00:09:46.200So I'm going to review the questions because as per examination, the questions have to be reviewed so that there's no surprise questions asked of an individual.
00:09:56.860Because if a surprise question is asked, what would happen is you would have a surprise response which could cause an individual who's innocent fail.
00:13:37.680In the reality of a real examination, and I know this is entertainment, and that's fine, and that's why I decided to do it for you and help you.
00:25:57.360I mean, I can do it, but I mean, I'm only going to be able to see, you know, just, you know, I'm not going to legitimately say if this was going to go anywhere.
00:26:06.720Maybe if it's helpful if you caveat it, like, by the way, we only asked this series of questions once, so keep that in mind.
00:27:05.160And because an individual wants to pass the test, majority of the time, they will answer certain questions with a response of yes, they do.
00:27:13.460And so what I would use this polygraph test for, and that's what I want everyone to understand, especially who's watching and everyone here.
00:27:21.080Polygraph tests are really here to verify the individual and to help the individual.
00:27:26.340And so if they're telling the absolute truth after I interview them, I'm just verifying what they're telling me.
00:27:31.740I'm not here to hurt her or hurt anyone around this table.
00:27:34.640I'm just here to help them for verification.
00:27:37.580And she told the absolute truth, so technically she passed her test.
00:27:41.500The only thing she showed her response was is she would cheat if she could get away with.
00:44:42.300Now, I've had the other sisters that's not here, I've had her ex now actually try to get with me because I look like her because they were dating before.
00:44:53.520He was actually picturing her because, you know, when you get to know us, we eventually start looking different because you notice more signs because in our eyes, we don't look anything alike.
00:45:02.980But I don't think anybody should date an identical if they can't tell you apart, you know, because it wouldn't feel special.
00:45:09.560if it's you're still messing but hold on you're identical twins no excuse boy how there's like
00:45:15.520like assuming how would we know to tell you're identical you become i'd say you know i'm a strong
00:45:22.740believer you become friends first before you start dating somebody like i'm dating my best friend
00:45:26.760right now but um i feel like the more you hang out do whatever even family stuff friend stuff
00:45:33.000you know you're like oh i know she has like freckle here or she wears her hair like this or
00:45:38.600Or, you know, you start, you can kind of tell each other apart the more you hang out.
00:45:43.520Because some of our friends we've known for years say, oh, I can tell you apart, like, easily.
00:45:49.220And then we still have family members that can't tell us apart, which is kind of sad.
01:12:00.940The weird part is I feel like I can answer yes or no for you.
01:12:05.040You know with our relationship thinking like well I didn't do it necessarily or something or it's like it wasn't like that but like you know air quotes.
01:48:04.260You know, I think that's why we stay together so long and we have such a good relationship because, you know, he goes away for a few months and I give my free time for a few months.
02:05:55.940it's not something benign though like just fell out of love or no financial things not at all
02:06:05.600okay um you did in fact initiate the divorce though i did um did you get paid or do you
02:06:12.340still get paid alimony i'd like to keep that private between us i'm well you are on the
02:06:20.240dating discussion podcast i think it's fair if you don't want to get into like dirty details but i
02:06:25.400mean alimony that doesn't seem particularly prodding to say what's fair who's to say what's
02:06:31.540fair yeah it's personal opinion isn't it you're on a dating discussion podcast though
02:06:37.420i'm not gonna share okay justify the reason for not sharing that because i don't feel like it
02:06:47.820why did you come on the podcast if you don't want to share
02:06:53.020i'm not like okay well did he cheat on you i'm not gonna go down that route i'm just asking if
02:06:58.700he pays you alimony isn't wouldn't this even be reflected in like any court orders or
02:07:03.980probably not um well does he we did that all outside on our own right so you guys have like
02:07:10.420an informal understanding um but i'm a bit confused you guys have been mind you you've
02:07:15.320been divorced you said since 2016 no we separated in 2016 separated in 2016 divorced when it's it
02:07:27.160took about two and a half years for the divorce to get finalized so the divorce was official in
02:07:31.9202018 okay um was he paying you spousal support during that separation period no okay um was
02:07:44.300there a court order we didn't need for there to be because we shared the money so we had a shared
02:07:49.880do you pay him alimony no that's between us like that i like i said i'm not going to share about
02:07:57.220the money so is there alimony i mean it's i really don't think it's that prodding of a question
02:08:04.360like i said i don't want to share well why did you agree to come on like i don't really think
02:08:11.020that that's a particularly invasive question that's your opinion
02:08:14.600um okay then articulate why it's invasive
02:08:20.280it's something that i hold my family very sacred my well if you held your family sacred
02:08:29.900you wouldn't have gotten a divorce um that notwithstanding um why why would a question about
02:08:37.980an alimony arrangement be prodding it is
02:08:45.020okay um does he currently pay you alimony can you answer that
02:08:53.200i just said i'm not going to okay does he pay you child support
02:08:59.480i'm not going to answer that question i i really okay um you think it's just a matter of opinion
02:09:07.860Do you think that, like, conversations on a dating podcast pertaining to alimony and child support are invasive to any of the other panelists?
02:09:17.140Of course, I'll probably get sisterhood on this, but we'll see.
02:09:28.020Okay, so I think that you could probably ask Tracy about any of her experiences of her own as opposed to experiences of things that might affect her ex-spouse.
02:09:43.020I don't think she wants to share financial, who gets what, or anything like that, which, you know what I'm saying?
02:35:12.260now say another really attractive guy comes along six foot two spanish guy
02:35:18.120six foot six foot two mexican or you know what maybe he's hondorian or some shit
02:35:25.380you like the latinos you like the latinos i didn't think i would fall for latinos no offense
02:35:33.660homeschooled hey we're all right are you guys are your parents conservative
02:35:42.260Yeah. Are you conservative? I don't think she understands the question. Republican. I'll be open about that. Okay, cool. All right. Well, I don't know. That's, that's such an interesting, all right. Okay. Let's, we'll move it on to some different topics. I'll try to move it on. Let's do some quick around the tables here. What is the minimum yearly income to be your future husband starting with you?
02:36:08.360oh i'm expensive you're expensive i'm really expensive so a lot because i want to be a doctor
02:36:16.980so therefore i expect my husband to make as much as me or more i'm sorry dermatology right yeah
02:36:23.660so that's i'm not doing it for the money because i genuinely just love anatomy biology and
02:36:31.740everything. But it's definitely a good bonus. So what's the minimum? Let's assume, when would
02:36:40.120you, how about this? Let me ask some clarifying questions. What age would you like to be married
02:36:44.680by? I don't mind late 20s, early 30s, probably. 28, 29, 30? Yeah, something like that. Okay. So
02:36:53.060let's assume that the guys around that age, 29, 30, 31, what would you expect his income to be
02:37:00.400at the point of marriage six figures that would be ideal and you'll be out of med school at that
02:37:08.900point right yeah yeah no i'd have a job completely i think by 26 how much do uh dermatologists make
02:37:14.180like how much do you think you'll make around 600k 600k yeah i was i was figuring like maybe
02:37:22.120two or three hold on let me let me google this where are you gonna are you gonna stay in california
02:37:27.400Yeah, so if it's in the U.S., so I'm from Canada, so it would be different there,
02:37:32.260but I would like to stay in the U.S., and we make more money.
03:15:46.560I don't think confidence is you said it's the most attractive thing.
03:15:51.780As far as like a personality goes, like I want a woman who's confident, like especially like if I'm going to be in a relation with her, like I don't want a woman that's going to be like hiding her body and stuff like that.
03:15:59.760Like, you know, the women are like, oh, we got to turn off the lights to have sex.
03:31:20.140Well, the way you would typically do some sort of, okay, how much should these professional athletes get paid is, well, how much does the sport make?
03:33:07.660I didn't have those high requirements.
03:33:09.460But so this idea in the feminist lens typically only looks at female grievance.
03:33:15.060It never looks at perhaps any of the ways men are disadvantaged or the ways in which you might even say, well, men are disadvantaged in any potential metric,
03:33:25.240whether real or conceivable. But yeah, there's definitely ways in which women will
03:33:30.240also view men either through a specific lens or through a specific frame, or they only view men
03:33:38.360through what does he provide for me. I'm sure that definitely is the case. There's that sort
03:33:45.140of balance. But I think in general, women are not, I don't want to say taken as seriously,
03:33:52.880but like their needs are not prioritized. Like if we went back to the Nancy, Nancy Clancy case,
03:33:57.660like we're talking about, you know, those needs of women, there's not as much medical research.
03:34:04.260There's not. Well, hold on. I mean, first off, when it comes to postpartum, first off, she alleges
03:34:11.360she was suffering from either postpartum depression or postpartum psychosis. Only women
03:34:17.180can have postpartum whatever whatever right so the only research that could be had on that
03:34:23.240particular subject subject strictly and only pertains to women there is no actual research
03:34:29.100there well there is no post male postpartum really um where's the research for the men that
03:34:36.240are ended up in a divorce and that kids are taken from them where's the research on the
03:34:39.980depression they go through none doesn't exist not for women either so but but i don't really
03:34:45.060Okay, so you're saying Lindsay Clancy is some evidence of the patriarchy?
03:34:51.260No, but we just had made the point earlier that there should be more research put into postpartum depression.
03:35:28.260I was just in a medical conference, and a doctor that was appointed by President Trump to oversee women's issues actually brought that issue up.
03:48:17.240So I understand it's obviously quite tragic if a woman is essayed to begin with.
03:48:21.620And then if she subsequently has an unwanted pregnancy from her victimization, that's obviously terrible and awful and a tragedy.
03:48:31.100But if we're talking about bodily autonomy, your original claim was, well, men have bodily autonomy, but I'm trying to illuminate the ways in which men don't.
03:48:39.660I'd like to give you maybe two more really quick.
03:48:45.140So I would say I'm pretty sure the majority of men, or I should say boys, majority of boys in this country have their genitals mutilated upon birth.
03:48:54.620uh this is completely there's a complete ban on women having their genitals mutilated and i'm
03:49:02.780even willing to grant well female genital mutilation that typically manifests itself
03:49:06.680in ways that are conceivable conceivably more harmful than male uh circumcision male genital
03:49:13.880mutilation however it's completely outright banned it's not a practice uh it's not something that's
03:49:19.440practiced in this country. Whereas, uh, circumcision is widely, widely, um, practiced
03:49:27.520in this country and women uphold it. Women uphold it in a couple of different ways. Uh, you got
03:49:33.200single moms who are just opting to do it. You have female physicians who are the doctors who are
03:49:37.340performing it in the hospitals. And then you just have women with their like stated sexual
03:49:41.980preference of like, Hey, um, I find men who are uncut. That's fucking gross. I wouldn't date a
03:49:47.720guy who's not circumcised, at least in the United States. This is obviously less common in Europe
03:49:51.820and other countries. So the fact that we mutilate baby boys upon birth, they don't have body
03:49:59.180autonomy. They're having their penis mutilated. Most of these surgeries, again, to be charitable
03:50:04.700to the other side, most of these surgeries are mostly fine, although sometimes it does result
03:50:13.100in a varying degree of side effects or even permanent disfigurement. Some men even lose
03:50:19.500their penises entirely due to botched circumcisions. Some have chronic pain, some have
03:50:25.940permanent scars, some have et cetera, et cetera. So that's another way that men don't have, or I
03:50:30.900should say boys don't have bodily autonomy. And it starts from birth, by the way. So there's nothing
03:50:36.080really comparable that women experience as it relates to that. And then I guess the last thing
03:50:40.660i would say you could make like an argument i guess there's two more uh it's somewhat i don't
03:50:47.680know if it's really related to the abortion debate but so uh child support um so while women can pay
03:50:54.460child support the majority of people who do pay child support are men and so the only uh we
03:51:03.020historically if you were in debt you could go to prison historically but we did away with that
03:51:08.820it was called debtor's prisons. So in the past, if you owe the debt to a company or a person,
03:51:14.560or even I suppose the government, they could put you in prison. But we determined that that was
03:51:19.480wrong, unconstitutional, with the exception of if you owe child support debt, you can be put in
03:51:25.880prison. 99% of people who owe child support are men. 99% of people who get sent to jail or prison
03:51:32.680for child support debt are men and so i would argue that this is um somewhat a bodily autonomy
03:51:39.060infringement even even be prior to potentially getting sent to prison for say past due child
03:51:47.220support uh even just child support on its own the government can tell you because a woman
03:51:52.980is somewhat related to abortion somewhat tangentially say a woman uh meets a frat guy
03:52:00.600hooks up with him and she chooses to keep the kid and he just wanted to hook up, she can put him on
03:52:05.780the line for child support for 18 years. And he was just like, oh, you told me you're on birth
03:52:10.940control. Oh, you told me you didn't want a kid. And she keeps the kid, right? There's all kinds
03:52:16.280of scenarios where men get into situations where they don't want to be on the hook for child
03:52:22.360support. The government can force you essentially to pay child support, which is basically stealing
03:52:27.700your labor so taking away your bodily autonomy as okay going back as far as the genital mutilation
03:52:35.260can't speak much on that i don't have any kids i also don't have a penis so okay kind of out of
03:52:40.540the loop to speak on that but you could speak on it i mean one could argue that being cut as a man
03:52:47.880doesn't necessarily affect your reproductive ability versus like if you were to sew up a woman
03:52:55.120which is or remove her clitoris or whatever like that does have a greater harmful effect like a
03:53:03.140man can still experience pleasure if he's cut a man can still have children if he's cut a woman
03:53:07.020couldn't quite do the same things if she were mutilated uh well not to say not to say that
03:53:12.200that is mutilation of a male but it's just well hold on female genital mutilation and i'm willing
03:53:18.940to grant that what the typical fgm compared to mg uh m male genital mutilation um i'm willing to
03:53:30.480grant that fgm on a one-to-one comparison basis is going to be worse however you you made the
03:53:35.720claim that it wouldn't uh like it would prevent like cutting off the clit so that would get rid
03:53:41.860of female pleasure some degree of pleasure perhaps a large degree or even most pleasure however she
03:53:47.600could still get pregnant right so your your claim was uh it would the other one was in africa and
03:53:53.720specifically they will sew up a woman's entire vagina it's like a historical practice part of
03:53:59.020the patriarchy learned about it in my class that they will sew up women so that the their one
03:54:03.580husband this is in africa i know yeah this is not like i can't really speak to like certain
03:54:08.220practices in africa but exists um but i'm i'm speaking to like what the western world i guess
03:54:13.860you could say so so we ignore that then the only thing is being uncut versus cut and then having
03:54:20.720your clitoris removed for the man there's not very many like if it goes wrong it goes wrong
03:54:25.820in either case but for the man there's not any there can't pleasurable well there can't yes so
03:54:30.900first off um in some cases well arguably every case of um circumcision the man does have reduced
03:54:38.780pleasure doesn't lose it almost no so you well how would you even have anything to compare to but
03:54:44.940um in every case of circumcision i think you could argue that there's loss of pleasure because
03:54:50.140there's uh pleasure uh i mean not not many men can comment on that if they were cut at birth right
03:54:58.440so there's very few men that could probably yeah but then you would have to make that same argument
03:55:01.720for the clitoris like okay well if you had your clitoris removed at birth you wouldn't have
03:55:06.220anything to compare it to but so i'm willing i'm i'm acknowledging that fgm is really bad
03:55:11.500but it's it's much rarer globally than right absolutely circumcision and if we're talking
03:55:18.260about the united states uh circumcision is the norm whereas fgm is completely outlawed
03:55:25.420and extremely rare like i i don't even know if it like really even happens in the united states
03:55:32.700possible some fucking weirdos yeah like but like the so i can't really speak to like i don't know
03:55:40.080i don't know what nigeria is doing or i don't know whatever the country is or the countries in
03:55:44.840africa who are doing fgm and it's oftentimes it's like very rural tribes that are doing this
03:55:50.660practice but i can't really speak to it but i don't know what's your point i mean none of it
03:55:55.800really matters because the bottom line is the argument in the debate was about men have bodily
03:56:00.340autonomy and right we don't like you're still trying to combat like the level of bottle autonomy
03:56:05.960to make it seem like we do okay i would argue that we don't we don't you can't argue that we
03:56:12.940do then you could bring it back to like societal expectations when i walk home i'm gonna have to
03:56:16.860call my boyfriend to come pick me up outside before i walk home in the dark alone any man
03:56:20.580can walk on the street alone and not fear sure that something will happen well really quick
03:56:24.800really quick on just to finish off on the circumcision conversation um the thing is is
03:56:31.000though i would just go ahead and grant that women who get their genitals mutilated desert
03:56:36.260also donated two hundred dollars because you are clearly losing this argument on male bodily
03:56:42.340automony you now cling to barbaric practices outside of the u.s and lump those as patriarchy
03:56:48.260bat you are dumb fucking dumb oh uh desert two hundred dollars to make a point against a 20
03:56:56.420year old college student somewhere and i oh it seems like a waste of money to me two hundred
03:57:01.280dollars could have been better spent somewhere else you know what desert jorge just to you know
03:57:05.480what champagne pop desert jorge just she says it's a waste of money says it's a waste of money
03:57:11.200thank you desert jorge for that major point thank you yeah so what i was just gonna say is um but i
03:57:16.420would also coincidingly say that girls who have their genitals mutilated also are having their
03:57:25.700bodily autonomy infringed so i'm going to be consistent on that point across the board when
03:57:30.980it comes to gender i'm not going to like say well hold on women don't have like the i'm going to say
03:57:36.520yes women who experience fgm female genital mutilation are having their bodily autonomy
03:57:42.660infringed much like men who are circumcised have their bodily autonomy infringed yeah i would agree
03:57:50.420yeah so i mean the bodily autonomy are because we're this all stems from we were talking about
03:57:55.540the patriarchy and well women don't have bodily autonomy well okay men don't have bodily autonomy
03:58:00.320too depends on the situation well what's the situation we've already we've already covered
03:58:07.240it like okay but but you're making it out to be like women are uniquely disadvantaged in the
03:58:14.840patriarchy um and it's not even clear if it's necessarily even the patriarchy that's causing
03:58:20.940these things necessarily it's i mean it's societal expectations like i mean as women can we not all
03:58:26.120agree that they're like have you not experienced an instant where a man was more highly respected
03:58:31.260than you just based on your sex alone like can you all agree that that's occurred yeah and could
03:58:37.000you say the same could you say that a woman was respected more just because she was a woman and
03:58:40.580you were a man sure but wouldn't that counter your point right but i'm just saying that it i mean it
03:58:47.840exists maybe it exists in both facets but the patriarchy is a real thing that's studied i
03:58:52.240wouldn't deny that there are certainly instances of sexism that are directed towards women or that
03:58:57.480are directed towards men um but i think the my criticism here my disagreement is the framing of
03:59:05.120you're framing it more so from like uh this is something that uniquely happens to women
03:59:13.600maybe it's just because i am from a very small town that is extremely conservative
03:59:19.900at least as far as you know to what i can speak to being from texas it is very much so
03:59:26.480women and not men and i guarantee you if i asked people from my small rural town like it is
03:59:32.900women that take the short end of the stick every time. Maybe that's different being here in
03:59:37.660California, but in Texas, it is the woman that is expected to cook and clean and raise the children
03:59:43.020and that's it. What's wrong with that though? I mean, that's just different societies. I'm sure
03:59:48.040there are women stuck in that cycle within Texas that wish that weren't the case. When you say
03:59:52.500cycle, that sounds like there's a negative connotation there. Right. I mean, we're talking
03:59:57.920in circles here but no i don't think i don't think people in texas are raised christian
04:00:02.760christianity has some built-in patriarchal values which may not may be up front like we talked about
04:00:08.640but those women are raised with those expectations placed upon themselves maybe they wish it were
04:00:13.080different because then they grow up in conservative states and are only known that like they are
04:00:18.880desert jorge donated two hundred dollars you're a dumb 20 year old who can vote that scares the
04:00:25.740hell out of a lot of us watching i hope you enjoy your female privilege blaming men for your own
04:11:38.920It says in Texas, does not have a blanket book ban, but it requires parental opt-in permission for middle school students to borrow young adult books.
04:11:50.300So Fahrenheit 451, YA young adult books.
04:11:54.420um so the hate you give is not available in any derbing springs isd public library
04:12:02.560none of those books are publicly available but so is that is that a restriction like do you think
04:12:11.960that um say there were like pornography magazines should those be available to like
04:12:17.980minors in school? No, but why is that an infringement on their freedom? Or is that a
04:12:25.320degree of what's the best framing here? Is that a degree of discernment? Yeah. Yes. I would agree
04:12:31.840that that's a degree of discernment versus books that are enlightening people of cultures of,
04:12:37.440you know, harassment of different viewpoints. Like Fahrenheit 451 is a book about banning books
04:12:42.780and they banned it like are we for real the hate you give is about like oppression and
04:12:50.380racism and those are books that are being banned because you know maybe they don't want kids
04:12:57.120knowing that that even exists which I don't think is a area of discernment I think that that's
04:13:01.520something people should know exists right but I guess I'm asking you like what is the overarching
04:13:06.920like we can talk about the dripping springs independent school district um i'm not familiar
04:13:12.900with like the district by district policy on books they've been or not um but as it relates
04:13:21.000generally speaking to women what are the freedoms that women do not have that men do i feel like
04:13:27.640we've answered this question you said like women feel scared walking but i'm looking okay how about
04:13:33.180Maybe I'll rephrase. Maybe it has to do with my own personal description of freedom being that I was raised where I was raised. But I feel that a woman's lack of safety walking down the street. I mean, again, it's all the things that I've said so many times. At least I feel you can say that it's me that I feel this way. But I feel that women don't have as many freedoms as men.
04:13:59.080But is it the case, then, if we compare, say, a typical woman walking down the street, is her risk profile 100% and the male's risk profile is zero?
04:14:09.580No, I would just argue that it's slightly higher.
04:14:12.740Right, but it's, so the idea, so then you would have to also argue that men also don't have freedom walking down the street.
04:35:02.880Are there other ways you're oppressed?
04:35:04.280There are other societal implications for women, which we've talked about so many times.
04:35:09.060times and that's just how i feel you can't change my mind but how you just yeah but i mean like how
04:35:15.520you feel don't you don't you think it should be how you think it's how i think it's how i feel
04:35:21.340this is my this is my moral standpoint where it comes from and nobody can change my mind so there's
04:35:26.240no point in trying well i'm not really interested in changing your mind i'm more interested in
04:35:29.500exploring your perspective which we have for the last what hour and a half two hours nah not that
04:35:35.900long uh but i i still i still am unclear how you am i oppressed as a man in the patriarchy
04:35:45.340you tell me no i'm asking you i think that the patriarchy can suppress men and women
04:35:51.400okay how am i oppressed you'd have to tell me because i'm not a man i'm speaking to my
04:35:56.540well i'm not black but slavery's bad or was bad i'd rather not continue this conversation
04:36:03.080that's the most you're going to get out of me i'm done well i but okay why why are you stonewalling
04:36:08.380i don't understand because this is just ridiculous you've been berating me about i haven't i've been
04:36:12.880pretty polite i don't think i've been berating you i disagree with you you can disagree and i
04:36:18.080acknowledge that i acknowledge some of your points i feel like we can move on you're milking this a
04:36:22.520little bit i feel like why why are you doing the bird hands why are you doing bird hands you're
04:36:28.300doing the claw you don't watch tiktok study psychology i don't have tiktok i already told
04:36:33.220you this okay i don't know then how did you get it the mind virus of the she goes to college
04:36:37.780this is around plenty of women what's going on with the women and the the bird the bird hands
04:36:43.480um i don't think i'm milking it i just think we're having a i don't know do you would you
04:36:48.580prefer we talk about like bjs and walgreens parking lots is that more is that more i found
04:36:54.620I found this conversation very, very enlightening. I took things away from this conversation. I want
04:36:59.420to know how you're oppressed. Did I not tell you all the ways that I feel oppressed? Well,
04:37:05.780you were sort of making general statements about how, uh, women earn less than, I mean,
04:37:12.440you seemingly out earn your boyfriend. It sounds like, um, it's unclear how there are men like,
04:37:19.660at least as it relates to your peers who have more freedom than you do so i'm still looking
04:37:25.900for the answer to how you're oppressed is the thing i haven't heard something so that's why
04:37:32.980i'm digging a bit i'm trying to see if there's more to establish that you're oppressed because
04:37:39.220so far i haven't heard anything that establishes you being oppressed you've established feelings
04:37:46.560but not facts i'll leave it at my feelings then oh come on be a good sport let's uh nope i owe
04:37:54.880you nothing more oh well i mean hmm i will not comment any further on this topic uh do you hate
04:38:02.640men no i don't hate men do you think um do you think the world would be better without men no
04:38:09.740assuming women could like reproduce with like laying eggs and shit like you can just sit down
04:38:15.780like a little chicken and you just i don't know out the vagina you just you just uh pop out a kid
04:38:20.900pop out a little egg asexual reproduction you just plop out a little egg you don't need men no okay
04:38:28.160um uh thoughts on cornell seven any thoughts on that fuck the cornell seven fuck the cornell seven
04:38:37.180okay if anyone's pro the seven men fuck you have you researched it at all i've seen what i have on
04:38:43.740social media. You said, I thought you don't. I don't have TikTok. I have Instagram. So Instagram
04:38:48.380reels. Yeah. Okay. Posts and reels and stories. And my sorority has informed us about it and
04:38:54.740whatnot. Oh, uh, you're in a sorority. I am. What did your sorority, uh, like inform you about,
04:39:00.440I guess. They went over mostly just like party and drink safety and like watching your drinks
04:39:05.100being spiked. And, you know, is that a concern with the fraternities? There haven't been any
04:39:10.700recent cases here i know people in my sorority who have had their drinks spiked within the last
04:39:15.120like recent years since i've been here and can i ask you a question on that how familiar are you
04:39:21.120with with the women who've said they've had their drink spiked like how close am i to them well like
04:39:26.960when they say they had their drink spiked did they go and get tested for like some sort of
04:39:32.200date rape drug okay and he came back yes really yes really and they had the rape test done and
04:39:38.740they were raped and all of that do you believe in the innocent until proven guilty yeah sure
04:39:46.320except for the Cornell 7 I mean there's innocent until proven guilty I guess to a certain degree
04:39:55.100maybe not legally but like there is evidence there is you know that did happen to her whether
04:40:03.080or not it's been convicted of yet like this is something that happened you know definitively
04:40:09.740i mean is it not obvious what makes it obvious have you seen like the screenshots of the group
04:40:16.280chat where they're like free pussy pull up so that's a disgusting thing to say in a group chat
04:40:22.060but let's explore this as a lot let's explore something as a logical possibility
04:40:27.640is it logically possible a man could send an abhorrent text message like that and a rape didn't
04:40:35.140occur sure is it logically possible much and i don't know if you're in any girl female group
04:40:39.980chats maybe you guys are sterling in your character and virtue have women never said anything
04:40:46.820untoward in women's group chats i'm sure some have i haven't maybe you haven't but have you
04:40:53.260ever been in a group chat where somebody said something maybe a little no really no aren't the
04:41:00.860people i surround myself with okay um so why is it obvious though that they did this i mean
04:41:08.660i'd really rather not you're you're putting me in the corner you're trying to make me look like
04:41:15.780the bad guy i'm not trying to rape a woman i didn't go no of course you didn't i'm not trying
04:41:20.200to make you look like a bad guy i don't think you're a bad person are you on are you pro cornell
04:41:24.860seven then like i don't understand why he's asking you to confirm your information i'm just asking
04:41:29.720i'm exploring your perspective here well they haven't been convicted correct correct me if i'm
04:41:35.720wrong that's correct yeah this occurred what 2024 a while ago yeah and it is rearisen through social
04:41:41.880media social media there was a lawsuit that she filed yes recently um that kind of sparked things
04:41:49.500up again. Right. And the only evidence, at least that I've seen circling on social media are the
04:41:54.860group chats. Yeah. And I've seen her statement as well. Which one? Because there's a couple
04:42:02.560different things. There's text messages that have been leaked and released. There's the report to
04:42:08.980the district attorney back in 2024. There's the Cornell investigation that they did back in 2024.
04:42:16.700and then there's the civil lawsuit that changes much of her initial story that was just filed
04:42:23.860recently here in 2026 all that i've seen is her recent social media video coming out and being
04:42:29.940like i am jane doe like this happened to me this occurred to me and then wait we don't
04:42:35.500you saw her video that's what i saw i saw there is no video the jane doe so there's people who are
04:42:45.620doing like a solidarity thing where they are they're not the actual Jane Doe in the lawsuit
04:42:52.100so just to clarify um I just saw a video on Instagram that of a woman being like I am Jane
04:42:57.740Doe there's like a trend going on of women saying like I am Jane Doe and then talking about something
04:43:02.780that happened it's not her but I mean they are talking about the actual Cornell could I could
04:43:07.540ask you this yeah Cornell had them write essays which as a punishment does that mean Cornell found
04:43:14.600them guilty if they administered punishment well you have to factor you they had all of them write
04:43:20.600essays all seven that's like the whole thing on social media is they had to write this essay as
04:43:25.240punishment like do you think that was more just to like ease the whole social media attention like
04:43:30.920do you think that was a way to get people off their backs like they did something about it or
04:43:34.900do you think they actually found them guilty well this originally happened uh all this was back in
04:43:40.0402024. So back then my understanding was there wasn't this huge social media fervor as there
04:43:47.340is now. So you're asking, well, did Cornell do this to like give them a punishment to try to
04:43:53.140diminish? Um, no, but also I would just point out there's misinformation as to the supposed
04:43:58.520punishment that they received. So part of the misinformation surrounding this is, oh, they did
04:44:04.280All seven of them brutally gang-raped her for all seven hours, and they got her drunk, and they plowed her with drugs and all this stuff, right?
04:44:13.360And all they had to do was write an essay.
04:44:15.320So there's a lot of misinformation in that right there.
04:44:18.560But the punishment component is – so Cornell did punish them.
04:44:32.580One had like a, some other form of suspension.
04:44:37.040And I'm two, one or two of them had to write, write something, an essay.
04:44:43.460So this idea that their only punishment was an essay is misinformation.
04:44:49.660But your question is, because they had to write an essay, does this establish that they did it?
04:44:57.300One thing you have to remember about universities, not that I think this will persuade you at all, they're very much biased in much of these investigations and their standard for like their evidentiary standard is, I believe, preponderance of the evidence or more likely than not.
04:45:17.400Whereas in a criminal case, it's beyond a reasonable doubt, which is a much higher threshold, a much higher evidentiary threshold.
04:45:27.300And so the, and they don't have like particularly strict, uh, guidelines is how they do these sorts
04:45:35.580of investigations. They're eventually just kangaroo courts when the university, uh,
04:45:41.520investigates these sorts of things. So, um, just because the university punished them and we don't
04:45:47.700know exactly what the punishment was for. So they might say, well, you sending a group text,
04:45:53.600uh saying free pussy is unbecoming of a cornell student and it violates our code of conduct
04:45:59.740by either like i think they might have sent photos of her which i think is wrong um or they you know
04:46:06.880the free pussy comment whatever which is wrong right i i think that's disgusting and i think
04:46:11.520they're honestly kind of gay to participate like to have sex with other dudes around uh i don't
04:46:16.900know where you're gonna land on that though because you probably are anyways whatever uh
04:46:21.100That to the side, though, it's unclear if they actually found them guilty of committing a rape.
04:59:05.980But then she said that first time was rape.
04:59:07.980I think that the difference is probably case to case and whether it was in the moment or not, because I think the consent is revocable, but not revocable after the fact.
05:01:56.880I mean, the other solution, especially with all the stuff that happens on campus, is stricter regulations against underage drinking on campus.
05:02:03.780And on top of that, how about a regulation of saying while you're in college, I don't care if you are 21, you're not drinking.
05:02:18.800Apparently, she was a weightlifter, and in the middle of, this is what was reported, in the middle of the supposed gang rape, she got out of bed, did a bodybuilder muscle pose, and then went back to having sex.
05:02:38.780Yeah, that's not, that doesn't seem like rape to me.
05:02:43.120With that and all the text messages, like, it just doesn't seem, it doesn't add up.
05:02:47.140So final thing on this, and I know it's a bit of a heavier topic, so I'll move it on, but question for you.
05:02:54.760Do you think that related to some of the conversations surrounding consent, do you think if somebody has had like a drink that they can no longer consent?
05:03:09.000that's a hard that's a hard question because legally if you're intoxicated under age no
05:03:17.860when you say under age you mean under 21 right um i'm not sure if there's like an age component
05:03:25.440or is it just under any intoxication you isn't there's a legal definition for when and you when
05:03:31.720you can and cannot provide consent i don't remember exactly if it's by age if it's by
05:03:37.260Well, I guess the question, so I don't think, I mean, I'm curious what your perspective is.
05:03:42.640Do you think any level of intoxication, so say like a girl has half a white claw and that's it.
05:04:06.800Have you ever, you know, you had a glass of wine with your boyfriend and you would not categorize that as a mutual essay though, right?
05:04:15.780No, I think the level is, and maybe that's skewed because it is hearsay, I guess, in some cases, but I think the level is whether or not somebody is fully competent and fully, because there's been, I mean, I can admit there's been times where I'm a level of drunk where you're talking to me, you're not getting a response out of me.
05:04:32.780You know what I mean? There's, there's levels to being fully conscious and not, well, I think it
05:04:38.340would be, and again, it's what is the objective measurement of incapacitation. Right. So I would
05:04:45.180think someone who is so far blasted that, I mean, clearly passed out, that's a hundred percent.
05:04:51.060Right. That's rape. Right. Um, or otherwise like unconscious or incapacitated. So, but it's like,
05:04:59.520i i'm always curious like what would be the the threshold like how do you strictly define it
05:05:07.500because i don't think it can like for example a girl can have one white claw and be like
05:05:12.520whoa and then like some it could be a man or a woman like somebody could have like one drink
05:05:18.900and their part of it might be performative but they're like oh my god and then some people
05:05:25.000are blackout drunk but they seem totally like pretty together you know like they don't
05:05:31.800and they're and then it's hard it's so person to person right really you'd have to know the person
05:05:36.420to know where that line lies for them yep i don't know that's hard this is why i any men watching
05:05:43.000i personally think uh you should not there should not be alcohol involved in any like initial
05:05:49.720hookups men and women like great but it's you know what it's i feel like it's also more like human
05:05:59.040human normal for humans to like drink and hook up and i don't think that you're a bad person if you
05:06:07.620you're in college and you have a white claw and you hook up with a guy or you're a guy and you
05:06:14.080had a shot and like i don't know i don't think you were well there's this whole thing around
05:06:19.860drinking to where it's normalized you know i mean like i used to hang out with a close friend of
05:06:24.240mine that like she would just always want to go to lunch and drink and drink and drink and drink
05:06:29.700and she would get upset with me when like i would show up and she'd be like oh i ordered your drink
05:06:32.980i'm like i'm not drinking just have that one i'm like no i'm not drinking you can drink it like i'm
05:06:37.600not having it and people are just like i don't understand why you don't drink and you hear that
05:06:41.360a lot with like you know recovering addicts that like i don't want to i can't go out with my friends
05:06:45.000because like they want to hang out at bars and i don't want to hang out at bars anymore and then
05:06:49.220if i even if i go to dinner with them they're all drinking and the next thing oh it's just one
05:06:53.220and it's like you know my choice and my decision to not drink and like they don't like you know
05:06:58.060the crap fart you know what i mean yeah okay some questions for the panel who is worse
05:10:01.120If trans women continue to train their sport, they don't lose anywhere near enough strength to be considered weak enough to compete against women.
05:29:33.820Like if say you're on a dating app and you're like, okay, this person's like obese, I don't
05:29:40.060think there's anything wrong. Whether you're a man or a woman, I don't have a double standard. So if
05:29:43.320a woman doesn't want to date a guy because of his weight, that's totally fine. If a man doesn't want
05:29:47.720to date a woman because of her weight, totally fine. So yeah, okay. Wrong for a man to dump his
05:29:55.040girlfriend if she regularly turns him down for sex. Patricia, you agree? What are your thoughts
05:30:04.360on that? I think it depends on what's important for you in a relationship. Like if sex is important
05:30:08.760to the man then he has every right to dump her for that reason fair patricia what do you think
05:30:12.420i think yeah he has every right to dump his girlfriend and stuff but you know because like
05:30:17.500i feel like everybody has their needs i don't think relationships should be like based off just
05:30:21.420sex alone like i don't know maybe there's like asexual relationships where you can have a
05:30:26.400perfect marriage or perfect dating situation and you guys can bring whatever to the table
05:30:31.500and stuff like that but but assuming like a not an asexual neither person is asexual
05:30:38.380and they did have sex and they did perhaps initially have a, uh, healthy sex life, but
05:30:45.660sometimes that can, uh, diminish over time. And so the man is, um, the man is trying and she turns
05:30:55.400him down and it's not just a one-time thing. I think it's okay in a relationship. You're sick,
05:31:01.640you're not in the mood or whatever. You just don't feel like it once, twice, whatever. But I think
05:31:07.000when it gets consistent to the point of this is dragging on for weeks months and you're repeatedly
05:31:13.500getting rejected uh and i think if you've communicated that this is a problem to you
05:31:18.700and the person is not then fulfilling you sexually i think it makes sense to i mean you can opt to
05:31:25.340stay in the relationship if you value it to that point but if you're being unfulfilled in this way
05:31:29.500I wouldn't categorize it as wrong for a man or a woman to want to exit a relationship where they're not being sexually satisfied, if that's something that's important to them.
06:22:01.820i don't want to say hawaii but for some reason that's the first thing that shot in my head
06:22:08.460where did the attack on pearl harbor take place
06:22:10.220sorry louder what do you think yep correct what country is the eiffel tower in paris france what
06:22:23.220okay uh what country did the vietnam war happen in just guess you are correct well done what is
06:22:35.70034 plus 66. I don't really know or care. Come on. 100. 100 minus 66. Kat. 166. I know it's a true question. It's not a true question. First thing that I showed to my head. 44. 34. Okay. 77 plus 33. I don't know. Okay. How many world wars were there? Two.
06:23:05.700So going around the table, what decade was World War I?
06:23:09.580So when I'm asking for decade, I'm looking for 1810s, 1920s, 1650s.
