03.560 promising more of the same.
00:22:06.440 Let's remind people and go back to the Justice for Jocelyn Act.
00:22:12.340 It is something we talked about on this show in the past, but it's important now to remind
00:22:19.260 people of how simple this should be to crack down.
00:22:23.800 And yet, you have Kamala Harris, who is very clearly willing to fight tooth and nail to
00:22:29.480 protect the rapists and the terrorists coming to this country over the American citizens
00:22:33.600 and the victims.
00:22:35.400 Well, you look at the horrific case of Jocelyn Nungary.
00:22:39.500 You and I both live in Houston.
00:22:41.860 Jocelyn lived in Houston, too.
00:22:44.180 She was 12 years old.
00:22:45.440 She was a beautiful young girl.
00:22:47.560 She had braces.
00:22:48.720 She was happy.
00:22:49.720 She was just starting her life.
00:22:52.640 And just over a month ago, she was kidnapped.
00:22:56.860 She was raped.
00:22:58.720 She was murdered by two illegal immigrants that Kamala Harris and the Democrats released.
00:23:05.960 These two illegal immigrants came from Venezuela.
00:23:08.440 They were apprehended.
00:23:09.520 They were in the federal government's custody.
00:23:11.260 Had border czar Kamala Harris simply followed the law and deported them, put them on a plane
00:23:16.920 and sent them back to Venezuela, Jocelyn Nungary would still be alive.
00:23:21.640 Jocelyn would be laughing.
00:23:23.120 She would be getting ready to start junior high this fall.
00:23:27.320 But instead, Kamala Harris released them.
00:23:32.240 And just weeks later, they came to Houston and kidnapped and murdered this little girl.
00:23:37.140 Now, I introduced legislation called the Justice for Jocelyn Act.
00:23:39.880 The Justice for Jocelyn Act would mandate that illegal immigrants in federal custody must
00:23:46.620 be detained as long as there is detention space, that there are beds available.
00:23:52.740 At the time that these two illegal immigrants were released, there were roughly 3,000 beds
00:23:57.800 that were wide open, that were empty.
00:23:59.620 But that was not Kamala Harris's political priority.
00:24:04.060 Her political priority is releasing the maximum number of illegal immigrants into our communities.
00:24:08.860 So she left the beds empty and let them go.
00:24:11.600 The Justice for Jocelyn Act is common sense legislation.
00:24:15.000 In fact, when I rolled it out, I was joined at the press release announcing this immigration
00:24:20.700 legislation by Kim Og.
00:24:25.120 Who is Kim Og?
00:24:25.940 Kim Og is the district attorney in Houston, in Harris County.
00:24:30.180 Kim Og is a Democrat.
00:24:31.040 She's been elected to two terms.
00:24:34.000 She is a lifelong Democrat.
00:24:36.580 But Kim Og, unlike sadly many in the Democrat Party, particularly in Washington, is not crazy.
00:24:44.500 She actually believes in locking up criminals.
00:24:47.780 And so Kim Og is prosecuting the murderers who murdered Jocelyn Nungari.
00:24:56.580 And Kim joined me at the press conference to announce her support for the Justice for Jocelyn Act.
00:25:03.060 Because as Kim Og said, look, if this were the law, Jocelyn would still be alive.
00:25:09.360 And for a Democrat to stand up and say, we need to protect our families, we need to protect our children, we need to prosecute criminals, and we need to secure our border, that was very courageous of Kim Og.
00:25:21.960 But it also reflects just how radical Kamala Harris is, that you don't see her saying, we ought to stop releasing these criminals instead.
00:25:34.400 What she's promising is, she wants to shut down and eliminate what detention beds we have and not detain anybody.
00:25:41.980 I'll tell you, if Kamala Harris becomes president, and if she executes on what she has promised to do, Americans will die.
00:25:49.960 It's a sad point to make, but it's an important one.
00:25:55.080 And there is a very clear compare and contrast moment in this presidential election between two very different ideas.
00:26:03.220 And as you said it earlier, and I think it's a point we need to say over and over again, you think it's bad now.
00:26:08.080 Kamala Harris is even more extreme on the southern border, and her running mate is more extreme than we've ever seen, even from Joe Biden himself.
00:26:15.960 And it will be, I think, a scary national security issue if they are elected just on the border issue alone.
00:26:24.300 Which brings me to the second very interesting moment that happened, and it was two guys sitting down having a conversation.
00:26:35.700 It actually wasn't even an interview.
00:26:37.520 It was an actual just conversation between Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
00:26:43.720 Now, you know Elon. I think he's a very interesting guy to talk to.
00:26:47.820 I think you've had conversations with him.
00:26:50.240 I'm sure you enjoyed those conversations.
00:26:52.520 He's not a guy that really does an interview.
00:26:55.080 And he decided to do this basically chat on X.
00:26:59.800 How scared were the radicals on the left?
00:27:01.800 So scared that they started attacking the servers to try to make the event not happen.
00:27:07.100 And so people couldn't get in and listen to the event.
00:27:09.660 I think that's backfired.
00:27:11.580 It actually made people more intrigued with the conversation.
00:27:14.220 But what's even more interesting than that is how the media before the conversation even started, Senator,
00:27:22.180 they were calling for the White House to somehow shut down and or ban this conversation from even happening.
00:27:30.880 And the person who asked the question was a reporter from The Washington Post to the White House press briefing.
00:27:38.600 Listen to this extreme advocacy for censorship and shutting down of a former president talking to another man who believes in democracy and free speech.
00:27:51.120 Elon Musk is slated to interview Donald Trump tonight on X.
00:27:56.260 I don't know if the president is going to tune in.
00:27:58.240 Feel free to say if he is or not.
00:27:59.400 But I think that misinformation on Twitter is not just a campaign issue.
00:28:07.780 It's an America issue.
00:28:10.420 What role does the White House or the president have in sort of stopping that or stopping the spread of that or sort of intervening in that?
00:28:21.180 Some of that was about campaign misinformation.
00:28:23.160 But, you know, it's a wider thing, right?
00:28:24.880 Yeah, no, I mean, you've heard us talk about this many times from here about the responsibilities that social media platforms have when it comes to misinformation, disinformation.
00:28:35.180 I don't have anything to read out from here about specific ways that we're working on it.
00:28:40.960 But we believe that, that they have the responsibility.
00:28:44.080 These are private companies, so we're also mindful of that, too.
00:28:48.320 But, look, it is I think it is incredibly important to call that out as you are you're doing.
00:28:55.780 I just don't have any specifics on what we have been doing internally as as it relates to the interviews.
00:29:02.080 And that's something that I'm tracking.
00:29:03.160 And I'm sure the president's not tracking it either.
00:29:05.640 Wow.
00:29:06.280 I mean, we advocate for this.
00:29:08.380 We like what you're saying.
00:29:09.940 We understand what you're saying.
00:29:11.760 But apparently, well, this, you know, we'll let this interview, I guess, take place.
00:29:16.560 And then shocking just hours later, literally people who hate freedom of speech tried to shut down the interview from even happening.
00:29:24.560 Well, that was a Washington Post reporter.
00:29:26.540 And it really is stunning to see a corporate media reporter freaking out, like having a hysterical hissy fit, because Donald Trump, the Republican nominee for president, was going to have an unfiltered, uncensored conversation with Elon Musk.
00:29:46.180 And it was going to go out to the American people.
00:29:48.000 And this is, for anyone who believes in free speech, an incredible victory for free speech.
00:29:51.920 It's an incredible victory for democracy.
00:29:53.900 Over one billion people listened to that interview.
00:29:59.640 Over one billion.
00:30:00.740 That is a staggering number.
00:30:02.220 There are about seven billion people on planet Earth.
00:30:04.860 One out of every seven people on the planet listened to that interview.
00:30:09.160 And for the corporate media, that scares them, because they want a monopoly.
00:30:13.660 They want to tell us what to think.
00:30:15.260 They want to censor the facts.
00:30:16.780 They want to tell us Kamala Harris has never been the border czar.
00:30:19.060 Never mind those pesky little facts.
00:30:21.120 Never mind what we used to report.
00:30:22.460 Never mind what she said.
00:30:23.320 Never mind what Joe Biden said.
00:30:25.000 We control what you're allowed to hear.
00:30:27.220 And so this is the Washington Post, a reporter saying to Corrine Jean-Pierre, the White House press secretary.
00:30:33.240 What is the White House?
00:30:34.840 What role does the White House or the president have in stopping that, in shutting down the Republican nominee for president, talking to the American people?
00:30:45.320 You know, there's an irony.
00:30:46.620 The Washington Post motto, which they still print on every paper, is democracy dies in darkness.
00:30:53.380 Now, I think when they initially coined that, that was meant to be a bad thing.
00:30:57.700 In other words, we don't want darkness because we want to preserve democracy.
00:31:01.700 Today, that motto has become a mission statement.
00:31:05.700 They want democracy to die in darkness.
00:31:08.520 What they rage against is not the dying of the light.
00:31:12.260 They rage against the light.
00:31:13.460 They rage against any facts, any truth that doesn't go through their censorship regime.
00:31:21.020 And it is a powerful, powerful thing that Donald Trump and Elon Musk are able to talk to the American people and people all across the globe.
00:31:30.320 And there's nothing that these lying frauds of the corporate media outlets can do about it.
00:31:35.880 Yeah. And you also look at how the media and again, this is something we we have to call out, because if we don't do it, I don't think if you miss this interview and you didn't hear it, you would assume that maybe what the media is telling you is correct.
00:31:53.920 And that is this Elon Musk put up a great tweet.
00:31:57.120 He said, the wall of negative headlines was so predictable.
00:31:59.820 They're such MPCs.
00:32:02.260 All this does is drive even more people to listen to the conversation themselves and realize how much the legacy media lies to them.
00:32:08.660 Now, he put up a bunch of headlines that revolved around the interview.
00:32:12.920 And it was very clear that the media got their talking points, I'm assuming from the Harris campaign, because they all went with the same headline.
00:32:21.420 Trump rambles, slurs his way through Elon Musk interview.
00:32:26.020 It was an unmitigated disaster.
00:32:28.340 I listened to the entire interview.
00:32:30.220 He was absolutely not rambling.
00:32:32.340 He was not slurring his words either.
00:32:35.620 Another one.
00:32:36.460 Trump repeats same old talking points.
00:32:38.660 Good.
00:32:39.820 Ben, that first headline you read, that was USA Today.
00:32:43.280 That's not supposed to be a partisan outlet.
00:32:46.000 Newsweek.
00:32:47.120 Donald Trump's lisp during Elon Musk interview raises question.
00:32:51.840 The Guardian.
00:32:52.920 So Donald chatted with Elon.
00:32:54.680 And here's the future as they see it.
00:32:56.940 Losers win.
00:32:58.440 Incompetence rules.
00:32:59.520 The New York Times.
00:33:01.240 Musk's Trump talk on X.
00:33:03.160 After glitchy start, a two-hour ramble.
00:33:07.780 Wired.
00:33:09.000 Donald Trump and Elon Musk's S conversation took forever to start.
00:33:13.380 Then never ended.
00:33:15.460 The Independent.
00:33:17.460 Trump repeats the same old talking points in Musk's interview.
00:33:20.340 But lisp steals the show.
00:33:23.300 The Verge.
00:33:24.600 The Elon Trump interview on X started with an immediate tech disaster.
00:33:29.020 The Hollywood Reporter.
00:33:30.560 Elon Musk got EU disinformation warning before rambling Donald Trump interview on X.
00:33:36.080 Reuters.
00:33:36.780 Supposedly an impartial just wire service.
00:33:40.820 Rambling Trump.
00:33:42.520 Musk interview marred by tech issues.
00:33:45.400 CNN.
00:33:46.540 Fact check.
00:33:47.680 Trump made at least 20 false claims in his conversation with Elon Musk.
00:33:51.620 CBS News.
00:33:53.820 Donald Trump meandering live chat with Elon Musk on X.
00:33:58.580 Plagued with glitches.
00:34:00.860 Musk claims were from dot dot dot.
00:34:04.040 The New York Times.
00:34:05.980 Trump regales Elon Musk with familiar falsehoods.
00:34:10.160 The Financial Times.
00:34:12.140 Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
00:34:14.500 A tale of two struggling social media entrepreneurs.
00:34:19.240 And then finally the New York Times.
00:34:21.560 Elon Musk is using X to push his views and Donald Trump.
00:34:26.980 Those were theoretically news stories.
00:34:30.960 Those were not supposed to be opinion pieces.
00:34:33.040 Those were news stories.
00:34:34.200 And the news as the lying propagandists in the media wanted you to know is that Trump
00:34:40.740 is terrible and so is Elon Musk.
00:34:43.120 Never, ever, ever listen to anything they have to say.
00:34:46.220 Canadian women are looking for more.

00:35:11.460 Listen to the Honest Talk podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
00:35:15.520 How is it not an in-kind donation to the Harris campaign when it's that orchestrated?
00:35:21.380 I mean, we've seen this happen now multiple times over the last couple of weeks.
00:35:25.940 We saw them say that J.D. Vance is weird, right?
00:35:29.440 And everybody, we played that montage of the media saying it over and over again, every outlet.
00:35:33.840 Then we had the same montage with Kamala Harris' campaign, except it was positive news for her that she's surging, surging, surging.
00:35:42.360 Everybody used that word over the weekend.
00:35:44.540 Clearly, it's coming, I think, from the Harris campaign.
00:35:46.880 And now you have the same headlines written 50 different ways this Sunday with this conversation between Trump and Musk that wasn't true and a lie.
00:35:57.540 How is this not an in-kind donation to the Harris campaign?
00:36:01.220 Look, I think it's worse than that.
00:36:03.660 It's not even an in-kind donation.
00:36:05.580 They are the Harris campaign.
00:36:08.220 Understand, there is a political strategy, a decision that has been made to hide Kamala Harris, to lock her in the basement.
00:36:14.980 I don't know if she's in the same basement with Joe Biden or not, but she does no media interviews.
00:36:19.620 It's been three weeks that she's been the presumptive nominee.
00:36:22.000 She hasn't done a single media interview.
00:36:23.640 She doesn't answer questions.
00:36:24.660 She reads from a teleprompter, and she doesn't ad-lib on anything.
00:36:28.760 And the reason they're doing that, what is their campaign?
00:36:32.340 Their campaign is the media.
00:36:34.920 Those headlines, they are the media.
00:36:38.460 And I want to play in particular one excerpt from CNN because it reveals just the lengths they will go to lie.
00:36:46.600 So play initially how CNN covered a small segment of the Trump-Elon Musk interview.
00:36:52.540 Play.
00:36:54.660 I want to play one exchange that was kind of classic.
00:36:58.700 Well, there were a lot of exchanges that were classic Donald Trump, but this one really stuck out to us.
00:37:05.040 And Nagasaki were bombed, but now they're like full cities again.
00:37:08.700 So it's really not something that, you know, it's scary as people think, basically.
00:37:15.040 So that was more Elon Musk than Donald Trump talking about, sort of suggesting that what happened almost 80 years ago, I think 80 years ago next year, the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
00:37:30.280 Now it's okay.
00:37:31.880 Kind of trying to blow off the impact of that.
00:37:34.620 So let me say a couple of things.
00:37:37.860 Number one, let's start with CNN's perspective that apparently they think America winning World War II was a bad thing.
00:37:47.660 And that our bombing, Hiroshima and Nagasaki, they're not crediting that that saved an enormous number of lives.
00:37:56.140 And the war, World War II would have gone on for much, much longer without those bombs.
00:38:00.480 CNN takes it as a given that America was in the wrong and that is horrible.
00:38:04.440 But that being said, look, if you didn't listen to the Elon Musk Trump interview, if you just heard that little segment, if all you get your news from is CNN, I understand you're being a little startled going, huh, that's weird.
00:38:17.860 Trump is like going out of his way to say, hey, no big deal that Hiroshima and Nagasaki were nuked.
00:38:24.360 That's a wonderful thing.
00:38:25.840 The natural inference from that little segment is apparently Trump, if he's president, is going to nuke other cities.
00:38:32.060 That that that's it's not not a big deal.
00:38:34.140 No problem.
00:38:34.780 Let's just let's just drop atom bombs all over the world.
00:38:37.440 That's that's clearly where CNN wants your inference to go.
00:38:42.460 Now, I want you to listen to the full conversation in context, because it is wildly different from the little segment CNN played.
00:38:53.240 Listen to the full conversation in context.
00:38:55.860 Yeah, actually, there's the bad side of nuclear, which is a nuclear war, very bad side.
00:39:00.820 But there's there's also, I think, nuclear electricity generation is underrated.
00:39:06.540 You're right.
00:39:06.980 And it's actually, you know, people have this fear of nuclear nuclear electricity generation.
00:39:13.040 But it's actually one of the safest forms of electricity generation.
00:39:17.240 It's it's just a huge misunderstanding.
00:39:18.740 And if you look at the injuries and deaths, you know, caused by, say, I mean, I'm not going to try to pick on a coal mining, but just any kind of mining operation.
00:39:28.940 And there's a certain number of injuries and deaths per year.
00:39:32.820 And you compare that to nuclear.
00:39:34.000 Nuclear is actually way better.
00:39:35.820 So it's underrated as a as an electricity source.
00:39:39.000 And I think it's something that's worth reconsidering.
00:39:41.080 But there's so much regulation that people can't get it done.
00:39:44.800 So that, you know, maybe they'll have to change the name.
00:39:47.700 The name is just it's a rough name.
00:39:49.460 There are some areas like.
00:39:50.780 Yes.
00:39:51.020 Like when you see what happened.
00:39:52.380 The bad branding.
00:39:53.480 The brand to rebranded.
00:39:54.640 We'll have to give it a good name.
00:39:55.920 We'll name it after you or something.
00:39:57.640 You know, no.
00:39:59.840 Hey, it has a branding problem.
00:40:01.580 You know, when you see what happened.
00:40:02.600 It doesn't have a branding problem.
00:40:03.920 When you see what happened in Japan, where they say you won't be able to go on the land for about 3000 years.
00:40:09.820 Did you ever say that?
00:40:10.940 And in Russia, where they had the problem, where they, you know, there's a lot of bad things happened.
00:40:16.040 And they have a problem.
00:40:17.200 And they say that in 2000 years, people will start to occupy the land again.
00:40:21.900 You know, you realize it's pretty bad.
00:40:23.560 No, that's not true.
00:40:24.300 But there's.
00:40:24.940 You're right about it.
00:40:25.980 It's amazing.
00:40:27.080 It's actually not that bad.
00:40:28.080 So, like, after Fukushima happened in Japan, like, people were asking me in California, you know, are we worried about, like, a nuclear cloud coming from Japan?
00:40:36.680 I'm like, no, that's crazy.
00:40:37.860 It's actually, it's not even dangerous in Fukushima.
00:40:40.140 I actually flew there and ate locally grown vegetables on TV to prove it.
00:40:44.880 And I donated a solar water treatment, a solar power system for a water treatment plant.
00:40:53.000 Yeah, but you haven't been feeling so well lately, and I'm worried about it.
00:40:56.620 No, no, but I mean.
00:40:57.380 I'm only kidding.
00:40:58.280 It's fine, you know.
00:40:59.100 It's like, you know, Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed, but now they're, like, full cities again.
00:41:06.260 Right.
00:41:06.400 That's great.
00:41:07.080 So it's really not something that, you know.
00:41:09.300 That's great.
00:41:10.100 So it's not as scary as people think, basically.
00:41:12.680 Yeah.
00:41:12.700 Not even close to how CNN presented their conversation, and clearly edited it to make it seem like
00:41:22.480 that Elon Musk and Donald Trump were basically insane, when if you put the conversation in
00:41:28.660 context the way that we just played it, right, unedited, you know now, CNN just straight up
00:41:34.440 lied to you.
00:41:34.860 They said, hey, find something in there, and we'll just make crap up and tell everybody
00:41:40.320 that this guy's unhinged.
00:41:41.720 By the way, he wasn't slurring his words there.
00:41:43.500 I think everybody heard Donald Trump, and he sounded just like Donald Trump always sounds.
00:41:48.340 Well, and the whole conversation was about nuclear power, and the point they were saying
00:41:52.860 is that nuclear power is very reliable, that it is safe, that you have fewer fatalities,
00:42:00.320 fewer accidents than other sources of power generation.
00:42:03.500 That if you care about the environment, nuclear power has by far the least emissions, the least
00:42:08.920 carbon emissions, the least pollution.
00:42:11.740 And that point is absolutely right.
00:42:15.020 And the left, and it's one of the points, you know, the radical left, the climate alarmist,
00:42:19.300 they talk about carbon emissions, but then they're rabidly anti-nuclear because they give
00:42:24.660 in to alarmist fear.
00:42:27.240 And in that point, Elon Musk was making the context that even when you have cities, he
00:42:32.440 said, first of all, Fukushima, where they had a nuclear accident in Japan, yes, it was
00:42:37.560 an unfortunate accident, but the fallout has not been that severe.
00:42:41.320 They also were talking about Chernobyl and in Russia.
00:42:44.920 But the point he made about Hiroshima and Nagasaki is even there.
00:42:50.620 There are now people living, and it's come through.
00:42:52.480 He's obviously not advocating for nuking cities.
00:42:56.040 He's saying that the risks of nuclear power generation are overstated by alarmists.
00:43:03.820 Now, CNN knows that.
00:43:05.040 They listen to the same interview you and I listen to.
00:43:08.260 But they are being deliberately dishonest when they cut out that little tiny snippet.
00:43:14.320 Notice they only played, what, like 15, 20 seconds of it.
00:43:17.680 They cut out that tiny snippet with the deliberate purpose of creating a false and misleading impression
00:43:25.080 because they're not engaged in news.
00:43:27.660 They are propagandists.
00:43:29.020 And it's the same thing the Kamala Harris campaign would have done because CNN, like the
00:43:33.160 rest of the corporate media, is effectively the communication arm of the Kamala Harris campaign.
00:43:40.220 Yeah, you're absolutely right there.
00:43:42.400 Let me tell you about my friends over at Chalk.
00:43:44.860 If you've been listening to the show, you know about a little over a year ago, I started
00:43:48.820 taking Chalk, and it has been a game changer.
00:43:51.960 I'm now, I think, down 65 pounds.
00:43:56.320 And Chalk has been incredible at helping me get back to feeling like how I used to.
00:44:02.320 When it comes to men's testosterone levels, they are off a cliff historically at an all-time low.

00:44:42.480 As I said a moment ago, I've been taking the Chalk male vitality stack now for over a year.
00:44:47.620 I have been working out.

00:45:33.780 Senator, finally, let me ask you, and if you put all of this show into context,
00:45:38.400 especially if you look at what they're having to do to lie about this conversation with Musk
00:45:44.560 and Trump, is this just what we can expect from now until eternity with the media when
00:45:50.500 they lose control?
00:45:51.720 They have a meltdown.
00:45:53.140 They lie to you about whether it's J.D. Vance or they lie to you about Kamala Harris and
00:45:57.900 what she actually does at the border and she's not the border czar.
00:46:00.440 Or they lie about President Trump slurring his words and saying, hey, that worked with
00:46:04.560 Joe Biden getting him out of the race.
00:46:06.200 Maybe we can attack Donald Trump the same way.
00:46:08.780 Is this the reality of the world we now live in?
00:46:12.800 So I don't think it is.
00:46:14.500 And we are seeing in America and across the world massive disintermediation.
00:46:20.940 The mediators, the middlemen, are being removed from the transmission of ideas.
00:46:25.740 We saw that powerfully this week with Elon Musk and Donald Trump going directly to a
00:46:30.800 billion people on X without the reporters being able to block it.
00:46:35.540 But we see that on this podcast.
00:46:38.420 Listen, why do you and I do the podcast often at 11 o'clock at night or midnight or even one
00:46:44.540 or two in the morning?
00:46:45.760 Why do we do it three days a week?
00:46:47.720 We do it because if your only source of news is the corporate media, if you only watch CNN
00:46:53.420 or MSNBC or ABC, NBC, CBS, you do not know what is happening.
00:46:58.560 They are lying to you.
00:47:00.100 And the reason this podcast, we've got roughly a million unique listeners, is because people
00:47:05.880 find it valuable.
00:47:07.040 We give you facts that CNN will never air.
00:47:11.940 We play the full segment of what Elon and Trump said about Hiroshima and Nagasaki instead
00:47:18.460 of their dishonestly edited snippet that was designed to mislead you and lie to you.
00:47:26.000 And this podcast goes right around the corporate media.
00:47:29.660 And in fact, just about every podcast we put out drives stories in the corporate media.
00:47:35.840 That is going to accelerate.
00:47:38.020 People are going to podcast.
00:47:39.400 People are going to social media.
00:47:41.100 People are going to X.
00:47:42.060 Elon's buying Twitter remains, I think, the single most important step for free speech
00:47:49.980 in decades.
00:47:50.920 And I think that's only going to accelerate.
00:47:53.060 And you're going to see a panic as the corporate media.
00:47:57.120 They want a monopoly on what we know, what we hear, what we understand.
00:48:01.620 And they're losing their monopoly.
00:48:03.660 So I predict more and more frantic panic, but also more and more power to the people, which
00:48:11.120 is a very good thing.
00:48:12.660 Don't forget, we do the show Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
00:48:15.440 Make sure you hit that subscribe or auto-download button.
00:48:17.840 Also, on those in-between days, grab my podcast, the Ben Ferguson podcast.
